Xa cha ri - Zechariah

1:1 In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying,

1:1 Thaùng taùm naêm thöù hai Ña-ri-uùt, coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng ñaáng tieân tri Xa-cha-ri, con trai Ba-ra-chi, chaùu, Y-ñoâ, maø raèng:

1:2 The LORD has been sore displeased with your fathers.

1:2 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ raát khoâng baèng loøng toå phuï caùc ngöôi.

1:3 Therefore say you unto them, Thus says the LORD of hosts; Turn all of you unto me, says the LORD of hosts, and I will turn unto you, says the LORD of hosts.

1:3 Vaäy khaù noùi cuøng chuùng raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy trôû laïi cuøng ta, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn, thì ta seõ trôû laïi cuøng caùc ngöôi, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn vaäy.

1:4 Be all of you not as your fathers, unto whom the former prophets have cried, saying, Thus says the LORD of hosts; Turn all of you now from your evil ways, and from your evil doings: but they did not hear, nor hearken unto me, says the LORD.

1:4 Chôù nhö toå phuï caùc ngöôi, caùc tieân tri xöa kia ñaõ keâu hoï maø raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Baây giôø khaù xaây boû ñöôøng döõ vaø vieäc laøm döõ cuûa caùc ngöôi; nhöng hoï chaúng nghe, chaúng heà ñeå yù nghe ta, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

1:5 Your fathers, where are they? and the prophets, do they live for ever?

1:5 Chôù naøo toå phuï caùc ngöôi ôû ñaâu? Vaø nhöõng tieân tri aáy coù soáng ñôøi ñôøi chaêng?

1:6 But my words and my statutes, which I commanded my servants the prophets, did they not take hold of your fathers? and they returned and said, Like the LORD of hosts thought to do unto us, according to our ways, and according to our doings, so has he dealt with us.

1:6 Song nhöõng lôøi phaùn vaø leà luaät ta ñaõ truyeàn cho toâi tôù ta laø caùc ñaáng tieân tri, haù chaúng kòp ñeán toå phuï caùc ngöôi sao? Neân hoï ñaõ trôû laïi vaø noùi raèng: Moïi ñieàu maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân ñaõ ñònh laøm cho chuùng ta theo nhö ñöôøng loái vaø vieäc laøm cuûa chuùng ta, thì ñaõ laøm cho chuùng ta nhö vaäy.

1:7 Upon the four and twentieth day of the eleventh month, which is the month Sebat, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying,

1:7 Ngaøy hai möôi boán thaùng möôøi moät, laø thaùng Seâ-baùt, trong naêm thöù hai Ña-ri-uùt, coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho ñaáng tieân tri Xa-cha-ri, con trai Ba-ra-chi, chaùu Y-ñoâ, nhö vaày:

1:8 I saw by night, and behold a man riding upon a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in the bottom; and behind him were there red horses, speckled, and white.

1:8 Ta thaáy trong ban ñeâm: naày, coù moät ngöôøi côõi ngöïa hoàng ñöùng trong nhöõng caây sim ôû nôi thaáp, vaø ñaèng sau ngöôøi co nhöõng ngöïa hoàng, ngöïa xaùm, ngöïa traéng.

1:9 Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will show you what these be.

1:9 Ta noùi raèng: Hôõi chuùa toâi, nhöõng ngöïa aáy nghóa laø gì? thì thieân söù noùi cuøng ta, baûo ta raèng: Ta seõ chæ cho ngöôi nhöõng ngöïa naày nghóa laø gì.

1:10 And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These are they whom the LORD has sent to walk back and forth through the earth.

1:10 Ngöôøi ñöùng trong nhöõng caây sim ñaùp raèng: Ñaây laø nhöõng keû maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va sai ñi laïi traûi qua ñaát.

1:11 And they answered the angel of the LORD that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked back and forth through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sits still, and is at rest.

1:11 Chuùng noù beøn ñaùp laïi cuøng thieân söù ñöùng trong nhöõng caây sim raèng: Chuùng toâi ñaõ ñi laïi traûi qua ñaát; naày, caû ñaát ñeàu ôû yeân vaø im laëng.

1:12 Then the angel of the LORD answered and said, O LORD of hosts, how long will you not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which you have had indignation these threescore and ten years?

1:12 Baáy giôø thieân söù cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaùp raèng: Hôõi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân! Ngaøi seõ khoâng thöông xoùt Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø caùc thaønh cuûa Giu-ña cho ñeán chöøng naøo, laø nhöõng thaønh Ngaøi ñaõ noåi giaän nghòch cuøng noù baûy möôi naêm nay?

1:13 And the LORD answered the angel that talked with me with good words and comfortable words.

1:13 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laáy nhöõng lôøi laønh, nhöõng lôøi yeân uûi ñaùp cuøng thieân söù ñöông noùi vôùi ta.

1:14 So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry you, saying, Thus says the LORD of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy.

1:14 Ñoaïn, thieân söù ñöông noùi cuøng ta, baûo ra raèng: Khaù keâu leân va nuùi raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân coù phaùn: Ta vì Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø Si-oân ñoäng loøng ghen quaù laém;

1:15 And I am very sore displeased with the heathen that are at ease: for I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction.

1:15 vaø ta raát khoâng ñeïp loøng caùc daân toäc ñöông yeân vui; vì ta hôi khoâng baèng loøng, vaø chuùng noù caøng theâm söï khoán naïn.

1:16 Therefore thus says the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my house shall be built in it, says the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem.

1:16 Vaäy neân Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Ta laáy loøng thöông xoùt trôû veà cuøng Gieâ-ru-sa-lem; nhaø ta seõ xaây laïi trong noù, daây möïc seõ giaêng treân Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn vaäy.

1:17 Cry yet, saying, Thus says the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.

1:17 Haõy keâu laàn nöõa maø raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Caùc thaønh ta seõ coøn ñaày traøn söï thònh vöôïng, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va seõ coøn yeân uûi Si-oân, vaø coøn keùn choïn Gieâ-ru-sa-lem.

1:18 Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns.

1:18 Ñoaïn, ta ngöôùc maét leân, ta nhìn xem, naày, coù boán caùi söøng.

1:19 And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.

1:19 Ta beøn noùi cuøng thieân söù ñöông noùi vôùi ta raèng: Nhöõng vaät aáy laø gì? Ngöôøi ñaùp cuøng ta raèng: Aáy laø nhöõng söøng ñaõ laøm tan taùc Giu-ña, Y-sô-ra-eân, vaø Gieâ-ru-sa-lem.

1:20 And the LORD showed me four carpenters.

1:20 Ñoaïn, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va cho ta xem boán ngöôøi thôï reøn;

1:21 Then said I, What come these to do? And he spoke, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to frighten them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it.

1:21 thì ta hoûi raèng: Nhöõng keû naày ñeán laøm chi? Ngaøi ñaùp raèng: Aáy ñoù laø nhöõng söøng ñaõ laøm tan taùc Giu-ña, cho ñeán noãi khoâng ngöôøi naøo ngoùc ñaàu leân ñöôïc; nhöng nhöõng keû naày ñaõ ñeán ñeå laøm kinh haõi chuùng noù, vaø ñeå neùm xuoáng nhöõng söøng cuûa caùc nöôùc ñaõ caát söøng leân nghòch cuøng ñaát Giu-ña ñaëng laøm tan taùc noù.

2:1 I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand.

2:1 Ta laïi ngöôùc maét leân vaø nhìn xem; kìa, moät ngöôøi caàm daây ño trong tay.

2:2 Then said I, Where go you? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof.

2:2 Ta beøn noùi cuøng ngöôøi raèng: Oâng ñi ñaâu? Ngöôøi ñaùp raèng: Ta ñi ño Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, ñeå xem beà roäng vaø beà daøi noù laø bao nhieâu.

2:3 And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him,

2:4 vaø baûo ngöôøi raèng: Haõy chaïy noùi cuøng ngöôøi trai treû ñoù raèng: Gieâ-ru-sa-lem seõ coù daân cö vaø nhö laøng khoâng coù töôøng thaønh, vì côù raát ñoâng ngöôøi vaø suùc vaät ôû giöõa noù.

2:5 For I, says the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.

2:6 Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, says the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, says the LORD.

2:6 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Heø heø! caùc ngöôi khaù troán, khaù troán khoûi ñaát phöông baéc; vì ta ñaõ laøm cho caùc ngöôi tan taùc nhö boán gioù cuûa trôøi, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

2:7 Deliver yourself, O Zion, that dwell with the daughter of Babylon.

2:7 Hôõi Si-oân ôû vôùi con gaùi Ba-by-loân, heø, ngöôi khaù troán ñi.

2:8 For thus says the LORD of hosts; After the glory has he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that touches you touches the apple of his eye.

2:8 Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn raèng: Sau söï vinh hieån, roài Ngaøi sai ta ñeán cuøng caùc nöôùc cöôùp boùc caùc ngöôi; vì ai ñuïng ñeán caùc ngöôi töùc laø ñuïng ñeán con ngöôi maét Ngaøi.

2:9 For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and all of you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me.

2:10 Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of you, says the LORD.

2:10 Hôõi con gaùi Si-oân, haõy haùt möøng vaø vui veû; vì naày, ta ñeán, vaø ta seõ ôû giöõa ngöôi, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

2:11 And many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of you, and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me unto you.

2:11 Trong ngaøy ñoù, nhieàu nöôùc seõ quy phuïc Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, vaø trôû neân daân ta; ta seõ ôû giöõa ngöôi, ngöôi seõ bieát raèng Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân ñaõ sai ta ñeán cuøng ngöôi.

2:12 And the LORD shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again.

2:13 Be silent, O all flesh, before the LORD: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation.

2:13 Moïi xaùc thòt khaù nín laëng tröôùc maët Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va; vì Ngaøi ñaõ thöùc daäy töø nôi ngöï thaùnh cuûa Ngaøi.

3:1 And he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.

3:1 Ñoaïn, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va cho ta xem thaáy thaày teá leã caû Gieâ-hoâ-sua ñöông ñöùng tröôùc maët thieân söù Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, vaø Sa-tan ñöùng beân höõu ngöôøi ñaëng ñoái ñòch ngöôi.

3:2 And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke you, O Satan; even the LORD that has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

3:2 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng Sa-tan raèng: Hôõi Sa-tan, nguyeàn Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va quôû traùch ngöôi; nguyeàn Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laø Ñaáng ñaõ keùn choïn Gieâ-ru-sa-lem quôû traùch ngöôi. Chôù thì naày haù chaúng phaûi laø caùi ñoùm ñaõ keùo ra töø löûa sao?

3:3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.

3:3 Vaû, Gieâ-hoâ-sua maëc aùo baån, ñöùng tröôùc maët thieân söù.

3:4 And he answered and spoke unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused yours iniquity to pass from you, and I will clothe you with change of raiment.

3:4 Thieân söù caát tieáng noùi cuøng nhöõng keû ñöùng ôû tröôùc maët mình raèng: Haõy loät boû nhöõng aùo baån khoûi noù. Laïi noùi cuøng Gieâ-hoâ-sua raèng: Haõy nhìn xem, ta ñaõ boû söï gian aùc khoûi ngöôi.

3:5 And I said, Let them set a fair turban upon his head. So they set a fair turban upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.

3:5 Ta beøn noùi raèng: Khaù ñoäi muõ saïch treân ñaàu ngöôøi. Thì ngöôøi ta ñoäi treân ñaàu ngöôøi moät caùi muõ saïch, ñoaïn maëc aùo xoáng cho ngöôøi; thieân söù cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñöông ñöùng ñoù.

3:6 And the angel of the LORD protested unto Joshua, saying,

3:6 Thieân söù cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va beøn ñoái chöùng cuøng Gieâ-hoâ-sua raèng:

3:7 Thus says the LORD of hosts; If you will walk in my ways, and if you will keep my charge, then you shall also judge my house, and shall also keep my courts, and I will give you places to walk among these that stand by.

3:7 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Neáu ngöôi böôùc ñi trong ñöôøng loái ta, vaâng giöõ ñieàu ta daây phaûi giöõ, thì ngöôi seõ ñöôïc xeùt ñoaùn nhaø ta, vaø canh giöõ hieân cöûa ta, ta seõ cho ngöôi böôùc ñi trong haøng nhöõng keû ñöùng chaàu naày.

3:8 Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, you, and your fellows that sit before you: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.

3:8 Hôõi Gieâ-hoâ-sua, thaày teá leã caû, ngöôi cuøng baïn höõu ngöôi ngoài tröôùc maët ngöôi haõy nghe, vì nhöõng keû naày laøm daáu: naày, quaû thaät ta seõ laøm cho ñaày tôù ta laø Choài moáng daáy leân.

3:9 For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, says the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

3:9 Vì naày, hoøn ñoù maø ta ñeå tröôùc maët Gieâ-hoâ-sua chæ moät hoøn maø coù baûy con maét. Naày, ta seõ chaïm troå noù, vaø ta seõ caát söï gian aùc khoûi ñaát naày trong moät ngaøy, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn vaäy.

3:10 In that day, says the LORD of hosts, shall all of you call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.

3:10 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn: Trong ngaøy ñoù, caùc ngöôi ai naáy seõ môøi keû laân caän mình döôùi caây nho vaø döôùi caây vaû.

4:1 And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep.

4:1 Ñoaïn, thieân söù noùi cuøng ta trôû laïi, ñaùnh thöùc ta, nhö moät ngöôøi ñöông nguû bò ngöôøi ta ñaùnh thöùc.

4:2 And said unto me, What see you? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof:

4:2 Ngöôøi noùi cuøng ta raèng: Ngöôi thaáy gì? Ta ñaùp raèng: Toâi nhìn xem, kìa moät caùi chôn ñeøn baèng vaøng caû, vaø moät caùi chaäu treân choùt noù, noù coù baûy ngoïn ñeøn; coù baûy caùi oáng cho moãi ngoïn ñeøn ôû treân choùt noù.

4:3 And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.

4:3 ÔÕ keà beân laïi coù hai caây oâ-li-ve, moät caây ôû beân höõu caùi chaäu, vaø moät caùi ôû beân taû.

4:4 So I answered and spoke to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?

4:4 Baáy giôø ta caát tieáng noùi cuøng thieân söù ñöông noùi vôùi ta nhö vaày: Hôõi chuùa toâi, nhöõng ñieàu naày laø gì?

4:5 Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Know you not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.

4:5 Thieân söù noùi cuøng ta ñaùp raèng: Ngöôi khoâng bieát nhöõng ñieàu naày laø gì sao? Ta noùi: Thöa chuùa! toâi khoâng bieát.

4:6 Then he answered and spoke unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, says the LORD of hosts.

4:6 Ngöôøi ñaùp laïi raèng: Ñaây laø lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho Xoâ-roâ-ba-beân raèng: Aáy chaúng phaûi laø bôûi quyeàn theá, cuõng chaúng phaûi laø bôûi naêng löïc, beøn laø bôûi Thaàn ta, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn vaäy.

4:7 Who are you, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.

4:7 Hôõi nuùi lôùn, ngöôi laø ai? ÔÛ tröôùc maët Xoâ-roâ-ba-beân ngöôi seõ trôû neân ñoàng baèng. Noù seõ ñem ñaù choùt ra; seõ coù tieáng keâu raèng: Xin ban ôn, ban ôn cho noù!

4:8 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

4:8 Laïi coù lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng ta raèng:

4:9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me unto you.

4:9 Tay Xoâ-roâ-ba-beân ñaõ laäp neàn nhaø naày, thì tay noù cuõng seõ laøm xong; vaø ngöôi seõ bieát raèng Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân ñaõ sai ta ñeán cuøng caùc ngöôi.

4:10 For who has despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run back and forth through the whole earth.

4:10 Vì ai laø keû khinh deå ngaøy cuûa nhöõng ñieàu nhoû moïn? Baûy con maét Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va traûi ñi qua laïi khaép ñaát, seõ vui maø xem thaáy daây chuaån möïc ôû trong tay Xoâ-roâ-ba-beân.

4:11 Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?

4:11 Ta beøn ñaùp laïi cuøng ngöôøi raèng: Hai nhaùnh oâ-li-ve ôû beân höõu vaø beân taû chôn ñeøn laø gì?

4:12 And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?

4:12 Ta laïi caát tieáng noùi cuøng ngöôøi laàn thöù hai maø raèng: Hai nhaùnh oâ-li-ve ôû keà beân hai oáng voøi vaøng, coù daàu vaøng chaûy ra, laø gì?

4:13 And he answered me and said, Know you not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.

4:13 Ngöôøi ñaùp raèng: Ngöôi khoâng bieát nhöõng ñieàu ñoù laø gì sao? Ta noùi: Thöa chuùa, toâi khoâng bieát.

4:14 Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the LORD of the whole earth.

4:14 Ngöôøi beøn noùi raèng: Aáy laø hai ngöôøi chòu xöùc daàu, ñöùng beân Chuùa cuûa caû ñaát.

5:1 Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a flying roll.

5:1 Ñoaïn, ta laïi ngöôùc maét nhìn xem, naày coù moät cuoán saùch bay.

5:2 And he said unto me, What see you? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits.

5:2 Ngöôøi noùi cuøng ta raèng: Ngöôi thaáy gì? Ta traû lôøi raèng: Toâi thaáy moät cuoán saùch bay, beà daøi noù hai möôi cu-ñeâ, beà ngang möôøi cu-ñeâ.

5:3 Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goes forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that steals shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that swears shall be cut off as on that side according to it.

5:3 Ngöôøi baûo ta raèng: Aáy laø söï ruûa saû traøn ra treân khaép maët ñaát: heã ai troäm cöôùp seõ bò döùt ñi theo chöõ treân maët naày cuûa cuoán saùch naày; heã ai theà seõ bò döùt ñi theo chöõ treân maët kia cuûa cuoán saùch naày.

5:4 I will bring it forth, says the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that swears falsely by my name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.

5:4 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn raèng: Ta seõ khieán cuoán saùch naày ñi ra, noù seõ vaøo trong nhaø keû troäm, vaø trong nhaø keû chæ danh ta maø theà doái; thì noù seõ ôû giöõa nhaø keû aáy vaø thieâu nhaø ñi caû goã laãn ñaù.

5:5 Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now yours eyes, and see what is this that goes forth.

5:5 Thieân söù noùi cuøng ta beøn ñi ra vaø baûo ta raèng: Baây giôø haõy ngöôùc maét leân xem vaät ñi ra laø gì.

5:6 And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goes forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth.

5:6 Ta noùi raèng: Aáy laø gì? Ngöôøi ñaùp raèng: Aáy laø moät caùi eâ-pha ñöông ra. Ngöôøi laïi noùi, aáy laø hình daùng chuùng noù trong caû ñaát.

5:7 And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sits in the midst of the ephah.

5:7 Ñoaïn, ta thaáy moät khoái chi troøn ñöôïc caát leân ñöôïc caát leân, vaø moät ngöôøi ñôøn baø ngoài giöõa eâ-pha.

5:8 And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.

5:8 Ngöôøi noùi raèng: Aáy ñoù laø Söï hung aùc. Roài ngöôøi quaêng ngöôøi ñôøn baø xuoáng vaøo giöõa eâ-pha, vaø chaän khoái chi treân mieäng eâ-pha.

5:9 Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.

5:9 Baáy giôø ta ngöôùc maét nhìn xem, naày, coù hai ngöôøi ñôøn baø ra, gioù thoåi trong nhöõng caùnh chuùng noù; vaø chuùng noù coù caùnh nhö caùnh con coø; vaø chuùng noù caát eâ-pha leân giöõa khoaûng trôøi vaø ñaát.

5:10 Ta hoûi thieân söù ñöông noùi cuøng ta raèng: Chuùng noù ñem eâ-pha ñi ñaâu?

5:11 And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.

5:11 Ngöôøi ñaùp cuøng ta raèng: Aáy laø ñeå xaây nhaø cho noù trong ñaát Si-neâ -a; khi ñaõ söûa soaïn roài thì ñaët noù vaøo choã noù.

6:1 And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.

6:1 Ta laïi ngöôùc maét leân, vaø nhìn xem; naày, coù boán coã xe ra töø giöõa hai hoøn nuùi; vaø nhöõng nuùi aáy laø nuùi baèng ñoàng.

6:3 coã xe thöù ba, ngöïa traéng; coã xe thöù tö, ngöïa xaùm vaù.

6:4 Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?

6:4 Ñoaïn ta caát tieáng hoûi thieân söù noùi cuøng ta, maø raèng: Thöa chuùa! nhöõng vaät aáy laø gì?

6:5 And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the LORD of all the earth.

6:5 Thieân söù ñaùp cuøng ta raèng: Aáy laø boán gioù treân trôøi, ra töø nôi maø chuùng noù ñöùng tröôùc maët Chuùa cuûa khaép ñaát.

6:7 And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk back and forth through the earth: and he said, Get you behind, walk back and forth through the earth. So they walked back and forth through the earth.

6:7 Keá sau nhöõng ngöïa maïnh keùo ra vaø ñoøi traûi ñi qua laïi khaép ñaát. Thieân söù noùi cuøng chuùng noù raèng: Ñi ñi, vaø haõy chaïy khaép ñaát. Vaäy chuùng noù traûi ñi qua laïi khaép ñaát.

6:8 Then cried he upon me, and spoke unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.

 Xa cha ri - Zechariah

7:1 And it came to pass in the fourth year of king Darius, that the word of the LORD came unto Zechariah in the fourth day of the ninth month, even in Chisleu;

7:1 Xaûy ra trong naêm thöù tö vua Ña-ri-uùt, coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng Xa-cha-ri nhaèm ngaøy moàng boán thaùng chín, laø thaùng Kít-leâu.

7:2 When they had sent unto the house of God Sherezer and Regemmelech, and their men, to pray before the LORD,

7:2 Khi aáy nhöõng ngöôøi ôû Beâ-teân coù sai Sa-reát-se vaø Reâ-ghem-Meâ-leùc cuøng nhöõng keû theo hoï ñaëng naøi xin ôn Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va,

7:3 And to speak unto the priests which were in the house of the LORD of hosts, and to the prophets, saying, Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years?

7:3 vaø noùi cuøng caùc thaày teá leã cuûa nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, vaø cuøng caùc ñaáng tieân tri maø raèng: Toâi coù neân khoùc loùc vaø bieät mình rieâng ra trong thaùng naêm nhö toâi ñaõ laøm trong nhieàu naêm chaêng?

7:4 Then came the word of the LORD of hosts unto me, saying,

7:4 Baáy giôø coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn cuøng ta raèng:

7:5 Speak unto all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When all of you fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh month, even those seventy years, did all of you at all fast unto me, even to me?

7:5 Haõy noùi cuøng caû daân söï trong ñaát vaø cuøng caùc thaày teá leã maø raèng: Caùc ngöôi kieâng aên vaø khoùc loùc trong thaùng naêm thaùng baûy ñaõ baûy möôi naêm nay, coù phaûi caùc ngöôi vì ta, thaät laø vì ta, maø giöõ leã kieâng aên ñoù chaêng?

7:6 And when all of you did eat, and when all of you did drink, did not all of you eat for yourselves, and drink for yourselves?

7:6 Khi caùc ngöôi uoáng vaø aên, haù chaúng phaûi vì mình maø aên, vì mình maø uoáng hay sao?

7:7 Should all of you not hear the words which the LORD has cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities thereof round about her, when men inhabited the south and the plain?

7:7 Aáy haù chaúng phaûi nhöõng lôøi maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va caäy caùc ñaáng tieân tri ñôøi tröôùc rao ra, khi Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø nhöõng thaønh chung quanh noù coù daân cö ñöôïc thaïnh vöôïng, vaø khi phöông nam vaø ñoàng baèng coù daân cö hay sao?

7:8 And the word of the LORD came unto Zechariah, saying,

7:8 Ñoaïn, coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng Xa-cha-ri, maø raèng:

7:9 Thus speaks the LORD of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassions every man to his brother:

7:9 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy laøm ñieàu gì thaät coâng bình, vaø ai naáy khaù laáy söï nhôn töø, thöông xoùt ñoái vôùi anh em mình;

7:10 And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.

7:10 chôù öùc hieáp ñôøn baø goùa, hoaëc keû moà coâi, hoaëc ngöôøi truù nguï, hay laø keû ngheøo khoù, vaø ai naáy chôù möu moät söï döõ naøo trong loøng nghòch cuøng anh em mình.

7:11 But they refused to hearken, and pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.

7:11 Nhöng chuùng noù khoâng chòu nghe, xaây vai laïi ñaëng sau, vaø bòt loã tai laïi ñaëng khoâng nghe.

7:12 Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts has sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts.

7:12 Chuùng noù laøm cho loøng mình cöùng nhö ñaù kim cöông, ñeå khoâng nghe luaät phaùp vaø nhöõng lôøi maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân ñaõ bôûi Thaàn Ngaøi caäy caùc tieân tri ñôøi xöa sai ñeán; vaäy neân coù söï thaïnh noä lôùn laém ñeán töø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân.

7:13 Therefore it has come to pass, that as he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, says the LORD of hosts:

7:13 Xaûy ra nhö khi ngöôøi keâu, chuùng noù khoâng chòu nghe, thì khi chuùng noù keâu, ta cuõng khoâng nghe, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn vaäy.

7:14 But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations whom they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after them, that no man passed through nor returned: for they laid the pleasant land desolate.

7:14 Ta ñaõ laøm tan taùc chuùng noù nhö bôûi moät côn gioù loác trong khaép caùc nöôùc maø chuùng noù chöa töøng bieát; vaäy ñaát ñaõ trôû neân hoang vu sau chuùng noù, ñeán noãi khoâng ai traûi qua hoaëc trôû veà; vì chuùng noù ñaõ laøm cho ñaát vui thích thaønh ra hoang vu.

8:1 Again the word of the LORD of hosts came to me, saying,

8:1 Laïi coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn cuøng ta raèng:

8:2 Thus says the LORD of hosts; I was jealous for Zion with great jealousy, and I was jealous for her with great fury.

8:2 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân coù phaùn nhö vaày: Ta ñaõ noåi ghen vì Si-oân bôûi moät côn ghen lôùn, ta ñaõ noåi ghen vì noù bôûi côn töùc giaän lôùn.

8:3 Thus says the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.

8:3 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Ta ñaõ xaây laïi cuøng Si-oân, vaø ta seõ ôû giöõa Gieâ-ru-sa-lem; Gieâ-ru-sa-lem seõ ñöôïc goïi laø thaønh chôn thaät; nuùi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân seõ ñöôïc goïi laø nuùi thaùnh.

8:4 Thus says the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.

8:4 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Seõ coøn coù nhöõng oâng giaø, baø giaø ôû trong caùc ñöôøng phoá Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, ai naáy seõ caàm gaäy nôi tay, vì côù mình cao tuoåi.

8:5 And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.

8:5 Caùc ñöôøng phoá trong thaønh seõ ñaày nhöõng con trai con gaùi vui chôi trong ñoù.

8:6 Thus says the LORD of hosts; If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvellous in mine eyes? says the LORD of hosts.

8:6 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Trong nhöõng ngaøy ñoù, daàu nhöõng söï aáy coi nhö laï luøng cho maét ta sao? Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn vaäy.

8:7 Thus says the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country;

8:7 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ giaûi cöùu daân ta töø phöông ñoâng phöông taây,

8:8 And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.

8:8 vaø ñem chuùng noù ñeán, chuùng noù seõ ôû giöõa Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, laøm daân cuûa ta, coøn ta seõ laøm Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi chuùng noù trong söï chôn thaät vaø coâng bình.

8:9 Thus says the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, all of you that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.

8:9 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Caùc ngöôi laø keû, ñöông nhöõng ngaøy naày, nghe caùc lôøi aáy töø mieäng caùc tieân tri trong ngaøy maø nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, töùc laø ñeàn thôø, ñaõ ñöôïc laäp neàn ñeå xaây leân, thì caùc ngöôi khaù laøm tay mình neân maïnh.

8:10 For before these days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour.

8:10 Vì chöng tröôùc nhöõng ngaøy ñoù chaúng coù tieàn coâng cho ngöôøi ta, cuõng chaúng coù tieàn coâng cho thuù vaät; vaø vì côù keû cöøu ñòch, thì chaúng coù söï bình an cho keû ra ngöôøi vaøo; vì ta ñaõ khieán moïi ngöôøi ai naày nghòch cuøng keû laân caän mình.

8:11 But now I will not be unto the residue of this people as in the former days, says the LORD of hosts.

8:11 Nhöng baây giôø ta seõ khoâng ñaõi nhöõng keû soùt laïi cuûa daân naày nhö tröôùc, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn vaäy.

8:12 For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.

8:12 Vì ôû ñoù seõ coù hoät gioáng bình an; caây nho seõ sanh traùi, vaø ñaát seõ sanh hoa lôïi, caùc töøng trôøi seõ sa moùc xuoáng, ta seõ laøm cho nhöõng keû soùt laïi cuûa daân naày ñöôïc höôûng moïi söï ñoù.

8:13 And it shall come to pass, that as all of you were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and all of you shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.

8:13 Hôõi nhaø Giu-ña vaø nhaø Y-sô-ra-eân! seõ xaûy ra nhö caùc ngöôi ñaõ laøm söï ruûa saû trong caùc nöôùc theå naøo, thì ta seõ cöùu caùc ngöôi, vaø caùc ngöôi seõ laøm söï chuùc phöôùc theå aáy. Caùc ngöôi chôù sôï haõi, song haõy laøm cho tay mình neân maïnh!

8:14 For thus says the LORD of hosts; As I thought to punish you, when your fathers provoked me to wrath, says the LORD of hosts, and I repented not:

8:14 Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Nhö ta ñaõ toan giaùng tai vaï cho caùc ngöôi, khi toå phuï caùc ngöôi choïc giaän ta, vaø ta khoâng aên naên, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn vaäy,

8:15 So again have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear all of you not.

8:15 thì ngaøy nay cuõng vaäy, ta laïi ñaõ toan laøm ôn cho Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø cho nhaø Giu-ña: caùc ngöôi chôù sôï chi!

8:16 These are the things that all of you shall do; Speak all of you every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:

8:16 Naày laø nhöõng söï caùc ngöôi phaûi laøm: Ai naáy khaù laáy ñieàu thaät noùi cuøng keû laân caän mình; haõy laøm söï chôn thaät vaø söï phaùn xeùt bình an trong cöûa thaønh caùc ngöôi.

8:17 And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, says the LORD.

8:17 Chôù toan söï döõ trong loøng nghòch cuøng keû laân caän; vaø chôù öa söï theà doái, vì aáy ñoù laø nhöõng ñieàu maø ta gheùt, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

8:18 And the word of the LORD of hosts came unto me, saying,

8:18 Ñoaïn, coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn cuøng ta, maø raèng:

8:19 Thus says the LORD of hosts; The fast of the fourth month, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.

8:19 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân coù phaùn nhö vaày: Söï kieâng aên veà thaùng tö, söï kieâng aên veà thaùng naêm, söï kieâng aên veà thaùng baûy, söï kieâng aên veà thaùng möôøi seõ laøm söï vui möøng hôùn hôû, vaø ngaøy leã vui chôi cho nhaø Giu-ña. Vaäy haõy öa söï chôn thaät vaø bình an.

8:20 Thus says the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:

8:20 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Seõ xaûy ra caùc daân vaø daân cö nhieàu thaønh ñeàu ñeán,

8:21 And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.

8:21 vaø daân cö thaønh naày ñi ñeán thaønh khaùc maø noùi raèng: Chuùng ta haõy ñi mau, ñaëng naøi xin ôn Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, vaø tìm kieám Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân; ta cuõng seõ ñi.

8:22 Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.

8:22 Nhö vaäy coù nhieàu daân vaø nhieàu nöôùc maïnh seõ ñeán tìm kieám Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân taïi Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, vaø ôû ñoù naøi xin ôn Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

8:23 Thus says the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.

8:23 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Seõ xaûy ra trong nhöõng ngaøy ñoù, coù möôøi ngöôøi töø moïi thöù tieáng trong caùc nöôùc ra, naém chaët vaït aùo cuûa moät ngöôøi Giu-ña, maø noùi raèng: Chuùng ta seõ ñi cuøng caùc ngöôi, vì chuùng ta coù nghe raèng Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ôû cuøng caùc ngöôi.

9:1 The burden of the word of the LORD in the land of Hadrach, and Damascus shall be the rest thereof: when the eyes of man, as of all the tribes of Israel, shall be toward the LORD.

9:1 Gaùnh naëng lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va nghòch cuøng ñaát Ha-ñô-raéc, noù seõ ñoã treân Ña-maùch: vì con maét loaøi ngöôøi vaø moïi chi phaùi Y-sô-ra-eân ñeàu ngoù leân Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

9:3 Vì Ty-rô ñaõ xaây moät ñoàn luõy cho mình, vaø thaâu chöùa baïc nhö buïi ñaát, vaøng roøng nhö buøn ngoaøi ñöôøng.

9:4 Behold, the LORD will cast her out, and he will strike her power in the sea; and she shall be devoured with fire.

9:4 Naày, Chuùa seõ caát laáy cuûa caûi noù, xoâ quyeàn theá noù xuoáng bieån, noù seõ bò löûa thieâu nuoát.

9:5 Ashkelon shall see it, and fear; Gaza also shall see it, and be very sorrowful, and Ekron; for her expectation shall be ashamed; and the king shall perish from Gaza, and Ashkelon shall not be inhabited.

9:5 Aùch-ca-loân seõ thaáy vaø sôï; Ga-xa cuõng thaáy vaø raát ñau ñôùn, Eùc-roân cuõng vaäy, vì söï noù troâng mong seõ neân xaáu hoå; vua Ga-xa seõ bò dieät vaø Aùch-ca-loân seõ khoâng coù daân cö.

11:1 Open your doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may devour your cedars.

11:1 Hôõi Li-ban, khaù môû caùc cöûa ngöôi, cho löûa thieâu nuoát nhöõng caây baù höông ngöôi!

11:2 Wail, fir tree; for the cedar is fallen; because the mighty are spoiled: wail, O all of you oaks of Bashan; for the forest of the vintage has come down.

11:2 Hôõi caây thoâng, haõy keâu la! vì caây baù höông ñaõ ngaõ, nhöõng caây toát ñeïp ñaõ bò huûy phaù. Hôõi caây deõ ôû Ba-san, khaù keâu la, vì röøng raäm ñaõ bò chaët.

11:3 There is a voice of the howling of the shepherds; for their glory is spoiled: a voice of the roaring of young lions; for the pride of Jordan is spoiled.

11:3 Coù tieáng than khoùc cuûa nhöõng keû chaên chieân! vì söï vinh hieån cuûa chuùng noù ñaõ bò huûy phaù; coù tieáng gaàm theùt cuûa nhöõng sö töû con! vì söï kieâu ngaïo cuûa Gioâ-ñanh ñaõ bò toài taøn.

11:4 Thus says the LORD my God; Feed the flock of the slaughter;

11:4 Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi ta phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy cho nhöõng con chieân saép gieát aên coû;

11:5 Whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not guilty: and they that sell them say, Blessed be the LORD; for I am rich: and their own shepherds pity them not.

11:5 nhöõng keû mua noù gieát ñi, chaúng laáy laøm phaïm toäi; coøn keû baùn thì noùi raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaùng ngôïi khen, vì ta giaøu coù; vaø trong nhöõng keû chaên chaúng moät ngöôøi naøo tieác chuùng noù.

11:6 For I will no more pity the inhabitants of the land, says the LORD: but, lo, I will deliver the men every one into his neighbour's hand, and into the hand of his king: and they shall strike the land, and out of their hand I will not deliver them.

11:6 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Vì ta chaúng tieác daân cö ñaát naày nöõa; nhöng, naày, ta seõ phoù ai naáy vaøo trong tay keû laân caän mình, vaø trong tay vua mình; chuùng noù seõ ñaùnh ñaát, vaø ta seõ khoâng giaûi cöùu khoûi tay chuùng noù ñaâu.

11:7 And I will feed the flock of slaughter, even you, O poor of the flock. And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bands; and I fed the flock.

11:7 Vaäy ta cho nhöõng chieân saép gieát aên coû, laø nhöõng chieân raát khoán naïn trong baày. Ñoaïn, ta laáy hai caây gaäy: moät caây goïi laø Toát ñeïp, moät caây goïi laø Daây buoäc; vaø ta cho baày chieân aên.

11:8 Three shepherds also I cut off in one month; and my soul loathed them, and their soul also abhorred me.

11:8 Chæ trong moät thaùnh ta dieät maát ba keû chaên, vì linh hoàn ta ñaõ nhaøm chuùng noù, vaø linh hoàn chuùng noù cuõng chaùn ta.

11:9 Then said I, I will not feed you: that that dies, let it die; and that that is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let the rest eat every one the flesh of another.

11:9 Ta beøn noùi raèng: Ta seõ khoâng chaên bay. Con naøo cheát, cheát ñi; con naøo maát, maát ñi; coøn nhöõng con naøo soùt laïi thì con naày aên thòt con kia.

11:10 And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people.

11:10 Ñoaïn, ta laáy gaäy ta goïi laø Toát ñeïp maø chaët noù ra töøng khuùc, ñaëng döùt lôøi giao öôùc maø ta ñaõ keát vôùi heát thaûy caùc daân.

11:11 And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the LORD.

11:11 Noù bò döùt trong ngaøy ñoù; vaäy thì nhöõng con chieân raát khoán naïn trong baày, laø chieân nghe theo ta, bieát raèng aáy laø lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

11:12 And I said unto them, If all of you think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver.

11:13 And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was appraised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD.

11:13 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng ta raèng: Haõy laáy giaù toát maø chuùng noù ñònh cho ta ñoù, ñem quaêng cho thôï goám! Ta beøn laáy ba chuïc mieáng baïc maø quaêng cho thôï goám taïi trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

11:14 Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

11:14 Roài ta chaët gaäy thöù hai cuûa ta, goïi laø Daây buoäc, ñaëng döùt tình anh em giöõa Giu-ña vaø Y-sô-ra-eân.

11:15 And the LORD said unto me, Take unto you yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.

11:15 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng ta raèng: Haõy laáy khí vaät cuûa keû chaên daïi doät cho ngöôi.

11:16 For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that stands still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.

11:16 Vì naày, ta seõ daáy leân moät keû chaên trong ñaát naày, keû aáy seõ chaúng thaêm vieáng chieân bò maát, chaúng tìm kieám chieân taûn laïc, khoâng chöõa con naøo bò thöông, khoâng nuoâi con naøo maäp maïnh; song noù aên thòt con raát maäp, vaø xeù moùng chuùng noù.

11:17 Woe to the idol shepherd that left the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

11:17 Khoán thay cho keû chaên voâ ích boû baày mình! Göôm seõ ôû treân caùnh tay noù, vaø treân con maét höõu noù; caùnh tay noù seõ khoâ caû, vaø con maét höõu noù seõ muø caû.

12:1 The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, says the LORD, which stretches forth the heavens, and lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him.
