25:1 イスラエルはシッテムにとどまっていたが、民はモアブの娘たちと、みだらな事をし始めた。
25:1 And Israel abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab.
25:2 その娘たちが神々に犠牲をささげる時に民を招くと、民は一緒にそれを食べ、娘たちの神々を拝んだ。
25:2 And they called the people unto the sacrifices of their gods: and the people did eat, and bowed down to their gods.
25:3 イスラエルはこうしてペオルのバアルにつきしたがったので、主はイスラエルにむかって怒りを発せられた。
25:3 And Israel joined himself unto Baalpeor: and the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel.
25:4 そして主はモーセに言われた、「民の首領をことごとく捕え、日のあるうちにその人々を主の前で処刑しなさい。そうすれば主の怒りはイスラエルを離れるであろう」。
25:4 And the LORD said unto Moses, Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the LORD against the sun, that the fierce anger of the LORD may be turned away from Israel.
25:5 モーセはイスラエルのさばきびとたちにむかって言った、「あなたがたはおのおの、配下の者どもでペオルのバアルにつきしたがったものを殺しなさい」。
25:5 And Moses said unto the judges of Israel, Slay all of you every one his men that were joined unto Baalpeor.
25:6 モーセとイスラエルの人々の全会衆とが会見の幕屋の入口で泣いていた時、彼らの目の前で、ひとりのイスラエルびとが、その兄弟たちの中に、ひとりのミデアンの女を連れてきた。
25:6 And, behold, one of the children of Israel came and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight of Moses, and in the sight of all the congregation of the children of Israel, who were weeping before the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
25:7 祭司アロンの子なるエレアザルの子ピネハスはこれを見て、会衆のうちから立ち上がり、やりを手に執り、
25:7 And when Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose up from among the congregation, and took a javelin in his hand;
25:8 そのイスラエルの人の後を追って、奥の間に入り、そのイスラエルの人を突き、またその女の腹を突き通して、ふたりを殺した。こうして疫病がイスラエルの人々に及ぶのがやんだ。
25:8 And he went after the man of Israel into the tent, and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her belly. So the plague was stayed from the children of Israel.
25:9 しかし、その疫病で死んだ者は二万四千人であった。
25:9 And those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand.
25:10 主はモーセに言われた、
25:10 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
25:11 「祭司アロンの子なるエレアザルの子ピネハスは自分のことのように、わたしの憤激をイスラエルの人々のうちに表わし、わたしの怒りをそのうちから取り去ったので、わたしは憤激して、イスラエルの人々を滅ぼすことをしなかった。
25:11 Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy.
25:12 このゆえにあなたは言いなさい、『わたしは平和の契約を彼に授ける。
25:12 Wherefore say, Behold, I give unto him my covenant of peace:
25:13 これは彼とその後の子孫に永遠の祭司職の契約となるであろう。彼はその神のために熱心であって、イスラエルの人々のために罪のあがないをしたからである』と」。
25:13 And he shall have it, and his seed after him, even the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his God, and made an atonement for the children of Israel.
25:14 ミデアンの女と共に殺されたイスラエルの人の名はジムリといい、サルの子で、シメオンびとのうちの一族のつかさであった。
25:14 Now the name of the Israelite that was slain, even that was slain with the Midianitish woman, was Zimri, the son of Salu, a prince of a chief house among the Simeonites.
25:15 またその殺されたミデアンの女の名はコズビといい、ツルの娘であった。ツルはミデアンの民の一族のかしらであった。
25:15 And the name of the Midianitish woman that was slain was Cozbi, the daughter of Zur; he was head over a people, and of a chief house in Midian.
25:16 主はまたモーセに言われた、
25:16 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
25:17 「ミデアンびとを打ち悩ましなさい。
25:17 Vex the Midianites, and strike them:
25:18 彼らはたくらみをもって、あなたがたを悩まし、ペオルの事と、彼らの姉妹、ミデアンのつかさの娘コズビ、すなわちペオルの事により、疫病の起った日に殺された女の事とによって、あなたがたを惑わしたからである」。
25:18 For they vex you with their wiles, wherewith they have misled you in the matter of Peor, and in the matter of Cozbi, the daughter of a prince of Midian, their sister, which was slain in the day of the plague for Peor's sake.
26:1 疫病の後、主はモーセと祭司アロンの子エレアザルとに言われた、
26:1 And it came to pass after the plague, that the LORD spoke unto Moses and unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, saying,
26:2 「イスラエルの人々の全会衆の総数をその父祖の家にしたがって調べ、イスラエルにおいて、すべて戦争に出ることのできる二十歳以上の者を数えなさい」。
26:2 Take the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, throughout their fathers' house, all that are able to go to war in Israel.
26:3 そこでモーセと祭司エレアザルとは、エリコに近いヨルダンのほとりにあるモアブの平野で彼らに言った、
26:3 And Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke with them in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
26:4 「主がモーセに命じられたように、あなたがたのうちの二十歳以上の者を数えなさい」。エジプトの地から出てきたイスラエルの人々は次のとおりである。
26:4 Take the sum of the people, from twenty years old and upward; as the LORD commanded Moses and the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt.
26:5 ルベンはイスラエルの長子である。ルベンの子孫は、ヘノクからヘノクびとの氏族が出、パルからパルびとの氏族が出、
26:5 Reuben, the eldest son of Israel: the children of Reuben; Hanoch, of whom comes the family of the Hanochites: of Pallu, the family of the Palluites:
26:6 ヘヅロンからヘヅロンびとの氏族が出、カルミからカルミびとの氏族が出た。
26:6 Of Hezron, the family of the Hezronites: of Carmi, the family of the Carmites.
26:7 これらはルベンびとの氏族であって、数えられた者は四万三千七百三十人であった。
26:7 These are the families of the Reubenites: and they that were numbered of them were forty and three thousand and seven hundred and thirty.
26:8 またパルの子はエリアブ。
26:8 And the sons of Pallu; Eliab.
26:9 エリアブの子はネムエル、ダタン、アビラムである。このダタンとアビラムとは会衆のうちから選び出された者で、コラのともがらと共にモーセとアロンとに逆らって主と争った時、
26:9 And the sons of Eliab; Nemuel, and Dathan, and Abiram. This is that Dathan and Abiram, which were famous in the congregation, who strove against Moses and against Aaron in the company of Korah, when they strove against the LORD:
26:10 地は口を開いて彼らとコラとをのみ、その仲間は死んだ。その時二百五十人が火に焼き滅ぼされて、戒めの鏡となった。
26:10 And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up together with Korah, when that company died, what time the fire devoured two hundred and fifty men: and they became a sign.
26:11 ただし、コラの子たちは死ななかった。
26:11 Notwithstanding the children of Korah died not.

26:13 Of Zerah, the family of the Zarhites: of Shaul, the family of the Shaulites.
26:14 これらはシメオンびとの氏族であって、数えられた者は二万二千二百人であった。
26:14 These are the families of the Simeonites, twenty and two thousand and two hundred.
26:15 ガドの子孫は、その氏族によれば、ゼポンからゼポンびとの氏族が出、ハギからハギびとの氏族が出、シュニからシュニびとの氏族が出、
26:15 The children of Gad after their families: of Zephon, the family of the Zephonites: of Haggi, the family of the Haggites: of Shuni, the family of the Shunites:
26:16 オズニからオズニびとの氏族が出、エリからエリびとの氏族が出、
26:16 Of Ozni, the family of the Oznites: of Eri, the family of the Erites:
26:17 アロドからアロドびとの氏族が出、アレリからアレリびとの氏族が出た。
26:17 Of Arod, the family of the Arodites: of Areli, the family of the Arelites.
26:18 これらはガドの子孫の氏族であって、数えられた者は四万五百人であった。
26:18 These are the families of the children of Gad according to those that were numbered of them, forty thousand and five hundred.
26:19 ユダの子らはエルとオナンとであって、エルとオナンとはカナンの地で死んだ。
26:19 The sons of Judah were Er and Onan: and Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan.

26:20 And the sons of Judah after their families were; of Shelah, the family of the Shelanites: of Pharez, the family of the Pharzites: of Zerah, the family of the Zarhites.
26:21 ペレヅの子孫は、ヘヅロンからヘヅロンびとの氏族が出、ハムルからハムルびとの氏族が出た。
26:21 And the sons of Pharez were; of Hezron, the family of the Hezronites: of Hamul, the family of the Hamulites.
26:22 これらはユダの氏族であって、数えられた者は七万六千五百人であった。
26:22 These are the families of Judah according to those that were numbered of them, threescore and sixteen thousand and five hundred.
26:23 イッサカルの子孫は、その氏族によれば、トラからトラびとの氏族が出、プワからプワびとの氏族が出、
26:23 Of the sons of Issachar after their families: of Tola, the family of the Tolaites: of Pua, the family of the Punites:
26:24 ヤシュブからヤシュブびとの氏族が出、シムロンからシムロンびとの氏族が出た。
26:24 Of Jashub, the family of the Jashubites: of Shimron, the family of the Shimronites.
26:25 これらはイッサカルの氏族であって、数えられた者は六万四千三百人であった。
26:25 These are the families of Issachar according to those that were numbered of them, threescore and four thousand and three hundred.
26:26 ゼブルンの子孫は、その氏族によれば、セレデからセレデびとの氏族が出、エロンからエロンびとの氏族が出、ヤリエルからヤリエルびとの氏族が出た。
26:26 Of the sons of Zebulun after their families: of Sered, the family of the Sardites: of Elon, the family of the Elonites: of Jahleel, the family of the Jahleelites.
26:27 これらはゼブルンびとの氏族であって、数えられた者は六万五百人であった。
26:27 These are the families of the Zebulunites according to those that were numbered of them, threescore thousand and five hundred.
26:28 ヨセフの子らは、その氏族によれば、マナセとエフライムとであって、
26:28 The sons of Joseph after their families were Manasseh and Ephraim.
26:29 マナセの子孫は、マキルからマキルびとの氏族が出た。マキルからギレアデが生れ、ギレアデからギレアデびとの氏族が出た。
26:29 Of the sons of Manasseh: of Machir, the family of the Machirites: and Machir brings forth Gilead: of Gilead come the family of the Gileadites.
26:30 ギレアデの子孫は次のとおりである。イエゼルからイエゼルびとの氏族が出、ヘレクからヘレクびとの氏族が出、
26:30 These are the sons of Gilead: of Jeezer, the family of the Jeezerites: of Helek, the family of the Helekites:
26:31 アスリエルからアスリエルびとの氏族が出、シケムからシケムびとの氏族が出、
26:31 And of Asriel, the family of the Asrielites: and of Shechem, the family of the Shechemites:
26:32 セミダからセミダびとの氏族が出、ヘペルからヘペルびとの氏族が出た。
26:32 And of Shemida, the family of the Shemidaites: and of Hepher, the family of the Hepherites.
26:33 ヘペルの子ゼロペハデには男の子がなく、ただ女の子のみで、ゼロペハデの女の子の名はマアラ、ノア、ホグラ、ミルカ、テルザといった。
26:33 And Zelophehad the son of Hepher had no sons, but daughters: and the names of the daughters of Zelophehad were Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.
26:34 これらはマナセの氏族であって、数えられた者は五万二千七百人であった。
26:34 These are the families of Manasseh, and those that were numbered of them, fifty and two thousand and seven hundred.
26:35 エフライムの子孫は、その氏族によれば、次のとおりである。シュテラからはシュテラびとの氏族が出、ベケルからベケルびとの氏族が出、タハンからタハンびとの氏族が出た。
26:35 These are the sons of Ephraim after their families: of Shuthelah, the family of the Shuthalhites: of Becher, the family of the Bachrites: of Tahan, the family of the Tahanites.
26:36 またシュテラの子孫は次のとおりである。すなわちエランからエランびとの氏族が出た。
26:36 And these are the sons of Shuthelah: of Eran, the family of the Eranites.
26:37 これらはエフライムの子孫の氏族であって、数えられた者は三万二千五百人であった。以上はヨセフの子孫で、その氏族によるものである。
26:37 These are the families of the sons of Ephraim according to those that were numbered of them, thirty and two thousand and five hundred. These are the sons of Joseph after their families.
26:38 ベニヤミンの子孫は、その氏族によれば、ベラからベラびとの氏族が出、アシベルからアシベルびとの氏族が出、アヒラムからアヒラムびとの氏族が出、
26:38 The sons of Benjamin after their families: of Bela, the family of the Belaites: of Ashbel, the family of the Ashbelites: of Ahiram, the family of the Ahiramites:
26:39 シュパムからシュパムびとの氏族が出、ホパムからホパムびとの氏族が出た。
26:39 Of Shupham, the family of the Shuphamites: of Hupham, the family of the Huphamites.
26:40 ベラの子はアルデとナアマンとであって、アルデからアルデびとの氏族が出、ナアマンからナアマンびとの氏族が出た。
26:40 And the sons of Bela were Ard and Naaman: of Ard, the family of the Ardites: and of Naaman, the family of the Naamites.
26:41 これらはベニヤミンの子孫であって、その氏族によれば数えられた者は四万五千六百人であった。
26:41 These are the sons of Benjamin after their families: and they that were numbered of them were forty and five thousand and six hundred.
26:42 ダンの子孫は、その氏族によれば、次のとおりである。シュハムからシュハムびとの氏族が出た。これらはダンの氏族であって、その氏族によるものである。
26:42 These are the sons of Dan after their families: of Shuham, the family of the Shuhamites. These are the families of Dan after their families.
26:43 シュハムびとのすべての氏族のうち、数えられた者は六万四千四百人であった。
26:43 All the families of the Shuhamites, according to those that were numbered of them, were threescore and four thousand and four hundred.
26:44 アセルの子孫は、その氏族によれば、エムナからエムナびとの氏族が出、エスイからエスイびとの氏族が出、ベリアからベリアびとの氏族が出た。
26:44 Of the children of Asher after their families: of Jimna, the family of the Jimnites: of Jesui, the family of the Jesuites: of Beriah, the family of the Beriites.
26:45 ベリアの子孫のうちヘベルからヘベルびとの氏族が出、マルキエルからマルキエルびとの氏族が出た。
26:45 Of the sons of Beriah: of Heber, the family of the Heberites: of Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites.
26:46 アセルの娘の名はサラといった。
26:46 And the name of the daughter of Asher was Sarah.
26:47 これらはアセルの子孫の氏族であって、数えられた者は五万三千四百人であった。
26:47 These are the families of the sons of Asher according to those that were numbered of them; who were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.
26:48 ナフタリの子孫は、その氏族によれば、ヤジエルからヤジエルびとの氏族が出、グニからグニびとの氏族が出、
26:48 Of the sons of Naphtali after their families: of Jahzeel, the family of the Jahzeelites: of Guni, the family of the Gunites:
26:49 エゼルからエゼルびとの氏族が出、シレムからシレムびとの氏族が出た。
26:49 Of Jezer, the family of the Jezerites: of Shillem, the family of the Shillemites.
26:50 これらはナフタリの氏族であって、その氏族により、数えられた者は四万五千四百人であった。
26:50 These are the families of Naphtali according to their families: and they that were numbered of them were forty and five thousand and four hundred.
26:51 これらはイスラエルの子孫の数えられた者であって、六十万一千七百三十人であった。
26:51 These were the numbered of the children of Israel, six hundred thousand and a thousand seven hundred and thirty.
26:52 主はモーセに言われた、
26:52 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
26:53 「これらの人々に、その名の数にしたがって地を分け与え、嗣業とさせなさい。
26:53 Unto these the land shall be divided for an inheritance according to the number of names.
26:54 大きい部族には多くの嗣業を与え、小さい部族には少しの嗣業を与えなさい。すなわち数えられた数にしたがって、おのおのの部族にその嗣業を与えなければならない。
26:54 To many you shall give the more inheritance, and to few you shall give the less inheritance: to every one shall his inheritance be given according to those that were numbered of him.
26:55 ただし地は、くじをもって分け、その父祖の部族の名にしたがって、それを継がなければならない。
26:55 Notwithstanding the land shall be divided by lot: according to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit.
26:56 すなわち、くじをもってその嗣業を大きいものと、小さいものとに分けなければならない」。
26:56 According to the lot shall the possession thereof be divided between many and few.
26:57 レビびとのその氏族にしたがって数えられた者は次のとおりである。ゲルションからゲルションびとの氏族が出、コハテからコハテびとの氏族が出、メラリからメラリびとの氏族が出た。
26:57 And these are they that were numbered of the Levites after their families: of Gershon, the family of the Gershonites: of Kohath, the family of the Kohathites: of Merari, the family of the Merarites.
26:58 レビの氏族は次のとおりである。すなわちリブニびとの氏族、ヘブロンびとの氏族、マヘリびとの氏族、ムシびとの氏族、コラびとの氏族であって、コハテからアムラムが生れた。
26:58 These are the families of the Levites: the family of the Libnites, the family of the Hebronites, the family of the Mahlites, the family of the Mushites, the family of the Korathites. And Kohath brings forth Amram.
26:59 アムラムの妻の名はヨケベデといって、レビの娘である。彼女はエジプトでレビに生れた者であるが、アムラムにとついで、アロンとモーセおよびその姉妹ミリアムを産んだ。
26:59 And the name of Amram's wife was Jochebed, the daughter of Levi, whom her mother bare to Levi in Egypt: and she bare unto Amram Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister.
26:60 アロンにはナダブ、アビウ、エレアザルおよびイタマルが生れた。
26:60 And unto Aaron was born Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
26:61 ナダブとアビウは異火を主の前にささげた時に死んだ。
26:61 And Nadab and Abihu died, when they offered strange fire before the LORD.
26:62 その数えられた一か月以上のすべての男子は二万三千人であった。彼らはイスラエルの人々のうちに嗣業を与えられなかったため、イスラエルの人々のうちに数えられなかった者である。
26:62 And those that were numbered of them were twenty and three thousand, all males from a month old and upward: for they were not numbered among the children of Israel, because there was no inheritance given them among the children of Israel.
26:63 これらはモーセと祭司エレアザルが、エリコに近いヨルダンのほとりにあるモアブの平野で数えたイスラエルの人々の数である。
26:63 These are they that were numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who numbered the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
26:64 ただしそのうちには、モーセと祭司アロンがシナイの荒野でイスラエルの人々を数えた時に数えられた者はひとりもなかった。
26:64 But among these there was not a man of them whom Moses and Aaron the priest numbered, when they numbered the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.
26:65 それは主がかつて彼らについて「彼らは必ず荒野で死ぬであろう」と言われたからである。それで彼らのうちエフンネの子カレブとヌンの子ヨシュアのほか、ひとりも残った者はなかった。
26:65 For the LORD had said of them, They shall surely die in the wilderness. And there was not left a man of them, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
27:1 さて、ヨセフの子マナセの氏族のうちのヘペルの子、ゼロペハデの娘たちが訴えてきた。ヘペルはギレアデの子、ギレアデはマキルの子、マキルはマナセの子である。その娘たちは名をマアラ、ノア、ホグラ、ミルカ、テルザといったが、
27:1 Then came the daughters of Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh the son of Joseph: and these are the names of his daughters; Mahlah, Noah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Tirzah.
27:2 彼らは会見の幕屋の入口でモーセと、祭司エレアザルと、つかさたちと全会衆との前に立って言った、
27:2 And they stood before Moses, and before Eleazar the priest, and before the princes and all the congregation, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,
27:3 「わたしたちの父は荒野で死にました。彼は、コラの仲間となって主に逆らった者どもの仲間のうちには加わりませんでした。彼は自分の罪によって死んだのですが、男の子がありませんでした。
27:3 Our father died in the wilderness, and he was not in the company of them that gathered themselves together against the LORD in the company of Korah; but died in his own sin, and had no sons.
27:4 男の子がないからといって、どうしてわたしたちの父の名がその氏族のうちから削られなければならないのでしょうか。わたしたちの父の兄弟と同じように、わたしたちにも所有地を与えてください」。
27:4 Why should the name of our father be done away from among his family, because he has no son? Give unto us therefore a possession among the brethren of our father.
27:5 モーセがその事を主の前に述べると、
27:5 And Moses brought their cause before the LORD.
27:6 主はモーセに言われた、
27:6 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
27:7 「ゼロペハデの娘たちの言うことは正しい。あなたは必ず彼らの父の兄弟たちと同じように、彼らにも嗣業の所有地を与えなければならない。すなわち、その父の嗣業を彼らに渡さなければならない。
27:7 The daughters of Zelophehad speak right: you shall surely give them a possession of an inheritance among their father's brethren; and you shall cause the inheritance of their father to pass unto them.
27:8 あなたはイスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『もし人が死んで、男の子がない時は、その嗣業を娘に渡さなければならない。
27:8 And you shall speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a man die, and have no son, then all of you shall cause his inheritance to pass unto his daughter.
27:9 もしまた娘もない時は、その嗣業を兄弟に与えなければならない。
27:9 And if he have no daughter, then all of you shall give his inheritance unto his brethren.
27:10 もし兄弟もない時は、その嗣業を父の兄弟に与えなければならない。
27:10 And if he have no brethren, then all of you shall give his inheritance unto his father's brethren.
27:11 もしまた父に兄弟がない時は、その氏族のうちで彼に最も近い親族にその嗣業を与えて所有させなければならない』。主がモーセに命じられたようにイスラエルの人々は、これをおきての定めとしなければならない」。
27:11 And if his father have no brethren, then all of you shall give his inheritance unto his kinsman that is next to him of his family, and he shall possess it: and it shall be unto the children of Israel a statute of judgment, as the LORD commanded Moses.
27:12 主はモーセに言われた、「このアバリムの山に登って、わたしがイスラエルの人々に与える地を見なさい。
27:12 And the LORD said unto Moses, Get you up into this mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given unto the children of Israel.
27:13 あなたはそれを見てから、兄弟アロンのようにその民に加えられるであろう。
27:13 And when you have seen it, you also shall be gathered unto your people, as Aaron your brother was gathered.
27:14 これは会衆がチンの荒野で逆らい争った時、あなたがたはわたしの命にそむき、あの水のかたわらで彼らの目の前にわたしの聖なることを現さなかったからである」。これはチンの荒野にあるカデシのメリバの水である。
27:14 For all of you rebelled against my commandment in the desert of Zin, in the strife of the congregation, to sanctify me at the water before their eyes: that is the water of Meribah in Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.
27:15 モーセは主に言った、
27:15 And Moses spoke unto the LORD, saying,
27:16 「すべての肉なるものの命の神、主よ、どうぞ、この会衆の上にひとりの人を立て、
27:16 Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,
27:17 彼らの前に出入りし、彼らを導き出し、彼らを導き入れる者とし、主の会衆を牧者のない羊のようにしないでください」。
27:17 Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd.
27:18 主はモーセに言われた、「神の霊のやどっているヌンの子ヨシュアを選び、あなたの手をその上におき、
27:18 And the LORD said unto Moses, Take you Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay yours hand upon him;
27:19 彼を祭司エレアザルと全会衆の前に立たせて、彼らの前で職に任じなさい。
27:19 And set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and give him a charge in their sight.
27:20 そして彼にあなたの権威を分け与え、イスラエルの人々の全会衆を彼に従わせなさい。
27:20 And you shall put some of yours honour upon him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may be obedient.
27:21 彼は祭司エレアザルの前に立ち、エレアザルは彼のためにウリムをもって、主の前に判断を求めなければならない。ヨシュアとイスラエルの人々の全会衆とはエレアザルの言葉に従っていで、エレアザルの言葉に従ってはいらなければならない」。
27:21 And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall ask counsel for him after the judgment of Urim before the LORD: at his word shall they go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he, and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.
27:22 そこでモーセは主が命じられたようにし、ヨシュアを選んで、祭司エレアザルと全会衆の前に立たせ、
27:22 And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation:
27:23 彼の上に手をおき、主がモーセによって語られたとおりに彼を任命した。
27:23 And he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.
28:1 主はモーセに言われた、
28:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
28:2 「イスラエルの人々に命じて言いなさい、『あなたがたは香ばしいかおりとしてわたしにささげる火祭、すなわち、わたしの供え物、わたしの食物を定めの時にわたしにささげることを怠ってはならない』。
28:2 Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, My offering, and my bread for my sacrifices made by fire, for a sweet savour unto me, shall all of you observe to offer unto me in their due season.
28:3 また彼らに言いなさい、『あなたがたが主にささぐべき火祭はこれである。すなわち一歳の雄の全き小羊二頭を毎日ささげて常燔祭としなければならない。
28:3 And you shall say unto them, This is the offering made by fire which all of you shall offer unto the LORD; two lambs of the first year without spot day by day, for a continual burnt offering.
28:4 すなわち一頭の小羊を朝にささげ、一頭の小羊を夕にささげなければならない。
28:4 The one lamb shall you offer in the morning, and the other lamb shall you offer at even;
28:5 また麦粉一エパの十分の一に、砕いて取った油一ヒンの四分の一を混ぜて素祭としなければならない。
28:5 And a tenth part of an ephah of flour for a food offering, mingled with the fourth part of an hin of beaten oil.
28:6 これはシナイ山で定められた常燔祭であって、主に香ばしいかおりとしてささげる火祭である。
28:6 It is a continual burnt offering, which was ordained in mount Sinai for a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.
28:7 またその灌祭は小羊一頭について一ヒンの四分の一をささげなければならない。すなわち聖所において主のために濃い酒をそそいで灌祭としなければならない。
28:7 And the drink offering thereof shall be the fourth part of an hin for the one lamb: in the holy place shall you cause the strong wine to be poured unto the LORD for a drink offering.
28:8 夕には他の一頭の小羊をささげなければならない。その素祭と灌祭とは朝のものと同じようにし、その小羊を火祭としてささげ、主に香ばしいかおりとしなければならない。
28:8 And the other lamb shall you offer at even: as the food offering of the morning, and as the drink offering thereof, you shall offer it, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
28:9 また安息日には一歳の雄の全き小羊二頭と、麦粉一エパの十分の二に油を混ぜた素祭と、その灌祭とをささげなければならない。
28:9 And on the sabbath day two lambs of the first year without spot, and two tenth deals of flour for a food offering, mingled with oil, and the drink offering thereof:
28:10 これは安息日ごとの燔祭であって、常燔祭とその灌祭とに加えらるべきものである。
28:10 This is the burnt offering of every sabbath, beside the continual burnt offering, and his drink offering.
28:11 またあなたがたは月々の第一日に燔祭を主にささげなければならない。すなわち若い雄牛二頭、雄羊一頭、一歳の雄の全き小羊七頭をささげ、
28:11 And in the beginnings of your months all of you shall offer a burnt offering unto the LORD; two young bullocks, and one ram, seven lambs of the first year without spot;
28:12 雄牛一頭には麦粉一エパの十分の三に油を混ぜたものを素祭とし、雄羊一頭には麦粉一エパの十分の二に油を混ぜたものを素祭とし、
28:12 And three tenth deals of flour for a food offering, mingled with oil, for one bullock; and two tenth deals of flour for a food offering, mingled with oil, for one ram;
28:13 小羊一頭には麦粉十分の一に油を混ぜたものを素祭とし、これを香ばしいかおりの燔祭として主のために火祭としなければならない。
28:13 And a several tenth deal of flour mingled with oil for a food offering unto one lamb; for a burnt offering of a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.
28:14 またその灌祭は雄牛一頭についてぶどう酒一ヒンの二分の一、雄羊一頭について一ヒンの三分の一、小羊一頭について一ヒンの四分の一をささげなければならない。これは年の月々を通じて、新月ごとにささぐべき燔祭である。
28:14 And their drink offerings shall be half an hin of wine unto a bullock, and the third part of an hin unto a ram, and a fourth part of an hin unto a lamb: this is the burnt offering of every month throughout the months of the year.
28:15 また常燔祭とその灌祭とのほかに、雄やぎ一頭を罪祭として主にささげなければならない。
28:15 And one kid of the goats for a sin offering unto the LORD shall be offered, beside the continual burnt offering, and his drink offering.
28:16 正月の十四日は主の過越の祭である。
28:16 And in the fourteenth day of the first month is the passover of the LORD.
28:17 またその月の十五日は祭日としなければならない。七日のあいだ種入れぬパンを食べなければならない。
28:17 And in the fifteenth day of this month is the feast: seven days shall unleavened bread be eaten.
28:18 その初めの日には聖会を開かなければならない。なんの労役をもしてはならない。
28:18 In the first day shall be an holy convocation; all of you shall do no manner of servile work therein:
28:19 あなたがたは火祭として主に燔祭をささげなければならない。すなわち若い雄牛二頭、雄羊一頭、一歳の雄の小羊七頭をささげなければならない。これらはみな全きものでなければならない。
28:19 But all of you shall offer a sacrifice made by fire for a burnt offering unto the LORD; two young bullocks, and one ram, and seven lambs of the first year: they shall be unto you without blemish:
28:20 その素祭には油を混ぜた麦粉をささげなければならない。すなわち雄牛一頭につき麦粉一エパの十分の三、雄羊一頭につき十分の二をささげ、
28:20 And their food offering shall be of flour mingled with oil: three tenth deals shall all of you offer for a bullock, and two tenth deals for a ram;
28:21 また七頭の小羊にはその一頭ごとに十分の一をささげなければならない。
28:21 A several tenth deal shall you offer for every lamb, throughout the seven lambs:
28:22 また雄やぎ一頭を罪祭としてささげ、あなたがたのために罪のあがないをしなければならない。
28:22 And one goat for a sin offering, to make an atonement for you.
28:23 あなたがたは朝にささげる常燔祭の燔祭のほかに、これらをささげなければならない。
28:23 All of you shall offer these beside the burnt offering in the morning, which is for a continual burnt offering.
28:24 このようにあなたがたは七日のあいだ毎日、火祭の食物をささげて、主に香ばしいかおりとしなければならない。これは常燔祭とその灌祭とのほかにささぐべきものである。
28:24 After this manner all of you shall offer daily, throughout the seven days, the food of the sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: it shall be offered beside the continual burnt offering, and his drink offering.
28:25 そして第七日に、あなたがたは聖会を開かなければならない。なんの労役をもしてはならない。
28:25 And on the seventh day all of you shall have an holy convocation; all of you shall do no servile work.
28:26 あなたがたは七週の祭、すなわち新しい素祭を主にささげる初穂の日にも聖会を開かなければならない。なんの労役をもしてはならない。
28:26 Also in the day of the first-fruits, when all of you bring a new food offering unto the LORD, after your weeks be out, all of you shall have an holy convocation; all of you shall do no servile work:
28:27 あなたがたは燔祭をささげて、主に香ばしいかおりとしなければならない。すなわち若い雄牛二頭、雄羊一頭、一歳の雄の小羊七頭をささげなければならない。
28:27 But all of you shall offer the burnt offering for a sweet savour unto the LORD; two young bullocks, one ram, seven lambs of the first year;
28:28 その素祭には油を混ぜた麦粉をささげなければならない。すなわち雄牛一頭につき一エパの十分の三、雄羊一頭につき十分の二をささげ、
28:28 And their food offering of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals unto one bullock, two tenth deals unto one ram,
28:29 また七頭の小羊には一頭ごとに十分の一をささげなければならない。
28:29 A several tenth deal unto one lamb, throughout the seven lambs;
28:30 また雄やぎ一頭をささげてあなたがたのために罪のあがないをしなければならない。
28:30 And one kid of the goats, to make an atonement for you.
28:31 あなたがたは常燔祭とその素祭とその灌祭とのほかに、これらをささげなければならない。これらはみな、全きものでなければならない。
28:31 All of you shall offer them beside the continual burnt offering, and his food offering, (they shall be unto you without blemish) and their drink offerings.
29:1 七月には、その月の第一日に聖会を開かなければならない。なんの労役をもしてはならない。これはあなたがたがラッパを吹く日である。
29:1 And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, all of you shall have an holy convocation; all of you shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.
29:2 あなたがたは燔祭をささげて、主に香ばしいかおりとしなければならない。すなわち若い雄牛一頭、雄羊一頭、一歳の雄の全き小羊七頭をささげなければならない。
29:2 And all of you shall offer a burnt offering for a sweet savour unto the LORD; one young bullock, one ram, and seven lambs of the first year without blemish:
29:3 その素祭には油を混ぜた麦粉をささげなければならない。すなわち雄牛一頭について一エパの十分の三、雄羊一頭について十分の二をささげ、
29:3 And their food offering shall be of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals for a bullock, and two tenth deals for a ram,
29:4 また七頭の小羊には一頭ごとに十分の一をささげなければならない。
29:4 And one tenth deal for one lamb, throughout the seven lambs:
29:5 また雄やぎ一頭を罪祭としてささげ、あなたがたのために罪のあがないをしなければならない。
29:5 And one kid of the goats for a sin offering, to make an atonement for you:
29:6 これは新月の燔祭とその素祭、常燔祭とその素祭、および灌祭のほかのものであって、これらのものの定めにしたがい、香ばしいかおりとして、主に火祭としなければならない。
29:6 Beside the burnt offering of the month, and his food offering, and the daily burnt offering, and his food offering, and their drink offerings, according unto their manner, for a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.
29:7 またその七月の十日に聖会を開き、かつあなたがたの身を悩まさなければならない。なんの仕事もしてはならない。
29:7 And all of you shall have on the tenth day of this seventh month an holy convocation; and all of you shall afflict your souls: all of you shall not do any work therein:
29:8 あなたがたは主に燔祭をささげて、香ばしいかおりとしなければならない。すなわち若い雄牛一頭、雄羊一頭、一歳の雄の小羊七頭をささげなければならない。これらはみな全きものでなければならない。
29:8 But all of you shall offer a burnt offering unto the LORD for a sweet savour; one young bullock, one ram, and seven lambs of the first year; they shall be unto you without blemish:
29:9 その素祭には油を混ぜた麦粉をささげなければならない。すなわち雄牛一頭につき一エパの十分の三、雄羊一頭につき十分の二をささげ、
29:9 And their food offering shall be of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals to a bullock, and two tenth deals to one ram,
29:10 また七頭の小羊には一頭ごとに十分の一をささげなければならない。
29:10 A several tenth deal for one lamb, throughout the seven lambs:
29:11 また雄やぎ一頭を罪祭としてささげなければならない。これらは贖罪の罪祭と常燔祭とその素祭、および灌祭のほかのものである。
29:11 One kid of the goats for a sin offering; beside the sin offering of atonement, and the continual burnt offering, and the food offering of it, and their drink offerings.
29:12 七月の十五日に聖会を開かなければならない。なんの労役もしてはならない。七日のあいだ主のために祭をしなければならない。
29:12 And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month all of you shall have an holy convocation; all of you shall do no servile work, and all of you shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days:
29:13 あなたがたは燔祭をささげて、主に香ばしいかおりの火祭としなければならない。すなわち若い雄牛十三頭、雄羊二頭、一歳の雄の小羊十四頭をささげなければならない。これらはみな全きものでなければならない。
29:13 And all of you shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; thirteen young bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year; they shall be without blemish:
29:14 その素祭には油を混ぜた麦粉をささげなければならない。すなわち十三頭の雄牛には一頭ごとに十分の三、その二頭の雄羊には一頭ごとに十分の二をささげ、
29:14 And their food offering shall be of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals unto every bullock of the thirteen bullocks, two tenth deals to each ram of the two rams,
29:15 その十四頭の小羊には一頭ごとに十分の一をささげなければならない。
29:15 And a several tenth deal to each lamb of the fourteen lambs:
29:16 また雄やぎ一頭を罪祭としてささげなければならない。これらは常燔祭とその素祭および灌祭のほかのものである。
29:16 And one kid of the goats for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his food offering, and his drink offering.
29:17 第二日には若い雄牛十二頭、雄羊二頭、一歳の雄の全き小羊十四頭をささげなければならない。
29:17 And on the second day all of you shall offer twelve young bullocks, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without spot:
29:18 その雄牛と雄羊と小羊とのための素祭と灌祭とはその数にしたがって、定めのようにささげなければならない。
29:18 And their food offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the manner:
29:19 また雄やぎ一頭を罪祭としてささげなければならない。これらは常燔祭とその素祭および灌祭のほかのものである。
29:19 And one kid of the goats for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and the food offering thereof, and their drink offerings.

29:20 And on the third day eleven bullocks, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish;
29:21 その雄牛と雄羊と小羊とのための素祭と灌祭とは、その数にしたがって定めのようにささげなければならない。
29:21 And their food offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the manner:

29:22 And one goat for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his food offering, and his drink offering.

29:23 And on the fourth day ten bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:

29:24 Their food offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the manner:

29:25 And one kid of the goats for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his food offering, and his drink offering.

29:26 And on the fifth day nine bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year without spot:
29:27 その雄牛と雄羊と小羊とのための素祭と灌祭とは、その数にしたがって定めのようにささげなければならない。
29:27 And their food offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the manner:
29:28 また雄やぎ一頭を罪祭としてささげなければならない。これらは常燔祭とその素祭および灌祭のほかのものである。
29:28 And one goat for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his food offering, and his drink offering.

29:29 And on the sixth day eight bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:

29:30 And their food offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the manner:

29:31 And one goat for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his food offering, and his drink offering.

29:32 And on the seventh day seven bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:

29:33 And their food offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the manner:

29:34 And one goat for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his food offering, and his drink offering.
29:35 第八日にはまた集会を開かなければならない。なんの労役をもしてはならない。
29:35 On the eighth day all of you shall have a solemn assembly: all of you shall do no servile work therein:
29:36 あなたがたは燔祭をささげて主に香ばしいかおりの火祭としなければならない。すなわち雄牛一頭、雄羊一頭、一歳の雄の全き小羊七頭をささげなければならない。
29:36 But all of you shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: one bullock, one ram, seven lambs of the first year without blemish:
29:37 その雄牛と雄羊と小羊とのための素祭と灌祭とは、その数にしたがって定めのようにささげなければならない。
29:37 Their food offering and their drink offerings for the bullock, for the ram, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the manner:
29:38 また雄やぎ一頭を罪祭としてささげなければならない。これらは常燔祭とその素祭および灌祭のほかのものである。
29:38 And one goat for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his food offering, and his drink offering.
29:39 あなたがたは定めの祭の時に、これらのものを主にささげなければならない。これらはあなたがたの誓願、または自発の供え物としてささげる燔祭、素祭、灌祭および酬恩祭のほかのものである』」。
29:39 These things all of you shall do unto the LORD in your set feasts, beside your vows, and your freewill offerings, for your burnt offerings, and for your food offerings, and for your drink offerings, and for your peace offerings.
29:40 モーセは主が命じられた事をことごとくイスラエルの人々に告げた。
29:40 And Moses told the children of Israel according to all that the LORD commanded Moses.
30:1 モーセはイスラエルの人々の部族のかしらたちに言った、「これは主が命じられた事である。
30:1 And Moses spoke unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD has commanded.
30:2 もし人が主に誓願をかけ、またはその身に物断ちをしようと誓いをするならば、その言葉を破ってはならない。口で言ったとおりにすべて行わなければならない。
30:2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.
30:3 またもし女がまだ若く、父の家にいて、主に誓願をかけ、またはその身に物断ちをしようとする時、
30:3 If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father's house in her youth;
30:4 父が彼女の誓願、または彼女の身に断った物断ちのことを聞いて、彼女に何も言わないならば、彼女はすべて誓願を行い、またその身に断った物断ちをすべて守らなければならない。
30:4 And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she has bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she has bound her soul shall stand.
30:5 しかし、彼女の父がそれを聞いた日に、それを承認しない時は、彼女はその誓願、またはその身に断った物断ちをすべてやめることができる。父が承認しないのであるから、主は彼女をゆるされるであろう。
30:5 But if her father prohibit her in the day that he hears; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she has bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
30:6 またもし夫のある身で、みずから誓願をかけ、またはその身に物断ちをしようと、軽々しく口で言った場合、
30:6 And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
30:7 夫がそれを聞き、それを聞いた日に彼女に何も言わないならば、彼女はその誓願を行い、その身に断った物断ちを守らなければならない。
30:7 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
30:8 しかし、もし夫がそれを聞いた日に、それを承認しないならば、夫はその女がかけた誓願、またはその身に物断ちをしようと、軽々しく口に言ったことをやめさせることができる。主はその女をゆるされるであろう。
30:8 But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of no effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.
30:9 しかし、寡婦あるいは離縁された女の誓願、すべてその身に断った物断ちは、それを守らなければならない。
30:9 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
30:10 もし女が夫の家で誓願をかけ、またはその身に物断ちをしようと誓った時、
30:10 And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
30:11 夫がそれを聞いて、彼女に何も言わず、またそれに反対しないならば、その誓願はすべて行わなければならない。またその身に断った物断ちはすべて守らなければならない。
30:11 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
30:12 しかし、もし夫がそれを聞いた日にそれを認めないならば、彼女の誓願、または身の物断ちについて、彼女が口で言った事は、すべてやめることができる。夫がそれを認めなかったのだから、主はその女をゆるされるであろう。
30:12 But if her husband has utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband has made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
30:13 すべての誓願およびすべてその身を悩ます物断ちの誓約は、夫がそれを守らせることができ、または夫がそれをやめさせることができる。
30:13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
30:14 もし夫が彼女に何も言わずに日を送るならば、彼は妻がした誓願、または物断ちをすべて認めたのである。彼はそれを聞いた日に妻に何も言わなかったのだから、それを認めたのである。
30:14 But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establishes all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirms them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
30:15 しかし、もし夫がそれを聞き、あとになって、それを認めないならば、彼は妻の罪を負わなければならない」。
30:15 But if he shall any ways make them void after that he has heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
30:16 これらは主がモーセに命じられた定めであって、夫と妻との間、および父とまだ若くて父の家にいる娘との間に関するものである。
30:16 These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father's house.
31:1 さて主はモーセに言われた、
31:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
31:2 「ミデアンびとにイスラエルの人々のあだを報いなさい。その後、あなたはあなたの民に加えられるであろう」。
31:2 Avenge the children of Israel of the Midianites: afterward shall you be gathered unto your people.
31:3 モーセは民に言った、「あなたがたのうちから人を選んで戦いのために武装させ、ミデアンびとを攻めて、主のためミデアンびとに復讐しなさい。
31:3 And Moses spoke unto the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves unto the war, and let them go against the Midianites, and avenge the LORD of Midian.
31:4 すなわちイスラエルのすべての部族から、部族ごとに千人ずつを戦いに送り出さなければならない」。
31:4 Of every tribe a thousand, throughout all the tribes of Israel, shall all of you send to the war.
31:5 そこでイスラエルの部族のうちから部族ごとに千人ずつを選び、一万二千人を得て、戦いのために武装させた。
31:5 So there were delivered out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand of every tribe, twelve thousand armed for war.
31:6 モーセは各部族から千人ずつを戦いにつかわし、また祭司エレアザルの子ピネハスに、聖なる器と吹き鳴らすラッパとを執らせて、共に戦いにつかわした。
31:6 And Moses sent them to the war, a thousand of every tribe, them and Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, with the holy instruments, and the trumpets to blow in his hand.
31:7 彼らは主がモーセに命じられたようにミデアンびとと戦って、その男子をみな殺した。
31:7 And they warred against the Midianites, as the LORD commanded Moses; and they slew all the males.
31:8 その殺した者のほかにまたミデアンの王五人を殺した。その名はエビ、レケム、ツル、フル、レバである。またベオルの子バラムをも、つるぎにかけて殺した。
31:8 And they slew the kings of Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword.
31:9 またイスラエルの人々はミデアンの女たちとその子供たちを捕虜にし、その家畜と、羊の群れと、貨財とをことごとく奪い取り、
31:9 And the children of Israel took all the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took the spoil of all their cattle, and all their flocks, and all their goods.
31:10 そのすまいのある町々と、その部落とを、ことごとく火で焼いた。
31:10 And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt, and all their goodly castles, with fire.
31:11 こうして彼らはすべて奪ったものと、かすめたものとは人をも家畜をも取り、
31:11 And they took all the spoil, and all the prey, both of men and of beasts.
31:12 その生けどった者と、かすめたものと、奪ったものとを携えて、エリコに近いヨルダンのほとりのモアブの平野の宿営におるモーセと祭司エレアザルとイスラエルの人々の会衆のもとへもどってきた。
31:12 And they brought the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and unto the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the camp at the plains of Moab, which are by Jordan near Jericho.
31:13 ときにモーセと祭司エレアザルと会衆のつかさたちはみな宿営の外に出て迎えたが、
31:13 And Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and all the princes of the congregation, went forth to meet them without the camp.
31:14 モーセは軍勢の将たち、すなわち戦場から帰ってきた千人の長たちと、百人の長たちに対して怒った。
31:14 And Moses was angry with the officers of the host, with the captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, which came from the battle.
31:15 モーセは彼らに言った、「あなたがたは女たちをみな生かしておいたのか。
31:15 And Moses said unto them, Have all of you saved all the women alive?
31:16 彼らはバラムのはかりごとによって、イスラエルの人々に、ペオルのことで主に罪を犯させ、ついに主の会衆のうちに疫病を起すに至った。
31:16 Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the LORD in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the LORD.
31:17 それで今、この子供たちのうちの男の子をみな殺し、また男と寝て、男を知った女をみな殺しなさい。
31:17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that has known man by lying with him.
31:18 ただし、まだ男と寝ず、男を知らない娘はすべてあなたがたのために生かしておきなさい。
31:18 But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
31:19 そしてあなたがたは七日のあいだ宿営の外にとどまりなさい。あなたがたのうちすべて人を殺した者、およびすべて殺された者に触れた者は、あなたがた自身も、あなたがたの捕虜も共に、三日目と七日目とに身を清めなければならない。
31:19 And do all of you abide without the camp seven days: whosoever has killed any person, and whosoever has touched any slain, purify both yourselves and your captives on the third day, and on the seventh day.
31:20 またすべての衣服と、すべての皮の器と、すべてやぎの毛で作ったものと、すべての木の器とを清めなければならない」。
31:20 And purify all your raiment, and all that is made of skins, and all work of goats' hair, and all things made of wood.
31:21 祭司エレアザルは戦いに出たいくさびとたちに言った、「これは主がモーセに命じられた律法の定めである。
31:21 And Eleazar the priest said unto the men of war which went to the battle, This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD commanded Moses;
31:22 金、銀、青銅、鉄、すず、鉛など、
31:22 Only the gold, and the silver, the brass, the iron, the tin, and the lead,
31:23 すべて火に耐える物は火の中を通さなければならない。そうすれば清くなるであろう。なおその上、汚れを清める水で、清めなければならない。しかし、すべて火に耐えないものは水の中を通さなければならない。
31:23 Every thing that may abide the fire, all of you shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean: nevertheless it shall be purified with the water of separation: and all that abides not the fire all of you shall make go through the water.
31:24 あなたがたは七日目に衣服を洗わなければならない。そして清くなり、その後宿営にはいることができる」。
31:24 And all of you shall wash your clothes on the seventh day, and all of you shall be clean, and afterward all of you shall come into the camp.
31:25 主はモーセに言われた、
31:25 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
31:26 「あなたと祭司エレアザルおよび会衆の氏族のかしらたちは、その生けどった人と家畜の獲物の総数を調べ、
31:26 Take the sum of the prey that was taken, both of man and of beast, you, and Eleazar the priest, and the chief fathers of the congregation:
31:27 その獲物を戦いに出た勇士と、全会衆とに折半しなさい。
31:27 And divide the prey into two parts; between them that took the war upon them, who went out to battle, and between all the congregation:
31:28 そして戦いに出たいくさびとに、人または牛、またはろば、または羊を、おのおの五百ごとに一つを取り、みつぎとして主にささげさせなさい。
31:28 And levy a tribute unto the Lord of the men of war which went out to battle: one soul of five hundred, both of the persons, and of the beeves, and of the asses, and of the sheep:
31:29 すなわち彼らが受ける半分のなかから、それを取り、主にささげる物として祭司エレアザルに渡しなさい。
31:29 Take it of their half, and give it unto Eleazar the priest, for an heave offering of the LORD.
31:30 またイスラエルの人々が受ける半分のなかから、その獲た人または牛、またはろば、または羊などの家畜を、おのおの五十ごとに一つを取り、主の幕屋の務をするレビびとに与えなさい」。
31:30 And of the children of Israel's half, you shall take one portion of fifty, of the persons, of the beeves, of the asses, and of the flocks, of all manner of beasts, and give them unto the Levites, which keep the charge of the tabernacle of the LORD.
31:31 モーセと祭司エレアザルとは主がモーセに命じられたとおりに行った。
31:31 And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded Moses.
31:32 そこでその獲物、すなわち、いくさびとたちが奪い取ったものの残りは羊六十七万五千、
31:32 And the booty, being the rest of the prey which the men of war had caught, was six hundred thousand and seventy thousand and five thousand sheep,
31:33 牛七万二千、
31:33 And threescore and twelve thousand beeves,
31:34 ろば六万一千、
31:34 And threescore and one thousand asses,
31:35 人三万二千、これはみな男と寝ず、男を知らない女であった。
31:35 And thirty and two thousand persons in all, of women that had not known man by lying with him.
31:36 そしてその半分、すなわち戦いに出た者の分は羊三十三万七千五百、
31:36 And the half, which was the portion of them that went out to war, was in number three hundred thousand and seven and thirty thousand and five hundred sheep:
31:37 主にみつぎとした羊は六百七十五。
31:37 And the LORD's tribute of the sheep was six hundred and threescore and fifteen.
31:38 牛は三万六千、そのうちから主にみつぎとしたものは七十二。
31:38 And the beeves were thirty and six thousand; of which the LORD's tribute was threescore and twelve.
31:39 ろばは三万五百、そのうちから主にみつぎとしたものは六十一。
31:39 And the asses were thirty thousand and five hundred; of which the LORD's tribute was threescore and one.
31:40 人は一万六千、そのうちから主にみつぎとしたものは三十二人であった。
31:40 And the persons were sixteen thousand; of which the LORD's tribute was thirty and two persons.
31:41 モーセはそのみつぎを主にささげる物として祭司エレアザルに渡した。主がモーセに命じられたとおりである。
31:41 And Moses gave the tribute, which was the LORD's heave offering, unto Eleazar the priest, as the LORD commanded Moses.
31:42 モーセが戦いに出た人々とは別にイスラエルの人々に与えた半分、
31:42 And of the children of Israel's half, which Moses divided from the men that warred,
31:43 すなわち会衆の受けた半分は羊三十三万七千五百、
31:43 (Now the half that pertained unto the congregation was three hundred thousand and thirty thousand and seven thousand and five hundred sheep,
31:44 牛三万六千、
31:44 And thirty and six thousand beeves,
31:45 ろば三万五百、
31:45 And thirty thousand asses and five hundred,
31:46 人一万六千であって、
31:46 And sixteen thousand persons;)
31:47 モーセはイスラエルの人々の受けた半分のなかから、人および獣をおのおの五十ごとに一つを取って、主の幕屋の務をするレビびとに与えた。主がモーセに命じられたとおりである。
31:47 Even of the children of Israel's half, Moses took one portion of fifty, both of man and of beast, and gave them unto the Levites, which kept the charge of the tabernacle of the LORD; as the LORD commanded Moses.
31:48 時に軍勢の将であったものども、すなわち千人の長たちと百人の長たちとがモーセのところにきて、
31:48 And the officers which were over thousands of the host, the captains of thousands, and captains of hundreds, came near unto Moses:
31:49 モーセに言った、「しもべらは、指揮下のいくさびとを数えましたが、われわれのうち、ひとりも欠けた者はありませんでした。
31:49 And they said unto Moses, Your servants have taken the sum of the men of war which are under our charge, and there lacks not one man of us.
31:50 それで、われわれは、おのおの手に入れた金の飾り物、すなわち腕飾り、腕輪、指輪、耳輪、首飾りなどを主に携えてきて供え物とし、主の前にわれわれの命のあがないをしようと思います」。
31:50 We have therefore brought an oblation for the LORD, what every man has got, of jewels of gold, chains, and bracelets, rings, earrings, and tablets, to make an atonement for our souls before the LORD.
31:51 モーセと祭司エレアザルとは、彼らから細工を施した金の飾り物を受け取った。
31:51 And Moses and Eleazar the priest took the gold of them, even all wrought jewels.
31:52 千人の長たちと百人の長たちとが、主にささげものとした金は合わせて一万六千七百五十シケル。
31:52 And all the gold of the offering that they offered up to the LORD, of the captains of thousands, and of the captains of hundreds, was sixteen thousand seven hundred and fifty shekels.
31:53 いくさびとは、おのおの自分のぶんどり物を獲た。
31:53 (For the men of war had taken spoil, every man for himself.)
31:54 モーセと祭司エレアザルとは、千人の長たちと百人の長たちとから、その金を受け取り、それを携えて会見の幕屋に入り、主の前に置いてイスラエルの人々のために記念とした。
31:54 And Moses and Eleazar the priest took the gold of the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and brought it into the tabernacle of the congregation, for a memorial for the children of Israel before the LORD.
32:1 ルベンの子孫とガドの子孫とは非常に多くの家畜の群れを持っていた。彼らがヤゼルの地と、ギレアデの地とを見ると、そこは家畜を飼うのに適していたので、
32:1 Now the children of Reuben and the children of Gad had a very great multitude of cattle: and when they saw the land of Jazer, and the land of Gilead, that, behold, the place was a place for cattle;
32:2 ガドの子孫とルベンの子孫とがきて、モーセと、祭司エレアザルと、会衆のつかさたちとに言った、
32:2 The children of Gad and the children of Reuben came and spoke unto Moses, and to Eleazar the priest, and unto the princes of the congregation, saying,
32:3 「アタロテ、デボン、ヤゼル、ニムラ、ヘシボン、エレアレ、シバム、ネボ、ベオン、
32:3 Ataroth, and Dibon, and Jazer, and Nimrah, and Heshbon, and Elealeh, and Shebam, and Nebo, and Beon,
32:4 すなわち主がイスラエルの会衆の前に撃ち滅ぼされた国は、家畜を飼うのに適した地ですが、しもべらは家畜を持っています」。
32:4 Even the country which the LORD stroke before the congregation of Israel, is a land for cattle, and your servants have cattle:
32:5 彼らはまた言った、「それでもし、あなたの恵みを得られますなら、どうぞこの地をしもべらの領地にして、われわれにヨルダンを渡らせないでください」。
32:5 Wherefore, said they, if we have found grace in your sight, let this land be given unto your servants for a possession, and bring us not over Jordan.
32:6 モーセはガドの子孫とルベンの子孫とに言った、「あなたがたは兄弟が戦いに行くのに、ここにすわっていようというのか。
32:6 And Moses said unto the children of Gad and to the children of Reuben, Shall your brethren go to war, and shall all of you sit here?
32:7 どうしてあなたがたはイスラエルの人々の心をくじいて、主が彼らに与えられる地に渡ることができないようにするのか。
32:7 And wherefore discourage all of you the heart of the children of Israel from going over into the land which the LORD has given them?
32:8 あなたがたの先祖も、わたしがカデシ・バルネアから、その地を見るためにつかわした時に、同じようなことをした。
32:8 Thus did your fathers, when I sent them from Kadeshbarnea to see the land.
32:9 すなわち彼らはエシコルの谷に行って、その地を見たとき、イスラエルの人々の心をくじいて、主が与えられる地に行くことができないようにした。
32:9 For when they went up unto the valley of Eshcol, and saw the land, they discouraged the heart of the children of Israel, that they should not go into the land which the LORD had given them.
32:10 そこでその時、主は怒りを発し、誓って言われた、
32:10 And the LORD's anger was kindled the same time, and he swore, saying,
32:11 『エジプトから出てきた人々で二十歳以上の者はひとりもわたしがアブラハム、イサク、ヤコブに誓った地を見ることはできない。彼らはわたしに従わなかったからである。
32:11 Surely none of the men that came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land which I swore unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob; because they have not wholly followed me:
32:12 ただケニズびとエフンネの子カレブとヌンの子ヨシュアとはそうではない。このふたりは全く主に従ったからである』。
32:12 Save Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite, and Joshua the son of Nun: for they have wholly followed the LORD.
32:13 主はこのようにイスラエルにむかって怒りを発し、彼らを四十年のあいだ荒野にさまよわされたので、主の前に悪を行ったその世代の人々は、ついにみな滅びた。
32:13 And the LORD's anger was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation, that had done evil in the sight of the LORD, was consumed.
32:14 あなたがたはその父に代って立った罪びとのやからであって、主のイスラエルに対する激しい怒りをさらに増そうとしている。
32:14 And, behold, all of you are risen up in your fathers' position, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the LORD toward Israel.
32:15 あなたがたがもしそむいて主に従わないならば、主はまたこの民を荒野にすておかれるであろう。そうすればあなたがたはこの民をことごとく滅ぼすに至るであろう」。
32:15 For if all of you turn away from after him, he will yet again leave them in the wilderness; and all of you shall destroy all this people.
32:16 彼らはモーセのところへ進み寄って言った、「われわれはこの所に、群れのために羊のおりを建て、また子供たちのために町々を建てようと思います。
32:16 And they came near unto him, and said, We will build sheepfolds here for our cattle, and cities for our little ones:
32:17 しかし、われわれは武装してイスラエルの人々の前に進み、彼らをその所へ導いて行きましょう。ただわれわれの子供たちは、この地の住民の害をのがれるため、堅固な町々に住ませておかなければなりません。
32:17 But we ourselves will go ready armed before the children of Israel, until we have brought them unto their place: and our little ones shall dwell in the fenced cities because of the inhabitants of the land.
32:18 われわれはイスラエルの人々が、おのおのその嗣業を受けるまでは、家に帰りません。
32:18 We will not return unto our houses, until the children of Israel have inherited every man his inheritance.
32:19 またわれわれはヨルダンのかなたで彼らとともには嗣業を受けません。われわれはヨルダンのこなた、すなわち東の方で嗣業を受けるからです」。
32:19 For we will not inherit with them on yonder side Jordan, or forward; because our inheritance is fallen to us on this side Jordan eastward.
32:20 モーセは彼らに言った、「もし、あなたがたがそのようにし、みな武装して主の前に行って戦い、
32:20 And Moses said unto them, If all of you will do this thing, if all of you will go armed before the LORD to war,
32:21 みな武装して主の前に行ってヨルダン川を渡り、主がその敵を自分の前から追い払われて、
32:21 And will go all of you armed over Jordan before the LORD, until he has driven out his enemies from before him,
32:22 この国が主の前に征服されて後、帰ってくるならば、あなたがたは主の前にも、イスラエルの前にも、とがめはないであろう。そしてこの地は主の前にあなたがたの所有となるであろう。
32:22 And the land be subdued before the LORD: then afterward all of you shall return, and be guiltless before the LORD, and before Israel; and this land shall be your possession before the LORD.
32:23 しかし、そうしないならば、あなたがたは主にむかって罪を犯した者となり、その罪は必ず身に及ぶことを知らなければならない。
32:23 But if all of you will not do so, behold, all of you have sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out.
32:24 あなたがたは子供たちのために町々を建て、羊のために、おりを建てなさい。しかし、あなたがたは約束したことは行わなければならない」。
32:24 Build you cities for your little ones, and folds for your sheep; and do that which has proceeded out of your mouth.
32:25 ガドの子孫とルベンの子孫とは、モーセに言った、「しもべらはあなたの命じられたとおりにいたします。
32:25 And the children of Gad and the children of Reuben spoke unto Moses, saying, Your servants will do as my lord commands.
32:26 われわれの子供たちと妻と羊と、すべての家畜とは、このギレアデの町々に残します。
32:26 Our little ones, our wives, our flocks, and all our cattle, shall be there in the cities of Gilead:
32:27 しかし、しもべらはみな武装して、あなたの言われるとおり、主の前に渡って行って戦います」。
32:27 But your servants will pass over, every man armed for war, before the LORD to battle, as my lord says.
32:28 モーセは彼らのことについて、祭司エレアザルと、ヌンの子ヨシュアと、イスラエルの人々の部族のうちの氏族のかしらたちとに命じた。
32:28 So concerning them Moses commanded Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel:
32:29 そしてモーセは彼らに言った、「ガドの子孫と、ルベンの子孫とが、おのおの武装してあなたがたと一緒にヨルダンを渡り、主の前に戦って、その地をあなたがたが征服するならば、あなたがたは彼らにギレアデの地を領地として与えなければならない。
32:29 And Moses said unto them, If the children of Gad and the children of Reuben will pass with you over Jordan, every man armed to battle, before the LORD, and the land shall be subdued before you; then all of you shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession:
32:30 しかし、もし彼らが武装してあなたがたと一緒に渡って行かないならば、彼らはカナンの地であなたがたのうちに領地を獲なければならない」。
32:30 But if they will not pass over with you armed, they shall have possessions among you in the land of Canaan.
32:31 ガドの子孫と、ルベンの子孫とは答えて言った、「しもべらは主が言われたとおりにいたします。
32:31 And the children of Gad and the children of Reuben answered, saying, As the LORD has said unto your servants, so will we do.
32:32 われわれは武装して、主の前にカナンの地へ渡って行きますが、ヨルダンのこなたで、われわれの嗣業をもつことにします」。
32:32 We will pass over armed before the LORD into the land of Canaan, that the possession of our inheritance on this side Jordan may be ours.
32:33 そこでモーセはガドの子孫と、ルベンの子孫と、ヨセフの子マナセの部族の半ばとに、アモリびとの王シホンの国と、バシャンの王オグの国とを与えた。すなわち、その国およびその領内の町々とその町々の周囲の地とを与えた。
32:33 And Moses gave unto them, even to the children of Gad, and to the children of Reuben, and unto half the tribe of Manasseh the son of Joseph, the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, and the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, the land, with the cities thereof in the coasts, even the cities of the country round about.
32:34 こうしてガドの子孫は、デボン、アタロテ、アロエル、
32:34 And the children of Gad built Dibon, and Ataroth, and Aroer,
32:35 アテロテ・ショパン、ヤゼル、ヨグベハ、
32:35 And Atroth, Shophan, and Jaazer, and Jogbehah,
32:36 ベテニムラ、ベテハランなどの堅固な町々を建て、羊のおりを建てた。
32:36 And Bethnimrah, and Bethharan, fenced cities: and folds for sheep.
32:37 またルベンの子孫は、ヘシボン、エレアレ、キリヤタイム、
32:37 And the children of Reuben built Heshbon, and Elealeh, and Kirjathaim,
32:38 および後に名を改めたネボと、バアル・メオンの町を建て、またシブマの町を建てた。彼らは建てた町々に新しい名を与えた。
32:38 And Nebo, and Baalmeon, (their names being changed,) and Shibmah: and gave other names unto the cities which they built.
32:39 またマナセの子マキルの子孫はギレアデに行って、そこを取り、その住民アモリびとを追い払ったので、
32:39 And the children of Machir the son of Manasseh went to Gilead, and took it, and dispossessed the Amorite which was in it.
32:40 モーセはギレアデをマナセの子マキルに与えてそこに住まわせた。
32:40 And Moses gave Gilead unto Machir the son of Manasseh; and he dwelt therein.
32:41 またマナセの子ヤイルは行って村々を取り、それをハオテヤイルと名づけた。
32:41 And Jair the son of Manasseh went and took the small towns thereof, and called them Havothjair.
32:42 またノバは行ってケナテとその村々を取り、自分の名にしたがって、それをノバと名づけた。
32:42 And Nobah went and took Kenath, and the villages thereof, and called it Nobah, after his own name.
33:1 イスラエルの人々が、モーセとアロンとに導かれ、その部隊に従って、エジプトの国を出てから経た旅路は次のとおりである。
33:1 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
33:2 モーセは主の命により、その旅路にしたがって宿駅を書きとめた。その宿駅にしたがえば旅路は次のとおりである。
33:2 And Moses wrote their activities out according to their journeys by the commandment of the LORD: and these are their journeys according to their activities out.
33:3 彼らは正月の十五日にラメセスを出立した。すなわち過越の翌日イスラエルの人々は、すべてのエジプトびとの目の前を意気揚々と出立した。
33:3 And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the next day after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.
33:4 その時エジプトびとは、主に撃ち殺されたすべてのういごを葬っていた。主はまた彼らの神々にも罰を加えられた。
33:4 For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the LORD had smitten among them: upon their gods also the LORD executed judgments.
33:5 こうしてイスラエルの人々はラメセスを出立してスコテに宿営し、
33:5 And the children of Israel removed from Rameses, and pitched in Succoth.
33:6 スコテを出立して荒野の端にあるエタムに宿営し、
33:6 And they departed from Succoth, and pitched in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.
33:7 エタムを出立してバアル・ゼポンの前にあるピハヒロテに引き返してミグドルの前に宿営し、
33:7 And they removed from Etham, and turned again unto Pihahiroth, which is before Baalzephon: and they pitched before Migdol.
33:8 ピハヒロテを出立して、海のなかをとおって荒野に入り、エタムの荒野を三日路ほど行って、メラに宿営し、
33:8 And they departed from before Pihahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah.
33:9 メラを出立し、エリムに行って宿営した。エリムには水の泉十二と、なつめやし七十本とがあった。
33:9 And they removed from Marah, and came unto Elim: and in Elim were twelve fountains of water, and threescore and ten palm trees; and they pitched there.
33:10 エリムを出立して紅海のほとりに宿営し、
33:10 And they removed from Elim, and encamped by the Red sea.
33:11 紅海を出立してシンの荒野に宿営し、
33:11 And they removed from the Red sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.
33:12 シンの荒野を出立してドフカに宿営し、
33:12 And they took their journey out of the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.
33:13 ドフカを出立してアルシに宿営し、
33:13 And they departed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.
33:14 アルシを出立してレピデムに宿営した。そこには民の飲む水がなかった。
33:14 And they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.
33:15 レピデムを出立してシナイの荒野に宿営し、
33:15 And they departed from Rephidim, and pitched in the wilderness of Sinai.
33:16 シナイの荒野を出立してキブロテ・ハッタワに宿営し、
33:16 And they removed from the desert of Sinai, and pitched at Kibrothhattaavah.
33:17 キブロテ・ハッタワを出立してハゼロテに宿営し、
33:17 And they departed from Kibrothhattaavah, and encamped at Hazeroth.
33:18 ハゼロテを出立してリテマに宿営し、
33:18 And they departed from Hazeroth, and pitched in Rithmah.
33:19 リテマを出立してリンモン・パレツに宿営し、
33:19 And they departed from Rithmah, and pitched at Rimmonparez.
33:20 リンモン・パレツを出立してリブナに宿営し、
33:20 And they departed from Rimmonparez, and pitched in Libnah.
33:21 リブナを出立してリッサに宿営し、
33:21 And they removed from Libnah, and pitched at Rissah.
33:22 リッサを出立してケヘラタに宿営し、
33:22 And they journeyed from Rissah, and pitched in Kehelathah.
33:23 ケヘラタを出立してシャペル山に宿営し、
33:23 And they went from Kehelathah, and pitched in mount Shapher.
33:24 シャペル山を出立してハラダに宿営し、
33:24 And they removed from mount Shapher, and encamped in Haradah.
33:25 ハラダを出立してマケロテに宿営し、
33:25 And they removed from Haradah, and pitched in Makheloth.
33:26 マケロテを出立してタハテに宿営し、
33:26 And they removed from Makheloth, and encamped at Tahath.
33:27 タハテを出立してテラに宿営し、
33:27 And they departed from Tahath, and pitched at Tarah.
33:28 テラを出立してミテカに宿営し、
33:28 And they removed from Tarah, and pitched in Mithcah.
33:29 ミテカを出立してハシモナに宿営し、
33:29 And they went from Mithcah, and pitched in Hashmonah.
33:30 ハシモナを出立してモセラに宿営し、
33:30 And they departed from Hashmonah, and encamped at Moseroth.
33:31 モセラを出立してベネヤカンに宿営し、
33:31 And they departed from Moseroth, and pitched in Benejaakan.
33:32 ベネヤカンを出立してホル・ハギデガデに宿営し、
33:32 And they removed from Benejaakan, and encamped at Horhagidgad.
33:33 ホル・ハギデガデを出立してヨテバタに宿営し、
33:33 And they went from Horhagidgad, and pitched in Jotbathah.
33:34 ヨテバタを出立してアブロナに宿営し、
33:34 And they removed from Jotbathah, and encamped at Ebronah.
33:35 アブロナを出立してエジオン・ゲベルに宿営し、
33:35 And they departed from Ebronah, and encamped at Eziongaber.
33:36 エジオン・ゲベルを出立してチンの荒野すなわちカデシに宿営し、
33:36 And they removed from Eziongaber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.
33:37 カデシを出立してエドムの国の端にあるホル山に宿営した。
33:37 And they removed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.
33:38 イスラエルの人々がエジプトの国を出て四十年目の五月一日に、祭司アロンは主の命によりホル山に登って、その所で死んだ。
33:38 And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the LORD, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month.
33:39 アロンはホル山で死んだとき百二十三歳であった。
33:39 And Aaron was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor.
33:40 カナンの地のネゲブに住んでいたカナンびとアラデの王は、イスラエルの人々の来るのを聞いた。
33:40 And king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
33:41 ついで、ホル山を出立してザルモナに宿営し、
33:41 And they departed from mount Hor, and pitched in Zalmonah.
33:42 ザルモナを出立してプノンに宿営し、
33:42 And they departed from Zalmonah, and pitched in Punon.
33:43 プノンを出立してオボテに宿営し、
33:43 And they departed from Punon, and pitched in Oboth.
33:44 オボテを出立してモアブの境にあるイエ・アバリムに宿営し、
33:44 And they departed from Oboth, and pitched in Ijeabarim, in the border of Moab.
33:45 イエ・アバリムを出立してデボン・ガドに宿営し、
33:45 And they departed from Iim, and pitched in Dibongad.
33:46 デボン・ガドを出立してアルモン・デブラタイムに宿営し、
33:46 And they removed from Dibongad, and encamped in Almondiblathaim.
33:47 アルモン・デブラタイムを出立してネボの前にあるアバリムの山に宿営し、
33:47 And they removed from Almondiblathaim, and pitched in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
33:48 アバリムの山を出立してエリコに近いヨルダンのほとりのモアブの平野に宿営した。
33:48 And they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
33:49 すなわちヨルダンのほとりのモアブの平野で、ベテエシモテとアベル・シッテムとの間に宿営した。
33:49 And they pitched by Jordan, from Bethjesimoth even unto Abelshittim in the plains of Moab.
33:50 エリコに近いヨルダンのほとりのモアブの平野で、主はモーセに言われた、
33:50 And the LORD spoke unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
33:51 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい。あなたがたがヨルダンを渡ってカナンの地にはいるときは、
33:51 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When all of you are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan;
33:52 その地の住民をことごとくあなたがたの前から追い払い、すべての石像をこぼち、すべての鋳像をこぼち、すべての高き所を破壊しなければならない。
33:52 Then all of you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:
33:53 またあなたがたはその地の民を追い払って、そこに住まなければならない。わたしがその地をあなたがたの所有として与えたからである。
33:53 And all of you shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.
33:54 あなたがたは、おのおの氏族ごとにくじを引き、その地を分けて嗣業としなければならない。大きい部族には多くの嗣業を与え、小さい部族には少しの嗣業を与えなければならない。そのくじの当った所がその所有となるであろう。あなたがたは父祖の部族にしたがって、それを継がなければならない。
33:54 And all of you shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more all of you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer all of you shall give the less inheritance: every man's inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falls; according to the tribes of your fathers all of you shall inherit.
33:55 しかし、その地の住民をあなたがたの前から追い払わないならば、その残して置いた者はあなたがたの目にとげとなり、あなたがたの脇にいばらとなり、あなたがたの住む国において、あなたがたを悩ますであろう。
33:55 But if all of you will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which all of you let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein all of you dwell.
33:56 また、わたしは彼らにしようと思ったとおりに、あなたがたにするであろう」。
33:56 Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.
34:1 主はモーセに言われた、
34:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
34:2 「イスラエルの人々に命じて言いなさい。あなたがたがカナンの地にはいるとき、あなたがたの嗣業となるべき地はカナンの地で、その全域は次のとおりである。
34:2 Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When all of you come into the land of Canaan; (this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with the coasts thereof:)
34:3 南の方はエドムに接するチンの荒野に始まり、南の境は、東は塩の海の端に始まる。
34:3 Then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the coast of Edom, and your south border shall be the utmost coast of the salt sea eastward:
34:4 その境はアクラビムの坂の南を巡ってチンに向かい、カデシ・バルネアの南に至り、ハザル・アダルに進み、アズモンに及ぶ。
34:4 And your border shall turn from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin: and the going forth thereof shall be from the south to Kadeshbarnea, and shall go on to Hazaraddar, and pass on to Azmon:
34:5 その境はまたアズモンから転じてエジプトの川に至り、海に及んで尽きる。
34:5 And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and the activities out of it shall be at the sea.
34:6 西の境はおおうみとその沿岸で、これがあなたがたの西の境である。
34:6 And as for the western border, all of you shall even have the great sea for a border: this shall be your west border.
34:7 あなたがたの北の境は次のとおりである。すなわちおおうみからホル山まで線を引き、
34:7 And this shall be your north border: from the great sea all of you shall point out for you mount Hor:
34:8 ホル山からハマテの入口まで線を引き、その境をゼダデに至らせ、
34:8 From mount Hor all of you shall point out your border unto the entrance of Hamath; and the activities out of the border shall be to Zedad:
34:9 またその境はジフロンに進み、ハザル・エノンに至って尽きる。これがあなたがたの北の境である。
34:9 And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the activities out of it shall be at Hazarenan: this shall be your north border.
34:10 あなたがたの東の境は、ハザル・エノンからシパムまで線を引き、
34:10 And all of you shall point out your east border from Hazarenan to Shepham:
34:11 またその境はアインの東の方で、シパムからリブラに下り、またその境は下ってキンネレテの海の東の斜面に至り、
34:11 And the coast shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall reach unto the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward:
34:12 またその境はヨルダンに下り、塩の海に至って尽きる。あなたがたの国の周囲の境は以上のとおりである」。
34:12 And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the activities out of it shall be at the salt sea: this shall be your land with the coasts thereof round about.
34:13 モーセはイスラエルの人々に命じて言った、「これはあなたがたが、くじによって継ぐべき地である。主はこれを九つの部族と半部族とに与えよと命じられた。
34:13 And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which all of you shall inherit by lot, which the LORD commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe:
34:14 それはルベンの子孫の部族とガドの子孫の部族とが共に父祖の家にしたがって、すでにその嗣業を受け、またマナセの半部族もその嗣業を受けていたからである。
34:14 For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance:
34:15 この二つの部族と半部族とはエリコに近いヨルダンのかなた、すなわち東の方、日の出る方で、その嗣業を受けた」。
34:15 The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.
34:16 主はまたモーセに言われた、
34:16 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
34:17 「あなたがたに、嗣業として地を分け与える人々の名は次のとおりである。すなわち祭司エレアザルと、ヌンの子ヨシュアとである。
34:17 These are the names of the men which shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
34:18 あなたがたはまた、おのおの部族から、つかさひとりずつを選んで、地を分け与えさせなければならない。
34:18 And all of you shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance.
34:19 その人々の名は次のとおりである。すなわちユダの部族ではエフンネの子カレブ、
34:19 And the names of the men are these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
34:20 シメオンの子孫の部族ではアミホデの子サムエル、
34:20 And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud.
34:21 ベニヤミンの部族ではキスロンの子エリダデ、
34:21 Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon.
34:22 ダンの子孫の部族ではヨグリの子つかさブッキ、
34:22 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bukki the son of Jogli.
34:23 ヨセフの子孫、すなわちマナセの部族ではエポデの子つかさハニエル、
34:23 The prince of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, Hanniel the son of Ephod.
34:24 エフライムの子孫の部族ではシフタンの子つかさケムエル、
34:24 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan.
34:25 ゼブルンの子孫の部族ではパルナクの子つかさエリザパン、
34:25 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach.
34:26 イッサカルの子孫の部族ではアザンの子つかさパルテエル、
34:26 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Issachar, Paltiel the son of Azzan.
34:27 アセルの子孫の部族ではシロミの子つかさアヒウデ、
34:27 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi.
34:28 ナフタリの子孫の部族では、アミホデの子つかさパダヘル。
34:28 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud.
34:29 カナンの地でイスラエルの人々に嗣業を分け与えることを主が命じられた人々は以上のとおりである」。
34:29 These are they whom the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.
35:1 エリコに近いヨルダンのほとりのモアブの平野で、主はモーセに言われた、
35:1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
35:2 「イスラエルの人々に命じて、その獲た嗣業のうちから、レビびとに住むべき町々を与えさせなさい。また、あなたがたは、その町々の周囲の放牧地をレビびとに与えなければならない。
35:2 Command the children of Israel, that they give unto the Levites of the inheritance of their possession cities to dwell in; and all of you shall give also unto the Levites suburbs for the cities round about them.
35:3 その町々は彼らの住む所、その放牧地は彼らの家畜と群れ、およびすべての獣のためである。
35:3 And the cities shall they have to dwell in; and the suburbs of them shall be for their cattle, and for their goods, and for all their beasts.
35:4 あなたがたがレビびとに与える町々の放牧地は、町の石がきから一千キュビトの周囲としなければならない。
35:4 And the suburbs of the cities, which all of you shall give unto the Levites, shall reach from the wall of the city and outward a thousand cubits round about.
35:5 あなたがたは町の外で東側に二千キュビト、南側に二千キュビト、西側に二千キュビト、北側に二千キュビトを計り、町はその中央にしなければならない。彼らの町の放牧地はこのようにしなければならない。
35:5 And all of you shall measure from without the city on the east side two thousand cubits, and on the south side two thousand cubits, and on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits; and the city shall be in the midst: this shall be to them the suburbs of the cities.
35:6 あなたがたがレビびとに与える町々は六つで、のがれの町とし、人を殺した者がのがれる所としなければならない。なおこのほかに四十二の町を与えなければならない。
35:6 And among the cities which all of you shall give unto the Levites there shall be six cities for refuge, which all of you shall appoint for the murderer, that he may flee thither: and to them all of you shall add forty and two cities.
35:7 すなわちあなたがたがレビびとに与える町は合わせて四十八で、これをその放牧地と共に与えなければならない。
35:7 So all the cities which all of you shall give to the Levites shall be forty and eight cities: them shall all of you give with their suburbs.
35:8 あなたがたがイスラエルの人々の所有のうちからレビびとに町々を与えるには、大きい部族からは多く取り、小さい部族からは少なく取り、おのおの受ける嗣業にしたがって、その町々をレビびとに与えなければならない」。
35:8 And the cities which all of you shall give shall be of the possession of the children of Israel: from them that have many all of you shall give many; but from them that have few all of you shall give few: every one shall give of his cities unto the Levites according to his inheritance which he inherits.
35:9 主はモーセに言われた、
35:9 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
35:10 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい。あなたがたがヨルダンを渡ってカナンの地にはいるときは、
35:10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When all of you be come over Jordan into the land of Canaan;
35:11 あなたがたのために町を選んで、のがれの町とし、あやまって人を殺した者を、そこにのがれさせなければならない。
35:11 Then all of you shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may flee thither, which kills any person at unexpectedly.
35:12 これはあなたがたが復讐する者を避けてのがれる町であって、人を殺した者が会衆の前に立って、さばきを受けないうちに、殺されることのないためである。
35:12 And they shall be unto you cities for refuge from the avenger; that the murderer die not, until he stand before the congregation in judgment.
35:13 あなたがたが与える町々のうち、六つをのがれの町としなければならない。
35:13 And of these cities which all of you shall give six cities shall all of you have for refuge.
35:14 すなわちヨルダンのかなたで三つの町を与え、カナンの地で三つの町を与えて、のがれの町としなければならない。
35:14 All of you shall give three cities on this side Jordan, and three cities shall all of you give in the land of Canaan, which shall be cities of refuge.
35:15 これらの六つの町は、イスラエルの人々と、他国の人および寄留者のために、のがれの場所としなければならない。すべてあやまって人を殺した者が、そこにのがれるためである。
35:15 These six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that every one that kills any person unexpectedly may flee thither.
35:16 もし人が鉄の器で、人を打って死なせたならば、その人は故殺人である。故殺人は必ず殺されなければならない。
35:16 And if he strike him with an instrument of iron, so that he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.
35:17 またもし人を殺せるほどの石を取って、人を打って死なせたならば、その人は故殺人である。故殺人は必ず殺されなければならない。
35:17 And if he strike him with throwing a stone, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.
35:18 あるいは人を殺せるほどの木の器を取って、人を打って死なせたならば、その人は故殺人である。故殺人は必ず殺されなければならない。
35:18 Or if he strike him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.
35:19 血の復讐をする者は、自分でその故殺人を殺すことができる。すなわち彼に出会うとき、彼を殺すことができる。
35:19 The revenger of blood himself shall slay the murderer: when he meet him, he shall slay him.
35:20 またもし恨みのために人を突き、あるいは故意に人に物を投げつけて死なせ、
35:20 But if he thrust him of hatred, or hurl at him by laying of wait, that he die;
35:21 あるいは恨みによって手で人を打って死なせたならば、その打った者は必ず殺されなければならない。彼は故殺人だからである。血の復讐をする者は、その故殺人に出会うとき殺すことができる。
35:21 Or in enmity strike him with his hand, that he die: he that stroke him shall surely be put to death; for he is a murderer: the revenger of blood shall slay the murderer, when he meet him.
35:22 しかし、もし恨みもないのに思わず人を突き、または、なにごころなく人に物を投げつけ、
35:22 But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity, or have cast upon him any thing without laying of wait,
35:23 あるいは人のいるのも見ずに、人を殺せるほどの石を投げつけて死なせた場合、その人がその敵でもなく、また害を加えようとしたのでもない時は、
35:23 Or with any stone, wherewith a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, that he die, and was not his enemy, neither sought his harm:
35:24 会衆はこれらのおきてによって、その人を殺した者と、血の復讐をする者との間をさばかなければならない。
35:24 Then the congregation shall judge between the slayer and the revenger of blood according to these judgments:
35:25 すなわち会衆はその人を殺した者を血の復讐をする者の手から救い出して、逃げて行ったのがれの町に返さなければならない。その者は聖なる油を注がれた大祭司の死ぬまで、そこにいなければならない。
35:25 And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge, where he was fled: and he shall abide in it unto the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil.
35:26 しかし、もし人を殺した者が、その逃げて行ったのがれの町の境を出た場合、
35:26 But if the slayer shall at any time come without the border of the city of his refuge, where he was fled;
35:27 血の復讐をする者は、のがれの町の境の外で、これに出会い、血の復讐をする者が、その人を殺した者を殺しても、彼には血を流した罪はない。
35:27 And the revenger of blood find him without the borders of the city of his refuge, and the revenger of blood kill the slayer; he shall not be guilty of blood:
35:28 彼は大祭司の死ぬまで、そののがれの町におるべきものだからである。大祭司の死んだ後は、人を殺した者は自分の所有の地にかえることができる。
35:28 Because he should have remained in the city of his refuge until the death of the high priest: but after the death of the high priest the slayer shall return into the land of his possession.
35:29 これらのことはすべてあなたがたの住む所で、代々あなたがたのためのおきての定めとしなければならない。
35:29 So these things shall be for a statute of judgment unto you throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
35:30 人を殺した者、すなわち故殺人はすべて証人の証言にしたがって殺されなければならない。しかし、だれもただひとりの証言によって殺されることはない。
35:30 Whoso kills any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.
35:31 あなたがたは死に当る罪を犯した故殺人の命のあがないしろを取ってはならない。彼は必ず殺されなければならない。
35:31 Moreover all of you shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which is guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death.
35:32 また、のがれの町にのがれた者のために、あがないしろを取って大祭司の死ぬ前に彼を自分の地に帰り住まわせてはならない。
35:32 And all of you shall take no satisfaction for him that is fled to the city of his refuge, that he should come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest.
35:33 あなたがたはそのおる所の地を汚してはならない。流血は地を汚すからである。地の上に流された血は、それを流した者の血によらなければあがなうことができない。
35:33 So all of you shall not pollute the land wherein all of you are: for blood it defiles the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.
35:34 あなたがたは、その住む所の地、すなわちわたしのおる地を汚してはならない。主なるわたしがイスラエルの人々のうちに住んでいるからである」。
35:34 Defile not therefore the land which all of you shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I the LORD dwell among the children of Israel.
36:1 ヨセフの子孫の氏族のうち、マナセの子マキルの子であるギレアデの子らの氏族のかしらたちがきて、モーセとイスラエルの人々のかしらであるつかさたちとの前で語って、
36:1 And the chief fathers of the families of the children of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spoke before Moses, and before the princes, the chief fathers of the children of Israel:
36:2 言った、「イスラエルの人々に、その嗣業の地をくじによって与えることを主はあなたに命じられ、あなたもまた、われわれの兄弟ゼロペハデの嗣業を、その娘たちに与えるよう、主によって命じられました。
36:2 And they said, The LORD commanded my lord to give the land for an inheritance by lot to the children of Israel: and my lord was commanded by the LORD to give the inheritance of Zelophehad our brother unto his daughters.
36:3 その娘たちがもし、イスラエルの人々のうちの他の部族のむすこたちにとつぐならば、彼女たちの嗣業は、われわれの父祖の嗣業のうちから取り除かれて、そのとつぐ部族の嗣業に加えられるでしょう。こうしてそれはわれわれの嗣業の分から取り除かれるでしょう。
36:3 And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe unto which they are received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance.
36:4 そしてイスラエルの人々のヨベルの年がきた時、彼女たちの嗣業は、そのとついだ部族の嗣業に加えられるでしょう。こうして彼女たちの嗣業は、われわれの父祖の部族の嗣業のうちから取り除かれるでしょう」。
36:4 And when the jubile of the children of Israel shall be, then shall their inheritance be put unto the inheritance of the tribe unto which they are received: so shall their inheritance be taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers.
36:5 モーセは主の言葉にしたがって、イスラエルの人々に命じて言った、「ヨセフの子孫の部族の言うところは正しい。
36:5 And Moses commanded the children of Israel according to the word of the LORD, saying, The tribe of the sons of Joseph has said well.
36:6 ゼロペハデの娘たちについて、主が命じられたことはこうである。すなわち『彼女たちはその心にかなう者にとついでもよいが、ただその父祖の部族の一族にのみ、とつがなければならない。
36:6 This is the thing which the LORD does command concerning the daughters of Zelophehad, saying, Let them marry to whom they think best; only to the family of the tribe of their father shall they marry.
36:7 そうすればイスラエルの人々の嗣業は、部族から部族に移るようなことはないであろう。イスラエルの人々は、おのおのその父祖の部族の嗣業をかたく保つべきだからである。
36:7 So shall not the inheritance of the children of Israel remove from tribe to tribe: for every one of the children of Israel shall keep himself to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers.
36:8 イスラエルの人々の部族のうち、嗣業をもっている娘はみな、その父の部族に属する一族にとつがなければならない。そうすればイスラエルの人々は、おのおのその父祖の嗣業を保つことができる。
36:8 And every daughter, that possesses an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Israel, shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of her father, that the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of his fathers.
36:9 こうして嗣業は一つの部族から他の部族に移ることはなかろう。イスラエルの人々の部族はおのおのその嗣業をかたく保つべきだからである』」。
36:9 Neither shall the inheritance remove from one tribe to another tribe; but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance.
36:10 そこでゼロペハデの娘たちは、主がモーセに命じられたようにした。
36:10 Even as the LORD commanded Moses, so did the daughters of Zelophehad:
36:11 すなわちゼロペハデの娘たち、マアラ、テルザ、ホグラ、ミルカおよびノアは、その父の兄弟のむすこたちにとついだ。
36:11 For Mahlah, Tirzah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Noah, the daughters of Zelophehad, were married unto their father's brothers' sons:
36:12 彼女たちはヨセフの子マナセのむすこたちの一族にとついだので、その嗣業はその父の一族の属する部族にとどまった。
36:12 And they were married into the families of the sons of Manasseh the son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of the family of their father.
36:13 これらはエリコに近いヨルダンのほとりのモアブの平野で、主がモーセによってイスラエルの人々に命じられた命令とおきてである。
36:13 These are the commandments and the judgments, which the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses unto the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
