1:1 וַיְהִי אַחֲרֵי מֹות מֹשֶׁה עֶבֶד יְהוָה וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ בִּן־נוּן מְשָׁרֵת מֹשֶׁה לֵאמֹר׃
1:1 여호와의 종 모세가 죽은 후에 여호와께서 모세의 시종 눈의 아들 여호수아에게 일러 가라사대
1:1 Now after the death of Moses the servant of the Jehovah it came to pass, that the Jehovah spoke unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying,
2:1 מֹשֶׁה עַבְדִּי מֵת וְעַתָּה קוּם עֲבֹר אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּן הַזֶּה אַתָּה וְכָל־הָעָם הַזֶּה אֶל־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי נֹתֵן לָהֶם לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
1:2 내 종 모세가 죽었으니 이제 너는 이 모든 백성으로 더불어 일어나 이 요단을 건너 내가 그들 곧 이스라엘 자손에게 주는 땅으로 가라
1:2 Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.
3:1 כָּל־מָקֹום אֲשֶׁר תִּדְרֹךְ כַּף־רַגְלְכֶם בֹּו לָכֶם נְתַתִּיו כַּאֲשֶׁר דִּבַּרְתִּי אֶל־מֹשֶׁה׃
1:3 내가 모세에게 말한 바와 같이 무릇 너희 발바닥으로 밟는 곳을 내가 다 너희에게 주었노니
1:3 Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.
4:1 מֵהַמִּדְבָּר וְהַלְּבָנֹון הַזֶּה וְעַד־הַנָּהָר הַגָּדֹול נְהַר־פְּרָת כֹּל אֶרֶץ הַחִתִּים וְעַד־הַיָּם הַגָּדֹול מְבֹוא הַשָּׁמֶשׁ יִהְיֶה גְּבוּלְכֶם׃
1:4 곧 광야와 이 레바논에서부터 큰 하수 유브라데에 이르는 헷 족속의 온 땅과 또 해 지는 편 대해까지 너희 지경이 되리라
1:4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.
5:1 לֹא־יִתְיַצֵּב אִישׁ לְפָנֶיךָ כֹּל יְמֵי חַיֶּיךָ כַּאֲשֶׁר הָיִיתִי עִם־מֹשֶׁה אֶהְיֶה עִמָּךְ לֹא אַרְפְּךָ וְלֹא אֶעֶזְבֶךָּ׃
1:5 너의 평생에 너를 능히 당할 자 없으리니 내가 모세와 함께 있던 것 같이 너와 함께 있을 것임이라 내가 너를 떠나지 아니하며 버리지 아니하리니
1:5 There shall not any man be able to stand before you all the days of your life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with you: I will not fail you, nor forsake you.
6:1 חֲזַק וֶאֱמָץ כִּי אַתָּה תַּנְחִיל אֶת־הָעָם הַזֶּה אֶת־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר־נִשְׁבַּעְתִּי לַאֲבֹותָם לָתֵת לָהֶם׃
1:6 마음을 강하게 하라 담대히 하라 너는 이 백성으로 내가 그 조상에게 맹세하여 주리라 한 땅을 얻게 하리라
1:6 Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shall you divide for an inheritance the land, which I swore unto their fathers to give them.
7:1 רַק חֲזַק וֶאֱמַץ מְאֹד לִשְׁמֹר לַעֲשֹׂות כְּכָל־הַתֹּורָה אֲשֶׁר צִוְּךָ מֹשֶׁה עַבְדִּי אַל־תָּסוּר מִמֶּנּוּ יָמִין וּשְׂמֹאול לְמַעַן תַּשְׂכִּיל בְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר תֵּלֵךְ׃
1:7 오직 너는 마음을 강하게 하고 극히 담대히 하여 나의 종 모세가 네게 명한 율법을 다 지켜 행하고 좌로나 우로나 치우치지 말라 그리하면 어디로 가든지 형통하리니
1:7 Only be you strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded you: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper anywhere you go.
8:1 לֹא־יָמוּשׁ סֵפֶר הַתֹּורָה הַזֶּה מִפִּיךָ וְהָגִיתָ בֹּו יֹומָם וָלַיְלָה לְמַעַן תִּשְׁמֹר לַעֲשֹׂות כְּכָל־הַכָּתוּב בֹּו כִּי־אָז תַּצְלִיחַ אֶת־דְּרָכֶךָ וְאָז תַּשְׂכִּיל׃
1:8 이 율법책을 네 입에서 떠나지 말게 하며 주야로 그것을 묵상하여 그 가운데 기록한 대로 다 지켜 행하라 그리하면 네 길이 평탄하게 될 것이라 네가 형통하리라
1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.
9:1 הֲלֹוא צִוִּיתִיךָ חֲזַק וֶאֱמָץ אַל־תַּעֲרֹץ וְאַל־תֵּחָת כִּי עִמְּךָ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר תֵּלֵךְ׃ פ
1:9 내가 네게 명한 것이 아니냐 마음을 강하게 하고 담대히 하라 두려워 말며 놀라지 말라 네가 어디로 가든지 네 하나님 여호와가 너와 함께 하느니라 하시니라
1:9 Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be you dismayed: for the Jehovah your God is with you anywhere you go.
10:1 וַיְצַו יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶת־שֹׁטְרֵי הָעָם לֵאמֹר׃
1:10 ○ 이에 여호수아가 백성의 유사들에게 명하여 가로되
1:10 Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,
11:1 עִבְרוּ ׀ בְּקֶרֶב הַמַּחֲנֶה וְצַוּוּ אֶת־הָעָם לֵאמֹר הָכִינוּ לָכֶם צֵידָה כִּי בְּעֹוד ׀ שְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים אַתֶּם עֹבְרִים אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּן הַזֶּה לָבֹוא לָרֶשֶׁת אֶת־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם נֹתֵן לָכֶם לְרִשְׁתָּהּ׃ ס
1:11 진중에 두루 다니며 백성에게 명하여 이르기를 양식을 예비하라 삼 일 안에 너희가 이 요단을 건너 너희 하나님 여호와께서 너희에게 주사 얻게 하시는 땅을 얻기 위하여 들어갈 것임이니라 하라
1:11 Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days all of you shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the Jehovah your God gives you to possess it.
12:1 וְלָראוּבֵנִי וְלַגָּדִי וְלַחֲצִי שֵׁבֶט הַמְנַשֶּׁה אָמַר יְהֹושֻׁעַ לֵאמֹר׃
1:12 ○ 여호수아가 또 르우벤 지파와 갓 지파와
1:12 And to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh, spoke Joshua, saying,
13:1 זָכֹור אֶת־הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה אֶתְכֶם מֹשֶׁה עֶבֶד־יְהוָה לֵאמֹר יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם מֵנִיחַ לָכֶם וְנָתַן לָכֶם אֶת־הָאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת׃
1:13 므낫세 반 지파에게 일러 가로되 여호와의 종 모세가 너희에게 명하여 이르기를 너희 하나님 여호와께서 너희에게 안식을 주시며 이 땅을 너희에게 주시리라 하였나니 너희는 그 말을 기억하라
1:13 Remember the word which Moses the servant of the Jehovah commanded you, saying, The Jehovah your God has given you rest, and has given you this land.
14:1 נְשֵׁיכֶם טַפְּכֶם וּמִקְנֵיכֶם יֵשְׁבוּ בָּאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר נָתַן לָכֶם מֹשֶׁה בְּעֵבֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן וְאַתֶּם תַּעַבְרוּ חֲמֻשִׁים לִפְנֵי אֲחֵיכֶם כֹּל גִּבֹּורֵי הַחַיִל וַעֲזַרְתֶּם אֹותָם׃
1:14 너희 처자와 가축은 모세가 너희에게 준 요단 이편 땅에 머무르려니와 너희 용사들은 무장하고 너희의 형제보다 앞서 건너가서 그들을 돕고
1:14 Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan; but all of you shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them;
15:1 עַד אֲשֶׁר־יָנִיחַ יְהוָה ׀ לַאֲחֵיכֶם כָּכֶם וְיָרְשׁוּ גַם־הֵמָּה אֶת־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם נֹתֵן לָהֶם וְשַׁבְתֶּם לְאֶרֶץ יְרֻשַּׁתְכֶם וִירִשְׁתֶּם אֹותָהּ אֲשֶׁר ׀ נָתַן לָכֶם מֹשֶׁה עֶבֶד יְהוָה בְּעֵבֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן מִזְרַח הַשָּׁמֶשׁ׃
1:15 여호와께서 너희로 안식하게 하신 것 같이 너희 형제도 안식하게 되며 그들도 너희 하나님 여호와께서 주시는 땅을 얻게 되거든 너희는 너희 소유지 곧 여호와의 종 모세가 너희에게 준 요단 이편 해 돋는 편으로 돌아와서 그것을 차지할지니라
1:15 Until the Jehovah have given your brethren rest, as he has given you, and they also have possessed the land which the Jehovah your God gives them: then all of you shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the Jehovah's servant gave you on this side Jordan toward the sunrising.
16:1 וַיַּעֲנוּ אֶת־יְהֹושֻׁעַ לֵאמֹר כֹּל אֲשֶׁר־צִוִּיתָנוּ נַעֲשֶׂה וְאֶל־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר תִּשְׁלָחֵנוּ נֵלֵךְ׃
1:16 그들이 여호수아에게 대답하여 가로되 당신이 우리에게 명하신 것은 우리가 다 행할 것이요 당신이 우리를 보내시는 곳에는 우리가 가리이다
1:16 And they answered Joshua, saying, All that you command us we will do, and anywhere you send us, we will go.
17:1 כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר־שָׁמַעְנוּ אֶל־מֹשֶׁה כֵּן נִשְׁמַע אֵלֶיךָ רַק יִהְיֶה יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ עִמָּךְ כַּאֲשֶׁר הָיָה עִם־מֹשֶׁה׃
1:17 우리는 범사에 모세를 청종한 것 같이 당신을 청종하려니와 오직 당신의 하나님 여호와께서 모세와 함께 계시던 것 같이 당신과 함께 계시기를 원하나이다
1:17 According as we hearkened unto Moses in all things, so will we hearken unto you: only the Jehovah your God be with you, as he was with Moses.
18:1 כָּל־אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר־יַמְרֶה אֶת־פִּיךָ וְלֹא־יִשְׁמַע אֶת־דְּבָרֶיךָ לְכֹל אֲשֶׁר־תְּצַוֶּנּוּ יוּמָת רַק חֲזַק וֶאֱמָץ׃ פ
1:18 누구든지 당신의 명령을 거역하며 무릇 당신의 시키시는 말씀을 청종치 아니하는 자 그는 죽임을 당하리니 오직 당신은 마음을 강하게 하시며 담대히 하소서
1:18 Whosoever he be that does rebel against your commandment, and will not hearken unto your words in all that you command him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage.
1:2 וַיִּשְׁלַח יְהֹושֻׁעַ־בִּן־נוּן מִן־הַשִּׁטִּים שְׁנַיִם־אֲנָשִׁים מְרַגְּלִים חֶרֶשׁ לֵאמֹר לְכוּ רְאוּ אֶת־הָאָרֶץ וְאֶת־יְרִיחֹו וַיֵּלְכוּ וַיָּבֹאוּ בֵּית־אִשָּׁה זֹונָה וּשְׁמָהּ רָחָב וַיִּשְׁכְּבוּ־שָׁמָּה׃
2:1 눈의 아들 여호수아가 싯딤에서 두 사람을 정탐으로 가만히 보내며 그들에게 이르되 가서 그 땅과 여리고를 엿보라 하매 그들이 가서 라합이라 하는 기생의 집에 들어가 거기서 유숙하더니
2:1 And Joshua the son of Nun sent out of Shittim two men to spy secretly, saying, Go view the land, even Jericho. And they went, and came into an harlot's house, named Rahab, and lodged there.
2:2 וַיֵּאָמַר לְמֶלֶךְ יְרִיחֹו לֵאמֹר הִנֵּה אֲנָשִׁים בָּאוּ הֵנָּה הַלַּיְלָה מִבְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לַחְפֹּר אֶת־הָאָרֶץ׃
2:2 혹이 여리고 왕에게 고하여 가로되 보소서 이 밤에 이스라엘 자손 몇 사람이 땅을 탐지하러 이리로 들어왔나이다
2:2 And it was told the king of Jericho, saying, Behold, there came men in here to night of the children of Israel to search out the country.
3:2 וַיִּשְׁלַח מֶלֶךְ יְרִיחֹו אֶל־רָחָב לֵאמֹר הֹוצִיאִי הָאֲנָשִׁים הַבָּאִים אֵלַיִךְ אֲשֶׁר־בָּאוּ לְבֵיתֵךְ כִּי לַחְפֹּר אֶת־כָּל־הָאָרֶץ בָּאוּ׃
2:3 여리고 왕이 라합에게 기별하여 가로되 네게로 와서 네 집에 들어간 사람들을 끌어내라 그들은 이 온 땅을 탐지하러 왔느니라
2:3 And the king of Jericho sent unto Rahab, saying, Bring forth the men that are come to you, which are entered into yours house: for they be come to search out all the country.
4:2 וַתִּקַּח הָאִשָּׁה אֶת־שְׁנֵי הָאֲנָשִׁים וַתִּצְפְּנֹו וַתֹּאמֶר ׀ כֵּן בָּאוּ אֵלַי הָאֲנָשִׁים וְלֹא יָדַעְתִּי מֵאַיִן הֵמָּה׃
2:4 그 여인이 그 두 사람을 이미 숨긴지라 가로되 과연 그 사람들이 내게 왔었으나 그들이 어디로서인지 나는 알지 못하였고
2:4 And the woman took the two men, and hid them, and said thus, There came men unto me, but I know not whence they were:
5:2 וַיְהִי הַשַּׁעַר לִסְגֹּור בַּחֹשֶׁךְ וְהָאֲנָשִׁים יָצָאוּ לֹא יָדַעְתִּי אָנָה הָלְכוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים רִדְפוּ מַהֵר אַחֲרֵיהֶם כִּי תַשִּׂיגוּם׃
2:5 그 사람들이 어두워 성문을 닫을 때쯤 되어 나갔으니 어디로 갔는지 알지 못하되 급히 따라가라 그리하면 그들에게 미치리라 하였으나
2:5 And it came to pass about the time of shutting of the gate, when it was dark, that the men went out: where the men went I know not: pursue after them quickly; for all of you shall overtake them.
6:2 וְהִיא הֶעֱלָתַם הַגָּגָה וַתִּטְמְנֵם בְּפִשְׁתֵּי הָעֵץ הָעֲרֻכֹות לָהּ עַל־הַגָּג׃
2:6 실상은 그가 이미 그들을 이끌고 지붕에 올라가서 그 지붕에 벌여 놓은 삼대에 숨겼더라
2:6 But she had brought them up to the roof of the house, and hid them with the stalks of flax, which she had laid in order upon the roof.
7:2 וְהָאֲנָשִׁים רָדְפוּ אַחֲרֵיהֶם דֶּרֶךְ הַיַּרְדֵּן עַל הַמַּעְבְּרֹות וְהַשַּׁעַר סָגָרוּ אַחֲרֵי כַּאֲשֶׁר יָצְאוּ הָרֹדְפִים אַחֲרֵיהֶם׃
2:7 그 사람들은 요단 길로 나루턱까지 따라갔고 그 따르는 자들이 나가자 곧 성문을 닫았더라
2:7 And the men pursued after them the way to Jordan unto the fords: and as soon as they which pursued after them were gone out, they shut the gate.
8:2 וְהֵמָּה טֶרֶם יִשְׁכָּבוּן וְהִיא עָלְתָה עֲלֵיהֶם עַל־הַגָּג׃
2:8 ○ 두 사람이 눕기 전에 라합이 지붕에 올라가서 그들에게 이르러
2:8 And before they were laid down, she came up unto them upon the roof;
9:2 וַתֹּאמֶר אֶל־הָאֲנָשִׁים יָדַעְתִּי כִּי־נָתַן יְהוָה לָכֶם אֶת־הָאָרֶץ וְכִי־נָפְלָה אֵימַתְכֶם עָלֵינוּ וְכִי נָמֹגוּ כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ מִפְּנֵיכֶם׃
2:9 말하되 여호와께서 이 땅을 너희에게 주신 줄을 내가 아노라 우리가 너희를 심히 두려워하고 이 땅 백성이 다 너희 앞에 간담이 녹나니
2:9 And she said unto the men, I know that the Jehovah has given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you.
10:2 כִּי שָׁמַעְנוּ אֵת אֲשֶׁר־הֹובִישׁ יְהוָה אֶת־מֵי יַם־סוּף מִפְּנֵיכֶם בְּצֵאתְכֶם מִמִּצְרָיִם וַאֲשֶׁר עֲשִׂיתֶם לִשְׁנֵי מַלְכֵי הָאֱמֹרִי אֲשֶׁר בְּעֵבֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן לְסִיחֹן וּלְעֹוג אֲשֶׁר הֶחֱרַמְתֶּם אֹותָם׃
2:10 이는 너희가 애굽에서 나올 때에 여호와께서 너희 앞에서 홍해 물을 마르게 하신 일과 너희가 요단 저편에 있는 아모리 사람의 두 왕 시혼과 옥에게 행한 일 곧 그들을 전멸시킨 일을 우리가 들었음이라
2:10 For we have heard how the Jehovah dried up the water of the Red sea for you, when all of you came out of Egypt; and what all of you did unto the two kings of the Amorites, that were on the other side Jordan, Sihon and Og, whom all of you utterly destroyed.
11:2 וַנִּשְׁמַע וַיִּמַּס לְבָבֵנוּ וְלֹא־קָמָה עֹוד רוּחַ בְּאִישׁ מִפְּנֵיכֶם כִּי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם הוּא אֱלֹהִים בַּשָּׁמַיִם מִמַּעַל וְעַל־הָאָרֶץ מִתָּחַת׃
2:11 우리가 듣자 곧 마음이 녹았고 너희의 연고로 사람이 정신을 잃었나니 너희 하나님 여호와는 상천하지에 하나님이시니라
2:11 And as soon as we had heard these things, our hearts did melt, neither did there remain any more courage in any man, because of you: for the Jehovah your God, he is God in heaven above, and in earth beneath.
12:2 וְעַתָּה הִשָּׁבְעוּ־נָא לִי בַּיהוָה כִּי־עָשִׂיתִי עִמָּכֶם חָסֶד וַעֲשִׂיתֶם גַּם־אַתֶּם עִם־בֵּית אָבִי חֶסֶד וּנְתַתֶּם לִי אֹות אֱמֶת׃
2:12 그러므로 청하노니 내가 너희를 선대하였은즉 너희도 내 아버지의 집을 선대하여 나의 부모와 남녀 형제와 무릇 그들에게 있는 모든 자를 살려주어 우리 생명을 죽는데서 건져내기로 이제 여호와로 맹세하고 내게 진실한 표를 내라
2:12 Now therefore, I pray you, swear unto me by the Jehovah, since I have showed you kindness, that all of you will also show kindness unto my father's house, and give me a true token:
13:2 וְהַחֲיִתֶם אֶת־אָבִי וְאֶת־אִמִּי וְאֶת־אַחַי וְאֶת־ [אַחֹותַי כ] (אַחְיֹותַי ק) וְאֵת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר לָהֶם וְהִצַּלְתֶּם אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵינוּ מִמָּוֶת׃
2:13 {상동}
2:13 And that all of you will keep alive my father, and my mother, and my brethren, and my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death.
14:2 וַיֹּאמְרוּ לָהּ הָאֲנָשִׁים נַפְשֵׁנוּ תַחְתֵּיכֶם לָמוּת אִם לֹא תַגִּידוּ אֶת־דְּבָרֵנוּ זֶה וְהָיָה בְּתֵת־יְהוָה לָנוּ אֶת־הָאָרֶץ וְעָשִׂינוּ עִמָּךְ חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת׃
2:14 두 사람이 그에게 이르되 네가 우리의 이 일을 누설치 아니하면 우리의 생명으로 너희를 대신이라도 할 것이요 여호와께서 우리에게 이 땅을 주실 때에는 인자하고 진실하게 너를 대우하리라
2:14 And the men answered her, Our life for yours, if all of you utter not this our business. And it shall be, when the Jehovah has given us the land, that we will deal kindly and truly with you.
15:2 וַתֹּורִדֵם בַּחֶבֶל בְּעַד הַחַלֹּון כִּי בֵיתָהּ בְּקִיר הַחֹומָה וּבַחֹומָה הִיא יֹושָׁבֶת׃
2:15 ○ 라합이 그들을 창에서 줄로 달아내리우니 그 집이 성벽 위에 있으므로 그가 성벽 위에 거하였음이라
2:15 Then she let them down by a cord through the window: for her house was upon the town wall, and she dwelt upon the wall.
16:2 וַתֹּאמֶר לָהֶם הָהָרָה לֵּכוּ פֶּן־יִפְגְּעוּ בָכֶם הָרֹדְפִים וְנַחְבֵּתֶם שָׁמָּה שְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים עַד שֹׁוב הָרֹדְפִים וְאַחַר תֵּלְכוּ לְדַרְכְּכֶם׃
2:16 라합이 그들에게 이르되 두렵건대 따르는 사람들이 너희를 만날까 하노니 너희는 산으로 가서 거기 사흘을 숨었다가 따르는 자들이 돌아간 후에 너희 길을 갈지니라
2:16 And she said unto them, Get you to the mountain, lest the pursuers meet you; and hide yourselves there three days, until the pursuers be returned: and afterward may all of you go your way.
17:2 וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֵלֶיהָ הָאֲנָשִׁים נְקִיִּם אֲנַחְנוּ מִשְּׁבֻעָתֵךְ הַזֶּה אֲשֶׁר הִשְׁבַּעְתָּנוּ׃
2:17 두 사람이 그에게 이르되 네가 우리로 서약케 한 이 맹세에 대하여 우리가 허물이 없게 하리니
2:17 And the men said unto her, We will be blameless of this yours oath which you have made us swear.
18:2 הִנֵּה אֲנַחְנוּ בָאִים בָּאָרֶץ אֶת־תִּקְוַת חוּט הַשָּׁנִי הַזֶּה תִּקְשְׁרִי בַּחַלֹּון אֲשֶׁר הֹורַדְתֵּנוּ בֹו וְאֶת־אָבִיךְ וְאֶת־אִמֵּךְ וְאֶת־אַחַיִךְ וְאֵת כָּל־בֵּית אָבִיךְ תַּאַסְפִי אֵלַיִךְ הַבָּיְתָה׃
2:18 우리가 이 땅에 들어올 때에 우리를 달아내리운 창에 이 붉은 줄을 매고 네 부모와 형제와 네 아비의 가족을 다 네 집에 모으라
2:18 Behold, when we come into the land, you shall bind this line of scarlet thread in the window which you did let us down by: and you shall bring your father, and your mother, and your brethren, and all your father's household, home unto you.
19:2 וְהָיָה כֹּל אֲשֶׁר־יֵצֵא מִדַּלְתֵי בֵיתֵךְ ׀ הַחוּצָה דָּמֹו בְרֹאשֹׁו וַאֲנַחְנוּ נְקִיִּם וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר יִהְיֶה אִתָּךְ בַּבַּיִת דָּמֹו בְרֹאשֵׁנוּ אִם־יָד תִּהְיֶה־בֹּו׃
2:19 누구든지 네 집 문을 나서 거리로 가면 그 피가 그의 머리로 돌아갈 것이요 우리는 허물이 없으리라 그러나 누구든지 너와 함께 집에 있는 자에게 누가 손을 대면 그 피는 우리의 머리로 돌아오려니와
2:19 And it shall be, that whosoever shall go out of the doors of your house into the street, his blood shall be upon his head, and we will be guiltless: and whosoever shall be with you in the house, his blood shall be on our head, if any hand be upon him.
20:2 וְאִם־תַּגִּידִי אֶת־דְּבָרֵנוּ זֶה וְהָיִינוּ נְקִיִּם מִשְּׁבֻעָתֵךְ אֲשֶׁר הִשְׁבַּעְתָּנוּ׃
2:20 네가 우리의 이 일을 누설하면 네가 우리로 서약케 한 맹세에 대하여 우리에게 허물이 없으리라
2:20 And if you utter this our business, then we will be quit of yours oath which you have made us to swear.
21:2 וַתֹּאמֶר כְּדִבְרֵיכֶם כֶּן־הוּא וַתְּשַׁלְּחֵם וַיֵּלֵכוּ וַתִּקְשֹׁר אֶת־תִּקְוַת הַשָּׁנִי בַּחַלֹּון׃
2:21 라합이 가로되 너희의 말대로 할 것이라 하고 그들을 보내어 가게 하고 붉은 줄을 창문에 매니라
2:21 And she said, According unto your words, so be it. And she sent them away, and they departed: and she bound the scarlet line in the window.
22:2 וַיֵּלְכוּ וַיָּבֹאוּ הָהָרָה וַיֵּשְׁבוּ שָׁם שְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים עַד־שָׁבוּ הָרֹדְפִים וַיְבַקְשׁוּ הָרֹדְפִים בְּכָל־הַדֶּרֶךְ וְלֹא מָצָאוּ׃
2:22 ○ 그들이 가서 산에 이르러 따르는 자가 돌아가도록 사흘을 거기 유하매 따르는 자가 그들을 길에서 두루 찾다가 만나지 못하니라
2:22 And they went, and came unto the mountain, and abode there three days, until the pursuers were returned: and the pursuers sought them throughout all the way, but found them not.
23:2 וַיָּשֻׁבוּ שְׁנֵי הָאֲנָשִׁים וַיֵּרְדוּ מֵהָהָר וַיַּעַבְרוּ וַיָּבֹאוּ אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ בִּן־נוּן וַיְסַפְּרוּ־לֹו אֵת כָּל־הַמֹּצְאֹות אֹותָם׃
2:23 그 두 사람이 돌이켜 산에서 내려와 강을 건너 눈의 아들 여호수아에게 나아와서 그 당한 모든 일을 고하고
2:23 So the two men returned, and descended from the mountain, and passed over, and came to Joshua the son of Nun, and told him all things that befell them:
24:2 וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ כִּי־נָתַן יְהוָה בְּיָדֵנוּ אֶת־כָּל־הָאָרֶץ וְגַם־נָמֹגוּ כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ מִפָּנֵינוּ׃ ס
2:24 또 여호수아에게 이르되 진실로 여호와께서 그 온 땅을 우리 손에 붙이셨으므로 그 땅의 모든 거민이 우리 앞에서 간담이 녹더이다
2:24 And they said unto Joshua, Truly the Jehovah has delivered into our hands all the land; for even all the inhabitants of the country do faint because of us.
1:3 וַיַּשְׁכֵּם יְהֹושֻׁעַ בַּבֹּקֶר וַיִּסְעוּ מֵהַשִּׁטִּים וַיָּבֹאוּ עַד־הַיַּרְדֵּן הוּא וְכָל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיָּלִנוּ שָׁם טֶרֶם יַעֲבֹרוּ׃
3:1 여호수아가 아침에 일찌기 일어나서 이스라엘 사람들로 더불어 싯딤에서 떠나 요단에 이르러서는 건너지 아니하고 거기서 유숙하니라
3:1 And Joshua rose early in the morning; and they removed from Shittim, and came to Jordan, he and all the children of Israel, and lodged there before they passed over.
2:3 וַיְהִי מִקְצֵה שְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים וַיַּעַבְרוּ הַשֹּׁטְרִים בְּקֶרֶב הַמַּחֲנֶה׃
3:2 삼 일 후에 유사들이 진중으로 두루 다니며
3:2 And it came to pass after three days, that the officers went through the host;
3:3 וַיְצַוּוּ אֶת־הָעָם לֵאמֹר כִּרְאֹותְכֶם אֵת אֲרֹון בְּרִית־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם וְהַכֹּהֲנִים הַלְוִיִּם נֹשְׂאִים אֹתֹו וְאַתֶּם תִּסְעוּ מִמְּקֹומְכֶם וַהֲלַכְתֶּם אַחֲרָיו׃
3:3 백성에게 명하여 가로되 너희는 레위 사람 제사장들이 너희 하나님 여호와의 언약궤 메는 것을 보거든 너희 곳을 떠나 그 뒤를 좇으라
3:3 And they commanded the people, saying, When all of you see the ark of the covenant of the Jehovah your God, and the priests the Levites bearing it, then all of you shall remove from your place, and go after it.
4:3 אַךְ ׀ רָחֹוק יִהְיֶה בֵּינֵיכֶם [וּבֵינֹו כ] (וּבֵינָיו ק) כְּאַלְפַּיִם אַמָּה בַּמִּדָּה אַל־תִּקְרְבוּ אֵלָיו לְמַעַן אֲשֶׁר־תֵּדְעוּ אֶת־הַדֶּרֶךְ אֲשֶׁר תֵּלְכוּ־בָהּ כִּי לֹא עֲבַרְתֶּם בַּדֶּרֶךְ מִתְּמֹול שִׁלְשֹׁום׃ ס
3:4 그러나 너희와 그 사이 상거가 이천 규빗쯤 되게 하고 그것에 가까이 하지는 말라 그리하면 너희 행할 길을 알리니 너희가 이전에 이 길을 지나보지 못하였음이니라
3:4 Yet there shall be a space between you and it, about two thousand cubits by measure: come not near unto it, that all of you may know the way by which all of you must go: for all of you have not passed this way in time past.
5:3 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶל־הָעָם הִתְקַדָּשׁוּ כִּי מָחָר יַעֲשֶׂה יְהוָה בְּקִרְבְּכֶם נִפְלָאֹות׃
3:5 여호수아가 또 백성에게 이르되 너희는 스스로 성결케 하라 여호와께서 내일 너희 가운데 기사를 행하시리라
3:5 And Joshua said unto the people, Sanctify yourselves: in order to morrow the Jehovah will do wonders among you.
6:3 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶל־הַכֹּהֲנִים לֵאמֹר שְׂאוּ אֶת־אֲרֹון הַבְּרִית וְעִבְרוּ לִפְנֵי הָעָם וַיִּשְׂאוּ אֶת־אֲרֹון הַבְּרִית וַיֵּלְכוּ לִפְנֵי הָעָם׃ ס
3:6 여호수아가 또 제사장들에게 일러 가로되 언약궤를 메고 백성 앞서 건너라 하매 곧 언약궤를 메고 백성 앞서 나아가니라
3:6 And Joshua spoke unto the priests, saying, Take up the ark of the covenant, and pass over before the people. And they took up the ark of the covenant, and went before the people.
7:3 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ הַיֹּום הַזֶּה אָחֵל גַּדֶּלְךָ בְּעֵינֵי כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר יֵדְעוּן כִּי כַּאֲשֶׁר הָיִיתִי עִם־מֹשֶׁה אֶהְיֶה עִמָּךְ׃
3:7 ○ 여호와께서 여호수아에게 이르시되 내가 오늘부터 시작하여 너를 온 이스라엘의 목전에서 크게 하여 내가 모세와 함께 있던 것 같이 너와 함께 있는 것을 그들로 알게 하리라
3:7 And the Jehovah said unto Joshua, This day will I begin to magnify you in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.
8:3 וְאַתָּה תְּצַוֶּה אֶת־הַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאֵי אֲרֹון־הַבְּרִית לֵאמֹר כְּבֹאֲכֶם עַד־קְצֵה מֵי הַיַּרְדֵּן בַּיַּרְדֵּן תַּעֲמֹדוּ׃ פ
3:8 너는 언약궤를 멘 제사장들에게 명하여 이르기를 너희가 요단 물 가에 이르거든 요단에 들어서라 하라
3:8 And you shall command the priests that bear the ark of the covenant, saying, When all of you are come to the brink of the water of Jordan, all of you shall stand still in Jordan.
9:3 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל גֹּשׁוּ הֵנָּה וְשִׁמְעוּ אֶת־דִּבְרֵי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃
3:9 여호수아가 이스라엘 자손에게 이르되 이리 와서 너희 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 들으라 하고
3:9 And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, Come here, and hear the words of the Jehovah your God.
10:3 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהֹושֻׁעַ בְּזֹאת תֵּדְעוּן כִּי אֵל חַי בְּקִרְבְּכֶם וְהֹורֵשׁ יֹורִישׁ מִפְּנֵיכֶם אֶת־הַכְּנַעֲנִי וְאֶת־הַחִתִּי וְאֶת־הַחִוִּי וְאֶת־הַפְּרִזִּי וְאֶת־הַגִּרְגָּשִׁי וְהָאֱמֹרִי וְהַיְבוּסִי׃
3:10 또 말하되 사시는 하나님이 너희 가운데 계시사 가나안 족속과 헷 족속과 히위 족속과 브리스 족속과 기르가스 족속과 아모리 족속과 여부스 족속을 너희 앞에서 정녕히 쫓아내실 줄을 이 일로 너희가 알리라
3:10 And Joshua said, Hereby all of you shall know that the living God is among you, and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Hivites, and the Perizzites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Jebusites.
11:3 הִנֵּה אֲרֹון הַבְּרִית אֲדֹון כָּל־הָאָרֶץ עֹבֵר לִפְנֵיכֶם בַּיַּרְדֵּן׃
3:11 보라 온 땅의 주의 언약궤가 너희 앞서 요단으로 들어가나니
3:11 Behold, the ark of the covenant of the Jehovah of all the earth passes over before you into Jordan.
12:3 וְעַתָּה קְחוּ לָכֶם שְׁנֵי עָשָׂר אִישׁ מִשִּׁבְטֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אִישׁ־אֶחָד אִישׁ־אֶחָד לַשָּׁבֶט׃
3:12 이제 이스라엘 지파 중에서 매 지파에 한 사람씩 십 이 명을 택하라
3:12 Now therefore take you twelve men out of the tribes of Israel, out of every tribe a man.
13:3 וְהָיָה כְּנֹוחַ כַּפֹּות רַגְלֵי הַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאֵי אֲרֹון יְהוָה אֲדֹון כָּל־הָאָרֶץ בְּמֵי הַיַּרְדֵּן מֵי הַיַּרְדֵּן יִכָּרֵתוּן הַמַּיִם הַיֹּרְדִים מִלְמָעְלָה וְיַעַמְדוּ נֵד אֶחָד׃
3:13 온 땅의 주 여호와의 궤를 멘 제사장들의 발바닥이 요단 물을 밟고 멈추면 요단 물 곧 위에서부터 흘러 내리던 물이 끊어지고 쌓여 서리라
3:13 And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the Jehovah, the Jehovah of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap.
14:3 וַיְהִי בִּנְסֹעַ הָעָם מֵאָהֳלֵיהֶם לַעֲבֹר אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּן וְהַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאֵי הָאָרֹון הַבְּרִית לִפְנֵי הָעָם׃
3:14 ○ 백성이 요단을 건너려고 자기들의 장막을 떠날 때에 제사장들은 언약궤를 메고 백성 앞에서 행하니라
3:14 And it came to pass, when the people removed from their tents, to pass over Jordan, and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people;
15:3 וּכְבֹוא נֹשְׂאֵי הָאָרֹון עַד־הַיַּרְדֵּן וְרַגְלֵי הַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאֵי הָאָרֹון נִטְבְּלוּ בִּקְצֵה הַמָּיִם וְהַיַּרְדֵּן מָלֵא עַל־כָּל־גְּדֹותָיו כֹּל יְמֵי קָצִיר׃
3:15 {요단이 모맥 거두는 시기에는 항상 언덕에 넘치더라} 궤를 멘 자들이 요단에 이르며 궤를 멘 제사장들의 발이 물 가에 잠기자
3:15 And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overflows all his banks all the time of harvest,)
16:3 וַיַּעַמְדוּ הַמַּיִם הַיֹּרְדִים מִלְמַעְלָה קָמוּ נֵד־אֶחָד הַרְחֵק מְאֹד [בָאָדָם כ] (מֵאָדָם ק) הָעִיר אֲשֶׁר מִצַּד צָרְתָן וְהַיֹּרְדִים עַל יָם הָעֲרָבָה יָם־הַמֶּלַח תַּמּוּ נִכְרָתוּ וְהָעָם עָבְרוּ נֶגֶד יְרִיחֹו׃
3:16 곧 위에서부터 흘러내리던 물이 그쳐서 심히 멀리 사르단에 가까운 아담 읍 변방에 일어나 쌓이고 아라바의 바다 염해로 향하여 흘러가는 물은 온전히 끊어지매 백성이 여리고 앞으로 바로 건널새
3:16 That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan: and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho.
17:3 וַיַּעַמְדוּ הַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאֵי הָאָרֹון בְּרִית־יְהוָה בֶּחָרָבָה בְּתֹוךְ הַיַּרְדֵּן הָכֵן וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל עֹבְרִים בֶּחָרָבָה עַד אֲשֶׁר־תַּמּוּ כָּל־הַגֹּוי לַעֲבֹר אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּן׃
3:17 여호와의 언약궤를 멘 제사장들은 요단 가운데 마른 땅에 굳게 섰고 온 이스라엘 백성은 마른 땅으로 행하여 요단을 건너니라
3:17 And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the Jehovah stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed over on dry ground, until all the people were passed clean over Jordan.
1:4 וַיְהִי כַּאֲשֶׁר־תַּמּוּ כָל־הַגֹּוי לַעֲבֹור אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּן פ וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ לֵאמֹר׃
4:1 온 백성이 요단 건너기를 마치매 여호와께서 여호수아에게 일러 가라사대
4:1 And it came to pass, when all the people were clean passed over Jordan, that the Jehovah spoke unto Joshua, saying,
2:4 קְחוּ לָכֶם מִן־הָעָם שְׁנֵים עָשָׂר אֲנָשִׁים אִישׁ־אֶחָד אִישׁ־אֶחָד מִשָּׁבֶט׃
4:2 백성의 매 지파에 한 사람씩 열 두 사람을 택하고
4:2 Take you twelve men out of the people, out of every tribe a man,
3:4 וְצַוּוּ אֹותָם לֵאמֹר שְׂאוּ־לָכֶם מִזֶּה מִתֹּוךְ הַיַּרְדֵּן מִמַּצַּב רַגְלֵי הַכֹּהֲנִים הָכִין שְׁתֵּים־עֶשְׂרֵה אֲבָנִים וְהַעֲבַרְתֶּם אֹותָם עִמָּכֶם וְהִנַּחְתֶּם אֹותָם בַּמָּלֹון אֲשֶׁר־תָּלִינוּ בֹו הַלָּיְלָה׃ ס
4:3 그들에게 명하여 이르기를 요단 가운데 제사장들의 발이 굳게 선 그곳에서 돌 열 둘을 취하고 그것을 가져다가 오늘밤 너희의 유숙할 그곳에 두라 하라
4:3 And command all of you them, saying, Take you behind out of the midst of Jordan, out of the place where the priests' feet stood firm, twelve stones, and all of you shall carry them over with you, and leave them in the lodging place, where all of you shall lodge this night.
4:4 וַיִּקְרָא יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶל־שְׁנֵים הֶעָשָׂר אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר הֵכִין מִבְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אִישׁ־אֶחָד אִישׁ־אֶחָד מִשָּׁבֶט׃
4:4 여호수아가 이스라엘 자손 중에서 매 지파에 한 사람씩 예비한 그 열 두 사람을 불러서
4:4 Then Joshua called the twelve men, whom he had prepared of the children of Israel, out of every tribe a man:
5:4 וַיֹּאמֶר לָהֶם יְהֹושֻׁעַ עִבְרוּ לִפְנֵי אֲרֹון יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם אֶל־תֹּוךְ הַיַּרְדֵּן וְהָרִימוּ לָכֶם אִישׁ אֶבֶן אַחַת עַל־שִׁכְמֹו לְמִסְפַּר שִׁבְטֵי בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
4:5 그들에게 이르되 요단 가운데 너희 하나님 여호와의 궤 앞으로 들어가서 이스라엘 자손들의 지파 수대로 각기 돌 한 개씩 취하여 어깨에 메라
4:5 And Joshua said unto them, Pass over before the ark of the Jehovah your God into the midst of Jordan, and take you up every man of you a stone upon his shoulder, according unto the number of the tribes of the children of Israel:
6:4 לְמַעַן תִּהְיֶה זֹאת אֹות בְּקִרְבְּכֶם כִּי־יִשְׁאָלוּן בְּנֵיכֶם מָחָר לֵאמֹר מָה הָאֲבָנִים הָאֵלֶּה לָכֶם׃
4:6 이것이 너희 중에 표징이 되리라 후일에 너희 자손이 물어 가로되 이 돌들은 무슨 뜻이뇨 하거든
4:6 That this may be a sign among you, that when your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean all of you by these stones?
7:4 וַאֲמַרְתֶּם לָהֶם אֲשֶׁר נִכְרְתוּ מֵימֵי הַיַּרְדֵּן מִפְּנֵי אֲרֹון בְּרִית־יְהוָה בְּעָבְרֹו בַּיַּרְדֵּן נִכְרְתוּ מֵי הַיַּרְדֵּן וְהָיוּ הָאֲבָנִים הָאֵלֶּה לְזִכָּרֹון לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עַד־עֹולָם׃
4:7 그들에게 이르기를 요단 물이 여호와의 언약궤 앞에서 끊어졌었나니 곧 언약궤가 요단을 건널 때에 요단 물이 끊어졌으므로 이 돌들이 이스라엘 자손에게 영영한 기념이 되리라 하라
4:7 Then all of you shall answer them, That the waters of Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Jehovah; when it passed over Jordan, the waters of Jordan were cut off: and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever.
8:4 וַיַּעֲשׂוּ־כֵן בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהֹושֻׁעַ וַיִּשְׂאוּ שְׁתֵּי־עֶשְׂרֵה אֲבָנִים מִתֹּוךְ הַיַּרְדֵּן כַּאֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ לְמִסְפַּר שִׁבְטֵי בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיַּעֲבִרוּם עִמָּם אֶל־הַמָּלֹון וַיַּנִּחוּם שָׁם׃
4:8 이스라엘 자손들이 여호수아의 명한 대로 행하되 여호와께서 여호수아에게 이르신 대로 이스라엘 자손들의 지파 수를 따라 요단 가운데서 돌 열 둘을 취하여 자기들의 유숙할 곳으로 가져다가 거기 두었더라
4:8 And the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones out of the midst of Jordan, as the Jehovah spoke unto Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.
9:4 וּשְׁתֵּים עֶשְׂרֵה אֲבָנִים הֵקִים יְהֹושֻׁעַ בְּתֹוךְ הַיַּרְדֵּן תַּחַת מַצַּב רַגְלֵי הַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאֵי אֲרֹון הַבְּרִית וַיִּהְיוּ שָׁם עַד הַיֹּום הַזֶּה׃
4:9 여호수아가 또 요단 가운데 곧 언약궤를 멘 제사장들의 발이 선 곳에 돌 열 둘을 세웠더니 오늘까지 거기 있더라
4:9 And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests which bare the ark of the covenant stood: and they are there unto this day.
10:4 וְהַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאֵי הָאָרֹון עֹמְדִים בְּתֹוךְ הַיַּרְדֵּן עַד תֹּם כָּל־הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת־יְהֹושֻׁעַ לְדַבֵּר אֶל־הָעָם כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה מֹשֶׁה אֶת־יְהֹושֻׁעַ וַיְמַהֲרוּ הָעָם וַיַּעֲבֹרוּ׃
4:10 궤를 멘 제사장들이 여호와께서 여호수아에게 명하사 백성에게 이르게 하신 일 곧 모세가 여호수아에게 명한 일이 다 마치기까지 요단 가운데 섰고 백성은 속히 건넜으며
4:10 For the priests which bare the ark stood in the midst of Jordan, until everything was finished that the Jehovah commanded Joshua to speak unto the people, according to all that Moses commanded Joshua: and the people hasted and passed over.
11:4 וַיְהִי כַּאֲשֶׁר־תַּם כָּל־הָעָם לַעֲבֹור וַיַּעֲבֹר אֲרֹון־יְהוָה וְהַכֹּהֲנִים לִפְנֵי הָעָם׃
4:11 모든 백성이 건너기를 마친 후에 여호와의 궤와 제사장들이 백성의 목전에서 건넜으며
4:11 And it came to pass, when all the people were clean passed over, that the ark of the Jehovah passed over, and the priests, in the presence of the people.
12:4 וַיַּעַבְרוּ בְּנֵי־רְאוּבֵן וּבְנֵי־גָד וַחֲצִי שֵׁבֶט הַמְנַשֶּׁה חֲמֻשִׁים לִפְנֵי בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כַּאֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר אֲלֵיהֶם מֹשֶׁה׃
4:12 르우벤 자손과 갓 자손과 므낫세 반 지파는 모세가 그들에게 이른 것 같이 무장하고 이스라엘 자손들보다 앞서 건너갔으니
4:12 And the children of Reuben, and the children of Gad, and half the tribe of Manasseh, passed over armed before the children of Israel, as Moses spoke unto them:
13:4 כְּאַרְבָּעִים אֶלֶף חֲלוּצֵי הַצָּבָא עָבְרוּ לִפְנֵי יְהוָה לַמִּלְחָמָה אֶל עַרְבֹות יְרִיחֹו׃ ס
4:13 사만 명 가량이라 무장하고 여호와 앞에서 건너가서 싸우려고 여리고 평지에 이르니라
4:13 About forty thousand prepared for war passed over before the Jehovah unto battle, to the plains of Jericho.
14:4 בַּיֹּום הַהוּא גִּדַּל יְהוָה אֶת־יְהֹושֻׁעַ בְּעֵינֵי כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיִּרְאוּ אֹתֹו כַּאֲשֶׁר יָרְאוּ אֶת־מֹשֶׁה כָּל־יְמֵי חַיָּיו׃ פ
4:14 그 날에 여호와께서 모든 이스라엘의 목전에서 여호수아를 크게 하시매 그의 생존한 날 동안에 백성이 두려워하기를 모세를 두려워하던 것 같이 하였더라
4:14 On that day the Jehovah magnified Joshua in the sight of all Israel; and they feared him, as they feared Moses, all the days of his life.
15:4 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ לֵאמֹר׃
4:15 ○ 여호와께서 여호수아에게 일러 가라사대
4:15 And the Jehovah spoke unto Joshua, saying,
16:4 צַוֵּה אֶת־הַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאֵי אֲרֹון הָעֵדוּת וְיַעֲלוּ מִן־הַיַּרְדֵּן׃
4:16 증거궤를 멘 제사장들을 명하여 요단에서 올라오게 하라 하신지라
4:16 Command the priests that bear the ark of the testimony, that they come up out of Jordan.
17:4 וַיְצַו יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶת־הַכֹּהֲנִים לֵאמֹר עֲלוּ מִן־הַיַּרְדֵּן׃
4:17 여호수아가 제사장들에게 명하여 요단에서 올라오라 하매
4:17 Joshua therefore commanded the priests, saying, Come all of you up out of Jordan.
18:4 וַיְהִי [בַּעֲלֹות כ] (כַּעֲלֹות ק) הַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאֵי אֲרֹון בְּרִית־יְהוָה מִתֹּוךְ הַיַּרְדֵּן נִתְּקוּ כַּפֹּות רַגְלֵי הַכֹּהֲנִים אֶל הֶחָרָבָה וַיָּשֻׁבוּ מֵי־הַיַּרְדֵּן לִמְקֹומָם וַיֵּלְכוּ כִתְמֹול־שִׁלְשֹׁום עַל־כָּל־גְּדֹותָיו׃
4:18 여호와의 언약궤를 멘 제사장들이 요단 가운데서 나오며 그 발바닥으로 육지를 밟는 동시에 요단 물이 본 곳으로 도로 흘러 여전히 언덕에 넘쳤더라
4:18 And it came to pass, when the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the Jehovah were come up out of the midst of Jordan, and the soles of the priests' feet were lifted up unto the dry land, that the waters of Jordan returned unto their place, and flowed over all his banks, as they did before.
19:4 וְהָעָם עָלוּ מִן־הַיַּרְדֵּן בֶּעָשֹׂור לַחֹדֶשׁ הָרִאשֹׁון וַיַּחֲנוּ בַּגִּלְגָּל בִּקְצֵה מִזְרַח יְרִיחֹו׃
4:19 ○ 정월 십 일에 백성이 요단에서 올라와서 여리고 동편 지경 길갈에 진 치매
4:19 And the people came up out of Jordan on the tenth day of the first month, and encamped in Gilgal, in the east border of Jericho.
20:4 וְאֵת שְׁתֵּים עֶשְׂרֵה הָאֲבָנִים הָאֵלֶּה אֲשֶׁר לָקְחוּ מִן־הַיַּרְדֵּן הֵקִים יְהֹושֻׁעַ בַּגִּלְגָּל׃
4:20 여호수아가 그 요단에서 가져온 열 두 돌을 길갈에 세우고
4:20 And those twelve stones, which they took out of Jordan, did Joshua pitch in Gilgal.
21:4 וַיֹּאמֶר אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לֵאמֹר אֲשֶׁר יִשְׁאָלוּן בְּנֵיכֶם מָחָר אֶת־אֲבֹותָם לֵאמֹר מָה הָאֲבָנִים הָאֵלֶּה׃
4:21 이스라엘 자손들에게 일러 가로되 후일에 너희 자손이 그 아비에게 묻기를 이 돌은 무슨 뜻이냐 하거든
4:21 And he spoke unto the children of Israel, saying, When your children shall ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean these stones?
22:4 וְהֹודַעְתֶּם אֶת־בְּנֵיכֶם לֵאמֹר בַּיַּבָּשָׁה עָבַר יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּן הַזֶּה׃
4:22 너희는 자손에게 알게 하여 이르기를 이스라엘이 마른 땅을 밟고 이 요단을 건넜음이라
4:22 Then all of you shall let your children know, saying, Israel came over this Jordan on dry land.
23:4 אֲשֶׁר־הֹובִישׁ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם אֶת־מֵי הַיַּרְדֵּן מִפְּנֵיכֶם עַד־עָבְרְכֶם כַּאֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם לְיַם־סוּף אֲשֶׁר־הֹובִישׁ מִפָּנֵינוּ עַד־עָבְרֵנוּ׃
4:23 너희 하나님 여호와께서 요단 물을 너희 앞에 마르게 하사 너희로 건너게 하신 것이 너희 하나님 여호와께서 우리 앞에 홍해를 말리시고 우리로 건너게 하심과 같았나니
4:23 For the Jehovah your God dried up the waters of Jordan from before you, until all of you were passed over, as the Jehovah your God did to the Red sea, which he dried up from before us, until we were gone over:
24:4 לְמַעַן דַּעַת כָּל־עַמֵּי הָאָרֶץ אֶת־יַד יְהוָה כִּי חֲזָקָה הִיא לְמַעַן יְרָאתֶם אֶת־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם כָּל־הַיָּמִים׃ ס
4:24 이는 땅의 모든 백성으로 여호와의 손이 능하심을 알게 하며 너희로 너희 하나님 여호와를 영원토록 경외하게 하려 하심이라 하라
4:24 That all the people of the earth might know the hand of the Jehovah, that it is mighty: that all of you might fear the Jehovah your God for ever.
1:5 וַיְהִי כִשְׁמֹעַ כָּל־מַלְכֵי הָאֱמֹרִי אֲשֶׁר בְּעֵבֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן יָמָּה וְכָל־מַלְכֵי הַכְּנַעֲנִי אֲשֶׁר עַל־הַיָּם אֵת אֲשֶׁר־הֹובִישׁ יְהוָה אֶת־מֵי הַיַּרְדֵּן מִפְּנֵי בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל עַד־ [עָבְרָנוּ כ] (עָבְרָם ק) וַיִּמַּס לְבָבָם וְלֹא־הָיָה בָם עֹוד רוּחַ מִפְּנֵי בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל׃ ס
5:1 요단 서편의 아모리 사람의 모든 왕과 해변의 가나안 사람의 모든 왕이 여호와께서 요단 물을 이스라엘 자손들 앞에서 말리시고 우리를 건네셨음을 듣고 마음이 녹았고 이스라엘 자손들의 연고로 정신을 잃었더라
5:1 And it came to pass, when all the kings of the Amorites, which were on the side of Jordan westward, and all the kings of the Canaanites, which were by the sea, heard that the Jehovah had dried up the waters of Jordan from before the children of Israel, until we were passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.
2:5 בָּעֵת הַהִיא אָמַר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ עֲשֵׂה לְךָ חַרְבֹות צֻרִים וְשׁוּב מֹל אֶת־בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל שֵׁנִית׃
5:2 ○ 그때에 여호와께서 여호수아에게 이르시되 너는 부싯돌로 칼을 만들어 이스라엘 자손들에게 다시 할례를 행하라 하시매
5:2 At that time the Jehovah said unto Joshua, Make you sharp knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time.
3:5 וַיַּעַשׂ־לֹו יְהֹושֻׁעַ חַרְבֹות צֻרִים וַיָּמָל אֶת־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶל־גִּבְעַת הָעֲרָלֹות׃
5:3 여호수아가 부싯돌로 칼을 만들어 할례 산에서 이스라엘 자손들에게 할례를 행하니라
5:3 And Joshua made him sharp knives, and circumcised the children of Israel at the hill of the foreskins.
4:5 וְזֶה הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר־מָל יְהֹושֻׁעַ כָּל־הָעָם הַיֹּצֵא מִמִּצְרַיִם הַזְּכָרִים כֹּל ׀ אַנְשֵׁי הַמִּלְחָמָה מֵתוּ בַמִּדְבָּר בַּדֶּרֶךְ בְּצֵאתָם מִמִּצְרָיִם׃
5:4 여호수아가 할례를 시행한 까닭은 이것이니 애굽에서 나온 모든 백성 중 남자 곧 모든 군사는 애굽에서 나온 후 광야 노중에서 죽었는데
5:4 And this is the cause why Joshua did circumcise: All the people that came out of Egypt, that were males, even all the men of war, died in the wilderness by the way, after they came out of Egypt.
5:5 כִּי־מֻלִים הָיוּ כָּל־הָעָם הַיֹּצְאִים וְכָל־הָעָם הַיִּלֹּדִים בַּמִּדְבָּר בַּדֶּרֶךְ בְּצֵאתָם מִמִּצְרַיִם לֹא־מָלוּ׃
5:5 그 나온 백성은 다 할례를 받았으나 오직 애굽에서 나온 후 광야 노중에서 난 자는 할례를 받지 못하였음이라
5:5 Now all the people that came out were circumcised: but all the people that were born in the wilderness by the way as they came forth out of Egypt, them they had not circumcised.
6:5 כִּי ׀ אַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה הָלְכוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל בַּמִּדְבָּר עַד־תֹּם כָּל־הַגֹּוי אַנְשֵׁי הַמִּלְחָמָה הַיֹּצְאִים מִמִּצְרַיִם אֲשֶׁר לֹא־שָׁמְעוּ בְּקֹול יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע יְהוָה לָהֶם לְבִלְתִּי הַרְאֹותָם אֶת־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע יְהוָה לַאֲבֹותָם לָתֶת לָנוּ אֶרֶץ זָבַת חָלָב וּדְבָשׁ׃
5:6 이스라엘 자손들이 여호와의 말씀을 청종치 아니하므로 여호와께서 그들에게 대하여 맹세하사 그들의 열조에게 맹세하여 우리에게 주마 하신 땅 곧 젖과 꿀이 흐르는 땅을 그들로 보지 못하게 하리라 하시매 애굽에서 나온 족속 곧 군사들이 다 멸절하기까지 사십 년 동안을 광야에 행하였더니
5:6 For the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the people that were men of war, which came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they obeyed not the voice of the Jehovah: unto whom the Jehovah swore that he would not show them the land, which the Jehovah swore unto their fathers that he would give us, a land that flows with milk and honey.
7:5 וְאֶת־בְּנֵיהֶם הֵקִים תַּחְתָּם אֹתָם מָל יְהֹושֻׁעַ כִּי־עֲרֵלִים הָיוּ כִּי לֹא־מָלוּ אֹותָם בַּדָּרֶךְ׃
5:7 그들의 대를 잇게 하신 이 자손에게 여호수아가 할례를 행하였으니 길에서는 그들에게 할례를 행치 못하였으므로 할례 없는 자가 되었음이었더라
5:7 And their children, whom he raised up in their position, them Joshua circumcised: for they were uncircumcised, because they had not circumcised them by the way.
8:5 וַיְהִי כַּאֲשֶׁר־תַּמּוּ כָל־הַגֹּוי לְהִמֹּול וַיֵּשְׁבוּ תַחְתָּם בַּמַּחֲנֶה עַד חֲיֹותָם׃ פ
5:8 온 백성에게 할례 행하기를 필하매 백성이 진중 각 처소에 처하여 낫기를 기다릴 때에
5:8 And it came to pass, when they had done circumcising all the people, that they abode in their places in the camp, till they were whole.
9:5 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ הַיֹּום גַּלֹּותִי אֶת־חֶרְפַּת מִצְרַיִם מֵעֲלֵיכֶם וַיִּקְרָא שֵׁם הַמָּקֹום הַהוּא גִּלְגָּל עַד הַיֹּום הַזֶּה׃
5:9 여호와께서 여호수아에게 이르시되 내가 오늘날 애굽의 수치를 너희에게서 굴러가게 하였다 하셨으므로 그 곳 이름을 오늘까지 길갈이라 하느니라
5:9 And the Jehovah said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day.
10:5 וַיַּחֲנוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל בַּגִּלְגָּל וַיַּעֲשׂוּ אֶת־הַפֶּסַח בְּאַרְבָּעָה עָשָׂר יֹום לַחֹדֶשׁ בָּעֶרֶב בְּעַרְבֹות יְרִיחֹו׃
5:10 ○ 이스라엘 자손들이 길갈에 진 쳤고 그 달 십 사 일 저녁에는 여리고 평지에서 유월절을 지켰고
5:10 And the children of Israel encamped in Gilgal, and kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the month at even in the plains of Jericho.
11:5 וַיֹּאכְלוּ מֵעֲבוּר הָאָרֶץ מִמָּחֳרַת הַפֶּסַח מַצֹּות וְקָלוּי בְּעֶצֶם הַיֹּום הַזֶּה׃
5:11 유월절 이튿날에 그 땅 소산을 먹되 그 날에 무교병과 볶은 곡식을 먹었더니
5:11 And they did eat of the old corn of the land on the next day after the passover, unleavened cakes, and parched corn in the very same day.
12:5 וַיִּשְׁבֹּת הַמָּן מִמָּחֳרָת בְּאָכְלָם מֵעֲבוּר הָאָרֶץ וְלֹא־הָיָה עֹוד לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מָן וַיֹּאכְלוּ מִתְּבוּאַת אֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן בַּשָּׁנָה הַהִיא׃ ס
5:12 그 땅 소산을 먹은 다음 날에 만나가 그쳤으니 이스라엘 사람들이 다시는 만나를 얻지 못하였고 그 해에 가나안 땅의 열매를 먹었더라
5:12 And the manna ceased on the next day after they had eaten of the old corn of the land; neither had the children of Israel manna any more; but they did eat of the fruit of the land of Canaan that year.
13:5 וַיְהִי בִּהְיֹות יְהֹושֻׁעַ בִּירִיחֹו וַיִּשָּׂא עֵינָיו וַיַּרְא וְהִנֵּה־אִישׁ עֹמֵד לְנֶגְדֹּו וְחַרְבֹּו שְׁלוּפָה בְּיָדֹו וַיֵּלֶךְ יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֵלָיו וַיֹּאמֶר לֹו הֲלָנוּ אַתָּה אִם־לְצָרֵינוּ׃
5:13 ○ 여호수아가 여리고에 가까왔을 때에 눈을 들어 본즉 한 사람이 칼을 빼어 손에 들고 마주 섰는지라 여호수아가 나아가서 그에게 묻되 너는 우리를 위하느냐 우리의 대적을 위하느냐
5:13 And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man opposite to him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Are you for us, or for our adversaries?
14:5 וַיֹּאמֶר ׀ לֹא כִּי אֲנִי שַׂר־צְבָא־יְהוָה עַתָּה בָאתִי וַיִּפֹּל יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶל־פָּנָיו אַרְצָה וַיִּשְׁתָּחוּ וַיֹּאמֶר לֹו מָה אֲדֹנִי מְדַבֵּר אֶל־עַבְדֹּו׃
5:14 그가 가로되 아니라 나는 여호와의 군대 장관으로 이제 왔느니라 여호수아가 땅에 엎드려 절하고 가로되 나의 주여 종에게 무슨 말씀을 하려 하시나이까
5:14 And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the Jehovah am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What says my Lord unto his servant?
15:5 וַיֹּאמֶר שַׂר־צְבָא יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ שַׁל־נַעַלְךָ מֵעַל רַגְלֶךָ כִּי הַמָּקֹום אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה עֹמֵד עָלָיו קֹדֶשׁ הוּא וַיַּעַשׂ יְהֹושֻׁעַ כֵּן׃
5:15 여호와의 군대 장관이 여호수아에게 이르되 네 발에서 신을 벗으라 네가 선 곳은 거룩하니라 여호수아가 그대로 행하니라
5:15 And the captain of the Jehovah's host said unto Joshua, Loose your shoe from off your foot; for the place whereon you stand is holy. And Joshua did so.
1:6 וִירִיחֹו סֹגֶרֶת וּמְסֻגֶּרֶת מִפְּנֵי בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֵין יֹוצֵא וְאֵין בָּא׃ ס
6:1 이스라엘 자손들로 인하여 여리고는 굳게 닫혔고 출입하는 자 없더라
6:1 Now Jericho was strictly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in.
2:6 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ רְאֵה נָתַתִּי בְיָדְךָ אֶת־יְרִיחֹו וְאֶת־מַלְכָּהּ גִּבֹּורֵי הֶחָיִל׃
6:2 여호와께서 여호수아에게 이르시되 보라 내가 여리고와 그 왕과 용사들을 네 손에 붙였으니
6:2 And the Jehovah said unto Joshua, See, I have given into yours hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.
3:6 וְסַבֹּתֶם אֶת־הָעִיר כֹּל אַנְשֵׁי הַמִּלְחָמָה הַקֵּיף אֶת־הָעִיר פַּעַם אֶחָת כֹּה תַעֲשֶׂה שֵׁשֶׁת יָמִים׃
6:3 너희 모든 군사는 성을 둘러 성 주위를 매일 한 번씩 돌되 엿새 동안을 그리하라
6:3 And all of you shall compass the city, all you men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shall you do six days.
4:6 וְשִׁבְעָה כֹהֲנִים יִשְׂאוּ שִׁבְעָה שֹׁופְרֹות הַיֹּובְלִים לִפְנֵי הָאָרֹון וּבַיֹּום הַשְּׁבִיעִי תָּסֹבּוּ אֶת־הָעִיר שֶׁבַע פְּעָמִים וְהַכֹּהֲנִים יִתְקְעוּ בַּשֹּׁופָרֹות׃
6:4 제사장 일곱은 일곱 양각 나팔을 잡고 언약궤 앞에서 행할 것이요 제 칠 일에는 성을 일곱 번 돌며 제사장들은 나팔을 불 것이며
6:4 And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams' horns: and the seventh day all of you shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets.
5:6 וְהָיָה בִּמְשֹׁךְ ׀ בְּקֶרֶן הַיֹּובֵל [בְּשָׁמְעֲכֶם כ] (כְּשָׁמְעֲכֶם ק) אֶת־קֹול הַשֹּׁופָר יָרִיעוּ כָל־הָעָם תְּרוּעָה גְדֹולָה וְנָפְלָה חֹומַת הָעִיר תַּחְתֶּיהָ וְעָלוּ הָעָם אִישׁ נֶגְדֹּו׃
6:5 제사장들이 양각 나팔을 길게 울려 불어서 그 나팔 소리가 너희에게 들릴 때에는 백성은 다 큰 소리로 외쳐 부를 것이라 그리하면 그 성벽이 무너져 내리리니 백성은 각기 앞으로 올라갈지니라 하시매
6:5 And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram's horn, and when all of you hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him.
6:6 וַיִּקְרָא יְהֹושֻׁעַ בִּן־נוּן אֶל־הַכֹּהֲנִים וַיֹּאמֶר אֲלֵהֶם שְׂאוּ אֶת־אֲרֹון הַבְּרִית וְשִׁבְעָה כֹהֲנִים יִשְׂאוּ שִׁבְעָה שֹׁופְרֹות יֹובְלִים לִפְנֵי אֲרֹון יְהוָה׃
6:6 눈의 아들 여호수아가 제사장들을 불러서 그들에게 이르되 너희는 언약궤를 메고 일곱 제사장은 일곱 양각 나팔을 잡고 여호와의 궤 앞에서 행하라 하고
6:6 And Joshua the son of Nun called the priests, and said unto them, Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven priests bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the Jehovah.
7:6 [וַיֹּאמְרוּ כ] (וַיֹּאמֶר ק) אֶל־הָעָם עִבְרוּ וְסֹבּוּ אֶת־הָעִיר וְהֶחָלוּץ יַעֲבֹר לִפְנֵי אֲרֹון יְהוָה׃
6:7 또 백성에게 이르되 나아가서 성을 돌되 무장한 자들이 여호와의 궤 앞에 행할지니라
6:7 And he said unto the people, Pass on, and compass the city, and let him that is armed pass on before the ark of the Jehovah.
8:6 וַיְהִי כֶּאֱמֹר יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶל־הָעָם וְשִׁבְעָה הַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאִים שִׁבְעָה שֹׁופְרֹות הַיֹּובְלִים לִפְנֵי יְהוָה עָבְרוּ וְתָקְעוּ בַּשֹּׁופָרֹות וַאֲרֹון בְּרִית יְהוָה הֹלֵךְ אַחֲרֵיהֶם׃
6:8 ○ 여호수아가 백성에게 이르기를 마치매 제사장 일곱이 일곱 양각 나팔을 잡고 여호와 앞에서 진행하며 나팔을 불고 여호와의 언약궤는 그 뒤를 따르며
6:8 And it came to pass, when Joshua had spoken unto the people, that the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams' horns passed on before the Jehovah, and blew with the trumpets: and the ark of the covenant of the Jehovah followed them.
9:6 וְהֶחָלוּץ הֹלֵךְ לִפְנֵי הַכֹּהֲנִים [תָּקְעוּ כ] (תֹּקְעֵי ק) הַשֹּׁופָרֹות וְהַמְאַסֵּף הֹלֵךְ אַחֲרֵי הָאָרֹון הָלֹוךְ וְתָקֹועַ בַּשֹּׁופָרֹות׃
6:9 무장한 자들은 나팔 부는 제사장들 앞에서 진행하며 후군은 궤 뒤에 행하고 제사장들은 나팔을 불며 행하더라
6:9 And the armed men went before the priests that blew with the trumpets, and the rear guard came after the ark, the priests going on, and blowing with the trumpets.
10:6 וְאֶת־הָעָם צִוָּה יְהֹושֻׁעַ לֵאמֹר לֹא תָרִיעוּ וְלֹא־תַשְׁמִיעוּ אֶת־קֹולְכֶם וְלֹא־יֵצֵא מִפִּיכֶם דָּבָר עַד יֹום אָמְרִי אֲלֵיכֶם הָרִיעוּ וַהֲרִיעֹתֶם׃
6:10 여호수아가 백성에게 명하여 가로되 너희는 외치지 말며 너희 음성을 들레지 말며 너희 입에서 아무 말도 내지 말라 그리하다가 내가 너희에게 명하여 외치라 하는 날에 외칠지니라 하고
6:10 And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, All of you shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, neither shall any word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout; then shall all of you shout.
11:6 וַיַּסֵּב אֲרֹון־יְהוָה אֶת־הָעִיר הַקֵּף פַּעַם אֶחָת וַיָּבֹאוּ הַמַּחֲנֶה וַיָּלִינוּ בַּמַּחֲנֶה׃ פ
6:11 여호와의 궤로 성을 한 번 돌게 하니라 무리가 진에 돌아와서 진에서 자니라
6:11 So the ark of the Jehovah compassed the city, going about it once: and they came into the camp, and lodged in the camp.
12:6 וַיַּשְׁכֵּם יְהֹושֻׁעַ בַּבֹּקֶר וַיִּשְׂאוּ הַכֹּהֲנִים אֶת־אֲרֹון יְהוָה׃
6:12 ○ 여호수아가 아침에 일찌기 일어나니라 제사장들이 여호와의 궤를 메고
6:12 And Joshua rose early in the morning, and the priests took up the ark of the Jehovah.
13:6 וְשִׁבְעָה הַכֹּהֲנִים נֹשְׂאִים שִׁבְעָה שֹׁופְרֹות הַיֹּבְלִים לִפְנֵי אֲרֹון יְהוָה הֹלְכִים הָלֹוךְ וְתָקְעוּ בַּשֹּׁופָרֹות וְהֶחָלוּץ הֹלֵךְ לִפְנֵיהֶם וְהַמְאַסֵּף הֹלֵךְ אַחֲרֵי אֲרֹון יְהוָה [הֹולֵךְ כ] (הָלֹוךְ ק) וְתָקֹועַ בַּשֹּׁופָרֹות׃
6:13 일곱 제사장은 일곱 양각 나팔을 잡고 여호와의 궤 앞에서 계속 진행하며 나팔을 불고 무장한 자들은 그 앞에 행하며 후군은 여호와의 궤 뒤에 행하고 제사장들은 나팔을 불며 행하니라
6:13 And seven priests bearing seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the Jehovah went on continually, and blew with the trumpets: and the armed men went before them; but the rear guard came after the ark of the Jehovah, the priests going on, and blowing with the trumpets.
14:6 וַיָּסֹבּוּ אֶת־הָעִיר בַּיֹּום הַשֵּׁנִי פַּעַם אַחַת וַיָּשֻׁבוּ הַמַּחֲנֶה כֹּה עָשׂוּ שֵׁשֶׁת יָמִים׃
6:14 그 제 이 일에도 성을 한 번 돌고 진에 돌아오니라 엿새 동안을 이같이 행하니라
6:14 And the second day they compassed the city once, and returned into the camp: so they did six days.
15:6 וַיְהִי ׀ בַּיֹּום הַשְּׁבִיעִי וַיַּשְׁכִּמוּ כַּעֲלֹות הַשַּׁחַר וַיָּסֹבּוּ אֶת־הָעִיר כַּמִּשְׁפָּט הַזֶּה שֶׁבַע פְּעָמִים רַק בַּיֹּום הַהוּא סָבְבוּ אֶת־הָעִיר שֶׁבַע פְּעָמִים׃
6:15 ○ 제 칠 일 새벽에 그들이 일찌기 일어나서 여전한 방식으로 성을 일곱 번 도니 성을 일곱 번 돌기는 그날 뿐이었더라
6:15 And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they rose early about the dawning of the day, and compassed the city after the same manner seven times: only on that day they compassed the city seven times.
16:6 וַיְהִי בַּפַּעַם הַשְּׁבִיעִית תָּקְעוּ הַכֹּהֲנִים בַּשֹּׁופָרֹות וַיֹּאמֶר יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶל־הָעָם הָרִיעוּ כִּי־נָתַן יְהוָה לָכֶם אֶת־הָעִיר׃
6:16 일곱 번째에 제사장들이 나팔을 불 때에 여호수아가 백성에게 이르되 외치라 여호와께서 너희에게 이 성을 주셨느니라
6:16 And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people, Shout; for the Jehovah has given you the city.
17:6 וְהָיְתָה הָעִיר חֵרֶם הִיא וְכָל־אֲשֶׁר־בָּהּ לַיהוָה רַק רָחָב הַזֹּונָה תִּחְיֶה הִיא וְכָל־אֲשֶׁר אִתָּהּ בַּבַּיִת כִּי הֶחְבְּאַתָה אֶת־הַמַּלְאָכִים אֲשֶׁר שָׁלָחְנוּ׃
6:17 이 성과 그 가운데 모든 물건은 여호와께 바치되 기생 라합과 무릇 그 집에 동거하는 자는 살리라 이는 그가 우리의 보낸 사자를 숨겼음이니라
6:17 And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are therein, to the Jehovah: only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all that are with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.
18:6 וְרַק־אַתֶּם שִׁמְרוּ מִן־הַחֵרֶם פֶּן־תַּחֲרִימוּ וּלְקַחְתֶּם מִן־הַחֵרֶם וְשַׂמְתֶּם אֶת־מַחֲנֵה יִשְׂרָאֵל לְחֵרֶם וַעֲכַרְתֶּם אֹותֹו׃
6:18 너희는 바칠 물건을 스스로 삼가라 너희가 그것을 바친 후에 그 바친 어느 것이든지 취하면 이스라엘 진으로 바침이 되어 화를 당케 할까 두려워하노라
6:18 And all of you, in any way keep yourselves from the accursed thing, lest all of you make yourselves accursed, when all of you take of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Israel a curse, and trouble it.
19:6 וְכֹל ׀ כֶּסֶף וְזָהָב וּכְלֵי נְחֹשֶׁת וּבַרְזֶל קֹדֶשׁ הוּא לַיהוָה אֹוצַר יְהוָה יָבֹוא׃
6:19 은금과 동철 기구들은 다 여호와께 구별될 것이니 그것을 여호와의 곳간에 들일지니라
6:19 But all the silver, and gold, and vessels of brass and iron, are consecrated unto the Jehovah: they shall come into the treasury of the Jehovah.
20:6 וַיָּרַע הָעָם וַיִּתְקְעוּ בַּשֹּׁפָרֹות וַיְהִי כִשְׁמֹעַ הָעָם אֶת־קֹול הַשֹּׁופָר וַיָּרִיעוּ הָעָם תְּרוּעָה גְדֹולָה וַתִּפֹּל הַחֹומָה תַּחְתֶּיהָ וַיַּעַל הָעָם הָעִירָה אִישׁ נֶגְדֹּו וַיִּלְכְּדוּ אֶת־הָעִיר׃
6:20 이에 백성은 외치고 제사장들은 나팔을 불매 백성이 나팔 소리를 듣는 동시에 크게 소리 질러 외치니 성벽이 무너져 내린지라 백성이 각기 앞으로 나아가 성에 들어가서 그 성을 취하고
6:20 So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.
21:6 וַיַּחֲרִימוּ אֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר בָּעִיר מֵאִישׁ וְעַד־אִשָּׁה מִנַּעַר וְעַד־זָקֵן וְעַד שֹׁור וָשֶׂה וַחֲמֹור לְפִי־חָרֶב׃
6:21 성 중에 있는 것을 다 멸하되 남녀 노유와 우양과 나귀를 칼날로 멸하니라
6:21 And they utterly destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox, and sheep, and ass, with the edge of the sword.
22:6 וְלִשְׁנַיִם הָאֲנָשִׁים הַמְרַגְּלִים אֶת־הָאָרֶץ אָמַר יְהֹושֻׁעַ בֹּאוּ בֵּית־הָאִשָּׁה הַזֹּונָה וְהֹוצִיאוּ מִשָּׁם אֶת־הָאִשָּׁה וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־לָהּ כַּאֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּעְתֶּם לָהּ׃
6:22 ○ 여호수아가 그 땅을 정탐한 두 사람에게 이르되 그 기생의 집에 들어가서 너희가 그 여인에게 맹세한 대로 그와 그에게 속한 모든 것을 이끌어 내라 하매
6:22 But Joshua had said unto the two men that had spied out the country, Go into the harlot's house, and bring out thence the woman, and all that she has, as all of you swore unto her.
23:6 וַיָּבֹאוּ הַנְּעָרִים הַמְרַגְּלִים וַיֹּצִיאוּ אֶת־רָחָב וְאֶת־אָבִיהָ וְאֶת־אִמָּהּ וְאֶת־אַחֶיהָ וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־לָהּ וְאֵת כָּל־מִשְׁפְּחֹותֶיהָ הֹוצִיאוּ וַיַּנִּיחוּם מִחוּץ לְמַחֲנֵה יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
6:23 정탐한 소년들이 들어가서 라합과 그 부모와 그 형제와 그에게 속한 모든 것을 이끌어 내고 또 그 친족도 다 이끌어 내어 그들을 이스라엘 진 밖에 두고
6:23 And the young men that were spies went in, and brought out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had; and they brought out all her kindred, and left them without the camp of Israel.
24:6 וְהָעִיר שָׂרְפוּ בָאֵשׁ וְכָל־אֲשֶׁר־בָּהּ רַק ׀ הַכֶּסֶף וְהַזָּהָב וּכְלֵי הַנְּחֹשֶׁת וְהַבַּרְזֶל נָתְנוּ אֹוצַר בֵּית־יְהוָה׃
6:24 무리가 불로 성읍과 그 가운데 있는 모든 것을 사르고 은금과 동철 기구는 여호와의 집 곳간에 두었더라
6:24 And they burnt the city with fire, and all that was therein: only the silver, and the gold, and the vessels of brass and of iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the Jehovah.
25:6 וְאֶת־רָחָב הַזֹּונָה וְאֶת־בֵּית אָבִיהָ וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־לָהּ הֶחֱיָה יְהֹושֻׁעַ וַתֵּשֶׁב בְּקֶרֶב יִשְׂרָאֵל עַד הַיֹּום הַזֶּה כִּי הֶחְבִּיאָה אֶת־הַמַּלְאָכִים אֲשֶׁר־שָׁלַח יְהֹושֻׁעַ לְרַגֵּל אֶת־יְרִיחֹו׃ פ
6:25 여호수아가 기생 라합과 그 아비의 가족과 그에게 속한 모든 것을 살렸으므로 그가 오늘날까지 이스라엘 중에 거하였으니 이는 여호수아가 여리고를 탐지하려고 보낸 사자를 숨겼음이었더라
6:25 And Joshua saved Rahab the harlot alive, and her father's household, and all that she had; and she dwells in Israel even unto this day; because she hid the messengers, which Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.
26:6 וַיַּשְׁבַּע יְהֹושֻׁעַ בָּעֵת הַהִיא לֵאמֹר אָרוּר הָאִישׁ לִפְנֵי יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר יָקוּם וּבָנָה אֶת־הָעִיר הַזֹּאת אֶת־יְרִיחֹו בִּבְכֹרֹו יְיַסְּדֶנָּה וּבִצְעִירֹו יַצִּיב דְּלָתֶיהָ׃
6:26 여호수아가 그때에 맹세로 무리를 경계하여 가로되 이 여리고 성을 누구든지 일어나서 건축하는 자는 여호와 앞에서 저주를 받을 것이라 그 기초를 쌓을 때에 장자를 잃을 것이요 문을 세울 때에 계자를 잃으리라
6:26 And Joshua adjured them at that time, saying, Cursed be the man before the Jehovah, that rises up and builds this city Jericho: he shall lay the foundation thereof in his firstborn, and in his youngest son shall he set up the gates of it.
27:6 וַיְהִי יְהוָה אֶת־יְהֹושֻׁעַ וַיְהִי שָׁמְעֹו בְּכָל־הָאָרֶץ׃
6:27 여호와께서 여호수아와 함께 하시니 여호수아의 명성이 그 온 땅에 퍼지니라
6:27 So the Jehovah was with Joshua; and his fame was noised throughout all the country.
1:7 וַיִּמְעֲלוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל מַעַל בַּחֵרֶם וַיִּקַּח עָכָן בֶּן־כַּרְמִי בֶן־זַבְדִּי בֶן־זֶרַח לְמַטֵּה יְהוּדָה מִן־הַחֵרֶם וַיִּחַר־אַף יְהוָה בִּבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
7:1 이스라엘 자손들이 바친 물건을 인하여 범죄하였으니 이는 유다 지파 세라의 증손 삽디의 손자 갈미의 아들 아간이 바친 물건을 취하였음이라 여호와께서 이스라엘 자손들에게 진노하시니라
7:1 But the children of Israel committed a trespass in the accursed thing: for Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took of the accursed thing: and the anger of the Jehovah was kindled against the children of Israel.
2:7 וַיִּשְׁלַח יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֲנָשִׁים מִירִיחֹו הָעַי אֲשֶׁר עִם־בֵּית אָוֶן מִקֶּדֶם לְבֵית־אֵל וַיֹּאמֶר אֲלֵיהֶם לֵאמֹר עֲלוּ וְרַגְּלוּ אֶת־הָאָרֶץ וַיַּעֲלוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים וַיְרַגְּלוּ אֶת־הָעָי׃
7:2 ○ 여호수아가 여리고에서 사람을 벧엘 동편 벧아웬 곁에 있는 아이로 보내며 그들에게 일러 가로되 올라가서 그 땅을 정탐하라 하매 그 사람들이 올라가서 아이를 정탐하고
7:2 And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Bethaven, on the east of Bethel, and spoke unto them, saying, Go up and view the country. And the men went up and viewed Ai.
3:7 וַיָּשֻׁבוּ אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֵלָיו אַל־יַעַל כָּל־הָעָם כְּאַלְפַּיִם אִישׁ אֹו כִּשְׁלֹשֶׁת אֲלָפִים אִישׁ יַעֲלוּ וְיַכּוּ אֶת־הָעָי אַל־תְּיַגַּע־שָׁמָּה אֶת־כָּל־הָעָם כִּי מְעַט הֵמָּה׃
7:3 여호수아에게로 돌아와서 그에게 이르되 백성을 다 올라가게 말고 이삼천 명만 올라가서 아이를 치게 하소서 그들은 소수니 모든 백성을 그리로 보내어 수고롭게 마소서 하므로
7:3 And they returned to Joshua, and said unto him, Let not all the people go up; but let about two or three thousand men go up and strike Ai; and make not all the people to labour thither; for they are but few.
4:7 וַיַּעֲלוּ מִן־הָעָם שָׁמָּה כִּשְׁלֹשֶׁת אֲלָפִים אִישׁ וַיָּנֻסוּ לִפְנֵי אַנְשֵׁי הָעָי׃
7:4 백성 중 삼천 명쯤 그리로 올라갔다가 아이 사람 앞에서 도망하니
7:4 So there went up thither of the people about three thousand men: and they fled before the men of Ai.
5:7 וַיַּכּוּ מֵהֶם אַנְשֵׁי הָעַי כִּשְׁלֹשִׁים וְשִׁשָּׁה אִישׁ וַיִּרְדְּפוּם לִפְנֵי הַשַּׁעַר עַד־הַשְּׁבָרִים וַיַּכּוּם בַּמֹּורָד וַיִּמַּס לְבַב־הָעָם וַיְהִי לְמָיִם׃
7:5 아이 사람이 그들의 삼십 륙 인쯤 죽이고 성문 앞에서부터 스바림까지 쫓아와서 내려가는 비탈에서 쳤으므로 백성의 마음이 녹아 물 같이 된지라
7:5 And the men of Ai stroke of them about thirty and six men: for they chased them from before the gate even unto Shebarim, and stroke them in the going down: wherefore the hearts of the people melted, and became as water.
6:7 וַיִּקְרַע יְהֹושֻׁעַ שִׂמְלֹתָיו וַיִּפֹּל עַל־פָּנָיו אַרְצָה לִפְנֵי אֲרֹון יְהוָה עַד־הָעֶרֶב הוּא וְזִקְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיַּעֲלוּ עָפָר עַל־רֹאשָׁם׃
7:6 여호수아가 옷을 찢고 이스라엘 장로들과 함께 여호와의 궤 앞에서 땅에 엎드려 머리에 티끌을 무릅쓰고 저물도록 있다가
7:6 And Joshua rent his clothes, and fell to the earth upon his face before the ark of the Jehovah until the evening, he and the elders of Israel, and put dust upon their heads.
7:7 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֲהָהּ ׀ אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה לָמָה הֵעֲבַרְתָּ הַעֲבִיר אֶת־הָעָם הַזֶּה אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּן לָתֵת אֹתָנוּ בְּיַד הָאֱמֹרִי לְהַאֲבִידֵנוּ וְלוּ הֹואַלְנוּ וַנֵּשֶׁב בְּעֵבֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן׃
7:7 여호수아가 가로되 슬프도소이다 주 여호와여 어찌하여 이 백성을 인도하여 요단을 건너게 하시고 우리를 아모리 사람의 손에 붙여 멸망시키려 하셨나이까 우리가 요단 저 편을 족하게 여겨 거하였더면 좋을 뻔하였나이다
7:7 And Joshua said, Alas, O Jehovah God, wherefore have you at all brought this people over Jordan, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us? would to God we had been content, and dwelt on the other side Jordan!
8:7 בִּי אֲדֹנָי מָה אֹמַר אַחֲרֵי אֲשֶׁר הָפַךְ יִשְׂרָאֵל עֹרֶף לִפְנֵי אֹיְבָיו׃
7:8 주여 이스라엘이 그 대적 앞에서 돌아섰으니 내가 무슨 말을 하오리이까
7:8 O Jehovah, what shall I say, when Israel turns their backs before their enemies!
9:7 וְיִשְׁמְעוּ הַכְּנַעֲנִי וְכֹל יֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ וְנָסַבּוּ עָלֵינוּ וְהִכְרִיתוּ אֶת־שְׁמֵנוּ מִן־הָאָרֶץ וּמַה־תַּעֲשֵׂה לְשִׁמְךָ הַגָּדֹול׃ ס
7:9 가나안 사람과 이 땅 모든 거민이 이를 듣고 우리를 둘러싸고 우리 이름을 세상에서 끊으리니 주의 크신 이름을 위하여 어떻게 하시려나이까
7:9 For the Canaanites and all the inhabitants of the land shall hear of it, and shall surround us round, and cut off our name from the earth: and what will you do unto your great name?
10:7 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ קֻם לָךְ לָמָּה זֶּה אַתָּה נֹפֵל עַל־פָּנֶיךָ׃
7:10 여호와께서 여호수아에게 이르시되 일어나라 어찌하여 이렇게 엎드렸느냐
7:10 And the Jehovah said unto Joshua, Get you up; wherefore lie you thus upon your face?
11:7 חָטָא יִשְׂרָאֵל וְגַם עָבְרוּ אֶת־בְּרִיתִי אֲשֶׁר צִוִּיתִי אֹותָם וְגַם לָקְחוּ מִן־הַחֵרֶם וְגַם גָּנְבוּ וְגַם כִּחֲשׁוּ וְגַם שָׂמוּ בִכְלֵיהֶם׃
7:11 이스라엘이 범죄하여 내가 그들에게 명한 나의 언약을 어기었나니 곧 그들이 바친 물건을 취하고 도적하고 사기하여 자기 기구 가운데 두었느니라
7:11 Israel has sinned, and they have also transgressed my covenant which I commanded them: for they have even taken of the accursed thing, and have also stolen, and dissembled also, and they have put it even among their own stuff.
12:7 וְלֹא יֻכְלוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לָקוּם לִפְנֵי אֹיְבֵיהֶם עֹרֶף יִפְנוּ לִפְנֵי אֹיְבֵיהֶם כִּי הָיוּ לְחֵרֶם לֹא אֹוסִיף לִהְיֹות עִמָּכֶם אִם־לֹא תַשְׁמִידוּ הַחֵרֶם מִקִּרְבְּכֶם׃
7:12 그러므로 이스라엘 자손들이 자기 대적을 능히 당치 못하고 그 앞에서 돌아섰나니 이는 자기도 바친 것이 됨이라 그 바친 것을 너희 중에서 멸하지 아니하면 내가 다시는 너희와 함께 있지 아니하리라
7:12 Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except all of you destroy the accursed from among you.
13:7 קֻם קַדֵּשׁ אֶת־הָעָם וְאָמַרְתָּ הִתְקַדְּשׁוּ לְמָחָר כִּי כֹה אָמַר יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל חֵרֶם בְּקִרְבְּךָ יִשְׂרָאֵל לֹא תוּכַל לָקוּם לִפְנֵי אֹיְבֶיךָ עַד־הֲסִירְכֶם הַחֵרֶם מִקִּרְבְּכֶם׃
7:13 너는 일어나서 백성을 성결케 하여 이르기를 너희는 스스로 성결케 하여 내일을 기다리라 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와의 말씀에 이스라엘아 너의 중에 바친 물건이 있나니 네가 그 바친 물건을 너희 중에서 제하기 전에는 너의 대적을 당치 못하리라
7:13 Up, sanctify the people, and say, Sanctify yourselves against tomorrow: for thus says the Jehovah God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of you, O Israel: you can not stand before yours enemies, until all of you take away the accursed thing from among you.
14:7 וְנִקְרַבְתֶּם בַּבֹּקֶר לְשִׁבְטֵיכֶם וְהָיָה הַשֵּׁבֶט אֲשֶׁר־יִלְכְּדֶנּוּ יְהוָה יִקְרַב לַמִּשְׁפָּחֹות וְהַמִּשְׁפָּחָה אֲשֶׁר־יִלְכְּדֶנָּה יְהוָה תִּקְרַב לַבָּתִּים וְהַבַּיִת אֲשֶׁר יִלְכְּדֶנּוּ יְהוָה יִקְרַב לַגְּבָרִים׃
7:14 아침에 너희는 너희 지파대로 가까이 나아오라 여호와께 뽑히는 지파는 그 족속대로 가까이 나아올 것이요 여호와께 뽑히는 족속은 그 가족대로 가까이 나아올 것이요 여호와께 뽑히는 가족은 각 남자대로 가까이 나아올 것이며
7:14 In the morning therefore all of you shall be brought according to your tribes: and it shall be, that the tribe which the Jehovah takes shall come according to the families thereof; and the family which the Jehovah shall take shall come by households; and the household which the Jehovah shall take shall come man by man.
15:7 וְהָיָה הַנִּלְכָּד בַּחֵרֶם יִשָּׂרֵף בָּאֵשׁ אֹתֹו וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־לֹו כִּי עָבַר אֶת־בְּרִית יְהוָה וְכִי־עָשָׂה נְבָלָה בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל׃
7:15 바친 물건을 가진 자로 뽑힌 자를 불사르되 그와 그 모든 소유를 그리하라 이는 여호와의 언약을 어기고 이스라엘 가운데서 망령된 일을 행하였음이라 하셨다 하라
7:15 And it shall be, that he that is taken with the accursed thing shall be burnt with fire, he and all that he has: because he has transgressed the covenant of the Jehovah, and because he has wrought folly in Israel.
16:7 וַיַּשְׁכֵּם יְהֹושֻׁעַ בַּבֹּקֶר וַיַּקְרֵב אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵל לִשְׁבָטָיו וַיִּלָּכֵד שֵׁבֶט יְהוּדָה׃
7:16 ○ 이에 여호수아가 아침 일찌기 일어나서 이스라엘을 그 지파대로 가까이 나아오게 하였더니 유다 지파가 뽑혔고
7:16 So Joshua rose up early in the morning, and brought Israel by their tribes; and the tribe of Judah was taken:
17:7 וַיַּקְרֵב אֶת־מִשְׁפַּחַת יְהוּדָה וַיִּלְכֹּד אֵת מִשְׁפַּחַת הַזַּרְחִי וַיַּקְרֵב אֶת־מִשְׁפַּחַת הַזַּרְחִי לַגְּבָרִים וַיִּלָּכֵד זַבְדִּי׃
7:17 유다 족속을 가까이 나아오게 하였더니 세라 족속이 뽑혔고 세라 족속의 각 남자를 가까이 나아오게 하였더니 삽디가 뽑혔고
7:17 And he brought the family of Judah; and he took the family of the Zarhites: and he brought the family of the Zarhites man by man; and Zabdi was taken:
18:7 וַיַּקְרֵב אֶת־בֵּיתֹו לַגְּבָרִים וַיִּלָּכֵד עָכָן בֶּן־כַּרְמִי בֶן־זַבְדִּי בֶּן־זֶרַח לְמַטֵּה יְהוּדָה׃
7:18 삽디의 가족 각 남자를 가까이 나아오게 하였더니 유다 지파 세라의 증손이요 삽디의 손자요 갈미의 아들인 아간이 뽑혔더라
7:18 And he brought his household man by man; and Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, was taken.
19:7 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶל־עָכָן בְּנִי שִׂים־נָא כָבֹוד לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְתֶן־לֹו תֹודָה וְהַגֶּד־נָא לִי מֶה עָשִׂיתָ אַל־תְּכַחֵד מִמֶּנִּי׃
7:19 여호수아가 아간에게 이르되 내 아들아 청하노라 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와께 영광을 돌려 그 앞에 자복하고 네 행한 일을 내게 고하라 그 일을 내게 숨기지 말라
7:19 And Joshua said unto Achan, My son, give, I pray you, glory to the Jehovah God of Israel, and make confession unto him; and tell me now what you have done; hide it not from me.
20:7 וַיַּעַן עָכָן אֶת־יְהֹושֻׁעַ וַיֹּאמַר אָמְנָה אָנֹכִי חָטָאתִי לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְכָזֹאת וְכָזֹאת עָשִׂיתִי׃
7:20 아간이 여호수아에게 대답하여 가로되 참으로 나는 이스라엘 하나님 여호와께 범죄하여 여차 여차히 행하였나이다
7:20 And Achan answered Joshua, and said, Indeed I have sinned against the Jehovah God of Israel, and thus and thus have I done:
21:7 [וָאֶרְאֶה כ] (וָאֵרֶא ק) בַשָּׁלָל אַדֶּרֶת שִׁנְעָר אַחַת טֹובָה וּמָאתַיִם שְׁקָלִים כֶּסֶף וּלְשֹׁון זָהָב אֶחָד חֲמִשִּׁים שְׁקָלִים מִשְׁקָלֹו וָאֶחְמְדֵם וָאֶקָּחֵם וְהִנָּם טְמוּנִים בָּאָרֶץ בְּתֹוךְ הָאָהֳלִי וְהַכֶּסֶף תַּחְתֶּיהָ׃
7:21 내가 노략한 물건 중에 시날 산의 아름다운 외투 한 벌과 은 이백 세겔과 오십 세겔 중의 금덩이 하나를 보고 탐내어 취하였나이다 보소서 이제 그 물건들을 내 장막 가운데 땅 속에 감추었는데 은은 그 밑에 있나이다
7:21 When I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonish garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and, behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and the silver under it.
22:7 וַיִּשְׁלַח יְהֹושֻׁעַ מַלְאָכִים וַיָּרֻצוּ הָאֹהֱלָה וְהִנֵּה טְמוּנָה בְּאָהֳלֹו וְהַכֶּסֶף תַּחְתֶּיהָ׃
7:22 이에 여호수아가 사자를 보내매 그의 장막에 달려가 본즉 물건이 그의 장막 안에 감취었는데 은은 그 밑에 있는지라
7:22 So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran unto the tent; and, behold, it was hid in his tent, and the silver under it.
23:7 וַיִּקָּחוּם מִתֹּוךְ הָאֹהֶל וַיְבִאוּם אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ וְאֶל כָּל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיַּצִּקֻם לִפְנֵי יְהוָה׃
7:23 그들이 그것을 장막 가운데서 취하여 여호수아와 이스라엘 모든 자손에게로 가져오매 그들이 그것을 여호와 앞에 놓으니라
7:23 And they took them out of the midst of the tent, and brought them unto Joshua, and unto all the children of Israel, and laid them out before the Jehovah.
24:7 וַיִּקַּח יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶת־עָכָן בֶּן־זֶרַח וְאֶת־הַכֶּסֶף וְאֶת־הָאַדֶּרֶת וְאֶת־לְשֹׁון הַזָּהָב וְאֶת־בָּנָיו וְאֶת־בְּנֹתָיו וְאֶת־שֹׁורֹו וְאֶת־חֲמֹרֹו וְאֶת־צֹאנֹו וְאֶת־אָהֳלֹו וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־לֹו וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל עִמֹּו וַיַּעֲלוּ אֹתָם עֵמֶק עָכֹור׃
7:24 여호수아가 이스라엘 모든 사람으로 더불어 세라의 아들 아간을 잡고 그 은과 외투와 금덩이와 그 아들들과 딸들과 소들과 나귀들과 양들과 장막과 무릇 그에게 속한 모든 것을 이끌고 아골 골짜기로 가서
7:24 And Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver, and the garment, and the wedge of gold, and his sons, and his daughters, and his oxen, and his asses, and his sheep, and his tent, and all that he had: and they brought them unto the valley of Achor.
25:7 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהֹושֻׁעַ מֶה עֲכַרְתָּנוּ יַעְכֳּרְךָ יְהוָה בַּיֹּום הַזֶּה וַיִּרְגְּמוּ אֹתֹו כָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶבֶן וַיִּשְׂרְפוּ אֹתָם בָּאֵשׁ וַיִּסְקְלוּ אֹתָם בָּאֲבָנִים׃
7:25 여호수아가 가로되 네가 어찌하여 우리를 괴롭게 하였느뇨 여호와께서 오늘날 너를 괴롭게 하시리라 하니 온 이스라엘이 그를 돌로 치고 그것들도 돌로 치고 불사르고
7:25 And Joshua said, Why have you troubled us? the Jehovah shall trouble you this day. And all Israel stoned him with stones, and burned them with fire, after they had stoned them with stones.
26:7 וַיָּקִימוּ עָלָיו גַּל־אֲבָנִים גָּדֹול עַד הַיֹּום הַזֶּה וַיָּשָׁב יְהוָה מֵחֲרֹון אַפֹּו עַל־כֵּן קָרָא שֵׁם הַמָּקֹום הַהוּא עֵמֶק עָכֹור עַד הַיֹּום הַזֶּה׃ פ
7:26 그 위에 돌 무더기를 크게 쌓았더니 오늘날까지 있더라 여호와께서 그 극렬한 분노를 그치시니 그러므로 그 곳 이름을 오늘날까지 아골 골짜기라 부르더라
7:26 And they raised over him a great heap of stones unto this day. So the Jehovah turned from the fierceness of his anger. Wherefore the name of that place was called, The valley of Achor, unto this day.
1:8 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ אַל־תִּירָא וְאַל־תֵּחָת קַח עִמְּךָ אֵת כָּל־עַם הַמִּלְחָמָה וְקוּם עֲלֵה הָעָי רְאֵה ׀ נָתַתִּי בְיָדְךָ אֶת־מֶלֶךְ הָעַי וְאֶת־עַמֹּו וְאֶת־עִירֹו וְאֶת־אַרְצֹו׃
8:1 여호와께서 여호수아에게 이르시되 두려워 말라 놀라지 말라 군사를 다 거느리고 일어나 아이로 올라가라 보라 내가 아이 왕과 그 백성과 그 성읍과 그 땅을 다 네 손에 주었노니
8:1 And the Jehovah said unto Joshua, Fear not, neither be you dismayed: take all the people of war with you, and arise, go up to Ai: see, I have given into your hand the king of Ai, and his people, and his city, and his land:
2:8 וְעָשִׂיתָ לָעַי וּלְמַלְכָּהּ כַּאֲשֶׁר עָשִׂיתָ לִירִיחֹו וּלְמַלְכָּהּ רַק־שְׁלָלָהּ וּבְהֶמְתָּהּ תָּבֹזּוּ לָכֶם שִׂים־לְךָ אֹרֵב לָעִיר מֵאַחֲרֶיהָ׃
8:2 너는 여리고와 그 왕에게 행한 것 같이 아이와 그 왕에게 행하되 오직 거기서 탈취할 물건과 가축은 스스로 취하라 너는 성 뒤에 복병할지니라
8:2 And you shall do to Ai and her king as you did unto Jericho and her king: only the spoil thereof, and the cattle thereof, shall all of you take for a prey unto yourselves: lay you an ambush for the city behind it.
3:8 וַיָּקָם יְהֹושֻׁעַ וְכָל־עַם הַמִּלְחָמָה לַעֲלֹות הָעָי וַיִּבְחַר יְהֹושֻׁעַ שְׁלֹשִׁים אֶלֶף אִישׁ גִּבֹּורֵי הַחַיִל וַיִּשְׁלָחֵם לָיְלָה׃
8:3 ○ 이에 여호수아가 일어나서 군사와 함께 아이로 올라가려 하여 용사 삼만 명을 뽑아 밤에 보내며
8:3 So Joshua arose, and all the people of war, to go up against Ai: and Joshua chose out thirty thousand mighty men of valour, and sent them away by night.
4:8 וַיְצַו אֹתָם לֵאמֹר רְאוּ אַתֶּם אֹרְבִים לָעִיר מֵאַחֲרֵי הָעִיר אַל־תַּרְחִיקוּ מִן־הָעִיר מְאֹד וִהְיִיתֶם כֻּלְּכֶם נְכֹנִים׃
8:4 그들에게 명하여 가로되 너희는 성읍 뒤로 가서 성읍을 향하고 매복하되 그 성읍에 너무 멀리하지 말고 다 스스로 예비하라
8:4 And he commanded them, saying, Behold, all of you shall lie in wait against the city, even behind the city: go not very far from the city, but be all of you all ready:
5:8 וַאֲנִי וְכָל־הָעָם אֲשֶׁר אִתִּי נִקְרַב אֶל־הָעִיר וְהָיָה כִּי־יֵצְאוּ לִקְרָאתֵנוּ כַּאֲשֶׁר בָּרִאשֹׁנָה וְנַסְנוּ לִפְנֵיהֶם׃
8:5 나와 나를 좇는 모든 백성은 다 성읍으로 가까이 가리니 그들이 처음과 같이 우리에게로 쳐 올라올 것이라 그리할 때에 우리가 그들 앞에서 도망하면
8:5 And I, and all the people that are with me, will approach unto the city: and it shall come to pass, when they come out against us, as at the first, that we will flee before them,
6:8 וְיָצְאוּ אַחֲרֵינוּ עַד הַתִּיקֵנוּ אֹותָם מִן־הָעִיר כִּי יֹאמְרוּ נָסִים לְפָנֵינוּ כַּאֲשֶׁר בָּרִאשֹׁנָה וְנַסְנוּ לִפְנֵיהֶם׃
8:6 그들이 나와서 우리를 따르며 스스로 이르기를 그들이 처음과 같이 우리 앞에서 도망한다 하고 우리의 유인을 받아 그 성읍에서 멀리 떠날 것이라 우리가 그 앞에서 도망하거든
8:6 (For they will come out after us) till we have drawn them from the city; for they will say, They flee before us, as at the first: therefore we will flee before them.
7:8 וְאַתֶּם תָּקֻמוּ מֵהָאֹורֵב וְהֹורַשְׁתֶּם אֶת־הָעִיר וּנְתָנָהּ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם בְּיֶדְכֶם׃
8:7 너희는 매복한 곳에서 일어나서 그 성읍을 점령하라 너희 하나님 여호와께서 너희 손에 붙이시리라
8:7 Then all of you shall rise up from the ambush, and seize upon the city: for the Jehovah your God will deliver it into your hand.
8:8 וְהָיָה כְּתָפְשְׂכֶם אֶת־הָעִיר תַּצִּיתוּ אֶת־הָעִיר בָּאֵשׁ כִּדְבַר יְהוָה תַּעֲשׂוּ רְאוּ צִוִּיתִי אֶתְכֶם׃
8:8 너희가 성읍을 취하거든 그것을 불살라 여호와의 말씀대로 행하라 보라 내가 너희에게 명하였느니라 하고
8:8 And it shall be, when all of you have taken the city, that all of you shall set the city on fire: according to the commandment of the Jehovah shall all of you do. See, I have commanded you.
9:8 וַיִּשְׁלָחֵם יְהֹושֻׁעַ וַיֵּלְכוּ אֶל־הַמַּאְרָב וַיֵּשְׁבוּ בֵּין בֵּית־אֵל וּבֵין הָעַי מִיָּם לָעָי וַיָּלֶן יְהֹושֻׁעַ בַּלַּיְלָה הַהוּא בְּתֹוךְ הָעָם׃
8:9 그들을 보내매 그들이 복병할 곳으로 가서 아이 서편 벧엘과 아이 사이에 매복하였고 여호수아는 그 밤에 백성 가운데서 잤더라
8:9 Joshua therefore sent them forth: and they went to lie in ambush, and abode between Bethel and Ai, on the west side of Ai: but Joshua lodged that night among the people.
10:8 וַיַּשְׁכֵּם יְהֹושֻׁעַ בַּבֹּקֶר וַיִּפְקֹד אֶת־הָעָם וַיַּעַל הוּא וְזִקְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לִפְנֵי הָעָם הָעָי׃
8:10 ○ 여호수아가 아침에 일찌기 일어나서 백성을 점고하고 이스라엘 장로들로 더불어 백성 앞서 아이로 올라가매
8:10 And Joshua rose up early in the morning, and numbered the people, and went up, he and the elders of Israel, before the people to Ai.
11:8 וְכָל־הָעָם הַמִּלְחָמָה אֲשֶׁר אִתֹּו עָלוּ וַיִּגְּשׁוּ וַיָּבֹאוּ נֶגֶד הָעִיר וַיַּחֲנוּ מִצְּפֹון לָעַי וְהַגַּי [בֵּינֹו כ] (בֵּינָיו ק) וּבֵין־הָעָי׃
8:11 그를 좇은 군사가 다 올라가서 성읍 앞에 가까이 이르러 아이 북편에 진 치니 그와 아이 사이에는 한 골짜기가 있었더라
8:11 And all the people, even the people of war that were with him, went up, and drew nigh, and came before the city, and pitched on the north side of Ai: now there was a valley between them and Ai.
12:8 וַיִּקַּח כַּחֲמֵשֶׁת אֲלָפִים אִישׁ וַיָּשֶׂם אֹותָם אֹרֵב בֵּין בֵּית־אֵל וּבֵין הָעַי מִיָּם לָעִיר׃
8:12 그가 오천 명 가량을 택하여 성읍 서편 벧엘과 아이 사이에 또 매복시키니
8:12 And he took about five thousand men, and set them to lie in ambush between Bethel and Ai, on the west side of the city.
13:8 וַיָּשִׂימוּ הָעָם אֶת־כָּל־הַמַּחֲנֶה אֲשֶׁר מִצְּפֹון לָעִיר וְאֶת־עֲקֵבֹו מִיָּם לָעִיר וַיֵּלֶךְ יְהֹושֻׁעַ בַּלַּיְלָה הַהוּא בְּתֹוךְ הָעֵמֶק׃
8:13 이와 같이 성읍 북편에는 온 군대가 있고 성읍 서편에는 복병이 있었더라 여호수아가 그 밤에 골짜기 가운데로 들어가니
8:13 And when they had set the people, even all the host that was on the north of the city, and their hidden attackers in wait on the west of the city, Joshua went that night into the midst of the valley.
14:8 וַיְהִי כִּרְאֹות מֶלֶךְ־הָעַי וַיְמַהֲרוּ וַיַּשְׁכִּימוּ וַיֵּצְאוּ אַנְשֵׁי־הָעִיר לִקְרַאת־יִשְׂרָאֵל לַמִּלְחָמָה הוּא וְכָל־עַמֹּו לַמֹּועֵד לִפְנֵי הָעֲרָבָה וְהוּא לֹא יָדַע כִּי־אֹרֵב לֹו מֵאַחֲרֵי הָעִיר׃
8:14 아이 왕이 이를 보고 그 성읍 백성과 함께 일찌기 일어나서 급히 나가 아라바 앞에 이르러 정한 때에 이스라엘과 싸우려 하고 성읍 뒤에 복병이 있는 줄은 알지 못하였더라
8:14 And it came to pass, when the king of Ai saw it, that they hasted and rose up early, and the men of the city went out against Israel to battle, he and all his people, at a time appointed, before the plain; but he knows not that there were hidden attackers in ambush against him behind the city.
15:8 וַיִּנָּגְעוּ יְהֹושֻׁעַ וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל לִפְנֵיהֶם וַיָּנֻסוּ דֶּרֶךְ הַמִּדְבָּר׃
8:15 여호수아와 온 이스라엘이 그들 앞에서 거짓 패하여 광야 길로 도망하매
8:15 And Joshua and all Israel made as if they were beaten before them, and fled by the way of the wilderness.
16:8 וַיִּזָּעֲקוּ כָּל־הָעָם אֲשֶׁר [בָּעִיר כ] (בָּעַי ק) לִרְדֹּף אַחֲרֵיהֶם וַיִּרְדְּפוּ אַחֲרֵי יְהֹושֻׁעַ וַיִּנָּתְקוּ מִן־הָעִיר׃
8:16 그 성 모든 백성이 그들을 따르려고 모여서 여호수아를 따르며 유인함을 입어 성을 멀리 떠나니
8:16 And all the people that were in Ai were called together to pursue after them: and they pursued after Joshua, and were drawn away from the city.
17:8 וְלֹא־נִשְׁאַר אִישׁ בָּעַי וּבֵית אֵל אֲשֶׁר לֹא־יָצְאוּ אַחֲרֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיַּעַזְבוּ אֶת־הָעִיר פְּתוּחָה וַיִּרְדְּפוּ אַחֲרֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל׃ פ
8:17 아이와 벧엘에 이스라엘을 따라가지 아니한 자가 하나도 없으며 성문을 열어 놓고 이스라엘을 따랐더라
8:17 And there was not a man left in Ai or Bethel, that went not out after Israel: and they left the city open, and pursued after Israel.
18:8 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ נְטֵה בַּכִּידֹון אֲשֶׁר־בְּיָדְךָ אֶל־הָעַי כִּי בְיָדְךָ אֶתְּנֶנָּה וַיֵּט יְהֹושֻׁעַ בַּכִּידֹון אֲשֶׁר־בְּיָדֹו אֶל־הָעִיר׃
8:18 ○ 여호와께서 여호수아에게 이르시되 네 손에 잡은 단창을 들어 아이를 가리키라 내가 이 성읍을 네 손에 주리라 여호수아가 그 손에 잡은 단창을 들어 성읍을 가리키니
8:18 And the Jehovah said unto Joshua, Stretch out the spear that is in your hand toward Ai; for I will give it into yours hand. And Joshua stretched out the spear that he had in his hand toward the city.
19:8 וְהָאֹורֵב קָם מְהֵרָה מִמְּקֹומֹו וַיָּרוּצוּ כִּנְטֹות יָדֹו וַיָּבֹאוּ הָעִיר וַיִּלְכְּדוּהָ וַיְמַהֲרוּ וַיַּצִּיתוּ אֶת־הָעִיר בָּאֵשׁ׃
8:19 그 손을 드는 순간에 복병이 그 처소에서 급히 일어나 성읍에 달려 들어가서 점령하고 곧 성읍에 불을 놓았더라
8:19 And the ambush arose quickly out of their place, and they ran as soon as he had stretched out his hand: and they entered into the city, and took it, and hasted and set the city on fire.
20:8 וַיִּפְנוּ אַנְשֵׁי הָעַי אַחֲרֵיהֶם וַיִּרְאוּ וְהִנֵּה עָלָה עֲשַׁן הָעִיר הַשָּׁמַיְמָה וְלֹא־הָיָה בָהֶם יָדַיִם לָנוּס הֵנָּה וָהֵנָּה וְהָעָם הַנָּס הַמִּדְבָּר נֶהְפַּךְ אֶל־הָרֹודֵף׃
8:20 아이 사람이 뒤를 돌아본즉 그 성읍에 연기가 하늘에 닿은 것이 보이니 이 길로도 저 길로도 도망할 수 없이 되었고 광야로 도망하던 이스라엘 백성은 그 따르던 자에게로 돌이켰더라
8:20 And when the men of Ai looked behind them, they saw, and, behold, the smoke of the city ascended up to heaven, and they had no power to flee this way or that way: and the people that fled to the wilderness turned back upon the pursuers.
21:8 וִיהֹושֻׁעַ וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל רָאוּ כִּי־לָכַד הָאֹרֵב אֶת־הָעִיר וְכִי עָלָה עֲשַׁן הָעִיר וַיָּשֻׁבוּ וַיַּכּוּ אֶת־אַנְשֵׁי הָעָי׃
8:21 여호수아와 온 이스라엘이 그 복병이 성읍을 점령함과 성읍에 연기가 오름을 보고 다시 돌이켜 아이 사람을 죽이고
8:21 And when Joshua and all Israel saw that the ambush had taken the city, and that the smoke of the city ascended, then they turned again, and slew the men of Ai.
22:8 וְאֵלֶּה יָצְאוּ מִן־הָעִיר לִקְרָאתָם וַיִּהְיוּ לְיִשְׂרָאֵל בַּתָּוֶךְ אֵלֶּה מִזֶּה וְאֵלֶּה מִזֶּה וַיַּכּוּ אֹותָם עַד־בִּלְתִּי הִשְׁאִיר־לֹו שָׂרִיד וּפָלִיט׃
8:22 복병도 성읍에서 나와 그들을 치매 그들이 이스라엘 중간에 든지라 혹은 이편에서 혹은 저편에서 쳐죽여서 한 사람도 남거나 도망하지 못하게 하였고
8:22 And the other issued out of the city against them; so they were in the midst of Israel, some on this side, and some on that side: and they stroke them, so that they let none of them remain or escape.
23:8 וְאֶת־מֶלֶךְ הָעַי תָּפְשׂוּ חָי וַיַּקְרִבוּ אֹתֹו אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁעַ׃
8:23 아이 왕을 사로잡아 여호수아 앞으로 끌어왔더라
8:23 And the king of Ai they took alive, and brought him to Joshua.
24:8 וַיְהִי כְּכַלֹּות יִשְׂרָאֵל לַהֲרֹג אֶת־כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵי הָעַי בַּשָּׂדֶה בַּמִּדְבָּר אֲשֶׁר רְדָפוּם בֹּו וַיִּפְּלוּ כֻלָּם לְפִי־חֶרֶב עַד־תֻּמָּם וַיָּשֻׁבוּ כָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל הָעַי וַיַּכּוּ אֹתָהּ לְפִי־חָרֶב׃
8:24 ○ 이스라엘이 자기를 광야로 따르던 아이 모든 거민을 들에서 죽이되 그들을 다 칼날에 엎드러지게 하여 진멸하기를 마치고 온 이스라엘이 아이로 돌아와서 칼날로 죽이매
8:24 And it came to pass, when Israel had made an end of slaying all the inhabitants of Ai in the field, in the wilderness wherein they chased them, and when they were all fallen on the edge of the sword, until they were consumed, that all the Israelites returned unto Ai, and stroke it with the edge of the sword.
25:8 וַיְהִי כָל־הַנֹּפְלִים בַּיֹּום הַהוּא מֵאִישׁ וְעַד־אִשָּׁה שְׁנֵים עָשָׂר אָלֶף כֹּל אַנְשֵׁי הָעָי׃
8:25 그 날에 아이 사람의 전부가 죽었으니 남녀가 일만 이천이라
8:25 And so it was, that all that fell that day, both of men and women, were twelve thousand, even all the men of Ai.
26:8 וִיהֹושֻׁעַ לֹא־הֵשִׁיב יָדֹו אֲשֶׁר נָטָה בַּכִּידֹון עַד אֲשֶׁר הֶחֱרִים אֵת כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵי הָעָי׃
8:26 아이 거민을 진멸하기까지 여호수아가 단창을 잡아 든 손을 거두지 아니하였고
8:26 For Joshua drew not his hand back, wherewith he stretched out the spear, until he had utterly destroyed all the inhabitants of Ai.
27:8 רַק הַבְּהֵמָה וּשְׁלַל הָעִיר הַהִיא בָּזְזוּ לָהֶם יִשְׂרָאֵל כִּדְבַר יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה אֶת־יְהֹושֻׁעַ׃
8:27 오직 그 성읍의 가축과 노략한 것은 여호와께서 여호수아에게 명하신 대로 이스라엘이 탈취하였더라
8:27 Only the cattle and the spoil of that city Israel took for a prey unto themselves, according unto the word of the Jehovah which he commanded Joshua.
28:8 וַיִּשְׂרֹף יְהֹושֻׁעַ אֶת־הָעָי וַיְשִׂימֶהָ תֵּל־עֹולָם שְׁמָמָה עַד הַיֹּום הַזֶּה׃
8:28 이에 여호수아가 아이를 불살라 그것으로 영원한 무더기를 만들었더니 오늘까지 황폐하였으며
8:28 And Joshua burnt Ai, and made it an heap for ever, even a desolation unto this day.
29:8 וְאֶת־מֶלֶךְ הָעַי תָּלָה עַל־הָעֵץ עַד־עֵת הָעָרֶב וּכְבֹוא הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ צִוָּה יְהֹושֻׁעַ וַיֹּרִידוּ אֶת־נִבְלָתֹו מִן־הָעֵץ וַיַּשְׁלִיכוּ אֹותָהּ אֶל־פֶּתַח שַׁעַר הָעִיר וַיָּקִימוּ עָלָיו גַּל־אֲבָנִים גָּדֹול עַד הַיֹּום הַזֶּה׃ פ
8:29 그가 또 아이 왕을 저녁 때까지 나무에 달았다가 해 질 때에 명하여 그 시체를 나무에서 내려 그 성문 어귀에 던지고 그 위에 돌로 큰 무더기를 쌓았더니 그것이 오늘까지 있더라
8:29 And the king of Ai he hanged on a tree until evening: and as soon as the sun was down, Joshua commanded that they should take his carcass down from the tree, and cast it at the entering of the gate of the city, and raise thereon a great heap of stones, that remains unto this day.
30:8 אָז יִבְנֶה יְהֹושֻׁעַ מִזְבֵּחַ לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּהַר עֵיבָל׃
8:30 ○ 때에 여호수아가 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와를 위하여 에발 산에 한 단을 쌓았으니
8:30 Then Joshua built an altar unto the Jehovah God of Israel in mount Ebal,
31:8 כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה מֹשֶׁה עֶבֶד־יְהוָה אֶת־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כַּכָּתוּב בְּסֵפֶר תֹּורַת מֹשֶׁה מִזְבַּח אֲבָנִים שְׁלֵמֹות אֲשֶׁר לֹא־הֵנִיף עֲלֵיהֶן בַּרְזֶל וַיַּעֲלוּ עָלָיו עֹלֹות לַיהוָה וַיִּזְבְּחוּ שְׁלָמִים׃
8:31 이는 여호와의 종 모세가 이스라엘 자손에게 명한 것과 모세의 율법책에 기록된 대로 철 연장으로 다듬지 아니한 새 돌로 만든 단이라 무리가 여호와께 번제와 화목제를 그 위에 드렸으며
8:31 As Moses the servant of the Jehovah commanded the children of Israel, as it is written in the book of the law of Moses, an altar of whole stones, over which no man has lift up any iron: and they offered thereon burnt offerings unto the Jehovah, and sacrificed peace offerings.
32:8 וַיִּכְתָּב־שָׁם עַל־הָאֲבָנִים אֵת מִשְׁנֵה תֹּורַת מֹשֶׁה אֲשֶׁר כָּתַב לִפְנֵי בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
8:32 여호수아가 거기서 모세의 기록한 율법을 이스라엘 자손의 목전에서 그 돌에 기록하매
8:32 And he wrote there upon the stones a copy of the law of Moses, which he wrote in the presence of the children of Israel.
33:8 וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל וּזְקֵנָיו וְשֹׁטְרִים ׀ וְשֹׁפְטָיו עֹמְדִים מִזֶּה ׀ וּמִזֶּה ׀ לָאָרֹון נֶגֶד הַכֹּהֲנִים הַלְוִיִּם נֹשְׂאֵי ׀ אֲרֹון בְּרִית־יְהוָה כַּגֵּר כָּאֶזְרָח חֶצְיֹו אֶל־מוּל הַר־גְּרִזִים וְהַחֶצְיֹו אֶל־מוּל הַר־עֵיבָל כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה מֹשֶׁה עֶבֶד־יְהוָה לְבָרֵךְ אֶת־הָעָם יִשְׂרָאֵל בָּרִאשֹׁנָה׃
8:33 온 이스라엘과 그 장로들과 유사들과 재판장들과 본토인뿐 아니라 이방인까지 여호와의 언약궤를 멘 레위 사람 제사장들 앞에서 궤의 좌우에 서되 절반은 그리심 산 앞에, 절반은 에발 산 앞에 섰으니 이는 이왕에 여호와의 종 모세가 이스라엘 백성에게 축복하라고 명한 대로 함이라
8:33 And all Israel, and their elders, and officers, and their judges, stood on this side the ark and on that side before the priests the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant of the Jehovah, as well the stranger, as he that was born among them; half of them opposite to mount Gerizim, and half of them opposite to mount Ebal; as Moses the servant of the Jehovah had commanded before, that they should bless the people of Israel.
34:8 וְאַחֲרֵי־כֵן קָרָא אֶת־כָּל־דִּבְרֵי הַתֹּורָה הַבְּרָכָה וְהַקְּלָלָה כְּכָל־הַכָּתוּב בְּסֵפֶר הַתֹּורָה׃
8:34 그 후에 여호수아가 무릇 율법책에 기록된 대로 축복과 저주하는 율법의 모든 말씀을 낭독하였으니
8:34 And afterward he read all the words of the law, the blessings and cursings, according to all that is written in the book of the law.
35:8 לֹא־הָיָה דָבָר מִכֹּל אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה מֹשֶׁה אֲשֶׁר לֹא־קָרָא יְהֹושֻׁעַ נֶגֶד כָּל־קְהַל יִשְׂרָאֵל וְהַנָּשִׁים וְהַטַּף וְהַגֵּר הַהֹלֵךְ בְּקִרְבָּם׃ פ
8:35 모세의 명한 것은 여호수아가 이스라엘 온 회중과 여인과 아이와 그들 중에 동거하는 객들 앞에 낭독하지 아니한 말이 하나도 없었더라
8:35 There was not a word of all that Moses commanded, which Joshua read not before all the congregation of Israel, with the women, and the little ones, and the strangers that were conversant among them.
