 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

19:1 Thus says the LORD, Go and get a potter's earthen bottle, and take of the ancients of the people, and of the ancients of the priests;

19:1 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn raèng: Haõy ñi mua moät caùi bình baèng ñaát nôi thôï goám. Roài keøm moät vaøi tröôûng laõo trong daân vaø tröôûng laõo trong ñaùm thaày teá leã ñi vôùi ngöôi,

19:2 And go forth unto the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the east gate, and proclaim there the words that I shall tell you,

19:2 ñeán nôi truõng cuûa con trai Hi-noâm, gaàn ñöôøng vaøo cöûa Goám; taïi ñoù, haõy rao nhöõng lôøi ta seõ baûo cho.

19:3 And say, Hear all of you the word of the LORD, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever hears, his ears shall tingle.

19:3 Ngöôi khaù noùi raèng: Hôõi caùc vua Giu-ña, vaø caùc ngöôi, laø daân cö Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, haõy nghe lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va. Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ giaùng tai vaï treân nôi naày, ñeán noãi ai nghe noùi cuõng phaûi buøng tai;

19:4 Because they have forsaken me, and have cut off this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocent persons;

19:4 vì chuùng noù ñaõ lìa boû ta, ñaõ laøm choã naày neân xa laï, ñaõ ñoát höông ôû ñoù cho caùc thaàn khaùc maø chuùng noù, toå phuï chuùng noù, caùc vua Giu-ña ñeàu chöa töøng bieát, vaø vì chuùng noù ñaõ laøm cho maùu voâ toäi ñaày nôi naày.

19:5 They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spoke it, neither came it into my mind:

19:5 Laïi xaây ñaép caùc nôi cao cho Ba-anh, ñaëng ñoát con trai mình laøm cuûa leã thieâu daân cho Ba-anh, laø ñeàu ta chaúng heà truyeàn cho, chaúng heà phaùn ñeán, laø ñieàu ta chaúng heà nghó tôùi trong loøng ta.

19:6 Therefore, behold, the days come, says the LORD, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor The valley of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of slaughter.

19:6 Vaäy neân, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, ngaøy ñeán, baáy giôø nôi naày seõ khoâng goïi laø Toâ-pheát, cuõng khoâng goïi laø nôi truõng cuûa con trai Hi-noâm nöõa, maø laø nôi truõng cuûa söï ñaùnh gieát.

19:7 And I will make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of them that seek their lives: and their carcasses will I give to be food for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.

19:7 Trong nôi naày ta seõ laøm hö khoâng möu cuûa Giu-ña vaø cuûa Gieâ-ru-sa-lem. Ta seõ laøm cho chuùng noù ngaõ bôûi göôm tröôùc maët keû thuø, vaø bôûi tay cuûa nhöõng keû muoán laïi maïng soáng chuùng noù; ta seõ phoù thaây chuùng noù cho chim trôøi vaø loaøi thuù ñaát laøm ñoà aên.

19:8 And I will make this city desolate, and an hissing; every one that passes thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof.

19:8 Ta seõ khieán thaønh naày laøm moät troø gôû laï nhaïo cöôøi; ai qua laïi gaàn ñoù seõ laáy laøm laï vaø cöôøi veà moïi tai vaï noù.

19:9 And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend in the siege and strictness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them.

19:9 Ta seõ laøm cho chuùng noù aên thòt con trai con gaùi mình, vaø ai naày aên thòt cuûa baïn höõu mình, trong côn bò vaây bò khoán cöïc, laø khi quaân thuø nghòch vaø nhöõng keû muoán haïi maïng soáng chuùng noù laøm khoán cho.

19:10 Then shall you break the bottle in the sight of the men that go with you,

19:10 Roài thì ngöôi khaù ñaäp caùi bình tröôùc maét caùc ngöôi ñi vôùi mình,

19:11 And shall say unto them, Thus says the LORD of hosts; Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaks a potter's vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury them in Tophet, till there be no place to bury.

19:11 maø noùi raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Ta seõ ñaäp vôõ daân naày vaø thaønh naày cuõng nhö ñaäp caùi bình baèng goám, chaúng coøn laøm lieàn laïi ñöôïc; ngöôøi ta seõ choân thaây taïi Toâ-pheát, cho ñeán thieáu choã ñeå choân.

19:12 Thus will I do unto this place, says the LORD, and to the inhabitants thereof, and even make this city as Tophet:

19:12 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta seõ ñaõi choán naày cuøng daân cö noù theå aáy; ta seõ khieán thaønh naày neân nhö Toâ-pheát.

19:13 And the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, shall be defiled as the place of Tophet, because of all the houses upon whose roofs they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have poured out drink offerings unto other gods.

19:13 Caùc nhaø cuûa Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø ñeàn ñaøi cuûa caùc vua Giu-ña ñaõ oâ ueá thì seõ nhö Toâ-pheát; thaät, aáy laø taïi treân maùi nhaø ñoù ngöôøi ta ñaõ ñoát höông cho moïi cô binh treân trôøi, vaø laøm leã quaùn cho caùc thaàn khaùc.

19:14 Then came Jeremiah from Tophet, where the LORD had sent him to prophesy; and he stood in the court of the LORD's house; and said to all the people,

19:14 Ñoaïn, Gieâ-reâ-mi trôû veà töø Toâ-pheát, töùc nôi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ sai ngöôøi ñi noùi tieân tri; ngöôøi beøn ñöùng trong haønh lang cuûa nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, maø noùi vôùi caû daân söï raèng:

19:15 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all her towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it, because they have hardened their necks, that they might not hear my words.

19:15 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ giaùng tai naïn maø ta ñaõ baùo tröôùc cho thaønh naày vaø nhöõng thaønh thuoäc veà noù, vì chuùng noù laøm coå mình neân cöùng, haàu cho chaúng ñöôïc nghe lôøi ta.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

20:1 Now Pashur the son of Immer the priest, who was also chief governor in the house of the LORD, heard that Jeremiah prophesied these things.

20:1 Pha-su-rô, con trai cuûa thaày teá leã Y-meâ, laøm quaûn ñoác nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, coù nghe Gieâ-reâ-mi noùi tieân tri nhöõng vieäc naày.

20:2 Then Pashur stroke Jeremiah the prophet, and put him in the stocks that were in the high gate of Benjamin, which was by the house of the LORD.

20:2 Pha-su-rô beøn ñaùnh ñoøn ñaáng tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi, cuøm laïi ôû cöûa treân Beân-gia-min, thuoäc veà nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

20:3 And it came to pass on the next day, that Pashur brought forth Jeremiah out of the stocks. Then said Jeremiah unto him, The LORD has not called your name Pashur, but Magormissabib.

20:3 Böõa sau, Pha-su-rô thaû Gieâ-reâ-mi ra khoûi cuøm. Gieâ-reâ-mi noùi vôùi ngöôøi raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va khoâng xöng ngöôi laø Pha-su-rô ñaâu, maø xöng laø Ma-go-Mít-sa-bíp.

20:4 For thus says the LORD, Behold, I will make you a terror to yourself, and to all your friends: and they shall fall by the sword of their enemies, and yours eyes shall behold it: and I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall carry them captive into Babylon, and shall slay them with the sword.

20:4 Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ phoù ngöôi laøm söï kinh haõi cho chính mình vaø heát thaûy baïn höõu mình nöõa; chuùng noù seõ cheát bôûi göôm cuûa keû thuø mình, chính maét ngöôi seõ ngoù thaáy. Ta cuõng seõ phoù caû daân söï Giu-ña trong tay vua Ba-by-loân, ngöôøi seõ ñem chuùng noù sang Ba-by-loân laøm phu tuø, vaø laáy göôm gieát ñi.

20:5 Moreover I will deliver all the strength of this city, and all the labours thereof, and all the precious things thereof, and all the treasures of the kings of Judah will I give into the hand of their enemies, which shall spoil them, and take them, and carry them to Babylon.

20:5 Ta laïi seõ phoù moïi cuûa caûi thaønh naày, cuøng lôïi ñaõ laøm ra, vaät quí hieän coù; thaät, ta seõ phoù ñoà chaâu baùu cuûa caùc vua Giu-ña trong tay keû thuø nghòch, chuùng noù seõ laáy laøm cuûa cöôùp maø ñem veà Ba-by-loân.

20:6 And you, Pashur, and all that dwell in yours house shall go into captivity: and you shall come to Babylon, and there you shall die, and shall be buried there, you, and all your friends, to whom you have prophesied lies.

20:6 Hôõi Pha-su-rô, chính mình ngöôi cuøng nhöõng keû ôû trong nhaø ngöôi, thaûy ñeàu ñi laøm phu tuø. Ngöôi seõ ñeán Ba-by-loân, cheát vaø choân taïi ñoù, luoân caû baïn höõu ngöôi nöõa, töùc nhöõng keû maø ngöôi ñaõ noùi tieân tri giaû doái cho.

20:7 O LORD, you have deceived me, and I was deceived; you are stronger than I, and have prevailed: I am in derision daily, every one mocks me.

20:7 Hôõi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ngaøi ñaõ khuyeân doã toâi, vaø toâi ñaõ chòu khuyeân doã; Ngaøi maïnh hôn toâi vaø ñaõ ñöôïc thaéng. Troïn ngaøy toâi cöù laøm troø cöôøi, vaø ai cuõng nhaïo baùng toâi.

20:8 For since I spoke, I cried out, I cried violence and spoil; because the word of the LORD was made a reproach unto me, and a derision, daily.

20:8 Moãi laàn toâi noùi thì caát tieáng kyø laï; toâi keâu raèng: Baïo ngöôïc vaø huûy dieät! Vì lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laøm cho toâi caû ngaøy bò sæ nhuïc cheâ cöôøi.

20:9 Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay.

20:9 Neáu toâi noùi: Toâi seõ chaúng noùi ñeán Ngaøi nöõa; toâi seõ chaúng nhôn danh Ngaøi maø noùi nöõa, thì trong loøng toâi nhö löûa ñoát chaùy, boïc kín trong xöông toâi, vaø toâi meät moûi vì nín laëng, khoâng chòu ñöôïc nöõa.

20:10 For I heard the defaming of many, fear on every side. Report, say they, and we will report it. All my familiars watched for my halting, saying, Possibly he will be enticed, and we shall prevail against him, and we shall take our revenge on him.

20:10 Toâi coù nghe nhöõng lôøi cheá nhaïo cuûa nhieàu ngöôøi, kinh haõi moïi beà. Nhöõng baïn höõu thieát nghóa cuûa toâi troâng cho toâi vaáp ngaõ, ñeàu noùi raèng: Haõy caùo noù, vaø chuùng ta cuõng seõ caùo noù; coù leõ noù seõ chòu khuyeân doã, thì chuùng ta seõ thaéng noù, vaø traû thuø noù.

20:11 But the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.

20:11 Nhöng Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ôû vôùi toâi nhö moät tay anh huøng ñaùng khieáp; neân nhöõng keû baét bôù toâi seõ vaáp ngaõ, seõ chaúng thaéng hôn. Vì hoï aên ôû chaúng khoân, thì seõ chòu sæ nhuïc raát lôùn, töùc laø söï hoå nhuoác ñôøi ñôøi chaúng heà queân ñöôïc.

20:12 But, O LORD of hosts, that try the righteous, and see the reins and the heart, let me see your vengeance on them: for unto you have I opened my cause.

20:12 Nhöng, hôõi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân! Ngaøi laø Ñaáng thöû ngöôøi coâng bình, xem thaáu trong loøng trong trí, xin cho toâi thaáy Ngaøi baùo thuø hoï, vì toâi ñaõ ñem vieäc mình toû cuøng Ngaøi.

20:13 Sing unto the LORD, praise all of you the LORD: for he has delivered the soul of the poor from the hand of evildoers.

20:13 Haõy haùt cho Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, haõy ngôïi khen Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va! Vì Ngaøi ñaõ giaûi cöùu linh hoàn keû ngheøo naøn ra khoûi tay nhöõng keû aùc.

20:14 Cursed be the day wherein I was born: let not the day wherein my mother bare me be blessed.

20:14 Ñaùng ruûa cho caùi ngaøy maø toâi ñaõ sinh! Nguyeàn cho caùi ngaøy maø meï toâi ñeû toâi ra ñöøng ñöôïc phöôùc!

20:15 Cursed be the man who brought tidings to my father, saying, A male child is born unto you; making him very glad.

20:15 Ñaùng ruûa thay laø ngöôøi ñem tin cho cha toâi raèng: Ngöôi ñaõ sanh con trai! laøm cho cha toâi ñaày söï vui möøng.

20:16 And let that man be as the cities which the LORD overthrew, and repented not: and let him hear the cry in the morning, and the shouting at noontide;

20:16 Nguyeàn cho ngöôøi ñoù cuõng nhö caùc thaønh maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ phaù ñoå chaúng phaøn naøn! Nguyeàn cho noù vöøa luùc ban mai nghe keâu la, ñeán tröa nghe keâu lôùn tieáng;

20:17 Because he slew me not from the womb; or that my mother might have been my grave, and her womb to be always great with me.

20:17 vì ñaõ chaúng gieát toâi töø trong loøng meï; thì meï toâi ñaõ laøm moà maû toâi, vaø thai lôùn luoân luoân.

20:18 Wherefore came I forth out of the womb to see labour and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame?

20:18 Sao toâi ñaõ ra khoûi thai ñeå chòu cöïc khoå lo buoàn, caû ñôøi mang sæ nhuïc?

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

21:1 The word which came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, when king Zedekiah sent unto him Pashur the son of Melchiah, and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest, saying,

21:1 Coù lôøi töø nôi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi, khi vua Seâ-ñeâ-kia sai Pha-su-rô, con trai Manh-ki-gia, vaø Soâ-phoâ-ni, con trai thaày teá leã Ma -a-seâ-gia, ñeán cuøng ngöôøi maø raèng:

21:2 Enquire, I pray you, of the LORD for us; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon makes war against us; if so be that the LORD will deal with us according to all his wondrous works, that he may go up from us.

21:2 Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, ñeán ñaùnh chuùng ta, neân haõy vì chuùng ta caàu hoûi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va; coù leõ Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va seõ vì chuùng ta laøm y theo moïi vieäc laï luøng cuûa Ngaøi, cho ngöôøi lìa khoûi chuùng ta.

21:3 Then said Jeremiah unto them, Thus shall all of you say to Zedekiah:

21:3 Gieâ-reâ-mi ñaùp raèng: Caùc oâng haõy taâu laïi cuøng Seâ-ñeâ-kia nhö vaày:

21:4 Thus says the LORD God of Israel; Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith all of you fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans, which besiege you without the walls, and I will assemble them into the midst of this city.

21:4 Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, nhöõng binh khí trong tay caùc ngöôi ñöông caàm ñeå ñaùnh ñuoåi vua Ba-by-loân vaø ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ hieän vaây caùc ngöôi ôû ngoaøi töôøng thaønh, thì ta seõ khieán lui veà, vaø thaâu laïi vaøo giöõa thaønh naày.

21:5 And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger, and in fury, and in great wrath.

21:5 Chính ta seõ chieán ñaáu nghòch cuøng caùc ngöôi, duøng tay giang ra, caùnh tay maïnh söùc, noåi noùng, phaùt giaän vaø söï thaïnh noä lôùn.

21:6 And I will strike the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast: they shall die of a great pestilence.

21:6 Ta seõ ñaùnh daân cö thaønh naày caû ngöôøi vaø vaät: chuùng noù seõ cheát dòch raát lôùn.

21:7 And afterward, says the LORD, I will deliver Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those that seek their life: and he shall strike them with the edge of the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have pity, nor have mercy.

21:7 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Sau ñoù, ta seõ phoù Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña, toâi tôù vaø daân noù, töùc nhöõng keû coøn laïi trong thaønh, ñaõ traùnh khoûi dòch leä, göôm dao, ñoùi keùm, ta seõ phoù chuùng noù vaøo tay Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, vaøo tay nhöõng keû cöøu thuø vaø nhöõng keû ñoøi maïng chuùng noù. Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa seõ ñaùnh chuùng noù baèng löôõi göôm, khoâng deø tieác, khoâng aùy naùy, khoâng thöông xoùt.

21:8 And unto this people you shall say, Thus says the LORD; Behold, I set before you the way of life, and the way of death.

21:8 Ngöôi khaù noùi cuøng daân naày raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta ñaët tröôùc maët caùc ngöôi con ñöôøng soáng vaø con ñöôøng cheát.

21:9 He that abides in this city shall die by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence: but he that goes out, and falls to the Chaldeans that besiege you, he shall live, and his life shall be unto him for a prey.

21:9 Keû naøo cöù ôû laïi trong thaønh naày seõ cheát bôûi göôm dao, ñoùi keùm, vaø oân dòch; nhöng keû naøo ra khoûi, ñi sang cuøng ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ, töùc ngöôøi ñöông vaây mình, thì seõ soáng, vaø söï soáng mình seõ laøm cuûa cöôùp cho mình.

21:10 For I have set my face against this city for evil, and not for good, says the LORD: it shall be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.

21:10 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Vì ta ñeå maët ta treân thaønh naày maø xuoáng hoïa cho, chôù khoâng phaûi xuoáng phöôùc; thaønh aáy seõ bò phoù vaøo tay vua Ba-by-loân, ngöôøi seõ laáy löûa ñoát ñi.

21:11 And concerning the house of the king of Judah, say, Hear all of you the word of the LORD;

21:11 Luaän veà nhaø vua Giu-ña, haõy nghe lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va:

21:12 O house of David, thus says the LORD; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.

21:12 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Hôõi nhaø Ña-vít, vöøa luùc ban mai haõy laøm söï coâng bình, haõy cöùu keû bò cöôùp ra khoûi tay ngöôøi öùc hieáp, e raèng vì caùc ngöôi laøm ñieàu aùc, maø ta phaùt giaän ra nhö löûa, chaùy khoâng ai taét ñöôïc chaêng.

21:13 Behold, I am against you, O inhabitant of the valley, and rock of the plain, says the LORD; which say, Who shall come down against us? or who shall enter into our habitations?

21:13 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, hôõi keû ôû trong nôi truõng, treân vaàng ñaù nôi ñoàng baèng kia, ta nghòch caùc ngöôi, laø nhöõng ngöôøi noùi raèng: Ai seõ xuoáng nghòch cuøng chuùng ta? ai seõ saán vaøo nôi chuùng ta ôû?

21:14 But I will punish you according to the fruit of your doings, says the LORD: and I will kindle a fire in the forest thereof, and it shall devour all things round about it.

21:14 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta seõ phaït caùc ngöôi theo quaû cuûa vieäc laøm caùc ngöôi; ta seõ ñoát löûa trong röøng noù, löûa seõ nuoát heát moïi vaät ôû chung quanh noù.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

22:1 Thus says the LORD; Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word,

22:1 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy xuoáng cung vua Giu-ña, taïi ñoù ngöôi khaù rao lôøi naày,

22:2 And say, Hear the word of the LORD, O king of Judah, that sit upon the throne of David, you, and your servants, and your people that enter in by these gates:

22:2 maø raèng: Hôõi vua cuûa Giu-ña, ngoài treân ngai Ña-vít, ngöôi cuøng toâi tôù ngöôi vaø daân söï ngöôi vaøo caùc cöûa naày, haõy nghe lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va!

22:3 Thus says the LORD; Execute all of you judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place.

22:3 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: haõy laøm söï chaùnh tröïc vaø coâng bình; cöùu keû bò cöôùp khoûi tay ngöôøi öùc hieáp; chôù laøm söï thieät haïi cuøng söï hieáp ñaùp cho ngöôøi truù nguï, cho keû moà coâi hoaëc ngöôøi goùa buïa, vaø chôù laøm ñoå maùu voâ toäi trong nôi naày.

22:4 For if all of you do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people.

22:4 Vì neáu caùc ngöôi thaät vaâng laøm lôøi naày, thì seõ coù vua ngoài treân ngai Ña-vít, côõi xe vaø ngöïa, ngöôøi cuøng toâi tôù ngöôøi vaø daân ngöôøi do caùc cöûa nhaø naày maø vaøo.

22:5 But if all of you will not hear these words, I swear by myself, says the LORD, that this house shall become a desolation.

22:5 Nhöng neáu caùc ngöôi chaúng khöùng nghe lôøi naày, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn, ta chæ mình maø theà, nhaø naày seõ thaønh ra hoang vu.

22:6 For thus says the LORD unto the king's house of Judah; You are Gilead unto me, and the head of Lebanon: yet surely I will make you a wilderness, and cities which are not inhabited.

22:6 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn veà nhaø vua Giu-ña nhö vaày: Ta coi ngöôi cuõng nhö Ga-la-aùt, cuõng nhö choùt nuùi Li-ban, nhöng ta chaéc seõ laøm cho ngöôi ra ñoàng vaéng, ra caùc thaønh khoâng ngöôøi ôû.

22:7 And I will prepare destroyers against you, every one with his weapons: and they shall cut down your choice cedars, and cast them into the fire.

22:7 Ta saém saún nhöõng keû taøn haïi nghòch cuøng ngöôi, thaûy ñeàu caàm khí giôùi; chuùng noù seõ ñoán nhöõng caây baùch raát toát cuûa ngöôi vaø quaêng vaøo löûa.

22:8 And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbour, Wherefore has the LORD done thus unto this great city?

22:8 Coù ngöôøi daân toäc seõ ñi qua gaàn thaønh naày, ñeàu noùi cuøng baïn mình raèng: Côù sao Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ ñaõi thaønh lôùn naày nhö vaày?

22:9 Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.

22:9 Seõ coù keû ñaùp raèng: Aáy laø taïi daân thaønh ñoù ñaõ boû giao öôùc cuûa Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi mình, maø thôø laïy vaø haàu vieäc caùc thaàn khaùc.

22:10 Weep all of you not for the dead, neither lament for him: but weep sore for him that goes away: for he shall return no more, nor see his native country.

22:10 Chôù khoùc ngöôøi cheát, chôù than thôû veà ngöôøi. Thaø haõy khoùc keû ñi ra, vì noù seõ khoâng trôû veà, chaúng coøn laïi thaáy xöù mình sanh tröôûng.

22:11 For thus says the LORD concerning Shallum the son of Josiah king of Judah, which reigned instead of Josiah his father, which went forth out of this place; He shall not return thither any more:

22:11 Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày veà Sa-lum, con trai Gioâ-si -a, vua cuûa Giu-ña, keá vò cha mình laø Gioâ-si -a, vaø ñaõ ñi khoûi nôi naày: Ngöôi seõ chaúng trôû veà ñoù nöõa;

22:12 But he shall die in the place where they have led him captive, and shall see this land no more.

22:12 maø cheát taïi xöù ñaõ bò ñaøy ñeán, chaúng coøn laïi thaáy ñaát naày nöõa.

22:13 Woe unto him that builds his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that uses his neighbour's service without wages, and gives him not for his work;

22:13 Khoán thay cho keû xaây nhaø traùi leõ coâng bình, laøm phoøng bôûi söï baát nghóa; duøng keû laân caän mình laøm vieäc voâ löông, vaø chaúng traû tieàn coâng;

22:14 That says, I will build me a wide house and large chambers, and cuts him out windows; and it is covered over with cedar, and painted with vermilion.

22:14 noùi raèng: Ta seõ xaây toøa nhaø roäng raõi, coù nhöõng phoøng khoaûng khoaùt; xoi nhöõng cöûa soå, lôïp traàn baèng goã baùch höông, vaø sôn son.

22:15 Shall you reign, because you close yourself in cedar? did not your father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?

22:15 Ngöôi laáy goã baùch höông ganh ñua söï ñeïp, haù nhôn ñoù ñöôïc laøm vua sao? Cha ngöôi xöa ñaõ aên ñaõ uoáng, laøm ra söï coâng bình chaùnh tröïc, cho neân ñöôïc thaïnh vöôïng.

22:16 He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? says the LORD.

22:17 But yours eyes and yours heart are not but for your covetousness, and in order to shed innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.

22:17 Nhöng maét vaø loøng ngöôi chaêm söï tham lam, ñoå maùu voâ toäi, vaø laøm söï öùc hieáp hung döõ.

22:18 Therefore thus says the LORD concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!

22:18 Vaäy neân, veà Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, con trai Gioâ-si -a, vua cuûa Giu-ña, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Ngöôøi ta seõ chaúng khoùc ngöôøi maø noùi raèng: Oâi, anh em ta! Oâi, chò em ta! Cuõng seõ chaúng than tieác maø raèng: Thöông thay chuùa! Thöông thay vinh hieån chuùa!

22:19 He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem.

22:19 Ngöôøi seõ bò choân nhö choân con löøa; seõ bò keùo vaø quaêng ra ngoaøi cöûa thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem.

22:20 Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up your voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all your lovers are destroyed.

22:20 Haõy leân Li-ban vaø keâu la, caát tieáng leân ôû Ba-san; haõy keâu la töø choùt nuùi A-ba-rim! vì heát thaûy ngöôøi yeâu ngöôi ñeàu bò huûy dieät.

22:21 I spoke unto you in your prosperity; but you said, I will not hear. This has been your manner from your youth, that you obeyed not my voice.

22:21 Ta ñaõ noùi cuøng ngöôi ñöông thôøi ngöôi thaïnh vöôïng; nhöng ngöôi noùi raèng: Toâi chaúng khöùng nghe. Töø khi ngöôi coøn treû, taùnh neát ngöôi ñaõ döôøng aáy: ñaõ chaúng vaâng lôøi ta.

22:22 The wind shall eat up all your pastors, and your lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shall you be ashamed and confounded for all your wickedness.

22:22 Heát thaûy nhöõng keû chaên daân cuûa ngöôi seõ bò gioù nuoát, vaø keû yeâu ngöôi seõ ñi laøm phu tuø. Baáy giôø ngöôi chaéc seõ bò mang nhuoác vì moïi toäi aùc mình.

22:23 O inhabitant of Lebanon, that make your nest in the cedars, how gracious shall you be when pangs come upon you, the pain as of a woman in travail!

22:23 Ngöôi laø keû ôû treân Li-ban vaø loùt oå trong choøm caây höông baùch kia, khi ngöôi gaëp tai naïn, quaën thaét nhö ñôøn baø sanh ñeû, ñaùng thöông xoùt bieát bao!

22:24 As I live, says the LORD, though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah were the signet upon my right hand, yet would I pluck you thence;

22:24 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Thaät nhö ta haèng soáng, daàu Gieâ-coâ-nia, con trai Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, vua Giu-ña, laø caùi aán treân tay höõu ta, ta cuõng loät ngöôi ñi.

22:25 And I will give you into the hand of them that seek your life, and into the hand of them whose face you fear, even into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.

22:25 Ta seõ phoù ngöôi trong tay nhöõng keû muoán ñoøi mang ngöôi, trong tay nhöõng keû maø ngöôi sôï, töùc trong tay Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vau Ba-by-loân, vaø trong tay ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ.

22:26 And I will cast you out, and your mother that bare you, into another country, where all of you were not born; and there shall all of you die.

22:26 Ta seõ ñuoåi ngöôi cuøng meï ñaõ ñeû ra ngöôi ñeán trong moät xöù khaùc, khoâng phaûi laø xöù ngöôi sanh ra, vaø ngöôi seõ cheát taïi ñoù.

22:27 But to the land unto which they desire to return, thither shall they not return.

22:27 Coøn nhö ñaát maø linh hoàn chuùng noù mong loän laïi, thì seõ khoâng ñöôïc trôû veà.

22:28 Is this man Coniah a despised broken idol? is he a vessel wherein is no pleasure? wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land which they know not?

22:28 Vaäy Gieâ-coâ-nia naày haù phaûi caùi bình khinh deå vaø bò beå sao? Laøm sao noù vaø doøng doõi noù bò neùm ra, bò quaêng trong moät xöù mình, chöa töøng bieát?

22:29 O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD.

22:29 Hôõi ñaát, ñaát, ñaát! haõy nghe lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

22:30 Thus says the LORD, Write all of you this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah.

22:30 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy ghi ngöôøi naày trong nhöõng keû khoâng coù con caùi, trong nhöõng keû caû ñôøi khoâng thaïnh vöôïng; vì con chaùu noù seõ khoâng moät ngöôøi naøo thaïnh vöôïng, ngoài ngai Ña-vít vaø cai trò trong Giu-ña nöõa!

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

23:1 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! says the LORD.

23:1 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Khoán thay cho nhöõng keû chaên huûy dieät vaø laøm tan laïc baày chieân cuûa ñoàng coû ta.

23:2 Therefore thus says the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; All of you have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, says the LORD.

23:2 Vaäy neân, veà nhöõng keû chaên giöõ daân Ngaøi, thì Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân phaùn nhö vaày: Caùc ngöôi laøm tan laïc baày chieân ta, ñaõ ñuoåi ñi vaø khoâng thaêm nom ñeán; naày, ta seõ thaêm phaït caùc ngöôi veà nhöõng vieäc döõ mình laøm, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

23:3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.

23:3 Ta seõ nhoùm nhöõng con soùt laïi cuûa baày ta, töø caùc nöôùc maø ta ñaõ ñuoåi chuùng noù ñeán. Ta seõ ñem chuùng noù trôû veà trong chuoàng mình; chuùng noù seõ sanh ñeû theâm nhieàu.

23:4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, says the LORD.

23:4 Ta seõ laäp leân nhöõng keû chaên nuoâi chuùng noù; thì seõ chaúng sôï chaúng haõi nöõa, vaø khoâng thieáu moät con naøo, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

23:5 Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

23:5 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, nhöõng ngaøy ñeán, baáy giôø ta seõ daáy leân cho Ña-vít moät Nhaùnh coâng bình. Ngaøi seõ cai trò laøm vua, laáy caùch khoân ngoan maø aên ôû, laøm söï chaùnh tröïc coâng bình trong ñaát.

23:6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

23:6 Ñöông ñôøi vöông ñoù, Giu-ña seõ ñöôïc cöùu; Y-sô-ra-eân seõ ôû yeân oån, vaø ngöôøi ta seõ xöng danh Ñaáng aáy laø: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va söï coâng bình chuùng ta!

23:7 Therefore, behold, the days come, says the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD lives, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

23:7 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Vaäy neân nhöõng ngaøy ñeán, baáy giôø ngöôøi ta seõ chaúng coøn noùi raèng: Thaät nhö Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va haèng soáng, töùc laø Ñaáng ñaõ ñem con caùi Y-sô-ra-eân leân khoûi ñaát EÂ-díp-toâ.

23:8 But, The LORD lives, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries where I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.

23:8 Nhöng noùi raèng: Thaät nhö Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va haèng soáng, töùc laø Ñaáng ñaõ ñem leân vaø daét doøng doõi nhaø Y-sô-ra-eân veà töø phöông baéc, töø caùc nöôùc maø ta ñaõ ñuoåi hoï ñeán. Chuùng noù seõ ôû trong ñaát mình.

23:9 Mine heart within me is broken because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man, and like a man whom wine has overcome, because of the LORD, and because of the words of his holiness.

23:9 Veà caùc tieân tri: Loøng ta tan naùt trong ta; xöông ta thaûy ñeàu run raåy; ta nhö ngöôøi say, nhö ngöôøi xaây xaãm vì röôïu, bôûi côù Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaø nhöõng lôøi thaùnh cuûa Ngaøi.

23:10 For the land is full of adulterers; for because of swearing the land mourns; the pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up, and their course is evil, and their force is not right.

23:10 Trong ñaát ñaày nhöõng keû taø daâm; vì côù bò ruûa saû thì ñaát neân saàu thaûm; nhöõng ñoàng coû nôi ñoàng vaéng ñeàu khoâ khan. Ngöôøi ta chaïy theo ñöôøng döõ, söùc chuùng noù laø khoâng coâng bình.

23:11 For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, says the LORD.

23:11 Vì chính keû tieân tri thaày teá leã ñeàu laø oâ ueá, ta thaáy söï gian aùc chuùng noù ñeán trong nhaø ta; Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

23:12 Wherefore their way shall be unto them as slippery ways in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall therein: for I will bring evil upon them, even the year of their visitation, says the LORD.

23:12 Cho neân ñöôøng chuùng noù seõ nhö nôi trôn trôït trong toái taêm, seõ bò ñuoåi vaø vaáp ngaõ taïi ñoù. Vì ñeán naêm chuùng noù bò thaêm phaït, ta seõ giaùng tai vaï treân chuùng noù, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

23:13 And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to go astray.

23:13 Ta ñaõ thaáy roõ söï ñieân daïi cuûa boïn tieân tri xöù Sa-ma-ri; chuùng noù nhôn danh Ba-anh maø noùi tieân tri, khieán daân Y-sô-ra-eân ta laàm laïc.

23:14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none does return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.

23:14 Nhöng, nôi boïn tieân tri ôû Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, ta ñaõ thaáy söï ñaùng gôùm ghieác: chuùng noù phaïm toäi taø daâm, böôùc theo söï giaû doái; chuùng noù laøm cho cöùng vöõng tay keû döõ, ñeán noãi chaúng ai xaây boû söï aùc cuûa mình. Ta coi chuùng noù thaûy ñeàu nhö Soâ-ñoâm, vaø daân cö noù nhö Goâ-moâ-rô.

23:15 Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.

23:15 Vaäy neân, veà phaàn boïn tieân tri ñoù, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ cho chuùng noù aên ngaûi cöùu vaø uoáng maät ñaéng; vì caùc tieân tri ôû Gieâ-ru-sa-lem ñaõ laøm cho söï voâ ñaïo traøn ra trong caû xöù.

23:16 Thus says the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.

23:16 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Chôù nheo nhöõng lôøi cuûa caùc tieân tri noùi tieân tri vôùi caùc ngöôi. Chuùng noù daïy cho caùc ngöôi söï hö khoâng, vaø noùi söï hieän thaáy bôûi loøng mình chaúng phaûi bôûi mieäng Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

23:17 They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD has said, All of you shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walks after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.

23:17 Chuùng noù cöù baûo keû khinh deå ta raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn, caùc ngöôi seõ ñöôïc bình an. Laïi baûo nhöõng keû böôùc theo söï cöùng coûi cuûa loøng mình raèng: Chaúng coù tai hoïa naøo seõ ñeán treân caùc ngöôi heát.

23:18 For who has stood in the counsel of the LORD, and has perceived and heard his word? who has marked his word, and heard it?

23:18 Vaäy ai ñaõ ñöùng ñöôïc trong söï baøn luaän cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, ñeå ñöôïc ngaém xem vaø nghe lôøi Ngaøi? Ai ñaõ suy xeùt vaø nghe lôøi Ngaøi?

23:19 Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked.

23:19 Naày, côn giaän cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ phaùt ra nhö baõo, nhö gioù loác, noå treân ñaàu nhöõng keû döõ.

23:20 The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days all of you shall consider it perfectly.

23:21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.

23:21 Ta chaúng sai nhöõng tieân tri naày, maø chuùng noù ñaõ chaïy; ta chaúng phaùn vôùi, maø ñaõ noùi tieân tri.

23:22 But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.

23:22 Neáu chuùng noù coù ñöùng trong söï baøn luaän ta, thì ñaõ khieán daân ta nghe lôøi ta, vaø ñaõ laøm cho daân töø ñöôøng döõ vieäc xaáu maø trôû laïi roài.

23:23 Am I a God at hand, says the LORD, and not a God far off?

23:23 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta coù phaûi laø Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi ôû gaàn maø khoâng phaûi laø Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi ôû xa sao?

23:24 Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? says the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? says the LORD.

23:24 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Coù ngöôøi naøo coù theå giaáu mình trong caùc nôi kín cho ta ñöøng thaáy chaêng? Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Haù chaúng phaûi ta ñaày daãy caùc töøng trôøi vaø ñaát sao?

23:25 I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed.

23:25 Ta nghe ñieàu nhöõng keû tieân tri naày noùi, chuùng noù nhôn danh ta maø noùi tieân tri giaû doái, raèng: Ta coù chieâm bao; thaät, ta coù chieâm bao!

23:26 How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart;

23:26 Nhöõng tieân tri aáy, theo söï doái traù cuûa loøng mình maø noùi tieân tri, chuùng noù coù loøng aáy cho ñeán chöøng naøo?

23:27 Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal.

23:27 Chuùng noù moãi ngöôøi thuaät chieâm bao cuøng keû laân caän, töôûng seõ khieán daân queân danh ta cuõng nhö toå phuï chuùng noù vì Ba-anh queân danh ta.

23:28 The prophet that has a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that has my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? says the LORD.

23:28 Khi tieân tri naøo coù chieâm bao, haõy thuaät chieâm bao aáy ñi; coøn keû naøo ñaõ laõnh lôøi ta, haõy truyeàn laïi lôøi ta caùch trung tín! Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Rôm raï haù xen vaøo vôùi luùa mì sao?

23:29 Is not my word like a fire? says the LORD; and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?

23:29 Lôøi ta haù chaúng nhö löûa, nhö buùa ñaäp vôõ ñaù sao? Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

23:30 Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, says the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbour.

23:30 Vaäy neân Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn raèng: Naày, ta nghòch cuøng nhöõng keû tieân tri aên caép laãn nhau veà lôøi cuûa ta.

23:31 Behold, I am against the prophets, says the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He says.

23:31 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, ta nghòch cuøng nhöõng keû tieân tri duøng löôõi mình noùi ra, maø raèng: Ngaøi phaùn.

23:32 Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, says the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to go astray by their lies, and by their levity; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, says the LORD.

23:32 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, ta nghòch cuøng nhöõng keû laáy chieâm bao giaû doái maø noùi tieân tri, thuaät laïi vaø laáy lôøi doái traù khoe khoang maø laøm cho daân ta laàm laïc, nhöng ta khoâng sai vaø cuõng khoâng baûo chuùng noù; chuùng noù cuõng khoâng laøm ích gì cho daân naày heát, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

23:33 And when this people, or the prophet, or a priest, shall ask you, saying, What is the burden of the LORD? you shall then say unto them, What burden? I will even forsake you, says the LORD.

23:33 Neáu daân naày, keû tieân tri hay laø thaày teá leã, hoûi ngöôi raèng: Gaùnh naëng cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laø gì? Khaù ñaùp raèng: Gaùnh naëng gì? Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta seõ töø boû caùc ngöôi.

23:34 And as for the prophet, and the priest, and the people, that shall say, The burden of the LORD, I will even punish that man and his house.

23:34 Coøn nhö keû tieân tri, thaày teá leã, vaø daân seõ noùi raèng: Gaùnh naëng cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, thì seõ phaït ngöôøi aáy vaø nhaø noù.

23:35 Thus shall all of you say every one to his neighbour, and every one to his brother, What has the LORD answered? and, What has the LORD spoken?

23:35 Vaäy, naày laø caâu moãi ngöôøi khaù hoûi keû laân caän mình, moãi ngöôøi khaù hoûi anh em mình raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ traû lôøi laøm sao? Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ phaùn theå naøo?

23:36 And the burden of the LORD shall all of you mention no more: for every man's word shall be his burden; for all of you have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God.

23:36 Baáy giôø chôù noùi gaùnh naëng cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va nöõa; vì lôøi cuûa moãi moät ngöôøi seõ laø gaùnh naëng cuûa noù, vì caùc ngöôi ñaõ laøm traùi nhöõng lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi haèng soáng, cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi chuùng ta.

23:37 Thus shall you say to the prophet, What has the LORD answered you? and, What has the LORD spoken?

23:37 Vaäy ngöôi khaù hoûi keû tieân tri raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ traû lôøi cho ngöôi laøm sao? Hay laø: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ phaùn theå naøo?

23:38 But since all of you say, The burden of the LORD; therefore thus says the LORD; Because all of you say this word, The burden of the LORD, and I have sent unto you, saying, All of you shall not say, The burden of the LORD;

23:38 Nhöng neáu caùc ngöôi noùi raèng: Gaùnh naëng cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, bôûi côù ñoù, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Vì caùc ngöôi noùi lôøi naày: Gaùnh naëng cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, vaø ta ñaõ sai ñeán cuøng caùc ngöôi ñaëng baûo caùc ngöôi raèng: Chôù coøn noùi raèng: Gaùnh naëng cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va,

23:39 Therefore, behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you, and the city that I gave you and your fathers, and cast you out of my presence:

23:39 nhôn ñoù, naày, ta seõ queân haún caùc ngöôi; ta seõ boû caùc ngöôi, vaø thaønh ta ñaõ ban cho caùc ngöôi vaø toå phuï caùc ngöôi, xa khoûi tröôùc maët ta.

23:40 And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten.

23:40 Ta seõ khieán caùc ngöôi chòu nhô nhuoác ñôøi ñôøi, hoå theïn voâ cuøng, khoâng bao giôø queân ñöôïc.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

24:1 The LORD showed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs were set before the temple of the LORD, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon.

24:1 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va toû cho toâi, naày, coù hai gioû traùi vaû ñeå tröôùc ñeàn thôø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va. Aáy laø sau khi Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, ñaõ baét Gieâ-coâ-nia, con trai Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, vua Giu-ña, cuøng caùc quan tröôûng Giu-ña, vôùi caùc thôï ngheà vaø thôï reøn töø thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem ñem veà nöôùc Ba-by-loân laøm phu tuø.

24:2 One basket had very good figs, even like the figs that are first ripe: and the other basket had very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad.

24:2 Moät trong hai gioû thì ñöïng nhöõng traùi vaû raát toát, nhö traùi vaû ñaàu muøa; coøn gioû kia thì ñöïng traùi xaáu laém, ñeán noãi khoâng coù theå aên ñöôïc.

24:3 Then said the LORD unto me, What see you, Jeremiah? And I said, Figs; the good figs, very good; and the evil, very evil, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil.

24:3 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng toâi raèng: Hôõi Gieâ-reâ-mi, ngöôi thaáy gì? Toâi thöa: Thaáy traùi vaû, nhöõng traùi toát thì raát toát, coøn nhöõng traùi xaáu thì raát xaáu, xaáu ñeán noãi khoâng theå aên ñöôïc.

24:4 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

24:4 Baáy giôø coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng toâi raèng:

24:5 Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their good.

24:5 Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân phaùn nhö vaày: Nhö nhöõng traùi vaû toát naày, ta cuõng seõ xem nhöõng keû phu tuø Giu-ña, maø ta ñaõ sai töø nôi naày ñeán trong ñaát ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ, cho chuùng noù ñöôïc ích.

24:6 For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.

24:6 Ta seõ ñeå con maét ta treân chuùng noù laøm ích cho, vaø ta seõ ñem hoï veà trong xöù naày, laäp leân maø khoâng phaù ñi nöõa, troàng laïi maø khoâng nhoå ñi nöõa.

24:7 And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.

24:7 Ta seõ ban cho chuùng noù taám loøng hay nhaän bieát ta laø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va. Chuùng noù seõ laøm daân ta, vaø ta seõ laøm Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi chuùng noù; vì chuùng noù seõ heát loøng trôû veà cuøng ta.

24:8 And as the evil figs, which cannot be eaten, they are so evil; surely thus says the LORD, So will I give Zedekiah the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem, that remain in this land, and them that dwell in the land of Egypt:

24:8 Coøn nhö Seâ-ñi-kia, vua Giu-ña, caùc quan tröôûng noù vaø daân soùt laïi cuûa thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, laø daân coøn ôû trong ñaát naày, vaø nhöõng keû ôû trong ñaát EÂ-díp-toâ, thì ngöôøi ta laøm cho nhöõng traùi vaû xaáu quaù aên khoâng ñöôïc theå naøo, ta cuõng seõ laøm cho chuùng noù theå aáy.

24:9 And I will deliver them to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth for their hurt, to be a reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places where I shall drive them.

24:9 Ta seõ phoù chuùng noù ñeå bò neùm ñi neùm laïi giöõa moïi nöôùc theá gian cho chuùng noù chòu khoå, chòu maéng nhieác, xoi boùi, cöôøi cheâ, ruûa saû, trong moïi xöù maø ta seõ ñuoåi chuùng noù ñeán.

24:10 And I will send the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, among them, till they be consumed from off the land that I gave unto them and to their fathers.

24:10 Ta seõ sai göôm dao, ñoùi keùm, oân dòch giöõa chuùng noù, cho ñeán chöøng chuùng noù bò huûy dieät khoûi ñaát ta ñaõ ban cho chuùng noù cuøng toå phuï chuùng noù.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

25:1 The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that was the first year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon;

25:1 Naày laø lôøi phaùn cuøng Gieâ-reâ-mi veà caû daân Giu-ña, trong naêm thöù tö ñôøi Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, con trai Gioâ-si -a, vua cuûa Giu-ña; aáy laø naêm thöù nhöùt ñôøi Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua nöôùc Ba-by-loân.

25:2 The which Jeremiah the prophet spoke unto all the people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying,

25:2 Ñaáng tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi rao truyeàn nhöõng lôøi naày tröôùc maët daân Giu-ña vaø heát thaûy daân cö Gieâ-ru-sa-lem raèng:

25:3 From the thirteenth year of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, even unto this day, that is the three and twentieth year, the word of the LORD has come unto me, and I have spoken unto you, rising early and speaking; but all of you have not hearkened.

25:3 Töø naêm thöù möôøi ba ñôøi Gioâ-si -a, con trai A-moân, vua cuûa Giu-ña, cho ñeán ngaøy nay coù hai nöôi ba naêm, lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng toâi. Töø luùc ñoù, toâi daäy sôùm noùi cuøng caùc ngöôi; nhöng caùc ngöôi chaúng khöùng nghe toâi.

25:4 And the LORD has sent unto you all his servants the prophets, rising early and sending them; but all of you have not hearkened, nor inclined your ear to hear.

25:4 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ sai caùc ñaày tôù Ngaøi, laø caùc tieân tri, ñeán cuøng caùc ngöôi, daäy sôùm maø sai ñeán, nhöng caùc ngöôi khoâng nghe lôøi, khoâng ñeå tai maø nghe.

25:5 They said, Turn all of you again now every one from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that the LORD has given unto you and to your fathers for ever and ever:

25:5 Caùc ñaáng aáy noùi raèng: Moãi ngöôøi trong caùc ngöôi haõy töø ñöôøng döõ mình trôû laïi; haõy boû ñieàu aùc cuûa vieäc laøm mình, vaø ôû trong ñaát maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ ban cho caùc ngöôi vaø toå phuï caùc ngöôi töø xöa cho ñeán ñôøi ñôøi.

25:6 And go not after other gods to serve them, and to worship them, and provoke me not to anger with the works of your hands; and I will do you no hurt.

25:6 Chôù theo caùc thaàn khaùc ñaëng haàu vieäc vaø thôø laïy, chôù laáy vieäc tay mình laøm ra maø choïc giaän ta nöõa, thì ta seõ khoâng laøm haïi chi caùc ngöôi.

25:7 Yet all of you have not hearkened unto me, says the LORD; that all of you might provoke me to anger with the works of your hands to your own hurt.

25:7 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Nhöng caùc ngöôi chaúng nghe ta, maø laáy vieäc laøm cuûa tay mình choïc giaän ta, vaø chuoác laáy tai haïi cho mình.

25:8 Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts; Because all of you have not heard my words,

25:8 Vaäy neân, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Vì caùc ngöôi ñaõ chaúng nghe lôøi ta,

25:9 Behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, says the LORD, and Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and an hissing, and perpetual desolations.

25:9 naày, ta seõ sai ñoøi moïi hoï haøng phöông baéc cuøng ñaày tôù ta laø Neâ-bu-caùc-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, ñeán nghòch cuøng ñaát naày, nghòch cuøng daân cö noù, vaø caùc nöôùc ôû chung quanh. Ta seõ dieät heát chuùng noù, laøm chuùng noù neân söï gôû laï, cheâ cöôøi, vaø hoang vu ñôøi ñôøi. Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

25:10 Moreover I will take from them the voice of delight, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones, and the light of the candle.

25:10 Vaû, ta seõ laøm cho trong voøng chuùng noù heát tieáng reo vui vaø keâu-möøng, heát tieáng cuûa reå môùi vaø daâu môùi, heát tieáng aàm aàm cuûa coái xay vaø aùnh saùng cuûa ñeøn.

25:11 And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.

25:11 Caû ñaát naày seõ trôû neân hoang vu gôû laï, caùc nöôùc naày seõ phuïc söï vua Ba-by-loân trong baûy möôi naêm.

25:12 And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, says the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations.

25:12 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Khi baûy möôi naêm aáy seõ maõn, ta seõ phaït vua Ba-by-loân vaø daân ngöôøi, vì côù toäi aùc chuùng noù. Ta seõ phaït xöù ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ vaø bieán thaønh moät nôi hoang vu ñôøi ñôøi.

25:13 And I will bring upon that land all my words which I have pronounced against it, even all that is written in this book, which Jeremiah has prophesied against all the nations.

25:13 Phaøm lôøi ta ñaõ phaùn nghòch cuøng ñaát aáy, töùc lôøi cheùp trong saùch naày, laø lôøi Gieâ-reâ-mi ñaõ noùi tieân tri nghòch cuøng muoân nöôùc, thì seõ xaûy ñeán cho ñaát aáy.

25:14 For many nations and great kings shall make use of them also: and I will recompense them according to their deeds, and according to the works of their own hands.

25:14 Vaû, seõ coù nhieàu nöôùc vaø vua lôùn baét chính ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ laøm toâi moïi, vaø ta seõ baùo chuùng noù theo vieäc laøm cuûa chuùng, vaø theo vieäc bôûi tay chuùng laøm ra.

25:15 For thus says the LORD God of Israel unto me; Take the wine cup of this fury at my hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send you, to drink it.

25:15 Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân coù phaùn cuøng toâi nhö vaày: Haõy laáy cheùn röôïu cuûa söï giaän khoûi tay ta, khaù cho caùc daân maø ta sai ngöôi ñeán ñeàu uoáng laáy.

25:16 And they shall drink, and be moved, and be mad, because of the sword that I will send among them.

25:16 Chuùng noù seõ uoáng, seõ ñi xieâu toù, vaø ñieân cuoàng, vì côù göôm dao maø ta seõ sai ñeán giöõa chuùng noù.

25:17 Then took I the cup at the LORD's hand, and made all the nations to drink, unto whom the LORD had sent me:

25:17 Vaäy toâi laáy cheùn khoûi tay Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, vaø khieán cho moïi nöôùc maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va sai toâi ñeán ñeàu uoáng laáy:

25:18 To know, Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah, and the kings thereof, and the princes thereof, to make them a desolation, an astonishment, an hissing, and a curse; as it is this day;

25:18 cho Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø cho caùc thaønh cuûa Giu-ña, cho caùc vua caùc quan tröôûng noù, laøm cho chuùng noù hoang vu, gôû laï, bò cheâ cöôøi, chòu ruûa saû nhö ngaøy nay;

25:19 Pharaoh king of Egypt, and his servants, and his princes, and all his people;

25:19 cho Pha-ra-oân, vua nöôùc EÂ-díp-toâ, cho nhöõng ñaày tôù ngöôøi, cho caùc quan tröôûng vaø daân söï ngöôøi;

25:20 And all the mingled people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, and all the kings of the land of the Philistines, and Ashkelon, and Azzah, and Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod,

25:20 cho moïi daân loän, cho moïi vua xöù Uùt-xô, cho moïi vua xöù Phi-li-tin: töùc vua cuûa Aùch-ca-loân, cuûa Ga-xa, cuûa Eùc-roân, vaø nhöõng keû coøn soáng soùt ôû Aùch-ñoát;

25:21 Edom, and Moab, and the children of Ammon,

25:21 cho EÂ-ñoâm, cho Moâ-aùp, cho con caùi Am-moân;

25:22 And all the kings of Tyrus, and all the kings of Zidon, and the kings of the isles which are beyond the sea,

25:22 cho caùc vua Ty-rô, cho moïi vua ôû Si-ñoân, vaø cho moïi vua ôû cuø lao ngoaøi bieån;

25:23 Dedan, and Tema, and Buz, and all that are in the utmost corners,

25:23 cho Ñeâ-ñan, cho Theâ-ma, cho Bu-xô, cho nhöõng keû caïo toùc chung quanh ñaàu;

25:24 And all the kings of Arabia, and all the kings of the mingled people that dwell in the desert,

25:24 cho moïi vua A-ra-bi, cho caùc vua cuûa caùc nöôùc thuoäc veà caùc gioáng loän ôû ñoàng vaéng;

25:25 And all the kings of Zimri, and all the kings of Elam, and all the kings of the Medes,

25:25 cho moïi vua cuûa Xim-ri, cho moïi vua cuûa EÂ-lam, cho moïi vua cuûa Meâ-ñi;

25:26 And all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another, and all the kingdoms of the world, which are upon the face of the earth: and the king of Sheshach shall drink after them.

25:26 cho môø toái vua phöông baéc, ôû gaàn hoaëc ôû xa, cho vua naày cuøng vôùi vua kia; sau laïi, cho moïi nöôùc theá gian ôû treân maët ñaát. Vua cuûa Seâ-saùc cuõng seõ uoáng cheùn sau caùc vua kia.

25:27 Therefore you shall say unto them, Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Drink all of you, and be drunken, and spew, and fall, and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you.

25:27 Ngöôi khaù baûo hoï raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy uoáng ñi haõy say, möûa, ngaõ xuoáng, ñöøng daäy nöõa, vì côù göôm dao maø ta seõ sai ñeán giöõa caùc ngöôi!

25:28 And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at yours hand to drink, then shall you say unto them, Thus says the LORD of hosts; All of you shall certainly drink.

25:28 Neáu hoï khoâng khöùng laáy cheùn ôû tay ngöôi ñaëng uoáng, thì ngöôi khaù baûo raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Chaéc caùc ngöôi phaûi uoáng!

25:29 For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by my name, and should all of you be utterly unpunished? All of you shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, says the LORD of hosts.

25:29 Vaû, naày, aáy laø thaønh kia laø thaønh ñöôïc xöng baèng danh ta, maø ta baét ñaàu xuoáng tai vaï; coøn caùc ngöôi, haù khoûi hình phaït ñöôïc caû sao? 25:30 Therefore prophesy you against them all these words, and say unto them, The LORD shall roar from on high, and utter his voice from his holy habitation; he shall mightily roar upon his habitation; he shall give a shout, as they that tread the grapes, against all the inhabitants of the earth.

25:30 Cho neân ngöôi khaù laáy moïi lôøi naày noùi tieân tri nghòch cuøng hoï, vaø baûo raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va quaùt thaùo töø nôi cao; phaùt tieáng töø choã ôû thaùnh Ngaøi; quaùt thaùo to nghòch cuøng chuoàng chieân; troåi tieáng keâu nhö nhöõng keû ñaïp traùi nho, nghòch cuøng heát thaûy daân cö treân ñaát.

25:31 A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth; for the LORD has a controversy with the nations, he will plead with all flesh; he will give them that are wicked to the sword, says the LORD.

25:31 Tieáng om soøm seõ vang ra ñeán cuøng ñaát; vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va tranh caïnh cuøng caùc nöôùc, phaùn xeùt moïi xaùc thòt, phoù nhöõng keû döõ cho göôm dao, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

25:32 Thus says the LORD of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth.

25:32 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, tai vaï seõ töø moät daân naày qua moät daân khaùc; moät traän baõo lôùn daáy leân töø caùc nôi ñaàu cuøng ñaát.

25:33 And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground.

25:33 Thaây cuûa nhöõng keû maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ gieát trong ngaøy ñoù, seõ ñaày treân ñaát töø ñaàu naày ñeán ñaàu kia; chaúng ai khoùc, chaúng thaâu lieäm, chaúng choân, seõ laøm phaân treân maët ñaát!

25:34 Wail, all of you shepherds, and cry; and wallow yourselves in the ashes, all of you principal of the flock: for the days of your slaughter and of your dispersions are accomplished; and all of you shall fall like a pleasant vessel.

25:34 Hôõi nhöõng keû chaên, haõy than khoùc, caát tieáng than van! Hôõi nhöõng keû daãn baày chieân, haõy laên trong tro buïi! Vì ngaøy caùc ngöôi bò gieát, kyø caùc ngöôi bò tan laïc ñaõ ñeán haïn; caùc ngöôi seõ ngaõ xuoáng nhö bình quí giaù.

25:35 And the shepherds shall have no way to flee, nor the principal of the flock to escape.

25:35 Keû chaên khoâng bôûi ñaâu troán traùnh, keû daãn baày chieân khoâng bôûi ñaâu thoaùt ra.

25:36 A voice of the cry of the shepherds, and an howling of the principal of the flock, shall be heard: for the LORD has spoiled their pasture.

25:36 Keû chaên phaùt tieáng keâu, keû daãn baày chieân than khoùc; vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaù hoang ñoàng coû hoï,

25:37 And the peaceable habitations are cut down because of the fierce anger of the LORD.

25:37 vaø nhöõng chuoàng chieân yeân oån ñaõ bò baét phaûi nín laëng bôûi söï noùng giaän cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

25:38 He has forsaken his covert, as the lion: for their land is desolate because of the fierceness of the oppressor, and because of his fierce anger.

25:38 Ngaøi nhö sö töû ñaõ ra khoûi choã kín mình. Ñaát chuùng noù ñaõ trôû neân gôû laï bôûi söùc maïnh raát hung ñeø neùn, vaø côn giaän raát maõnh lieät.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

26:1 In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah came this word from the LORD, saying,

26:1 Luùc Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, con trai Gioâ-si -a, vua nöôùc Giu-ña, baét ñaàu trò vì, coù lôøi naày töø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn ra:

26:2 Thus says the LORD; Stand in the court of the LORD's house, and speak unto all the cities of Judah, which come to worship in the LORD's house, all the words that I command you to speak unto them; diminish not a word:

26:2 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Ngöôi khaù ñöùng trong haønh lang nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, rao nhöõng lôøi ta truyeàn ngöôi noùi laïi cho caùc thaønh cuûa Giu-ña ñaõ ñeán ñaëng thôø laïy trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va; chôù bôùt moät tieáng.

26:3 If so be they will hearken, and turn every man from his evil way, that I may repent me of the evil, which I purpose to do unto them because of the evil of their doings.

26:3 Hoaëc giaû chuùng noù nghe ngöôi, vaø ai naáy seõ töø ñöôøng xaáu mình trôû laïi; haàu cho ta aên naên veà hoïa maø ta ñònh laøm cho chuùng noù, vì söï döõ cuûa vieäc laøm chuùng noù.

26:4 And you shall say unto them, Thus says the LORD; If all of you will not hearken to me, to walk in my law, which I have set before you,

26:4 Vaäy ngöôi khaù baûo raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Neáu caùc ngöôi khoâng khöùng nghe ta, maø böôùc theo luaät phaùp ta ñaõ ñaët tröôùc maët caùc ngöôi;

26:5 To hearken to the words of my servants the prophets, whom I sent unto you, both rising up early, and sending them, but all of you have not hearkened;

26:5 neáu caùc ngöôi khoâng nghe lôøi cuûa caùc ñaày tôù ta, laø caùc tieân tri maø ta sai ñeán cuøng caùc ngöôi, vaø ñaõ daäy sôùm sai ñeán, nhöng caùc ngöôi khoâng nghe hoï,

26:6 Then will I make this house like Shiloh, and will make this city a curse to all the nations of the earth.

26:6 thì ta seõ khieán nhaø naày neân nhö Si-loâ, vaø seõ khieán thaønh naày neân söï ruûa saû cho moïi nöôùc treân ñaát.

26:7 So the priests and the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speaking these words in the house of the LORD.

26:7 Caùc thaày teá leã, caùc tieân tri, vaø caû daân söï ñeàu nghe Gieâ-reâ-mi truyeàn nhöõng lôøi aáy trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

26:8 Now it came to pass, when Jeremiah had made an end of speaking all that the LORD had commanded him to speak unto all the people, that the priests and the prophets and all the people took him, saying, You shall surely die.

26:8 Khi Gieâ-reâ-mi noùi xong moïi ñieàu Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ truyeàn mình noùi cho caû daân söï, thì caùc thaày teá leã, caùc tieân tri, vaø caû daân söï ñeàu baét laáy ngöôøi vaø noùi raèng: Ngöôi chaéc seõ cheát!

26:9 Why have you prophesied in the name of the LORD, saying, This house shall be like Shiloh, and this city shall be desolate without an inhabitant? And all the people were gathered against Jeremiah in the house of the LORD.

26:9 Sao ngöôi nhôn danh Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va maø noùi tieân tri raèng: Nhaø naày seõ trôû neân nhö Si-loâ, thaønh naày seõ hoang vu vaø khoâng daân ôû? Baáy giôø caû daân söï nhoùm laïi cuøng Gieâ-reâ-mi trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

26:10 When the princes of Judah heard these things, then they came up from the king's house unto the house of the LORD, and sat down in the entry of the new gate of the LORD's house.

26:10 Caùc quan tröôûng Giu-ña nghe nhöõng söï aáy, beøn töø trong cung vua leân nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, ngoài taïi loái vaøo cuûa cöûa môùi nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

26:11 Then spoke the priests and the prophets unto the princes and to all the people, saying, This man is worthy to die; for he has prophesied against this city, as all of you have heard with your ears.

26:11 Baáy giôø caùc thaày teá leã vaø caùc tieân tri noùi vôùi caùc quan tröôûng cuøng caû daân söï raèng: Ngöôøi naày ñaùng cheát; vì ñaõ noùi tieân tri nghòch cuøng thaønh naày, nhö chính tai caùc ngöôi ñaõ nghe.

26:12 Then spoke Jeremiah unto all the princes and to all the people, saying, The LORD sent me to prophesy against this house and against this city all the words that all of you have heard.

26:12 Nhöng Gieâ-reâ-mi ñaùp cuøng caùc quan tröôûng vaø caû daân söï raèng: Aáy laø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va sai ta ñaëng noùi tieân tri moïi lôøi nghòch cuøng nhaø naày vaø thaønh naày, maø caùc ngöôi ñaõ nghe.

26:13 Therefore now amend your ways and your doings, and obey the voice of the LORD your God; and the LORD will repent him of the evil that he has pronounced against you.

26:13 Baây giôø caùc ngöôi haõy söûa laïi ñöôøng loái vaø vieäc laøm cuûa mình, haõy vaâng theo tieáng cuûa Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi caùc ngöôi, thì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va seõ aên naên veà tai hoïa maø Ngaøi ñaõ rao ra nghòch cuøng caùc ngöôi.

26:14 As for me, behold, I am in your hand: do with me as seems good and meet unto you.

26:14 Veà phaàn ta, naày, ta ôû trong tay caùc ngöôi, haõy laøm cho ta ñieàu caùc ngöôi cho laø phaûi vaø ñaùng laøm.

26:15 But know all of you for certain, that if all of you put me to death, all of you shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof: for truthfully the LORD has sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears.

26:15 Daàu vaäy, khaù bieát raèng caùc ngöôi gieát ta, thì caùc ngöôi cuøng thaønh naày vaø daân cö noù seõ gaùnh laáy huyeát voâ toäi. Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va thaät ñaõ sai ta ñeán cuøng caùc ngöôi, khieán ta noùi moïi lôøi naày vaøo tai caùc ngöôi.

26:16 Then said the princes and all the people unto the priests and to the prophets; This man is not worthy to die: for he has spoken to us in the name of the LORD our God.

26:16 Caùc quan tröôûng vaø caû daân söï beøn noùi cuøng caùc thaày teá leã vaø caùc tieân tri raèng: Ngöôøi naày khoâng ñaùng cheát; vì aáy laø ngöôøi nhôn danh Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi chuùng ta maø noùi cuøng chuùng ta.

26:17 Then rose up certain of the elders of the land, and spoke to all the assembly of the people, saying,

26:17 Moät vaøi keû tröôûng laõo trong ñaát ñöùng daäy noùi vôùi caû hoäi daân nhö vaày:

26:18 Micah the Morasthite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and spoke to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus says the LORD of hosts; Zion shall be plowed like a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of a forest.

26:18 Mi-cheâ ôû Moâ-reâ-seát, laø ngöôøi noùi tieân tri veà ñôøi eâ-xeâ-chia, vua Giu-ña, coù noùi cuøng caû daân Giu-ña raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Si-oân seõ bò caøy nhö ruoäng, Gieâ-ru-sa-lem seõ trôû neân goø ñoáng, nuùi cuûa nhaø seõ trôû neân nhö caùc nôi cao cuûa röøng.

26:19 Did Hezekiah king of Judah and all Judah put him at all to death? did he not fear the LORD, and besought the LORD, and the LORD repented him of the evil which he had pronounced against them? Thus might we procure great evil against our souls.

26:19 EÂ-xeâ-chia, vua Giu-ña, vaø caû Giu-ña haù coù gieát ngöôøi sao? Ngöôøi haù chaúng ñaõ kính sôï Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaø naøi xin ôn Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va sao? Vaäy neân Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va aên naên veà tai hoïa maø Ngaøi ñaõ rao ra nghòch cuøng hoï. Nay chuùng ta laøm söï ñoù, aáy laø phaïm toäi naëng nghòch cuøng linh hoàn mình.

26:20 And there was also a man that prophesied in the name of the LORD, Urijah the son of Shemaiah of Kirjathjearim, who prophesied against this city and against this land according to all the words of Jeremiah.

26:20 Laïi coøn coù moät ngöôøi nöõa ñaõ nhôn danh Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va maø noùi tieân tri: aáy laø U-ri, con trai Seâ-ma-gia, ôû Ki-ri-aùt-Gieâ -a-rim. Ngöôøi cuõng noùi tieân tri nghòch cuøng thaønh vaø ñaát naày y theo moïi lôøi cuûa Gieâ-reâ-mi.

26:21 And when Jehoiakim the king, with all his mighty men, and all the princes, heard his words, the king sought to put him to death: but when Urijah heard it, he was afraid, and fled, and went into Egypt;

26:21 Vua Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, heát thaûy quaân lính, vaø caùc quan tröôûng ñeàu nghe nhöõng lôøi ngöôøi, vua beøn muoán gieát ngöôøi ñi; nhöng U-ri hay ñöôïc, thì sôï vaø troán qua ñaát EÂ-díp-toâ.

26:22 And Jehoiakim the king sent men into Egypt, namely, Elnathan the son of Achbor, and certain men with him into Egypt.

26:22 Vua Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim beøn sai Eân-na-than, con trai Aïc-boà, vaø maáy ngöôøi nöõa cuøng ñi qua EÂ-díp-toâ,

26:23 And they fetched forth Urijah out of Egypt, and brought him unto Jehoiakim the king; who slew him with the sword, and cast his dead body into the graves of the common people.

26:23 ñem U-ri ra khoûi EÂ-díp-toâ vaø ñieäu veà cho vua Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim. Vua sai duøng göôm gieát ngöôøi vaø quaêng thaây trong moà phaøm daân.

26:24 Nevertheless the hand of Ahikam the son of Shaphan was with Jeremiah, that they should not give him into the hand of the people to put him to death.

26:24 Baáy giôø tay A-hi-cam, con trai Sa-phan, binh vöïc Gieâ-reâ-mi vaø gaøn trôû cho khoûi phoù ngöôøi trong tay daân chuùng ñaëng laøm cho cheát.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

27:1 In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah came this word unto Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

27:1 Luùc Seâ-ñeâ-kia, con trai Gioâ-si -a, vua Giu-ña, baét ñaàu trò vì, coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi nhö vaày:

27:2 Thus says the LORD to me; Make you bonds and yokes, and put them upon your neck,

27:2 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng toâi raèng: Ngöôi khaù laøm laáy xieàng vaø aùch cho mình, roài ñeå treân coå ngöôi.

27:3 And send them to the king of Edom, and to the king of Moab, and to the king of the Ammonites, and to the king of Tyrus, and to the king of Zidon, by the hand of the messengers which come to Jerusalem unto Zedekiah king of Judah;

27:3 Ñoaïn, haõy gôûi cho vua EÂ-ñoâm, vua Moâ-aùp, vua cuûa con caùi Am-moân, vua Ty-rô, vaø vua Si-ñoân, bôûi tay caùc söù thaàn ñeán thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem chaàu Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña.

27:4 And command them to say unto their masters, Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Thus shall all of you say unto your masters;

27:4 Khaùc daën hoï taâu cuøng chuû mình raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Caùc ngöôi haõy taâu cuøng chuû mình raèng:

27:5 I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me.

27:5 Chính ta laø Ñaáng ñaõ laøm neân ñaát, loaøi ngöôøi vaø loaøi thuù treân maët ñaát, bôûi quyeàn naêng lôùn vaø caùnh tay giang ra cuûa ta, ta ban ñaát aáy cho ai tuøy yù ta laáy laøm phaûi.

27:6 And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field have I given him also to serve him.

27:6 Baây giôø, ta ñaõ phoù moïi ñaát naày trong tay Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, ñaày tôù ta; ta cuõng ban nhöõng thuù vaät ngoaøi ñoàng cho ngöôøi ñaëng giuùp vieäc ngöôøi nöõa.

27:7 And all nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son's son, until the very time of his land come: and then many nations and great kings shall make use of him.

27:7 Moïi nöôùc seõ phaûi phuïc ngöôøi, con ngöôøi, chaùu ngöôøi, cho ñeán chöøng naøo phieân cuûa nöôùc noù cuõng ñeán; baáy giôø nhieàu nöôùc vaø caùc vua lôùn seõ baét noù phuïc.

27:8 And it shall come to pass, that the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, says the LORD, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.

27:8 Neáu daân naøo nöôùc naøo khoâng haàu vieäc ngöôøi, töùc Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, vaø khoâng troøng coå mình vaøo aùch cuûa vua Ba-by-loân, thì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta seõ duøng göôm dao, ñoùi keùm, dòch leä maø phaït daân aáy, cho ñeán chöøng naøo ta ñaõ dieät chuùng noù ñi bôûi tay vua Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa.

27:9 Therefore hearken not all of you to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, All of you shall not serve the king of Babylon:

27:9 Aáy vaäy, chôù nghe nhöõng lôøi tieân tri, thaày boùi, keû baøn moäng, thaày thieân vaên, thaày phuø pheùp cuûa caùc ngöôi, chuùng noù noùi vôùi caùc ngöôi raèng: Caùc ngöôi seõ chaúng phuïc söï vua Ba-by-loân ñaâu.

27:10 For they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that I should drive you out, and all of you should perish.

27:10 Vì aáy laø chuùng noù noùi tieân tri giaû doái, ñaëng cho caùc ngöôi bò dôøi xa khoûi ñaát mình, haàu cho ta ñuoåi caùc ngöôi ra, vaø caùc ngöôi bò dieät maát.

27:11 But the nations that bring their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him, those will I let remain still in their own land, says the LORD; and they shall till it, and dwell therein.

27:11 Nhöng daân naøo seõ ñaët coå mình döôùi aùch vua Ba-by-loân vaø phuïc söï vua aáy, thì, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta seõ cho noù cöù ôû trong xöù mình, ñaëng caøy caáy vaø ôû ñoù.

27:12 I spoke also to Zedekiah king of Judah according to all these words, saying, Bring your necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.

27:12 ta theo moïi lôøi ñoù maø noùi vôùi Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña, raèng: Haõy ñaët coå mình döôùi aùch cuûa vua Ba-by-loân, haõy phuïc söï ngöôøi vaø daân ngöôøi nöõa, thì caùc ngöôi ñöôïc soáng.

27:13 Why will all of you die, you and your people, by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence, as the LORD has spoken against the nation that will not serve the king of Babylon?

27:13 Côù sao vua cuøng daân mình lieàu cheát bôûi göôm dao, ñoùi keùm, dòch leä, nhö Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ phaùn veà nöôùc naøo chaúng phuïc söï vua Ba-by-loân?

27:14 Therefore hearken not unto the words of the prophets that speak unto you, saying, All of you shall not serve the king of Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.

27:14 Vaäy, chôù nghe nhöõng lôøi cuûa boïn tieân tri noùi raèng: Caùc ngöôi seõ chaúng phuïc söï vua Ba-by-loân! Aáy laø söï giaû doái maø nhöõng keû ñoù noùi tieân tri cho caùc ngöôi vaäy.

27:15 For I have not sent them, says the LORD, yet they prophesy a lie in my name; that I might drive you out, and that all of you might perish, all of you, and the prophets that prophesy unto you.

27:15 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta chaúng heà sai chuùng noù, nhöng chuùng noù noùi tieân tri giaû doái nhôn danh ta; haàu cho ta ñuoåi caùc ngöôi, vaø caùc ngöôi bò dieät maát, nghóa laø caùc ngöôi vôùi caùc tieân tri ñaõ noùi tieân tri cho caùc ngöôi.

27:16 Also I spoke to the priests and to all this people, saying, Thus says the LORD; Hearken not to the words of your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying, Behold, the vessels of the LORD's house shall now shortly be brought again from Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.

27:16 Ta cuõng noùi vôùi caùc thaày teá leã vaø caû daân söï, raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Chôù nghe nhöõng lôøi cuûa boïn tieân tri caùc ngöôi, noùi tieân tri vôùi caùc ngöôi raèng: Naày, nhöõng khí maïnh cuûa nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va khoâng bao laâu nöõa seõ töø nöôùc Ba-by-loân laïi ñem veà! Aáy laø chuùng noù noùi tieân tri giaû doái vôùi caùc ngöôi.

27:17 Hearken not unto them; serve the king of Babylon, and live: wherefore should this city be laid waste?

27:17 Ñöøng nghe chuùng noù. Haõy phuïc söï vua Ba-by-loân, thì ñöôïc soáng. Sao ñeå thaønh naày bieán neân hoang vu?

27:18 But if they be prophets, and if the word of the LORD be with them, let them now make intercession to the LORD of hosts, that the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah, and at Jerusalem, go not to Babylon.

27:18 Song ví baèng chuùng noù thaät laø tieân tri vaø lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ôû cuøng chuùng noù, thì nay haõy caàu thay nôi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, ñeå cho nhöõng khí maïnh soùt laïi trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, trong cung vua Giu-ña vaø thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, khoûi sang qua nöôùc Ba-by-loân.

27:19 For thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the pillars, and concerning the sea, and concerning the bases, and concerning the residue of the vessels that remain in this city.

27:19 Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày veà caùc coät, bieån, caùc ñeá taûng, vaø nhöõng khí maïnh soùt laïi trong thaønh naày,

27:20 Which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took not, when he carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah from Jerusalem to Babylon, and all the nobles of Judah and Jerusalem;

27:20 töùc nhöõng ñoà maø Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, chöa khuaân ñi, khi ngöôøi baét Gieâ-coâ-nia, con trai Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, vua Giu-ña, cuøng caùc keû caû trong nöôùc Giu-ña vaø thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, töø thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem ñieäu veà nöôùc Ba-by-loân laøm phu tuø;

27:21 Yea, thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning the vessels that remain in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah and of Jerusalem;

27:21 phaûi, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày veà caùc khí maïnh soùt laïi trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, trong cung vua Giu-ña vaø thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem:

27:22 They shall be carried to Babylon, and there shall they be until the day that I visit them, says the LORD; then will I bring them up, and restore them to this place.

27:22 Nhöõng ñoà aáy seõ bò ñem qua Ba-by-loân, vaø ñeå laïi ôû ñoù cho ñeán ngaøy ta thaêm vieáng chuùng noù; baáy giôø ta seõ ñem nhöõng ñoà aáy trôû veà, laïi ñeå trong choã naày, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

28:1 And it came to pass the same year, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fourth year, and in the fifth month, that Hananiah the son of Azur the prophet, which was of Gibeon, spoke unto me in the house of the LORD, in the presence of the priests and of all the people, saying,

28:1 Cuõng naêm aáy, luùc Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña, baét ñaàu trò vì, thaùng naêm veà naêm thöù tö, Ha-na-nia, con trai A-xua, tieân tri ôû Ga-ba-oân, noùi vôùi toâi trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, tröôùc maët caùc thaày teá leã vaø caû daân söï raèng:

28:2 Thus speaks the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saying, I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.

28:2 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Ta ñaõ beû aùch cuûa vua Ba-by-loân.

28:3 Within two full years will I bring again into this place all the vessels of the LORD's house, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took away from this place, and carried them to Babylon:

28:3 Trong hai naêm troïn, moïi khí maïnh cuûa nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va maø Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, ñaõ caát ñi khoûi choã naày vaø dôøi qua Ba-by-loân, thì ta seõ laïi ñem veà trong nôi naày.

28:4 And I will bring again to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah, that went into Babylon, says the LORD: for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.

28:4 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta laïi seõ ñem Gieâ-coâ-nia, con trai Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, vua Giu-ña, vaø moïi ngöôøi Giu-ña bò baét laøm phu tuø qua Ba-by-loân, cuõng ñeàu trôû veà trong nôi naày nöõa; vì ta seõ beû aùch cuûa vua Ba-by-loân.

28:5 Then the prophet Jeremiah said unto the prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests, and in the presence of all the people that stood in the house of the LORD,

28:5 Baáy giôø, tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi ñaùp cuøng tieân tri Ha-na-nia, tröôùc maët caùc thaày teá leã vaø caû daân söï ñöông ñöùng trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

28:6 Even the prophet Jeremiah said, Amen: the LORD do so: the LORD perform your words which you have prophesied, to bring again the vessels of the LORD's house, and all that is carried away captive, from Babylon into this place.

28:6 Tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi noùi raèng: A-men, nguyeàn xin Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laøm nhö vaäy! Nguyeàn xin Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laøm nhöõng lôøi ngöôi ñaõ noùi tieân tri, ñem nhöõng khí maïnh cuûa nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaø heát thaûy nhöõng keû phu tuø töø Ba-by-loân trôû veà trong choán naày!

28:7 Nevertheless hear you now this word that I speak in yours ears, and in the ears of all the people;

28:7 Daàu vaäy, haõy nghe lôøi toâi noùi vaøo tai ngöôi vaø vaøo tai caû daân söï raèng:

28:8 The prophets that have been before me and before you of old prophesied both against many countries, and against great kingdoms, of war, and of evil, and of pestilence.

28:8 Caùc tieân tri ôû tröôùc toâi vaø tröôùc ngöôi, töø xöa ñaõ noùi tieân tri veà giaëc giaõ, tai vaï, vaø oân dòch cho nhieàu xöù vaø caùc nöôùc lôùn.

28:9 The prophet which prophesies of peace, when the word of the prophet shall come to pass, then shall the prophet be known, that the LORD has truly sent him.

28:9 Neáu tieân tri ñöôïc öùng nghieäm, thì seõ bieát tieân tri ñoù laø thaät bôûi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va sai ñeán!

28:10 Then Hananiah the prophet took the yoke from off the prophet Jeremiah's neck, and brake it.

28:10 Tieân tri Ha-na-nia beøn caát caùi aùch khoûi coå tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi, vaø beû ñi.

28:11 And Hananiah spoke in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus says the LORD; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way.

28:11 Ñoaïn, Ha-na-nia noùi tröôùc maët caû daân söï raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Trong hai naêm troïn, ta cuõng seõ beû caùi aùch cuûa Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, khoûi coå moïi nöôùc nhö vaày. Tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi beøn ñi.

28:12 Then the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the prophet, after that Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from off the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying,

28:12 Sai khi tieân tri Ha-na-nia ñaõ caát caùi aùch khoûi coå Gieâ-reâ-mi, thì coù lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng Gieâ-reâ-mi nhö vaày:

28:13 Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus says the LORD; You have broken the yokes of wood; but you shall make for them yokes of iron.

28:13 Ngöôi khaù ñi noùi vôùi Ha-na-nia raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Ngöôi ñaõ beû aùch baèng saêng: song laøm aùch baèng saét maø theá laïi.

28:14 For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also.

28:14 Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Ta ñaõ ñeå aùch baèng saét treân coå moïi nöôùc naày, ñaëng chuùng noù phaûi laøm toâi Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân. Vaû, chuùng noù phaûi laøm toâi ngöôøi, vaø ta ñaõ ban caùc loaøi thuù ñoàng cho ngöôøi nöõa.

28:15 Then said the prophet Jeremiah unto Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah; The LORD has not sent you; but you make this people to trust in a lie.

28:15 Ñoaïn, tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi noùi vôùi tieân tri Ha-na-nia raèng: Hôõi Ha-na-nia, haõy nghe! Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va chöa heà sai ngöôi, nhöng ngöôi laøm cho daân naày troâng caäy söï giaû doái.

28:16 Therefore thus says the LORD; Behold, I will cast you from off the face of the earth: this year you shall die, because you have taught rebellion against the LORD.

28:16 Vaäy neân, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ duoàng ngöôi khoûi maët ñaát, naêm nay ngöôi seõ cheát vì ñaõ noùi ra söï baïn nghòch Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

28:17 So Hananiah the prophet died the same year in the seventh month.

28:17 Cuõng naêm aáy, thaùng baûy, thì tieân tri Ha-na-nia cheát.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

29:1 Now these are the words of the letter that Jeremiah the prophet sent from Jerusalem unto the residue of the elders which were carried away captives, and to the priests, and to the prophets, and to all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had carried away captive from Jerusalem to Babylon;

29:1 Naày laø lôøi thô cuûa tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi töø thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem gôûi cho caùc tröôûng laõo hieän coøn bò phu tuø, cuøng cho caùc thaày teá leã, caùc tieân tri vaø caû daân maø vua Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa ñaõ baét töø Gieâ-ru-sa-lem ñieäu veà Ba-by-loân,

29:2 (After that Jeconiah the king, and the queen, and the eunuchs, the princes of Judah and Jerusalem, and the carpenters, and the smiths, were departed from Jerusalem;)

29:2 sau khi vua Gieâ-coâ-nia, thaùi haäu, hoaïn quan, caùc quan tröôûng cuûa Giu-ña vaø Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, thôï ngheà vaø thôï reøn ñaõ ñi khoûi Gieâ-ru-sa-lem roài.

29:3 By the hand of Elasah the son of Shaphan, and Gemariah the son of Hilkiah, (whom Zedekiah king of Judah sent unto Babylon to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon) saying,

29:3 Thô naày gôûi bôûi tay EÂ-leâ -a-sa, con trai Sa-phan, vaø Gheâ-ma-ria, con trai Hinh-kia, laø hai ngöôøi maø Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña, sau sang Ba-by-loân, chaàu Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân. Thô nhö sau naày:

29:4 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, unto all that are carried away captives, whom I have caused to be carried away from Jerusalem unto Babylon;

29:4 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn cuøng nhöõng keû maø ta ñaõ khieán bò baét laøm phu tuø töø Gieâ-ru-sa-lem qua Ba-by-loân nhö vaày:

29:5 Build all of you houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them;

29:5 Haõy xaây nhaø vaø ôû; haõy troàng vöôøn vaø aên traùi;

29:6 Take all of you wives, and brought forth sons and daughters; and take wives for your sons, and give your daughters to husbands, that they may bear sons and daughters; that all of you may be increased there, and not diminished.

29:6 haõy laáy vôï, ñeû con trai vaø con gaùi; haõy laáy vôï cho con trai, gaû choàng cho con gaùi, haàu cho chuùng noù ñeû ra con trai vaø con gaùi. Soá caùc ngöôi khaù theâm nhieàu ra ôû ñoù vaø ñöøng keùm ñi.

29:7 And seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall all of you have peace.

29:7 Haõy tìm söï bình an cho thaønh maø ta ñaõ khieán caùc ngöôi bò ñaøy ñeán laøm phu tuø, haõy vì noù caùc ngöôi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va; vì söï bình an caùc ngöôi nhôø söï bình an cuûa noù.

29:8 For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which all of you cause to be dreamed.

29:8 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Chôù ñeå cho caùc tieân tri ôû trong voøng caùc ngöôi vaø caùc thaày boùi löøa doái caùc ngöôi; cuõng chôù nghe nhöõng ñieàm chieâm bao maø caùc ngöôi thaáy.

29:9 For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, says the LORD.

29:9 Vì chuùng noù nhôn danh ta maø noùi tieân tri giaû doái cho caùcngöôi. Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta chaúng heà sai chuùng noù.

29:10 For thus says the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

29:10 Vaû, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Khi baûy möôi naêm seõ maõn cho Ba-by-loân, ta seõ thaêm vieáng caùc ngöôi, seõ laøm troïn lôøi toát laønh cho caùc ngöôi, khieán caùc ngöôi trôû veà ñaát naày.

29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

29:11 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Vì ta bieát yù töôûng ta nghó ñoái cuøng caùc ngöôi, laø yù töôûng bình an, khoâng phaûi tai hoïa, ñeå cho caùc ngöôi ñöôïc söï troâng caäy trong luùc cuoái cuøng cuûa mình.

29:12 Then shall all of you call upon me, and all of you shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

29:12 Baáy giôø caùc ngöôi seõ keâu caàu ta, seõ ñi vaø caàu nguyeän ta, vaø ta seõ nhaäm lôøi.

29:13 And all of you shall seek me, and find me, when all of you shall search for me with all your heart.

29:13 Caùc ngöôi seõ tìm ta, vaø gaëp ñöôïc, khi caùc ngöôi tìm kieám ta heát loøng.

29:14 And I will be found of you, says the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places where I have driven you, says the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

29:14 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta seõ cho caùc ngöôi tìm ñöôïc ta, vaø seõ ñem nhöõng phu tuø caùc ngöôi trôû veà. Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: ta seõ nhoùm caùc ngöôi laïi töø moïi nöôùc vaø moïi nôi maø ta ñaõ ñuoåi caùc ngöôi ñeán, vaø seõ ñem caùc ngöôi veà trong ñaát maø ta ñaõ khieán caùc ngöôi bò ñaøy ñi khoûi ñoù.

29:15 Because all of you have said, The LORD has raised us up prophets in Babylon;

29:15 Caùc ngöôi noùi raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ daáy leân caùc tieân tri cho chuùng ta taïi Ba-by-loân!

29:16 Know that thus says the LORD of the king that sits upon the throne of David, and of all the people that dwells in this city, and of your brethren that are not gone forth with you into captivity;

29:16 Cho neân, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày veà vua ñöông ngoài treân ngai Ña-vít vaø daân cö thaønh naày, cuõng phaùn veà anh em caùc ngöôi, laø nhöõng keû khoâng bò ñem ñi laøm phu tuø vôùi caùc ngöôi.

29:17 Thus says the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will send upon them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and will make them like vile figs, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil.

29:17 Vaäy, naày laø lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn: Naày, ta seõ sai göôm dao, ñoùi keùm, vaø oân dòch ñeán treân chuùng noù, seõ khieán chuùng noù gioáng nhö nhöõng traùi vaû xaáu xa naày, xaáu ñeán noãi ngöôøi ta khoâng theå aên ñöôïc.

29:18 And I will persecute them with the sword, with the famine, and with the pestilence, and will deliver them to be removed to all the kingdoms of the earth, to be a curse, and an astonishment, and an hissing, and a reproach, among all the nations where I have driven them:

29:18 Ta seõ laáy göôm dao, ñoùi keùm vaø oân dòch ñuoåi theo chuùng noù, seõ phoù chuùng noù bò neùm ñi neùm laïi giöõa moïi nöôùc theá gian, laøm söï ruûa saû, gôû laï, cheâ cöôøi, hoå nhuoác giöõa moïi daân toäc maø ta ñaõ ñuoåi chuùng noù ñeán.

29:19 Because they have not hearkened to my words, says the LORD, which I sent unto them by my servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them; but all of you would not hear, says the LORD.

29:19 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ñoù laø vì chuùng noù khoâng nghe lôøi ta, khi ta ñaõ daäy sôùm sai ñaày tôù ta, laø caùc tieân tri, laáy lôøi ñoù ñeán cuøng chuùng noù; nhöng caùc ngöôi chaúng khöùng nghe, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

29:20 Hear all of you therefore the word of the LORD, all you of the captivity, whom I have sent from Jerusalem to Babylon:

29:20 Cho neân, hôõi caùc ngöôi, laø nhöõng keû phu tuø maø ta ñaõ sai ñi töø Gieâ-ru-sa-lem qua Ba-by-loân, haõy nghe lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

29:21 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, of Ahab the son of Kolaiah, and of Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, which prophesy a lie unto you in my name; Behold, I will deliver them into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall slay them before your eyes;

29:21 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày veà A-haùp, con trai Coâ-la-gia, vaø veà Seâ-ñeâ-kia, con trai Ma -a-seâ-gia, laø nhöõng keû nhôn danh ta noùi tieân tri giaû doái: Naày, ta seõ phoù chuùng noù trong tay Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, ngöôøi seõ gieát chuùng noù tröôùc maét caùc ngöôi.

29:22 And of them shall be taken up a curse by all the captivity of Judah which are in Babylon, saying, The LORD make you like Zedekiah and like Ahab, whom the king of Babylon roasted in the fire;

29:22 Moïi ngöôøi Giu-ña bò laøm phu tuø taïi Ba-by-loân seõ laáy hai ngöôøi aáy laøm caâu nguyeàn ruûa maø raèng: Nguyeàn xin Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laøm cho ngöôi cuõng nhö Seâ-ñeâ-kia vaø A-haùp, maø vua Ba-by-loân ñaõ quay trong löûa!

29:23 Because they have committed villainy in Israel, and have committed adultery with their neighbours' wives, and have spoken lying words in my name, which I have not commanded them; even I know, and am a witness, says the LORD.

29:23 vì chuùng noù ñaõ laøm söï daïi doät trong Y-sô-ra-eân, ñaõ phaïm toäi taø daâm vôùi nhöõng vôï ngöôøi laân caän mình, vaø ñaõ nhôn danh ta rao truyeàn lôøi giaû doái maø ta chöa heà khieán rao truyeàn. Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta laø Ñaáng bieát, vaø laøm chöùng.

29:24 Thus shall you also speak to Shemaiah the Nehelamite, saying,

29:24 Ngöôi cuõng khaù noùi veà Seâ-ma-gia ôû Neâ-heâ-lam raèng:

29:25 Thus speaks the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saying, Because you have sent letters in your name unto all the people that are at Jerusalem, and to Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest, and to all the priests, saying,

29:25 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Ngöôi ñaõ laáy danh mình gôûi thô cho caû daân cö Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, cho Soâ-phoâ-ni, con trai Ma -a-seâ-gia, laøm thaày teá leã, vaø cho moïi thaày teá leã raèng:

29:26 The LORD has made you priest in the position of Jehoiada the priest, that all of you should be officers in the house of the LORD, for every man that is mad, and makes himself a prophet, that you should put him in prison, and in the stocks.

29:26 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ laäp ngöôi laøm thaày teá leã thay cho Gieâ-hoâ-gia-ña, laø thaày teá leã, ñaëng coù ngöôøi coi soùc trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, heã ngöôøi naøo ñieân daïi xöng mình laø tieân tri, thì baét laáy, cuøm vaø goâng laïi.

29:27 Now therefore why have you not reproved Jeremiah of Anathoth, which makes himself a prophet to you?

29:27 Vaäy thì laøm sao ngöôi khoâng traùch Gieâ-reâ-mi ôû A-na-toát, laø ngöôøi xöng mình laø tieân tri cho caùc ngöôi döôøng aáy?

29:28 For therefore he sent unto us in Babylon, saying, This captivity is long: build all of you houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them.

29:28 Vaû, chính noù ñaõ gôûi lôøi ñeán Ba-by-loân noùi cuøng chuùng ta raèng: Söï bò phu tuø coøn laâu ngaøy; haõy xaây nhaø vaø ôû; haõy troàng vöôøn vaø aên traùi.

29:29 And Zephaniah the priest read this letter in the ears of Jeremiah the prophet.

29:29 Thaày teá leã Soâ-phoâ-ni ñaõ ñoïc thô naày vaø tai tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi.

29:30 Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying,

29:30 Baáy giôø coù lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng Gieâ-reâ-mi raèng:

29:31 Send to all them of the captivity, saying, Thus says the LORD concerning Shemaiah the Nehelamite; Because that Shemaiah has prophesied unto you, and I sent him not, and he caused you to trust in a lie:

29:31 Haõy sai noùi ñieàu naày cho moïi keû bò phu tuø raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn veà Seâ-ma-gia ôû Neâ-heâ-lam nhö vaày: Vì Seâ-ma-gia ñaõ noùi tieân tri cho caùc ngöôi, maø ta chöa heà sai noù, vaø noù ñaõ laøm cho caùc ngöôi nhôø caäy söï giaû doái,

29:32 Therefore thus says the LORD; Behold, I will punish Shemaiah the Nehelamite, and his seed: he shall not have a man to dwell among this people; neither shall he behold the good that I will do for my people, says the LORD; because he has taught rebellion against the LORD.

29:32 neân Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ phaït Seâ-ma-gia, ngöôøi Neâ-heâ-lam, vaø doøng doõi noù nöõa. Veà doøng noù, seõ chaúng coù ai ñöôïc coøn ôû giöõa daân naày; chính mình noù cuõng seõ chaúng thaáy söï laønh ta seõ laøm cho daân ta, vì noù ñaõ noùi söï baïn nghòch Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

30:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

30:1 Coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng Gieâ-reâ-mi raèng:

30:2 Thus speaks the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write you all the words that I have spoken unto you in a book.

30:2 Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy cheùp moïi lôøi ta ñaõ phaùn cuøng ngöôi vaøo trong saùch.

30:3 For, lo, the days come, says the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, says the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.

30:3 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, nhöõng ngaøy ñeán, baáy giôø ta seõ ñem nhöõng keû bò phu tuø cuûa daân Y-sô-ra-eân vaø daân Giu-ña ta trôû veà. Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta seõ khieán chuùng noù veà trong ñaát maø ta ñaõ ban cho toå phuï chuùng noù, vaø chuùng noù seõ ñöôïc ñaát aáy laøm saûn nghieäp.

30:4 And these are the words that the LORD spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah.

30:4 Ñaây laø nhöõng lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ phaùn veà Y-sô-ra-eân vaø Giu-ña.

30:5 For thus says the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.

30:5 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Chuùng ta ñaõ nghe tieáng run raåy sôï haõi, chaúng phaûi tieáng bình an.

30:6 Ask all of you now, and see whether a man does travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?

30:6 Haõy doø la, hoûi thöû coù phaûi aáy laø ñôøn oâng sanh ñeû khoâng? Laøm sao ta thaáy moïi ngöôøi nam ñeàu laáy tay ñôõ löng mình nhö ñôøn baø ñöông ñeû? Laøm sao maët ai naáy ñeàu taùi xanh ñi?

30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.

30:7 Khoán thay! Ngaøy ñoù thaät lôùn, ñeán noãi chaúng heà coù ngaøy naøo gioáng nhö vaäy. Aáy laø kyø tai haïi cuûa Gia-coáp! Nhöng noù seõ ñöôïc cöùu thoaùt khoûi söï aáy.

30:8 For it shall come to pass in that day, says the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off your neck, and will burst your bonds, and strangers shall no more make use of him:

30:8 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn: Trong ngaøy ñoù, ta seõ beû aùch noù khoûi coå ngöôi; seõ döùt daây troùi ngöôi, daân ngoaïi seõ khoâng baét noù phuïc dòch nöõa;

30:9 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.

30:9 nhöng chuùng noù seõ haàu vieäc Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi mình, vaø Ña-vít, vua mình, maø ta seõ daáy leân cho.

30:10 Therefore fear you not, O my servant Jacob, says the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save you from far, and your seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.

30:10 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Hôõi Gia-coáp, ngöôi laø toâi tôù ta, chôù sôï chi. Hôõi Y-sô-ra-eân, ñöøng kinh haõi! vì, naày, ta seõ cöùu ngöôi töø phöông xa, vaø doøng doõi ngöôi töø ñaát bò ñaøy. Gia-coáp seõ trôû veà ñöôïc yeân laëng an oån, chaúng coù ai laøm cho noù sôï haõi.

30:11 For I am with you, says the LORD, to save you: though I make a full end of all nations where I have scattered you, yet I will not make a full end of you: but I will correct you in measure, and will not leave you altogether unpunished.

30:11 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Vì ta ôû cuøng ngöôi ñaëng giaûi cöùu ngöôi. Ta seõ dieät heát caùc nöôùc maø ta ñaõ laøm cho ngöôi tan laïc trong ñoù, nhöng ngöôi, thì ta khoâng dieät heát. Ta seõ söûa phaït ngöôi coù chöøng möïc, song chaúng heà ñeå cho ngöôi khoûi hình phaït.

30:12 For thus says the LORD, Your bruise is incurable, and your wound is grievous.

30:12 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Veát thöông ngöôi khoâng chöõa ñöôïc, daáu vít ngöôi naëng laém.

30:13 There is none to plead your cause, that you may be bound up: you have no healing medicines.

30:13 Chaúng ai laáy côù ngöôi caàu thay, ñeå ngöôi ñöôïc raøng buoäc; ngöôi chaúng coù thuoác chöõa.

30:14 All your lovers have forgotten you; they seek you not; for I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of yours iniquity; because your sins were increased.

30:14 Moïi keû yeâu ngöôi ñaõ queân ngöôi, khoâng hoûi han ngöôi; vì ta ñaõ ñaùnh ngöôi bò thöông nhö keû huø ñaùnh, söûa phaït ngöôi nhö ngöôøi hung aùc söûa phaït, bôûi côù söï gian aùc ngöôi doàn daäp, toäi loãi ngöôi theâm nhieàu.

30:15 Why cry you for yours affliction? your sorrow is incurable for the multitude of yours iniquity: because your sins were increased, I have done these things unto you.

30:15 Sao ngöôi keâu la vì veát thöông mình? Söï ña ñoan ngöôi khoâng phöông chöõa. Aáy laø vì côù söï gian aùc ngöôi doàn daäp, toäi loãi ngöôi theâm nhieàu, maø ta ñaõ laøm cho nhöõng söï naày.

30:16 Therefore all they that devour you shall be devoured; and all yours adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil you shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon you will I give for a prey.

30:16 Cho neân moïi keû nuoát ngöôi seõ bò nuoát; moïi keû ñoái ñòch ngöôi, moãi moät ngöôi, seõ bò laøm phu tuø; nhöõng keû boác loät ngöôi seõ bò boác loät, coøn moïi keû cöôùp giöït ngöôi, ta cuõng seõ phoù cho söï cöôùp giöït.

30:17 For I will restore health unto you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the LORD; because they called you an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.

30:17 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta seõ chöõa laønh thaân theå ngöôi, vaø chöõa veát thöông ngöôi, vì chuùng noù ñaõ goïi ngöôi laø keû bò boû, maø raèng: Aáy laø Si-oân, chaúng ai ngoõ ngaøng ñeán!

30:18 Thus says the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have mercy on his dwelling places; and the city shall be built upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.

30:18 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ ñem caùc nhaø traïi Gia-coáp trôû veà khoûi söï phu tuø, ta seõ thöông xoùt choã ôû noù; thaønh naày seõ xaây laïi treân goø noù, cung ñieän seõ coù ngöôøi ôû nhö thuôû xöa.

30:19 And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.

30:19 Söï taï ôn vaø tieáng cuûa keû reo vui seõ ra töø chuùng noù. Ta seõ laøm cho soá chuùng noù theâm nhieàu ra, vaø chuùng noù seõ khoâng keùm ñi; ta cuõng seõ laøm cho chuùng noù vinh hieån, chaúng coøn laø thaáp heøn.

30:20 Their children also shall be as in old times, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.

30:20 Con caùi chuùng noù seõ ñöùng vöõng tröôùc maët ta, vaø ta seõ phaït moïi keû hieáp ñaùp chuùng noù.

30:21 And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? says the LORD.

30:22 And all of you shall be my people, and I will be your God.

30:22 Nhö vaäy, caùc ngöôi seõ laøm daân ta, ta seõ laøm Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi caùc ngöôi.

30:23 Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD goes forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked.

30:23 Naày, côn baõo cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, töùc laø côn thaïnh noä cuûa Ngaøi, ñaõ phaùt ra, moät côn baõo lôùn: noù seõ phaùt ra treân ñaàu keû döõ.

30:24 The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, until he has done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days all of you shall consider it.

31:1 At the same time, says the LORD, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.

31:1 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Trong luùc ñoù, ta seõ laøm Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa heát thaûy hoï haøng Y-sô-ra-eân; chuùng noù seõ laøm daân ta.

31:2 Thus says the LORD, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.

31:2 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Daân soùt laïi thoaùt khoûi göôm dao, töùc laø Y-sô-ra-eân, ñaõ ñöôïc ôn trong ñoàng vaéng, khi ta ñi khieán chuùng noù ñöôïc yeân nghæ.

31:3 The LORD has appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved you with an everlasting love: therefore with loving kindness have I drawn you.

31:3 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va töø thuôû xöa hieän ra cuøng toâi vaø phaùn raèng: Phaûi, ta ñaõ laáy söï yeâu thöông ñôøi ñôøi maø yeâu ngöôi; neân ñaõ laáy söï nhôn töø maø keùo ngöôi ñeán.

31:4 Again I will build you, and you shall be built, O virgin of Israel: you shall again be adorned with your timbrels, and shall go forth in the dances of them that make merry.

31:4 Ta seõ döïng laïi ngöôi, thì ngöôi seõ ñöôïc döïng, hôõi gaùi ñoàng trinh Y-sô-ra-eân! Ngöôi seõ laïi caàm troáng côm laøm trang söùc, ñi laøm moät vôùi nhöõng ngöôøi nhaûy muùa vui veû.

31:5 You shall yet plant vines upon the mountains of Samaria: the planters shall plant, and shall eat them as common things.

31:5 Ngöôi seõ laïi troàng vöôøn nho treân nuùi Sa-ma-ri, nhöõng keû troàng seõ troàng vaø seõ ñöôïc haùi traùi.

31:6 For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise all of you, and let us go up to Zion unto the LORD our God.

31:6 Seõ coù ngaøy, nhöõng keû canh treân caùc nuùi Eùp-ra-im keâu raèng: Haõy choåi daäy, chuùng ta haõy leân nuùi Si-oân, ñeán cuøng Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi chuùng ta!

31:7 For thus says the LORD; Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish all of you, praise all of you, and say, O LORD, save your people, the remnant of Israel.

31:7 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy troåi tieáng reo vui vì Gia-coáp; haõy hoø heùt leân vì daân laøm ñaàu caùc nöôùc. Khaù rao truyeàn ngôïi khen maø raèng: Hôõi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, xin haõy cöùu daân Ngaøi, laø daân coøn soùt cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân.

31:8 Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that labors with child together: a great company shall return thither.

31:8 Naày, ta seõ ñem chuùng noù veà töø xöù phöông baéc, nhoùm laïi töø caùc ñaàu cuøng ñaát. Trong voøng chuùng noù seõ coù keû ñui, keû queø, ñôøn baø coù ngheùn, ñôøn baø ñeû, hieäp neân moät hoäi lôùn maø trôû veà ñaây.

31:9 They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.

31:9 Chuùng noù khoùc loùc maø ñeán, vaø ta seõ daét daãn trong khi chuùng noù naøi xin ta; ta seõ ñöa chuùng noù ñi doïc bôø caùc soâng, theo ñöôøng baèng thaúng, chaúng bò vaáp ngaõ. Vì ta laøm cha cho Y-sô-ra-eân, coøn Eùp-ra-im laø con ñaàu loøng ta.

31:10 Hear the word of the LORD, O all of you nations, and declare it in the isles far off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd does his flock.

31:10 Hôõi caùc nöôùc, haõy nghe lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va; haõy reo lôøi aáy ra trong caùc cuø lao xa! Khaù noùi raèng: Ñaáng ñaõ laøm tan laïc Y-sô-ra-eân seõ thaâu nhoùm noù laïi, seõ giöõ nhö keû chaên giöõ baày mình.

31:11 For the LORD has redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.

31:11 Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ chuoäc giaûi ñaùp, cöùu khoûi tay keû maïnh hôn.

31:12 Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the LORD, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all.

31:12 Hoï seõ ñeán vaø haùt treân nôi cao cuûa Si-oân; seõ troâi chaûy ñeán ôn phöôùc cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, ñeán luùa mì, röôïu môùi, daàu, vaø con nhoû cuûa chieân vaø boø; loøng hoï seõ nhö vöôøn ñöôïm nhuaàn, chaúng buoàn raàu chi nöõa heát.

31:13 Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.

31:13 Baáy giôø gaùi ñoàng trinh seõ vui möøng nhaûy muùa, caùc ngöôøi trai treû vaø caùc oâng giaø cuõng seõ vui chung; vì ta seõ ñoåi söï saàu thaûm chuùng noù ra vui möøng, yeân uûi chuùng noù, khieán ñöôïc hôùn hôû khoûi buoàn raàu.

31:14 And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, says the LORD.

31:14 Ta seõ laøm cho loøng caùc thaày teá leã chaùn cheâ vì ñoà aên beùo; daân ta seõ no neâ veà ôn phöôùc cuûa ta, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

31:15 Thus says the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not.

31:15 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Taïi Ra-ma nghe coù tieáng than thôû, khoùc loùc ñaéng cay. Ra-cheân khoùc con caùi mình, vì chuùng noù khoâng coøn nöõa!

31:16 Thus says the LORD; Refrain your voice from weeping, and yours eyes from tears: for your work shall be rewarded, says the LORD; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.

31:16 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy nín tieáng ngöôi, ñöøng than khoùc, maét ngöôi ñöøng sa luïy, vì coâng vieäc cuûa ngöôi seõ ñöôïc thöông; chuùng noù seõ trôû veà töø xöù keû thuø, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

31:17 And there is hope in yours end, says the LORD, that your children shall come again to their own border.

31:17 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Seõ coù söï troâng mong cho kyø sau roát cuûa ngöôi; con caùi ngöôi seõ trôû veà bôø coõi mình.

31:18 I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; You have chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock is not accustomed to the yoke: turn you me, and I shall be turned; for you are the LORD my God.

31:18 Ta nghe Eùp-ra-im vì mình than thôû raèng: Ngaøi ñaõ söûa phaït toâi, toâi bò söûa phaït nhö con boø tô chöa quen aùch. Xin Chuùa cho toâi trôû laïi, thì toâi seõ ñöôïc trôû laïi; vì Chuùa laø Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi toâi!

31:19 Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I stroke upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.

31:20 Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a pleasant child? for since I spoke against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, says the LORD.

31:20 Vaäy thì Eùp-ra-im haù laø con raát thieát cuûa ta, laø con maø ta öa thích sao? Moãi khi ta noùi nghòch cuøng noù, ta coøn nhôù ñeán noù laém. Cho neân ta ñaõ ñoäng loøng vì noù; phaûi, ta seõ thöông xoùt noù, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

31:21 Set you up guideposts, make you high heaps: set yours heart toward the highway, even the way which you went: return, O virgin of Israel, return to these your cities.

31:21 Haõy döïng neâu, ñaët truï chæ loái; haõy ñeå loøng veà ñöôøng caùi, nôi ñöôøng ngöôi ñaõ noi theo. Hôõi gaùi ñoàng trinh Y-sô-ra-eân, haõy trôû veà caùc thaønh naày thuoäc veà ngöôi!

31:22 How long will you go about, O you backsliding daughter? for the LORD has created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man.

31:22 Hôõi gaùi boäi nghòch, ngöôi seõ ñi doâng daøi cho ñeán chöøng naøo? Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ döïng neân moät söï môùi treân ñaát: aáy laø ngöôøi nöõ seõ bao boïc ngöôøi nam.

31:23 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless you, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness.

31:23 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Khi ta ñaõ ñem nhöõng phu tuø trôû veà, thì trong ñaát Giu-ña vaø caùc thaønh noù, ngöôøi ta seõ coøn noùi lôøi naày: Hôõi choã ôû cuûa söï coâng bình, nuùi cuûa söï thaùnh khieát kia, nguyeàn xin Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ban phöôùc cho ngöôi!

31:24 And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all the cities thereof together, husbandmen, and they that go forth with flocks.

31:24 Giu-ña cuøng moïi thaønh noù, nhöõng ngöôøi laøm ruoäng vaø nhöõng keû daãn baày seõ ôû chung taïi ñoù.

31:25 For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.

31:25 Vì ta ñaõ laøm cho loøng moät moûi ñöôïc no neâ, vaø moãi loøng buoàn raàu laïi ñöôïc ñaày daãy.

31:26 Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me.

31:26 Baáy giôø toâi thöùc daäy, thaáy giaác nguû toâi ngon laém.

31:27 Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.

31:27 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, nhöõng ngaøy ñeán, baáy giôø ta seõ laáy gioáng ngöôøi vaø gioáng thuù vaät maø gieo nôi nhaø Y-sô-ra-eân vaø nhaø Giu-ña.

31:28 And it shall come to pass, that like I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, says the LORD.

31:28 Nhö ta ñaõ canh giöõ chuùng noù ñaëng nhoå, phaù, ñoå, dieät vaø laøm khoán khoå theå naøo, thì ta cuõng seõ canh giöõ ñeå döïng vaø troàng theå aáy, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

31:29 In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge.

31:29 Trong nhöõng ngaøy ñoù, ngöôøi ta seõ khoâng coøn noùi: Oâng cha aên traùi nho chua maø con chaùu phaûi gheâ raêng.

31:30 But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eats the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge.

31:30 Nhöng moãi ngöôøi seõ cheát vì söï gian aùc mình; heã ai aên traùi nho chua, thì naày phaûi gheâ raêng vaäy.

31:31 Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

31:31 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, nhöõng ngaøy ñeán, baáy giôø ta seõ laäp moät giao öôùc môùi vôùi nhaø Y-sô-ra-eân vaø vôùi nhaø Giu-ña.

31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, says the LORD:

31:32 Giao öôùc naày seõ khoâng theo giao öôùc maø ta ñaõ keát vôùi toå phuï chuùng noù trong ngaøy ta naém tay daét ra khoûi ñaát EÂ-díp-toâ, töùc giao öôùc maø chuùng noù ñaõ phaù ñi, daàu raèng ta laøm choàng chuùng noù, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, says the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

31:33 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày laø giao öôùc maø ta seõ laäp vôùi nhaø Y-sô-ra-eân sau nhöõng ngaøy ñoù. Ta seõ ñaët luaät phaùp ta trong buïng chuùng noù vaø cheùp vaøo loøng. Ta seõ laøm Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi chuùng noù, chuùng noù seõ laøm daân ta.

31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, says the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

31:34 Chuùng noù ai naáy seõ chaúng daïy keû laân caän mình hay laø anh em mình, maø raèng: Haõy nhaän bieát Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va! vì chuùng noù thaûy ñeàu seõ bieát ta, keû nhoû cuõng nhö keû lôùn. Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Ta seõ tha söï gian aùc chuùng noù, vaø chaúng nhôù toäi chuùng noù nöõa.

31:35 Thus says the LORD, which gives the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divides the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name:

31:35 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, laø Ñaáng ñaõ ban maët trôøi laøm söï saùng ban ngaøy, ban thöù töï maët traêng vaø ngoâi sao soi ban ñeâm, laät bieån leân, ñeán noãi soùng noù gaàm theùt, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân laø danh cuûa Ngaøi phaùn raèng:

31:36 If those ordinances depart from before me, says the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.

31:36 Neáu leä luaät ñoù maát ñi khoûi tröôùc maët ta, thì baáy giôø doøng gioáng Y-sô-ra-eân cuõng seõ thoâi khoâng laøm moät nöôùc tröôùc maët ta ñôøi ñôøi, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

31:37 Thus says the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, says the LORD.

31:37 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Neáu treân coù theå ño ñöôïc trôøi, döôùi coù theå doø ñöôïc neàn ñaát; thì cuõng vaäy, ta seõ boû troïn caû doøng gioáng Y-sô-ra-eân vì côù moïi ñeàu chuùng noù ñaõ laøm, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

31:38 Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that the city shall be built to the LORD from the tower of Hananeel unto the gate of the corner.

31:38 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, nhöõng ngaøy ñeán, khi thaønh seõ ñöôïc xaây laïi cho Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, töø thaùp Ha-na-neâ-eân cho ñeán cöûa goùc.

31:39 And the measuring line shall yet go forth opposite to it upon the hill Gareb, and shall compass about to Goath.

31:40 And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto the LORD; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

32:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD in the tenth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, which was the eighteenth year of Nebuchadrezzar.

32:1 Naêm thöù möôøi veà ñôøi vua Seâ-ñeâ-kia nöôùc Giu-ña, coù lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi. Aáy laø naêm thöù möôøi taùm veà ñôøi vua Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa.

32:2 For then the king of Babylon's army besieged Jerusalem: and Jeremiah the prophet was shut up in the court of the prison, which was in the king of Judah's house.

32:2 Baáy giôø ñaïo binh cuûa vua Ba-by-loân vaây thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem; coøn tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi thì ñaõ bò giam nôi haønh lang lính canh trong cung vua Giu-ña.

32:3 For Zedekiah king of Judah had shut him up, saying, Wherefore do you prophesy, and say, Thus says the LORD, Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall take it;

32:3 Vì Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña, ñaõ giam ngöôøi, noùi raèng: Laøm sao ngöôi noùi tieân tri raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ phoù thaønh naày vaøo tay vua Ba-by-loân, ngöôøi seõ chieám laáy;

32:4 And Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape out of the hand of the Chaldeans, but shall surely be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him mouth to mouth, and his eyes shall behold his eyes;

32:4 Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña, seõ chaúng traùnh khoûi tay ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ, nhöng chaéc seõ bò noäp trong tay vua Ba-by-loân, seõ noùi cuøng vua aáy mieäng ñoái mieäng, maét nhìn maét;

32:5 And he shall lead Zedekiah to Babylon, and there shall he be until I visit him, says the LORD: though all of you fight with the Chaldeans, all of you shall not prosper.

32:5 vua aáy seõ baét Seâ-ñeâ-kia veà Ba-by-loân, ngöôøi seõ ôû ñoù cho ñeán chöøng naøo ta thaêm vieáng noù, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy; caùc ngöôi daàu ñaùnh vôùi ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ seõ chaúng ñöôïc may maén?

32:6 And Jeremiah said, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

32:6 Gieâ-reâ-mi noùi: Coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho toâi raèng:

32:7 Behold, Hanameel the son of Shallum yours uncle shall come unto you saying, Buy you my field that is in Anathoth: for the right of redemption is yours to buy it.

32:7 Naày, Ha-na-neâ-eân, con trai Sa-lum chuù ngöôi, seõ ñeán nôi ngöôi maø noùi raèng: Haõy mua ruoäng cuûa ta taïi A-na-toát; vì ngöôi coù pheùp chuoäc ñeå mua laáy.

32:8 So Hanameel mine uncle's son came to me in the court of the prison according to the word of the LORD, and said unto me, Buy my field, I pray you, that is in Anathoth, which is in the country of Benjamin: for the right of inheritance is yours, and the redemption is yours; buy it for yourself. Then I knew that this was the word of the LORD.

32:8 Ha-na-neâ-eân, con trai chuù toâi, beøn theo lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, ñeán thaêm toâi trong haønh lang lính canh, vaø noùi raèng: Ta xin ngöôi haõy mua ruoäng cuûa ta ôû A-na-toát, trong ñaát Beân-gia-min, vì ngöôi coù pheùp höôûng gia taøi vaø chuoäc laáy, khaù mua laáy cho mình. Baáy giôø toâi nhìn bieát raèng aáy laø lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

32:9 And I bought the field of Hanameel my uncle's son, that was in Anathoth, and weighed him the money, even seventeen shekels of silver.

32:9 Vaäy toâi mua ruoäng ôû A-na-toát cuûa Ha-na-meâ-eân, con trai chuù toâi, vaø toâi caân möôøi baûy sieác-lô baïc cho ngöôøi.

32:10 And I subscribed the evidence, and sealed it, and took witnesses, and weighed him the money in the balances.

32:10 Toâi vieát kheá vaø nieâm phong, môøi ngöôøi laøm chöùng vaø caân baïc trong caùi caân.

32:11 So I took the evidence of the purchase, both that which was sealed according to the law and custom, and that which was open:

32:11 Toâi lieàn laáy tôø kheá baùn, caû kheá ñaõ nieâm phong theo leà luaät vaø thoùi tuïc, vaø kheá ñeå ngoû nöõa.

32:12 And I gave the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch the son of Neriah, the son of Maaseiah, in the sight of Hanameel mine uncle's son, and in the presence of the witnesses that subscribed the book of the purchase, before all the Jews that sat in the court of the prison.

32:12 Toâi trao kheá mua cho Ba-ruùc, con trai Neâ-ri-gia, chaùu Ma -a-seâ-gia, tröôùc maët Ha-na-meâ-eân, con trai chuù toâi, vaø tröôùc maët nhöõng keû laøm chöùng coù kyù teân vaøo kheá nöõa, cuõng ôû tröôùc maët moïi ngöôøi Giu-ña ñöông ngoài trong haønh lang lính canh.

32:13 And I charged Baruch before them, saying,

32:13 Ñoaïn, taïi tröôùc maët hoï toâi daën Ba-ruùc raèng:

32:14 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Take these evidences, this evidence of the purchase, both which is sealed, and this evidence which is open; and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may continue many days.

32:14 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy laáy nhöõng tôø kheá naày, kheá mua nieâm phong, vaø kheá ñeå ngoû, vaø ñeå trong moät caùi bình ñaát, ñaëng nhöõng tôø kheá aáy coøn ñöôïc laâu ngaøy.

32:15 For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land.

32:15 Vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Ngöôøi ta seõ coøn mua nhaø, ruoäng, vaø vöôøn nho trong ñaát naày.

32:16 Now when I had delivered the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch the son of Neriah, I prayed unto the LORD, saying,

32:16 Khi toâi ñaõ trao tôø kheá mua cho Ba-ruùc, con trai Neâ-ri-gia, thì toâi caàu nguyeän cuøng Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va raèng:

32:17 Ah Lord GOD! behold, you have made the heaven and the earth by your great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for you:

32:17 Oâi! Hôõi Chuùa Gieâ-hoâ-va! Chính Ngaøi ñaõ duøng quyeàn pheùp lôùn vaø caùnh tay giô ra maø laøm neân trôøi vaø ñaát; chaúng coù söï gì laø khoù quaù cho Ngaøi caû.

32:18 You show loving kindness unto thousands, and recompence the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name,

32:18 Ngaøi to söï thöông xoùt ra cho muoân vaøn, baùo traû söï gian aùc oâng cha vaøo mình con chaùu noái sau. Ngaøi laø Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi lôùn, laø Ñaáng toaøn naêng, danh Ngaøi laø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân.

32:19 Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for yours eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings:

32:19 Möu moâ Ngaøi lôùn lao, vaø coâng vieäc thì coù pheùp taéc. Maét Ngaøi môû soi treân moïi ñöôøng loái con trai loaøi ngöôøi, ñaëng baùo cho moãi ngöôøi theo ñöôøng loái noù, vaø theo quaû cuûa vieäc laøm.

32:20 Which have set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day, and in Israel, and among other men; and have made you a name, as at this day;

32:20 Ngaøi ñaõ laøm neân nhöõng daáu laïi söï laï trong ñaát EÂ-díp-toâ, cho ñeán ngaøy nay, trong Y-sô-ra-eân cuõng nhö trong nhöõng ngöôøi khaùc, Ngaøi ñaõ ñöôïc danh tieáng nhö mình hieän coù.

32:21 And have brought forth your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with great terror;

32:21 Ngaøi ñaõ duøng daáu laï, söï laï, tay maïnh, vaø caùnh tay giô ra cuøng söï kinh khieáp lôùn maø ñem daân Y-sô-ra-eân mình ra khoûi ñaát EÂ-díp-toâ.

32:22 And have given them this land, which you did swear to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey;

32:22 Ngaøi ban cho hoï ñaát naày, laø ñaát ñöôïm söõa vaø maät, maø Ngaøi ñaõ theà ban cho toå phuï hoï xöa kia.

32:23 And they came in, and possessed it; but they obeyed not your voice, neither walked in your law; they have done nothing of all that you commandedst them to do: therefore you have caused all this evil to come upon them:

32:23 Hoï ñaõ vaøo laáy ñaát naày laøm saûn nghieäp, nhöng khoâng vaâng theo tieáng Ngaøi, khoâng böôùc theo luaät Ngaøi, chaúng heà laøm moät ñieàu gì veà moïi söï maø Ngaøi ñaõ daën phaûi laøm. Vì vaäy Ngaøi ñaõ giaùng moïi tai vaï naày treân hoï.

32:24 Behold the mounts, they are come unto the city to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans, that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence: and what you have spoken has come to pass; and, behold, you see it.

32:24 Naày, nhöõng ñoàn luõy! chuùng noù ñaõ böôùc tôùi thaønh, ñeå chieám laáy noù. Vì côù göôm dao, ñoùi keùm, oân dòch, neân thaønh bò noäp trong tay ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ ñöông tranh chieán vôùi noù. Ñieàu Ngaøi phaùn thì ñaõ xaûy ñeán, vaø naày, Ngaøi thaáy!

32:25 And you have said unto me, O Lord GOD, Buy you the field for money, and take witnesses; for the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.

32:25 Hôõi Chuùa Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ngaøi ñaõ phaùn cuøng toâi raèng: Haõy duøng giaù baïc mua ruoäng naày, vaø môøi nhöõng ngöôøi laøm chöùng. Maø kìa, thaønh ñaõ noäp trong tay ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ!

32:26 Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying,

32:26 Coù lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñöôïc phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi nhö vaày:

32:27 Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

32:27 Naày, ta laø Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa moïi xaùc thòt; coù söï gì khoù quaù cho ta chaêng?

32:28 Therefore thus says the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it:

32:28 Vaäy neân, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ phoù thaønh naày vaøo tay ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ, vaøo tay Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, ngöôøi seõ chieám laáy.

32:29 And the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto other gods, to provoke me to anger.

32:29 Nhöõng ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ ñöông ñaùnh thaønh naày thì seõ ñeán, ñaët löûa vaø ñoát ñi, ñoát luoân nhöõng nhaø maø ngöôøi ta daâng höông cho Ba-anh taïi treân maùi, vaø laøm leã quaùn cho caùc thaàn khaùc, ñaëng choïc giaän ta.

32:30 For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands, says the LORD.

32:30 Vaû, con caùi Y-sô-ra-eân vaø con caùi Giu-ña, töø thuôû coøn treû, chæ laøm ñieàu döõ tröôùc maët ta; vì con caùi Y-sô-ra-eân chæ laáy vieäc laøm cuûa tay mình maø choïc giaän ta, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

32:31 For this city has been to me as a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face,

32:31 Thaønh naày ñaõ laøm côù cho ta giaän vaø töùc, töø ngaøy ñaõ xaây leân cho ñeán ngaøy nay. Vaäy neân, ta muoán caát noù ñi khoûi tröôùc maët ta,

32:32 Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

32:32 vì côù moïi ñieàu aùc maø con caùi Y-sô-ra-eân vaø con caùi Giu-ña ñaõ laøm ñaëng choïc giaän ta, chuùng noù, vua, quan tröôûng, thaày teá leã, keû tieân tri chuùng noù, ngöôøi Giu-ña vaø daân cö Gieâ-ru-sa-lem nöõa.

32:33 And they have turned unto me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising up early and teaching them, yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction.

32:33 Chuùng noù khoâng xaây maët laïi ta, trôû xaây löng laïi. Daàu ta ñaõ daïy chuùng noù, daäy sôùm maø raên baûo, nhöng chuùng noù khoâng nghe, chaúng nhaän söï daïy doã.

32:34 But they set their abominations in the house, which is called by my name, to defile it.

32:34 Chuùng noù ñaõ ñeå nhöõng vaät gôùm ghieác trong nhaø ñöôïc xöng bôûi danh ta, ñeå laøm cho oâ ueá.

32:35 And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.

32:35 Chuùng noù ñaõ xaây caùc nôi cao cuûa Ba-anh trong nôi truõng con trai Hi-noâm, khieán con trai con gaùi mình qua löûa, daâng cho Moâ-loùc, laø ñieàu ta khoâng truyeàn daïy; ta chaúng heà nghó ñeán raèng chuùng noù coù theå phaïm moät söï gôùm ghieác döôøng aáy maø laøm cho Giu-ña phaïm toäi.

32:36 And now therefore thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning this city, whereof all of you say, It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence;

32:36 Neân baáy giôø, veà thaønh naày, maø caùc ngöôi noùi raèng noù ñaõ phoù trong tay vua Ba-by-loân bôûi göôm dao, ñoùi keùm, oân dòch, thì Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày:

32:37 Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, where I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:

32:37 Naày, ta seõ thaâu nhoùm chuùng noù töø moïi nöôùc maø ta ñaõ nhôn giaän, thaïnh noä, töùc mình quaù maø ñuoåi chuùng noù ñeán; ta seõ ñem chuùng noù veà trong choã naày, khieán chuùng noù ôû yeân oån.

32:38 And they shall be my people, and I will be their God:

32:38 Chuùng noù seõ laøm daân ta, vaø ta seõ laøm Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi chuùng noù.

32:39 And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:

32:39 Ta seõ ban cho chuùng noù moät loøng moät ñöôøng loái nhö nhau, haàu cho kính sôï ta ñôøi ñôøi, ñeå chuùng noù vaø con chaùu noái sau ñeàu ñöôïc phöôùc.

32:40 And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.

32:40 Ta seõ laäp giao öôùc ñôøi ñôøi vôùi chuùng noù raèng: ta seõ khoâng xaây khoûi chuùng noù ñeå laøm phöôùc cho; vaø ta seõ ñaët söï kính sôï ta vaøo loøng, ñeå chuùng noù khoâng coøn lìa khoûi ta.

32:41 Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul.

32:41 Ta seõ laáy laøm vui maø laøm phöôùc cho, vaø chaéc heát loøng heát linh hoàn troàng chuùng noù trong ñaát naày.

32:42 For thus says the LORD; Like I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them.

32:42 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Nhö ta ñaõ giaùng moïi tai vaï lôùn treân daân naày, ta cuõng seõ giaùng cho moïi söï laønh ta ñaõ höùa.

32:43 And fields shall be bought in this land, whereof all of you say, It is desolate without man or beast; it is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.

32:43 Ngöôøi ta seõ mua ruoäng trong ñaát naày maø chuùng noù noùi raèng: Aáy laø moät nôi hoang vu, khoâng coù loaøi ngöôøi, cuõng khoâng coù loaøi thuù, ñaõ bò noäp trong tay ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ.

32:44 Men shall buy fields for money, and subscribe evidences, and seal them, and take witnesses in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, and in the cities of the mountains, and in the cities of the valley, and in the cities of the south: for I will cause their captivity to return, says the LORD.

32:44 Ngöôøi ta seõ duøng giaù baïc mua ruoäng taïi ñoù, vieát kheá baùn, nieâm phong laïi, môøi ngöôøi laøm chöùng, trong ñaát Beân-gia-min vaø chung quanh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, trong caùc thaønh Giu-ña vaø trong caùc thaønh mieàn nuùi, trong caùc thaønh ñoàng baèng vaø caùc thaønh phöông nam. Vì ta seõ khieán nhöõng phu tuø trôû veà, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

33:1 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the second time, while he was yet shut up in the court of the prison, saying,

33:1 Trong khi Gieâ-reâ-mi coøn bò giam trong haønh lang lính canh, thì coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng ngöôøi laày thöù hai raèng:

33:2 Thus says the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD is his name;

33:2 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laø Ñaáng laøm neân söï naày, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laø Ñaáng taïo vaø laäp söï naày, danh Ngaøi laø Gieâ-hoâ-va, phaùn nhö vaày:

33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not.

33:3 Haõy keâu caàu ta, ta seõ traû lôøi cho; ta seõ toû cho ngöôi nhöõng vieäc lôùn vaø khoù, laø nhöõng vieäc ngöôi chöa töøng bieát.

33:4 For thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, which are thrown down by the mounts, and by the sword;

33:4 Veà nhaø cöûa cuûa thaønh naày vaø cung ñieän cuûa vua Giu-ña, maø ngöôøi ta ñaõ phaù ñi ñeå ngöï laïi ñoàn luõy vaø göôm dao cuûa giaëc, thì Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày:

33:5 They come to fight with the Chaldeans, but it is to fill them with the dead bodies of men, whom I have slain in mine anger and in my fury, and for all whose wickedness I have hid my face from this city.

33:5 Khi ñi ñaùnh cuøng ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ, nhaø cöûa naày seõ ñaày daãy xaùc cheát cuûa nhöõng ngöôøi maø ta ñaõ gieát trong côn giaän vaø thaïnh noä cuûa ta; aáy laø vì côù daân naày hung aùc maø ta ñaõ laùnh maët khoûi thaønh ñoù.

33:6 Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

33:6 Naày, ta seõ ban söùc maïnh cho noù, vaø chöõa laønh; ta seõ chöõa laønh chuùng noù, seõ toû cho chuùng noù thaáy dö daät söï bình an vaø leõ thaät.

33:7 And I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to return, and will build them, as at the first.

33:7 Ta seõ khieán nhöõng phu tuø Giu-ña vaø phu tuø Y-sô-ra-eân trôû veà; gaây döïng laïi chuùng noù nhö hoài tröôùc.

33:8 And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against me.

33:8 Ta seõ laøm cho saïch moïi söï gian aùc chuùng noù ñaõ phaïm nghòch cuøng ta; ta seõ tha moïi moïi söï gian aùc chuùng noù ñaõ phaïm nghòch cuøng ta, vaø ñaõ phaïm phaùp nghòch cuøng ta.

33:9 And it shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and an honour before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do unto them: and they shall fear and tremble for all the goodness and for all the prosperity that I procure unto it.

33:9 Thaønh naày seõ coù danh vui veû, ngôïi khen, vinh hieån cho ta ôû tröôùc maët moïi daân thieân haï; hoï seõ nghe moïi söï taønh ta laøm cho chuùng noù, thì ñeàu sôï haõi vaø run raåy veà moïi phöôùc laønh cuøng moïi söï bình an maø ta seõ ban cho chuùng noù.

33:10 Thus says the LORD; Again there shall be heard in this place, which all of you say shall be desolate without man and without beast, even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man, and without inhabitant, and without beast,

33:10 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Trong choán naày laø nôi caùc ngöôi noùi: Aáy laø moät nôi hoang vu; khoâng coøn coù loaøi ngöôøi, cuõng khoâng coù loaøi thuù; trong caùc thaønh cuûa Giu-ña vaø caùc ñöôøng phoá Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, töùc nhöõng nôi ñaõ bò hoang vu, khoâng ngöôøi, khoâng daân ôû, cuõng khoâng loaøi thuù,

33:11 The voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endures for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, says the LORD.

33:11 thì ngöôøi ta seõ coøn nghe tieáng keâu vui vaø reo möøng, tieáng cuûa reå môùi vaø daâu môùi, tieáng cuûa nhöõng keû noùi raèng: Haõy caûm taï Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laø nhaän laõnh, söï nhôn töø cuûa Ngaøi coøn ñôøi ñôøi! vaø cuûa nhöõng keû ñeán daân cuûa leã taï ôn trong nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va. Vì ta seõ khieán nhöõng phu tuø cuûa ñaát naày trôû veà, laøm cho nhö tröôùc, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ phaùn.

33:12 Thus says the LORD of hosts; Again in this place, which is desolate without man and without beast, and in all the cities thereof, shall be an habitation of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.

33:12 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn nhö vaày: Trong choã naày laø choã bò hoang vu, khoâng coù loaøi ngöôøi nöõa, cuõng khoâng coù loaøi thuù, vaø trong moïi thaønh noù, laïi seõ coù nhöõng gia cö cuûa keû chaên chieân khieán baày mình naèm nghæ.

33:13 In the cities of the mountains, in the cities of the vale, and in the cities of the south, and in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, shall the flocks pass again under the hands of him that tells them, says the LORD.

33:13 Trong nhöõng thaønh mieàn nuùi vaø nhöõng thaønh ñoàng baèng, trong nhöõng thaønh phöông nam, trong ñaát Beân-gia-min, trong caùc nôi chung quanh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø trong caùc thaønh Giu-ña, nhöõng baày seõ laïi qua döôùi tay keû ñeám, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

33:14 Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.

33:14 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laïi phaùn: Naày, nhöõng ngaøy ñeán, baáy giôø ta seõ laøm öùng nghieäm lôøi toát laønh maø ta ñaõ phaùn veà nhaø Y-sô-ra-eân vaø nhaø Giu-ña.

33:15 In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

33:15 Trong nhöõng ngaøy aáy vaø kyø ñoù ta seõ khieán naåy leân moät Nhaùnh cuûa söï coâng bình cho Ña-vít; Ñaáng aáy seõ laøm ra söï coâng bình chaùnh tröïc trong ñaát naày.

33:16 In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness.

33:16 Trong nhöõng ngaøy ñoù, Giu-ña seõ ñöôïc cöùu; Gieâ-ru-sa-lem seõ ôû an oån; danh noù seõ ñöôïc xöng raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, söï coâng bình chuùng ta.

33:17 For thus says the LORD; David shall never lack a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel;

33:17 Vaû, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Ña-vít seõ chaúng thieáu moät ngöôøi nam ñeå ngoài treân ngai nhaø Y-sô-ra-eân;

33:18 Neither shall the priests the Levites lack a man before me to offer burnt offerings, and to kindle food offerings, and to do sacrifice continually.

33:18 caùc thaày teá leã, töùc laø ngöôøi Leâ-vi, seõ cuõng khoâng thieáu moät ngöôøi tröôùc maët ta ñeå daâng cuûa leã thieâu, ñoát cuûa leã chay, vaø daâng cuûa leã haèng ngaøy.

33:19 And the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah, saying,

33:19 Coù lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laïi phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi raèng:

33:20 Thus says the LORD; If all of you can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season;

33:20 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Neáu caùc ngöôi coù theå phaù giao öôùc ban ngaøy cuûa ta vaø giao öôùc ban ñeâm cuûa ta, ñeán noãi chaúng coù ngaøy vaø ñeâm trong kyø noù nöõa,

33:21 Then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.

33:21 thì môùi coù theå phaù giao öôùc cuûa ta vôùi Ña-vít, toâi tôù ta, maø ngöôøi seõ khoâng coù con chaùu trò vì treân ngai mình nöõa, vaø phaù giao öôùc ta vôùi caùc thaày teá leã, töùc ngöôøi Leâ-vi, keû haàu vieäc ta.

33:22 As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured: so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me.

33:22 Ngöôøi ta khoâng theå ñeám ñöôïc cô binh treân trôøi, vaø löôøng caùt döôùi bieån: ta cuõng seõ ban cho Ña-vít, toâi tôù ta, vaø cho ngöôøi Leâ-vi haàu vieäc ta, ñöôïc doøng doõi ñoâng nhieàu nhö vaäy.

33:23 Moreover the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying,

33:23 Coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va laïi phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi nhö vaày:

33:24 Consider you not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD has chosen, he has even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.

33:24 Ngöôi haù chaúng xeùt daân naày noùi hay sao? Chuùng noù noùi: Hai hoï maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ keùn choïn, thì Ngaøi boû roài. Nhö vaäy, chuùng noù khinh deå daân ta, coi daân naày chaúng thaønh moät nöôùc nöõa!

33:25 Thus says the LORD; If my covenant be not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;

33:25 Nhöng, naày laø lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Neáu giao öôùc cuûa ta veà ngaøy vaø ñeâm chaúng ñöùng, vaø neáu ta ñaõ chaúng ñònh luaät pheùp cho trôøi vaø ñaát,

33:26 Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.

33:26 thì cuõng vaäy, ta seõ boû doøng doõi cuûa Gia-coáp vaø doøng doõi cuûa Ña-vít, toâi tôù ta, ñeán noãi ta seõ chaúng laáy trong voøng doøng doõi ngöôøi nhöõng keû cai trò doøng doõi cuûa Aùp-ra-ham, cuûa Y-saùc, vaø cuûa Gia-coáp. Vì ta seõ ñem nhöõng phu tuø trôû veà, vaø thöông xoùt chuùng noù.

34:1 The word which came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, when Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and all his army, and all the kingdoms of the earth of his dominion, and all the people, fought against Jerusalem, and against all the cities thereof, saying,

34:1 Naày laø lôøi töø nôi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi, khi Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, cuøng caû ñaïo binh ngöôøi, moïi nöôùc trong theá gian phuïc veà ngöôøi, vaø moïi daân, ñöông ñaùnh thaønh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø caùc thaønh khaùc thuoäc veà noù.

34:2 Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel; Go and speak to Zedekiah king of Judah, and tell him, Thus says the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire:

34:2 Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy ñi noùi cuøng Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña, raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va coù phaùn: Naày, ta seõ phoù thaønh naày vaøo tay vua Ba-by-loân, ngöôøi seõ laáy löûa ñoát ñi.

34:3 And you shall not escape out of his hand, but shall surely be taken, and delivered into his hand; and yours eyes shall behold the eyes of the king of Babylon, and he shall speak with you mouth to mouth, and you shall go to Babylon.

34:3 Chính ngöôi seõ chaúng thoaùt khoûi tay ngöôøi; maø chaéc seõ bò baét, phoù vaøo tay ngöôøi. Maét ngöôi seõ nhìn maét cuûa vua Ba-by-loân; ngöôi seõ laáy mieäng ñoái mieäng maø noùi cuøng ngöôøi, vaø ngöôi seõ ñi qua nöôùc Ba-by-loân.

34:4 Yet hear the word of the LORD, O Zedekiah king of Judah; Thus says the LORD of you, You shall not die by the sword:

34:4 Daàu vaäy, hôõi Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña, haõy nghe lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va! Veà ngöôi, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Ngöôi seõ khoâng cheát bôûi göôm ñaâu.

34:5 But you shall die in peace: and with the burnings of your fathers, the former kings which were before you, so shall they burn odours for you; and they will lament you, saying, Ah lord! for I have pronounced the word, says the LORD.

34:5 Ngöôi seõ bình an maø cheát; ngöôøi ta seõ thieâu ñoát cho ngöôi, cuõng nhö ñaõ thieâu ñoát cho toå phuï ngöôi, töùc caùc vua tröôùc ngöôi; vaø seõ thöông khoùc ngöôi maø raèng: Oái Chuùa oâi! Aáy chính ta ñaõ phaùn lôøi naày, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn vaäy.

34:6 Then Jeremiah the prophet spoke all these words unto Zedekiah king of Judah in Jerusalem,

34:6 Tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi beøn noùi moïi lôøi aáy cuøng Seâ-ñeâ-kia, vua Giu-ña, taïi Gieâ-ru-sa-lem,

34:7 When the king of Babylon's army fought against Jerusalem, and against all the cities of Judah that were left, against Lachish, and against Azekah: for these defenced cities remained of the cities of Judah.

34:7 trong khi ñaïo binh cuûa vua Ba-by-loân ñaùnh Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø caùc thaønh cuûa Giu-ña coøn soùt laïi, töùc thaønh La-ki vaø thaønh A-xeâ-ca; vì trong caùc thaønh cuûa Giu-ña chæ hai thaønh beàn vöõng ñoù coøn laïi.

34:8 This is the word that came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, after that the king Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people which were at Jerusalem, to proclaim liberty unto them;

34:8 Lôøi phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi bôûi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, sau khi vua Seâ-ñeâ-kia ñaõ laäp giao öôùc vôùi caû daân taïi Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, ñaëng rao söï töï do cho daân ñoù,

34:9 That every man should let his manservant, and every man his maidservant, being an Hebrew or an Hebrewess, go free; that none should serve himself of them, to know, of a Jew his brother.

34:9 haàu cho ai naáy thaû keû noâ hoaëc tì, töùc laø ngöôøi nam hoaëc nöõ Heâ-bô-rô, cho ñöôïc thong thaû, chaúng ai ñöôïc laïi giöõ ngöôøi Giu-ña anh em mình laøm toâi moïi nöõa.

34:10 Now when all the princes, and all the people, which had entered into the covenant, heard that every one should let his manservant, and every one his maidservant, go free, that none should make use of them any more, then they obeyed, and let them go.

34:11 But afterward they turned, and caused the servants and the handmaids, whom they had let go free, to return, and brought them into subjection for servants and for handmaids.

34:11 Nhöng roài laïi ñoåi yù; baét nhöõng keû toâi ñoøi maø mình ñaõ tha cho ñöôïc thong thaû, laïi trôû veà phuïc söï mình laøm toâi ñoøi.

34:12 Therefore the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

34:12 Baáy giôø, coù lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi raèng:

34:13 Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel; I made a covenant with your fathers in the day that I brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondmen, saying,

34:13 Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân phaùn nhö vaày: Ta ñaõ laäp giao öôùc vôùi toå phuï caùc ngöôi trong ngaøy ta ñem hoï ra khoûi ñaát EÂ-díp-toâ, khoûi nhaø noâ leä, vaø ñaõ truyeàn cho raèng:

34:14 At the end of seven years let all of you go every man his brother an Hebrew, which has been sold unto you; and when he has served you six years, you shall let him go free from you: but your fathers hearkened not unto me, neither inclined their ear.

34:14 Khi ñaõ heát baûy naêm, trong caùc ngöôi ai naáy phaûi buoâng tha ngöôøi anh em, laø ngöôøi Heâ-bô-rô, ñaõ baùn cho mình vaø ñaõ phuïc dòch mình saùu naêm roài, ngöôi haõy buoâng ra khoûi ngöôi cho ñöôïc thong thaû. Nhöng toå phuï caùc ngöôi chaúng nghe ta, cuõng khoâng laéng tai mình.

34:15 And all of you were now turned, and had done right in my sight, in proclaiming liberty every man to his neighbour; and all of you had made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name:

34:15 Coøn caùc ngöôi, ñaõ trôû laïi vaø laøm ñieàu ñeïp maét ta, moãi ngöôøi rao cho keû laân caän mình ñöôïc thong thaû; vaø ñaõ laäp giao öôùc tröôùc maët ta, töùc trong nhaø ñöôïc xöng baèng danh ta.

34:16 But all of you turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and every man his handmaid, whom he had set at liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into subjection, to be unto you for servants and for handmaids.

34:16 Nhöng caùc ngöôi ñaõ trôû yù, ñaõ laøm oâ ueá danh ta; caùc ngöôi laïi baét toâi ñoøi maø mình ñaõ buoâng tha cho töï do tuøy yù chuùng noù trôû veà, vaø eùp phaûi laïi laøm toâi ñoøi mình nhö tröôùc.

34:17 Therefore thus says the LORD; All of you have not hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother, and every man to his neighbour: behold, I proclaim a liberty for you, says the LORD, to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will make you to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.

34:17 Vaäy neân, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Caùc ngöôi ñaõ chaúng nghe ta, moãi ngöôøi rao cho anh em mình, keû laân caän mình ñöôïc töï do. Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, ta rao söï töï do cho caùc ngöôi, töùc thaû caùc ngöôi ra cho göôm dao, oân dòch, ñoùi keùm, khieán caùc ngöôi bò neùm laïi giöõa caùc nöôùc theá gian.

34:18 And I will give the men that have transgressed my covenant, which have not performed the words of the covenant which they had made before me, when they cut the calf in two, and passed between the parts thereof,

34:18 Ta seõ phoù nhöõng ngöôøi nam ñaõ phaïm giao öôùc ta, khoâng laøm theo nhöõng lôøi giao öôùc ñaõ laäp tröôùc maët ta, khi chuùng noù moå boø con laøm ñoâi, vaø ñi qua giöõa hai phaàn nöûa noù;

34:19 The princes of Judah, and the princes of Jerusalem, the eunuchs, and the priests, and all the people of the land, which passed between the parts of the calf;

34:19 thaät, ta seõ phoù caùc quan tröôûng Giu-ña vaø caùc quan tröôûng Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, hoaïn quan, thaày teá leã, vaø phaøm nhöõng ngöôøi trong ñaát ñaõ ñi qua giöõa hai phaàn nöûa boø con;

34:20 I will even give them into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of them that seek their life: and their dead bodies shall be for food unto the fowls of the heaven, and to the beasts of the earth.

34:20 ta seõ phoù chuùng noù trong tay keû thuø, keû muoán haïi maïng chuùng noù; thaây chuùng noù seõ laøm ñoà aên cho loaøi chim trôøi vaø loaøi thuù ñaát.

34:21 And Zedekiah king of Judah and his princes will I give into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of them that seek their life, and into the hand of the king of Babylon's army, which are gone up from you.

34:21 Ta cuõng seõ phoù Seâ-ñeâ-kia vua Giu-ña, vôùi caùc quan tröôûng ngöôøi, trong tay keû thuø vaø keû muoán haïi maïng, töùc trong tay ñaïo binh vua Ba-by-loân môùi lìa khoûi caùc ngöôi.

34:22 Behold, I will command, says the LORD, and cause them to return to this city; and they shall fight against it, and take it, and burn it with fire: and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation without an inhabitant.

34:22 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Naày, ta seõ truyeàn lònh vaø khieán chuùng noù trôû veà thaønh naày; chuùng noù seõ ñaùnh, seõ chieám laáy, vaø laáy löûa ñoát ñi. Ta seõ laøm cho caùc thaønh Giu-ña trôû neân hoang vu, khoâng coù daân ôû.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

35:1 The word which came unto Jeremiah from the LORD in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, saying,

35:1 Veà ñôøi Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, con trai Gioâ-si -a, vua Giu-ña, coù lôøi töø nôi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi raèng:

35:2 Go unto the house of the Rechabites, and speak unto them, and bring them into the house of the LORD, into one of the chambers, and give them wine to drink.

35:2 Haõy ñeán nhaø cuûa ngöôøi Reâ-caùp, noùi cuøng chuùng noù; khaù ñem chuùng noù ñeán nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, vaøo trong moät caùi phoøng, vaø cho chuùng noù uoáng röôïu

35:3 Then I took Jaazaniah the son of Jeremiah, the son of Habaziniah, and his brethren, and all his sons, and the whole house of the Rechabites;

35:3 Toâi beøn ñem Gia -a-xa-nia, con trai Gieâ-reâ-mi, chaùu Ha-baùt-si-nia, cuøng caùc anh em ngöôøi, moïi con trai ngöôøi, vaø caû nhaø Reâ-caùp nöõa.

35:4 And I brought them into the house of the LORD, into the chamber of the sons of Hanan, the son of Igdaliah, a man of God, which was by the chamber of the princes, which was above the chamber of Maaseiah the son of Shallum, the keeper of the door:

35:4 Toâi ñem hoï vaøo nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, trong phoøng cuûa nhöõng con trai Ha-nan, cho trai Gi-ña-lia, ngöôøi cuûa Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi, laø phoøng gaàn phoøng caùc quan tröôûng vaø ôû treân phoøng Ma -a-seâ-gia, con trai Sa-lum, laø ngöôøi canh ngaïch cöûa.

35:5 And I set before the sons of the house of the Rechabites pots full of wine, and cups, and I said unto them, Drink all of you wine.

35:5 Toâi ñeå nhöõng bình ñaày röôïu vaø cheùn tröôùc maët caùc con trai nhaø ngöôøi Reâ-caùp vaø noùi vôùi hoï raèng: Haõy uoáng röôïu ñi!

35:6 But they said, We will drink no wine: for Jonadab the son of Rechab our father commanded us, saying, All of you shall drink no wine, neither all of you, nor your sons for ever:

35:6 Nhöng hoï ñaùp raèng: Chuùng toâi khoâng uoáng röôïu naøo; vì toå chuùng toâi laø Gioâ-na-ñaùp, con trai Reâ-caùp coù truyeàn daïy chuùng toâi raèng: Caùc ngöôi cho ñeán con chaùu caùc ngöôi ñôøi ñôøi chôù khaù uoáng röôïu.

35:7 Neither shall all of you build house, nor sow seed, nor plant vineyard, nor have any: but all your days all of you shall dwell in tents; that all of you may live many days in the land where all of you be strangers.

35:7 Caùc ngöôi chôù xaây nhaø, chôù gieo gioáng, chôù troàng vaø chôù coù vöôøn nho; nhöng caùc ngöôi khoù ôû nhaø taïm suoát ñôøi, haàu cho ñöôïc soáng laâu trong ñaát maø mình kieàu nguï.

35:8 Thus have we obeyed the voice of Jonadab the son of Rechab our father in all that he has charged us, to drink no wine all our days, we, our wives, our sons, nor our daughters;

35:8 Chuùng toâi vaâng theo tieáng cuûa Gioâ-na-ñaùp, con trai Reâ-caùp, toå chuùng toâi, trong moïi ñieàu ngöôøi ñaõ raên daïy chuùng toâi, thì troïn ñôøi chuùng toâi, cho ñeán vôï con trai, con gaùi chuùng toâi, cuõng khoâng uoáng röôïu.

35:9 Nor to build houses for us to dwell in: neither have we vineyard, nor field, nor seed:

35:9 Chuùng toâi khoâng xaây nhaø ñeå ôû, khoâng coù vöôøn nho, ruoäng, vaø hoät gioáng,

35:10 But we have dwelt in tents, and have obeyed, and done according to all that Jonadab our father commanded us.

35:10 nhöng cöù ôû trong traïi. Chuùng toâi ñaõ vaâng lôøi toå chuùng toâi laø Gioâ-na-ñaùp nhö vaäy, vaø laøm theo moïi ñieàu ngöôøi ñaõ raên daïy chuùng toâi.

35:11 But it came to pass, when Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon came up into the land, that we said, Come, and let us go to Jerusalem for fear of the army of the Chaldeans, and for fear of the army of the Syrians: so we dwell at Jerusalem.

35:11 Nhöng xaûy ra, khi Neâ-bu-caùt-neát-sa, vua Ba-by-loân, ñeán trong ñaát naày, chuùng toâi noùi cuøng nhau raèng: Haõy leân Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, vì sôï ñaïo binh cuûa ngöôøi Canh-ñeâ vaø ñaïo binh cuûa Sy-ri. Vaäy neân chuùng toâi ñeán ôû taïi Gieâ-ru-sa-lem.

35:12 Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying,

35:12 Baáy giôø coù lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi raèng:

35:13 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Go and tell the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, Will all of you not receive instruction to hearken to my words? says the LORD.

35:13 Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Haõy ñi noùi cuøng ngöôøi Giu-ña vaø daân cö Gieâ-ru-sa-lem raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn: Caùc ngöôi khoâng chòu daïy, vaø khoâng nghe lôøi ta sao?

35:14 The words of Jonadab the son of Rechab, that he commanded his sons not to drink wine, are performed; for unto this day they drink none, but obey their father's commandment: notwithstanding I have spoken unto you, rising early and speaking; but all of you hearkened not unto me.

35:14 Lôøi Gioâ-na-ñaùp, con trai Reâ-caùp, ñaõ raên daïy con chaùu mình raèng khoâng ñöôïc uoáng röôïu, thì thaønh söï; chuùng noù khoâng uoáng cho ñeán ngaøy nay, vì ñaõ vaâng theo maïng lònh cuûa toå mình. Coøn ta, ñaõ daäy sôùm noùi vôùi caùc ngöôi, maø caùc ngöôi khoâng nghe ta.

35:15 I have sent also unto you all my servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them, saying, Return all of you now every man from his evil way, and amend your doings, and go not after other gods to serve them, and all of you shall dwell in the land which I have given to you and to your fathers: but all of you have not inclined your ear, nor hearkened unto me.

35:15 Ta cuõng ñaõ sai heát thaûy ñaày tôù ta, töùc caùc tieân tri, ñeán cuøng caùc ngöôi; ta ñaõ daäy sôùm sai hoï ñeán ñaëng noùi raèng: Moãi ngöôøi trong caùc ngöôi khaù trôû laïi khoûi ñöôøng xaáu mình; haõy söûa vieäc laøm caùc ngöôi laïi, chôù theo sau caùc thaàn khaùc ñeå haàu vieäc chuùng noù, thì caùc ngöôi seõ ôû trong ñaát maø ta ñaõ ban cho caùc ngöôi vaø toå phuï caùc ngöôi. Nhöng caùc ngöôi chaúng ñeå tai vaøo, vaø chaúng nghe ta.

35:16 Because the sons of Jonadab the son of Rechab have performed the commandment of their father, which he commanded them; but this people has not hearkened unto me:

35:16 Vì caùc con trai cuûa Gioâ-na-ñaùp, con trai Reâ-caùp, ñaõ vaâng giöõ lôøi raên daïy cuûa toå mình ban cho coøng daân naày thì chaúng nghe ta;

35:17 Therefore thus says the LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon Judah and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem all the evil that I have pronounced against them: because I have spoken unto them, but they have not heard; and I have called unto them, but they have not answered.

35:17 cho neân, Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Naày, ta seõ giaùng cho Giu-ña vaø heát thaûy daân cö Gieâ-ru-sa-lem moïi tai vaï maø ta ñaõ rao cho chuùng noù; vì ta noùi maø chuùng noù khoâng nghe, ta goïi maø chuùng noù khoâng traû lôøi.

35:18 And Jeremiah said unto the house of the Rechabites, Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Because all of you have obeyed the commandment of Jonadab your father, and kept all his precepts, and done according unto all that he has commanded you:

35:18 Ñoaïn, Gieâ-reâ-mi noùi cuøng nhaø ngöôøi Reâ-caùp raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Vì caùc ngöôi ñaõ vaâng theo maïng lònh cuûa toå mình laø Gioâ-na-ñaùp, ñaõ giöõ moïi ñieàu ngöôøi ñaõ truyeàn cho caùc ngöôi,

35:19 Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Jonadab the son of Rechab shall not lack a man to stand before me for ever.

35:19 vì côù ñoù, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân, phaùn nhö vaày: Gioâ-na-ñaùp, con trai Reâ-caùp, seõ chaúng thieáu moät ngöôøi nam ñöùng tröôùc maët ta ñôøi ñôøi.

 Gie re mi - Jeremiah

36:1 And it came to pass in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that this word came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

36:1 Naêm thöù tö cuûa Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, con trai Gioâ-si -a, vua Giu-ña, lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñöôïc phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi raèng:

36:2 Take you a roll of a book, and write therein all the words that I have spoken unto you against Israel, and against Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I spoke unto you, from the days of Josiah, even unto this day.

36:2 Haõy laáy moät cuoán saùch, cheùp vaøo ñoù moïi lôøi ta ñaõ phaùn cuøng ngöôi nghòch cuøng Y-sô-ra-eân, Giu-ña, vaø caùc daân ngoaïi, töø ngaøy ta khôûi phaùn cuøng ngöôi, töø ñôøi Gioâ-si -a, cho ñeán ngaøy nay.

36:3 It may be that the house of Judah will hear all the evil which I purpose to do unto them; that they may return every man from his evil way; that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin.

36:3 Khi ngöôøi Giu-ña seõ bieát moïi tai vaï ta ñònh giaùng cho chuùng noù, coù leõ ai naáy ñeàu trôû laïi khoûi ñöôøng xaáu mình, haàu cho ta coù theå tha söï gian aùc vaø toäi loãi chuùng noù.

36:4 Then Jeremiah called Baruch the son of Neriah: and Baruch wrote from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of the LORD, which he had spoken unto him, upon a roll of a book.

36:4 Gieâ-reâ-mi goïi Ba-ruùc, con trai Neâ-ri-gia, ñeán, Ba-ruùc nhôø nieäng Gieâ-reâ-mi ñoïc cho, thì cheùp heát moïi lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho ngöôøi vaøo cuoán saùch.

36:5 And Jeremiah commanded Baruch, saying, I am shut up; I cannot go into the house of the LORD:

36:5 Ñoaïn, Gieâ-reâ-mi daïy Ba-ruùc raèng: Ta bò giam caám, khoâng theå vaøo nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va;

36:6 Therefore go you, and read in the roll, which you have written from my mouth, the words of the LORD in the ears of the people in the LORD's house upon the fasting day: and also you shall read them in the ears of all Judah that come out of their cities.

36:6 neân ñeán ngaøy kieâng aên, chính ngöôi haõy ñi vaøo nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, khaù ñoïc cho daân söï nghe lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va trong saùch maø ngöôi ñaõ cöù mieäng ta cheùp ra. Ngöôi cuõng khaù ñoïc cho caû daân Giu-ña ñeán töø caùc thaønh mình ñeàu nghe nöõa.

36:7 It may be they will present their supplication before the LORD, and will return every one from his evil way: for great is the anger and the fury that the LORD has pronounced against this people.

36:7 Coù leõ hoï seõ caàu xin Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaø xaây laïi khoûi ñöôøng aùc mình; vì côn giaän vaø thaïnh noä maø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va ñaõ rao nghòch cuøng daân naày laø lôùn laém.

36:8 And Baruch the son of Neriah did according to all that Jeremiah the prophet commanded him, reading in the book the words of the LORD in the LORD's house.

36:8 Ba-ruùc, con trai Neâ-ri-gia, theo moïi söï tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi ñaõ daïy ñoïc lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va trong saùch, taïi nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

36:9 And it came to pass in the fifth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, in the ninth month, that they proclaimed a fast before the LORD to all the people in Jerusalem, and to all the people that came from the cities of Judah unto Jerusalem.

36:9 Xaûy ra thaùng chín, naêm thöù naêm veà ñôøi Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, con trai Gioâ-si -a, vua Giu-ña, heát thaûy daân cö Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø caû daân söï töø caùc thaønh Giu-ña ñeán Gieâ-ru-sa-lem, rao söï kieâng aên tröôùc maët Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

36:10 Then read Baruch in the book the words of Jeremiah in the house of the LORD, in the chamber of Gemariah the son of Shaphan the scribe, in the higher court, at the entry of the new gate of the LORD's house, in the ears of all the people.

36:10 Ba-ruùc beøn ñoïc cho caû daân söï nghe moïi lôøi cuûa Gieâ-reâ-mi trong saùch, taïi nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, trong phoøng Gheâ-ma-ria, con trai Sa-phan laøm thô kyù, nôi haønh lang treân, loái vaøo cöûa môùi nhaø Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va.

36:11 When Michaiah the son of Gemariah, the son of Shaphan, had heard out of the book all the words of the LORD,

36:11 Khi Mi-cheâ, con trai Gheâ-ma-ria, chaùu Sa-phan, ñaõ nghe ñoïc moïi lôøi cuûa Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va trong saùch,

36:12 Then he went down into the king's house, into the scribe's chamber: and, lo, all the princes sat there, even Elishama the scribe, and Delaiah the son of Shemaiah, and Elnathan the son of Achbor, and Gemariah the son of Shaphan, and Zedekiah the son of Hananiah, and all the princes.

36:12 beøn xuoáng cung vua, trong phoøng thô kyù; vaø, naày, heát thaûy caùc quan tröôûng ñeàu ngoài ñoù: töùc EÂ-li-sa-ma thô kyù, Ñeâ-la-gia con trai Seâ-ma-gia, Eân-na-than con trai Aïc-boà, Gheâ-ma-ria con trai Sa-phan, Seâ-ñeâ-kia con trai Ha-na-nia, vaø heát thaûy caùc quan tröôûng.

36:13 Then Michaiah declared unto them all the words that he had heard, when Baruch read the book in the ears of the people.

36:13 Mi-cheâ thuaät cho hoï moøi lôøi mình ñaõ nghe, khi Ba-ruùc ñoïc saùch vaøo tai daân söï.

36:14 Therefore all the princes sent Jehudi the son of Nethaniah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Cushi, unto Baruch, saying, Take in yours hand the roll wherein you have read in the ears of the people, and come. So Baruch the son of Neriah took the roll in his hand, and came unto them.

36:14 Cho neân caùc quan tröôûng beøn sai Gieâ-hu-ñi, con trai Neâ-tha-nia chaùu Seâ-leâ-mia, chaét Cu-si, ñeán cuøng Ba-ruùc, maø raèng: Haõy caàm trong tay cuoán saùch maø ngöôi ñaõ ñoïc cho daân söï nghe, vaø ñeán ñaây. Ba-ruùc, con trai Neâ-ri-gia, caàm cuoán saùch trong tay mình, vaø ñeán cuøng hoï.

36:15 And they said unto him, Sit down now, and read it in our ears. So Baruch read it in their ears.

36:15 Hoï baûo ngöôøi raèng: Haõy ngoài vaø ñoïc ñi cho chuùng ta nghe. Ba-ruùc ñoïc saùch cho hoï.

36:16 Now it came to pass, when they had heard all the words, they were afraid both one and the other, and said unto Baruch, We will surely tell the king of all these words.

36:16 Nhöng, khi hoï nghe heát moïi lôøi, thì sôï maø ngoù nhau, vaø noùi cuøng Ba-ruùc raèng: Chuùng ta chaéc seõ ñem moïi lôøi ñoù taâu cuøng vua.

36:17 And they asked Baruch, saying, Tell us now, How did you write all these words at his mouth?

36:17 Ñoaïn, hoï gaïn hoûi Ba-ruùc raèng: Haõy cho chuùng ta bieát theå naøo ngöôi ñaõ cheùp moïi lôøi naày bôûi mieäng ngöôøi.

36:18 Then Baruch answered them, He pronounced all these words unto me with his mouth, and I wrote them with ink in the book.

36:18 Ba-ruùc ñaùp raèng: Ngöôøi laáy mieäng thuaät cho toâi nhöõng lôøi naày, vaø toâi cuøng möïc cheùp vaøo cuoán saùch.

36:19 Then said the princes unto Baruch, Go, hide you, you and Jeremiah; and let no man know where all of you be.

36:19 Caùc quan tröôûng beøn noùi cuøng Ba-ruùc raèng: Ñi ñi, ngöôi vôùi Gieâ-reâ-mi haõy laùnh mình, ñöøng cho ai bieát caùc ngöôi ôû ñaâu.

36:20 And they went in to the king into the court, but they laid up the roll in the chamber of Elishama the scribe, and told all the words in the ears of the king.

36:20 Roài caùc quan tröôûng caát cuoáng saùch trong phoøng thô kyù EÂ-li-sa-ma, vaøo ñeán cuøng vua trong haønh lang, vaø thaät heát moïi lôøi cho vua nghe.

36:21 So the king sent Jehudi to fetch the roll: and he took it out of Elishama the scribe's chamber. And Jehudi read it in the ears of the king, and in the ears of all the princes which stood beside the king.

36:21 Vua sai Gieâ-hu-ñi laáy cuoán saùch; Gieâ-hu-ñi laáy cuoán saùch trong phoøng thô kyù EÂ-li-sa-ma, vaø ñem ñoïc cho vua vaø heát thaûy caùc quan tröôûng ñöùng chaàu beân vua ñeàu nghe.

36:22 Now the king sat in the winter-house in the ninth month: and there was a fire on the hearth burning before him.

36:22 Baáy giôø laø thaùng chín; vua ñöông ngoài trong cung muøa ñoâng, coù loø than ñoû tröôùc maët vua.

36:23 And it came to pass, that when Jehudi had read three or four leaves, he cut it with the penknife, and cast it into the fire that was on the hearth, until all the roll was consumed in the fire that was on the hearth.

36:24 Yet they were not afraid, nor rent their garments, neither the king, nor any of his servants that heard all these words.

36:24 Vua cuøng caùc baày toâi ñaõ nghe moïi lôøi ñoù, khoâng sôï gì caû, khoâng xeù aùo mình.

36:25 Nevertheless Elnathan and Delaiah and Gemariah had made intercession to the king that he would not burn the roll: but he would not hear them.

36:25 Vaû laïi, Eân-na-than, Ñeâ-la-gia vaø Gheâ-ma-ria coù caàu xin vua ñöøng ñoát cuoán saùch, maø vua chaúng khöùng nghe.

36:26 But the king commanded Jerahmeel the son of Hammelech, and Seraiah the son of Azriel, and Shelemiah the son of Abdeel, to take Baruch the scribe and Jeremiah the prophet: but the LORD hid them.

36:26 Vua truyeàn cho Gieâ-raùc-meâ-eân, con trai Ham-meâ-leùc cho Seâ-ra-gia, con trai Aùch-ri-eân, vaø cho Seâ-leâ-mia, con trai Aùp-ñeâ-eân, ñi baét thô kyù Ba-ruùc vaø tieân tri Gieâ-reâ-mi; nhöng Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va giaáu hai ngöôøi.

36:27 Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, after that the king had burned the roll, and the words which Baruch wrote at the mouth of Jeremiah, saying,

36:27 Sau khi vua ñoát cuoán saùch coù nhöõng lôøi maø Ba-ruùc ñaõ cöù mieäng Gieâ-reâ-mi cheùp ra, coù lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cho Gieâ-reâ-mi nhö vaày:

36:28 Take you again another roll, and write in it all the former words that were in the first roll, which Jehoiakim the king of Judah has burned.

36:28 Haõy laáy moät cuoán khaùc, vaø cheùp vaøo ñoù moïi lôøi ñaõ cheùp trong cuoán tröôùc maø Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, vua Giu-ña, ñaõ ñoát ñi.

36:29 And you shall say to Jehoiakim king of Judah, Thus says the LORD; You have burned this roll, saying, Why have you written therein, saying, The king of Babylon shall certainly come and destroy this land, and shall cause to cease from thence man and beast?

36:29 Coøn veà Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, vua Giu-ña, thì ngöôi khaù noùi raèng: Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn nhö vaày: Ngöôi ñaõ ñoát cuoán naày vaø noùi raèng: Sao ngöôi coù cheùp raèng vua Ba-by-loân chaéc seõ ñeán, phaù ñaát naày, vaø dieät loaøi ngöôøi vaø loaøi vaät?

36:30 Therefore thus says the LORD of Jehoiakim king of Judah; He shall have none to sit upon the throne of David: and his dead body shall be cast out in the day to the heat, and in the night to the frost.

36:30 Vì côù ñoù, naày laø lôøi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn veà Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, vua Giu-ña: Chaúng coù ai thuoäc veà noù seõ ngoài treân ngai Ña-vít; thaây noù seõ bò giang naéng ban ngaøy, vaø giang söông muoái ban ñeâm.

36:31 And I will punish him and his seed and his servants for their iniquity; and I will bring upon them, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and upon the men of Judah, all the evil that I have pronounced against them; but they hearkened not.

36:31 Ta seõ phaït noù, phaït con chaùu vaø baày toâi noù, vì gian aùc chuùng noù. Ta seõ giaùng treân chuùng noù, treân daân cö Gieâ-ru-sa-lem vaø ngöôøi Giu-ña, moïi tai naïn ta ñaõ rao cho chuùng noù maø chuùng noù khoâng nghe.

36:32 Then took Jeremiah another roll, and gave it to Baruch the scribe, the son of Neriah; who wrote therein from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire: and there were added besides unto them many like words.

36:32 Gieâ-reâ-mi beøn laáy moät cuoán khaùc ñöa cho thô kyù Ba-ruùc, con trai Neâ-ri-gia; Ba-ruùc cöù mieäng Gieâ-reâ-mi maø cheùp laïi moïi lôøi trong cuoán maø Gieâ-hoâ-gia-kim, vua Giu-ña, ñaõ ñoát ñi trong löûa. Coù nhieàu lôøi gioáng nhau ñaõ theâm vaøo ñoù.
