19:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
19:2 「イスラエルの人々の全会衆に言いなさい、『あなたがたの神、主なるわたしは、聖であるから、あなたがたも聖でなければならない。
19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, All of you shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.
19:3 あなたがたは、おのおのその母とその父とをおそれなければならない。またわたしの安息日を守らなければならない。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である。
19:3 All of you shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am the LORD your God.
19:4 むなしい神々に心を寄せてはならない。また自分のために神々を鋳て造ってはならない。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である。
19:4 Turn all of you not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the LORD your God.
19:5 酬恩祭の犠牲を主にささげるときは、あなたがたが受け入れられるように、それをささげなければならない。
19:5 And if all of you offer a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, all of you shall offer it at your own will.
19:6 それは、ささげた日と、その翌日とに食べ、三日目まで残ったものは、それを火で焼かなければならない。
19:6 It shall be eaten the same day all of you offer it, and on the next day: and if ought remain until the third day, it shall be burnt in the fire.

19:7 And if it be eaten at all on the third day, it is abominable; it shall not be accepted.

19:8 Therefore every one that eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned the hallowed thing of the LORD: and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
19:9 あなたがたの地の実のりを刈り入れるときは、畑のすみずみまで刈りつくしてはならない。またあなたの刈入れの落ち穂を拾ってはならない。
19:9 And when all of you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of your field, neither shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest.
19:10 あなたのぶどう畑の実を取りつくしてはならない。またあなたのぶどう畑に落ちた実を拾ってはならない。貧しい者と寄留者とのために、これを残しておかなければならない。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である。
19:10 And you shall not glean your vineyard, neither shall you gather every grape of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and stranger: I am the LORD your God.
19:11 あなたがたは盗んではならない。欺いてはならない。互に偽ってはならない。
19:11 All of you shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.
19:12 わたしの名により偽り誓って、あなたがたの神の名を汚してはならない。わたしは主である。
19:12 And all of you shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shall you profane the name of your God: I am the LORD.
19:13 あなたの隣人をしえたげてはならない。また、かすめてはならない。日雇人の賃銀を明くる朝まで、あなたのもとにとどめておいてはならない。
19:13 You shall not defraud your neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with you all night until the morning.
19:14 耳しいを、のろってはならない。目しいの前につまずく物を置いてはならない。あなたの神を恐れなければならない。わたしは主である。
19:14 You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but shall fear your God: I am the LORD.
19:15 さばきをするとき、不正を行ってはならない。貧しい者を片よってかばい、力ある者を曲げて助けてはならない。ただ正義をもって隣人をさばかなければならない。
19:15 All of you shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: you shall not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbour.
19:16 民のうちを行き巡って、人の悪口を言いふらしてはならない。あなたの隣人の血にかかわる偽証をしてはならない。わたしは主である。
19:16 You shall not go up and down as a talebearer among your people: neither shall you stand against the blood of your neighbour; I am the LORD.
19:17 あなたは心に兄弟を憎んではならない。あなたの隣人をねんごろにいさめて、彼のゆえに罪を身に負ってはならない。
19:17 You shall not hate your brother in yours heart: you shall in any way rebuke your neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
19:18 あなたはあだを返してはならない。あなたの民の人々に恨みをいだいてはならない。あなた自身のようにあなたの隣人を愛さなければならない。わたしは主である。
19:18 You shall not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbour as yourself: I am the LORD.
19:19 あなたがたはわたしの定めを守らなければならない。あなたの家畜に異なった種をかけてはならない。あなたの畑に二種の種をまいてはならない。二種の糸の混ぜ織りの衣服を身につけてはならない。
19:19 All of you shall keep my statutes. You shall not let your cattle gender with a diverse kind: you shall not sow your field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woolen come upon you.
19:20 だれでも、人と婚約のある女奴隷で、まだあがなわれず、自由を与えられていない者と寝て交わったならば、彼らふたりは罰を受ける。しかし、殺されることはない。彼女は自由の女ではないからである。
19:20 And whosoever lies carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.
19:21 しかし、その男は愆祭を主に携えてこなければならない。すなわち、愆祭の雄羊を、会見の幕屋の入口に連れてこなければならない。
19:21 And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, even a ram for a trespass offering.
19:22 そして、祭司は彼の犯した罪のためにその愆祭の雄羊をもって、主の前に彼のために、あがないをするであろう。こうして彼の犯した罪はゆるされるであろう。
19:22 And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the LORD for his sin which he has done: and the sin which he has done shall be forgiven him.
19:23 あなたがたが、かの地にはいって、もろもろのくだものの木を植えるときは、その実はまだ割礼をうけないものと、見なさなければならない。すなわち、それは三年の間あなたがたには、割礼のないものであって、食べてはならない。
19:23 And when all of you shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then all of you shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised: three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of.
19:24 四年目には、そのすべての実を聖なる物とし、それをさんびの供え物として主にささげなければならない。
19:24 But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise the LORD likewise.
19:25 しかし五年目には、あなたがたはその実を食べることができるであろう。こうするならば、それはあなたがたのために、多くの実を結ぶであろう。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である。
19:25 And in the fifth year shall all of you eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am the LORD your God.
19:26 あなたがたは何をも血のままで食べてはならない。また占いをしてはならない。魔法を行ってはならない。
19:26 All of you shall not eat any thing with the blood: neither shall all of you use enchantment, nor observe times.
19:27 あなたがたのびんの毛を切ってはならない。ひげの両端をそこなってはならない。
19:27 All of you shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shall you ruin the corners of your beard.
19:28 死人のために身を傷つけてはならない。また身に入墨をしてはならない。わたしは主である。
19:28 All of you shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.
19:29 あなたの娘に遊女のわざをさせて、これを汚してはならない。これはみだらな事が国に行われ、悪事が地に満ちないためである。
19:29 Do not prostitute your daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness.
19:30 あなたがたはわたしの安息日を守り、わたしの聖所を敬わなければならない。わたしは主である。
19:30 All of you shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.
19:31 あなたがたは口寄せ、または占い師のもとにおもむいてはならない。彼らに問うて汚されてはならない。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である。
19:31 Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.
19:32 あなたは白髪の人の前では、起立しなければならない。また老人を敬い、あなたの神を恐れなければならない。わたしは主である。
19:32 You shall rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear your God: I am the LORD.
19:33 もし他国人があなたがたの国に寄留して共にいるならば、これをしえたげてはならない。
19:33 And if a stranger sojourn with you in your land, all of you shall not vex him.
19:34 あなたがたと共にいる寄留の他国人を、あなたがたと同じ国に生れた者のようにし、あなた自身のようにこれを愛さなければならない。あなたがたもかつてエジプトの国で他国人であったからである。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である。
19:34 But the stranger that dwells with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for all of you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
19:35 あなたがたは、さばきにおいても、物差しにおいても、はかりにおいても、ますにおいても、不正を行ってはならない。
19:35 All of you shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in measuring rod, in weight, or in measure.
19:36 あなたがたは正しいてんびん、正しいおもり石、正しいエパ、正しいヒンを使わなければならない。わたしは、あなたがたをエジプトの国から導き出したあなたがたの神、主である。
19:36 Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall all of you have: I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.
19:37 あなたがたはわたしのすべての定めと、わたしのすべてのおきてを守って、これを行わなければならない。わたしは主である』」。
19:37 Therefore shall all of you observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the LORD.
20:1 主はまたモーセに言われた、
20:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
20:2 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『イスラエルの人々のうち、またイスラエルのうちに寄留する他国人のうち、だれでもその子供をモレクにささげる者は、必ず殺されなければならない。すなわち、国の民は彼を石で撃たなければならない。
20:2 Again, you shall say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that gives any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
20:3 わたしは顔をその人に向け、彼を民のうちから断つであろう。彼がその子供をモレクにささげてわたしの聖所を汚し、またわたしの聖なる名を汚したからである。
20:3 And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he has given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.
20:4 その人が子供をモレクにささげるとき、国の民がもしことさらに、この事に目をおおい、これを殺さないならば、
20:4 And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he gives of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:
20:5 わたし自身、顔をその人とその家族とに向け、彼および彼に見ならってモレクを慕い、これと姦淫する者を、すべて民のうちから断つであろう。
20:5 Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.
20:6 もし口寄せ、または占い師のもとにおもむき、彼らを慕って姦淫する者があれば、わたしは顔をその人に向け、これを民のうちから断つであろう。
20:6 And the soul that turns after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.
20:7 ゆえにあなたがたは、みずからを聖別し、聖なる者とならなければならない。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である。
20:7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be all of you holy: for I am the LORD your God.
20:8 あなたがたはわたしの定めを守って、これを行わなければならない。わたしはあなたがたを聖別する主である。
20:8 And all of you shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the LORD which sanctify you.
20:9 だれでも父または母をのろう者は、必ず殺されなければならない。彼が父または母をのろったので、その血は彼に帰するであろう。
20:9 For every one that curses his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he has cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.
20:10 人の妻と姦淫する者、すなわち隣人の妻と姦淫する者があれば、その姦夫、姦婦は共に必ず殺されなければならない。
20:10 And the man that commits adultery with another man's wife, even he that commits adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
20:11 その父の妻と寝る者は、その父をはずかしめる者である。彼らはふたりとも必ず殺されなければならない。その血は彼らに帰するであろう。
20:11 And the man that lies with his father's wife has uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
20:12 子の妻と寝る者は、ふたり共に必ず殺されなければならない。彼らは道ならぬことをしたので、その血は彼らに帰するであろう。
20:12 And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them.
20:13 女と寝るように男と寝る者は、ふたりとも憎むべき事をしたので、必ず殺されなければならない。その血は彼らに帰するであろう。
20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
20:14 女をその母と一緒にめとるならば、これは悪事であって、彼も、女たちも火に焼かれなければならない。このような悪事をあなたがたのうちになくするためである。
20:14 And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.
20:15 男がもし、獣と寝るならば彼は必ず殺されなければならない。あなたがたはまた、その獣を殺さなければならない。
20:15 And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and all of you shall slay the beast.

20:16 And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, you shall kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

20:17 And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he has uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.
20:18 人がもし、月のさわりのある女と寝て、そのはだを現すならば、男は女の源を現し、女は自分の血の源を現したのであるから、ふたり共にその民のうちから断たれなければならない。
20:18 And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he has discovered her fountain, and she has uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.
20:19 あなたの母の姉妹、またはあなたの父の姉妹を犯してはならない。これは、自分の肉親の者を犯すことであるから、彼らはその罪を負わなければならない。
20:19 And you shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother's sister, nor of your father's sister: for he uncovers his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.

20:20 And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he has uncovered his uncle's nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.

20:21 And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it is an unclean thing: he has uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless.
20:22 あなたがたはわたしの定めとおきてとをことごとく守って、これを行わなければならない。そうすれば、わたしがあなたがたを住まわせようと導いて行く地は、あなたがたを吐き出さぬであろう。
20:22 All of you shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, where I bring you to dwell therein, spew you not out.
20:23 あなたがたの前からわたしが追い払う国びとの風習に、あなたがたは歩んではならない。彼らは、このもろもろのことをしたから、わたしは彼らを憎むのである。
20:23 And all of you shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

20:24 But I have said unto you, All of you shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that flows with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.
20:25 あなたがたは清い獣と汚れた獣、汚れた鳥と清い鳥を区別しなければならない。わたしがあなたがたのために汚れたものとして区別した獣、または鳥またはすべて地を這うものによって、あなたがたの身を忌むべきものとしてはならない。
20:25 All of you shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and all of you shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creeps on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.
20:26 あなたがたはわたしに対して聖なる者でなければならない。主なるわたしは聖なる者で、あなたがたをわたしのものにしようと、他の民から区別したからである。
20:26 And all of you shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that all of you should be mine.
20:27 男または女で、口寄せ、または占いをする者は、必ず殺されなければならない。すなわち、石で撃ち殺さなければならない。その血は彼らに帰するであろう』」。
20:27 A man also or woman that has a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.
21:1 主はまたモーセに言われた、「アロンの子なる祭司たちに告げて言いなさい、『民のうちの死人のために、身を汚す者があってはならない。
21:1 And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto the priests the sons of Aaron, and say unto them, There shall none be defiled for the dead among his people:
21:2 ただし、近親の者、すなわち、父、母、むすこ、娘、兄弟のため、
21:2 But for his kin, that is near unto him, that is, for his mother, and for his father, and for his son, and for his daughter, and for his brother.
21:3 また彼の近親で、まだ夫のない処女なる姉妹のためには、その身を汚してもよい。
21:3 And for his sister a virgin, that is nigh unto him, which has had no husband; for her may he be defiled.
21:4 しかし、夫にとついだ姉妹のためには、身を汚してはならない。
21:4 But he shall not defile himself, being a chief man among his people, to profane himself.
21:5 彼らは頭の頂をそってはならない。ひげの両端をそり落してはならない。また身に傷をつけてはならない。
21:5 They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.
21:6 彼らは神に対して聖でなければならない。また神の名を汚してはならない。彼らは主の火祭、すなわち、神の食物をささげる者であるから、聖でなければならない。
21:6 They shall be holy unto their God, and not profane the name of their God: for the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and the bread of their God, they do offer: therefore they shall be holy.
21:7 彼らは遊女や汚れた女をめとってはならない。また夫に出された女をめとってはならない。祭司は神に対して聖なる者だからである。
21:7 They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God.
21:8 あなたは彼を聖としなければならない。彼はあなたの神の食物をささげる者だからである。彼はあなたにとって聖なる者でなければならない。あなたがたを聖とする主、すなわち、わたしは聖なる者だからである。
21:8 You shall sanctify him therefore; for he offers the bread of your God: he shall be holy unto you: for I the LORD, which sanctify you, am holy.
21:9 祭司の娘である者が、淫行をなして、その身を汚すならば、その父を汚すのであるから、彼女を火で焼かなければならない。
21:9 And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profanes her father: she shall be burnt with fire.
21:10 その兄弟のうち、頭に注ぎ油を注がれ、職に任ぜられて、その衣服をつけ、大祭司となった者は、その髪の毛を乱してはならない。またその衣服を裂いてはならない。
21:10 And he that is the high priest among his brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was poured, and that is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not uncover his head, nor rend his clothes;
21:11 死人のところに、はいってはならない。また父のためにも母のためにも身を汚してはならない。
21:11 Neither shall he go in to any dead body, nor defile himself for his father, or for his mother;
21:12 また聖所から出てはならない。神の聖所を汚してはならない。その神の注ぎ油による聖別が、彼の上にあるからである。わたしは主である。
21:12 Neither shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the crown of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.
21:13 彼は処女を妻にめとらなければならない。
21:13 And he shall take a wife in her virginity.
21:14 寡婦、出された女、汚れた女、遊女などをめとってはならない。ただ、自分の民のうちの処女を、妻にめとらなければならない。
21:14 A widow, or a divorced woman, or profane, or an harlot, these shall he not take: but he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife.
21:15 そうすれば、彼は民のうちに、自分の子孫を汚すことはない。わたしは彼を聖別する主だからである』」。
21:15 Neither shall he profane his seed among his people: for I the LORD do sanctify him.
21:16 主はまたモーセに言われた、
21:16 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
21:17 「アロンに告げて言いなさい、『あなたの代々の子孫で、だれでも身にきずのある者は近寄って、神の食物をささげてはならない。
21:17 Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of your seed in their generations that has any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God.
21:18 すべて、その身にきずのある者は近寄ってはならない。すなわち、盲人、足の不自由な者、鼻のかけた者、手足の不釣合の者、
21:18 For whatsoever man he be that has a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that has a flat nose, or any thing superfluous,
21:19 足の折れた者、手の折れた者、
21:19 Or a man that is broken footed, or broken handed,
21:20 背中の曲がった者、背のごく低い者、目にきずのある者、かいせんの者、かさぶたのある者、こうがんのつぶれた者などである。
21:20 Or crooked back, or a dwarf, or that has a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or has his stones broken;
21:21 すべて祭司アロンの子孫のうち、身にきずのある者は近寄って、主の火祭をささげてはならない。彼は身にきずがあるから、神の食物をささげるために、近寄ってはならない。
21:21 No man that has a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he has a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God.
21:22 彼は神の食物の聖なる物も、最も聖なる物も食べることができる。
21:22 He shall eat the bread of his God, both of the most holy, and of the holy.
21:23 ただし、垂幕に近づいてはならない。また祭壇に近寄ってはならない。身にきずがあるからである。彼はわたしの聖所を汚してはならない。わたしはそれを聖別する主である』」。
21:23 Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he has a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
21:24 モーセはこれをアロンとその子ら及びイスラエルのすべての人々に告げた。
21:24 And Moses told it unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel.
22:1 主はまたモーセに言われた、
22:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
22:2 「アロンとその子たちに告げて、イスラエルの人々の聖なる物、すなわち、彼らがわたしにささげる物をみだりに用いて、わたしの聖なる名を汚さないようにさせなさい。わたしは主である。
22:2 Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not my holy name in those things which they hallow unto me: I am the LORD.
22:3 彼らに言いなさい、『あなたがたの代々の子孫のうち、だれでも、イスラエルの人々が主にささげる聖なる物に、汚れた身をもって近づく者があれば、その人はわたしの前から断たれるであろう。わたしは主である。
22:3 Say unto them, Whosoever he be of all your seed among your generations, that goes unto the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the LORD.
22:4 アロンの子孫のうち、だれでも、らい病の者、また流出ある者は清くなるまで、聖なる物を食べてはならない。また、すべて死体によって汚れた物に触れた者、精を漏らした者、
22:4 Whosoever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or has a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso touches any thing that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goes from him;
22:5 または、すべて人を汚す這うものに触れた者、または、どのような汚れにせよ、人を汚れさせる人に触れた者、
22:5 Or whosoever touches any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he has;
22:6 このようなものに触れた人は夕まで汚れるであろう。彼はその身を水にすすがないならば、聖なる物を食べてはならない。
22:6 The soul which has touched any such shall be unclean until even, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he wash his flesh with water.

22:7 And when the sun is down, he shall be clean, and shall afterward eat of the holy things; because it is his food.

22:8 That which dies of itself, or is torn with beasts, he shall not eat to defile himself therewith; I am the LORD.

22:9 They shall therefore keep mine ordinance, lest they bear sin for it, and die therefore, if they profane it: I the LORD do sanctify them.
22:10 すべて一般の人は聖なる物を食べてはならない。祭司の同居人や雇人も聖なる物を食べてはならない。
22:10 There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
22:11 しかし、祭司が金をもって人を買った時は、その者はこれを食べることができる。またその家に生れた者も祭司の食物を食べることができる。
22:11 But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: they shall eat of his food.
22:12 もし祭司の娘が一般の人にとついだならば、彼女は聖なる供え物を食べてはならない。
22:12 If the priest's daughter also be married unto a stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things.
22:13 もし祭司の娘が、寡婦となり、または出されて、子供もなく、その父の家に帰り、娘の時のようであれば、その父の食物を食べることができる。ただし、一般の人は、すべてこれを食べてはならない。
22:13 But if the priest's daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father's house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's food: but there shall be no stranger eat thereof.
22:14 もし人があやまって聖なる物を食べるならば、それにその五分の一を加え、聖なる物としてこれを祭司に渡さなければならない。
22:14 And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give it unto the priest with the holy thing.
22:15 祭司はイスラエルの人々が、主にささげる聖なる物を汚してはならない。
22:15 And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto the LORD;
22:16 人々が聖なる物を食べて、その罪のとがを負わないようにさせなければならない。わたしは彼らを聖別する主である』」。
22:16 Or suffer them to bear the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
22:17 主はまたモーセに言われた、
22:17 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
22:18 「アロンとその子たち、およびイスラエルのすべての人々に言いなさい、『イスラエルの家の者、またはイスラエルにおる他国人のうちのだれでも、誓願の供え物、または自発の供え物を燔祭として主にささげようとするならば、
22:18 Speak unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Whatsoever he be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto the LORD for a burnt offering;
22:19 あなたがたの受け入れられるように牛、羊、あるいはやぎの雄の全きものをささげなければならない。
22:19 All of you shall offer at your own will a male without blemish, of the beeves, of the sheep, or of the goats.
22:20 すべてきずのあるものはささげてはならない。それはあなたがたのために、受け入れられないからである。
22:20 But whatsoever has a blemish, that shall all of you not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.
22:21 もし人が特別の誓願をなすため、または自発の供え物のために、牛または羊を酬恩祭の犠牲として、主にささげようとするならば、その受け入れられるために、それは全きものでなければならない。それには、どんなきずもあってはならない。
22:21 And whosoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein.
22:22 すなわち獣のうちで、盲目のもの、折れた所のあるもの、切り取った所のあるもの、うみの出る者、かいせんの者、かさぶたのある者など、あなたがたは、このようなものを主にささげてはならない。また祭壇の上に、これらを火祭として、主にささげてはならない。
22:22 Blind, or broken, or physically disabled, or having a leaking sore, or scurvy, or scabbed, all of you shall not offer these unto the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD.
22:23 牛あるいは羊で、足の長すぎる者、または短すぎる者は、あなたがたが自発の供え物とすることはできるが、誓願の供え物としては受け入れられないであろう。
22:23 Either a bullock or a lamb that has any thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that may you offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.
22:24 あなたがたは、こうがんの破れたもの、つぶれたもの、裂けたもの、または切り取られたものを、主にささげてはならない。またあなたがたの国のうちで、このようなことを、行ってはならない。
22:24 All of you shall not offer unto the LORD that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall all of you make any offering thereof in your land.
22:25 また、あなたがたは異邦人の手からこれらのものを受けて、あなたがたの神の食物としてささげてはならない。これらのものには欠点があり、きずがあって、あなたがたのために受け入れられないからである』」。
22:25 Neither from a stranger's hand shall all of you offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you.
22:26 主はまたモーセに言われた、
22:26 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
22:27 「牛、または羊、またはやぎが生れたならば、これを七日の間その母親のもとに置かなければならない。八日目からは主にささげる火祭として受け入れられるであろう。
22:27 When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
22:28 あなたがたは雌牛または雌羊をその子と同じ日にほふってはならない。
22:28 And whether it be cow, or ewe, all of you shall not kill it and her young both in one day.
22:29 あなたがたが感謝の犠牲を主にささげるときは、あなたがたの受け入れられるようにささげなければならない。
22:29 And when all of you will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the LORD, offer it at your own will.
22:30 これはその日のうちに食べなければならない。明くる日まで残しておいてはならない。わたしは主である。
22:30 On the same day it shall be eaten up; all of you shall leave none of it until the next day: I am the LORD.
22:31 あなたがたはわたしの戒めを守り、これを行わなければならない。わたしは主である。
22:31 Therefore shall all of you keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD.
22:32 あなたがたはわたしの聖なる名を汚してはならない。かえって、わたしはイスラエルの人々のうちに聖とされなければならない。わたしはあなたがたを聖別する主である。
22:32 Neither shall all of you profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the LORD which hallow you,
22:33 あなたがたの神となるために、あなたがたをエジプトの国から導き出した者である。わたしは主である」。
22:33 That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD.
23:1 主はまたモーセに言われた、
23:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
23:2 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『あなたがたが、ふれ示して聖会とすべき主の定めの祭は次のとおりである。これらはわたしの定めの祭である。
23:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which all of you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
23:3 六日の間は仕事をしなければならない。第七日は全き休みの安息日であり、聖会である。どのような仕事もしてはならない。これはあなたがたのすべてのすまいにおいて守るべき主の安息日である。
23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; all of you shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.
23:4 その時々に、あなたがたが、ふれ示すべき主の定めの祭なる聖会は次のとおりである。
23:4 These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which all of you shall proclaim in their seasons.
23:5 正月の十四日の夕は主の過越の祭である。
23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD's passover.
23:6 またその月の十五日は主の種入れぬパンの祭である。あなたがたは七日の間は種入れぬパンを食べなければならない。
23:6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days all of you must eat unleavened bread.
23:7 その初めの日に聖会を開かなければならない。どんな労働もしてはならない。
23:7 In the first day all of you shall have an holy convocation: all of you shall do no servile work therein.
23:8 あなたがたは七日の間、主に火祭をささげなければならない。第七日には、また聖会を開き、どのような労働もしてはならない』」。
23:8 But all of you shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD seven days: in the seventh day is an holy convocation: all of you shall do no servile work therein.
23:9 主はまたモーセに言われた、
23:9 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
23:10 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『わたしが与える地にはいって穀物を刈り入れるとき、あなたがたは穀物の初穂の束を、祭司のところへ携えてこなければならない。
23:10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When all of you be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then all of you shall bring a sheaf of the first-fruits of your harvest unto the priest:
23:11 彼はあなたがたの受け入れられるように、その束を主の前に揺り動かすであろう。すなわち、祭司は安息日の翌日に、これを揺り動かすであろう。
23:11 And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the next day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
23:12 またその束を揺り動かす日に、一歳の雄の小羊の全きものを燔祭として主にささげなければならない。
23:12 And all of you shall offer that day when all of you wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering unto the LORD.
23:13 その素祭には油を混ぜた麦粉十分の二エパを用い、これを主にささげて火祭とし、香ばしいかおりとしなければならない。またその灌祭には、ぶどう酒一ヒンの四分の一を用いなければならない。
23:13 And the food offering thereof shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD for a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of an hin.
23:14 あなたがたの神にこの供え物をささげるその日まで、あなたがたはパンも、焼麦も、新穀も食べてはならない。これはあなたがたのすべてのすまいにおいて、代々ながく守るべき定めである。
23:14 And all of you shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the very same day that all of you have brought an offering unto your God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
23:15 また安息日の翌日、すなわち、揺祭の束をささげた日から満七週を数えなければならない。
23:15 And all of you shall count unto you from the next day after the sabbath, from the day that all of you brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
23:16 すなわち、第七の安息日の翌日までに、五十日を数えて、新穀の素祭を主にささげなければならない。
23:16 Even unto the next day after the seventh sabbath shall all of you number fifty days; and all of you shall offer a new food offering unto the LORD.
23:17 またあなたがたのすまいから、十分の二エパの麦粉に種を入れて焼いたパン二個を携えてきて揺祭としなければならない。これは初穂として主にささげるものである。
23:17 All of you shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals; they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven; they are the first-fruits unto the LORD.
23:18 あなたがたはまたパンのほかに、一歳の全き小羊七頭と、若き雄牛一頭と、雄羊二頭をささげなければならない。すなわち、これらをその素祭および灌祭とともに主にささげて燔祭としなければならない。これは火祭であって、主に香ばしいかおりとなるであろう。
23:18 And all of you shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be for a burnt offering unto the LORD, with their food offering, and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of sweet savour unto the LORD.
23:19 また雄やぎ一頭を罪祭としてささげ、一歳の小羊二頭を酬恩祭の犠牲としてささげなければならない。
23:19 Then all of you shall sacrifice one kid of the goats for a sin offering, and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace offerings.
23:20 そして祭司はその初穂のパンと共に、この二頭の小羊を主の前に揺祭として揺り動かさなければならない。これらは主にささげる聖なる物であって、祭司に帰するであろう。
23:20 And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the first-fruits for a wave offering before the LORD, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to the LORD for the priest.
23:21 あなたがたは、その日にふれ示して、聖会を開かなければならない。どのような労働もしてはならない。これはあなたがたのすべてのすまいにおいて、代々ながく守るべき定めである。
23:21 And all of you shall proclaim on the very same day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: all of you shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
23:22 あなたがたの地の穀物を刈り入れるときは、その刈入れにあたって、畑のすみずみまで刈りつくしてはならない。またあなたの穀物の落ち穂を拾ってはならない。貧しい者と寄留者のために、それを残しておかなければならない。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である』」。
23:22 And when all of you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not make clean purging of the corners of your field when you reap, neither shall you gather any gleaning of your harvest: you shall leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the LORD your God.
23:23 主はまたモーセに言われた、
23:23 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
23:24 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『七月一日をあなたがたの安息の日とし、ラッパを吹き鳴らして記念する聖会としなければならない。
23:24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall all of you have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
23:25 どのような労働もしてはならない。しかし、主に火祭をささげなければならない』」。
23:25 All of you shall do no servile work therein: but all of you shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
23:26 主はまたモーセに言われた、
23:26 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
23:27 「特にその七月の十日は贖罪の日である。あなたがたは聖会を開き、身を悩まし、主に火祭をささげなければならない。
23:27 Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and all of you shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
23:28 その日には、どのような仕事もしてはならない。これはあなたがたのために、あなたがたの神、主の前にあがないをなすべき贖罪の日だからである。
23:28 And all of you shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.
23:29 すべてその日に身を悩まさない者は、民のうちから断たれるであろう。
23:29 For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
23:30 またすべてその日にどのような仕事をしても、その人をわたしは民のうちから滅ぼし去るであろう。
23:30 And whatsoever soul it be that does any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
23:31 あなたがたはどのような仕事もしてはならない。これはあなたがたのすべてのすまいにおいて、代々ながく守るべき定めである。
23:31 All of you shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
23:32 これはあなたがたの全き休みの安息日である。あなたがたは身を悩まさなければならない。またその月の九日の夕には、その夕から次の夕まで安息を守らなければならない」。
23:32 It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and all of you shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall all of you celebrate your sabbath.
23:33 主はまたモーセに言われた、
23:33 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
23:34 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『その七月の十五日は仮庵の祭である。七日の間、主の前にそれを守らなければならない。
23:34 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the LORD.
23:35 初めの日に聖会を開かなければならない。どのような労働もしてはならない。
23:35 On the first day shall be an holy convocation: all of you shall do no servile work therein.
23:36 また七日の間、主に火祭をささげなければならない。八日目には聖会を開き、主に火祭をささげなければならない。これは聖会の日であるから、どのような労働もしてはならない。
23:36 Seven days all of you shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and all of you shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it is a solemn assembly; and all of you shall do no servile work therein.
23:37 これらは主の定めの祭であって、あなたがたがふれ示して聖会とし、主に火祭すなわち、燔祭、素祭、犠牲および灌祭を、そのささぐべき日にささげなければならない。
23:37 These are the feasts of the LORD, which all of you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, and a food offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day:
23:38 このほかに主の安息日があり、またほかに、あなたがたのささげ物があり、またほかに、あなたがたのもろもろの誓願の供え物があり、またそのほかに、あなたがたのもろもろの自発の供え物がある。これらは皆あなたがたが主にささげるものである。
23:38 Beside the sabbaths of the LORD, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which all of you give unto the LORD.
23:39 あなたがたが、地の産物を集め終ったときは、七月の十五日から七日のあいだ、主の祭を守らなければならない。すなわち、初めの日にも安息をし、八日目にも安息をしなければならない。
23:39 Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when all of you have gathered in the fruit of the land, all of you shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath.
23:40 初めの日に、美しい木の実と、なつめやしの枝と、茂った木の枝と、谷のはこやなぎの枝を取って、七日の間あなたがたの神、主の前に楽しまなければならない。
23:40 And all of you shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and all of you shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.
23:41 あなたがたは年に七日の間、主にこの祭を守らなければならない。これはあなたがたの代々ながく守るべき定めであって、七月にこれを守らなければならない。
23:41 And all of you shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: all of you shall celebrate it in the seventh month.
23:42 あなたがたは七日の間、仮庵に住み、イスラエルで生れた者はみな仮庵に住まなければならない。
23:42 All of you shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:
23:43 これはわたしがイスラエルの人々をエジプトの国から導き出したとき、彼らを仮庵に住まわせた事を、あなたがたの代々の子孫に知らせるためである。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である』」。
23:43 That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
23:44 モーセは主の定めの祭をイスラエルの人々に告げた。
23:44 And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of the LORD.
24:1 主はまたモーセに言われた、
24:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
24:2 「イスラエルの人々に命じて、オリブを砕いて採った純粋の油を、ともしびのためにあなたの所へ持ってこさせ、絶えずともしびをともさせなさい。
24:2 Command the children of Israel, that they bring unto you pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamps to burn continually.
24:3 すなわち、アロンは会見の幕屋のうちのあかしの垂幕の外で、夕から朝まで絶えず、そのともしびを主の前に整えなければならない。これはあなたがたが代々ながく守るべき定めである。
24:3 Without the vail of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aaron order it from the evening unto the morning before the LORD continually: it shall be a statute for ever in your generations.
24:4 彼は純金の燭台の上に、そのともしびを絶えず主の前に整えなければならない。
24:4 He shall order the lamps upon the pure candlestick before the LORD continually.
24:5 あなたは麦粉を取り、それで十二個の菓子を焼かなければならない。菓子一個に麦粉十分の二エパを用いなければならない。
24:5 And you shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth deals shall be in one cake.
24:6 そしてそれを主の前の純金の机の上に、ひと重ね六個ずつ、ふた重ねにして置かなければならない。
24:6 And you shall set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before the LORD.
24:7 あなたはまた、おのおのの重ねの上に、純粋の乳香を置いて、そのパンの記念の分とし、主にささげて火祭としなければならない。
24:7 And you shall put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
24:8 安息日ごとに絶えず、これを主の前に整えなければならない。これはイスラエルの人々のささぐべきものであって、永遠の契約である。
24:8 Every sabbath he shall set it in order before the LORD continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant.
24:9 これはアロンとその子たちに帰する。彼らはこれを聖なる所で食べなければならない。これはいと聖なる物であって、主の火祭のうち彼に帰すべき永久の分である」。
24:9 And it shall be Aaron's and his sons'; and they shall eat it in the holy place: for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute.
24:10 イスラエルの女を母とし、エジプトびとを父とするひとりの者が、イスラエルの人々のうちに出てきて、そのイスラエルの女の産んだ子と、ひとりのイスラエルびとが宿営の中で争いをし、
24:10 And the son of an Israelites woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel: and this son of the Israelites woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp;
24:11 そのイスラエルの女の産んだ子が主の名を汚して、のろったので、人々は彼をモーセのもとに連れてきた。その母はダンの部族のデブリの娘で、名をシロミテといった。
24:11 And the Israelites woman's son blasphemed the name of the Lord, and cursed. And they brought him unto Moses: (and his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan:)
24:12 人々は彼を閉じ込めて置いて、主の示しを受けるのを待っていた。
24:12 And they put him in ward, that the mind of the LORD might be showed them.
24:13 時に主はモーセに言われた、
24:13 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
24:14 「あの、のろいごとを言った者を宿営の外に引き出し、それを聞いた者に、みな手を彼の頭に置かせ、全会衆に彼を石で撃たせなさい。
24:14 Bring forth him that has cursed without the camp; and let all that heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him.
24:15 あなたはまたイスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『だれでも、その神をのろう者は、その罪を負わなければならない。
24:15 And you shall speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curses his God shall bear his sin.
24:16 主の名を汚す者は必ず殺されるであろう。全会衆は必ず彼を石で撃たなければならない。他国の者でも、この国に生れた者でも、主の名を汚すときは殺されなければならない。
24:16 And he that blasphemes the name of the LORD, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemes the name of the Lord, shall be put to death.
24:17 だれでも、人を撃ち殺した者は、必ず殺されなければならない。
24:17 And he that kills any man shall surely be put to death.
24:18 獣を撃ち殺した者は、獣をもってその獣を償わなければならない。
24:18 And he that kills a beast shall make it good; beast for beast.
24:19 もし人が隣人に傷を負わせるなら、その人は自分がしたように自分にされなければならない。
24:19 And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he has done, so shall it be done to him;

24:20 Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he has caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again.

24:21 And he that kills a beast, he shall restore it: and he that kills a man, he shall be put to death.

24:22 All of you shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the LORD your God.

24:23 And Moses spoke to the children of Israel, that they should bring forth him that had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.

25:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,

25:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When all of you come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the LORD.

25:3 Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;

25:4 But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: you shall neither sow your field, nor prune your vineyard.

25:5 That which grows of its own accord of your harvest you shall not reap, neither gather the grapes of your vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land.
25:6 安息の年の地の産物は、あなたがたの食物となるであろう。すなわち、あなたと、男女の奴隷と、雇人と、あなたの所に宿っている他国人と、
25:6 And the sabbath of the land shall be food for you; for you, and for your servant, and for your maid, and for your hired servant, and for your stranger that sojourns with you.
25:7 あなたの家畜と、あなたの国のうちの獣とのために、その産物はみな、食物となるであろう。
25:7 And for your cattle, and for the beast that are in your land, shall all the increase thereof be food.

25:8 And you shall number seven sabbaths of years unto you, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto you forty and nine years.

25:9 Then shall you cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall all of you make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

25:10 And all of you shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and all of you shall return every man unto his possession, and all of you shall return every man unto his family.
25:11 その五十年目はあなたがたにはヨベルの年である。種をまいてはならない。また自然に生えたものは刈り取ってはならない。手入れをしないで結んだぶどうの実は摘んではならない。
25:11 A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: all of you shall not sow, neither reap that which grows of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of your vine undressed.

25:12 For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: all of you shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

25:13 In the year of this jubile all of you shall return every man unto his possession.
25:14 あなたの隣人に物を売り、また隣人から物を買うときは、互に欺いてはならない。
25:14 And if you sell ought unto your neighbour, or buy ought of your neighbour's hand, all of you shall not oppress one another:

25:15 According to the number of years after the jubile you shall buy of your neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto you:

25:16 According to the multitude of years you shall increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years you shall diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits does he sell unto you.

25:17 All of you shall not therefore oppress one another; but you shall fear your God:for I am the LORD your God.

25:18 Wherefore all of you shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and all of you shall dwell in the land in safety.

25:19 And the land shall yield her fruit, and all of you shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.

25:20 And if all of you shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:
25:21 わたしは命じて六年目に、あなたがたに祝福をくだし、三か年分の産物を実らせるであろう。
25:21 Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.
25:22 あなたがたは八年目に種をまく時には、なお古い産物を食べているであろう。九年目にその産物のできるまで、あなたがたは古いものを食べることができるであろう。
25:22 And all of you shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in all of you shall eat of the old store.
25:23 地は永代には売ってはならない。地はわたしのものだからである。あなたがたはわたしと共にいる寄留者、また旅びとである。
25:23 The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine, for all of you are strangers and sojourners with me.

25:24 And in all the land of your possession all of you shall grant a redemption for the land.

25:25 If your brother be becoming poor, and has sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

25:26 And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;

25:27 Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the surplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession.

25:28 But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that has bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.

25:29 And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it.

25:30 And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.

25:31 But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile.

25:32 Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.

25:33 And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.

25:34 But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.

25:35 And if your brother be becoming poor, and fallen in decay with you; then you shall relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with you.

25:36 Take you no interest of him, or increase: but fear your God; that your brother may live with you.

25:37 You shall not give him your money upon interest, nor lend him your victuals for increase.

25:38 I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.

25:39 And if your brother that dwells by you be becoming poor, and be sold unto you; you shall not compel him to serve as a bondservant:

25:40 But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with you, and shall serve you unto the year of jubile.

25:41 And then shall he depart from you, both he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.

25:42 For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.

25:45 Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall all of you buy, and of their families that are with you, which they brings forth in your land: and they shall be your possession.

25:46 And all of you shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, all of you shall not rule one over another with rigour.
25:47 あなたと共にいる寄留者または旅びとが富み、そのかたわらにいるあなたの兄弟が落ちぶれて、あなたと共にいるその寄留者、旅びと、または寄留者の一族のひとりに身を売った場合、
25:47 And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by you, and your brother that dwells by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner by you, or to the stock of the stranger's family:

25:48 After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him:

25:51 If there be yet many years behind, according unto them he shall give again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.

25:52 And if there remain but few years unto the year of jubile, then he shall count with him, and according unto his years shall he give him again the price of his redemption.

25:53 And as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: and the other shall not rule with rigour over him in your sight.

25:54 And if he be not redeemed in these years, then he shall go out in the year of jubile, both he, and his children with him.

25:55 For unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

26:1 All of you shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall all of you set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.
26:2 あなたがたはわたしの安息日を守り、またわたしの聖所を敬わなければならない。わたしは主である。
26:2 All of you shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.
26:3 もしあなたがたがわたしの定めに歩み、わたしの戒めを守って、これを行うならば、
26:3 If all of you walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

26:4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

26:5 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and all of you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
26:6 わたしが国に平和を与えるから、あなたがたは安らかに寝ることができ、あなたがたを恐れさすものはないであろう。わたしはまた国のうちから悪い獣を絶やすであろう。つるぎがあなたがたの国を行き巡ることはないであろう。
26:6 And I will give peace in the land, and all of you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

26:7 And all of you shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

26:9 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.

26:10 And all of you shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.

26:11 And I set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not detest you.

26:12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and all of you shall be my people.

26:13 I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that all of you should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

26:14 But if all of you will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;

26:15 And if all of you shall despise my statutes, or if your soul detest my judgments, so that all of you will not do all my commandments, but that all of you break my covenant:

26:16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and all of you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
26:17 わたしは顔をあなたがたにむけて攻め、あなたがたは敵の前に撃ちひしがれるであろう。またあなたがたの憎む者があなたがたを治めるであろう。あなたがたは追う者もないのに逃げるであろう。
26:17 And I will set my face against you, and all of you shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and all of you shall flee when none pursues you.

26:18 And if all of you will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

26:19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

26:20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.

26:21 And if all of you walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.

26:22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.

26:23 And if all of you will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;

26:24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
26:25 わたしはあなたがたの上につるぎを臨ませ、違約の恨みを報いるであろう。あなたがたが町々に集まる時は、あなたがたのうちに疫病を送り、あなたがたは敵の手にわたされるであろう。
26:25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when all of you are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and all of you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

26:26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and all of you shall eat, and not be satisfied.

26:27 And if all of you will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;

26:28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

26:29 And all of you shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall all of you eat.

26:30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcasses upon the carcasses of your idols, and my soul shall detest you.

26:31 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.

26:32 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
26:33 わたしはあなたがたを国々の間に散らし、つるぎを抜いて、あなたがたの後を追うであろう。あなたがたの地は荒れ果て、あなたがたの町々は荒れ地となるであろう。
26:33 And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.
26:34 こうしてその地が荒れ果てて、あなたがたは敵の国にある間、地は安息を楽しむであろう。すなわち、その時、地は休みを得て、安息を楽しむであろう。
26:34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lies desolate, and all of you be in your enemies' land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
26:35 それは荒れ果てている日の間、休むであろう。あなたがたがそこに住んでいる間、あなたがたの安息のときに休みを得なかったものである。
26:35 As long as it lies desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when all of you dwelt upon it.
26:36 またあなたがたのうちの残っている者の心に、敵の国でわたしは恐れをいだかせるであろう。彼らは木の葉の動く音にも驚いて逃げ、つるぎを避けて逃げる者のように逃げて、追う者もないのにころび倒れるであろう。
26:36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursues.
26:37 彼らは追う者もないのに、つるぎをのがれる者のように折り重なって、つまずき倒れるであろう。あなたがたは敵の前に立つことができないであろう。
26:37 And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursues: and all of you shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
26:38 あなたがたは国々のうちにあって滅びうせ、あなたがたの敵の地はあなたがたをのみつくすであろう。
26:38 And all of you shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
26:39 あなたがたのうちの残っている者は、あなたがたの敵の地で自分の罪のゆえにやせ衰え、また先祖たちの罪のゆえに彼らと同じようにやせ衰えるであろう。
26:39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies' lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
26:40 しかし、彼らがもし、自分の罪と、先祖たちの罪、すなわち、わたしに反逆し、またわたしに逆らって歩んだことを告白するならば、
26:40 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
26:41 たといわたしが彼らに逆らって歩み、彼らを敵の国に引いて行っても、もし彼らの無割礼の心が砕かれ、あまんじて罪の罰を受けるならば、
26:41 And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
26:42 そのときわたしはヤコブと結んだ契約を思い起し、またイサクと結んだ契約およびアブラハムと結んだ契約を思い起し、またその地を思い起すであろう。
26:42 Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
26:43 しかし、彼らが地を離れて地が荒れ果てている間、地はその安息を楽しむであろう。彼らはまた、あまんじて罪の罰を受けるであろう。彼らがわたしのおきてを軽んじ、心にわたしの定めを忌みきらったからである。
26:43 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lies desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
26:44 それにもかかわらず、なおわたしは彼らが敵の国におるとき、彼らを捨てず、また忌みきらわず、彼らを滅ぼし尽さず、彼らと結んだわたしの契約を破ることをしないであろう。わたしは彼らの神、主だからである。
26:44 And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I detest them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God.
26:45 わたしは彼らの先祖たちと結んだ契約を彼らのために思い起すであろう。彼らはわたしがその神となるために国々の人の目の前で、エジプトの地から導き出した者である。わたしは主である』」。
26:45 But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
26:46 これらは主が、シナイ山で、自分とイスラエルの人々との間に、モーセによって立てられた定めと、おきてと、律法である。
26:46 These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
27:1 主はモーセに言われた、
27:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
27:2 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『人があなたの値積りに従って主に身をささげる誓願をする時は、
27:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by your estimation.
27:3 あなたの値積りは、二十歳から六十歳までの男には、その値積りを聖所のシケルに従って銀五十シケルとし、
27:3 And your estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even your estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
27:4 女には、その値積りは三十シケルとしなければならない。
27:4 And if it be a female, then your estimation shall be thirty shekels.
27:5 また五歳から二十歳までは、男にはその値積りを二十シケルとし、女には十シケルとしなければならない。
27:5 And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then your estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
27:6 一か月から五歳までは、男にはその値積りを銀五シケルとし、女にはその値積りを銀三シケルとしなければならない。
27:6 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then your estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female your estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
27:7 また六十歳以上は、男にはその値積りを十五シケルとし、女には十シケルとしなければならない。
27:7 And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then your estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
27:8 もしその人が貧しくて、あなたの値積りに応じることができないならば、祭司の前に立ち、祭司の値積りを受けなければならない。祭司はその誓願者の力に従って値積らなければならない。
27:8 But if he be poorer than your estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
27:9 主に供え物とすることができる家畜で、人が主にささげるものはすべて聖なる物となる。
27:9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man gives of such unto the LORD shall be holy.
27:10 ほかのものをそれに代用してはならない。良い物を悪い物に、悪い物を良い物に取り換えてはならない。もし家畜と家畜とを取り換えるならば、その物も、それと取り換えた物も共に聖なる物となるであろう。
27:10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
27:11 もしそれが汚れた家畜で、主に供え物としてささげられないものであるならば、その人はその家畜を祭司の前に引いてこなければならない。
27:11 And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:
27:12 祭司はその良い悪いに従って、それを値積らなければならない。それは祭司が値積るとおりになるであろう。
27:12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as you value it, who are the priest, so shall it be.
27:13 もしその人が、それをあがなおうとするならば、その値積りにその五分の一を加えなければならない。
27:13 But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto your estimation.
27:14 もし人が自分の家を主に聖なる物としてささげるときは、祭司はその良い悪いに従って、それを値積らなければならない。それは祭司が値積ったとおりになるであろう。
27:14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
27:15 もしその家をささげる人が、それをあがなおうとするならば、その値積りの金に、その五分の一を加えなければならない。そうすれば、それは彼のものとなるであろう。
27:15 And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
27:16 もし人が相続した畑の一部を主にささげるときは、あなたはそこにまく種の多少に応じて、値積らなければならない。すなわち、大麦一ホメルの種を銀五十シケルに値積らなければならない。
27:16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then your estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
27:17 もしその畑をヨベルの年からささげるのであれば、その価はあなたの値積りのとおりになるであろう。
27:17 If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to your estimation it shall stand.
27:18 もしその畑をヨベルの年の後にささげるのであれば、祭司はヨベルの年までに残っている年の数に従ってその金を数え、それをあなたの値積りからさし引かなければならない。
27:18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be decreased from your estimation.
27:19 もしまた、その畑をささげる人が、それをあがなおうとするならば、あなたの値積りの金にその五分の一を加えなければならない。そうすれば、それは彼のものと決まるであろう。
27:19 And if he that sanctified the field will in any way redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
27:20 しかし、もしその畑をあがなわず、またそれを他の人に売るならば、それはもはやあがなうことができないであろう。
27:20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
27:21 その畑は、ヨベルの年になって期限が切れるならば、奉納の畑と同じく、主の聖なる物となり、祭司の所有となるであろう。
27:21 But the field, when it goes out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.
27:22 もしまた相続した畑の一部でなく、買った畑を主にささげる時は、
27:22 And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he has bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
27:23 祭司は値積りしてヨベルの年までの金を数えなければならない。その人はその値積りの金をその日に主にささげて、聖なる物としなければならない。
27:23 Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of your estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give yours estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.
27:24 ヨベルの年にその畑は売り主であるその地の相続者に返るであろう。
27:24 In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
27:25 すべてあなたの値積りは聖所のシケルによってしなければならない。二十ゲラを一シケルとする。
27:25 And all your estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
27:26 しかし、家畜のういごは、ういごとしてすでに主のものだから、だれもこれをささげてはならない。牛でも羊でも、それは主のものである。
27:26 Only the first born of the beasts, which should be the LORD's first born, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD's.
27:27 もし汚れた家畜であるならば、あなたの値積りにその五分の一を加えて、その人はこれをあがなわなければならない。もしあがなわないならば、それを値積りに従って売らなければならない。
27:27 And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to yours estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your estimation.
27:28 ただし、人が自分の持っているもののうちから奉納物として主にささげたものは、人であっても、家畜であっても、また相続の畑であっても、いっさいこれを売ってはならない。またあがなってはならない。奉納物はすべて主に属するいと聖なる物である。
27:28 Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he has, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.
27:29 またすべて人のうちから奉納物としてささげられた人は、あがなってはならない。彼は必ず殺されなければならない。
27:29 None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.
27:30 地の十分の一は地の産物であれ、木の実であれ、すべて主のものであって、主に聖なる物である。
27:30 And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD.
27:31 もし人がその十分の一をあがなおうとする時は、それにその五分の一を加えなければならない。
27:31 And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.
27:32 牛または羊の十分の一については、すべて牧者のつえの下を十番目に通るものは、主に聖なる物である。
27:32 And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.
27:33 その良い悪いを問うてはならない。またそれを取り換えてはならない。もし取り換えたならば、それと、その取り換えたものとは、共に聖なる物となるであろう。それをあがなうことはできない』」。
27:33 He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
27:34 これらは主が、シナイ山で、イスラエルの人々のために、モーセに命じられた戒めである。
27:34 These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
