121:1 내가 산을 향하여 눈을 들리라 나의 도움이 어디서 올꼬
121:1 My eyes are lifted up to the hills: O where
will my help come from?
121:1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence comes my help.
121:2 나의 도움이 천지를 지으신 여호와에게서로다
121:2 Your help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
121:2 My help comes from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
121:3 ○ 여호와께서 너로 실족지 않게 하시며 너를 지키시는 자가 졸지 아니하시리로다
121:3 May he not let your foot be moved: no need of sleep has he who keeps you.
121:3 He will not suffer your foot to be moved: he that keeps you will not slumber.
121:4 이스라엘을 지키시는 자는 졸지도 아니하고 주무시지도 아니하시리로다
121:4 See, the eyes of Israel's keeper will not be shut in sleep.
121:4 Behold, he that keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
121:5 여호와는 너를 지키시는 자라 여호와께서 네 우편에서 네 그늘이 되시나니
121:5 The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand.

121:6 낮의 해가 너를 상치 아니하며 밤의 달도 너를 해치 아니하리로다
121:6 You will not be touched by the sun in the day, or by the moon at night.

121:7 여호와께서 너를 지켜 모든 환난을 면케 하시며 또 네 영혼을 지키시리로다
121:7 The Lord will keep you safe from all evil; he will take care of your soul.

121:8 여호와께서 너의 출입을 지금부터 영원까지 지키시리로다
121:8 The Lord will keep watch over your going out and your coming in, from this time

시편 122 편 【다윗의 시 곧 성전에 올라가는 노래】 /
122:1 사람이 내게 말하기를 여호와의 집에 올라가자 할 때에 내가 기뻐하였도다
122:1 I was glad because they said to
me, We will go into the house of the Lord.
122:1 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.
122:2 예루살렘아 우리 발이 네 성문 안에 섰도다
122:2 At last our feet were inside your doors, O Jerusalem.
122:2 Our feet shall stand within your gates, O Jerusalem.
122:3 예루살렘아 너는 조밀한 성읍과 같이 건설되었도다
122:3 O Jerusalem, you are like a town which is well joined together;
122:3 Jerusalem is built as a city that is compact together:
122:4 지파들 곧 여호와의 지파들이 여호와의 이름에 감사하려고 이스라엘의 전례대로
그리로 올라가는도다
122:4 To which the tribes went up, even the tribes of the Lord, for a witness to Israel,
to give praise to the name of the Lord.
122:4 Where the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.
122:5 거기 판단의 보좌를 두셨으니 곧 다윗 집의 보좌로다
122:5 For there seats for the judges were placed, even the rulers' seats of the line of
David.
122:5 For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
122:6 예루살렘을 위하여 평안을 구하라 예루살렘을 사랑하는 자는 형통하리로다
122:6 O make prayers for the peace of Jerusalem; may they whose love is given to you do
well.
122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love you.
122:7 네 성 안에는 평강이 있고 네 궁중에는 형통이 있을지어다
122:7 May peace be inside your walls, and wealth in your noble houses.
122:7 Peace be within your walls, and prosperity within your palaces.
122:8 내가 내 형제와 붕우를 위하여 이제 말하리니 네 가운데 평강이 있을지어다
122:8 Because of my brothers and friends, I will now say, Let peace be with you.
122:8 For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within you.
122:9 여호와 우리 하나님의 집을 위하여 내가 네 복을 구하리로다
122:9 Because of the house of the Lord our God, I will be working for your good.

123:1 하늘에 계신 주여 내가 눈을 들어 주께 향하나이다
123:1 To you my eyes are lifted up, even to you
whose seat is in the heavens.
123:1 Unto you lift I up mine eyes, O you that dwell in the heavens.
123:2 종의 눈이 그 상전의 손을 여종의 눈이 그 주모의 손을 바람 같이 우리 눈이
여호와 우리 하나님을 바라며 우리를 긍휼히 여기시기를 기다리나이다
123:2 See! as the eyes of servants are turned to the hands of their masters, and the eyes
of a servant-girl to her owner, so our eyes are waiting for the Lord our God, till
he has mercy on us.
123:2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us.
123:3 여호와여 우리를 긍휼히 여기시고 긍휼히 여기소서 심한 멸시가 우리에게
넘치나이다
123:3 Have mercy on us, O Lord, have mercy on us: for all men are looking down on us.
123:3 Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
123:4 평안한 자의 조소와 교만한 자의 멸시가 우리 심령에 넘치나이다
123:4 For long enough have men of pride made sport of our soul.
123:4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.
시편 124 편 【다윗의 시 곧 성전에 올라가는 노래】 /
124:1 이스라엘은 이제 말하기를 여호와께서 우리 편에 계시지 아니하시고
124:1 If it had not been the Lord who
was on our side (let Israel now say);
124:1 If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;
124:2 사람들이 우리를 치러 일어날 때에 여호와께서 우리 편에 계시지 아니하셨더면
124:2 If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, when men came up against us;
124:2 If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us:
124:3 그 때에 저희의 노가 우리를 대하여 맹렬하여 우리를 산채로 삼켰을 것이며
124:3 They would have made a meal of us while still living, in the heat of their wrath
against us:
124:3 Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us:
124:4 그 때에 물이 우리를 엄몰하며 시내가 우리 영혼을 잠갔을 것이며
124:4 We would have been covered by the waters; the streams would have gone over our soul;
124:4 Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:
124:5 그 때에 넘치는 물이 우리 영혼을 잠갔을 것이라 할 것이로다
124:5 Yes, the waters of pride would have gone over our soul.
124:5 Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.
124:6 우리를 저희 이에 주어 씹히지 않게 하신 여호와를 찬송할지로다
124:6 Praise be to the Lord, who has not let us be wounded by their teeth.
124:6 Blessed be the LORD, who has not given us as a prey to their teeth.
124:7 우리 혼이 새가 사냥군의 올무에서 벗어남 같이 되었나니 올무가 끊어지므로
우리가 벗어났도다
124:7 Our soul has gone free like a bird out of the net of those who would take her: the
net is broken, and we are free.
124:7 Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.
124:8 우리의 도움은 천지를 지으신 여호와의 이름에 있도다
124:8 Our help is in the name of the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.
124:8 Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
125:1 여호와를 의뢰하는 자는 시온 산이 요동치 아니하고 영원히 있음 같도다
125:1 Those whose hope is in the Lord are like
the mountain of Zion, which may not be moved, but keeps its place for ever.
125:1 They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abides for ever.
125:2 산들이 예루살렘을 두름과 같이 여호와께서 그 백성을 지금부터 영원까지
두르시리로다
125:2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people,
from this time and for ever.
125:2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.
125:3 악인의 권세가 의인의 업에 미치지 못하리니 이는 의인으로 죄악에 손을
대지 않게 함이로다
125:3 For the rod of sinners will not be resting on the heritage of the upright; so that
the upright may not put out their hands to evil.
125:3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.
125:4 여호와여 선인에게와 마음이 정직한 자에게 선을 행하소서
125:4 Do good, O Lord, to those who are good, and to those who are upright in heart.
125:4 Do good, O LORD, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.
125:5 자기의 굽은 길로 치우치는 자를 여호와께서 죄악을 짓는 자와 함께 다니게
하시리로다 이스라엘에게는 평강이 있을지어다
125:5 But as for such as are turned out of the straight way, the Lord will take them away
with the workers of evil. Let peace be on Israel.
125:5 As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel.
126:1 여호와께서 시온의 포로를 돌리실 때에 우리가 꿈꾸는 것 같았도다
126:1 When the Lord made a change in Zion's fate,
we were like men in a dream.
126:1 When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.
126:2 그 때에 우리 입에는 웃음이 가득하고 우리 혀에는 찬양이 찼었도다 열방
중에서 말하기를 여호와께서 저희를 위하여 대사를 행하셨다 하였도다
126:2 Then our mouths were full of laughing, and our tongues gave a glad cry; they said
among the nations, The Lord has done great things for them.
126:2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD has done great things for them.
126:3 여호와께서 우리를 위하여 대사를 행하셨으니 우리는 기쁘도다
126:3 The Lord has done great things for us; because of which we are glad.
126:3 The LORD has done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
126:4 여호와여 우리의 포로를 남방 시내들 같이 돌리소서
126:4 Let our fate be changed, O Lord, like the streams in the South.
126:4 Return our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south.
126:5 눈물을 흘리며 씨를 뿌리는 자는 기쁨으로 거두리로다
126:5 Those who put in seed with weeping will get in the grain with cries of joy.
126:5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
126:6 울며 씨를 뿌리러 나가는 자는 정녕 기쁨으로 그 단을 가지고 돌아오리로다
126:6 Though a man may go out weeping, taking his vessel of seed with him; he will come
again in joy, with the corded stems of grain in his arms.
126:6 He that goes forth and weeps, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
시편 127 편 【솔로몬의 시 곧 성전에 올라가는 노래】 /
127:1 여호와께서 집을 세우지 아니하시면 세우는 자의 수고가 헛되며 여호와께서
성을 지키지 아니하시면 파숫군의 경성함이 허사로다
127:1 If the Lord is not helping the
builders, then the building of a house is to no purpose: if the Lord does not keep
the town, the watchman keeps his watch for nothing.
127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman wakes but in vain.
127:2 너희가 일찌기 일어나고 늦게 누우며 수고의 떡을 먹음이 헛되도다 그러므로
여호와께서 그 사랑하시는 자에게는 잠을 주시는도다
127:2 It is of no use for you to get up early, and to go late to your rest, with the bread
of sorrow for your food; for the Lord gives to his loved ones in sleep.
127:2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he gives his beloved sleep.
127:3 자식은 여호와의 주신 기업이요 태의 열매는 그의 상급이로다
127:3 See, sons are a heritage from the Lord; the fruit of the body is his reward.
127:3 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
127:4 젊은 자의 자식은 장사의 수중의 화살 같으니
127:4 Like arrows in the hand of a man of war, are the children of the young.
127:4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.
127:5 이것이 그 전통에 가득한 자는 복되도다 저희가 성문에서 그 원수와 말할
때에 수치를 당치 아니하리로다
127:5 Happy is the man who has a good store of them; he will not be put to shame, but
his cause will be supported by them against his haters.
127:5 Happy is the man that has his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
128:1 여호와를 경외하며 그 도에 행하는 자마다 복이 있도다
128:1 Happy is the worshipper of the Lord, who
is walking in his ways.
128:1 Blessed is every one that fears the LORD; that walks in his ways.
128:2 네가 네 손이 수고한 대로 먹을 것이라 네가 복되고 형통하리로다
128:2 You will have the fruit of the work of your hands: happy will you be, and all will
be well for you.
128:2 For you shall eat the labour of yours hands: happy shall you be, and it shall be well with you.
128:3 네 집 내실에 있는 네 아내는 결실한 포도나무 같으며 네 상에 둘린 자식은
어린 감람나무 같으리로다
128:3 Your wife will be like a fertile vine in the inmost parts of your house: your children
will be like olive plants round your table.
128:3 Your wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of yours house: your children like olive plants round about your table.
128:4 여호와를 경외하는 자는 이같이 복을 얻으리로다
128:4 See! this is the blessing of the worshipper of the Lord.
128:4 Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that fears the LORD.
128:5 여호와께서 시온에서 네게 복을 주실지어다 너는 평생에 예루살렘의 복을
보며
128:5 May the Lord send you blessing out of Zion: may you see the good of Jerusalem all
the days of your life.
128:5 The LORD shall bless you out of Zion: and you shall see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
128:6 네 자식의 자식을 볼지어다 이스라엘에게 평강이 있을지로다
128:6 May you see your children's children. Peace be on Israel.
128:6 Yea, you shall see your children's children, and peace upon Israel.
129:1 이스라엘은 이제 말하기를 저희가 나의 소시부터 여러 번 나를 괴롭게 하였도다
129:1 Great have been my troubles from the time
when I was young (let Israel now say);
129:1 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say:
129:2 저희가 나의 소시부터 여러 번 나를 괴롭게 하였으나 나를 이기지 못하였도다
129:2 Great have been my troubles from the time when I was young, but my troubles have
not overcome me.
129:2 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me.
129:3 밭 가는 자가 내 등에 갈아 그 고랑을 길게 지었도다
129:3 The ploughmen were ploughing on my back; long were the wounds they made.
129:3 The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.
129:4 여호와께서는 의로우사 악인의 줄을 끊으셨도다
129:4 The Lord is true: the cords of the evil-doers are broken in two.
129:4 The LORD is righteous: he has cut asunder the cords of the wicked.
129:5 무릇 시온을 미워하는 자는 수치를 당하여 물러갈지어다
129:5 Let all the haters of Zion be shamed and turned back.
129:5 Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.
129:6 저희는 지붕의 풀과 같을지어다 그것은 자라기 전에 마르는 것이라
129:6 Let them be like the grass on the house-tops, which is dry before it comes to full
growth.
129:6 Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withers before it grows up:
129:7 이런 것은 베는 자의 줌과 묶는 자의 품에 차지 아니하나니
129:7 He who gets in the grain has no use for it; and they do not make bands of it for
the grain-stems.
129:7 Wherewith the mower fills not his hand; nor he that binds sheaves his bosom.
129:8 지나가는 자도 여호와의 복이 너희에게 있을지어다 하거나 우리가 여호와의
이름으로 너희에게 축복한다 하지 아니하느니라
129:8 And those who go by do not say, The blessing of the Lord be on you; we give you
blessing in the name of the Lord.
129:8 Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the LORD be upon you: we bless you in the name of the LORD.
130:1 여호와여 내가 깊은 데서 주께 부르짖었나이다
130:1 Out of the deep have I sent up my cry to
you, O Lord.
130:1 Out of the depths have I cried unto you, O LORD.
130:2 주여 내 소리를 들으시며 나의 간구하는 소리에 귀를 기울이소서
130:2 Lord, let my voice come before you: let your ears be awake to the voice of my prayer.
130:2 Lord, hear my voice: let yours ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
130:3 여호와여 주께서 죄악을 감찰하실진대 주여 누가 서리이까
130:3 O Jah, if you took note of every sin, who would go free?
130:3 If you, LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?
130:4 그러나 사유하심이 주께 있음은 주를 경외케 하심이니이다
130:4 But there is forgiveness with you, so that you may be feared.
130:4 But there is forgiveness with you, that you may be feared.
130:5 나 곧 내 영혼이 여호와를 기다리며 내가 그 말씀을 바라는도다
130:5 I am waiting for the Lord, my soul is waiting for him, and my hope is in his word.

130:6 파숫군이 아침을 기다림보다 내 영혼이 주를 더 기다리나니 참으로 파숫군의

130:6 My soul is watching for the Lord more than those who are watching for the morning;
yes, more than the watchers for the morning.
130:6 My soul waits for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.
130:7 이스라엘아 여호와를 바랄지어다 여호와께는 인자하심과 풍성한 구속이
있음이라
130:7 O Israel, have hope in the Lord; for with the Lord is mercy and full salvation.
130:7 Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is abundant redemption.
130:8 저가 이스라엘을 그 모든 죄악에서 구속하시리로다
130:8 And he will make Israel free from all his sins.
130:8 And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
시편 131 편 【다윗의 시 곧 성전에 올라가는 노래】 /
131:1 여호와여 내 마음이 교만치 아니하고 내 눈이 높지 아니하오며 내가 큰
일과 미치지 못할 기이한 일을 힘쓰지 아니하나이다
131:1 Lord, there is no pride in my
heart and my eyes are not lifted up; and I have not taken part in great undertakings,
or in things over-hard for me.
131:1 Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.
131:2 실로 내가 내 심령으로 고요하고 평온케 하기를 젖 뗀 아이가 그 어미 품에
있음 같게 하였나니 내 중심이 젖 뗀 아이와 같도다
131:2 See, I have made my soul calm and quiet, like a child on its mother's breast; my
soul is like a child on its mother's breast.
131:2 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
131:3 이스라엘아 지금부터 영원까지 여호와를 바랄지어다
131:3 O Israel, have hope in the Lord, from this time and for ever.
131:3 Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.
132:1 여호와여 다윗을 위하여 그의 모든 근심한 것을 기억하소서
132:1 Lord, give thought to David, and to all
his troubles;
132:1 Lord, remember David, and all his afflictions:
132:2 저가 여호와께 맹세하며 야곱의 전능자에게 서원하기를
132:2 How he made an oath to the Lord, and gave his word to the great God of Jacob, saying,
132:2 How he swore unto the LORD, and vowed unto the mighty God of Jacob;
132:3 내가 실로 나의 거하는 장막에 들어가지 아니하며 내 침상에 오르지 아니하며
132:3 Truly, I will not come into my house, or go to my bed,
132:3 Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed;
132:4 내 눈으로 잠들게 아니하며 내 눈꺼풀로 졸게 아니하기를
132:4 I will not give sleep to my eyes, or rest to my eyeballs,
132:4 I will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine eyelids,
132:5 여호와의 처소 곧 야곱의 전능자의 성막을 발견하기까지 하리라 하였나이다
132:5 Till I have got a place for the Lord, a resting-place for the great God of Jacob.
132:5 Until I find out a place for the LORD, an habitation for the mighty God of Jacob.
132:6 우리가 그것이 에브라다에 있다 함을 들었더니 나무 밭에서 찾았도다
132:6 We had news of it at Ephrathah: we came to it in the fields of the wood.
132:6 Lo, we heard of it at Ephratah: we found it in the fields of the wood.
132:7 우리가 그의 성막에 들어가서 그 발등상 앞에서 경배하리로다
132:7 Let us go into his tent; let us give worship at his feet.
132:7 We will go into his tabernacles: we will worship at his footstool.
132:8 여호와여 일어나사 주의 권능의 궤와 함께 평안한 곳으로 들어가소서
132:8 Come back, O Lord, to your resting-place; you and the ark of your strength.
132:8 Arise, O LORD, into your rest; you, and the ark of your strength.
132:9 주의 제사장들은 의를 입고 주의 성도들은 즐거이 외칠지어다
132:9 Let your priests be clothed with righteousness; and let your saints give cries of
joy.
132:9 Let your priests be clothed with righteousness; and let your saints shout for joy.
132:10 주의 종 다윗을 위하여 주의 기름 받은 자의 얼굴을 물리치지 마옵소서
132:10 Because of your servant David, do not give up your king.
132:10 For your servant David's sake turn not away the face of yours anointed.
132:11 여호와께서 다윗에게 성실히 맹세하셨으니 변치 아니하실지라 이르시기를
네 몸의 소생을 네 위에 둘지라
132:11 The Lord gave a true oath to David, which he will not take back, saying, I will
give your kingdom to the fruit of your body.
132:11 The LORD has sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of your body will I set upon your throne.
132:12 네 자손이 내 언약과 저희에게 교훈하는 내 증거를 지킬진대 저희 후손도
영원히 네 위에 앉으리라 하셨도다
132:12 If your children keep my word, and the teachings which I will give them, their children
will be rulers of your kingdom for ever.
132:12 If your children will keep my covenant and my testimony that I shall teach them, their children shall also sit upon your throne for evermore.
132:13 여호와께서 시온을 택하시고 자기 거처를 삼고자 하여 이르시기를
132:13 For the Lord's heart is on Zion, desiring it for his resting-place.
132:13 For the LORD has chosen Zion; he has desired it for his habitation.
132:14 이는 나의 영원히 쉴 곳이라 내가 여기 거할 것은 이를 원하였음이로다
132:14 This is my rest for ever: here will I ever be; for this is my desire.
132:14 This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it.
132:15 내가 이 성의 식료품에 풍족히 복을 주고 양식으로 그 빈민을 만족케 하리로다
132:15 My blessing will be on her food; and her poor will be full of bread.
132:15 I will abundantly bless her provision: I will satisfy her poor with bread.
132:16 내가 그 제사장들에게 구원으로 입히리니 그 성도들은 즐거움으로 외치리로다
132:16 Her priests will be clothed with salvation; and her saints will give cries of joy.
132:16 I will also clothe her priests with salvation: and her saints shall shout aloud for joy.
132:17 내가 거기서 다윗에게 뿔이 나게 할 것이라 내가 내 기름 부은 자를 위하여
등을 예비하였도다
132:17 There I will make the horn of David fertile: I have made ready a light for my king.
132:17 There will I make the horn of David to bud: I have ordained a lamp for mine anointed.
132:18 내가 저의 원수에게는 수치로 입히고 저에게는 면류관이 빛나게 하리라
하셨도다
132:18 His haters will be clothed with shame; but I will make his crown shining.
132:18 His enemies will I clothe with shame: but upon himself shall his crown flourish.

133:1 형제가 연합하여 동거함이 어찌 그리 선하고 아름다운고
133:1 See how good and how pleasing

133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

133:2 It is like oil of great price on the head, flowing down over the face, even Aaron's
face: coming down to the edge of his robe;
133:2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
133:3 헐몬의 이슬이 시온의 산들에 내림 같도다 거기서 여호와께서 복을 명하셨나니
곧 영생이로다
133:3 Like the dew of Hermon, which comes down on the mountains of Zion: for there the
Lord gave orders for the blessing, even life for ever.

134:1 밤에 여호와의 집에 섰는 여호와의 모든 종들아 여호와를 송축하라
134:1 . Give praise to the Lord, all you servants
of the Lord, who take your places in the house of the Lord by night.
134:1 Behold, bless all of you the LORD, all you servants of the LORD, which by night stand in the house of the LORD.
134:2 성소를 향하여 너희 손을 들고 여호와를 송축하라
134:2 Give praise to the Lord, lifting up your hands in his holy place.

134:3 천지를 지으신 여호와께서 시온에서 네게 복을 주실지어다
134:3 May the Lord, who made heaven and earth, send you blessing out of Zion,

135:1 할렐루야 여호와의 이름을 찬송하라 여호와의 종들아 찬송하라
135:1 Let the Lord be praised. O you servants of the Lord, give praise to the name of
the Lord.

135:3 여호와를 찬송하라 여호와는 선하시며 그 이름이 아름다우니 그 이름을

135:3 Give praise to Jah, for he is good: make melody to his name, for it is pleasing.

135:4 여호와께서 자기를 위하여 야곱 곧 이스라엘을 자기의 특별한 소유로 택하셨음이로다

135:5 내가 알거니와 여호와께서는 광대하시며 우리 주는 모든 신보다 높으시도다

135:6 여호와께서 무릇 기뻐하시는 일을 천지와 바다와 모든 깊은 데서 다 행하셨도다

135:8 저가 애굽의 처음 난 자를 사람부터 짐승까지 치셨도다

135:9 애굽이여 여호와께서 너의 중에 징조와 기사를 보내사 바로와 그 모든 신복에게

135:17 귀가 있어도 듣지 못하며 그 입에는 아무 기식도 없나니

137:2 그 중의 버드나무에 우리가 우리의 수금을 걸었나니
137:2 Hanging our instruments of music on the trees by the waterside.
137:2 We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof.
137:3 이는 우리를 사로잡은 자가 거기서 우리에게 노래를 청하며 우리를 황폐케 한 자가 기쁨을 청하고 자기들을
위하여 시온 노래 중 하나를 노래하라 함이로다
137:3 For there those who had taken us prisoners made request for a song; and those who
had taken away all we had gave us orders to be glad, saying, Give us one of the
songs of Zion.

137:4 우리가 이방에 있어서 어찌 여호와의 노래를 부를꼬
137:4 How may we give the Lord's song in a strange land?

137:5 예루살렘아 내가 너를 잊을찐대 내 오른손이 그 재주를 잊을찌로다
137:5 If I keep not your memory, O Jerusalem, let not my right hand keep the memory of
its art.

137:6 내가 예루살렘을 기억지 아니하거나 내가 너를 나의 제일 즐거워하는 것보다 지나치게 아니할찐대 내 혀가 내
입 천장에 붙을찌로다
137:6 If I let you go out of my thoughts, and if I do not put Jerusalem before my greatest
joy, let my tongue be fixed to the roof of my mouth.
137:6 If I do not remember you, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.
137:7 여호와여 예루살렘이 해 받던 날을 기억하시고 에돔 자손을 치소서 저희 말이 훼파하라 훼파하라 그 기초까지
훼파하라 하였나이다
137:7 O Lord, keep in mind against the children of Edom the day of Jerusalem; how they
said, Let it be uncovered, uncovered even to its base.
137:7 Remember, O LORD, the children of Edom in the day of Jerusalem; who said, Demolish it, demolish it, even to the foundation thereof.
137:8 여자 같은 멸망할 바벨론아 네가 우리에게 행한 대로 네게 갚는 자가 유복하리로다
137:8 O daughter of Babylon, whose fate is destruction; happy is the man who does to you
what you have done to us.

138:1 내가 전심으로 주께 감사하며 신들 앞에서 주께 찬양하리이다

138:2 내가 주의 성전을 향하여 경배하며 주의 인자하심과 성실하심을 인하여
주의 이름에 감사하오리니 이는 주께서 주의 말씀을 주의 모든 이름 위에 높게 하셨음이라
138:2 I will give worship before your holy Temple, praising your name for your mercy and
for your unchanging faith: for you have made your word greater than all your name.

138:3 내가 간구하는 날에 주께서 응답하시고 내 영혼을 장려하여 강하게 하셨나이다
138:3 When my cry came to your ears you gave me an answer, and made me great with strength
in my soul.

138:4 여호와여 땅의 열왕이 주께 감사할 것은 저희가 주의 입의 말씀을 들음이오며
138:4 All the kings of the earth will give you praise, O Lord, when the words of your
mouth come to their ears.

138:5 저희가 여호와의 도를 노래할 것은 여호와의 영광이 크심이니이다
138:5 They will make songs about the ways of the Lord; for great is the glory of the Lord.
138:5 Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
138:6 여호와께서 높이 계셔도 낮은 자를 하감하시며 멀리서도 교만한 자를 아시나이다
138:6 Though the Lord is high, he sees those who are low; and he has knowledge from far
off of those who are lifted up.
138:6 Though the LORD be high, yet has he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knows far off.
138:7 내가 환난 중에 다닐지라도 주께서 나를 소성케 하시고 주의 손을 펴사
내 원수들의 노를 막으시며 주의 오른손이 나를 구원하시리이다
138:7 Even when trouble is round me, you will give me life; your hand will be stretched
out against the wrath of my haters, and your right hand will be my salvation.
138:7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you will revive me: you shall stretch forth yours hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and your right hand shall save me.
138:8 여호와께서 내게 관계된 것을 완전케 하실지라 여호와여 주의 인자하심이
영원하오니 주의 손으로 지으신 것을 버리지 마옵소서
138:8 The Lord will make all things complete for me: O Lord, your mercy is eternal; do
not give up the works of your hands.
138:8 The LORD will perfect that which concerns me: your mercy, O LORD, endures for ever: forsake not the works of yours own hands.
139:1 여호와여 주께서 나를 감찰하시고 아셨나이다
139:1 O Lord, you have knowledge
of me, searching out all my secrets.

139:2 주께서 나의 앉고 일어섬을 아시며 멀리서도 나의 생각을 통촉하시오며
139:2 You have knowledge when I am seated and when I get up, you see my thoughts from
far away.
139:2 You know my sitting down and mine rising up, you understand my thought far off.
139:3 나의 길과 눕는 것을 감찰하시며 나의 모든 행위를 익히 아시오니
139:3 You keep watch over my steps and my sleep, and have knowledge of all my ways.
139:3 You compass my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.
139:4 여호와여 내 혀의 말을 알지 못하시는 것이 하나도 없으시니이다
139:4 For there is not a word on my tongue which is not clear to you, O Lord.
139:4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, you know it altogether.
139:5 주께서 나의 전후를 두르시며 내게 안수하셨나이다
139:5 I am shut in by you on every side, and you have put your hand on me.
139:5 You have beset me behind and before, and laid yours hand upon me.
139:6 이 지식이 내게 너무 기이하니 높아서 내가 능히 미치지 못하나이다
139:6 Such knowledge is a wonder greater than my powers; it is so high that I may not
come near it.
139:6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
139:7 내가 주의 신을 떠나 어디로 가며 주의 앞에서 어디로 피하리이까
139:7 Where may I go from your spirit? how may I go in flight from you?
139:7 Where shall I go from your spirit? or where shall I flee from your presence?
139:8 내가 하늘에 올라갈지라도 거기 계시며 음부에 내 자리를 펼지라도 거기
계시니이다
139:8 If I go up to heaven, you are there: or if I make my bed in the underworld, you
are there.
139:8 If I ascend up into heaven, you are there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, you are there.
139:9 내가 새벽 날개를 치며 바다 끝에 가서 거할지라도
139:9 If I take the wings of the morning, and go to the farthest parts of the sea;
139:9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
139:10 곧 거기서도 주의 손이 나를 인도하시며 주의 오른손이 나를 붙드시리이다
139:10 Even there will I be guided by your hand, and your right hand will keep me.
139:10 Even there shall your hand lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.
139:11 내가 혹시 말하기를 흑암이 정녕 나를 덮고 나를 두른 빛은 밤이 되리라
할지라도
139:11 If I say, Only let me be covered by the dark, and the light about me be night;
139:11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
139:12 주에게서는 흑암이 숨기지 못하며 밤이 낮과 같이 비취나니 주에게는 흑암과
빛이 일반이니이다
139:12 Even the dark is not dark to you; the night is as bright as the day: for dark and
light are the same to you.
139:12 Yea, the darkness hides not from you; but the night shines as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to you.
139:13 주께서 내 장부를 지으시며 나의 모태에서 나를 조직하셨나이다
139:13 My flesh was made by you, and my parts joined together in my mother's body.
139:13 For you have possessed my reins: you have covered me in my mother's womb.
139:14 내가 주께 감사하옴은 나를 지으심이 신묘막측하심이라 주의 행사가 기이함을
내 영혼이 잘 아나이다
139:14 I will give you praise, for I am strangely and delicately formed; your works are
great wonders, and of this my soul is fully conscious.
139:14 I will praise you; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are your works; and that my soul knows right well.
139:15 내가 은밀한 데서 지음을 받고 땅의 깊은 곳에서 기이하게 지음을 받은
때에 나의 형체가 주의 앞에 숨기우지 못하였나이다
139:15 My frame was not unseen by you when I was made secretly, and strangely formed in
the lowest parts of the earth.
139:15 My substance was not hid from you, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the low parts of the earth.
139:16 내 형질이 이루기 전에 주의 눈이 보셨으며 나를 위하여 정한 날이 하나도
되기 전에 주의 책에 다 기록이 되었나이다
139:16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book all my days were recorded, even
those which were purposed before they had come into being.
139:16 Yours eyes did see my substance, yet being imperfect; and in your book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
139:17 하나님이여 주의 생각이 내게 어찌 그리 보배로우신지요 그 수가 어찌
그리 많은지요
139:17 How dear are your thoughts to me, O God! how great is the number of them!
139:17 How precious also are your thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
139:18 내가 세려고 할지라도 그 수가 모래보다 많도소이다 내가 깰 때에도 오히려
주와 함께 있나이다
139:18 If I made up their number, it would be more than the grains of sand; when I am awake,
I am still with you.

139:19 하나님이여 주께서 정녕히 악인을 죽이시리이다 피흘리기를 즐기는 자들아

139:19 If only you would put the sinners to death, O God; go far from me, you men of blood.
139:19 Surely you will slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, all of you bloody men.
139:20 저희가 주를 대하여 악하게 말하며 주의 원수들이 헛되이 주의 이름을
칭하나이다
139:20 For they go against you with evil designs, and your haters make sport of your name.
139:20 For they speak against you wickedly, and yours enemies take your name in vain.
139:21 여호와여 내가 주를 미워하는 자를 미워하지 아니하오며 주를 치러 일어나는
자를 한하지 아니하나이까
139:21 Are not your haters hated by me, O Lord? are not those who are lifted up against
you a cause of grief to me?
139:21 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate you? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against you?
139:22 내가 저희를 심히 미워하니 저희는 나의 원수니이다
139:22 My hate for them is complete; my thoughts of them are as if they were making war
on me.
139:22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
139:23 하나님이여 나를 살피사 내 마음을 아시며 나를 시험하사 내 뜻을 아옵소서
139:23 O God, let the secrets of my heart be uncovered, and let my wandering thoughts be
tested:
139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
139:24 내게 무슨 악한 행위가 있나 보시고 나를 영원한 길로 인도하소서
139:24 See if there is any way of sorrow in me, and be my guide in the eternal way.
139:24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
140:1 여호와여 악인에게서 나를 건지시며 강포한 자에게서 나를 보전하소서
140:1 O Lord, take me out
of the power of the evil man; keep me safe from the violent man:
140:1 Deliver me, O LORD, from the evil man: preserve me from the violent man;
140:2 저희가 중심에 해하기를 꾀하고 싸우기 위하여 매일 모이오며
140:2 For their hearts are full of evil designs; and they are ever making ready causes
of war.
140:2 Which imagine evil in their heart; continually are they gathered together for war.
140:3 뱀 같이 그 혀를 날카롭게 하니 그 입술 아래는 독사의 독이 있나이다
140:3 Their tongues are sharp like the tongue of a snake; the poison of snakes is under

140:3 They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent; adders' poison is under their lips. Selah.
140:4 여호와여 나를 지키사 악인의 손에 빠지지 않게 하시며 나를 보전하사 강포한
자에게서 벗어나게 하소서 저희는 나의 걸음을 밀치려 하나이다
140:4 O Lord, take me out of the hands of sinners; keep me safe from the violent man:
for they are designing my downfall.
140:4 Keep me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked; preserve me from the violent man; who have purposed to overthrow my activities.
140:5 교만한 자가 나를 해하려고 올무와 줄을 놓으며 길 곁에 그물을 치며 함정을
두었나이다
140:5 The men of pride have put secret cords for my feet; stretching nets in my way, so
that they may take me with their tricks. (Selah.)
140:5 The proud have hid a snare for me, and cords; they have spread a net by the wayside; they have set gins for me. Selah.
140:6 ○ 내가 여호와께 말하기를 주는 나의 하나님이시니 여호와여 나의 간구하는
소리에 귀를 기울이소서 하였나이다
140:6 I have said to the Lord, You are my God: give ear, O Lord, to the voice of my prayer.
140:6 I said unto the LORD, You are my God: hear the voice of my supplications, O LORD.
140:7 내 구원의 능력이신 주 여호와여 전쟁의 날에 주께서 내 머리를 가리우셨나이다
140:7 O Lord God, the strength of my salvation, you have been a cover over my head in
the day of the fight.
140:7 O GOD the Lord, the strength of my salvation, you have covered my head in the day of battle.
140:8 여호와여 악인의 소원을 허락지 마시며 그 악한 꾀를 이루지 못하게 하소서
저희가 자고할까 하나이다
140:8 O Lord, give not the wrongdoer his desire; give him no help in his evil designs,
or he may be uplifted in pride. (Selah.)
140:8 Grant not, O LORD, the desires of the wicked: further not his wicked device; lest they exalt themselves. Selah.
140:9 나를 에우는 자가 그 머리를 들때에 저희 입술의 해가 저희를 덮게 하소서
140:9 As for those who come round me, let their heads be covered by the evil of their
lips.
140:9 As for the head of those that compass me about, let the mischief of their own lips cover them.
140:10 뜨거운 숯불이 저희에게 떨어지게 하시며 불 가운데와 깊은 웅덩이에 저희로
빠져 다시 일어나지 못하게 하소서
140:10 Let burning flames come down on them: let them be put into the fire, and into deep
waters, so that they may not get up again.
140:10 Let burning coals fall upon them: let them be cast into the fire; into deep pits, that they rise not up again.
140:11 악담하는 자는 세상에서 굳게 서지 못하며 강포한 자에게는 재앙이 따라서
패망케 하리이다
140:11 Let not a man of evil tongue be safe on earth: let destruction overtake the violent
man with blow on blow.
140:11 Let not an evil speaker be established in the earth: evil shall hunt the violent man to overthrow him.
140:12 내가 알거니와 여호와는 고난 당하는 자를 신원하시며 궁핍한 자에게 공의를
베푸시리이다
140:12 I am certain that the Lord will take care of the cause of the poor, and of the rights
of those who are troubled.
140:12 I know that the LORD will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and the right of the poor.
140:13 진실로 의인이 주의 이름에 감사하며 정직한 자가 주의 앞에 거하리이다
140:13 Truly, the upright will give praise to your name: the holy will have a place in
your house.
140:13 Surely the righteous shall give thanks unto your name: the upright shall dwell in your presence.
141:1 여호와여 제가 주를 불렀사오니 속히 내게 임하소서 내가 주께 부르짖을
때에 내 음성에 귀를 기울이소서
141:1 Lord, I have made my cry to you; come to me quickly;
give ear to my voice, when it goes up to you.
141:1 Lord, I cry unto you: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto you.
141:2 나의 기도가 주의 앞에 분향함과 같이 되며 나의 손드는 것이 저녁 제사 같이
되게 하소서
141:2 Let my prayer be ordered before you like a sweet smell; and let the lifting up of
my hands be like the evening offering.
141:2 Let my prayer be set forth before you as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
141:3 여호와여 내 입 앞에 파숫군을 세우시고 내 입술의 문을 지키소서
141:3 O Lord, keep a watch over my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
141:3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
141:4 내 마음이 악한 일에 기울어 죄악을 행하는 자와 함께 악을 행치 말게 하시며
저희 진수를 먹지 말게 하소서
141:4 Keep my heart from desiring any evil thing, or from taking part in the sins of the
evil-doers with men who do wrong: and let me have no part in their good things.
141:4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practice wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.
141:5 의인이 나를 칠지라도 은혜로 여기며 책망할지라도 머리의 기름 같이 여겨서
내 머리가 이를 거절치 아니할지라 저희의 재난 중에라도 내가 항상 기도하리로다
141:5 Let the upright give me punishment; and let the god-fearing man put me in the right
way; but I will not let the oil of sinners come on my head: when they do evil I
will give myself to prayer.
141:5 Let the righteous strike me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.
141:6 저희의 관장들이 바위 곁에 내려 던지웠도다 내 말이 달므로 무리가 들으리로다
141:6 When destruction comes to their judges by the side of the rock, they will give ear
to my words, for they are sweet.
141:6 When their judges are overthrown in stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet.
141:7 사람이 밭 갈아 흙을 부스러뜨림 같이 우리의 해골이 음부 문에 흩어졌도다
141:7 Our bones are broken up at the mouth of the underworld, as the earth is broken by
the plough.
141:7 Our bones are scattered at the grave's mouth, as when one cuts and cleaves wood upon the earth.
141:8 주 여호와여 내 눈이 주께 향하며 내가 주께 피하오니 내 영혼을 빈궁한 대로
버려두지 마옵소서
141:8 But my eyes are turned to you, O Lord God: my hope is in you; let not my soul be
given up to death.
141:8 But mine eyes are unto you, O GOD the Lord: in you is my trust; leave not my soul destitute.
141:9 나를 지키사 저희가 나를 잡으려고 놓은 올무와 행악자의 함정에서 벗어나게
하옵소서
141:9 Keep me from the net which they have put down for me, and from the designs of the
workers of evil.
141:9 Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity.
141:10 악인은 자기 그물에 걸리게 하시고 나는 온전히 면하게 하소서
141:10 Let the sinners be taken in the nets which they themselves have put down, while

142:1 내가 소리 내어 여호와께 부르짖으며 소리 내어 여호와께 간구하는도다

The sound of my cry went up to the Lord; with my voice I made my prayer for grace
to the Lord.
142:1 I cried unto the LORD with my voice; with my voice unto the LORD did I make my supplication.
142:2 내가 내 원통함을 그 앞에 토하며 내 우환을 그 앞에 진술하는도다
142:2 I put all my sorrows before him; and made clear to him all my trouble.
142:2 I poured out my complaint before him; I showed before him my trouble.
142:3 내 심령이 속에서 상할 때에도 주께서 내 길을 아셨나이다 나의 행하는
길에 저희가 나를 잡으려고 올무를 숨겼나이다
142:3 When my spirit is overcome, your eyes are on my goings; nets have been secretly
placed in the way in which I go.
142:3 When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then you knew my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privately laid a snare for me.
142:4 내 우편을 살펴 보소서 나를 아는 자도 없고 피난처도 없고 내 영혼을 돌아보는
자도 없나이다
142:4 Looking to my right side, I saw no man who was my friend: I had no safe place; no
one had any care for my soul.
142:4 I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.
142:5 여호와여 내가 주께 부르짖어 말하기를 주는 나의 피난처시요 생존 세계에서
나의 분깃이시라 하였나이다
142:5 I have made my cry to you, O Lord; I have said, You are my safe place, and my heritage
in the land of the living.
142:5 I cried unto you, O LORD: I said, You are my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.
142:6 나의 부르짖음을 들으소서 나는 심히 비천하니이다 나를 핍박하는 자에게서
건지소서 저희는 나보다 강하니이다
142:6 Give ear to my cry, for I am made very low: take me out of the hands of my haters,
for they are stronger than I.
142:6 Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.
142:7 내 영혼을 옥에서 이끌어 내사 주의 이름을 감사케 하소서 주께서 나를
후대하시리니 의인이 나를 두르리이다
142:7 Take my soul out of prison, so that I may give praise to your name: the upright
will give praise because of me; for you have given me a full reward.
142:7 Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise your name: the righteous shall compass me about; for you shall deal bountifully with me.
143:1 여호와여 내 기도를 들으시며 내 간구에 귀를 기울이시고 주의 진실과 의로
내게 응답하소서
143:1 Let my prayer come to you, O Lord; give ear to
my requests for your grace; keep faith with me, and give me an answer in your righteousness;
143:1 Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in your faithfulness answer me, and in your righteousness.
143:2 주의 종에게 심판을 행치 마소서 주의 목전에는 의로운 인생이 하나도 없나이다
143:2 Let not your servant come before you to be judged; for no man living is upright
in your eyes.
143:2 And enter not into judgment with your servant: for in your sight shall no man living be justified.
143:3 원수가 내 영혼을 핍박하며 내 생명을 땅에 엎어서 나로 죽은 지 오랜 자 같이
흑암한 곳에 거하게 하였나이다
143:3 The evil man has gone after my soul; my life is crushed down to the earth: he has
put me in the dark, like those who have long been dead.
143:3 For the enemy has persecuted my soul; he has smitten my life down to the ground; he has made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
143:4 그러므로 내 심령이 속에서 상하며 내 마음이 속에서 참담하니이다
143:4 Because of this my spirit is overcome; and my heart is full of fear.
143:4 Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
143:5 내가 옛날을 기억하고 주의 모든 행하신 것을 묵상하며 주의 손이 행사를
생각하고
143:5 I keep in mind the early days of the past, giving thought to all your acts, even
to the work of your hands.
143:5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all your works; I meditate on the work of your hands.
143:6 주를 향하여 손을 펴고 내 영혼이 마른 땅 같이 주를 사모하나이다
143:6 My hands are stretched out to you: my soul is turned to you, like a land in need
of water. (Selah.)
143:6 I stretch forth my hands unto you: my soul thirsts after you, as a thirsty land. Selah.
143:7 여호와여 속히 내게 응답하소서 내 영혼이 피곤하니이다 주의 얼굴을 내게서
숨기지 마소서 내가 무덤에 내려가는 자 같을까 두려워하나이다
143:7 Be quick in answering me, O Lord, for the strength of my spirit is gone: let me
see your face, so that I may not be like those who go down into the underworld.
143:7 Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit fails: hide not your face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.
143:8 아침에 나로 주의 인자한 말씀을 듣게 하소서 내가 주를 의뢰함이니이다

143:8 Let the story of your mercy come to me in the morning, for my hope is in you: give
me knowledge of the way in which I am to go; for my soul is lifted up to you.
143:8 Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning; for in you do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto you.
143:9 여호와여 나를 내 원수들에게서 건지소서 내가 주께 피하여 숨었나이다
143:9 O Lord, take me out of the hands of my haters; my soul is waiting for you.

143:10 Give me teaching so that I may do your pleasure; for you are my God: let your good
Spirit be my guide into the land of righteousness.

143:11 여호와여 주의 이름을 인하여 나를 살리시고 주의 의로 내 영혼을 환난에서
끌어내소서
143:11 Give me life, O Lord, because of your name; in your righteousness take my soul out
of trouble.
143:11 Restore life in me, O LORD, for your name's sake: for your righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.
143:12 주의 인자하심으로 나의 원수들을 끊으시고 내 영혼을 괴롭게 하는 자를

143:12 And in your mercy put an end to my haters, and send destruction on all those who
are against my soul; for I am your servant.

my hands the use of the sword, and my fingers the art of fighting:

144:2 He is my strength, and my Rock; my high tower, and my saviour; my keeper and my
hope: he gives me authority over my people.
144:2 My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdues my people under me.
144:3 여호와여 사람이 무엇이관대 주께서 저를 알아주시며 인생이 무엇이관대
주께서 저를 생각하시나이까
144:3 Lord, what is man, that you keep him in mind? or the son of man that you take him
into account?
144:3 LORD, what is man, that you take knowledge of him! or the son of man, that you make account of him!
144:4 사람은 헛 것 같고 그의 날은 지나가는 그림자 같으니이다
144:4 Man is like a breath: his life is like a shade which is quickly gone.
144:4 Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passes away.
144:5 여호와여 주의 하늘을 드리우고 강림하시며 산들에 접촉하사 연기가 발하게
하소서
144:5 Come down, O Lord, from your heavens: at your touch let the mountains give out smoke.
144:5 Bow your heavens, O LORD, and come down: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.
144:6 번개를 번득이사 대적을 흩으시며 주의 살을 발하사 저희를 파하소서
144:6 With your storm-flames send them in flight: send out your arrows for their destruction.
144:6 Cast forth lightning, and scatter them: shoot out yours arrows, and destroy them.
144:7 위에서부터 주의 손을 펴사 나를 큰 물과 이방인의 손에서 구하여 건지소서
144:7 Put out your hand from on high; make me free, take me safely out of the great waters,
and out of the hands of strange men;
144:7 Send yours hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;
144:8 저희 입은 궤사를 말하며 그 오른손은 거짓의 오른손이니이다
144:8 In whose mouths are false words, and whose right hand is a right hand of deceit.
144:8 Whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
144:9 하나님이여 내가 주께 새 노래로 노래하며 열 줄 비파로 주를 찬양하리이다
144:9 I will make a new song to you, O God; I will make melody to you on an instrument
of ten cords.
144:9 I will sing a new song unto you, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto you.
144:10 주는 왕들에게 구원을 베푸시는 자시요 종 다윗을 그 해하는 칼에서 구하시는
자시니이다
144:10 It is God who gives salvation to kings; and who kept his servant David from the
wounding sword.
144:10 It is he that gives salvation unto kings: who delivers David his servant from the hurtful sword.
144:11 이방인의 손에서 나를 구하여 건지소서 저희 입은 궤사를 말하며그 오른손은
거짓의 오른손이니이다
144:11 Make me free, and take me out of the hands of strange men, in whose mouths are false
words, and whose right hand is a right hand of deceit.
144:11 Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:
144:12 ○ 우리 아들들은 어리다가 장성한 나무 같으며 우리 딸들은 궁전의 식양대로
아름답게 다듬은 모퉁이 돌과 같으며
144:12 Our sons are like tall young plants; and our daughters like the shining stones of
a king's house;
144:12 That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the embodiment of a palace:
144:13 우리의 곳간에는 백곡이 가득하며 우리의 양은 들에서 천천과 만만으로
번성하며
144:13 Our store-houses are full of all good things; and our sheep give birth to thousands
and ten thousands in our fields.
144:13 That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:
144:14 우리 수소는 무겁게 실었으며 또 우리를 침로하는 일이나 우리가 나아가
막는 일이 없으며 우리 거리에는 슬피 부르짖음이 없을진대
144:14 Our oxen are well weighted down; our cows give birth safely; there is no going out,
and there is no cry of sorrow in our open places.
144:14 That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.
144:15 이러한 백성은 복이 있나니 여호와를 자기 하나님으로 삼는 백성은 복이
있도다
144:15 Happy is the nation whose ways are so ordered: yes, happy is the nation whose God
is the Lord.
144:15 Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
145:1 왕이신 나의 하나님이여 내가 주를 높이고 영원히 주의 이름을 송축하리이다
145:1 Let me give glory to you, O God, my
King; and blessing to your name for ever and ever.
145:1 I will extol you, my God, O king; and I will bless your name for ever and ever.
145:2 내가 날마다 주를 송축하며 영영히 주의 이름을 송축하리이다
145:2 Every day will I give you blessing, praising your name for ever and ever.
145:2 Every day will I bless you; and I will praise your name for ever and ever.
145:3 여호와는 광대하시니 크게 찬양할 것이라 그의 광대하심을 측량치 못하리로다
145:3 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; his power may never be searched out.
145:3 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
145:4 대대로 주의 행사를 크게 칭송하며 주의 능한 일을 선포하리로다
145:4 One generation after another will give praise to your great acts, and make clear
the operation of your strength.
145:4 One generation shall praise your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.
145:5 주의 존귀하고 영광스러운 위엄과 주의 기사를 나는 묵상하리이다
145:5 My thoughts will be of the honour and glory of your rule, and of the wonder of your
works.
145:5 I will speak of the glorious honour of your majesty, and of your wondrous works.
145:6 사람들은 주의 두려운 일의 세력을 말할 것이요 나도 주의 광대하심을
선포하리이다
145:6 Men will be talking of the power and fear of your acts; I will give word of your
glory.
145:6 And men shall speak of the might of your terrible acts: and I will declare your greatness.
145:7 저희가 주의 크신 은혜를 기념하여 말하며 주의 의를 노래하리이다
145:7 Their sayings will be full of the memory of all your mercy, and they will make songs
of your righteousness.
145:7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of your great goodness, and shall sing of your righteousness.
145:8 여호와는 은혜로우시며 자비하시며 노하기를 더디하시며 인자하심이 크시도다
145:8 The Lord is full of grace and pity; not quickly angry, but great in mercy.
145:8 The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
145:9 여호와께서는 만유를 선대하시며 그 지으신 모든 것에 긍휼을 베푸시는도다
145:9 The Lord is good to all men; and his mercies are over all his works.
145:9 The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.
145:10 여호와여 주의 지으신 모든 것이 주께 감사하며 주의 성도가 주를 송축하리이다
145:10 All the works of your hands give praise to you, O Lord; and your saints give you
blessing.
145:10 All your works shall praise you, O LORD; and your saints shall bless you.
145:11 저희가 주의 나라의 영광을 말하며 주의 능을 일러서
145:11 Their words will be of the glory of your kingdom, and their talk of your strength;
145:11 They shall speak of the glory of your kingdom, and talk of your power;
145:12 주의 능하신 일과 주의 나라의 위엄의 영광을 인생에게 알게 하리이다
145:12 So that the sons of men may have knowledge of his acts of power, and of the great
glory of his kingdom.
145:12 To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
145:13 주의 나라는 영원한 나라이니 주의 통치는 대대에 이르리이다
145:13 Your kingdom is an eternal kingdom, and your rule is through all generations.
145:13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures throughout all generations.
145:14 여호와께서는 모든 넘어지는 자를 붙드시며 비굴한 자를 일으키시는도다
145:14 The Lord is the support of all who are crushed, and the lifter up of all who are
bent down.
145:14 The LORD upholds all that fall, and raises up all those that be bowed down.
145:15 중생의 눈이 주를 앙망하오니 주는 때를 따라 저희에게 식물을 주시며
145:15 The eyes of all men are waiting for you; and you give them their food in its time.
145:15 The eyes of all wait upon you; and you give them their food in due season.
145:16 손을 펴사 모든 생물의 소원을 만족케 하시나이다
145:16 By the opening of your hand, every living thing has its desire in full measure.
145:16 You open yours hand, and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
145:17 여호와께서는 그 모든 행위에 의로우시며 그 모든 행사에 은혜로우시도다
145:17 The Lord is upright in all his ways, and kind in all his works.

145:18 여호와께서는 자기에게 간구하는 모든 자 곧 진실하게 간구하는 모든 자에게
가까이 하시는도다

145:19 저는 자기를 경외하는 자의 소원을 이루시며 또 저희 부르짖음을 들으사
구원하시리로다
145:19 To his worshippers, he will give their desire; their cry comes to his ears, and
he gives them salvation.
145:19 He will fulfill the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
145:20 여호와께서 자기를 사랑하는 자는 다 보호하시고 악인은 다 멸하시리로다
145:20 The Lord will keep all his worshippers from danger; but he will send destruction

145:21 내 입이 여호와의 영예를 말하며 모든 육체가 그의 성호를 영영히 송축할지로다

146:2 나의 생전에 여호와를 찬양하며 나의 평생에 내 하나님을 찬송하리로다

while I have my being.

146:3 방백들을 의지하지 말며 도울 힘이 없는 인생도 의지하지 말지니
146:3 Put not your faith in rulers, or in the son of man, in whom there is no salvation.
146:3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
146:4 그 호흡이 끊어지면 흙으로 돌아가서 당일에 그 도모가 소멸하리로다
146:4 Man's breath goes out, he is turned back again to dust; in that day all his purposes
come to an end.

146:5 야곱의 하나님으로 자기 도움을 삼으며 여호와 자기 하나님에게 그 소망을
두는 자는 복이 있도다

146:7 압박 당하는 자를 위하여 공의로 판단하시며 주린 자에게 식물을 주시는
자시로다 여호와께서 갇힌 자를 해방하시며
146:7 Who gives their rights to those who are crushed down; and gives food to those who
are in need of it: the Lord makes the prisoners free;
146:7 Which executes judgment for the oppressed: which gives food to the hungry. The LORD looses the prisoners:
146:8 여호와께서 소경의 눈을 여시며 여호와께서 비굴한 자를 일으키시며 여호와께서
의인을 사랑하시며
146:8 The Lord makes open the eyes of the blind; the Lord is the lifter up of those who
are bent down; the Lord is a lover of the upright;
146:8 The LORD opens the eyes of the blind: the LORD raises them that are bowed down: the LORD loves the righteous:
146:9 여호와께서 객을 보호하시며 고아와 과부를 붙드시고 악인의 길은 굽게 하시는도다
146:9 The Lord takes care of those who are in a strange land; he gives help to the widow
and to the child who has no father; but he sends destruction on the way of sinners.
146:9 The LORD perserves the strangers; he relieves the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turns upside down.
146:10 시온아 여호와 네 하나님은 영원히 대대에 통치하시리로다 할렐루야
146:10 The Lord will be King for ever; your God, O Zion, will be King through all generations.

147:1 할렐루야 우리 하나님께 찬양함이 선함이여 찬송함이 아름답고 마땅하도다
147:1 Give praise to the Lord; for it is good to make melody to our God; praise is pleasing
and beautiful.

147:2 여호와께서 예루살렘을 세우시며 이스라엘의 흩어진 자를 모으시며
147:2 The Lord is building up Jerusalem; he makes all the outlaws of Israel come together.

147:3 상심한 자를 고치시며 저희 상처를 싸매시는도다

147:4 저가 별의 수효를 계수하시고 저희를 다 이름대로 부르시는도다

147:5 우리 주는 광대하시며 능력이 많으시며 그 지혜가 무궁하시도다
147:5 Great is our Lord, and great his power; there is no limit to his wisdom.

147:6 여호와께서 겸손한 자는 붙드시고 악인은 땅에 엎드러뜨리시는도다

147:7 감사함으로 여호와께 노래하며 수금으로 하나님께 찬양할지어다

147:8 저가 구름으로 하늘을 덮으시며 땅을 위하여 비를 예비하시며 산에 풀이
자라게 하시며
147:8 By his hand the heaven is covered with clouds and rain is stored up for the earth;
he makes the grass tall on the mountains.
147:8 Who covers the heaven with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who makes grass to grow upon the mountains.
147:9 들짐승과 우는 까마귀 새끼에게 먹을 것을 주시는도다
147:9 He gives food to every beast, and to the young ravens in answer to their cry.

147:10 여호와는 말의 힘을 즐거워 아니하시며 사람의 다리도 기뻐 아니하시고

147:15 그 명을 땅에 보내시니 그 말씀이 속히 달리는도다

147:16 눈을 양털 같이 내리시며 서리를 재 같이 흩으시며
147:16 He gives snow like wool; he sends out ice-drops like dust.

147:17 우박을 떡 부스러기 같이 뿌리시나니 누가 능히 그 추위를 감당하리요
147:17 He sends down ice like raindrops: water is made hard by his cold.
147:17 He casts forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?
147:18 그 말씀을 보내사 그것들을 녹이시고 바람을 불게 하신즉 물이 흐르는도다
147:18 At the outgoing of his word, the ice is turned to water; when he sends out his wind,
there is a flowing of waters.
147:18 He sends out his word, and melts them: he causes his wind to blow, and the waters flow.
147:19 저가 그 말씀을 야곱에게 보이시며 그 율례와 규례를 이스라엘에게 보이시는도다
147:19 He makes his word clear to Jacob, teaching Israel his laws and his decisions.

147:20 아무 나라에게도 이같이 행치 아니하셨나니 저희는 그 규례를 알지 못하였도다 할렐루야
147:20 He has not done these things for any other nation: and as for his laws, they have
no knowledge of them. Let the Lord be praised.

148:1 할렐루야 하늘에서 여호와를 찬양하며 높은 데서 찬양할지어다

148:12 청년 남자와 처녀와 노인과 아이들아
148:12 Young men and virgins; old men and children:

148:13 다 여호와의 이름을 찬양할지어다 그 이름이 홀로 높으시며 그 영광이
천지에 뛰어나심이로다
148:13 Let them give glory to the name of the Lord: for his name only is to be praised:
his kingdom is over the earth and the heaven.
148:13 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.
148:14 저가 그 백성의 뿔을 높이셨으니 저는 모든 성도 곧 저를 친근히 하는

the children of Israel, a people which is near to him. Let the Lord be praised.

149:7 이것으로 열방에 보수하며 민족들을 벌하며

149:8 저희 왕들은 사슬로, 저희 귀인은 철고랑으로 결박하고
149:8 To put their kings in chains, and their rulers in bands of iron;
149:8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
149:9 기록한 판단대로 저희에게 시행할지로다 이런 영광은 그 모든 성도에게
있도다 할렐루야
149:9 To give them the punishment which is in the holy writings: this honour is given
to all his saints. Praise be to the Lord.
