11:16 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va beøn phaùn cuøng Moâi-se raèng: Haõy nhoùm hieäp cho ta baûy möôi ngöôøi trong böïc tröôûng laõo Y-sô-ra-eân, töùc laø nhöõng keû ngöôi bieát laø tröôûng laõo vaø cai quaûn daân söï; haõy daãn caùc ngöôøi aáy ñeán hoäi maïc, ñöùng taïi ñoù vôùi ngöôi.

11:17 And I will come down and talk with you there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon you, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you bear it not yourself alone.

11:17 Ñoaïn, ta seõ ngöï xuoáng, noùi chuyeän taïi ñoù vôùi ngöôi; ta seõ laáy Thaàn caûm ngöôi maø ban cho nhöõng ngöôøi ñoù, ñeå hoï chòu gaùnh naëng veà daân söï vôùi ngöôi, vaø ngöôi khoâng phaûi gaùnh moät mình.

11:18 And say you unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against tomorrow, and all of you shall eat flesh: for all of you have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for it was well with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and all of you shall eat.

11:19 All of you shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days;

11:20 But even a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that all of you have despised the LORD which is among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt?

11:20 nhöng cho ñeán moät thaùng troïn, cho ñeán chöøng naøo thòt traøn ra loã muõi, vaø caùc ngöôi ngaùn ñi, vì caùc ngöôi ñaõ boû Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ôû giöõa mình, vaø khoùc tröôùc maët Ngaøi, maø raèng: Vì sao chuùng toâi ñaõ ra khoûi xöù EÂ-díp-toâ?

11:21 And Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen; and you have said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month.

11:21 Moâi-se thöa raèng: Trong daân söï toâi ñöông ôû ñaây, coù saùu traêm ngaøn ngöôøi ñaøn oâng, maø Ngaøi coù phaùn raèng: Ta seõ phaùt thòt cho daân naày aên trong moät thaùng troïn.

11:22 Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?

11:23 And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD's hand waxed short? you shall see now whether my word shall come to pass unto you or not.

11:23 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng Moâi-se raèng: Tay cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ vaén laïi sao? Ngöôi seõ xem thöû ñieàu ta ñaõ phaùn cuøng ngöôi coù xaûy ñeán hay chaêng.

11:24 And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle.

11:24 Moâi-se beøn ñi ra, thuaät laïi caùc lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va cho daân söï, roài nhoùm hieäp baûy möôi ngöôøi trong böïc tröôûng laõo cuûa daân söï, ñaët ñeå xung quanh Traïi.

11:25 And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spoke unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

11:25 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va beøn ngöï xuoáng trong maây, phaùn cuøng Moâi-se; Ngaøi laáy Thaàn caûm ngöôøi vaø ban cho baûy möôi ngöôøi tröôûng laõo. Vöøa khi Thaàn ôû treân baûy möôi ngöôøi tröôûng laõo, beøn ñöôïc caûm ñoäng noùi tieân tri, nhöng khoâng cöù noùi maõi.

11:26 But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp.

11:26 Coù hai ngöôøi ôû laïi trong traïi quaân; moät ngöôøi teân laø Eân-ñaùt, moät ngöôøi teân laø Meâ-ñaùt, ñöôïc Thaàn caûm ñoäng, noùi tieân tri taïi traïi quaân. Hai ngöôøi naày thuoäc veà boïn ñöôïc bieân teân, nhöng khoâng coù ñeán hoäi maïc.

11:27 And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp.

11:28 And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.

11:28 Gioâ-sueâ, con trai cuûa Nun, laø ngöôøi haàu vieäc Moâi-se, ñaùp laïi maø raèng: Hôõi Moâi-se, chuùa toâi, haõy caám chuùng noù!

11:29 And Moses said unto him, Envy you for my sake? would God that all the LORD's people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

11:29 Moâi-se ñaùp raèng: Ngöôi ganh cho ta chaêng? Oâi! chôù chi caû daân söï cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñeàu laø ngöôøi tieân tri, vaø chôù chi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ban Thaàn cuûa Ngaøi cho hoï!

11:30 And Moses got him into the camp, he and the elders of Israel.

11:30 Moâi-se vaø maáy ngöôøi tröôûng laõo ñeàu lui vaøo traïi quaân.

11:31 And there went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day's journey on this side, and as it were a day's journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth.

11:31 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va beøn khieán moät traän gioù noåi töø bieån, daãn nhöõng chim cuùt ñeán vaûi treân traïi quaân vaø xung quanh, beân naày traûi ra daøi chöøng moät ngaøy ñöôøng ñi, vaø beân kia traûi ra daøi chöøng moät ngaøy ñöôøng ñi, khoûi maët ñaát chöøng hai thöôùc beà cao.

11:32 And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp.

11:32 Daân söï ñöùng daäy löôïm nhöõng cuùt trong ngaøy ñoù, ñeâm ñoù vaø troïn ngaøy sau; ai löôïm ít hôn heát coù möôøi oâ-me; ngöôøi ta caêng noù khaép chung quanh traïi quaân.

11:33 And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, before it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD stroke the people with a very great plague.

11:33 Thòt vaãn coøn nôi raêng, chöa nhai, thì côn giaän cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va noåi leân cuøng daân söï, haønh daân söï moät tai vaï raát naëng.

11:34 And he called the name of that place Kibrothhattaavah: because there they buried the people that lusted.
