12:1 하늘에 큰 이적이 보이니 해를 입은 한 여자가 있는데 그 발 아래는 달이
있고 그 머리에는 열 두 별의 면류관을 썼더라
12:1 And a great sign was seen in heaven: a A woman clothed with the sun, and with the
moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.
12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
12:2 이 여자가 아이를 배어 해산하게 되매 아파서 애써 부르짖더라
12:2 And she was with child; and she gave a cry, in the pains of childbirth.
12:2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
12:3 하늘에 또 다른 이적이 보이니 보라 한 큰 붉은 용이 있어 머리가 일곱이요
뿔이 열이라 그 여러 머리에 일곱 면류관이 있는데
12:3 And there was seen another sign in heaven; a great red dragon, having seven heads
and ten horns, and on his heads seven crowns.
12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
12:4 그 꼬리가 하늘 별 삼분의 일을 끌어다가 땅에 던지더라 용이 해산하려는
여자 앞에서 그가 해산하면 그 아이를 삼키고자 하더니
12:4 And his tail was pulling a third part of the stars of heaven down to the earth,
and the dragon took his place before the woman who was about to give birth, so that
when the birth had taken place he might put an end to her child.
12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, in order to devour her child as soon as it was born.
12:5 여자가 아들을 낳으니 이는 장차 철장으로 만국을 다스릴 남자라 그 아이를
하나님 앞과 그 보좌 앞으로 올려가더라
12:5 And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who was to have rule over all the nations
with a rod of iron: and her child was taken up to God and to his high seat.
12:5 And she brought forth a male child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
12:6 그 여자가 광야로 도망하매 거기서 일천 이백 육십 일 동안 저를 양육하기
위하여 하나님의 예비하신 곳이 있더라
12:6 And the woman went in flight to the waste land, where she has a place made ready
by God, so that there they may give her food a thousand, two hundred and sixty days.
12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
12:7 ○ 하늘에 전쟁이 있으니 미가엘과 그의 사자들이 용으로 더불어 싸울새
용과 그의 사자들도 싸우나
12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going out to the fight with
the dragon; and the dragon and his angels made war,
12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
12:8 이기지 못하여 다시 하늘에서 저희의 있을 곳을 얻지 못한지라
12:8 And they were overcome, and there was no more place for them in heaven.
12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
12:9 큰 용이 내어 쫓기니 옛 뱀 곧 마귀라고도 하고 사단이라고도 하는 온 천하를
꾀는 자라 땅으로 내어 쫓기니 그의 사자들도 저와 함께 내어 쫓기니라
12:9 And the great dragon was forced down, the old snake, who is named the Evil One and
Satan, by whom all the earth is turned from the right way; he was forced down to
the earth, and his angels were forced down with him.
12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
12:10 내가 또 들으니 하늘에 큰 음성이 있어 가로되 이제 우리 하나님의
구원과 능력과 나라와 또 그의 그리스도의 권세가 이루었으니 우리 형제들을 참소하던
자 곧 우리 하나님 앞에서 밤낮 참소하던 자가 쫓겨났고
12:10 And a great voice in heaven came to my ears, saying, Now is come the salvation,
and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: because
he who says evil against our brothers before our God day and night is forced down.
12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now has come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
12:11 또 여러 형제가 어린 양의 피와 자기의 증거하는 말을 인하여 저를
이기었으니 그들은 죽기까지 자기 생명을 아끼지 아니하였도다
12:11 And they overcame him through the blood of the Lamb and the word of their witness;
and loving not their lives they freely gave themselves up to death.
12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word (o. logos) of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12:12 그러므로 하늘과 그 가운데 거하는 자들은 즐거워하라 그러나 땅과
바다는 화있을진저 이는 마귀가 자기의 때가 얼마 못된 줄을 알므로 크게 분 내어
너희에게 내려갔음이라 하더라
12:12 Be glad then, O heavens, and you who are in them. But there is trouble for the earth
and the sea: because the Evil One has come down to you, being very angry, having
the knowledge that he has but a short time.
12:12 Therefore rejoice, all of you heavens, and all of you that dwell in them. Woe to the citizens of the earth and of the sea! for the devil has come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time.
12:13 ○ 용이 자기가 땅으로 내어 쫓긴 것을 보고 남자를 낳은 여자를 핍박하는지라
12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was forced down to the earth, he made cruel attacks
on the woman who gave birth to the male child.
12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the male child.
12:14 그 여자가 큰 독수리의 두 날개를 받아 광야 자기 곳으로 날아가 거기서
그 뱀의 낯을 피하여 한 때와 두 때와 반 때를 양육 받으매
12:14 And there were given to the woman two wings of a great eagle, so that she might
go in flight into the waste land, to her place, where she is given food for a time,
and times, and half a time, from the face of the snake.
12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
12:15 여자의 뒤에서 뱀이 그 입으로 물을 강 같이 토하여 여자를 물에 떠내려
가게 하려 하되
12:15 And the snake sent out of his mouth after the woman a river of water, so that she
might be taken away by the stream.
12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
12:16 땅이 여자를 도와 그 입을 벌려 용의 입에서 토한 강물을 삼키니
12:16 And the earth gave help to the woman, and with open mouth took up the river which
the dragon sent out of his mouth.
12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
12:17 용이 여자에게 분노하여 돌아가서 그 여자의 남은 자손 곧 하나님의 계명을
지키며 예수의 증거를 가진 자들로 더불어 싸우려고 바다 모래 위에 섰더라
12:17 And the dragon was angry with the woman and went away to make war on the rest of
her seed, who keep the orders of God, and the witness of Jesus:
12:17 And the dragon was angry with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
13:1 내가 보니 바다에서 한 짐승이 나오는데 뿔이 열이요 머리가 일곱이라 그
뿔에는 열 면류관이 있고 그 머리들에는 참람된 이름들이 있더라
13:1 And he took his place on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast coming up out of
the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his
heads unholy names.
13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
13:2 내가 본 짐승은 표범과 비슷하고 그 발은 곰의 발 같고 그 입은 사자의 입
같은데 용이 자기의 능력과 보좌와 큰 권세를 그에게 주었더라
13:2 And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a
bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power and
his seat and great authority.
13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
13:3 그의 머리 하나가 상하여 죽게 된 것 같더니 그 죽게 되었던 상처가 나으매
온 땅이 이상히 여겨 짐승을 따르고
13:3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been given a death-wound; and his death-wound
was made well: and all the earth was wondering at the beast.
13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
13:4 용이 짐승에게 권세를 주므로 용에게 경배하며 짐승에게 경배하여 가로되
누가 이 짐승과 같으뇨 누가 능히 이로 더불어 싸우리요 하더라
13:4 And they gave worship to the dragon, because he gave authority to the beast; and
worshipping the beast, they said, Who is like the beast? and who is able to go to
war with him?
13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
13:5 또 짐승이 큰 말과 참람된 말하는 입을 받고 또 마흔 두 달 일할 권세를
받으니라
13:5 And there was given to him a mouth to say words of pride against God; and there
was given to him authority to go on for forty-two months.
13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
13:6 짐승이 입을 벌려 하나님을 향하여 훼방하되 그의 이름과 그의 장막 곧 하늘에
거하는 자들을 훼방하더라
13:6 And his mouth was open to say evil against God, and against his name and his Tent,
even against those who are in heaven.
13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
13:7 또 권세를 받아 성도들과 싸워 이기게 되고 각 족속과 백성과 방언과 나라를
다스리는 권세를 받으니
13:7 And it was given to him to make war on the saints and to overcome them: and there
was given to him authority over every tribe and people and language and nation.
13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all families, and tongues, and nations.
13:8 죽임을 당한 어린 양의 생명책에 창세 이후로 녹명되지 못하고 이 땅에 사는
자들은 다 짐승에게 경배하리라
13:8 And all who are on the earth will give him worship, everyone whose name has not
been from the first in the book of life of the Lamb who was put to death.
13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
13:9 누구든지 귀가 있거든 들을지어다
13:9 If any man has ears, let him give ear.
13:9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
13:10 사로잡는 자는 사로잡힐 것이요 칼로 죽이는 자는 자기도 마땅히 칼에 죽으리니
성도들의 인내와 믿음이 여기 있느니라
13:10 If any man sends others into prison, into prison he will go: if any man puts to
death with the sword, with the sword will he be put to death. Here is the quiet
strength and the faith of the saints.
13:10 He that leads into captivity shall go into captivity: he that kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
13:11 ○ 내가 보매 또 다른 짐승이 땅에서 올라오니 새끼 양 같이 두 뿔이 있고
용처럼 말하더라
13:11 And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a
lamb, and his voice was like that of a dragon.
13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon.
13:12 저가 먼저 나온 짐승의 모든 권세를 그 앞에서 행하고 땅과 땅에 거하는
자들로 처음 짐승에게 경배하게 하니 곧 죽게 되었던 상처가 나은 자니라
13:12 And he makes use of all the authority of the first beast before his eyes. And he
makes the earth and those who are in it give worship to the first beast, whose death-wound
was made well.
13:12 And he execises all the power of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
13:13 큰 이적을 행하되 심지어 사람들 앞에서 불이 하늘로부터 땅에 내려오게
하고
13:13 And he does great signs, even making fire come down from heaven on the earth before
the eyes of men.
13:13 And he does great wonders, so that he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
13:14 짐승 앞에서 받은 바 이적을 행함으로 땅에 거하는 자들을 미혹하며 땅에
거하는 자들에게 이르기를 칼에 상하였다가 살아난 짐승을 위하여 우상을 만들라
하더라
13:14 And those who are on the earth are turned from the true way by him through the signs
which he was given power to do before the beast; giving orders to those who are
on the earth to make an image to the beast, who was wounded by the sword, and came
to life.
13:14 And deceives them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
13:15 저가 권세를 받아 그 짐승의 우상에게 생기를 주어 그 짐승의 우상으로
말하게 하고 또 짐승의 우상에게 경배하지 아니하는 자는 몇이든지 다 죽이게 하더라
13:15 And he had power to give breath to the image of the beast, so that words might come
from the image of the beast, and that he might have all those who did not give worship
to the image of the beast put to death.
13:15 And he had power to give life (o. pneuma) unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
13:16 저가 모든 자 곧 작은 자나 큰 자나 부자나 빈궁한 자나 자유한 자나 종들로
그 오른손에나 이마에 표를 받게 하고
13:16 And he gives to all, small and great, the poor and those who have wealth, the free
and those who are not free, a mark on their right hand or on their brows;
13:16 And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
13:17 누구든지 이 표를 가진 자 외에는 매매를 못하게 하니 이 표는 곧 짐승의
이름이나 그 이름의 수라
13:17 So that no man might be able to do trade but he who has the mark, even the name
of the beast or the number of his name.
13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
13:18 지혜가 여기 있으니 총명 있는 자는 그 짐승의 수를 세어 보라 그 수는
사람의 수니 육백 육십 육이니라
13:18 Here is wisdom. He who has knowledge let him get the number of the beast; because
it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred and sixty-six.
13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that has understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
14:1 또 내가 보니 보라 어린 양이 시온 산에 섰고 그와 함께 십 사만 사천이 섰는데
그 이마에 어린 양의 이름과 그 아버지의 이름을 쓴 것이 있도다
14:1 And I saw the Lamb on the mountain of Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four
thousand, marked on their brows with his name and the name of his Father.
14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
14:2 내가 하늘에서 나는 소리를 들으니 많은 물 소리도 같고 큰 뇌성도 같은데
내게 들리는 소리는 거문고 타는 자들의 그 거문고 타는 것 같더라
14:2 And a voice from heaven came to my ears, like the sound of great waters, and the
sound of loud thunder: and the voice which came to me was like the sound of players,
playing on instruments of music.
14:2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
14:3 저희가 보좌와 네 생물과 장로들 앞에서 새 노래를 부르니 땅에서 구속함을
얻은 십 사만 사천 인 밖에는 능히 이 노래를 배울 자가 없더라
14:3 And they made as it seemed a new song before the high seat, and before the four
beasts and the rulers: and no man might have knowledge of the song but the hundred
and forty-four thousand, even those from the earth whom God has made his for a price.
14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
14:4 이 사람들은 여자로 더불어 더럽히지 아니하고 정절이 있는 자라 어린 양이
어디로 인도하든지 따라가는 자며 사람 가운데서 구속을 받아 처음 익은 열매로 하나님과
어린 양에게 속한 자들이니
14:4 These are they who have not made themselves unclean with women; for they are virgins.
These are they who go after the Lamb wherever he goes. These were taken from among
men to be the first fruits to God and to the Lamb.
14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb anywhere he goes. These were redeemed from among men, being the first-fruits unto God and to the Lamb.
14:5 그 입에 거짓말이 없고 흠이 없는 자들이더라
14:5 And in their mouth there was no false word, for they are untouched by evil.
14:5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.
14:6 ○ 또 보니 다른 천사가 공중에 날아가는데 땅에 거하는 자들 곧 여러 나라와
족속과 방언과 백성에게 전할 영원한 복음을 가졌더라
14:6 And I saw another angel in flight between heaven and earth, having eternal good
news to give to those who are on the earth, and to every nation and tribe and language
and people,
14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
14:7 그가 큰 음성으로 가로되 하나님을 두려워하며 그에게 영광을 돌리라 이는
그의 심판하실 시간이 이르렀음이니 하늘과 땅과 바다와 물들의 근원을 만드신 이를
경배하라 하더라
14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Have fear of God and give him glory; because the hour
of his judging is come; and give worship to him who made heaven and earth and the
sea and the fountains of water.
14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment has come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
14:8 ○ 또 다른 천사 곧 둘째가 그 뒤를 따라 말하되 무너졌도다 무너졌도다
큰 성 바벨론이여 모든 나라를 그 음행으로 인하여 진노의 포도주로 먹이던 자로다
하더라
14:8 And a second angel came after, saying, Destruction has come to Babylon the great,
which gave to all the nations the wine of the wrath of her evil ways.
14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
14:9 ○ 또 다른 천사 곧 세째가 그 뒤를 따라 큰 음성으로 가로되 만일 누구든지
짐승과 그의 우상에게 경배하고 이마에나 손에 표를 받으면
14:9 And a third angel came after them, saying with a loud voice, If any man gives worship
to the beast and his image, and has his mark on his brow or on his hand,
14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
14:10 그도 하나님의 진노의 포도주를 마시리니 그 진노의 잔에 섞인 것이 없이
부은 포도주라 거룩한 천사들 앞과 어린 양 앞에서 불과 유황으로 고난을 받으리니
14:10 To him will be given of the wine of God's wrath which is ready unmixed in the cup
of his wrath and he will have cruel pain, burning with fire before the holy angels
and before the Lamb:
14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
14:11 그 고난의 연기가 세세토록 올라가리로다 짐승과 그의 우상에게 경배하고
그 이름의 표를 받는 자는 누구든지 밤낮 쉼을 얻지 못하리라 하더라
14:11 And the smoke of their pain goes up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day
and night, who give worship to the beast and his image, and have on them the mark
of his name.
14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascends up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receives the mark of his name.
14:12 성도들의 인내가 여기 있나니 저희는 하나님의 계명과 예수 믿음을 지키는
자니라
14:12 Here is the quiet strength of the saints, who keep the orders of God, and the faith
of Jesus.
14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
14:13 ○ 또 내가 들으니 하늘에서 음성이 나서 가로되 기록하라 자금 이후로
주 안에서 죽는 자들은 복이 있도다 하시매 성령이 가라사대 그러하다 저희 수고를
그치고 쉬리니 이는 저희의 행한 일이 따름이라 하시더라
14:13 And a voice from heaven came to my ears, saying, Put in writing, There is a blessing
on the dead who from now on come to their end in the Lord: yes, says the Spirit,
that they may have rest from their troubles; for their works go with them.
14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, says the Spirit, (o. pneuma) that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
14:14 ○ 또 내가 보니 흰 구름이 있고 구름 위에 사람의 아들과 같은 이가 앉았는데
그 머리에는 금 면류관이 있고 그 손에는 이한 낫을 가졌더라
14:14 And I saw a white cloud, and on the cloud I saw one seated, like a son of man, having
on his head a crown of gold, and in his hand a sharp curved blade.
14:14 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
14:15 또 다른 천사가 성전으로부터 나와 구름 위에 앉은 이를 향하여 큰 음성으로
외쳐 가로되 네 낫을 휘둘러 거두라 거둘 때가 이르러 땅에 곡식이 다 익었음이로다
하니
14:15 And another angel came out from the house of God, crying with a loud voice to him
who was seated on the cloud, Put in your blade, and let the grain be cut: because
the hour for cutting it is come; for the grain of the earth is over-ready.
14:15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in your sickle, and reap: for the time has come for you to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
14:16 구름 위에 앉으신 이가 낫을 땅에 휘두르매 곡식이 거두어지니라
14:16 And he who was seated on the cloud sent in his blade on the earth; and the grain
of the earth was cut.
14:16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
14:17 ○ 또 다른 천사가 하늘에 있는 성전에서 나오는데 또한 이한 낫을 가졌더라
14:17 And another angel came out from the house of God which is in heaven, having a sharp
curved blade.
14:17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
14:18 또 불을 다스리는 다른 천사가 제단으로부터 나와 이한 낫 가진 자를 향하여
큰 음성으로 불러 가로되 네 이한 낫을 휘둘러 땅의 포도송이를 거두라 그 포도가
익었느니라 하더라
14:18 And another angel came out from the altar, who has power over fire; and he gave
a loud cry to him who had the sharp curved blade, saying, Put in your sharp blade,
and let the grapes of the vine of the earth be cut; for her grapes are fully ready.
14:18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in your sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
14:19 천사가 낫을 땅에 휘둘러 땅의 포도를 거두어 하나님의 진노의 큰 포도주
틀에 던지매
14:19 And the angel sent his blade into the earth, and the vine of the earth was cut,
and he put it into the great wine-crusher of the wrath of God.
14:19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
14:20 성 밖에서 그 틀이 밟히니 틀에서 피가 나서 말 굴레까지 닿았고 일천 육백
스다디온에 퍼졌더라
14:20 And the grapes were crushed under foot outside the town, and blood came out from
them, even to the head-bands of the horses, two hundred miles.
14:20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
15:1 또 하늘에 크고 이상한 다른 이적을 보매 일곱 천사가 일곱 재앙을 가졌으니
곧 마지막 재앙이라 하나님의 진노가 이것으로 마치리로다
15:1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and strange; seven angels having the seven
last punishments, for in them the wrath of God is complete.
15:1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
15:2 ○ 또 내가 보니 불이 섞인 유리 바다 같은 것이 있고 짐승과 그의 우상과
그의 이름의 수를 이기고 벗어난 자들이 유리 바닷가에 서서 하나님의 거문고를 가지고
15:2 And I saw a sea which seemed like glass mixed with fire; and those who had overcome
the beast and his image and the number of his name, were in their places by the
sea of glass, with God's instruments of music in their hands.
15:2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had got the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
15:3 하나님의 종 모세의 노래 어린 양의 노래를 불러 가로되 주 하나님
곧 전능하신 이시여 하시는 일이 크고 기이하시도다 만국의 왕이시여 주의 길이 의롭고
참되시도다
15:3 And they give the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,
Great and full of wonder are your works, O Lord God, Ruler of all; true and full
of righteousness are your ways, eternal King.
15:3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are your works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are your ways, you King of saints.
15:4 주여 누가 주의 이름을 두려워하지 아니하며 영화롭게 하지 아니하오리이까
오직 주만 거룩하시니이다 주의 의로우신 일이 나타났으매 만국이 와서 주께 경배하리이다
하더라
15:4 What man is there who will not have fear before you, O Lord, and give glory to your
name? because you only are holy; for all the nations will come and give worship
before you; for your righteousness has been made clear.
15:4 Who shall not fear you, O Lord, and glorify your name? for you only are holy: for all nations shall come and worship before you; for your judgments are made manifest.
15:5 ○ 또 이 일 후에 내가 보니 하늘에 증거 장막의 성전이 열리며
15:5 And after these things I saw, and the house of the Tent of witness in heaven was
open:
15:5 And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
15:6 일곱 재앙을 가진 일곱 천사가 성전으로부터 나와 맑고 빛난 세마포 옷을
입고 가슴에 금 띠를 띠고
15:6 And the seven angels who had the seven punishments came out from the house of God,
clothed with linen, clean and bright and with bands of gold about their breasts.
15:6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
15:7 네 생물 중에 하나가 세세에 계신 하나님의 진노를 가득히 담은 금 대접 일곱을
그 일곱 천사에게 주니
15:7 And one of the four beasts gave to the seven angels seven gold vessels full of the
wrath of God, who is living for ever and ever.
15:7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who lives for ever and ever.
15:8 하나님의 영광과 능력을 인하여 성전에 연기가 차게 되매 일곱 천사의 일곱
재앙이 마치기까지는 성전에 능히 들어갈 자가 없더라
15:8 And the house of God was full of smoke from the glory of God, and from his power,
and no one was able to go into the house of God, till the seven punishments of the
seven angels were ended.
15:8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
16:1 또 내가 들으니 성전에서 큰 음성이 나서 일곱 천사에게 말하되 너희는 가서
하나님의 진노의 일곱 대접을 땅에 쏟으라 하더라
16:1 And a great voice out of the house of God came to my ears, saying to the seven angels,
Go, and let that which is in the seven vessels of the wrath of God come down on
the earth.
16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
16:2 ○ 첫째가 가서 그 대접을 땅에 쏟으며 악하고 독한 헌데가 짐승의 표를
받은 사람들과 그 우상에게 경배하는 자들에게 나더라
16:2 And the first went, and let what was in his vessel come down on the earth; and it
became an evil poisoning wound on the men who had the mark of the beast, and who
gave worship to his image.
16:2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a dangerous and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
16:3 ○ 둘째가 그 대접을 바다에 쏟으매 바다가 곧 죽은 자의 피 같이 되니 바다
가운데 모든 생물이 죽더라
16:3 And the second let what was in his vessel come out into the sea; and it became blood
as of a dead man; and every living thing in the sea came to an end.
16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
16:4 ○ 세째가 그 대접을 강과 물 근원에 쏟으매 피가 되더라
16:4 And the third let what was in his vessel come out into the rivers and the fountains
of water; and they became blood.
16:4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
16:5 내가 들으니 물을 차지한 천사가 가로되 전에도 계셨고 시방도 계신 거룩하신
이여 이렇게 심판하시니 의로우시도다
16:5 And the voice of the angel of the waters came to my ears, saying, True and upright
is your judging, O Holy One, who is and was from all time:
16:5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, You are righteous, O Lord, which are, and were, and shall be, because you have judged thus.
16:6 저희가 성도들과 선지자들의 피를 흘렸으므로 저희로 피를 마시게 하신 것이
합당하니이다 하더라
16:6 For they made the blood of saints and prophets come out like a stream, and blood
have you given them for drink; which is their right reward.
16:6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
16:7 또 내가 들으니 제단이 말하기를 그러하다 주 하나님 곧 전능하신 이시여
심판하시는 것이 참되시고 의로우시도다 하더라
16:7 And a voice came from the altar, saying, Even so, O Lord God, Ruler of all, true
and full of righteousness is your judging.
16:7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are your judgments.
16:8 ○ 네째가 그 대접을 해에 쏟으매 해가 권세를 받아 불로 사람들을 태우니
16:8 And the fourth let what was in his vessel come out on the sun; and power was given
to it that men might be burned with fire.
16:8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
16:9 사람들이 크게 태움에 태워진지라 이 재앙들을 행하는 권세를 가지신 하나님의
이름을 훼방하며 또 회개하여 영광을 주께 돌리지 아니하더라
16:9 And men were burned with great heat: and they said evil things against the name
of the God who has authority over these punishments; and they were not turned from
their evil ways to give him glory.
16:9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which has power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
16:10 ○ 또 다섯째가 그 대접을 짐승의 보좌에 쏟으니 그 나라가 곧 어두워지며
사람들이 아파서 자기 혀를 깨물고
16:10 And the fifth let what was in his vessel come out on the high seat of the beast;
and his kingdom was made dark; and they were biting their tongues for pain.
16:10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
16:11 아픈 것과 종기로 인하여 하늘의 하나님을 훼방하고 저희 행위를 회개치
아니하더라
16:11 And they said evil things against the God of heaven because of their pain and their
wounds; and they were not turned from their evil works.
16:11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
16:12 ○ 또 여섯째가 그 대접을 큰 강 유브라데에 쏟으매 강물이 말라서 동방에서
오는 왕들의 길이 예비되더라
16:12 And the sixth let what was in his vessel come out on the great river Euphrates;
and it became dry, so that the way might be made ready for the kings from the east.
16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
16:13 또 내가 보매 개구리 같은 세 더러운 영이 용의 입과 짐승의 입과 거짓
선지자의 입에서 나오니
16:13 And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast,
and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, like frogs.
16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits (o. pneuma) like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
16:14 저희는 귀신의 영이라 이적을 행하여 온 천하 임금들에게 가서 하나님 곧
전능하신 이의 큰 날에 전쟁을 위하여 그들을 모으더라
16:14 For they are evil spirits, working signs; who go out even to the kings of all the
earth, to get them together to the war of the great day of God, the Ruler of all.
16:14 For they are the spirits (o. pneuma) of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
16:15 보라 내가 도적 같이 오리니 누구든지 깨어 자기 옷을 지켜 벌거벗고 다니지
아니하며 자기의 부끄러움을 보이지 아니하는 자가 복이 있도다
16:15 (See, I come as a thief. Happy is he who is watching and keeps his robes, so that
he may not go unclothed, and his shame be seen.)
16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
16:16 세 영이 히브리 음으로 아마겟돈이라 하는 곳으로 왕들을 모으더라
16:16 And they got them together into the place which is named in Hebrew Armageddon.
16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
16:17 ○ 일곱째가 그 대접을 공기 가운데 쏟으매 큰 음성이 성전에서 보좌로부터
나서 가로되 되었다 하니
16:17 And the seventh let what was in his vessel come out on the air; and there came out
a great voice from the house of God, from the high seat, saying, It is done.
16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
16:18 번개와 음성들과 뇌성이 있고 또 큰 지진이 있어 어찌 큰지 사람이 땅에 있어
옴으로 이같이 큰 지진이 없었더라
16:18 And there were flames and voices and thunders; and there was a great earth-shock
so that never, from the time when men were on the earth, had there been so great
an earth-shock, so full of power.
16:18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
16:19 큰 성이 세 갈래로 갈라지고 만국의 성들도 무너지니 큰 성 바벨론이 하나님
앞에 기억하신 바 되어 그의 맹렬한 진노의 포도주 잔을 받으매
16:19 And the great town was cut into three parts, and the towns of the nations came to
destruction: and Babylon the great came into mind before God, to be given the cup
of the wine of his wrath.
16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
16:20 각 섬도 없어지고 산악도 간 데 없더라
16:20 And every island went in flight, and the mountains were seen no longer.
16:20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
16:21 또 중수가 한 달란트나 되는 큰 우박이 하늘로부터 사람들에게 내리매 사람들이
그 박재로 인하여 하나님을 훼방하니 그 재앙이 심히 큼이러라
16:21 And great drops of ice, every one about the weight of a talent, came down out of
heaven on men: and men said evil things against God because of the punishment of
the ice-drops; for it is very great.
16:21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
17:1 또 일곱 대접을 가진 일곱 천사 중 하나가 와서 내게 말하여 가로되 이리
오라 많은 물 위에 앉은 큰 음녀의 받을 심판을 네게 보이리라
17:1 And one of the seven angels who had the seven vessels came and said to me, Come
here, so that you may see the judging of the evil woman who is seated on the great
waters;
17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come here; I will show unto you the judgment of the great whore that sits upon many waters:
17:2 땅의 임금들도 그로 더불어 음행하였고 땅에 거하는 자들도 그 음행의 포도주에
취하였다 하고
17:2 With whom the kings of the earth made themselves unclean, and those who are on the
earth were full of the wine of her evil desires.
17:2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
17:3 곧 성령으로 나를 데리고 광야로 가니라 내가 보니 여자가 붉은 빛 짐승을
탔는데 그 짐승의 몸에 참람된 이름들이 가득하고 일곱 머리와 열 뿔이 있으며
17:3 And he took me away in the Spirit into a waste land: and I saw a woman seated on
a bright red beast, full of evil names, having seven heads and ten horns,
17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit (o. pneuma) into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
17:4 그 여자는 자주 빛과 붉은 빛 옷을 입고 금과 보석과 진주로 꾸미고 손에
금 잔을 가졌는데 가증한 물건과 그의 음행의 더러운 것들이 가득하더라
17:4 And the woman was clothed in purple and bright red, with ornaments of gold and stones
of great price and jewels; and in her hand was a gold cup full of evil things and
her unclean desires;
17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
17:5 그 이마에 이름이 기록되었으니 비밀이라, 큰 바벨론이라, 땅의 음녀들과
가증한 것들의 어미라 하였더라
17:5 And on her brow was a name, SECRET, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF THE EVIL WOMEN
AND OF THE UNCLEAN THINGS OF THE EARTH.
17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
17:6 또 내가 보매 이 여자가 성도들의 피와 예수의 증인들의 피에 취한지라 내가
그 여자를 보고 기이히 여기고 크게 기이히 여기니
17:6 And I saw the woman overcome as with the wine of the blood of the saints, and the
blood of those put to death because of Jesus. And when I saw her, I was overcome
with a great wonder.
17:6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
17:7 천사가 가로되 왜 기이히 여기느냐 내가 여자와 그의 탄 바 일곱 머리와
열 뿔 가진 짐승의 비밀을 네게 이르리라
17:7 And the angel said to me, Why were you surprised? I will make clear to you the secret
of the woman, and of the beast on which she is seated, which has the seven heads
and the ten horns.
17:7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and ten horns.
17:8 네가 본 짐승은 전에 있었다가 시방 없으나 장차 무저갱으로부터 올라와
멸망으로 들어갈 자니 땅에 거하는 자들로서 창세 이후로 생명책에 녹명되지 못한
자들이 이전에 있었다가 시방 없으나 장차 나올 짐승을 보고 기이히 여기리라
17:8 The beast which you saw was, and is not; and is about to come up out of the great
deep, and to go into destruction. And those who are on the earth, whose names have
not been put in the book of life from the first, will be full of wonder when they
see the beast, that he was, and is not, and still will be.
17:8 The beast that you saw was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
17:9 지혜 있는 뜻이 여기 있으니 그 일곱 머리는 여자가 앉은 일곱 산이요
17:9 Here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which
the woman is seated:
17:9 And here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits.
17:10 또 일곱 왕이라 다섯은 망하였고 하나는 있고 다른 이는 아직 이르지 아니하였으나
이르면 반드시 잠간 동안 계속하리라
17:10 And they are seven kings; the five have come to an end, the one is, the other has
not come; and when he comes, he will have to go on for a little time.
17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he comes, he must continue a short space.
17:11 전에 있었다가 시방 없어진 짐승은 여덟째 왕이니 일곱 중에 속한 자라
저가 멸망으로 들어가리라
17:11 And the beast which was, and is not, is himself the eighth, and is of the seven;
and he goes into destruction.
17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goes into perdition.
17:12 네가 보던 열 뿔은 열 왕이니 아직 나라를 얻지 못하였으나 다만 짐승으로
더불어 임금처럼 권세를 일시 동안 받으리라
17:12 And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which still have been given no kingdom;
but they are given authority as kings, with the beast, for one hour.
17:12 And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
17:13 저희가 한 뜻을 가지고 자기의 능력과 권세를 짐승에게 주더라
17:13 These have one mind, and they give their power and authority to the beast.
17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
17:14 저희가 어린 양으로 더불어 싸우려니와 어린 양은 만주의 주시요 만왕의 왕이시므로
저희를 이기실 터이요 또 그와 함께 있는 자들 곧 부르심을 입고 빼내심을 얻고 진실한
자들은 이기리로다
17:14 These will make war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because he
is the Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with him are named, marked
out, and true.
17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
17:15 또 천사가 내게 말하되 네가 본 바 음녀의 앉은 물은 백성과 무리와 열국과
방언들이니라
17:15 And he said to me, The waters which you saw, where the evil woman is seated, are
peoples, and armies, and nations and languages.
17:15 And he says unto me, The waters which you saw, where the whore sits, are races and tribes, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
17:16 네가 본 바 이 열 뿔과 짐승이 음녀를 미워하여 망하게 하고 벌거벗게 하고
그 살을 먹고 불로 아주 사르리라
17:16 And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will be turned against the
evil woman, and will make her waste and uncovered, and will take her flesh for food,
and will have her burned with fire.
17:16 And the ten horns which you saw upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
17:17 하나님이 자기 뜻대로 할 마음을 저희에게 주사 한 뜻을 이루게 하시고
저희 나라를 그 짐승에게 주게 하시되 하나님 말씀이 응하기까지 하심이니라
17:17 Because God has put it in their hearts to do his purpose, and to be of one mind,
giving their kingdom to the beast, till the words of God have effect and are complete.
17:17 For God has put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words (o. rhema) of God shall be fulfilled.
17:18 또 내가 본 바 여자는 땅의 임금들을 다스리는 큰 성이라 하더라
17:18 And the woman whom you saw is the great town, which is ruling over the kings of
the earth.
17:18 And the woman which you saw is that great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth.
18:1 이 일 후에 다른 천사가 하늘에서 내려오는 것을 보니 큰 권세를 가졌는데
그의 영광으로 땅이 환하여지더라
18:1 After these things I saw another angel coming down out of heaven, having great authority;
and the earth was bright with his glory.
18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
18:2 힘 센 음성으로 외쳐 가로되 무너졌도다 무너졌도다 큰 성 바벨론이여 귀신의
처소와 각종 더러운 영의 모이는 곳과 각종 더럽고 가증한 새의 모이는 곳이 되었도다
18:2 And he gave a loud cry, saying, Babylon the great has come down from her high place,
she has come to destruction and has become a place of evil spirits, and of every
unclean spirit, and a hole for every unclean and hated bird.
18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, (o. pneuma) and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
18:3 그 음행의 진노의 포도주를 인하여 만국이 무너졌으며 또 땅의 왕들이 그로
더불어 음행하였으며 땅의 상고들도 그 사치의 세력을 인하여 치부하였도다 하더라
18:3 For through the wine of the wrath of her evil desires all the nations have come
to destruction; and the kings of the earth made themselves unclean with her, and
the traders of the earth had their wealth increased by the power of her evil ways.
18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
18:4 ○ 또 내가 들으니 하늘로서 다른 음성이 나서 가로되 내 백성아 거기서
나와 그의 죄에 참여하지 말고 그의 받을 재앙들을 받지 말라
18:4 And another voice from heaven came to my ears, saying, Come out of her, my people,
so that you may have no part in her sins and in her punishments.
18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that all of you be not partakers of her sins, and that all of you receive not of her plagues.
18:5 그 죄는 하늘에 사무쳤으며 하나님은 그의 불의한 일을 기억하신지라
18:5 For her sins have gone up even to heaven, and God has taken note of her evil-doing.
18:5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.
18:6 그가 준 그대로 그에게 주고 그의 행위대로 갑절을 갚아 주고 그의 섞은 잔에도
갑절이나 섞어 그에게 주라
18:6 Give to her as she gave, even an increased reward for her works; in the cup which
was mixed by her, let there be mixed as much again for herself.
18:6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she has filled fill to her double.
18:7 그가 어떻게 자기를 영화롭게 하였으며 사치하였든지 그만큼 고난과 애통으로
갚아 주라 그가 마음에 말하기를 나는 여황으로 앉은 자요 과부가 아니라 결단코
애통을 당하지 아니하리라 하니
18:7 As she gave glory to herself, and became more evil in her ways, in the same measure
give her pain and weeping: for she says in her heart, I am seated here a queen,
and am no widow, and will in no way see sorrow.
18:7 How much she has glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she says in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
18:8 그러므로 하루 동안에 그 재앙들이 이르리니 곧 사망과 애통과 흉년이라
그가 또한 불에 살라지리니 그를 심판하신 주 하나님은 강하신 자이심이니라
18:8 For this reason in one day will her troubles come, death and sorrow and need of
food; and she will be completely burned with fire; for strong is the Lord God who
is her judge.
18:8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judges her.
18:9 그와 함께 음행하고 사치하던 땅의 왕들이 그 불붙는 연기를 보고 위하여
울고 가슴을 치며
18:9 And the kings of the earth, who made themselves unclean with her, and in her company
gave themselves up to evil, will be weeping and crying over her, when they see the
smoke of her burning,
18:9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall mourn for her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
18:10 그 고난을 무서워하여 멀리 서서 가로되 화 있도다 화 있도다 큰 성, 견고한
성 바벨론이여 일시간에 네 심판이 이르렀다 하리로다
18:10 Watching from far away, for fear of her punishment, saying, Sorrow, sorrow for Babylon,
the great town, the strong town! for in one hour you have been judged.
18:10 Standing far off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is your judgment come.
18:11 땅의 상고들이 그를 위하여 울고 애통하는 것은 다시 그 상품을 사는 자가
없음이라
18:11 And the traders of the earth are weeping and crying over her, because no man has
any more desire for their goods,
18:11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buys their merchandise any more:
18:12 그 상품은 금과 은과 보석과 진주와 세마포와 자주 옷감과 비단과 붉은
옷감이요 각종 향목과 각종 상아 기명이요 값진 나무와 진유와 철과 옥석으로 만든
각종 기명이요
18:12 Gold, and silver, and stones of great price, and jewels, and delicate linen, and
robes of purple and silk and red; and perfumed wood, and every vessel of ivory,
and every vessel made of fair wood, and of brass, and iron, and stone;
18:12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
18:13 계피와 향료와 향과 향유와 유향과 포도주와 감람유와 고운 밀가루와 밀과
소와 양과 말과 수레와 종들과 사람의 영혼들이라
18:13 And sweet-smelling plants, and perfumes, and wine, and oil, and well crushed grain,
and cattle and sheep; and horses and carriages and servants; and souls of men.
18:13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
18:14 바벨론아 네 영혼의 탐하던 과실이 네게서 떠났으며 맛있는 것들과 빛난
것들이 다 없어졌으니 사람들이 결코 이것들을 다시 보지 못하리로다
18:14 And the fruit of your soul's desire has gone from you, and all things delicate and
shining have come to an end and will never again be seen.
18:14 And the fruits that your soul lusted after are departed from you, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from you, and you shall find them no more at all.
18:15 바벨론을 인하여 치부한 이 상품의 상고들이 그 고난을 무서워하여 멀리
서서 울고 애통하여
18:15 The traders in these things, by which their wealth was increased, will be watching
far off for fear of her punishment, weeping and crying;
18:15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand far off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
18:16 가로되 화 있도다 화 있도다 큰 성이여 세마포와 자주와 붉은 옷을 입고
금과 보석과 진주로 꾸민 것인데
18:16 Saying, Sorrow, sorrow for the great town, she who was clothed in delicate linen,
and purple, and red; with ornaments of gold and stones of great price and jewels!
18:16 And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
18:17 그러한 부가 일시간에 망하였도다 각 선장과 각처를 다니는 선객들과 선인들과
바다에서 일하는 자들이 멀리 서서
18:17 For in one hour such great wealth has come to nothing. And every shipmaster, and
all who are sailing on the sea, and sailors and all who get their living by the
sea, were watching from far away,
18:17 For in one hour so great riches has come to nothing. And every ship captain, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood far off,
18:18 그 불붙는 연기를 보고 외쳐 가로되 이 큰 성과 같은 성이 어디 있느뇨 하며
18:18 And crying out when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What town is like
the great town?
18:18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
18:19 티끌을 자기 머리에 뿌리고 울고 애통하여 외쳐 가로되 화 있도다 화 있도다
이 큰 성이여 바다에서 배 부리는 모든 자들이 너의 보배로운 상품을 인하여 치부하였더니
일시간에 망하였도다
18:19 And they put dust on their heads, and were sad, weeping and crying, and saying,
Sorrow, sorrow for the great town, in which was increased the wealth of all who
had their ships on the sea because of her great stores! for in one hour she is made
waste.
18:19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
18:20 하늘과 성도들과 사도들과 선지자들아 그를 인하여 즐거워하라 하나님이
너희를 신원하시는 심판을 그에게 하셨음이라 하더라
18:20 Be glad over her, heaven, and you saints, and Apostles, and prophets; because she
has been judged by God on your account.
18:20 Rejoice over her, you heaven, and all of you holy apostles and prophets; for God has avenged you on her.
18:21 ○ 이에 한 힘 센 천사가 큰 맷돌 같은 돌을 들어 바다에 던져 가로되 큰
성 바벨론이 이같이 몹시 떨어져 결코 다시 보이지 아니하리로다
18:21 And a strong angel took up a stone like the great stone with which grain is crushed,
and sent it into the sea, saying, So, with a great fall, will Babylon, the great
town, come to destruction, and will not be seen any more at all.
18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
18:22 또 거문고 타는 자와 풍류하는 자와 퉁소 부는 자와 나팔 부는 자들의 소리가
결코 다시 네 가운데서 들리지 아니하고 물론 어떠한 세공업자든지 결코 다시 네
가운데서 보이지 아니하고 또 맷돌 소리가 다시 네 가운데서 들리지 아니하고
18:22 And the voice of players and makers of music will never again be sounding in you:
and no worker, expert in art, will ever again be living in you; and there will be
no sound of the crushing of grain any more at all in you;
18:22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in you; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in you; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in you;
18:23 등불 빛이 결코 다시 네 가운데서 비취지 아니하고 신랑과 신부의 음성이
결코 다시 네 가운데서 들리지 아니하리로다 너의 상고들은 땅의 왕족들이라 네 복술을
인하여 만국이 미혹되었도다
18:23 And never again will the shining of lights be seen in you; and the voice of the
newly-married man and the bride will never again be sounding in you: for your traders
were the lords of the earth, and by your evil powers were all the nations turned
out of the right way.
18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in you; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in you: for your merchants were the great men of the earth; for by your sorceries were all nations deceived.
18:24 선지자들과 성도들과 및 땅 위에서 죽임을 당한 모든 자의 피가 이 성 중에서
보였느니라 하더라
18:24 And in her was seen the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all who have been
put to death on the earth.
18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.
19:1 이 일 후에 내가 들으니 하늘에 허다한 무리의 큰 음성 같은 것이 있어 가로되
할렐루야 구원과 영광과 능력이 우리 하나님께 있도다
19:1 After these things there came to my ears a sound like the voice of a great band
of people in heaven, saying, Praise to the Lord; salvation and glory and power be
to our God:
19:1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:
19:2 그의 심판은 참되고 의로운지라 음행으로 땅을 더럽게 한 큰 음녀를
심판하사 자기 종들의 피를 그의 손에 갚으셨도다 하고
19:2 For true and upright are his decisions; for by him has the evil woman been judged,
who made the earth unclean with the sins of her body; and he has given her punishment
for the blood of his servants.
19:2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he has judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and has avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
19:3 두 번째 가로되 할렐루야 하더니 그 연기가 세세토록 올라가더라
19:3 And again they said, Praise to the Lord. And her smoke went up for ever and ever.
19:3 And again they said, Alleluia And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
19:4 또 이십 사 장로와 네 생물이 엎드려 보좌에 앉으신 하나님께 경배하여 가로되
아멘 할렐루야 하니
19:4 And the four and twenty rulers and the four beasts went down on their faces and
gave worship to God who was seated on the high seat, saying, Even so, praise to
the Lord.
19:4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
19:5 보좌에서 음성이 나서 가로되 하나님의 종들 곧 그를 경외하는 너희들아
무론대소하고 다 우리 하나님께 찬송하라 하더라
19:5 And a voice came from the high seat, saying, Give praise to our God, all you his
servants, small and great, in whom is the fear of him.
19:5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all you his servants, and all of you that fear him, both small and great.
19:6 또 내가 들으니 허다한 무리의 음성도 같고 많은 물 소리도 같고 큰 뇌성도
같아서 가로되 할렐루야 주 우리 하나님 곧 전능하신 이가 통치하시도다
19:6 And there came to my ears the voice of a great army, like the sound of waters, and
the sound of loud thunders, saying, Praise to the Lord: for the Lord our God, Ruler
of all, is King.
19:6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigns.
19:7 우리가 즐거워하고 크게 기뻐하여 그에게 영광을 돌리세 어린 양의
혼인 기약이 이르렀고 그 아내가 예비하였으니
19:7 Let us be glad with delight, and let us give glory to him: because the time is come
for the Lamb to be married, and his wife has made herself ready.
19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready.
19:8 그에게 허락하사 빛나고 깨끗한 세마포를 입게 하셨은즉 이 세마포는
성도들의 옳은 행실이로다 하더라
19:8 And to her it was given to be clothed in delicate linen, clean and shining: for
the clean linen is the righteousness of the saints.
19:8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
19:9 천사가 내게 말하기를 기록하라 어린 양의 혼인 잔치에 청함을 입은 자들이
복이 있도다 하고 또 내게 말하되 이것은 하나님의 참되신 말씀이라 하기로
19:9 And he said to me, Put in the book, Happy are the guests at the bride-feast of the
Lamb. And he said to me, These are the true words of God.
19:9 And he says unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he says unto me, These are the true sayings (o. logos) of God.
19:10 내가 그 발 앞에 엎드려 경배하려 하니 그가 나더러 말하기를 나는 너와
및 예수의 증거를 받은 네 형제들과 같이 된 종이니 삼가 그리하지 말고 오직 하나님께
경배하라 예수의 증거는 대언의 영이라 하더라
19:10 And I went on my face before his feet to give him worship. And he said to me, See
you do it not: I am a brother-servant with you and with your brothers who keep the
witness of Jesus: give worship to God: for the witness of Jesus is the spirit of
the prophet's word.
19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See you do it not: I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit (o. pneuma) of prophecy.
19:11 ○ 또 내가 하늘이 열린 것을 보니 보라 백마와 탄 자가 있으니 그 이름은
충신과 진실이라 그가 공의로 심판하며 싸우더라
19:11 And the heaven was open; and I saw a white horse, and he who was seated on it was
named Certain and True; and he is judging and making war in righteousness.
19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he does judge and make war.
19:12 그 눈이 불꽃 같고 그 머리에 많은 면류관이 있고 또 이름 쓴 것이 하나가
있으니 자기 밖에 아는 자가 없고
19:12 And his eyes are a flame of fire, and crowns are on his head; and he has a name
in writing, of which no man has knowledge but himself.
19:12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
19:13 또 그가 피 뿌린 옷을 입었는데 그 이름은 하나님의 말씀이라 칭하더라
19:13 And he is clothed in a robe washed with blood: and his name is The Word of God.
19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word (o. logos) of God.
19:14 하늘에 있는 군대들이 희고 깨끗한 세마포를 입고 백마를 타고 그를 따르더라
19:14 And the armies which are in heaven went after him on white horses, clothed in delicate
linen, white and clean.
19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
19:15 그의 입에서 이한 검이 나오니 그것으로 만국을 치겠고 친히 저희를 철장으로
다스리며 또 친히 하나님 곧 전능하신 이의 맹렬한 진노의 포도주 틀을 밟겠고
19:15 And out of his mouth comes a sharp sword, with which he overcomes the nations: and
he has rule over them with a rod of iron: and he is crushing with his feet the grapes
of the strong wrath of God the Ruler of all.
19:15 And out of his mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it he should strike the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
19:16 그 옷과 그 다리에 이름 쓴 것이 있으니 만왕의 왕이요 만주의 주라 하였더라
19:16 And on his robe and on his leg is a name, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
19:16 And he has on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
19:17 ○ 또 내가 보니 한 천사가 해에 서서 공중에 나는 모든 새를 향하여 큰
음성으로 외쳐 가로되 와서 하나님의 큰 잔치에 모여
19:17 And I saw an angel taking his place in the sun; and he was crying with a loud voice,
saying to all the birds in flight in the heavens, Come together to the great feast
of God;
19:17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
19:18 왕들의 고기와 장군들의 고기와 장사들의 고기와 말들과 그 탄 자들의 고기와
자유한 자들이나 종들이나 무론대소하고 모든 자의 고기를 먹으라 하더라
19:18 So that you may take for your food the flesh of kings, and of captains, and of strong
men, and of horses and of those who are seated on them, and the flesh of all men,
free and unfree, small and great.
19:18 That all of you may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
19:19 ○ 또 내가 보매 그 짐승과 땅의 임금들과 그 군대들이 모여 그 말 탄 자와
그의 군대로 더불어 전쟁을 일으키다가
19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, come together
to make war against him who was seated on the horse and against his army.
19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
19:20 짐승이 잡히고 그 앞에서 이적을 행하던 거짓 선지자도 함께 잡혔으니 이는
짐승의 표를 받고 그의 우상에게 경배하던 자들을 이적으로 미혹하던 자라 이 둘이
산 채로 유황불 붙는 못에 던지우고
19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet who did the signs before
him, by which they were turned from the true way who had the mark of the beast,
and who gave worship to his image: these two were put living into the sea of ever-burning
fire.
19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
19:21 그 나머지는 말 탄 자의 입으로 나오는 검에 죽으매 모든 새가 그 고기로
배불리우더라
19:21 And the rest were put to death with the sword of him who was on the horse, even
the sword which came out of his mouth: and all the birds were made full with their
flesh.
19:21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
20:1 또 내가 보매 천사가 무저갱 열쇠와 큰 쇠사슬을 그 손에 가지고 하늘로서
내려와서
20:1 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the great deep and
a great chain in his hand.
20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
20:2 용을 잡으니 곧 옛 뱀이요 마귀요 사단이라 잡아 일천 년 동안 결박하여
20:2 And he took the dragon, the old snake, which is the Evil One and Satan, and put
chains on him for a thousand years,
20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
20:3 무저갱에 던져 잠그고 그 위에 인봉하여 천 년이 차도록 다시는 만국을 미혹하지
못하게 하였다가 그 후에는 반드시 잠간 놓이리라
20:3 And put him into the great deep, and it was shut and locked over him, so that he
might put the nations in error no longer, till the thousand years were ended: after
this he will be let loose for a little time.
20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
20:4 ○ 또 내가 보좌들을 보니 거기 앉은 자들이 있어 심판하는 권세를 받았더라
또 내가 보니 예수의 증거와 하나님의 말씀을 인하여 목 베임을 받은 자의 영혼들과
또 짐승과 그의 우상에게 경배하지도 아니하고 이마와 손에 그의 표를 받지도 아니한
자들이 살아서 그리스도로 더불어 천 년 동안 왕노릇하니
20:4 And I saw high seats, and they were seated on them, and the right of judging was
given to them: and I saw the souls of those who were put to death for the witness
of Jesus, and for the word of God, and those who did not give worship to the beast,
or to his image, and had not his mark on their brows or on their hands; and they
were living and ruling with Christ a thousand years.
20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word (o. logos) of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
20:5 {그 나머지 죽은 자들은 그 천 년이 차기까지 살지 못하더라} 이는 첫째
부활이라
20:5 The rest of the dead did not come to life again till the thousand years were ended.
This is the first coming back from the dead.
20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
20:6 이 첫째 부활에 참여하는 자들은 복이 있고 거룩하도다 둘째 사망이 그들을
다스리는 권세가 없고 도리어 그들이 하나님과 그리스도의 제사장이 되어 천 년 동안
그리스도로 더불어 왕노릇하리라
20:6 Happy and holy is he who has a part in this first coming: over these the second
death has no authority, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will
be ruling with him a thousand years.
20:6 Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection: on such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
20:7 ○ 천 년이 차매 사단이 그 옥에서 놓여
20:7 And when the thousand years are ended, Satan will be let loose out of his prison,
20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
20:8 나와서 땅의 사방 백성 곧 곡과 마곡을 미혹하고 모아 싸움을 붙이리니 그
수가 바다 모래 같으리라
20:8 And will go out to put in error the nations which are in the four quarters of the
earth, Gog and Magog, to get them together to the war, the number of whom is like
the sands of the sea.
20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
20:9 저희가 지면에 널리 퍼져 성도들의 진과 사랑하시는 성을 두르매 하늘에서
불이 내려와 저희를 소멸하고
20:9 And they went up over the face of the earth, and made a circle about the tents of
the saints, and the well loved town: and fire came down out of heaven for their
destruction.
20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
20:10 또 저희를 미혹하는 마귀가 불과 유황 못에 던지우니 거기는 그 짐승과
거짓 선지자도 있어 세세토록 밤낮 괴로움을 받으리라
20:10 And the Evil One who put them in error was sent down into the sea of ever-burning
fire, where the beast and the false prophet are, and their punishment will go on
day and night for ever and ever.
20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
20:11 ○ 또 내가 크고 흰 보좌와 그 위에 앉으신 자를 보니 땅과 하늘이 그 앞에서
피하여 간 데 없더라
20:11 And I saw a great white seat, and him who was seated on it, before whose face the
earth and the heaven went in flight; and there was no place for them.
20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
20:12 또 내가 보니 죽은 자들이 무론대소하고 그 보좌 앞에 섰는데 책들이 펴
있고 또 다른 책이 펴졌으니 곧 생명책이라 죽은 자들이 자기 행위를 따라 책들에
기록된 대로 심판을 받으니
20:12 And I saw the dead, great and small, taking their places before the high seat; and
the books were open, and another book was open, which is the book of life; and the
dead were judged by the things which were in the books, even by their works.
20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
20:13 바다가 그 가운데서 죽은 자들을 내어 주고 또 사망과 음부도 그 가운데서
죽은 자들을 내어 주매 각 사람이 자기의 행위대로 심판을 받고
20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and Hell gave up the dead
which were in them; and they were judged every man by his works.
20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
20:14 사망과 음부도 불못에 던지우니 이것은 둘째 사망 곧 불못이라
20:14 And death and Hell were put into the sea of fire. This is the second death, even
the sea of fire.
20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
20:15 누구든지 생명책에 기록되지 못한 자는 불못에 던지우더라
20:15 And if anyone's name was not in the book of life, he went down into the sea of fire.
20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
21:1 또 내가 새 하늘과 새 땅을 보니 처음 하늘과 처음 땅이 없어졌고 바다도
다시 있지 않더라
21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth
were gone; and there was no more sea.
21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
21:2 또 내가 보매 거룩한 성 새 예루살렘이 하나님께로부터 하늘에서 내려오니
그 예비한 것이 신부가 남편을 위하여 단장한 것 같더라
21:2 And I saw the holy town, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, like
a bride made beautiful for her husband.
21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
21:3 내가 들으니 보좌에서 큰 음성이 나서 가로되 보라 하나님의 장막이 사람들과
함께 있으매 하나님이 저희와 함께 거하시리니 저희는 하나님의 백성이 되고 하나님은
친히 저희와 함께 계셔서
21:3 And there came to my ears a great voice out of the high seat, saying, See, the Tent
of God is with men, and he will make his living-place with them, and they will be
his people, and God himself will be with them, and be their God.
21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
21:4 모든 눈물을 그 눈에서 씻기시매 다시 사망이 없고 애통하는 것이나 곡하는
것이나 아픈 것이 다시 있지 아니하리니 처음 것들이 다 지나갔음이러라
21:4 And he will put an end to all their weeping; and there will be no more death, or
sorrow, or crying, or pain; for the first things have come to an end.
21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
21:5 보좌에 앉으신 이가 가라사대 보라 내가 만물을 새롭게 하노라 하시고 또
가라사대 이 말은 신실하고 참되니 기록하라 하시고
21:5 And he who is seated on the high seat said, See, I make all things new. And he said,
Put it in the book; for these words are certain and true.
21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words (o. logos) are true and faithful.
21:6 또 내게 말씀하시되 이루었도다 나는 알파와 오메가요 처음과 나중이라 내가
생명수 샘물로 목마른 자에게 값 없이 주리니
21:6 And he said to me, It is done. I am the First and the Last, the start and the end.
I will freely give of the fountain of the water of life to him who is in need.
21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is thirsty of the fountain of the water of life freely.
21:7 이기는 자는 이것들을 유업으로 얻으리라 나는 저의 하나님이 되고 그는
내 아들이 되리라
21:7 He who overcomes will have these things for his heritage; and I will be his God,
and he will be my son.
21:7 He that overcomes shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
21:8 그러나 두려워하는 자들과 믿지 아니하는 자들과 흉악한 자들과 살인자들과
행음자들과 술객들과 우상 숭배자들과 모든 거짓말 하는 자들은 불과 유황으로 타는
못에 참예하리니 이것이 둘째 사망이라
21:8 But those who are full of fear and without faith, the unclean and takers of life,
those who do the sins of the flesh, and those who make use of evil powers or who
give worship to images, and all those who are false, will have their part in the
sea of ever-burning fire which is the second death.
21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
21:9 ○ 일곱 대접을 가지고 마지막 일곱 재앙을 담은 일곱 천사 중 하나가 나아와서
내게 말하여 가로되 이리 오라 내가 신부 곧 어린 양의 아내를 네게 보이리라 하고
21:9 And one of the seven angels who had the seven vessels in which were the seven last
punishments, came and said to me, Come here, and see the bride, the Lamb's wife.
21:9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come here, I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife.
21:10 성령으로 나를 데리고 크고 높은 산으로 올라가 하나님께로부터 하늘에서
내려오는 거룩한 성 예루살렘을 보이니
21:10 And he took me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and let me see the
holy town Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,
21:10 And he carried me away in the spirit (o. pneuma) to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
21:11 하나님의 영광이 있으매 그 성의 빛이 지극히 귀한 보석 같고 벽옥과 수정 같이
맑더라
21:11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like a stone of great price, a jasper
stone, clear as glass:
21:11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
21:12 크고 높은 성곽이 있고 열 두 문이 있는데 문에 열 두 천사가 있고 그 문들
위에 이름을 썼으니 이스라엘 자손 열 두 지파의 이름들이라
21:12 She had a wall great and high, with twelve doors, and at the doors twelve angels;
and names on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel.
21:12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
21:13 동편에 세 문, 북편에 세 문, 남편에 세 문, 서편에 세 문이니
21:13 And on the east were three doors; and on the north three doors; and on the south
three doors; and on the west three doors.
21:13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
21:14 그 성에 성곽은 열 두 기초석이 있고 그 위에 어린 양의 십 이 사도의 열
두 이름이 있더라
21:14 And the wall of the town had twelve bases, and on them the twelve names of the twelve
Apostles of the Lamb.
21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
21:15 내게 말하는 자가 그 성과 그 문들과 성곽을 척량하려고 금 갈대를 가졌더라
21:15 And he who was talking with me had a gold measuring-rod to take the measure of the
town, and of its doors, and its wall.
21:15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
21:16 그 성은 네모가 반듯하여 장광이 같은지라 그 갈대로 그 성을 척량하니
일만 이천 스다디온이요 장과 광과 고가 같더라
21:16 And the town is square, as wide as it is long; and he took the measure of the town
with the rod, one thousand and five hundred miles: it is equally long and wide and
high.
21:16 And the city lies foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
21:17 그 성곽을 척량하매 일백 사십 사 규빗이니 사람의 척량 곧 천사의 척량이라
21:17 And he took the measure of its wall, one hundred and forty-four cubits, after the
measure of a man, that is, of an angel.
21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
21:18 그 성곽은 벽옥으로 쌓였고 그 성은 정금인데 맑은 유리 같더라
21:18 And the building of its wall was of jasper, and the town was clear gold, clear as
glass.
21:18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
21:19 그 성의 성곽의 기초석은 각색 보석으로 꾸몄는데 첫째 기초석은 벽옥이요
둘째는 남보석이요 세째는 옥수요 네째는 녹보석이요
21:19 The bases of the wall of the town had ornaments of all sorts of beautiful stones.
The first base was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, chalcedony; the fourth,
emerald;
21:19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
21:20 다섯째는 홍마노요 여섯째는 홍보석이요 일곱째는 황옥이요 여덟째는 녹옥이요
아홉째는 담황옥이요 열째는 비취옥이요 열 한째는 청옥이요 열 둘째는 자정이라
21:20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl;
the ninth, topaz; the tenth, chrysoprase; the eleventh, jacinth; the twelfth, amethyst.
21:20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, ruby; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
21:21 그 열 두 문은 열 두 진주니 문마다 한 진주요 성의 길은 맑은 유리 같은
정금이더라
21:21 And the twelve doors were twelve pearls; every door was made of one pearl; and the
street of the town was clear gold, as clear as glass.
21:21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
21:22 성 안에 성전을 내가 보지 못하였으니 이는 주 하나님 곧 전능하신 이와
및 어린 양이 그 성전이심이라
21:22 And I saw no Temple there; because the Lord God, the Ruler of all, and the Lamb
are its Temple.
21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
21:23 그 성은 해나 달의 비췸이 쓸 데 없으니 이는 하나님의 영광이 비취고 어린
양이
그 등이 되심이라
21:23 And the town has no need of the sun, or of the moon, to give it light: for the glory
of God did make it light, and the light of it is the Lamb.
21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
21:24 만국이 그 빛 가운데로 다니고 땅의 왕들이 자기 영광을 가지고 그리로
들어오리라
21:24 And the nations will go in its light: and the kings of the earth will take their
glory into it.
21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
21:25 성문들을 낮에 도무지 닫지 아니하리니 거기는 밤이 없음이라
21:25 And the doors of it will never be shut by day (for there is no night there):
21:25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
21:26 사람들이 만국의 영광과 존귀를 가지고 그리로 들어오겠고
21:26 And the glory and honour of the nations will come into it:
21:26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
21:27 무엇이든지 속된 것이나 가증한 일 또는 거짓말 하는 자는 결코 그리로 들어오지
못하되 오직 어린 양의 생명책에 기록된 자들뿐이라
21:27 And nothing unclean may come into it, or anyone whose works are cursed or false;
but only those whose names are in the Lamb's book of life.
21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defiles, neither whatsoever works abomination, or makes a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
22:1 또 저가 수정 같이 맑은 생명수의 강을 내게 보이니 하나님과 및 어린 양의
보좌로부터 나서
22:1 And I saw a river of water of life, clear as glass, coming out of the high seat
of God and of the Lamb,
22:1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
22:2 길 가운데로 흐르더라 강 좌우에 생명 나무가 있어 열 두 가지 실과를 맺히되
달마다 그 실과를 맺히고 그 나무 잎사귀들은 만국을 소성하기 위하여 있더라
22:2 In the middle of its street. And on this side of the river and on that was the tree
of life, having twelve sorts of fruits, giving its fruit every month; and the leaves
of the tree give life to the nations.
22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
22:3 다시 저주가 없으며 하나님과 그 어린 양의 보좌가 그 가운데 있으리니 그의
종들이 그를 섬기며
22:3 And there will be no more curse: and the high seat of God and of the Lamb will be
there; and his servants will be worshipping him;
22:3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
22:4 그의 얼굴을 볼 터이요 그의 이름도 저희 이마에 있으리라
22:4 And they will see his face; and his name will be on their brows.
22:4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
22:5 다시 밤이 없겠고 등불과 햇빛이 쓸 데 없으니 이는 주 하나님이 저희에게
비취심이라 저희가 세세토록 왕노릇하리로다
22:5 And there will be no more night; and they have no need of a light or of the shining
of the sun; for the Lord God will give them light: and they will be ruling for ever
and ever.
22:5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God gives them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
22:6 ○ 또 그가 내게 말하기를 이 말은 신실하고 참된지라 주 곧 선지자들의
영의 하나님이 그의 종들에게 결코 속히 될 일을 보이시려고 그의 천사를 보내셨도다
22:6 And he said to me, These words are certain and true: and the Lord, the God of the
spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to make clear to his servants the things
which are now to come about.
22:6 And he said unto me, These sayings (o. logos) are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to show unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.
22:7 보라 내가 속히 오리니 이 책의 예언의 말씀을 지키는 자가 복이 있으리라 하더라
22:7 See, I come quickly. A blessing on him who keeps the words of this book of the prophet.
22:7 Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keeps the sayings (o. logos) of the prophecy of this book.
22:8 ○ 이것들을 보고 들은 자는 나 요한이니 내가 듣고 볼 때에 이 일을 내게
보이던 천사의 발 앞에 경배하려고 엎드렸더니
22:8 And I, John, am he who saw these things and to whose ears they came. And when I
had seen and given ear, I went down on my face to give worship at the feet of the
angel who made these things clear to me.
22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which showed me these things.
22:9 저가 내게 말하기를 나는 너와 네 형제 선지자들과 또 이 책의 말을 지키는
자들과 함께 된 종이니 그리하지 말고 오직 하나님께 경배하라 하더라
22:9 And he said to me, See you do it not; I am a brother-servant with you and with your
brothers the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book: give worship
to God.
22:9 Then says he unto me, See you do it not: for I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings (o. logos) of this book: worship God.
22:10 ○ 또 내게 말하되 이 책의 예언의 말씀을 인봉하지 말라 때가 가까우니라
22:10 And he said to me, Let not the words of this prophet's book be kept secret, because
the time is near.
22:10 And he says unto me, Seal not the sayings (o. logos) of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
22:11 불의를 하는 자는 그대로 불의를 하고 더러운 자는 그대로 더럽고 의로운
자는 그대로 의를 행하고 거룩한 자는 그대로 거룩되게 하라
22:11 Let the evil man go on in his evil: and let the unclean be still unclean: and let
the upright go on in his righteousness: and let the holy be holy still.
22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
22:12 보라 내가 속히 오리니 내가 줄 상이 내게 있어 각 사람에게 그의 일한
대로 갚아 주리라
22:12 See, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give to every man the outcome
of his works.
22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
22:13 나는 알파와 오메가요 처음과 나중이요 시작과 끝이라
22:13 I am the First and the Last, the start and the end.
22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
22:14 그 두루마기를 빠는 자들은 복이 있으니 이는 저희가 생명 나무에 나아가며
문들을 통하여 성에 들어갈 권세를 얻으려 함이로다
22:14 A blessing on those whose robes are washed, so that they may have a right to the
tree of life, and may go in by the doors into the town.
22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
22:15 개들과 술객들과 행음자들과 살인자들과 우상 숭배자들과 및 거짓말을 좋아하며
지어내는 자마다 성 밖에 있으리라
22:15 Outside are the dogs, and those who make use of evil powers, those who make themselves
unclean, and the takers of life, and those who give worship to images, and everyone
whose delight is in what is false.
22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loves and makes a lie.
22:16 ○ 나 예수는 교회들을 위하여 내 사자를 보내어 이것들을 너희에게 증거하게
하였노라 나는 다윗의 뿌리요 자손이니 곧 광명한 새벽별이라 하시더라
22:16 I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give witness to you of these things in the churches.
I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright and morning star.
22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
22:17 ○ 성령과 신부가 말씀하시기를 오라 하시는도다 듣는 자도 오라 할 것이요
목마른 자도 올 것이요 또 원하는 자는 값 없이 생명수를 받으라 하시더라
22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him who gives ear, say, Come. And
let him who is in need come; and let everyone desiring it take of the water of life
freely.
22:17 And the Spirit (o. pneuma) and the bride say, Come. And let him that hears say, Come. And let him that is thirsty come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
22:18 ○ 내가 이 책의 예언의 말씀을 듣는 각인에게 증거하노니 만일 누구든지
이것들 외에 더하면 하나님이 이 책에 기록된 재앙들을 그에게 더하실 터이요
22:18 For I say to every man to whose ears have come the words of this prophet's book,
If any man makes an addition to them, God will put on him the punishments which
are in this book:
22:18 For I testify unto every man that hears the words (o. logos) of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
22:19 ○ 만일 누구든지 이 책의 예언의 말씀에서 제하여 버리면 하나님이 이
책에 기록된 생명 나무와 및 거룩한 성에 참예함을 제하여 버리시리라
22:19 And if any man takes away from the words of this book, God will take away from him
his part in the tree of life and the holy town, even the things which are in this
book.
22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words (o. logos) of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
22:20 ○ 이것들을 증거하신 이가 가라사대 내가 진실로 속히 오리라 하시거늘
아멘 주 예수여 오시옵소서
22:20 He who gives witness to these things says, Truly, I come quickly. Even so come,
Lord Jesus.
22:20 He which testifies these things says, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
22:21 ○ 주 예수의 은혜가 모든 자들에게 있을지어다 아멘
22:21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with the saints. So be it.
22:21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
