9:1 ¼±ÁöÀÚ ¿¤¸®»ç°¡ ¼±ÁöÀÚÀÇ »ýµµ Áß Çϳª¸¦ ºÒ·¯ À̸£µÇ ³Ê´Â Ç㸮¸¦ µ¿ÀÌ°í ÀÌ ±â¸§º´À» ¼Õ¿¡ °¡Áö°í ±æ¸£¾Ñ ¶ó¸øÀ¸·Î °¡¶ó
9:1 And Elisha the prophet sent for one of the sons of the prophets, and said to him, Make yourself ready for a journey, and take this bottle of oil in your hand, and go to Ramoth-gilead.
9:1 And Elisha the prophet called one of the children of the prophets, and said unto him, Gird up your loins, and take this box of oil in yours hand, and go to Ramothgilead:

9:2 And when you get there, go in search of Jehu, the son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi; and go in and make him get up from among his brothers, and take him to an inner room.
9:2 And when you come thither, look out there Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi, and go in, and make him arise up from among his brethren, and carry him to an inner chamber;

9:3 ±â¸§º´À» °¡Áö°í ±× ¸Ó¸®¿¡ ºÎÀ¸¸ç À̸£±â¸¦ ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¸»¾¸ÀÌ ³»°¡ ³×°Ô ±â¸§À» ºÎ¾î À̽º¶ó¿¤ ¿ÕÀ» »ï³ë¶ó Çϼ̴À´Ï¶ó ÇÏ°í °ð ¹®À» ¿­°í µµ¸ÁÇ쵂 Áöüġ ¸»Áö´Ï¶ó
9:3 Then take the bottle and put the oil on his head, and say, The Lord says, I have put the holy oil on you to make you king over Israel. Then, opening the door, go in flight, without waiting.
9:3 Then take the box of oil, and pour it on his head, and say, Thus says the LORD, I have anointed you king over Israel. Then open the door, and flee, and tarry not.

9:4 So the young prophet went to Ramoth-gilead.
9:4 So the young man, even the young man the prophet, went to Ramothgilead.

9:5 And when he came, he saw the captains of the army seated together; and he said, I have something to say to you, O captain. And Jehu said, To which of us? And he said, To you, O captain.
9:5 And when he came, behold, the captains of the host were sitting; and he said, I have an errand to you, O captain. And Jehu said, Unto which of all us? And he said, To you, O captain.

9:6 ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ÀϾ ÁýÀ¸·Î µé¾î°¡´Ï ¼Ò³âÀÌ ±× ¸Ó¸®¿¡ ±â¸§À» ºÎÀ¸¸ç À̸£µÇ À̽º¶ó¿¤ Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¸»¾¸ÀÌ ³»°¡ ³×°Ô ±â¸§À» ºÎ¾î ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¹é¼º °ð À̽º¶ó¿¤ÀÇ ¿ÕÀ» »ï³ë´Ï
9:6 And he got up and went into the house; then he put the holy oil on his head and said to him, The Lord, the God of Israel, says, I have made you king over the people of the Lord, over Israel.
9:6 And he arose, and went into the house; and he poured the oil on his head, and said unto him, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, I have anointed you king over the people of the LORD, even over Israel.

9:7 ³Ê´Â ³× ÁÖ ¾ÆÇÕÀÇ ÁýÀ» Ä¡¶ó ³»°¡ ³ªÀÇ Á¾ °ð ¼±ÁöÀÚµéÀÇ ÇÇ¿Í ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ Á¾µéÀÇ ÇǸ¦ À̼¼º§¿¡°Ô °±¾Æ ÁÖ¸®¶ó
9:7 You are to see that the family of Ahab your master is cut off, so that I may take from Jezebel payment for the blood of my servants the prophets, and for the blood of all the servants of the Lord.
9:7 And you shall strike the house of Ahab your master, that I may avenge the blood of my servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of the LORD, at the hand of Jezebel.

9:8 ¾ÆÇÕÀÇ ¿Â ÁýÀÌ ¸ê¸ÁÇϸ®´Ï À̽º¶ó¿¤ Áß¿¡ ¸ÅÀÎ ÀÚ³ª ³õÀÎ ÀÚ³ª ¾ÆÇÕ¿¡°Ô ¼ÓÇÑ ¸ðµç ³²ÀÚ´Â ³»°¡ ´Ù ¸êÀýÇϵÇ
9:8 For the family of Ahab will come to an end; every male of Ahab's family will be cut off, he who is shut up and he who goes free in Israel.
9:8 For the whole house of Ahab shall perish: and I will cut off from Ahab him that pisses against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel:

9:9 ¾ÆÇÕÀÇ ÁýÀ» ´À¹åÀÇ ¾Æµé ¿©·Îº¸¾ÏÀÇ Áý°ú °°°Ô ÇÏ¸ç ¶Ç ¾ÆÈ÷¾ßÀÇ ¾Æµé ¹Ù¾Æ»çÀÇ Áý°ú °°°Ô ÇÒÁö¶ó
9:9 I will make the family of Ahab like that of Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, and Baasha, the son of Ahijah.
9:9 And I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah:

9:10 À̽º¸£¿¤ Áö¹æ¿¡¼­ °³µéÀÌ À̼¼º§À» ¸ÔÀ¸¸®´Ï Àú¸¦ Àå»çÇÒ »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¾øÀ¸¸®¶ó Çϼ̴À´Ï¶ó ÇÏ°í °ð ¹®À» ¿­°í µµ¸ÁÇϴ϶ó
9:10 And Jezebel will become food for the dogs in the heritage of Jezreel, and there will be no one to put her body into the earth. Then, opening the door, he went in flight.
9:10 And the dogs shall eat Jezebel in the portion of Jezreel, and there shall be none to bury her. And he opened the door, and fled.

9:11 ¡Û ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ³ª¿Í¼­ ±× ÁÖÀÇ ½Åº¹µé¿¡°Ô À̸£´Ï ÇÑ »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¹¯µÇ Æò¾ÈÀÌ´¢ ±× ¹ÌÄ£ ÀÚ°¡ ¹«½¼ ±î´ßÀ¸·Î ±×´ë¿¡°Ô ¿Ô´õ´¢ ´ë´äÇ쵂 ±×´ëµéÀÌ ±× »ç¶÷°ú ±× ¸»ÇÑ °ÍÀ» ¾Ë¸®¶ó
9:11 Then Jehu came out again to the servants of his lord, and one said to him, Is all well? why did this man, who is off his head, come to you? And he said to them, You have knowledge of the man and of his talk.
9:11 Then Jehu came forth to the servants of his lord: and one said unto him, Is all well? wherefore came this mad fellow to you? And he said unto them, All of you know the man, and his communication.

9:12 ¹«¸®°¡ °¡·ÎµÇ ´çÄ¡ ¾ÊÀº ¸»À̶ó ±×´ë´Â ¿ì¸®¿¡°Ô À̸£¶ó ´ë´äÇ쵂 Àú°¡ À̸® À̸® ³»°Ô ¸»ÇÏ¿© À̸£±â¸¦ ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¸»¾¸ÀÌ ³»°¡ ³×°Ô ±â¸§À» ºÎ¾î À̽º¶ó¿¤ ¿ÕÀ» »ï´Â´Ù Çϼ̴٠ÇÏ´õ¶ó
9:12 And they said, That is not true; now give us his story. Then he said, This is what he said to me: The Lord says, I have made you king over Israel.
9:12 And they said, It is false; tell us now. And he said, Thus and thus spoke he to me, saying, Thus says the LORD, I have anointed you king over Israel.

9:13 ¹«¸®°¡ °¢°¢ ÀÚ±âÀÇ ¿ÊÀ» ±ÞÈ÷ ÃëÇÏ¿© ¼¶µ¹ À§ °ð ¿¹ÈÄÀÇ ¹Ø¿¡ ±ò°í ³ªÆÈÀ» ºÒ¸ç °¡·ÎµÇ ¿¹ÈÄ´Â ¿ÕÀ̶ó Çϴ϶ó
9:13 Then straight away everyone took his robe and put it under him on the top of the steps, and, sounding the horn, they said, Jehu is king.
9:13 Then they hasted, and took every man his garment, and put it under him on the top of the stairs, and blew with trumpets, saying, Jehu is king.

9:14 ¡Û ÀÌ¿¡ ´Ô½ÃÀÇ ¼ÕÀÚ ¿©È£»ç¹åÀÇ ¾Æµé ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ¿ä¶÷À» ¹è¹ÝÇÏ¿´À¸´Ï °ð ¿ä¶÷ÀÌ ¿Â À̽º¶ó¿¤·Î ´õºÒ¾î ¾Æ¶÷ ¿Õ Çϻ翤À» ÀÎÇÏ¿© ±æ¸£¾Ñ ¶ó¸øÀ» ÁöÅ°´Ù°¡
9:14 So Jehu, the son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi, made designs against Joram. (Now Joram and all the army of Israel were keeping watch on Ramoth-gilead because of Hazael, king of Aram:
9:14 So Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi conspired against Joram. (Now Joram had kept Ramothgilead, he and all Israel, because of Hazael king of Syria.

9:15 ¾Æ¶÷ ¿Õ Çϻ翤·Î ´õºÒ¾î ½Î¿ï ¶§¿¡ ¾Æ¶÷ »ç¶÷¿¡°Ô »óÇÑ °ÍÀ» Ä¡·áÇÏ·Á ÇÏ¿© À̽º¸£¿¤·Î µ¹¾Æ¿Ô´ø ¶§¶ó ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ À̸£µÇ ³ÊÈñ ¶æ¿¡ ÇÕ´çÇϰŵç ÇÑ »ç¶÷ÀÌ¶óµµ ÀÌ ¼º¿¡¼­ µµ¸ÁÇÏ¿© À̽º¸£¿¤¿¡ ÀüÇÏ·¯ °¡Áö ¸øÇÏ°Ô Ç϶ó Çϴ϶ó
9:15 But King Joram had gone back to Jezreel to get well from the wounds which the Aramaeans had given him when he was fighting against Hazael, king of Aram.) And Jehu said, If this is your purpose, then let no one get away and go out of the town to give news of it in Jezreel.
9:15 But king Joram was returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds which the Syrians had given him, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria.) And Jehu said, If it be your minds, then let none go forth nor escape out of the city to go to tell it in Jezreel.

9:16 ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ º´°Å¸¦ Ÿ°í À̽º¸£¿¤·Î °¡´Ï ¿ä¶÷ÀÌ °Å±â ´©¿üÀ½À̶ó À¯´Ù ¿Õ ¾ÆÇϽþߴ ¿ä¶÷À» º¸·¯ ³»·Á¿Ô´õ¶ó
9:16 So Jehu got into his carriage and went to Jezreel, for Joram was ill in bed there; and Ahaziah, king of Judah, had come down to see Joram.
9:16 So Jehu rode in a chariot, and went to Jezreel; for Joram lay there. And Ahaziah king of Judah was come down to see Joram.

9:17 ¡Û À̽º¸£¿¤ ¸Á´ë¿¡ Æļý±º Çϳª°¡ ¼¹´õ´Ï ¿¹ÈÄÀÇ ¹«¸®ÀÇ ¿À´Â °ÍÀ» º¸°í °¡·ÎµÇ ³»°¡ ÇÑ ¹«¸®¸¦ º¸³ªÀÌ´Ù ¿ä¶÷ÀÌ °¡·ÎµÇ ÇÑ »ç¶÷À» ¸»À» Å¿ö º¸³»¾î ¸Â¾Æ Æò¾ÈÀÌ³Ä ¹¯°Ô Ç϶ó
9:17 And the watchman on the tower in Jezreel saw Jehu and his band coming, and said, I see a band of people. And Joram said, Send out a horseman to them, and let him say, Is it peace?
9:17 And there stood a watchman on the tower in Jezreel, and he spied the company of Jehu as he came, and said, I see a company. And Joram said, Take an horseman, and send to meet them, and let him say, Is it peace?

9:18 ÇÑ »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¸»À» Ÿ°í °¡¼­ ¸¸³ª °¡·ÎµÇ ¿ÕÀÇ ¸»¾¸ÀÌ Æò¾ÈÀÌ³Ä ÇϽôõÀÌ´Ù ÇϸŠ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ °¡·ÎµÇ Æò¾ÈÀÌ ³×°Ô »ó°üÀÌ ÀÖ´À³Ä ³» µÚ·Î µ¹ÀÌÅ°¶ó Çϴ϶ó Æļý±ºÀÌ °íÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ »çÀÚ°¡ ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô °¬À¸³ª µ¹¾Æ¿ÀÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϳªÀÌ´Ù ÇÏ´ÂÁö¶ó
9:18 So a horseman went out to them and said, The king says, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What have you to do with peace? come after me. And the watchman gave them word, saying, The horseman went up to them, but has not come back.
9:18 So there went one on horseback to meet him, and said, Thus says the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What have you to do with peace? turn you behind me. And the watchman told, saying, The messenger came to them, but he comes not again.

9:19 ´Ù½Ã ÇÑ »ç¶÷À» ¸»À» Å¿ö º¸³»¾ú´õ´Ï ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô °¡¼­ °¡·ÎµÇ ¿ÕÀÇ ¸»¾¸ÀÌ Æò¾ÈÀÌ³Ä ÇϽôõÀÌ´Ù ÇϸŠ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ °¡·ÎµÇ Æò¾ÈÀÌ ³×°Ô »ó°üÀÌ ÀÖ´À³Ä ³» µÚ·Î µ¹ÀÌÅ°¶ó Çϴ϶ó
9:19 Then he sent out a second horseman, who came up to them and said, The king says, Is it peace? And Jehu said in answer, What have you to do with peace? come after me.
9:19 Then he sent out a second on horseback, which came to them, and said, Thus says the king, Is it peace? And Jehu answered, What have you to do with peace? turn you behind me.

9:20 Æļý±ºÀÌ ¶Ç °íÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ Àúµµ ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô±îÁö °¬À¸³ª µ¹¾Æ¿ÀÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ°í ±× º´°Å ¸ð´Â °ÍÀÌ ´Ô½ÃÀÇ ¼ÕÀÚ ¿¹ÈÄÀÇ ¸ð´Â °Í °°ÀÌ ¹ÌÄ¡°Ô ¸ð³ªÀÌ´Ù
9:20 And the watchman gave them word, saying, He went up to them and has not come back again; and the driving is like the driving of Jehu, son of Nimshi, for he is driving violently.
9:20 And the watchman told, saying, He came even unto them, and comes not again: and the driving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi; for he drives furiously.

9:21 ¡Û ¿ä¶÷ÀÌ °¡·ÎµÇ ¸Þ¿ì¶ó ÇϸŠ±× º´°Å¸¦ ¸Þ¿îÁö¶ó À̽º¶ó¿¤ ¿Õ ¿ä¶÷°ú À¯´Ù ¿Õ ¾ÆÇϽþ߰¡ °¢°¢ ±× º´°Å¸¦ Ÿ°í °¡¼­ ¿¹Èĸ¦ ¸ÂÀ»»õ À̽º¸£¿¤ »ç¶÷ ³ªº¿ÀÇ ÅäÁö¿¡¼­ ¸¸³ª¸Å
9:21 Then Joram said, Make ready. So they made his carriage ready; and Joram, king of Israel, with Ahaziah, king of Judah, went out in their carriages for the purpose of meeting Jehu; and they came face to face with him at the field of Naboth the Jezreelite.
9:21 And Joram said, Make ready. And his chariot was made ready. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out against Jehu, and met him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite.

9:22 ¿ä¶÷ÀÌ ¿¹Èĸ¦ º¸°í °¡·ÎµÇ ¿¹ÈÄ¾ß Æò¾ÈÀÌ³Ä ´ë´äÇ쵂 ³× ¾î¹Ì À̼¼º§ÀÇ À½Çà°ú ¼ú¼ö°¡ ÀÌ·¸°Ô ¸¹À¸´Ï ¾îÂî Æò¾ÈÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸·ª
9:22 Now when Joram saw Jehu he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he said in answer, What peace is possible while all the land is full of the disgusting sins of your mother Jezebel, and her secret arts?
9:22 And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of your mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many?

9:23 ¿ä¶÷ÀÌ °ð ¼ÕÀ» µ¹ÀÌÄÑ µµ¸ÁÇÏ¸ç ¾ÆÇϽþ߿¡°Ô À̸£µÇ ¾ÆÇϽþ߿© ¹Ý¿ªÀ̷δÙ
9:23 Then Joram, turning his horses in flight, said to Ahaziah, Broken faith, O Ahaziah!
9:23 And Joram turned his hands, and fled, and said to Ahaziah, There is treachery, O Ahaziah.

9:24 ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ÈûÀ» ´ÙÇÏ¿© È°À» ´ç±â¾î ¿ä¶÷ÀÇ µÎ ÆÈ »çÀ̸¦ ½î´Ï »ìÀÌ ±× ¿°ÅëÀ» ²ç¶Õ°í ³ª¿À¸Å Àú°¡ º´°Å °¡¿îµ¥ ¾þµå·¯ÁøÁö¶ó
9:24 Then Jehu took his bow in his hand, and with all his strength sent an arrow, wounding Joram between the arms; and the arrow came out at his heart, and he went down on his face in his carriage.
9:24 And Jehu drew a bow with his full strength, and stroke Jehoram between his arms, and the arrow went out at his heart, and he sunk down in his chariot.

9:25 ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ±× Àå°ü ºø°¥¿¡°Ô À̸£µÇ ±× ½Ãü¸¦ ÃëÇÏ¿© À̽º¸£¿¤ »ç¶÷ ³ªº¿ÀÇ ¹ç¿¡ ´øÁö¶ó ³×°¡ ±â¾ïÇÏ·Á´Ï¿Í ÀÌÀü¿¡ ³Ê¿Í ³»°¡ ÇÔ²² Ÿ°í ±× ¾Æºñ ¾ÆÇÕÀ» ÁÀ¾ÒÀ» ¶§¿¡ ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ÀÌ ¾Æ·¡ °°ÀÌ ÀúÀÇ ÀÏÀ» ¿¹¾ðÇϼ̴À´Ï¶ó
9:25 Then Jehu said to Bidkar, his captain, Take him up, and put him in the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for is not that day in your memory when you and I together on our horses were going after Ahab, his father, and the Lord put this fate on him, saying:
9:25 Then said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Take up, and cast him in the portion of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember how that, when I and you rode together after Ahab his father, the LORD laid this burden upon him;

9:26 ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ¸»¾¸ÇϽñ⸦ ³»°¡ ¾îÁ¬³¯¿¡ ³ªº¿ÀÇ ÇÇ¿Í ±× ¾ÆµéµéÀÇ ÇǸ¦ ºÐ¸íÈ÷ º¸¾Ò³ë¶ó ¶Ç ¸»¾¸ÇϽñ⸦ ÀÌ ÅäÁö¿¡¼­ ³×°Ô °±À¸¸®¶ó ÇϼÌÀ¸´Ï ±×·±Áï ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¸»¾¸´ë·Î ±× ½Ãü¸¦ ÃëÇÏ¿© ÀÌ ¹ç¿¡ ´øÁúÁö´Ï¶ó
9:26 I saw the blood of Naboth and of his sons yesterday; and I will give you full payment in this field, says the Lord? So now, take him and put him in this field, as the Lord said.
9:26 Surely I have seen yesterday the blood of Naboth, and the blood of his sons, says the LORD; and I will requite you in this portion, says the LORD. Now therefore take and cast him into the portion of ground, according to the word of the LORD.

9:27 ¡Û À¯´Ù ¿Õ ¾ÆÇϽþ߰¡ À̸¦ º¸°í µ¿»ê Á¤ÀÚ ±æ·Î µµ¸ÁÇÏ´Ï ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ÂѾư¡¸ç À̸£µÇ Àúµµ º´°Å °¡¿îµ¥¼­ Á×À̶ó ÇϸŠÀÌºí¸£¾Ï °¡±î¿î ±¸¸£ ºñÅ»¿¡¼­ Ä¡´Ï Àú°¡ ¹Ç±êµµ±îÁö µµ¸ÁÇÏ¿© °Å±â¼­ Á×ÀºÁö¶ó
9:27 Now when Ahaziah, king of Judah, saw this, he went in flight by the way of the garden house. And Jehu came after him and said, Put him to death in the same way; and they gave him a death-wound in his carriage, on the slope up to Gur, by Ibleam; and he went in flight to Megiddo, where death came to him.
9:27 But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. And Jehu followed after him, and said, Strike him also in the chariot. And they did so at the going up to Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo, and died there.

9:28 And his servants took him in a carriage to Jerusalem, and put him into the earth with his fathers in the town of David.
9:28 And his servants carried him in a chariot to Jerusalem, and buried him in his tomb with his fathers in the city of David.

9:29 (In the eleventh year of the rule of Joram, the son of Ahab, Ahaziah became king over Judah.)
9:29 And in the eleventh year of Joram the son of Ahab began Ahaziah to reign over Judah.

9:30 ¡Û ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ À̽º¸£¿¤¿¡ À̸£´Ï À̼¼º§ÀÌ µè°í ´«À» ±×¸®°í ¸Ó¸®¸¦ ²Ù¹Ì°í â¿¡¼­ ¹Ù¶óº¸´Ù°¡
9:30 And when Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel had news of it; and, painting her eyes and dressing her hair with ornaments, she put her head out of the window.
9:30 And when Jehu was come to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it; and she painted her face, and tired her head, and looked out at a window.

9:31 And when Jehu was coming into the town, she said, Is all well, O Zimri, taker of your master's life?
9:31 And as Jehu entered in at the gate, she said, Had Zimri peace, who slew his master?

9:32 Then, looking up to the window, he said, Who is on my side, who? and two or three unsexed servants put out their heads.
9:32 And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs.

9:33 And he said, Take her and put her out of the window. So they sent her down with force, and her blood went in a shower on the wall and on the horses; and she was crushed under their feet.
9:33 And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down: and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot.

9:34 And he came in, and took food and drink; then he said, Now see to this cursed woman, and put her body into the earth, for she is a king's daughter.
9:34 And when he was come in, he did eat and drink, and said, Go, see now this cursed woman, and bury her: for she is a king's daughter.

9:35 °¡¼­ Àå»çÇÏ·Á ÇÑÁï ±× µÎ°ñ°ú ¹ß°ú ¼Õ¹Ù´Ú ¿Ü¿¡´Â ãÁö ¸øÇÑÁö¶ó
9:35 And they went out to put her body into the earth, but nothing of her was to be seen, only the bones of her head, and her feet, and parts of her hands.
9:35 And they went to bury her: but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and the palms of her hands.

9:36 So they came back and gave him word of it. And he said, This is what the Lord said by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the heritage of Jezreel the flesh of Jezebel will become food for dogs;
9:36 Wherefore they came again, and told him. And he said, This is the word of the LORD, which he spoke by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel:

9:37 And the dead body of Jezebel will be like waste dropped on the face of the earth in the heritage of Jezreel; so that they will not be able to say, This is Jezebel.
9:37 And the carcass of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.

10:1 ¾ÆÇÕÀÇ ¾Æµé Ä¥½Ê ÀÎÀÌ »ç¸¶¸®¾Æ¿¡ ÀÖ´ÂÁö¶ó ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ÆíÁöµéÀ» ½á¼­ »ç¸¶¸®¾Æ¿¡ º¸³»¾î À̽º¸£¿¤ ¹æ¹é °ð Àå·Îµé°ú ¾ÆÇÕÀÇ ¿©·¯ ¾ÆµéÀ» ±³À°ÇÏ´Â Àڵ鿡°Ô ÀüÇÏ´Ï ÀÏ·¶À¸µÇ
10:1 Now there were in Samaria seventy of Ahab's sons. And Jehu sent letters to Samaria, to the rulers of the town, and to the responsible men, and to those who had the care of the sons of Ahab, saying,
10:1 And Ahab had seventy sons in Samaria. And Jehu wrote letters, and sent to Samaria, unto the rulers of Jezreel, to the elders, and to them that brought up Ahab's children, saying,

10:2 ³ÊÈñ ÁÖÀÇ ¾ÆµéµéÀÌ ³ÊÈñ¿Í ÇÔ²² ÀÖ°í ¶Ç º´°Å¿Í ¸»°ú °ß°íÇÑ ¼º°ú º´±â°¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ÀÖÀ¸´Ï ÀÌ ÆíÁö°¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£°Åµç
10:2 Straight away, when you get this letter, seeing that your master's sons are with you, and that you have carriages and horses and a walled town and arms;
10:2 Now as soon as this letter comes to you, seeing your master's sons are with you, and there are with you chariots and horses, a fenced city also, and armour;

10:3 ³ÊÈñ ÁÖÀÇ ¾Æµéµé Áß¿¡¼­ °¡Àå ¾îÁú°í Á¤Á÷ÇÑ ÀÚ¸¦ ÅÃÇÏ¿© ±× ¾ÆºñÀÇ À§¿¡ µÎ°í ³ÊÈñ ÁÖÀÇ ÁýÀ» À§ÇÏ¿© ½Î¿ì¶ó ÇÏ¿´´õ¶ó
10:3 Take the best and most upright of your master's sons, and make him king in his father's place, and put up a fight for your master's family.
10:3 Look even out the best and fittest of your master's sons, and set him on his father's throne, and fight for your master's house.

10:4 ÀúÈñ°¡ ½ÉÈ÷ µÎ·Á¿öÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ µÎ ¿ÕÀÌ Àú¸¦ ´çÄ¡ ¸øÇÏ¿´°Åµç ¿ì¸®°¡ ¾îÂî ´çÇϸ®¿ä ÇÏ°í
10:4 But they were full of fear, and said, The two kings have gone down before him: how may we keep our place?
10:4 But they were exceedingly afraid, and said, Behold, two kings stood not before him: how then shall we stand?

10:5 So the controller of the king's house, with the ruler of the town, and the responsible men, and those who had the care of Ahab's sons, sent to Jehu, saying, We are your servants and will do all your orders; we will not make any man king; do whatever seems best to you.
10:5 And he that was over the house, and he that was over the city, the elders also, and the bringers up of the children, sent to Jehu, saying, We are your servants, and will do all that you shall bid us; we will not make any king: do you that which is good in yours eyes.

10:6 ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ´Ù½Ã ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô ÆíÁö¸¦ ºÎÄ¡´Ï ÀÏ·¶À¸µÇ ¸¸ÀÏ ³ÊÈñ°¡ ³» ÆíÀÌ µÇ¾î ³» ¸»À» µéÀ¸·Á°Åµç ³ÊÈñ ÁÖÀÇ ¾ÆµéµÈ »ç¶÷µéÀÇ ¸Ó¸®¸¦ ÃëÇÏ°í ³»ÀÏ À̸¾¶§¿¡ À̽º¸£¿¤¿¡ À̸£·¯ ³»°Ô ³ª¾Æ¿À¶ó ÇÏ¿´´õ¶ó ¿ÕÀÚ Ä¥½Ê ÀÎÀÌ ¼ºÁß¿¡¼­ ±× ±³À°ÇÏ´Â Á¸±ÍÇÑ ÀÚµé°ú ÇÔ²² ÀÖ´Â Áß¿¡
10:6 Then he sent them a second letter, saying, If you are on my side, and if you will do my orders, come to me at Jezreel by this time tomorrow, with the heads of your master's sons. Now the king's seventy sons were with the great men of the town, who had the care of them.
10:6 Then he wrote a letter the second time to them, saying, If all of you be mine, and if all of you will hearken unto my voice, take all of you the heads of the men your master's sons, and come to me to Jezreel by tomorrow this time. Now the king's sons, being seventy persons, were with the great men of the city, which brought them up.

10:7 And when the letter came to them, they took the king's sons and put them to death, all the seventy, and put their heads in baskets and sent them to him at Jezreel.
10:7 And it came to pass, when the letter came to them, that they took the king's sons, and slew seventy persons, and put their heads in baskets, and sent him them to Jezreel.

10:8 And a man came and said to him, They have come with the heads of the king's sons. And he said, Put them down in two masses at the doorway of the town till the morning.
10:8 And there came a messenger, and told him, saying, They have brought the heads of the king's sons. And he said, Lay all of you them in two heaps at the entering in of the gate until the morning.

10:9 ÀÌƱ³¯ ¾Æħ¿¡ Àú°¡ ³ª°¡ ¼­¼­ ¹µ ¹é¼º¿¡°Ô À̸£µÇ ³ÊÈñ´Â ÀÇ·Óµµ´Ù ³ª´Â ³» ÁÖ¸¦ ¹è¹ÝÇÏ¿© Á׿´°Å´Ï¿Í ÀÌ ¿©·¯ »ç¶÷À» Á×ÀÎ ÀÚ´Â ´©±¸³Ä
10:9 And in the morning he went out and, stopping, said to all the people there, You are upright men: it is true that I made designs against my master, and put him to death; but who is responsible for the death of all these?
10:9 And it came to pass in the morning, that he went out, and stood, and said to all the people, All of you be righteous: behold, I conspired against my master, and slew him: but who slew all these?

10:10 ±×·±Áï ³ÊÈñ´Â ¾Ë¶ó °ð ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ¾ÆÇÕÀÇ Áý¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© ÇϽŠ¸»¾¸Àº Çϳªµµ ¶¥¿¡ ¶³¾îÁöÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϸ®¶ó ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ±× Á¾ ¿¤¸®¾ß·Î ÇϽŠ¸»¾¸À» ÀÌÁ¦ ÀÌ·ç¼Ìµµ´Ù Çϴ϶ó
10:10 You may be certain that nothing which the Lord has said about the family of Ahab will be without effect; for the Lord has done what he said by his servant Elijah.
10:10 Know now that there shall fall unto the earth nothing of the word of the LORD, which the LORD spoke concerning the house of Ahab: for the LORD has done that which he spoke by his servant Elijah.

10:11 So Jehu put to death all the rest of the seed of Ahab in Jezreel, and all his relations and his near friends and his priests, till there were no more of them.
10:11 So Jehu slew all that remained of the house of Ahab in Jezreel, and all his great men, and his kinsfolks, and his priests, until he left him none remaining.

10:12 Then he got up and came to Samaria. And he was at the meeting-place of the keepers of sheep, by the way,
10:12 And he arose and departed, and came to Samaria. And as he was at the shearing house in the way,

10:13 À¯´Ù ¿Õ ¾ÆÇϽþßÀÇ ÇüÁ¦µéÀ» ¸¸³ª ¹¯µÇ ³ÊÈñ´Â ´©±¸³Ä ´ë´äÇ쵂 ¿ì¸®´Â ¾ÆÇϽþßÀÇ ÇüÁ¦¶ó ÀÌÁ¦ ¿ÕÀÚµé°ú ÅÂÈÄÀÇ ¾Æµéµé¿¡°Ô ¹®¾ÈÇÏ·¯ ³»·Á°¡³ë¶ó
10:13 When he came across the brothers of Ahaziah, king of Judah, and said, Who are you? And they said, We are the brothers of Ahaziah, king of Judah; we are going down to see the children of the king and of the queen.
10:13 Jehu met with the brethren of Ahaziah king of Judah, and said, Who are all of you? And they answered, We are the brethren of Ahaziah; and we go down to salute the children of the king and the children of the queen.

10:14 °¡·ÎµÇ »ç·ÎÀâÀ¸¶ó ÇϸŠ°ð »ç·ÎÀâ¾Æ ¸ñÀÚ°¡ ¾çÅÐ ±ð´Â Áý ¿õµ¢ÀÌ °ç¿¡¼­ Á×ÀÌ´Ï »ç½Ê ÀÌ ÀÎÀÌ Çϳªµµ ³²Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ¿´´õ¶ó
10:14 And he said, Take them living. So they took them living, and put them to death in the water-hole of Beth-eked; of the forty-two men he put every one to death;
10:14 And he said, Take them alive. And they took them alive, and slew them at the pit of the shearing house, even two and forty men; neither left he any of them.

10:15 And when he had gone away from there, he came across Jehonadab, the son of Rechab: and he said good-day to him, and said to him, Is your heart true to mine, as mine is to yours? And Jehonadab in answer said, It is; and Jehu said, If it is, give me your hand. And he gave him his hand, and he made him come up into his carriage.
10:15 And when he was departed thence, he lighted on Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him: and he saluted him, and said to him, Is yours heart right, as my heart is with your heart? And Jehonadab answered, It is. If it be, give me yours hand. And he gave him his hand; and he took him up to him into the chariot.

10:16 °¡·ÎµÇ ³ª¿Í ÇÔ²² °¡¼­ ¿©È£¿Í¸¦ À§ÇÑ ³ªÀÇ ¿­½ÉÀ» º¸¶ó ÇÏ°í ÀÌ¿¡ Àڱ⠺´°Å¿¡ Å¿ì°í
10:16 And he said, Come with me and see how I am on fire for the Lord's cause. So he made him go with him in his carriage.
10:16 And he said, Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD. So they made him ride in his chariot.

10:17 »ç¸¶¸®¾Æ¿¡ À̸£·¯ °Å±â ³²¾Æ ÀÖ´Â ¹Ù ¾ÆÇÕ¿¡°Ô ¼ÓÇÑ ÀÚ¸¦ Á׿© Áø¸êÇÏ¿´À¸´Ï ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ¿¤¸®¾ß¿¡°Ô À̸£½Å ¸»¾¸°ú °°ÀÌ µÇ¾ú´õ¶ó
10:17 And when he came to Samaria, he put to death all those of Ahab's family who were still in Samaria, till there were no more of them, as the Lord had said to Elijah.
10:17 And when he came to Samaria, he slew all that remained unto Ahab in Samaria, till he had destroyed him, according to the saying of the LORD, which he spoke to Elijah.

10:18 ¡Û ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ¹µ ¹é¼ºÀ» ¸ðÀ¸°í À̸£µÇ ¾ÆÇÕÀº ¹Ù¾ËÀ» Á¶±Ý ¼¶°åÀ¸³ª ¿¹ÈÄ´Â ¸¹ÀÌ ¼¶±â¸®¶ó
10:18 Then Jehu got all the people together and said to them, Ahab was Baal's servant in a small way, but Jehu will be his servant on a great scale.
10:18 And Jehu gathered all the people together, and said unto them, Ahab served Baal a little; but Jehu shall serve him much.

10:19 Now send for all the prophets of Baal and all his servants and all his priests, to come to me; let no one keep away: for I have a great offering to make to Baal; anyone who is not present, will be put to death. This Jehu did with deceit, his purpose being the destruction of the servants of Baal.
10:19 Now therefore call unto me all the prophets of Baal, all his servants, and all his priests; let none be lacking: for I have a great sacrifice to do to Baal; whosoever shall be lacking, he shall not live. But Jehu did it in subtlety, to the intent that he might destroy the worshippers of Baal.

10:20 ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ¹Ù¾ËÀ» À§ÇÏ´Â ´ëȸ¸¦ °Å·èÈ÷ ¿­¶ó ÇϸŠµåµð¾î °øÆ÷ÇÏ¿´´õ¶ó
10:20 And Jehu said, Let there be a special holy meeting for the worship of Baal. So a public statement was made.
10:20 And Jehu said, Proclaim a solemn assembly for Baal. And they proclaimed it.

10:21 ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ¿Â À̽º¶ó¿¤¿¡ µÎ·ç º¸³»¾ú´õ´Ï ¹«¸© ¹Ù¾ËÀ» ¼¶±â´Â »ç¶÷ÀÌ Çϳªµµ ºüÁø ÀÚ°¡ ¾øÀÌ ´Ù À̸£·¶°í ¹«¸®°¡ ¹Ù¾ËÀÇ ´ç¿¡ µé¾î°¡¸Å ÀÌÆíºÎÅÍ ÀúÆí±îÁö °¡µæÇÏ¿´´õ¶ó
10:21 And Jehu sent out through all Israel; and all the servants of Baal came, not one kept away. And they came into the house of Baal, so that it was full from end to end.
10:21 And Jehu sent through all Israel: and all the worshippers of Baal came, so that there was not a man left that came not. And they came into the house of Baal; and the house of Baal was full from one end to another.

10:22 And Jehu said to him who kept the robes, Get out robes for all the servants of Baal. So he got out robes for them.

10:23 And Jehu, with Jehonadab, the son of Rechab, went into the house of Baal; and he said to the servants of Baal, Make a search with care, to see that no servant of the Lord is with you, but only servants of Baal.
10:23 And Jehu went, and Jehonadab the son of Rechab, into the house of Baal, and said unto the worshippers of Baal, Search, and look that there be here with you none of the servants of the LORD, but the worshippers of Baal only.

10:24 Then they went in to make offerings and burned offerings. Now Jehu had put eighty men outside, and said to them, If any man whom I give into your hands gets away, the life of him who lets him go will be the price of his life.
10:24 And when they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings, Jehu appointed fourscore men without, and said, If any of the men whom I have brought into your hands escape, he that lets him go, his life shall be for the life of him.

10:25 Then when the burned offering was ended, straight away Jehu said to the armed men and the captains, Go in and put them to death; let not one come out. So they put them to the sword; and, pulling the images to the earth, they went into the holy place of the house of Baal.
10:25 And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, that Jehu said to the guard and to the captains, Go in, and slay them; let none come forth. And they stroke them with the edge of the sword; and the guard and the captains cast them out, and went to the city of the house of Baal.

10:26 And they took out the image of Asherah from the house of Baal, and had it burned.

10:27 The altar of Baal was pulled down and the house of Baal was broken up and made an unclean place, as it is to this day.
10:27 And they brake down the image of Baal, and brake down the house of Baal, and made it a draught house unto this day.

10:28 So Jehu put an end to the worship of Baal in Israel.
10:28 Thus Jehu destroyed Baal out of Israel.

10:29 But Jehu did not keep himself from all the sins of Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, and the evil he made Israel do; the gold oxen were still in Beth-el and in Dan.
10:29 Nevertheless from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin, Jehu departed not from after them, to know, the golden calves that were in Bethel, and that were in Dan.

10:30 And the Lord said to Jehu, Because you have done well in doing what is right in my eyes and effecting all my purpose for the family of Ahab, your sons will be kings of Israel to the fourth generation.
10:30 And the LORD said unto Jehu, Because you have done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes, and have done unto the house of Ahab according to all that was in mine heart, your children of the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel.

10:31 But Jehu did not take care to keep the law of the Lord with all his heart: he did not keep himself from the sin which Jeroboam did and made Israel do.
10:31 But Jehu took no heed to walk in the law of the LORD God of Israel with all his heart: for he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam, which made Israel to sin.

11:1 Now when Athaliah, the mother of Ahaziah, saw that her son was dead, she had all the rest of the seed of the kingdom put to death.
11:1 And when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she arose and destroyed all the seed royal.

11:2 But Jehosheba, the daughter of King Joram, sister of Ahaziah, secretly took Joash, the son of Ahaziah, with the woman who took care of him, away from among the king's sons who were put to death, and put him in the bedroom; and they kept him safe from Athaliah, so that he was not put to death.
11:2 But Jehosheba, the daughter of king Joram, sister of Ahaziah, took Joash the son of Ahaziah, and stole him from among the king's sons which were slain; and they hid him, even him and his nurse, in the bedchamber from Athaliah, so that he was not slain.

11:3 And for six years she kept him safe in the house of the Lord, while Athaliah was ruling over the land.
11:3 And he was with her hid in the house of the LORD six years. And Athaliah did reign over the land.

11:4 ¡Û Á¦ Ä¥ ³â¿¡ ¿©È£¾ß´Ù°¡ º¸³»¾î °¡¸® »ç¶÷ÀÇ ¹éºÎÀåµé°ú È£À§º´ÀÇ ¹éºÎÀåµéÀ» ºÒ·¯ µ¥¸®°í ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ÀüÀ¸·Î µé¾î°¡¼­ ÀúÈñ¿Í ¾ð¾àÀ» ¼¼¿ì°í ÀúÈñ·Î ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ Àü¿¡¼­ ¸Í¼¼ÄÉ ÇÑ ÈÄ¿¡ ¿ÕÀÚ¸¦ º¸ÀÌ°í
11:4 Then in the seventh year, Jehoiada sent for the captains of hundreds of the Carians, and the armed men, and taking them into the house of the Lord, made an agreement with them, and made them take an oath in the house of the Lord, and let them see the king's son.
11:4 And the seventh year Jehoiada sent and fetched the rulers over hundreds, with the captains and the guard, and brought them to him into the house of the LORD, and made a covenant with them, and took an oath of them in the house of the LORD, and showed them the king's son.

11:5 And he gave them orders, saying, This is what you are to do: the third part of you, who come in on the Sabbath and keep the watch of the king's house,
11:5 And he commanded them, saying, This is the thing that all of you shall do; A third part of you that enter in on the sabbath shall even be keepers of the watch of the king's house;

11:6 And a third part shall be at the gate of Sur; and a third part at the gate behind the guard: so shall all of you keep the watch of the house, that it be not broken down.

11:7 And the two divisions of you, who go out on the Sabbath and keep the watch of the house of the Lord,
11:7 And two parts of all you that go forth on the sabbath, even they shall keep the watch of the house of the LORD about the king.

11:8 Will make a circle round the king, every man being armed; and whoever comes inside your lines is to be put to death; keep with the king, when he goes out and when he comes in.
11:8 And all of you shall compass the king round about, every man with his weapons in his hand: and he that comes within the ranges, let him be slain: and be all of you with the king as he goes out and as he comes in.

11:9 And the captains of hundreds did as Jehoiada the priest gave them orders; every one took with him his men, those who came in and those who went out on the Sabbath, and they came in to Jehoiada the priest.
11:9 And the captains over the hundreds did according to all things that Jehoiada the priest commanded: and they took every man his men that were to come in on the sabbath, with them that should go out on the sabbath, and came to Jehoiada the priest.

11:10 And the priest gave to the captains of hundreds the spears and body-covers which had been King David's, and which were kept in the house of the Lord.
11:10 And to the captains over hundreds did the priest give king David's spears and shields, that were in the temple of the LORD.

11:11 Then the armed men took up their positions, every man with his instruments of war in his hand, from the right side of the house to the left, round about the altar and the house.
11:11 And the guard stood, every man with his weapons in his hand, round about the king, from the right corner of the temple to the left corner of the temple, along by the altar and the temple.

11:12 Then he made the king's son come out, and put the crown on him and the arm-bands, and made him king, and put the holy oil on him; and they all, making sounds of joy with their hands, said, Long life to the king.
11:12 And he brought forth the king's son, and put the crown upon him, and gave him the testimony; and they made him king, and anointed him; and they clapped their hands, and said, God save the king.

11:13 ¡Û ¾Æ´Þ·ª°¡ È£À§º´°ú ¹é¼ºÀÇ ¼Ò¸®¸¦ µè°í ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ Àü¿¡ µé¾î°¡¼­ ¹é¼º¿¡°Ô À̸£·¯
11:13 Now Athaliah, hearing the noise made by the people, came to the people in the house of the Lord;
11:13 And when Athaliah heard the noise of the guard and of the people, she came to the people into the temple of the LORD.

11:14 º¸¸Å ¿ÕÀÌ ±Ô·Ê´ë·Î ´ë À§¿¡ ¼¹°í Àå°üµé°ú ³ªÆȼö°¡ ¿ÕÀÇ °ç¿¡ ¸ð¼ÌÀ¸¸ç ¿Â ±¹¹ÎÀÌ Áñ°Å¿öÇÏ¿© ³ªÆÈÀ» ºÎ´ÂÁö¶ó ¾Æ´Þ·ª°¡ ¿ÊÀ» ÂõÀ¸¸ç ¿ÜÄ¡µÇ ¹Ý¿ªÀ̷δ٠¹Ý¿ªÀ̷δ٠ÇϸÅ
11:14 And looking, she saw the king in his regular place by the pillar, and the captains and the horns near him; and all the people of the land giving signs of joy and sounding the horns. Then Athaliah, violently parting her robes, gave a cry, saying, Broken faith, broken faith!
11:14 And when she looked, behold, the king stood by a pillar, as the manner was, and the princes and the trumpeters by the king, and all the people of the land rejoiced, and blew with trumpets: and Athaliah rent her clothes, and cried, Treason, Treason.

11:15 Á¦»çÀå ¿©È£¾ß´Ù°¡ ±º´ë¸¦ °Å´À¸° ¹éºÎÀåµé¿¡°Ô ¸íÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ ¹Ý¿­ ¹ÛÀ¸·Î ¸ô¾Æ³»¶ó ¹«¸© Àú¸¦ µû¸£´Â ÀÚ´Â Ä®·Î Á×À̶ó ÇÏ´Ï Á¦»çÀåÀÇ ÀÌ ¸»Àº ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ Àü¿¡¼­´Â Àú¸¦ Á×ÀÌÁö ¸»¶ó ÇÔÀ̶ó
11:15 Then Jehoiada the priest gave orders to those who were placed in authority over the army, saying, Take her outside the lines, and let anyone who goes after her be put to death with the sword, for he said, Let her not be put to death in the house of the Lord.
11:15 But Jehoiada the priest commanded the captains of the hundreds, the officers of the host, and said unto them, Have her forth without the ranges: and him that follows her kill with the sword. For the priest had said, Let her not be slain in the house of the LORD.

11:16 ÀÌ¿¡ ÀúÀÇ ±æÀ» ¿­¾î ÁָŠÀú°¡ ¿Õ±Ã ¸» ´Ù´Ï´Â ±æ·Î Åë°úÇÏ´Ù°¡ °Å±â¼­ Á×ÀÓÀ» ´çÇÏ¿´´õ¶ó
11:16 So they put their hands on her, and she went to the king's house by the doorway of the horses, and there she was put to death.
11:16 And they laid hands on her; and she went by the way by the which the horses came into the king's house: and there was she slain.

11:17 ¡Û ¿©È£¾ß´Ù°¡ ¿Õ°ú ¹é¼ºÀ¸·Î ¿©È£¿Í¿Í ¾ð¾àÀ» ¼¼¿ö ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¹é¼ºÀÌ µÇ°Ô ÇÏ°í ¿Õ°ú ¹é¼º »çÀÌ¿¡µµ ¾ð¾àÀ» ¼¼¿ì°Ô ÇϸÅ
11:17 And Jehoiada made an agreement between the Lord and the king and the people, that they would be the Lord's people; and in the same way between the king and the people.
11:17 And Jehoiada made a covenant between the LORD and the king and the people, that they should be the LORD's people; between the king also and the people.

11:18 Then all the people of the land went to the house of Baal and had it pulled down: its altars and images were all broken to bits, and Mattan, the priest of Baal, they put to death before the altars. And the priest put overseers over the Lord's house.
11:18 And all the people of the land went into the house of Baal, and brake it down; his altars and his images brake they in pieces thoroughly, and slew Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars. And the priest appointed officers over the house of the LORD.

11:19 Then he took the captains of hundreds, and the Carians, and the armed men, and all the people of the land; and they came down with the king from the house of the Lord, through the doorway of the armed men, to the king's house. And he took his place on the seat of the kings.

12:1 In the seventh year of Jehu's rule, Jehoash became king; and he was ruling for forty years in Jerusalem; his mother's name was Zibiah of Beer-sheba.
12:1 In the seventh year of Jehu Jehoash began to reign; and forty years reigned he in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Zibiah of Beersheba.

12:2 Jehoash did what was right in the eyes of the Lord all his days, because he was guided by the teaching of Jehoiada the priest.

12:3 But the high places were not taken away; the people went on making offerings and burning them in the high places.

12:4 And Jehoash said to the priests, All the money of the holy things, which comes into the house of the Lord, (the amount fixed for every man's payment,) and all the money given by any man freely from the impulse of his heart,
12:4 And Jehoash said to the priests, All the money of the dedicated things that is brought into the house of the LORD, even the money of every one that passes the account, the money that every man is set at, and all the money that comes into any man's heart to bring into the house of the LORD,

12:5 Let the priests take, every man from his friends and neighbours, to make good what is damaged in the house, wherever it is to be seen.
12:5 Let the priests take it to them, every man of his acquaintance: and let them repair the breaches of the house, where ever any breach shall be found.

12:6 But in the twenty-third year of King Jehoash, the priests had not made good the damaged parts of the house.
12:6 But it was so, that in the three and twentieth year of king Jehoash the priests had not repaired the breaches of the house.

12:7 Then King Jehoash sent for Jehoiada the priest, and the other priests, and said to them, Why have you not made good what is damaged in the house? now take no more money from your neighbours, but give it for the building up of the house.
12:7 Then king Jehoash called for Jehoiada the priest, and the other priests, and said unto them, Why repair all of you not the breaches of the house? now therefore receive no more money of your acquaintance, but deliver it for the breaches of the house.

12:9 But Jehoiada the priest took a chest, and making a hole in the cover of it, put it by the altar, on the right side when one comes into the house of the Lord; and the priests who kept the door put in it regularly all the money which was taken into the house of the Lord.
12:9 But Jehoiada the priest took a chest, and bored a hole in the lid of it, and set it beside the altar, on the right side as one comes into the house of the LORD: and the priests that kept the door put therein all the money that was brought into the house of the LORD.

12:10 And when they saw that there was much money in the chest, the king's scribe and the high priest came and put it in bags, noting the amount of all the money there was in the house of the Lord.
12:10 And it was so, when they saw that there was much money in the chest, that the king's scribe and the high priest came up, and they put up in bags, and told the money that was found in the house of the LORD.

12:11 And the money which was measured out they gave regularly to those who were responsible for overseeing the work, and these gave it in payment to the woodworkers and the builders who were working on the house of the Lord,
12:11 And they gave the money, being told, into the hands of them that did the work, that had the oversight of the house of the LORD: and they laid it out to the carpenters and builders, that wrought upon the house of the LORD,

12:12 And to the wall-builders and the stone-cutters, and to get wood and cut stone for building up the broken parts of the house of the Lord, and for everything needed to put the house in good order.
12:12 And to stone workers, and hewers of stone, and to buy timber and hewed stone to repair the breaches of the house of the LORD, and for all that was laid out for the house to repair it.

12:13 But the money was not used for making silver cups or scissors or basins or wind-instruments or any vessels of gold or silver for the house of the Lord;
12:13 Nevertheless there were not made for the house of the LORD bowls of silver, snuffers, basons, trumpets, any vessels of gold, or vessels of silver, of the money that was brought into the house of the LORD:

12:14 But it was all given to the workmen who were building up the house.
12:14 But they gave that to the workmen, and repaired therewith the house of the LORD.

12:15 And they did not get any statement of accounts from the men to whom the money was given for the workmen, for they made use of it with good faith.
12:15 Moreover they reckoned not with the men, into whose hand they delivered the money to be bestowed on workmen: for they dealt faithfully.

12:17 Then Hazael, king of Aram, went up against Gath and took it; and his purpose was to go up to Jerusalem.

12:18 Then Jehoash, king of Judah, took all the holy things which Jehoshaphat and Jehoram and Ahaziah his fathers, the kings of Judah, had given to the Lord, together with the things he himself had given, and all the gold in the Temple store and in the king's house, and sent it to Hazael, king of Aram; and he went away from Jerusalem.
12:18 And Jehoash king of Judah took all the hallowed things that Jehoshaphat, and Jehoram, and Ahaziah, his fathers, kings of Judah, had dedicated, and his own hallowed things, and all the gold that was found in the treasures of the house of the LORD, and in the king's house, and sent it to Hazael king of Syria: and he went away from Jerusalem.

12:21 And Jozacar, the son of Shimeath, and Jehozabad, the son of Shomer, his servants, came to him and put him to death; and they put him into the earth with his fathers in the town of David; and Amaziah his son became king in his place.

13:1 In the twenty-third year of Joash, the son of Ahaziah, king of Judah, Jehoahaz, the son of Jehu, became king over Israel in Samaria, ruling for seventeen years.

13:2 And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, and followed the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which made Israel to sin; he departed not from it.

13:3 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he delivered them into the hand of Hazael king of Syria, and into the hand of Benhadad the son of Hazael, all their days.

13:4 Then Jehoahaz made prayer to the Lord, and the Lord gave ear to him, for he saw how cruelly Israel was crushed by the king of Aram.
13:4 And Jehoahaz besought the LORD, and the LORD hearkened unto him: for he saw the oppression of Israel, because the king of Syria oppressed them.

13:10 In the thirty-seventh year of the rule of Joash, king of Judah, Joash, the son of Jehoahaz, became king over Israel in Samaria, ruling for sixteen years.
13:10 In the thirty and seventh year of Joash king of Judah began Jehoash the son of Jehoahaz to reign over Israel in Samaria, and reigned sixteen years.

13:11 He did evil in the eyes of the Lord, not turning away from the sin of Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, which he did and made Israel do, but he went on with it.
13:11 And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD; he departed not from all the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel sin: but he walked therein.

13:12 Now the rest of the acts of Joash, and all he did, and the force with which he went to war against Amaziah, king of Judah, are they not recorded in the book of the history of the kings of Israel?
13:12 And the rest of the acts of Joash, and all that he did, and his might wherewith he fought against Amaziah king of Judah, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

13:13 And Joash went to rest with his fathers and Jeroboam took his place as king; and Joash was put into the earth in Samaria with the kings of Israel.
13:13 And Joash slept with his fathers; and Jeroboam sat upon his throne: and Joash was buried in Samaria with the kings of Israel.

13:14 Now Elisha became ill with the disease which was the cause of his death: and Joash, king of Israel, came down to him, and weeping over him said, My father, my father, the war-carriages of Israel and its horsemen!
13:14 Now Elisha was fallen sick of his sickness whereof he died. And Joash the king of Israel came down unto him, and wept over his face, and said, O my father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof.

13:16 And he said to the king of Israel, Put your hand on the bow: and he put his hand on it; and Elisha put his hands on the king's hands.
13:16 And he said to the king of Israel, Put yours hand upon the bow. And he put his hand upon it: and Elisha put his hands upon the king's hands.

13:17 Then he said; Let the window be open to the east: and he got it open. Then Elisha said, Let the arrow go; and he let it go. And he said, The Lord's arrow of salvation, of salvation over Aram; for you will overcome the Aramaeans in Aphek and put an end to them.
13:17 And he said, Open the window eastward. And he opened it. Then Elisha said, Shoot. And he shot. And he said, The arrow of the LORD's deliverance, and the arrow of deliverance from Syria: for you shall strike the Syrians in Aphek, till you have consumed them.

13:18 And he said, Take the arrows: and he took them. And he said to the king of Israel, Send them down into the earth; and he did so three times and no more.

13:19 Then the man of God was angry with him and said, If you had done it five or six times, then you would have overcome Aram completely; but now you will only overcome them three times.
13:19 And the man of God was angry with him, and said, You should have smitten five or six times; then had you smitten Syria till you had consumed it: whereas now you shall strike Syria but three times.

13:20 And death came to Elisha and they put his body into the earth. Now in the spring of the year, armed bands of Moabites frequently came, overrunning the land.
13:20 And Elisha died, and they buried him. And the bands of the Moabites invaded the land at the coming in of the year.

13:21 And while they were putting a dead man into the earth, they saw a band coming; and they put the man quickly into the place where Elisha's body was; and the dead man, on touching Elisha's bones, came to life again, and got up on his feet.
13:21 And it came to pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men; and they cast the man into the tomb of Elisha: and when the man was let down, and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived, and stood up on his feet.

13:22 ¿©È£¾ÆÇϽº ¿ÕÀÇ ½Ã´ë¿¡ ¾Æ¶÷ ¿Õ Çϻ翤ÀÌ Ç×»ó À̽º¶ó¿¤À» ÇдëÇÏ¿´À¸³ª
13:22 And Israel was crushed under the power of Hazael, king of Aram, all the days of Jehoahaz.
13:22 But Hazael king of Syria oppressed Israel all the days of Jehoahaz.

13:23 But the Lord was kind to them and had pity on them, caring for them, because of his agreement with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; he would not put them to destruction or send them away from before his face till now.
13:23 And the LORD was gracious unto them, and had compassion on them, and had respect unto them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, neither cast he them from his presence as yet.

13:24 Then Hazael, king of Aram, came to his end; and Ben-hadad his son became king in his place.
13:24 So Hazael king of Syria died; and Benhadad his son reigned in his position.

13:25 ¿©È£¾ÆÇϽºÀÇ ¾Æµé ¿ä¾Æ½º°¡ Çϻ翤ÀÇ ¾Æµé º¥ÇÏ´åÀÇ ¼Õ¿¡¼­ µÎ¾î ¼ºÀ¾À» ȸº¹ÇÏ¿´À¸´Ï ÀÌ ¼ºÀ¾µéÀº Àڱ⠺ÎÄ£ ¿©È£¾ÆÇϽº°¡ ÀüÀï Áß¿¡ »©¾Ñ°å´ø °ÍÀ̶ó ¿ä¾Æ½º°¡ º¥ÇÏ´åÀ» ¼¼ ¹ø Ãļ­ ÆÄÇÏ°í À̽º¶ó¿¤ ¼ºÀ¾µéÀ» ȸº¹ÇÏ¿´´õ¶ó
13:25 And Jehoash, the son of Jehoahaz, took again from Ben-hadad, the son of Hazael, the towns which he had taken from Jehoahaz his father in war. Three times Jehoash overcame him and got back the towns of Israel.
13:25 And Jehoash the son of Jehoahaz took again out of the hand of Benhadad the son of Hazael the cities, which he had taken out of the hand of Jehoahaz his father by war. Three times did Joash beat him, and recovered the cities of Israel.

14:1 In the second year of Joash, son of Joahaz, king of Israel, Amaziah, the son of Joash, became king of Judah.
14:1 In the second year of Joash son of Jehoahaz king of Israel reigned Amaziah the son of Joash king of Judah.

14:2 À§¿¡ ³ª¾Æ°¥ ¶§¿¡ ³ªÀÌ ÀÌ½Ê ¿À ¼¼¶ó ¿¹·ç»ì·½¿¡¼­ ÀÌ½Ê ±¸ ³âÀ» Ä¡¸®Çϴ϶ó ±× ¸ðÄ£ÀÇ À̸§Àº ¿©È£¾Ñ´ÜÀÌ¶ó ¿¹·ç»ì·½ »ç¶÷ÀÌ´õ¶ó
14:2 He was twenty-five years old when he became king; and he was ruling in Jerusalem for twenty-nine years; his mother's name was Jehoaddin of Jerusalem.
14:2 He was twenty and five years old when he began to reign, and reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jehoaddan of Jerusalem.

14:3 ¾Æ¸¶»þ°¡ ¿©È£¿Í º¸½Ã±â¿¡ Á¤Á÷È÷ ÇàÇÏ¿´À¸³ª ±× Á¶»ó ´ÙÀ­°ú´Â °°Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç ±× ºÎÄ£ ¿ä¾Æ½ºÀÇ ÇàÇÑ ´ë·Î ´Ù ÇàÇÏ¿´¾îµµ
14:3 He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, though not like David his father; he did as Joash his father had done.
14:3 And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, yet not like David his father: he did according to all things as Joash his father did.

14:4 But still the high places were not taken away; the people went on making offerings and burning them in the high places.
14:4 Nevertheless the high places were not taken away: as yet the people did sacrifice and burnt incense on the high places.

14:5 ³ª¶ó°¡ ±× ¼Õ¿¡ ±»°Ô ¼­¸Å ±× ºÎ¿ÕÀ» Á×ÀÎ ½Åº¹µéÀ» Á׿´À¸³ª
14:5 Now when he became strong in the kingdom, straight away he put to death those servants who had taken the life of the king his father;
14:5 And it came to pass, as soon as the kingdom was confirmed in his hand, that he slew his servants which had slain the king his father.

14:6 But he did not put their children to death; for the orders of the Lord recorded in the book of the law of Moses say, The fathers are not to be put to death for the children, or the children for their fathers; but a man is to be put to death for the sin which he himself has done.
14:6 But the children of the murderers he slew not: according unto that which is written in the book of the law of Moses, wherein the LORD commanded, saying, The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, nor the children be put to death for the fathers; but every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

14:7 ¾Æ¸¶»þ°¡ ¿°°î¿¡¼­ ¿¡µ¼ »ç¶÷ Àϸ¸À» Á×ÀÌ°í ¶Ç ¼¿¶ó¸¦ Ãļ­ ÃëÇÏ°í À̸§À» ¿åµå¿¤À̶ó ÇÏ¿´´õ´Ï ¿À´Ã±îÁö ±×·¯Çϴ϶ó
14:7 He put to the sword twelve thousand men of Edom in the Valley of Salt, and took Sela in war, naming it Joktheel, as it is to this day.
14:7 He slew of Edom in the valley of salt ten thousand, and took Selah by war, and called the name of it Joktheel unto this day.

14:8 Then Amaziah sent representatives to Jehoash, the son of Jehoahaz, son of Jehu, king of Israel, saying, Come, let us have a meeting face to face.
14:8 Then Amaziah sent messengers to Jehoash, the son of Jehoahaz son of Jehu, king of Israel, saying, Come, let us look one another in the face.

14:9 And Jehoash, king of Israel, sent to Amaziah, king of Judah, saying, The thorn-tree in Lebanon sent to the cedar in Lebanon, saying, Give your daughter to my son for a wife: and a beast from the woodland in Lebanon went by, crushing the thorn under his feet.
14:9 And Jehoash the king of Israel sent to Amaziah king of Judah, saying, The thistle that was in Lebanon sent to the cedar that was in Lebanon, saying, Give your daughter to my son to wife: and there passed by a wild beast that was in Lebanon, and trode down the thistle.

14:10 ³×°¡ ¿¡µ¼À» Ãļ­ ÆÄÇÏ¿´À¸¹Ç·Î ¸¶À½ÀÌ ±³¸¸ÇÏ¿´À¸´Ï ½º½º·Î ¿µ±¤À» »ï¾Æ ±Ã¿¡³ª °ÅÇ϶ó ¾îÂîÇÏ¿© È­¸¦ ÀÚÃëÇÏ¿© ³Ê¿Í À¯´Ù°¡ ÇÔ²² ¸ÁÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÏ´À³Ä Çϳª
14:10 It is true that you have overcome Edom and your heart is uplifted; let that glory be enough for you, and keep in your country; why do you make causes of trouble, putting yourself, and Judah with you, in danger of downfall?
14:10 You have indeed smitten Edom, and yours heart has lifted you up: glory of this, and tarry at home: for why should you meddle to your hurt, that you should fall, even you, and Judah with you?

14:11 ¾Æ¸¶»þ°¡ µèÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϹǷΠÀ̽º¶ó¿¤ ¿Õ ¿ä¾Æ½º°¡ ¿Ã¶ó¿Í¼­ À¯´Ù ¿Õ ¾Æ¸¶»þ·Î ´õºÒ¾î À¯´ÙÀÇ º¦¼¼¸Þ½º¿¡¼­ ´ë¸éÇÏ¿´´õ´Ï
14:11 But Amaziah gave no attention. So Jehoash, king of Israel, went up, and he and Amaziah, king of Judah, came face to face at Beth-shemesh, which is in Judah.
14:11 But Amaziah would not hear. Therefore Jehoash king of Israel went up; and he and Amaziah king of Judah looked one another in the face at Bethshemesh, which belongs to Judah.

14:12 And Judah was overcome before Israel, so that they went in flight, every man to his tent.
14:12 And Judah was put to the worse before Israel; and they fled every man to their tents.

14:13 And Jehoash, king of Israel, made Amaziah, king of Judah, the son of Jehoash, son of Ahaziah, prisoner at Beth-shemesh, and came to Jerusalem, and had the wall of Jerusalem pulled down from the doorway of Ephraim to the door in the angle, four hundred cubits.
14:13 And Jehoash king of Israel took Amaziah king of Judah, the son of Jehoash the son of Ahaziah, at Bethshemesh, and came to Jerusalem, and brake down the wall of Jerusalem from the gate of Ephraim unto the corner gate, four hundred cubits.

14:14 And he took all the gold and silver and all the vessels which were in the house of the Lord and in the store-house of the king, together with those whose lives would be the price of broken faith, and went back to Samaria.
14:14 And he took all the gold and silver, and all the vessels that were found in the house of the LORD, and in the treasures of the king's house, and hostages, and returned to Samaria.

14:25 He got back the old limits of Israel from the way into Hamath to the sea of the Arabah, as the Lord had said by his servant Jonah, the son of Amittai, the prophet of Gath-hepher.

15:19 In his day, Pul, the king of Assyria, came up against the land; and Menahem gave Pul a thousand talents of silver so that he might let him keep the kingdom.

15:20 And Menahem got the money from Israel, from all the men of wealth, fifty silver shekels from every man, to give to the king of Assyria. So the king of Assyria went back without stopping in the land.

15:25 And Pekah, the son of Remaliah, his captain, made a secret design against him, attacking him in the king's great house in Samaria; and with him were fifty men of Gilead; and he put him to death and became king in his place.

15:35 But he did not take away the high places, and the people still went on making offerings and burning them in the high places. He was the builder of the higher doorway of the house of the Lord.
15:35 Nevertheless the high places were not removed: the people sacrificed and burned incense still in the high places. He built the higher gate of the house of the LORD.

15:37 In those days the Lord first sent against Judah, Rezin, the king of Aram, and Pekah, the son of Remaliah.

16:1 In the seventeenth year of Pekah, the son of Remaliah, Ahaz, the son of Jotham, became king of Judah.
16:1 In the seventeenth year of Pekah the son of Remaliah Ahaz the son of Jotham king of Judah began to reign.

16:2 Ahaz was twenty years old when he became king; he was ruling for sixteen years in Jerusalem. He did not do what was right in the eyes of the Lord his God, as David his father did.

16:3 But he went in the ways of the kings of Israel, and even made his son go through the fire, copying the disgusting ways of the nations whom the Lord had sent out of the land before the children of Israel.
16:3 But he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, yea, and made his son to pass through the fire, according to the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out from before the children of Israel.

16:4 And he made offerings, burning them in the high places and on the hills and under every green tree.

16:5 Then Rezin, king of Aram, and Pekah, son of Remaliah, king of Israel, came up to Jerusalem to make war; and they made an attack on Ahaz, shutting him in, but were not able to overcome him.

16:6 At that time the king of Edom got Elath back for Edom, and sent the Jews out of Elath; and the Edomites came back to Elath where they are living to this day.
16:6 At that time Rezin king of Syria recovered Elath to Syria, and drove the Jews from Elath: and the Syrians came to Elath, and dwelt there unto this day.

16:7 ¾ÆÇϽº°¡ ¾Ñ¼ö¸£ ¿Õ µð±Û¶ù ºô·¹¼¿¿¡°Ô »çÀÚ¸¦ º¸³»¾î À̸£µÇ ³ª´Â ¿ÕÀÇ ½Åº¹ÀÌ¿ä ¿ÕÀÇ ¾ÆµéÀ̶ó ÀÌÁ¦ ¾Æ¶÷ ¿Õ°ú À̽º¶ó¿¤ ¿ÕÀÌ ³ª¸¦ Ä¡´Ï ûÄÁ´ë ¿Ã¶ó¿Í¼­ ³ª¸¦ ±× ¼Õ¿¡¼­ ±¸¿øÇϼҼ­ ÇÏ°í
16:7 So Ahaz sent representatives to Tiglath-pileser, king of Assyria, saying, I am your servant and your son; come to my help against the kings of Aram and Israel who have taken up arms against me.
16:7 So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglathpileser king of Assyria, saying, I am your servant and your son: come up, and save me out of the hand of the king of Syria, and out of the hand of the king of Israel, which rise up against me.

16:8 And Ahaz took the silver and gold which were in the house of the Lord and in the king's store-house, and sent them as an offering to the king of Assyria.
16:8 And Ahaz took the silver and gold that was found in the house of the LORD, and in the treasures of the king's house, and sent it for a present to the king of Assyria.

16:9 And the king of Assyria, in answer to his request, went up against Damascus and took it, and took its people away as prisoners to Kir, and put Rezin to death.
16:9 And the king of Assyria hearkened unto him: for the king of Assyria went up against Damascus, and took it, and carried the people of it captive to Kir, and slew Rezin.

16:10 Then King Ahaz went to Damascus for a meeting with Tiglath-pileser, king of Assyria; and there he saw the altar which was at Damascus; and King Ahaz sent to Urijah the priest a copy of the altar, giving the design of it and all the details of its structure.
16:10 And king Ahaz went to Damascus to meet Tiglathpileser king of Assyria, and saw an altar that was at Damascus: and king Ahaz sent to Urijah the priest the fashion of the altar, and the pattern of it, according to all the workmanship thereof.

16:11 ¾ÆÇϽº ¿ÕÀÌ ´Ù¸Þ¼½¿¡¼­ µ¹¾Æ¿À±â Àü¿¡ Á¦»çÀå ¿ì¸®¾ß°¡ ¾ÆÇϽº ¿ÕÀÌ ´Ù¸Þ¼½¿¡¼­ º¸³½ ¸ðµç °Í´ë·Î ´ÜÀ» ¸¸µçÁö¶ó
16:11 And from the copy King Ahaz sent from Damascus, Urijah made an altar and had it ready by the time King Ahaz came back from Damascus.
16:11 And Urijah the priest built an altar according to all that king Ahaz had sent from Damascus: so Urijah the priest made it against king Ahaz came from Damascus.

16:12 ¿ÕÀÌ ´Ù¸Þ¼½¿¡¼­ µ¹¾Æ¿Í¼­ ´ÜÀ» º¸°í ´Ü ¾Õ¿¡ ³ª¾Æ°¡ ±× À§¿¡ Á¦»ç¸¦ µå¸®µÇ
16:12 And when the king came from Damascus, he saw the altar; and he went up on it and made an offering on it.
16:12 And when the king was come from Damascus, the king saw the altar: and the king approached to the altar, and offered thereon.

16:13 He made his burned offering and his meal offering and his drink offering there, draining out the blood of his peace-offerings on the altar.
16:13 And he burnt his burnt offering and his food offering, and poured his drink offering, and sprinkled the blood of his peace offerings, upon the altar.

16:14 And the brass altar, which was before the Lord, he took from the front of the house, from between his altar and the house of the Lord, and put it on the north side of his altar.
16:14 And he brought also the brazen altar, which was before the LORD, from the forefront of the house, from between the altar and the house of the LORD, and put it on the north side of the altar.

16:15 ¾ÆÇϽº ¿ÕÀÌ Á¦»çÀå ¿ì¸®¾ß¿¡°Ô ¸íÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ ¾Æħ ¹øÁ¦¿Í Àú³á ¼ÒÁ¦¿Í ¿ÕÀÇ ¹øÁ¦¿Í ±× ¼ÒÁ¦¿Í ¸ðµç ±¹¹ÎÀÇ ¹øÁ¦¿Í ±× ¼ÒÁ¦¿Í ÀüÁ¦¸¦ ´Ù ÀÌ Å« ´Ü À§¿¡ ºÒ»ç¸£°í ¶Ç ¹øÁ¦¹°ÀÇ ÇÇ¿Í ´Ù¸¥ Á¦¹°ÀÇ ÇǸ¦ ´Ù ±× À§¿¡ »Ñ¸®°í ¿ÀÁ÷ ³ò´ÜÀº ³ªÀÇ ¹°À» ÀÏ¿¡ ¾²°Ô Ç϶ó ÇϸÅ
16:15 And King Ahaz gave orders to Urijah the priest, saying, Make the morning burned offering and the evening meal offering and the king's burned offering and meal offering, with the burned offerings of all the people and their meal offerings and drink offerings, on the great altar, and put on it all the blood of the burned offerings and of the beasts which are offered; but the brass altar will be for my use to get directions from the Lord.
16:15 And king Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest, saying, Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt offering, and the evening food offering, and the king's burnt sacrifice, and his food offering, with the burnt offering of all the people of the land, and their food offering, and their drink offerings; and sprinkle upon it all the blood of the burnt offering, and all the blood of the sacrifice: and the brazen altar shall be for me to enquire by.

16:17 And King Ahaz took off the sides of the wheeled bases, and took down the great water-vessel from off the brass oxen which were under it and put it on a floor of stone.
16:17 And king Ahaz cut off the borders of the bases, and removed the vessel that holds water from off them; and took down the sea from off the brazen oxen that were under it, and put it upon the pavement of stones.

16:18 ¶Ç ¾È½ÄÀÏ¿¡ ¾²±â À§ÇÏ¿© ¼ºÀü¿¡ °ÇÃàÇÑ ³¶½Ç°ú ¿ÕÀÌ ¹Û¿¡¼­ µé¾î°¡´Â ³¶½ÇÀ» ¾Ñ¼ö¸£ ¿ÕÀ» ÀÎÇÏ¿© ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ Àü¿¡ ¿Å°Ü ¼¼¿ü´õ¶ó
16:18 17* the house of the Lord, because of the king of Assyria.
16:18 And the covert for the sabbath that they had built in the house, and the king's entry without, turned he from the house of the LORD for the king of Assyria.

16:19 Now the rest of the things which Ahaz did, are they not recorded in the book of the history of the kings of Judah?
16:19 Now the rest of the acts of Ahaz which he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?

16:20 And Ahaz went to rest with his fathers, and was put into the earth with his fathers in the town of David; and Hezekiah his son became king in his place.
16:20 And Ahaz slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David: and Hezekiah his son reigned in his position.
