9:1 내가 자유자가 아니냐 사도가 아니냐 예수 우리 주를 보지 못하였느냐 주
안에서 행한 나의 일이 너희가 아니냐
9:1 Am I not free? am I not an Apostle? have I not seen Jesus our Lord? are you not
my work in the Lord?
9:1 Am I not an apostle? am I not free? have I not seen Jesus Christ our
Lord? are not all of you my work in the Lord?
9:2 다른 사람들에게는 내가 사도가 아닐지라도 너희에게는 사도니 나의 사도
됨을 주 안에서 인친 것이 너희라
9:2 If to others I am not an Apostle, at least I am one to you: for the fact that you
are Christians is the sign that I am an Apostle.
9:2 If I be not an apostle unto others, yet doubtless I am to you: for the
seal of mine apostleship are all of you in the Lord.
9:3 나를 힐문하는 자들에게 발명할 것이 이것이니
9:3 My answer to those who are judging me is this.
9:3 Mine answer to them that do examine me is this,
9:4 우리가 먹고 마시는 권이 없겠느냐
9:4 Have we no right to take food and drink?
9:4 Have we not power to eat and to drink?
9:5 우리가 다른 사도들과 주의 형제들과 게바와 같이 자매 된 아내를 데리고
다닐 권이 없겠느냐
9:5 Have we no right to take about with us a Christian wife, like the rest of the Apostles,
and the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas?
9:5 Have we not power to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as other apostles,
and as the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?
9:6 어찌 나와 바나바만 일하지 아니할 권이 없겠느냐
9:6 Or I only and Barnabas, have we no right to take a rest from work?
9:6 Or I only and Barnabas, have not we power to forbear working?
9:7 누가 자비량하고 병정을 다니겠느냐 누가 포도를 심고 그 실과를 먹지 않겠느냐
누가 양 떼를 기르고 그 양 떼의 젖을 먹지 않겠느냐
9:7 Who ever goes to war without looking to someone to be responsible for his payment?
who puts in vines and does not take the fruit of them? or who takes care of sheep
without drinking of their milk?
9:7 Who goes a warfare any time at his own charges? who plants a vineyard,
and eats not of the fruit thereof? or who feeds a flock, and eats not of the
milk of the flock?
9:8 내가 사람의 예대로 이것을 말하느냐 율법도 이것을 말하지 아니하느냐
9:8 Am I talking as a man? does not the law say the same?
9:8 Say I these things as a man? or says not the law the same also?
9:9 모세 율법에 곡식을 밟아 떠는 소에게 망을 씌우지 말라 기록하였으니 하나님께서
어찌 소들을 위하여 염려하심이냐
9:9 For it says in the law of Moses, It is not right to keep the ox from taking the
grain when he is crushing it. Is it for the oxen that God is giving orders?
9:9 For it is written in the law of Moses, You shall not suppress the mouth
of the ox that treads out the corn. Does God take care for oxen?
9:10 전혀 우리를 위하여 말씀하심이 아니냐 과연 우리를 위하여 기록된 것이니
밭 가는 자는 소망을 가지고 갈며 곡식 떠는 자는 함께 얻을 소망을 가지고 떠는 것이라
9:10 Or has he us in mind? Yes, it was said for us; because it is right for the ploughman
to do his ploughing in hope, and for him who is crushing the grain to do his work
hoping for a part in the fruits of it.
9:10 Or says he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this
is written: that he that plows should plow in hope; and that he that threshes
in hope should be partaker of his hope.
9:11 우리가 너희에게 신령한 것을 뿌렸은즉 너희 육신의 것을 거두기로 과하다 하겠느냐
9:11 If we have been planting the things of the Spirit for you, does it seem a great
thing for you to give us a part in your things of this world?
9:11 If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we
shall reap your carnal things?
9:12 다른 이들도 너희에게 이런 권을 가졌거든 하물며 우리일까보냐 그러나 우리가
이 권을 쓰지 아니하고 범사에 참는 것은 그리스도의 복음에 아무 장애가 없게 하려 함이로다
9:12 If others have a part in this right over you, have we not even more? But we did
not make use of our right, so that we might put nothing in the way of the good news
of Christ.
9:12 If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless
we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the
gospel of Christ.
9:13 성전의 일을 하는 이들은 성전에서 나는 것을 먹으며 제단을 모시는 이들은
제단과 함께 나누는 것을 너희가 알지 못하느냐
9:13 Do you not see that the servants of the holy things get their living from the Temple,
and the servants of the altar have their part in the food which is offered on the
altar?
9:13 Do all of you not know that they which minister about holy things live
of the things of the temple? and they which wait at the altar are partakers
with the altar?
9:14 ○ 이와 같이 주께서도 복음 전하는 자들이 복음으로 말미암아 살리라 명하셨느니라
9:14 Even so did the Lord give orders that the preachers of the good news might get their
living from the good news.
9:14 Even so has the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should
live of the gospel.
9:15 그러나 내가 이것을 하나도 쓰지 아니하였고 또 이 말을 쓰는 것은 내게
이같이 하여 달라는 것이 아니라 내가 차라리 죽을지언정..... 누구든지 내 자랑하는
것을 헛된 데로 돌리지 못하게 하리라
9:15 But I have not made use of any of these things: and I am not writing this in the
hope that it may be so for me: for it would be better for me to undergo death, than
for any man to make this pride of mine of no effect.
9:15 But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things,
that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die, than that
any man should make my glorying void.
9:16 내가 복음을 전할지라도 자랑할 것이 없음은 내가 부득불 할 일임이라 만일
복음을 전하지 아니하면 내게 화가 있을 것임이로라
9:16 For if I am a preacher of the good news, I have no cause for pride in this; because
I am forced to do so, for a curse is on me if I do not.
9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity
is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
9:17 내가 내 임의로 이것을 행하면 상을 얻으려니와 임의로 아니한다 할지라도
나는 직분을 맡았노라
9:17 But if I do it gladly, I have a reward; and if not, I am under orders to do it.
9:17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my
will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
9:18 그런즉 내 상이 무엇이냐 내가 복음을 전할 때에 값 없이 전하고 복음으로
인하여 내게 있는 권을 다 쓰지 아니하는 이것이로라
9:18 What then is my reward? This, that when I am giving the good news, I may give it
without payment, not making use of my rights as a preacher of the good news.
9:18 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may
make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.
9:19 내가 모든 사람에게 자유하였으나 스스로 모든 사람에게 종이 된 것은 더
많은 사람을 얻고자 함이라
9:19 For though I was free from all men, I made myself a servant to all, so that more
might have salvation.
9:19 For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto
all, that I might gain the more.
9:20 유대인들에게는 내가 유대인과 같이 된 것은 유대인들을 얻고자 함이요 율법
아래 있는 자들에게는 내가 율법 아래 있지 아니하나 율법 아래 있는 자 같이 된
것은 율법 아래 있는 자들을 얻고자 함이요
9:20 And to the Jews I was as a Jew, so that I might give the good news to them; to those
under the law I was the same, not as being myself under the law, but so that I might
give the good news to those under the law.
9:20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to
them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are
under the law;
9:21 율법 없는 자에게는 내가 하나님께는 율법 없는 자가 아니요 도리어 그리스도의
율법 아래 있는 자나 율법 없는 자와 같이 된 것은 율법 없는 자들을 얻고자 함이라
9:21 To those without the law I was as one without the law, not as being without law
to God, but as under law to Christ, so that I might give the good news to those
without the law.
9:21 To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law
to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without
law.
9:22 약한 자들에게는 내가 약한 자와 같이 된 것은 약한 자들을 얻고자 함이요
여러 사람에게 내가 여러 모양이 된 것은 아무쪼록 몇몇 사람들을 구원코자 함이니
9:22 To the feeble, I was as one who is feeble, so that they might have salvation: I
have been all things to all men, so that some at least might have salvation.
9:22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made
all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
9:23 ○ 내가 복음을 위하여 모든 것을 행함은 복음에 참예하고자 함이라
9:23 And I do all things for the cause of the good news, so that I may have a part in
it.
9:23 And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof
with you.
9:24 운동장에서 달음질하는 자들이 다 달아날지라도 오직 상 얻는 자는 하나인
줄을 너희가 알지 못하느냐 너희도 얻도록 이와 같이 달음질하라
9:24 Do you not see that in a running competition all take part, but only one gets the
reward? So let your minds be fixed on the reward.
9:24 Know all of you not that they which run in a race run all, but one receives
the prize? So run, that all of you may obtain.
9:25 이기기를 다투는 자마다 모든 일에 절제하나니 저희는 썩을 면류관을 얻고자
하되 우리는 썩지 아니할 것을 얻고자 하노라
9:25 And every man who takes part in the sports has self-control in all things. Now they
do it to get a crown which is of this world, but we for an eternal crown.
9:25 And every man that strives for the mastery is temperate in all things.
Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
9:26 그러므로 내가 달음질하기를 향방 없는 것 같이 아니하고 싸우기를 허공을
치는 것 같이 아니하여
9:26 So then I am running, not uncertainly; so I am fighting, not as one who gives blows
in the air:
9:26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that
beats the air:
9:27 내가 내 몸을 쳐 복종하게 함은 내가 남에게 전파한 후에 자기가 도리어
버림이 될까 두려워함이로라
9:27 But I give blows to my body, and keep it under control, for fear that, after having
given the good news to others, I myself might not have God's approval.
9:27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by
any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
10:1 형제들아 너희가 알지 못하기를 내가 원치 아니하노니 우리 조상들이 다
구름 아래 있고 바다 가운데로 지나며
10:1 For it is my desire, my brothers, that you may keep in mind how all our fathers
were under the cloud, and they all went through the sea;
10:1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that all of you should be ignorant,
how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
10:2 모세에게 속하여 다 구름과 바다에서 세례를 받고
10:2 And they all had baptism from Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
10:2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
10:3 다 같은 신령한 식물을 먹으며
10:3 And they all took the same holy food;
10:3 And did all eat the same spiritual food;
10:4 다 같은 신령한 음료를 마셨으니 이는 저희를 따르는 신령한 반석으로부터
마셨으매 그 반석은 곧 그리스도시라
10:4 And the same holy drink: for they all took of the water from the holy rock which
came after them: and the rock was Christ.
10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual
Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
10:5 그러나 저희의 다수를 하나님이 기뻐하지 아니하신 고로 저희가 광야에서
멸망을 받았느니라
10:5 But with most of them God was not pleased: for they came to their end in the waste
land.
10:5 But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown
in the wilderness.
10:6 그런 일은 우리의 거울이 되어 우리로 하여금 저희가 악을 즐겨한 것 같이
즐겨하는 자가 되지 않게 하려 함이니
10:6 Now these things were for an example to us, so that our hearts might not go after
evil things, as they did.
10:6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust
after evil things, as they also lusted.
10:7 저희 중에 어떤 이들과 같이 너희는 우상 숭배하는 자가 되지 말라 기록된
바 백성이 앉아서 먹고 마시며 일어나서 뛰논다 함과 같으니라
10:7 Then do not go after false gods, as some of them did; as it is said in the holy
Writings, After resting and feasting, the people got up to take their pleasure.
10:7 Neither be all of you idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written,
The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
10:8 저희 중에 어떤 이들이 간음하다가 하루에 이만 삼천 명이 죽었나니 우리는
저희와 같이 간음하지 말자
10:8 Again, let us not give way to the desires of the flesh, as some of them did, of
whom twenty-three thousand came to their end in one day.
10:8 Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell
in one day three and twenty thousand.
10:9 저희 중에 어떤 이들이 주를 시험하다가 뱀에게 멸망하였나니 우리는 저희와
같이 시험하지 말자
10:9 And let us not put the Lord to the test, as some of them did, and came to their
death by snakes.
10:9 Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were
destroyed of serpents.
10:10 저희 중에 어떤 이들이 원망하다가 멸망시키는 자에게 멸망하였나니 너희는
저희와 같이 원망하지 말라
10:10 And do not say evil things against the Lord, as some of them did, and destruction
overtook them.
10:10 Neither murmur all of you, as some of them also murmured, and were
destroyed of the destroyer.
10:11 저희에게 당한 이런 일이 거울이 되고 또한 말세를 만난 우리의 경계로
기록하였느니라
10:11 Now these things were done as an example; and were put down in writing for our teaching,
on whom the last days have come.
10:11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are
written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
10:12 그런즉 선 줄로 생각하는 자는 넘어질까 조심하라
10:12 So let him who seems to himself to be safe go in fear of a fall.
10:12 Wherefore let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.
10:13 사람이 감당할 시험 밖에는 너희에게 당한 것이 없나니 오직 하나님은 미쁘사
너희가 감당치 못할 시험 당함을 허락지 아니하시고 시험 당할 즈음에 또한 피할
길을 내사 너희로 능히 감당하게 하시느니라
10:13 You have been put to no test but such as is common to man: and God is true, who
will not let any test come on you which you are not able to undergo; but he will
make with the test a way out of it, so that you may be able to go through it.
10:13 There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but
God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that all of you
are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that all of
you may be able to bear it.
10:14 그런즉 내 사랑하는 자들아 우상 숭배하는 일을 피하라
10:14 For this cause, my dear brothers, give no worship to false gods.
10:14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
10:15 나는 지혜 있는 자들에게 말함과 같이 하노니 너희는 내 이르는 말을 스스로
판단하라
10:15 What I am saying is for wise men, do you be the judges of it.
10:15 I speak as to wise men; judge all of you what I say.
10:16 우리가 축복하는 바 축복의 잔은 그리스도의 피에 참예함이 아니며 우리가
떼는 떡은 그리스도의 몸에 참예함이 아니냐
10:16 The cup of blessing which we take, does it not give us a part in the blood of Christ?
and is not the broken bread a taking part in the body of Christ?
10:16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the
blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body
of Christ?
10:17 떡이 하나요 많은 우리가 한 몸이니 이는 우리가 다 한 떡에 참예함이라
10:17 Because we, being a number of persons, are one bread, we are one body: for we all
take part in the one bread.
10:17 For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers
of that one bread.
10:18 육신을 따라 난 이스라엘을 보라 제물을 먹는 자들이 제단에 참예하는 자들이
아니냐
10:18 See Israel after the flesh: do not those who take as food the offerings of the altar
take a part in the altar?
10:18 Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices
partakers of the altar?
10:19 그런즉 내가 무엇을 말하느뇨 우상의 제물은 무엇이며 우상은 무엇이라
하느뇨
10:19 Do I say, then, that what is offered to images is anything, or that the image is
anything?
10:19 What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered
in sacrifice to idols is any thing?
10:20 대저 이방인의 제사하는 것은 귀신에게 하는 것이요 하나님께 제사하는
것이 아니니 나는 너희가 귀신과 교제하는 자 되기를 원치 아니하노라
10:20 What I say is that the things offered by the Gentiles are offered to evil spirits
and not to God; and it is not my desire for you to have any part with evil spirits.
10:20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice
to devils, and not to God: and I would not that all of you should have fellowship
with devils.
10:21 너희가 주의 잔과 귀신의 잔을 겸하여 마시지 못하고 주의 상과 귀신의
상에 겸하여 참예치 못하리라
10:21 It is not possible for you, at the same time, to take the cup of the Lord and the
cup of evil spirits; you may not take part in the table of the Lord and the table
of evil spirits.
10:21 All of you cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils:
all of you cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.
10:22 그러면 우리가 주를 노여워하시게 하겠느냐 우리가 주보다 강한 자냐
10:22 Or may we be the cause of envy to the Lord? are we stronger than he?
10:22 Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?
10:23 모든 것이 가하나 모든 것이 유익한 것이 아니요 모든 것이 가하나 모든
것이 덕을 세우는 것이 아니니
10:23 We are free to do all things, but there are things which it is not wise to do. We
are free to do all things, but not all things are for the common good.
10:23 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all
things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.
10:24 누구든지 자기의 유익을 구치 말고 남의 유익을 구하라
10:24 Let a man give attention not only to what is good for himself, but equally to his
neighbour's good.
10:24 Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth.
10:25 무릇 시장에서 파는 것은 양심을 위하여 묻지 말고 먹으라
10:25 Whatever meat may be had at the public market, take as food without question of
right or wrong;
10:25 Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for
conscience sake:
10:26 이는 땅과 거기 충만한 것이 주의 것임이니라
10:26 For the earth is the Lord's and all things in it.
10:26 For the earth is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof.
10:27 불신자 중 누가 너희를 청하매 너희가 가고자 하거든 너희 앞에 무엇이든지
차려 놓은 것은 양심을 위하여 묻지 말고 먹으라
10:27 If a Gentile makes a feast for you, and you are pleased to go as a guest, take whatever
is put before you, without question of right or wrong.
10:27 If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and all of you
be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for
conscience sake.
10:28 누가 너희에게 이것이 제물이라 말하거든 알게 한 자와 및 양심을 위하여
먹지 말라
10:28 But if anyone says to you, This food has been used as an offering, do not take it,
on account of him who said it, and on account of his sense of right and wrong:
10:28 But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols,
eat not for his sake that showed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth
is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof:
10:29 내가 말한 양심은 너희의 것이 아니요 남의 것이니 어찌하여 내 자유가
남의 양심으로 말미암아 판단을 받으리요
10:29 Right and wrong, I say, not for you, but for the other man; for the fact that I
am free is not dependent on another man's sense of right or wrong.
10:29 Conscience, I say, not yours own, but of the other: for why is my liberty
judged of another man's conscience?
10:30 만일 내가 감사함으로 참예하면 어찌하여 내가 감사하다 하는 것에 대하여
비방을 받으리요
10:30 But if I give praise to God for the food which I take, let no man say evil of me
for that reason.
10:30 For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for
which I give thanks?
10:31 그런즉 너희가 먹든지 마시든지 무엇을 하든지 다 하나님의 영광을 위하여
하라
10:31 So then, if it is a question of food or drink, or any other thing, whatever you
do, do all to the glory of God.
10:31 Whether therefore all of you eat, or drink, or whatsoever all of you
do, do all to the glory of God.
10:32 유대인에게나 헬라인에게나 하나님의 교회에나 거치는 자가 되지 말고
10:32 Give no cause of trouble to Jews, or to Greeks, or to the church of God.
10:32 Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to
the church of God:
10:33 나와 같이 모든 일에 모든 사람을 기쁘게 하여 나의 유익을 구치 아니하고
많은 사람의 유익을 구하여 저희로 구원을 얻게 하라
10:33 Even as I give way to all men in all things, not looking for profit for myself,
but for the good of others, that they may get salvation.
10:33 Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit,
but the profit of many, that they may be saved.
11:1 내가 그리스도를 본받는 자 된 것 같이 너희는 나를 본받는 자 되라
11:1 So take me for your example, even as I take Christ for mine.
11:1 Be all of you followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
11:2 ○ 너희가 모든 일에 나를 기억하고 또 내가 너희에게 전하여 준 대로 그
유전을 너희가 지키므로 너희를 칭찬하노라
11:2 Now I am pleased to see that you keep me in memory in all things, and that you give
attention to the teaching which was handed down from me to you.
11:2 Now I praise you, brethren, that all of you remember me in all things,
and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.
11:3 그러나 나는 너희가 알기를 원하노니 각 남자의 머리는 그리스도요 여자의
머리는 남자요 그리스도의 머리는 하나님이시라
11:3 But it is important for you to keep this fact in mind, that the head of every man
is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man, and the head of Christ is God.
11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and
the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
11:4 무릇 남자로서 머리에 무엇을 쓰고 기도나 예언을 하는 자는 그 머리를 욕되게
하는 것이요
11:4 Every man who takes part in prayer, or gives teaching as a prophet, with his head
covered, puts shame on his head.
11:4 Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonours
his head.
11:5 무릇 여자로서 머리에 쓴 것을 벗고 기도나 예언을 하는 자는 그 머리를 욕되게
하는 것이니 이는 머리 민 것과 다름이 없음이니라
11:5 But every woman who does so with her head unveiled, puts shame on her head: for
it is the same as if her hair was cut off.
11:5 But every woman that prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonours
her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
11:6 만일 여자가 머리에 쓰지 않거든 깎을 것이요 만일 깎거나 미는 것이 여자에게
부끄러움이 되거든 쓸지니라
11:6 For if a woman is not veiled, let her hair be cut off; but if it is a shame to a
woman to have her hair cut off, let her be veiled.
11:6 For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be
a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
11:7 남자는 하나님의 형상과 영광이니 그 머리에 마땅히 쓰지 않거니와 여자는
남자의 영광이니라
11:7 For it is not right for a man to have his head covered, because he is the image
and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
11:7 For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the
image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
11:8 남자가 여자에게서 난 것이 아니요 여자가 남자에게서 났으며
11:8 For the man did not come from the woman, but the woman from the man.
11:8 For the man is not of the woman: but the woman of the man.
11:9 또 남자가 여자를 위하여 지음을 받지 아니하고 여자가 남자를 위하여 지음을
받은 것이니
11:9 And the man was not made for the woman, but the woman for the man.
11:9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
11:10 이러므로 여자는 천사들을 인하여 권세 아래 있는 표를 그 머리 위에 둘지니라
11:10 For this reason it is right for the woman to have a sign of authority on her head,
because of the angels.
11:10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of

11:11 그러나 주 안에는 남자 없이 여자만 있지 않고 여자 없이 남자만 있지 아니하니라
11:11 But the woman is not separate from the man, and the man is not separate from the
woman in the Lord.
11:11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman
without the man, in the Lord.
11:12 여자가 남자에게서 난 것 같이 남자도 여자로 말미암아 났으나 모든 것이
하나님에게서 났느니라
11:12 For as the woman is from the man, so the man is through the woman; but all things
are from God.
11:12 For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman;
but all things of God.
11:13 너희는 스스로 판단하라 여자가 쓰지 않고 하나님께 기도하는 것이 마땅하냐
11:13 Be judges yourselves of the question: does it seem right for a woman to take part
in prayer unveiled?
11:13 Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?
11:14 만일 남자가 긴 머리가 있으면 자기에게 욕되는 것을 본성이 너희에게 가르치지
아니하느냐
11:14 Does it not seem natural to you that if a man has long hair, it is a cause of shame
to him?
11:14 Does not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair,
it is a shame unto him?
11:15 만일 여자가 긴 머리가 있으면 자기에게 영광이 되나니 긴 머리는 쓰는 것을
대신하여 주신 연고니라
11:15 But if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given to her
for a covering.
11:15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is
given her for a covering.
11:16 변론하려는 태도를 가진 자가 있을지라도 우리에게나 하나님의 모든 교회에는
이런 규례가 없느니라
11:16 But if any man will not be ruled in this question, this is not our way of doing
things, and it is not done in the churches of God.
11:16 But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither
the churches of God.
11:17 ○ 내가 명하는 이 일에 너희를 칭찬하지 아니하나니 이는 저희의 모임이
유익이 못되고 도리어 해로움이라
11:17 But in giving you this order, there is one thing about which I am not pleased: it
is that when you come together it is not for the better but for the worse.
11:17 Now in this that I declare unto you I praise you not, that all of you
come together not for the better, but for the worse.
11:18 첫째는 너희가 교회에 모일 때에 너희 중에 분쟁이 있다 함을 듣고 대강
믿노니
11:18 For first of all, it has come to my ears that when you come together in the church,
there are divisions among you, and I take the statement to be true in part.
11:18 For first of all, when all of you come together in the church, I hear
that there be divisions among you; and I partly believe it.
11:19 너희 중에 편당이 있어야 너희 중에 옳다 인정함을 받은 자들이 나타나게
되리라
11:19 For divisions are necessary among you, in order that those who have God's approval
may be clearly seen among you.
11:19 For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved
may be made manifest among you.
11:20 그런즉 너희가 함께 모여서 주의 만찬을 먹을 수 없으니
11:20 But now, when you come together, it is not possible to take the holy meal of the
Lord:
11:20 When all of you come together therefore into one place, this is not
to eat the Lord's supper.
11:21 이는 먹을 때에 각각 자기의 만찬을 먼저 갖다 먹으므로 어떤 이는 시장하고
어떤 이는 취함이라
11:21 For when you take your food, everyone takes his meal before the other; and one has
not enough food, and another is the worse for drink.
11:21 For in eating every one takes before other his own supper: and one
is hungry, and another is drunken.
11:22 너희가 먹고 마실 집이 없느냐 너희가 하나님의 교회를 업신여기고 빈궁한
자들을 부끄럽게 하느냐 내가 너희에게 무슨 말을 하랴 너희를 칭찬하랴 이것으로
칭찬하지 않노라
11:22 What? have you not houses to take your meals in? or have you no respect for the
church of God, putting the poor to shame? What am I to say to you? am I to give
you praise? certainly not.
11:22 What? have all of you not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise
all of you the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say
to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.
11:23 내가 너희에게 전한 것은 주께 받은 것이니 곧 주 예수께서 잡히시던 밤에
떡을 가지사
11:23 For it was handed down to me from the Lord, as I gave it to you, that the Lord Jesus,
on the night when Judas was false to him, took bread,
11:23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you,
That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:
11:24 축사하시고 떼어 가라사대 이것은 너희를 위하는 내 몸이니 이것을 행하여
나를 기념하라 하시고
11:24 And when it had been broken with an act of praise, he said, This is my body which
is for you: do this in memory of me.
11:24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this
is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
11:25 식후에 또한 이와 같이 잔을 가지시고 가라사대 이 잔은 내 피로 세운 새
언약이니 이것을 행하여 마실 때마다 나를 기념하라 하셨으니
11:25 In the same way, with the cup, after the meal, he said, This cup is the new testament
in my blood: do this, whenever you take it, in memory of me.
11:25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying,
This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do all of you, as often as all
of you drink it, in remembrance of me.
11:26 너희가 이 떡을 먹으며 이 잔을 마실 때마다 주의 죽으심을 오실 때까지
전하는 것이니라
11:26 For whenever you take the bread and the cup you give witness to the Lord's death
till he comes.
11:26 For as often as all of you eat this bread, and drink this cup, all
of you do show the Lord's death till he comes.
11:27 그러므로 누구든지 주의 떡이나 잔을 합당치 않게 먹고 마시는 자는 주의
몸과 피를 범하는 죄가 있느니라
11:27 If, then, anyone takes the bread or the cup of the Lord in the wrong spirit, he
will be responsible for the body and blood of the Lord.
11:27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the
Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
11:28 사람이 자기를 살피고 그 후에야 이 떡을 먹고 이 잔을 마실지니
11:28 But let no man take of the bread and the cup without testing himself.
11:28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and
drink of that cup.
11:29 주의 몸을 분변치 못하고 먹고 마시는 자는 자기의 죄를 먹고 마시는 것이니라
11:29 For a man puts himself in danger, if he takes part in the holy meal without being
conscious that it is the Lord's body.
11:29 For he that eats and drinks unworthily, eats and drinks damnation to
himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
11:30 이러므로 너희 중에 약한 자와 병든 자가 많고 잠자는 자도 적지 아니하니
11:30 For this cause a number of you are feeble and ill, and a number are dead.
11:30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
11:31 우리가 우리를 살폈으면 판단을 받지 아니하려니와
11:31 But if we were true judges of ourselves, punishment would not come on us.
11:31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
11:32 우리가 판단을 받는 것은 주께 징계를 받는 것이니 이는 우리로 세상과
함께 죄 정함을 받지 않게 하려 하심이라
11:32 But if punishment does come, it is sent by the Lord, so that we may be safe when
the world is judged.
11:32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should
not be condemned with the world.
11:33 그런즉 내 형제들아 먹으러 모일 때에 서로 기다리라
11:33 So then, my brothers, when you come together to the holy meal of the Lord, let there
be waiting for one another.
11:33 Wherefore, my brethren, when all of you come together to eat, tarry
one for another.
11:34 만일 누구든지 시장하거든 집에서 먹을지니 이는 너희의 판단 받는 모임이
되지 않게 하려 함이라 그 남은 것은 내가 언제든지 갈 때에 귀정하리라
11:34 If any man is in need of food, let him take his meal in his house; so that you may
not come together to your damage. And the rest I will put in order when I come.
11:34 And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that all of you come not
together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.
12:1 형제들아 신령한 것에 대하여는 내가 너희의 알지 못하기를 원치 아니하노니
12:1 But about the things of the spirit, my brothers, it is not right for you to be without
teaching.
12:1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
12:2 너희도 알거니와 너희가 이방인으로 있을 때에 말 못하는 우상에게로 끄는
그대로 끌려 갔느니라
12:2 You are conscious that when you were Gentiles, in whatever way you were guided,
you went after images without voice or power.
12:2 All of you know that all of you were Gentiles, carried away unto these
dumb idols, even as all of you were led.
12:3 그러므로 내가 너희에게 알게 하노니 하나님의 영으로 말하는 자는 누구든지
예수를 저주할 자라 하지 않고 또 성령으로 아니하고는 누구든지 예수를 주시라 할
수 없느니라
12:3 So it is my desire for you to be clear about this; that no one is able to say by
the Spirit of God that Jesus is cursed; and no one is able to say that Jesus is
Lord, but by the Holy Spirit.
12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit
(o. pneuma) of God calls Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus
is the Lord, but by the Holy Spirit. (o. pneuma)
12:4 ○ 은사는 여러 가지나 성령은 같고
12:4 Now there are different qualities given to men, but the same Spirit.
12:4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. (o. pneuma)
12:5 직임은 여러 가지나 주는 같으며
12:5 And there are different sorts of servants, but the same Lord.
12:5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
12:6 또 역사는 여러 가지나 모든 것을 모든 사람 가운데서 역사하시는 하나님은
같으니
12:6 And there are different operations, but the same God, who is working all things
in all.
12:6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which
works all in all.
12:7 각 사람에게 성령의 나타남을 주심은 유익하게 하려 하심이라
12:7 But to every man some form of the Spirit's working is given for the common good.
12:7 But the manifestation of the Spirit (o. pneuma) is given to every man
to profit likewise.
12:8 어떤 이에게는 성령으로 말미암아 지혜의 말씀을, 어떤 이에게는 같은 성령을
따라 지식의 말씀을,
12:8 For to one are given words of wisdom through the Spirit; and to another words of
knowledge through the same Spirit:
12:8 In order to one is given by the Spirit (o. pneuma) the word (o. logos)
of wisdom; to another the word (o. logos) of knowledge by the same Spirit; (o.
pneuma)
12:9 다른 이에게는 같은 성령으로 믿음을, 어떤 이에게는 한 성령으로 병 고치는
은사를,
12:9 To another faith in the same Spirit; and to another the power of taking away disease,
by the one Spirit;
12:9 To another faith by the same Spirit; (o. pneuma) to another the gifts
of healing by the same Spirit; (o. pneuma)
12:10 어떤 이에게는 능력 행함을, 어떤 이에게는 예언함을, 어떤 이에게는 영들
분별함을, 다른 이에게는 각종 방언 말함을, 어떤 이에게는 방언들 통역함을 주시나니
12:10 And to another the power of working wonders; and to another the prophet's word;
and to another the power of testing spirits; to another different sorts of tongues;
and to another the power of making clear the sense of the tongues:
12:10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another
discerning of spirits; (o. pneuma) to another divers kinds of tongues; to another
the interpretation of tongues:
12:11 이 모든 일은 같은 한 성령이 행하사 그 뜻대로 각 사람에게 나눠 주시느니라
12:11 But all these are the operations of the one and the same Spirit, giving to every
man separately as his pleasure is.
12:11 But all these works that one and the very same Spirit, (o. pneuma)
dividing to every man severally as he will.
12:12 ○ 몸은 하나인데 많은 지체가 있고 몸의 지체가 많으나 한 몸임과 같이
그리스도도 그러하니라
12:12 For as the body is one, and has a number of parts, and all the parts make one body,
so is Christ.
12:12 For as the body is one, and has many members, and all the members of
that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
12:13 우리가 유대인이나 헬라인이나 종이나 자유자나 다 한 성령으로 세례를
받아 한 몸이 되었고 또 다 한 성령을 마시게 하셨느니라
12:13 For through the baptism of the one Spirit we were all formed into one body, Jews
or Greeks, servants or free men, and were all made full of the same Spirit.
12:13 For by one Spirit (o. pneuma) are we all baptized into one body, whether
we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to
drink into one Spirit. (o. pneuma)
12:14 몸은 한 지체뿐 아니요 여럿이니
12:14 For the body is not one part, but a number of parts.
12:14 For the body is not one member, but many.
12:15 만일 발이 이르되 나는 손이 아니니 몸에 붙지 아니하였다 할지라도 이로
인하여 몸에 붙지 아니한 것이 아니요
12:15 If the foot says, Because I am not the hand, I am not a part of the body; it is
no less a part of the body.
12:15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body;
is it therefore not of the body?
12:16 또 귀가 이르되 나는 눈이 아니니 몸에 붙지 아니하였다 할지라도 이로
인하여 몸에 붙지 아니한 것이 아니니
12:16 And if the ear says, Because I am not the eye, I am not a part of the body; it is
a part of the body all the same.
12:16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the
body; is it therefore not of the body?
12:17 만일 온 몸이 눈이면 듣는 곳은 어디며 온 몸이 듣는 곳이면 냄새 맡는
곳은 어디뇨
12:17 If all the body was an eye, where would be the hearing? if all was hearing, where
would be the smelling?
12:17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole
were hearing, where were the smelling?
12:18 그러나 이제 하나님이 그 원하시는 대로 지체를 각각 몸에 두셨으니
12:18 But now God has put every one of the parts in the body as it was pleasing to him.
12:18 But now has God set the members every one of them in the body, as it
has pleased him.
12:19 만일 다 한 지체뿐이면 몸은 어디뇨
12:19 And if they were all one part, where would the body be?
12:19 And if they were all one member, where were the body?
12:20 이제 지체는 많으나 몸은 하나라
12:20 But now they are all different parts, but one body.
12:20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.
12:21 눈이 손더러 내가 너를 쓸데 없다 하거나 또한 머리가 발더러 내가 너를
쓸데 없다 하거나 하지 못하리라
12:21 And the eye may not say to the hand, I have no need of you: or again the head to
the feet, I have no need of you.
12:21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of you: nor again
the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
12:22 이뿐 아니라 몸의 더 약하게 보이는 지체가 도리어 요긴하고
12:22 No, those parts which seem to be feeble are the more necessary;
12:22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble,
are necessary:
12:23 우리가 몸의 덜 귀히 여기는 그것들을 더욱 귀한 것들로 입혀 주며 우리의
아름답지 못한 지체는 더욱 아름다운 것을 얻고
12:23 And to those parts of the body which seem to have less honour we give all the more
honour; and to those parts of the body which are a cause of shame to us we give
the greater respect;
12:23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable,
upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our indecent parts have more
abundant loveliness.
12:24 우리의 아름다운 지체는 요구할 것이 없으니 오직 하나님이 몸을 고르게
하여 부족한 지체에게 존귀를 더하사
12:24 But those parts of the body which are beautiful have no need of such care: and so
the body has been joined together by God in such a way as to give more honour to
those parts which had need of it;
12:24 For our comely parts have no need: but God has tempered the body together,
having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.
12:25 몸 가운데서 분쟁이 없고 오직 여러 지체가 서로 같이하여 돌아보게 하셨으니
12:25 So that there might be no division in the body; but all the parts might have the
same care for one another.
12:25 That there should be no division in the body; but that the members
should have the same care one for another.
12:26 만일 한 지체가 고통을 받으면 모든 지체도 함께 고통을 받고 한 지체가
영광을 얻으면 모든 지체도 함께 즐거워하나니
12:26 And if there is pain in one part of the body, all the parts will be feeling it;
or if one part is honoured, all the parts will be glad.
12:26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one
member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.
12:27 너희는 그리스도의 몸이요 지체의 각 부분이라
12:27 Now you are the body of Christ, and every one of you the separate parts of it.
12:27 Now all of you are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
12:28 하나님이 교회 중에 몇을 세우셨으니 첫째는 사도요 둘째는 선지자요 세째는
교사요 그 다음은 능력이요 그 다음은 병 고치는 은사와 서로 돕는 것과 다스리는
것과 각종 방언을 하는 것이라
12:28 And God has put some in the church, first, Apostles; second, prophets; third, teachers;
then those with wonder-working powers, then those with the power of taking away
disease, helpers, wise guides, users of strange tongues.
12:28 And God has set some in the church, first apostles, secondly prophets,
thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments,
diversities of tongues.
12:29 다 사도겠느냐 다 선지자겠느냐 다 교사겠느냐 다 능력을 행하는 자겠느냐
12:29 Are all Apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? have all the power of working
wonders?
12:29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers
of miracles?
12:30 다 병 고치는 은사를 가진 자겠느냐 다 방언을 말하는 자겠느냐 다 통역하는
자겠느냐
12:30 Are all able to take away disease? have all the power of tongues? are all able to
give their sense?
12:30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
12:31 너희는 더욱 큰 은사를 사모하라 내가 또한 제일 좋은 길을 너희에게 보이리라
12:31 But let your desires be turned to the more important things given by the Spirit.
And now I am pointing out to you an even better way.
12:31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet show I unto you a more
excellent way.
13:1 내가 사람의 방언과 천사의 말을 할지라도 사랑이 없으면 소리 나는 구리와
울리는 꽹과리가 되고
13:1 If I make use of the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am like
sounding brass, or a loud-tongued bell.
13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love,
(o. agape) I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
13:2 내가 예언하는 능이 있어 모든 비밀과 모든 지식을 알고 또 산을 옮길 만한
모든 믿음이 있을지라도 사랑이 없으면 내가 아무 것도 아니요
13:2 And if I have a prophet's power, and have knowledge of all secret things; and if
I have all faith, by which mountains may be moved from their place, but have not
love, I am nothing.
13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries,
and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains,
and have not love, (o. agape) I am nothing.
13:3 내가 내게 있는 모든 것으로 구제하고 또 내 몸을 불사르게 내어줄지라도
사랑이 없으면 내게 아무 유익이 없느니라
13:3 And if I give all my goods to the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but
have not love, it is of no profit to me.
13:3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give
my body to be burned, and have not love, (o. agape) it profits me nothing.
13:4 사랑은 오래 참고 사랑은 온유하며 투기하는 자가 되지 아니하며 사랑은
자랑하지 아니하며 교만하지 아니하며
13:4 Love is never tired of waiting; love is kind; love has no envy; love has no high
opinion of itself, love has no pride;
13:4 Love (o. agape) suffers long, and is kind; love (o. agape) envies not;
love (o. agape) vaunts not itself, is not puffed up,
13:5 무례히 행치 아니하며 자기의 유익을 구치 아니하며 성내지 아니하며 악한
것을 생각지 아니하며
13:5 Love's ways are ever fair, it takes no thought for itself; it is not quickly made
angry, it takes no account of evil;
13:5 Does not behave itself unseemly, seeks not her own, is not easily provoked,
thinks no evil;
13:6 불의를 기뻐하지 아니하며 진리와 함께 기뻐하고
13:6 It takes no pleasure in wrongdoing, but has joy in what is true;
13:6 Rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
13:7 모든 것을 참으며 모든 것을 믿으며 모든 것을 바라며 모든 것을 견디느니라
13:7 Love has the power of undergoing all things, having faith in all things, hoping
all things.
13:7 Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all
things.
13:8 사랑은 언제까지든지 떨어지지 아니하나 예언도 폐하고 방언도 그치고 지식도
폐하리라
13:8 Though the prophet's word may come to an end, tongues come to nothing, and knowledge
have no more value, love has no end.
13:8 Love (o. agape) never fails: but whether there be prophecies, they shall
fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge,
it shall vanish away.
13:9 우리가 부분적으로 알고 부분적으로 예언하니
13:9 For our knowledge is only in part, and the prophet's word gives only a part of what
is true:
13:9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
13:10 온전한 것이 올 때에는 부분적으로 하던 것이 폐하리라
13:10 But when that which is complete is come, then that which is in part will be no longer
necessary.
13:10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part
shall be done away.
13:11 내가 어렸을 때에는 말하는 것이 어린 아이와 같고 깨닫는 것이 어린 아이와
같고 생각하는 것이 어린 아이와 같다가 장성한 사람이 되어서는 어린 아이의 일을
버렸노라
13:11 When I was a child, I made use of a child's language, I had a child's feelings and
a child's thoughts: now that I am a man, I have put away the things of a child.
13:11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I
thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
13:12 우리가 이제는 거울로 보는 것 같이 희미하나 그 때에는 얼굴과 얼굴을
대하여 볼 것이요 이제는 내가 부분적으로 아나 그 때에는 주께서 나를 아신 것 같이
내가 온전히 알리라
13:12 For now we see things in a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now my knowledge
is in part; then it will be complete, even as God's knowledge of me.
13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now
I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
13:13 그런즉 믿음, 소망, 사랑 이 세 가지는 항상 있을 것인데 그 중에 제일은
사랑이라
13:13 But now we still have faith, hope, love, these three; and the greatest of these
is love.
13:13 And now abides faith, hope, love, (o. agape) these three; but the greatest
of these is love. (o. agape)
14:1 사랑을 따라 구하라 신령한 것을 사모하되 특별히 예언을 하려고 하라
14:1 Go after love; still desiring to have the things which the Spirit gives, but most
of all that you may have the prophet's power.
14:1 Follow after love, (o. agape) and desire spiritual gifts, but rather
that all of you may prophesy.
14:2 방언을 말하는 자는 사람에게 하지 아니하고 하나님께 하나니 이는 알아
듣는 자가 없고 그 영으로 비밀을 말함이니라
14:2 For he who makes use of tongues is not talking to men but to God; because no one
has the sense of what he is saying; but in the Spirit he is talking of secret things.
14:2 For he that speaks in an unknown tongue speaks not unto men, but unto
God: for no man understands him; nevertheless in the spirit (o. pneuma) he speaks
mysteries.
14:3 그러나 예언하는 자는 사람에게 말하여 덕을 세우며 권면하며 안위하는 것이요
14:3 But the word of the prophet gives men knowledge and comfort and strength.
14:3 But he that prophesies speaks unto men to edification, and exhortation,
and comfort.
14:4 방언을 말하는 자는 자기의 덕을 세우고 예언하는 자는 교회의 덕을 세우나니
14:4 He who makes use of tongues may do good to himself; but he who gives the prophet's
word does good to the church.
14:4 He that speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself; but he that prophesies
edifies the church.
14:5 나는 너희가 다 방언 말하기를 원하나 특별히 예언하기를 원하노라 방언을
말하는 자가 만일 교회의 덕을 세우기 위하여 통역하지 아니하면 예언하는 자만 못하니라
14:5 Now though it is my desire for you all to have the power of tongues, it would give
me more pleasure to be hearing the prophet's word from you; for this is a greater
thing than using tongues, if the sense is not given at the same time, for the good
of the church.
14:5 I would that all of you all spoke with tongues but rather that all of
you prophesied: for greater is he that prophesies than he that speaks with tongues,
except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.
14:6 그런즉 형제들아 내가 너희에게 나아가서 방언을 말하고 계시나 지식이나
예언이나 가르치는 것이나 말하지 아니하면 너희에게 무엇이 유익하리요
14:6 But, now, my brothers, if I come to you using tongues, what profit will it be to
you, if I do not give you a revelation, or knowledge, or the word of the prophet,
or teaching?
14:6 Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall
I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge,
or by prophesying, or by doctrine?
14:7 혹 저나 거문고와 같이 생명 없는 것이 소리를 낼 때에 그 음의 분별을 내지
아니하면 저 부는 것인지 거문고 타는 것인지 어찌 알게 되리요
14:7 Even things without life, having a voice, such as a music-pipe or other instrument,
if they do not give out different sounds, who may be certain what is being played?
14:7 And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except
they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or
harped?
14:8 만일 나팔이 분명치 못한 소리를 내면 누가 전쟁을 예비하리요
14:8 For if the war-horn gives out an uncertain note, who will get ready for the fight?
14:8 For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself
to the battle?
14:9 이와 같이 너희도 혀로서 알아 듣기 쉬운 말을 하지 아니하면 그 말하는
것을 어찌 알리요 이는 허공에다 말하는 것이라
14:9 So if you, in using a strange tongue, say words which have no sense, how will anyone
take in what you are saying? for you will be talking to the air.
14:9 So likewise all of you, except all of you utter by the tongue words
(o. logos) easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for
all of you shall speak into the air.
14:10 세상에 소리의 종류가 이같이 많되 뜻 없는 소리는 없나니
14:10 There are, it may be, a number of different voices in the world, and no voice is
without sense.
14:10 There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none
of them is without signification.
14:11 그러므로 내가 그 소리의 뜻을 알지 못하면 내가 말하는 자에게 야만이
되고 말하는 자도 내게 야만이 되리니
14:11 But if the sense of the voice is not clear to me, I am like a man from a strange
country to him who is talking, and he will be the same to me.
14:11 Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be unto him
that speaks a barbarian, and he that speaks shall be a barbarian unto me.
14:12 그러면 너희도 신령한 것을 사모하는 자인즉 교회의 덕 세우기를 위하여
풍성하기를 구하라
14:12 So if you are desiring the things which the Spirit gives, let your minds be turned
first to the things which are for the good of the church.
14:12 Even so all of you, forasmuch as all of you are zealous of spiritual
(o. pneuma) gifts, seek that all of you may excel to the edifying of the church.
14:13 그러므로 방언을 말하는 자는 통역하기를 기도할지니
14:13 For this reason, let the man who has the power of using tongues make request that
he may, at the same time, be able to give the sense.
14:13 Wherefore let him that speaks in an unknown tongue pray that he may
interpret.
14:14 내가 만일 방언으로 기도하면 나의 영이 기도하거니와 나의 마음은 열매를
맺히지 못하리라
14:14 For if I make use of tongues in my prayers, my spirit makes the prayer, but not
my mind.
14:14 For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit (o. pneuma) prays, but
my understanding is unfruitful.
14:15 그러면 어떻게 할꼬 내가 영으로 기도하고 또 마음으로 기도하며 내가 영으로
찬미하고 또 마음으로 찬미하리라
14:15 What then? let my prayer be from the spirit, and equally from the mind; let my song
be from the spirit, and equally from mind.
14:15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, (o. pneuma) and I will
pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, (o. pneuma) and
I will sing with the understanding also.
14:16 그렇지 아니하면 네가 영으로 축복할 때에 무식한 처지에 있는 자가 네가
무슨 말을 하는지 알지 못하고 네 감사에 어찌 아멘 하리요
14:16 For if you give a blessing with the spirit, how will the man who has no knowledge
say, So be it, after your prayer, seeing that he has not taken in what you are saying?
14:16 Else when you shall bless with the spirit, (o. pneuma) how shall he
that occupies the room of the unlearned say Amen at your giving of thanks, seeing
he understands not what you says?
14:17 너는 감사를 잘하였으나 그러나 다른 사람은 덕 세움을 받지 못하리라
14:17 For your giving of the blessing is certainly well done, but of no profit to the
man without knowledge.
14:17 For you verily give thanks well, but the other is not edified.
14:18 내가 너희 모든 사람보다 방언을 더 말하므로 하나님께 감사하노라
14:18 I give praise to God that I am able to make use of tongues more than you all:
14:18 I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than all of you all:
14:19 그러나 교회에서 네가 남을 가르치기 위하여 깨달은 마음으로 다섯 마디
말을 하는 것이 일만 마디 방언으로 말하는 것보다 나으니라
14:19 But in the church it would be better for me to make use of five words of which the
sense was clear, so that others might have profit, than ten thousand words in a
strange tongue.
14:19 Yet in the church I had rather speak five words (o. logos) with my
understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand
words (o. logos) in an unknown tongue.
14:20 ○ 형제들아 지혜에는 아이가 되지 말고 악에는 어린 아이가 되라 지혜에
장성한 사람이 되라
14:20 My brothers, do not be children in mind: in evil be as little children, but in mind
be of full growth.
14:20 Brethren, be not children in understanding: nevertheless in malice
be all of you children, but in understanding be men.
14:21 율법에 기록된 바 주께서 가라사대 내가 다른 방언하는 자와 다른 입술로
이 백성에게 말할지라도 저희가 오히려 듣지 아니하리라 하였으니
14:21 In the law it is said, By men of other tongues and by strange lips will my words
come to this people; and not even so will they give ear to me, says the Lord.
14:21 In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips
will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, says
the LORD.
14:22 그러므로 방언은 믿는 자들을 위하지 않고 믿지 아니하는 자들을 위하는
표적이나 예언은 믿지 아니하는 자들을 위하지 않고 믿는 자들을 위함이니
14:22 For this reason tongues are for a sign, not to those who have faith, but to those
who have not: but the prophet's word is for those who have faith, and not for the
rest who have not.
14:22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to
them that believe not: but prophesying serves not for them that believe not,
but for them which believe.
14:23 그러므로 온 교회가 함께 모여 다 방언으로 말하면 무식한 자들이나 믿지
아니하는 자들이 들어와서 너희를 미쳤다 하지 아니하겠느냐
14:23 If, then, the church has come together, and all are using tongues, and there come
in men without knowledge or faith, will they not say that you are unbalanced?
14:23 If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and
all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers,
will they not say that all of you are mad?
14:24 그러나 다 예언을 하면 믿지 아니하는 자들이나 무식한 자들이 들어와서
모든 사람에게 책망을 들으며 모든 사람에게 판단을 받고
14:24 But if all are teaching as prophets, and a man without faith or knowledge comes
in, he is tested by all, he is judged by all;
14:24 But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believes not, or one
unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all:
14:25 그 마음의 숨은 일이 드러나게 되므로 엎드리어 하나님께 경배하며 하나님이
참으로 너희 가운데 계시다 전파하리라
14:25 The secrets of his heart are made clear; and he will go down on his face and give
worship to God, saying that God is truly among you.
14:25 And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling
down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you truthfully.
14:26 ○ 그런즉 형제들아 어찌할꼬 너희가 모일 때에 각각 찬송시도 있으며 가르치는
말씀도 있으며 계시도 있으며 방언도 있으며 통역함도 있나니 모든 것을 덕을 세우기
위하여 하라
14:26 What is it then, my brothers? when you come together everyone has a holy song, or
a revelation, or a tongue, or is giving the sense of it. Let everything be done
for the common good.
14:26 How is it then, brethren? when all of you come together, every one
of you has a psalm, has a doctrine, has a tongue, has a revelation, has an interpretation.
Let all things be done unto edifying.
14:27 만일 누가 방언으로 말하거든 두 사람이나 다불과 세 사람이 차서를 따라
하고 한 사람이 통역할 것이요
14:27 If any man makes use of a tongue, let it not be more than two, or at the most three,
and in turn; and let someone give the sense:
14:27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the
most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.
14:28 만일 통역하는 자가 없거든 교회에서는 잠잠하고 자기와 및 하나님께 말할
것이요
14:28 But if there is no one to give the sense, let him keep quiet in the church; and
let his words be to himself and to God.
14:28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church;
and let him speak to himself, and to God.
14:29 예언하는 자는 둘이나 셋이나 말하고 다른 이들은 분변할 것이요
14:29 And let the prophets give their words, but not more than two or three, and let the
others be judges of what they say.
14:29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.
14:30 만일 곁에 앉은 다른 이에게 계시가 있거든 먼저 하던 자는 잠잠할지니라
14:30 But if a revelation is given to another who is seated near, let the first be quiet.
14:30 If any thing be revealed to another that sits by, let the first hold
his peace.
14:31 너희는 다 모든 사람으로 배우게 하고 모든 사람으로 권면을 받게 하기
위하여 하나씩 하나씩 예언할 수 있느니라
14:31 For you may all be prophets in turn so that all may get knowledge and comfort;
14:31 For all of you may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and
all may be comforted.
14:32 예언하는 자들의 영이 예언하는 자들에게 제재를 받나니
14:32 And the spirits of the prophets are controlled by the prophets;
14:32 And the spirits (o. pneuma) of the prophets are subject to the prophets.
14:33 하나님은 어지러움의 하나님이 아니시요 오직 화평의 하나님이시니라
14:33 For God is not a God whose ways are without order, but a God of peace; as in all
the churches of the saints.
14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches
of the saints.
14:34 ○ 모든 성도의 교회에서 함과 같이 여자는 교회에서 잠잠하라 저희의 말하는
것을 허락함이 없나니 율법에 이른 것 같이 오직 복종할 것이요
14:34 Let women keep quiet in the churches: for it is not right for them to be talking;
but let them be under control, as it says in the law.
14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted
unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also says
the law.
14:35 만일 무엇을 배우려거든 집에서 자기 남편에게 물을지니 여자가 교회에서
말하는 것은 부끄러운 것임이라
14:35 And if they have a desire for knowledge about anything, let them put questions to
their husbands privately: for talking in the church puts shame on a woman.
14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home:
for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
14:36 하나님의 말씀이 너희에게로부터 난 것이냐 또는 너희에게만 임한 것이냐
14:36 What? was it from you that the word of God went out? or did it only come in to you?
14:36 What? came the word (o. logos) of God out from you? or came it unto
you only?
14:37 ○ 만일 누구든지 자기를 선지자나 혹 신령한 자로 생각하거든 내가 너희에게
편지한 것이 주의 명령인 줄 알라
14:37 If any man seems to himself to be a prophet or to have the Spirit, let him take
note of the things which I am writing to you, as being the word of the Lord.
14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge
that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
14:38 만일 누구든지 알지 못하면 그는 알지 못한 자니라
14:38 But if any man is without knowledge, let him be so.
14:38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.
14:39 ○ 그런즉 내 형제들아 예언하기를 사모하며 방언 말하기를 금하지 말라
14:39 So then, my brothers, let it be your chief desire to be prophets; but let no one
be stopped from using tongues.
14:39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with
tongues.
14:40 모든 것을 적당하게 하고 질서대로 하라
14:40 Let all things be done in the right and ordered way.
14:40 Let all things be done decently and in order.
15:1 형제들아 내가 너희에게 전한 복음을 너희로 알게 하노니 이는 너희가 받은
것이요 또 그 가운데 선 것이라
15:1 Now I am going to make clear to you, my brothers, what the good news was which I
gave to you, and which you took, and on which your faith is based,
15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto
you, which also all of you have received, and wherein all of you stand;
15:2 너희가 만일 나의 전한 그 말을 굳게 지키고 헛되이 믿지 아니하였으면 이로
말미암아 구원을 얻으리라
15:2 By which you have salvation; that is to say, the form in which it was given to you,
if it is fixed in your minds, and if your faith in it is not without effect.
15:2 By which also all of you are saved, if all of you keep in memory what
(o. logos) I preached unto you, unless all of you have believed in vain.
15:3 내가 받은 것을 먼저 너희에게 전하였노니 이는 성경대로 그리스도께서 우리
죄를 위하여 죽으시고
15:3 For I gave to you first of all what was handed down to me, how Christ underwent
death for our sins, as it says in the Writings;
15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how
that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
15:4 장사 지낸 바 되었다가 성경대로 사흘 만에 다시 살아나사
15:4 And he was put in the place of the dead; and on the third day he came back from
the dead, as it says in the Writings;
15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according
to the scriptures:
15:5 게바에게 보이시고 후에 열 두 제자에게와
15:5 And he was seen by Cephas; then by the twelve;
15:5 And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
15:6 그 후에 오백여 형제에게 일시에 보이셨나니 그 중에 지금까지 태반이나
살아 있고 어떤 이는 잠들었으며
15:6 Then by more than five hundred brothers at the same time, most of whom are still
living, but some are sleeping;
15:6 After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom
the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
15:7 그 후에 야고보에게 보이셨으며 그 후에 모든 사도에게와
15:7 Then he was seen by James; then by all the Apostles.
15:7 After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
15:8 맨 나중에 만삭되지 못하여 난 자 같은 내게도 보이셨느니라
15:8 And last of all, as by one whose birth was out of the right time, he was seen by
me.
15:8 And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.
15:9 나는 사도 중에 지극히 작은 자라 내가 하나님의 교회를 핍박하였으므로
사도라 칭함을 받기에 감당치 못할 자로라
15:9 For I am the least of the Apostles, having no right to be named an Apostle, because
of my cruel attacks on the church of God.
15:9 For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an
apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
15:10 그러나 나의 나 된 것은 하나님의 은혜로 된 것이니 내게 주신 그의 은혜가
헛되지 아니하여 내가 모든 사도보다 더 많이 수고하였으나 내가 아니요 오직 나와
함께 하신 하나님의 은혜로라
15:10 But by the grace of God, I am what I am: and his grace which was given to me has
not been for nothing; for I did more work than all of them; though not I, but the
grace of God which was with me.
15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed
upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not
I, but the grace of God which was with me.
15:11 그러므로 내나 저희나 이같이 전파하매 너희도 이같이 믿었느니라
15:11 If then it is I who am the preacher, or they, this is our word, and to this you
have given your faith.
15:11 Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preach, and so all of you
believed.
15:12 ○ 그리스도께서 죽은 자 가운데서 다시 살아나셨다 전파되었거늘 너희
중에서 어떤 이들은 어찌하여 죽은 자 가운데서 부활이 없다 하느냐
15:12 Now if the good news says that Christ came back from the dead, how do some of you
say that there is no coming back from the dead?
15:12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some
among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
15:13 만일 죽은 자의 부활이 없으면 그리스도도 다시 살지 못하셨으리라
15:13 But if there is no coming back from the dead, then Christ has not come back from
the dead:
15:13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:
15:14 그리스도께서 만일 다시 살지 못하셨으면 우리의 전파하는 것도 헛것이요
또 너희 믿음도 헛것이며
15:14 And if Christ did not come again from the dead, then our good news and your faith
in it are of no effect.
15:14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith
is also vain.
15:15 또 우리가 하나님의 거짓 증인으로 발견되리니 우리가 하나님이 그리스도를
다시 살리셨다고 증거하였음이라 만일 죽은 자가 다시 사는 것이 없으면 하나님이
그리스도를 다시 살리시지 아니하셨으리라
15:15 Yes, and we are seen to be false witnesses of God; because we gave witness of God
that by his power Christ came again from the dead: which is not true if there is
no coming back from the dead.
15:15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified
of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead
rise not.
15:16 만일 죽은 자가 다시 사는 것이 없으면 그리스도도 다시 사신 것이 없었을
터이요
15:16 For if it is not possible for the dead to come to life again, then Christ has not
come to life again:
15:16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:
15:17 그리스도께서 다시 사신 것이 없으면 너희의 믿음도 헛되고 너희가 여전히
죄 가운데 있을 것이요
15:17 And if that is so, your faith is of no effect; you are still in your sins.
15:17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; all of you are yet
in your sins.
15:18 또한 그리스도 안에서 잠자는 자도 망하였으리니
15:18 And, in addition, the dead in Christ have gone to destruction.
15:18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.
15:19 만일 그리스도 안에서 우리의 바라는 것이 다만 이생 뿐이면 모든 사람 가운데
우리가 더욱 불쌍한 자리라
15:19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most unhappy.
15:19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most
miserable.
15:20 ○ 그러나 이제 그리스도께서 죽은 자 가운데서 다시 살아 잠자는 자들의
첫 열매가 되셨도다
15:20 But now Christ has truly come back from the dead, the first-fruits of those who
are sleeping.
15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first-fruits
of them that slept.
15:21 사망이 사람으로 말미암았으니 죽은 자의 부활도 사람으로 말미암는도다
15:21 For as by man came death, so by man there is a coming back from the dead.
15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the
dead.
15:22 아담 안에서 모든 사람이 죽은 것 같이 그리스도 안에서 모든 사람이 삶을
얻으리라
15:22 For as in Adam death comes to all, so in Christ will all come back to life.
15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
15:23 그러나 각각 자기 차례대로 되리니 먼저는 첫 열매인 그리스도요 다음에는
그리스도 강림하실 때에 그에게 붙은 자요
15:23 But every man in his right order: Christ the first-fruits; then those who are Christ's
at his coming.
15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward
they that are Christ's at his coming.
15:24 그 후에는 나중이니 저가 모든 정사와 모든 권세와 능력을 멸하시고 나라를
아버지 하나님께 바칠 때라
15:24 Then comes the end, when he will give up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when
he will have put an end to all rule and to all authority and power.
15:24 Then comes the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to
God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority
and power.
15:25 저가 모든 원수를 그 발 아래 둘 때까지 불가불 왕 노릇 하시리니
15:25 For his rule will go on till he has put all those who are against him under his
feet.
15:25 For he must reign, till he has put all enemies under his feet.
15:26 맨 나중에 멸망 받을 원수는 사망이니라
15:26 The last power to come to an end is death.
15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
15:27 만물을 저의 발 아래 두셨다 하셨으니 만물을 아래 둔다 말씀하실 때에 만물을
저의 아래 두신 이가 그 중에 들지 아니한 것이 분명하도다
15:27 For, as it says, He has put all things under his feet. But when he says, All things
are put under him, it is clear that it is not said about him who put all things
under him.
15:27 For he has put all things under his feet. But when he says all things
are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things
under him.
15:28 만물을 저에게 복종하게 하신 때에는 아들 자신도 그 때에 만물을 자기에게
복종케 하신 이에게 복종케 되리니 이는 하나님이 만유의 주로서 만유 안에 계시려
하심이라
15:28 And when all things have been put under him, then will the Son himself be under
him who put all things under him, so that God may be all in all.
15:28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also
himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all
in all.
15:29 ○ 만일 죽은 자들이 도무지 다시 살지 못하면 죽은 자들을 위하여 세례
받는 자들이 무엇을 하겠느냐 어찌하여 저희를 위하여 세례를 받느뇨
15:29 Again, what will they do who are given baptism for the dead? if the dead do not
come back at all, why are people given baptism for them?
15:29 Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead
rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?
15:30 또 어찌하여 우리가 때마다 위험을 무릅쓰리요
15:30 And why are we in danger every hour?
15:30 And why stand we in jeopardy every hour?
15:31 형제들아 내가 그리스도 예수 우리 주 안에서 가진 바 너희에게 대한 나의
자랑을 두고 단언하노니 나는 날마다 죽노라
15:31 Yes, truly, by your pride in me, my brothers in Christ Jesus our Lord, my life is
one long death.
15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our LORD,
I die daily.
15:32 내가 범인처럼 에베소에서 맹수로 더불어 싸웠으면 내게 무슨 유익이 있느뇨
죽은 자가 다시 살지 못할 것이면 내일 죽을 터이니 먹고 마시자 하리라
15:32 If, after the way of men, I was fighting with beasts at Ephesus, what profit is
it to me? If the dead do not come to life again, let us take our pleasure in feasting,
for tomorrow we come to an end.
15:32 If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what
advantages it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; in order to morrow
we die.
15:33 속지 말라 악한 동무들은 선한 행실을 더럽히나니
15:33 Do not be tricked by false words: evil company does damage to good behaviour.
15:33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
15:34 깨어 의를 행하고 죄를 짓지 말라 하나님을 알지 못하는 자가 있기로 내가
너희를 부끄럽게 하기 위하여 말하노라
15:34 Be awake to righteousness and keep yourselves from sin; for some have no knowledge
of God: I say this to put you to shame.
15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge
of God: I speak this to your shame.
15:35 ○ 누가 묻기를 죽은 자들이 어떻게 다시 살며 어떠한 몸으로 오느냐 하리니
15:35 But someone will say, How do the dead come back? and with what sort of body do they
come?
15:35 But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body
do they come?
15:36 어리석은 자여 너의 뿌리는 씨가 죽지 않으면 살아나지 못하겠고
15:36 Foolish man, it is necessary for the seed which you put into the earth to undergo
death in order that it may come to life again:
15:36 You fool, that which you sow is not quickened, except it die:
15:37 또 너의 뿌리는 것은 장래 형체를 뿌리는 것이 아니요 다만 밀이나 다른
것의 알갱이 뿐이로되
15:37 And when you put it into the earth, you do not put in the body which it will be,
but only the seed, of grain or some other sort of plant;
15:37 And that which you sow, you sow not that body that shall be, but bare
grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:
15:38 하나님이 그 뜻대로 저에게 형체를 주시되 각 종자에게 그 형체를 주시느니라

15:43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness;
it is raised in power:
15:44 육의 몸으로 심고 신령한 몸으로 다시 사나니 육의 몸이 있은즉 또 신령한
몸이 있느니라
15:44 It is planted a natural body; it comes again as a body of the spirit. If there is
a natural body, there is equally a body of the spirit.
15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is
a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
15:45 기록된 바 첫 사람 아담은 산 영이 되었다 함과 같이 마지막 아담은 살려
주는 영이 되었나니
15:45 And so it is said, The first man Adam was a living soul. The last Adam is a life-giving
spirit.
15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the
last Adam was made a life-giving spirit. (o. pneuma)
15:46 그러나 먼저는 신령한 자가 아니요 육 있는 자요 그 다음에 신령한 자니라
15:46 But that which is natural comes before that which is of the spirit.
15:46 Nevertheless that was not first which is spiritual, but that which
is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
15:47 첫 사람은 땅에서 났으니 흙에 속한 자이거니와 둘째 사람은 하늘에서 나셨느니라
15:47 The first man is from the earth, and of the earth: the second man is from heaven.

heaven.

are of heaven are like the one from heaven.
15:48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the
heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
15:49 우리가 흙에 속한 자의 형상을 입은 것 같이 또한 하늘에 속한 자의 형상을 입으리라
15:49 And in the same way as we have taken on us the image of the man from the earth,
so we will take on us the image of the one from heaven.
15:49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the
image of the heavenly.
15:50 ○ 형제들아 내가 이것을 말하노니 혈과 육은 하나님 나라를 유업으로 받을
수 없고 또한 썩은 것은 썩지 아니한 것을 유업으로 받지 못하느니라
15:50 Now I say this, my brothers, that it is not possible for flesh and blood to have
a part in the kingdom of God; and death may not have a part in life.
15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom
of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption.
15:51 보라 내가 너희에게 비밀을 말하노니 우리가 다 잠 잘 것이 아니요 마지막
나팔에 순식간에 홀연히 다 변화하리니
15:51 See, I am giving you the revelation of a secret: we will not all come to the sleep
of death, but we will all be changed.
15:51 Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall
all be changed,
15:52 나팔 소리가 나매 죽은 자들이 썩지 아니할 것으로 다시 살고 우리도 변화하리라
15:52 In a second, in the shutting of an eye, at the sound of the last horn: for at that
sound the dead will come again, free for ever from the power of death, and we will
be changed.
15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the
trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall
be changed.
15:53 이 썩을 것이 불가불 썩지 아니할 것을 입겠고 이 죽을 것이 죽지 아니함을
입으리로다
15:53 For this body which comes to destruction will be made free from the power of death,
and the man who is under the power of death will put on eternal life.
15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must
put on immortality.
15:54 이 썩을 것이 썩지 아니함을 입고 이 죽을 것이 죽지 아니함을 입을 때에는
사망이 이김의 삼킨 바 되리라고 기록된 말씀이 응하리라
15:54 But when this has taken place, then that which was said in the Writings will come
true, Death is overcome by life.
15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal
shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying (o.
logos) that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
15:55 사망아 너의 이기는 것이 어디 있느냐 사망아 너의 쏘는 것이 어디 있느냐
15:55 O death, where is your power? O death, where are your pains?
15:55 O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?
15:56 사망의 쏘는 것은 죄요 죄의 권능은 율법이라
15:56 The pain of death is sin; and the power of sin is the law:
15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
15:57 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 우리에게 이김을 주시는 하나님께 감사하노니
15:57 But praise be to God who gives us strength to overcome through our Lord Jesus Christ.
15:57 But thanks be to God, which gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus
Christ.
15:58 그러므로 내 사랑하는 형제들아 견고하며 흔들리지 말며 항상 주의 일에
더욱 힘쓰는 자들이 되라 이는 너희 수고가 주 안에서 헛되지 않은 줄을 앎이니라
15:58 For this cause, my dear brothers, be strong in purpose and unmoved, ever giving
yourselves to the work of the Lord, because you are certain that your work is not
without effect in the Lord.
15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be all of you steadfast, immoveable,
always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as all of you know that
your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
16:1 성도를 위하는 연보에 대하여는 내가 갈라디아 교회들에게 명한 것 같이 너희도
그렇게 하라
16:1 Now about the giving of money for the saints, as I gave orders to the churches of
Galatia, so do you.
16:1 Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order
to the churches of Galatia, even so do all of you.
16:2 매주일 첫날에 너희 각 사람이 이를 얻은 대로 저축하여 두어서 내가 갈 때에
연보를 하지 않게 하라
16:2 On the first day of the week, let every one of you put by him in store, in measure
as he has done well in business, so that it may not be necessary to get money together
when I come.
16:2 Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store,
as God has prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
16:3 내가 이를 때에 너희의 인정한 사람에게 편지를 주어 너희의 은혜를 예루살렘으로
가지고 가게 하리니
16:3 And when I come, I will send the men of your selection with letters to take the
money you have got together to Jerusalem.
16:3 And when I come, whomsoever all of you shall approve by your letters,
them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.
16:4 만일 나도 가는 것이 합당하면 저희가 나와 함께 가리라
16:4 And if it is possible for me to go there, they will go with me.
16:4 And if it be meet that I go also, they shall go with me.
16:5 내가 마게도냐를 지날 터이니 마게도냐를 지난 후에 너희에게 나아가서
16:5 But I will come to you after I have gone through Macedonia, for that is my purpose;
16:5 Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I
do pass through Macedonia.
16:6 혹 너희와 함께 머물며 과동할 듯도 하니 이는 너희가 나를 나의 갈 곳으로
보내어 주게 하려 함이라
16:6 But I may be with you for a time, or even for the winter, so that you may see me
on my way, wherever I go.
16:6 And it may be that I will abide, yea, and winter with you, that all
of you may bring me on my journey anywhere I go.
16:7 이제는 지나는 길에 너희 보기를 원치 아니하노니 이는 주께서 만일 허락하시면
얼마 동안 너희와 함께 유하기를 바람이라
16:7 For it is not my desire to see you now, on my way; because it is my hope to be with
you for some time, if that is the Lord's pleasure.
16:7 For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while
with you, if the Lord permit.
16:8 내가 오순절까지 에베소에 유하려 함은
16:8 But I will be at Ephesus till Pentecost;
16:8 But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.
16:9 내게 광대하고 공효를 이루는 문이 열리고 대적하는 자가 많음이니라
16:9 For a great and important door there is open to me, and there are a number of people
against me.
16:9 For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many
adversaries.
16:10 ○ 디모데가 이르거든 너희는 조심하여 저로 두려움이 없이 너희 가운데
있게 하라 이는 저도 나와 같이 주의 일을 힘쓰는 자임이니라
16:10 Now if Timothy comes, see that he is with you without fear; because he is doing
the Lord's work, even as I am:
16:10 Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear: for
he works the work of the Lord, as I also do.
16:11 그러므로 누구든지 저를 멸시하지 말고 평안히 보내어 내게로 오게 하라
나는 저가 형제들과 함께 오기를 기다리노라
16:11 See then that he has the honour which is right. But send him on his way in peace,
so that he may come to me: for I am looking for him with the brothers.
16:11 Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that
he may come unto me: for I look for him with the brethren.
16:12 형제 아볼로에 대하여는 저더러 형제들과 함께 너희에게 가라고 내가 많이
권하되 지금은 갈 뜻이 일절 없으나 기회가 있으면 가리라
16:12 But as for Apollos, the brother, I had a great desire for him to come to you with
the brothers, but it was not his pleasure to come now; but he will come when he
has a chance.
16:12 As concerning our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto
you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but
he will come when he shall have convenient time.
16:13 깨어 믿음에 굳게 서서 남자답게 강건하여라
16:13 Be on the watch, unmoved in the faith, and be strong like men.
16:13 Watch all of you, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.
16:14 너희 모든 일을 사랑으로 행하라
16:14 Let all you do be done in love.
16:14 Let all your things be done with love. (o. agape)
16:15 ○ 형제들아 스데바나의 집은 곧 아가야의 첫 열매요 또 성도 섬기기로
작정한 줄을 너희가 아는지라 내가 너희를 권하노니
16:15 Now I make my request to you, my brothers, for you have knowledge that the house
of Stephanas is the first-fruits of Achaia, and that they have made themselves the
servants of the saints,
16:15 I plead to (all of you know the house of Stephanas, that it is the
first-fruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry
of the saints,)
16:16 이같은 자들과 또 함께 일하며 수고하는 모든 자에게 복종하라
16:16 That you put yourselves under such, and under everyone who is helping the Lord's
work.
16:16 That all of you submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that
helps with us, and labours.
16:17 내가 스데바나와 브드나도와 아가이고의 온 것을 기뻐하노니 저희가 너희의
부족한 것을 보충하였음이니라
16:17 And I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for they have
done what was needed to make your work complete.
16:17 I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for
that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.
16:18 저희가 나와 너희 마음을 시원케 하였으니 그러므로 너희는 이런 자들을 알아 주라
16:18 For they gave comfort to my spirit and to yours: for which cause give respect to
such people.
16:18 For they have refreshed my spirit (o. pneuma) and your's: therefore
acknowledge all of you them that are such.
16:19 아시아의 교회들이 너희에게 문안하고 아굴라와 브리스가와 및 그 집에
있는 교회가 주 안에서 너희에게 간절히 문안하고
16:19 The churches of Asia send their love to you. So do Aquila and Prisca, with the church
which is in their house.
16:19 The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much
in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.
16:20 모든 형제도 너희에게 문안하니 너희는 거룩하게 입맞춤으로 서로 문안하라
16:20 All the brothers send their love to you. Give one another a holy kiss.
16:20 All the brethren greet you. Greet all of you one another with an holy
kiss.
16:21 ○ 나 바울은 친필로 너희에게 문안하노니
16:21 I, Paul, send you these words of love in my writing.
16:21 The salutation of me Paul with mine own hand.
16:22 만일 누구든지 주를 사랑하지 아니하거든 저주를 받을지어다 주께서 임하시느니라
16:22 If any man has not love for the Lord, let him be cursed. Maran atha (our Lord comes).
16:22 If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.
16:23 주 예수 그리스도의 은혜가 너희와 함께 하고
16:23 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

16:24 나의 사랑이 그리스도 예수의 안에서 너희 무리와 함께 할지어다
16:24 My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. So be it.
