17:1 예수께서 제자들에게 이르시되 실족케 하는 것이 없을 수는 없으나 있게
하는 자에게는 화로다
17:1 And he said to his disciples, It is necessary for causes of trouble to come about,
but unhappy is he by whom they come.
17:1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences
will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!
17:2 저가 이 작은 자 중에 하나를 실족케 할진대 차라리 연자 맷돌을 그 목에
매이우고 바다에 던지우는 것이 나으리라
17:2 It would be well for him if a great stone was put round his neck and he was dropped
into the sea, before he made trouble for any of these little ones.
17:2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck,
and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
17:3 너희는 스스로 조심하라 만일 네 형제가 죄를 범하거든 경계하고 회개하거든
용서하라
17:3 Give attention to yourselves: if your brother does wrong, say a sharp word to him;
and if he has sorrow for his sin, let him have forgiveness.
17:3 Take heed to yourselves: If your brother trespass against you, rebuke
him; and if he repent, forgive him.
17:4 만일 하루 일곱 번이라도 네게 죄를 얻고 일곱 번 네게 돌아와 내가 회개하노라
하거든 너는 용서하라 하시더라
17:4 And if he does you wrong seven times in a day, and seven times comes to you and
says, I have regret for what I have done; let him have forgiveness.
17:4 And if he trespass against you seven times in a day, and seven times
in a day return to you, saying, I repent; you shall forgive him.
17:5 ○ 사도들이 주께 여짜오되 우리에게 믿음을 더하소서 하니
17:5 And the twelve said to the Lord, Make our faith greater.
17:5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
17:6 주께서 가라사대 너희에게 겨자씨 한 알만한 믿음이 있었더면 이 뽕나무더러
뿌리가 뽑혀 바다에 심기우라 하였을 것이요 그것이 너희에게 순종하였으리라
17:6 And the Lord said, If your faith was only as great as a grain of mustard seed, you
might say to this tree, Be rooted up and planted in the sea; and it would be done.
17:6 And the Lord said, If all of you had faith as a grain of mustard seed,
all of you might say unto this sycamine tree, Be you plucked up by the root,
and be you planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
17:7 너희 중에 뉘게 밭을 갈거나 양을 치거나 하는 종이 있어 밭에서 돌아오면
저더러 곧 와 앉아서 먹으라 할 자가 있느냐
17:7 But which of you, having a servant who is ploughing or keeping sheep, will say to
him, when he comes in from the field, Come now and be seated and have a meal,
17:7 But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say
unto him by and by, when he has come from the field, Go and sit down to food?
17:8 도리어 저더러 내 먹을 것을 예비하고 띠를 띠고 나의 먹고 마시는 동안에
수종들고 너는 그 후에 먹고 마시라 하지 않겠느냐
17:8 Will he not say, Get a meal for me, and make yourself ready and see to my needs
till I have had my food and drink; and after that you may have yours?
17:8 And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and
gird yourself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward you
shall eat and drink?
17:9 명한 대로 하였다고 종에게 사례하겠느냐
17:9 Does he give praise to the servant because he did what was ordered?
17:9 Does he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded
him? I I think not not.
17:10 이와 같이 너희도 명령 받은 것을 다 행한 후에 이르기를 우리는 무익한
종이라 우리의 하여야 할 일을 한 것 뿐이라 할지니라
17:10 In the same way, when you have done all the things which are given you to do, say,
There is no profit in us, for we have only done what we were ordered to do.
17:10 So likewise all of you, when all of you shall have done all those things
which are commanded you, say, We are useless servants: we have done that which
was our duty to do.
17:11 ○ 예수께서 예루살렘으로 가실 때에 사마리아와 갈릴리 사이로 지나가시다가
17:11 And it came about that when they were on the way to Jerusalem he went through Samaria
and Galilee.
17:11 And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through
the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
17:12 한 촌에 들어가시니 문둥병자 열 명이 예수를 만나 멀리 서서
17:12 And when he went into a certain small town he came across ten men who were lepers,
and they, keeping themselves at a distance,
17:12 And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that
were lepers, which stood far off:
17:13 소리를 높여 가로되 예수 선생님이여 우리를 긍휼히 여기소서 하거늘
17:13 Said, in loud voices, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
17:13 And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy
on us.
17:14 보시고 가라사대 가서 제사장들에게 너희 몸을 보이라 하셨더니 저희가
가다가 깨끗함을 받은지라
17:14 And when he saw them he said, Go, and let the priests see you. And, while they were
going, they were made clean.
17:14 And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go show yourselves unto the
priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.
17:15 그 중에 하나가 자기의 나은 것을 보고 큰 소리로 하나님께 영광을 돌리며
돌아와
17:15 And one of them, when he saw that he was clean, turning back, gave praise to God
in a loud voice;
17:15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with
a loud voice glorified God,
17:16 예수의 발 아래 엎드리어 사례하니 저는 사마리아인이라
17:16 And, falling down on his face at the feet of Jesus, he gave the credit to him; and
he was a man of Samaria.
17:16 And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was
a Samaritan.
17:17 예수께서 대답하여 가라사대 열 사람이 다 깨끗함을 받지 아니하였느냐
그 아홉은 어디 있느냐
17:17 And Jesus said, Were there not ten men who were made clean? where are the nine?
17:17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are
the nine?
17:18 이 이방인 외에는 하나님께 영광을 돌리러 돌아온 자가 없느냐 하시고
17:18 Have not any of them come back to give glory to God, but only this one from a strange
land?
17:18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.
17:19 그에게 이르시되 일어나 가라 네 믿음이 너를 구원하였느니라 하시더라
17:19 And he said to him, Get up, and go on your way; your faith has made you well.
17:19 And he said unto him, Arise, go your way: your faith has made you whole.
17:20 ○ 바리새인들이 하나님의 나라가 어느 때에 임하나이까 묻거늘 예수께서
대답하여 가라사대 하나님의 나라는 볼 수 있게 임하는 것이 아니요
17:20 And when the Pharisees put questions to him about when the kingdom of God would
come, he gave them an answer and said, The kingdom of God will not come through
observation:
17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God
should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God comes not with observation:
17:21 또 여기 있다 저기 있다고도 못하리니 하나님의 나라는 너희 안에 있느니라
17:21 And men will not say, See, it is here! or, There! for the kingdom of God is among
you.
17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom
of God is within you.
17:22 ○ 또 제자들에게 이르시되 때가 이르리니 너희가 인자의 날 하루를 보고자
하되 보지 못하리라
17:22 And he said to his disciples, The time will come when you will have a great desire
to see one of the days of the Son of man, but you will not see it.
17:22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when all of you
shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and all of you shall
not see it.
17:23 사람이 너희에게 말하되 보라 저기 있다 보라 여기 있다 하리라 그러나
너희는 가지도 말고 좇지도 말라
17:23 And if they say to you, See, it is there! or, It is here! do not go away, or go
after them.
17:23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them,
nor follow them.
17:24 번개가 하늘 아래 이편에서 번뜻하여 하늘 아래 저편까지 비췸 같이 인자도
자기 날에 그러하리라
17:24 For as in a thunderstorm the bright light is seen from one end of the sky to the
other, so will the Son of man be when his time comes.
17:24 For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven,
shines unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in
his day.
17:25 그러나 그가 먼저 많은 고난을 받으며 이 세대에게 버린 바 되어야 할지니라
17:25 But first, he will have to undergo much and be put on one side by this generation.
17:25 But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.
17:26 노아의 때에 된 것과 같이 인자의 때에도 그러하리라
17:26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the day of the Son of man.
17:26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of
the Son of man.
17:27 노아가 방주에 들어가던 날까지 사람들이 먹고 마시고 장가 들고 시집 가더니
홍수가 나서 저희를 다 멸하였으며
17:27 They were feasting and taking wives and getting married, till the day of the overflowing
of the waters, when Noah went into the ark, and they all came to destruction.
17:27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage,
until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed
them all.
17:28 또 롯의 때와 같으리니 사람들이 먹고 마시고 사고 팔고 심고 집을 짓더니
17:28 In the same way, in the days of Lot; they were feasting and trading, they were planting
and building;
17:28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank,
they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;
17:29 롯이 소돔에서 나가던 날에 하늘로서 불과 유황이 비오듯 하여 저희를 멸하였느니라
17:29 But on the day when Lot went out of Sodom, fire came down from heaven and destruction
came on them all.
17:29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone
from heaven, and destroyed them all.
17:30 인자의 나타나는 날에도 이러하리라
17:30 So will it be in the day of the revelation of the Son of man.
17:30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
17:31 그 날에 만일 사람이 지붕 위에 있고 그 세간이 집 안에 있으면 그것을
가지러 내려오지 말 것이요 밭에 있는 자도 이와 같이 뒤로 돌이키지 말 것이니라
17:31 On that day, if anyone is on the roof of the house, and his goods are in the house,
let him not go down to take them away; and let him who is in the field not go back
to his house.
17:31 In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in
the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field,
let him likewise not return back.
17:32 롯의 처를 생각하라
17:32 Keep in mind Lot's wife.
17:32 Remember Lot's wife.
17:33 무릇 자기 목숨을 보존하고자 하는 자는 잃을 것이요 잃는 자는 살리리라
17:33 If anyone makes an attempt to keep his life, it will be taken from him, but if anyone
gives up his life, he will keep it.
17:33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever
shall lose his life shall preserve it.
17:34 내가 너희에게 이르노니 그 밤에 두 남자가 한 자리에 누워 있으매 하나는
데려감을 당하고 하나는 버려둠을 당할 것이요
17:34 I say to you, In that night there will be two men sleeping in one bed, and one will
be taken away and the other let go.
17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one
shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
17:35 두 여자가 함께 매를 갈고 있으매 하나는 데려감을 당하고 하나는 버려둠을
당할 것이니라
17:35 Two women will be crushing grain together; one will be taken away and the other
let go.
17:35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the
other left.
17:36 {없음}

17:36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other
left.
17:37 저희가 대답하여 가로되 주여 어디오니이까 가라사대 주검 있는 곳에는 독수리가
모이느니라 하시니라
17:37 And they, answering him, said, Where, Lord? And he said to them, Where the body
is, there will the eagles come together.
17:37 And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto
them, Where ever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.
18:1 항상 기도하고 낙망치 말아야 될 것을 저희에게 비유로 하여
18:1 And he made a story for them, the point of which was that men were to go on making
prayer and not get tired;
18:1 And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always
to pray, and not to faint;
18:2 가라사대 어떤 도시에 하나님을 두려워 아니하고 사람을 무시하는 한 재판관이
있는데
18:2 Saying, There was a judge in a certain town, who had no fear of God or respect for
man:
18:2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded
man:
18:3 그 도시에 한 과부가 있어 자주 그에게 가서 내 원수에 대한 나의 원한을
풀어 주소서 하되
18:3 And there was a widow in that town, and she kept on coming to him and saying, Give
me my right against the man who has done me wrong.
18:3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge
me of mine adversary.
18:4 그가 얼마 동안 듣지 아니하다가 후에 속으로 생각하되 내가 하나님을 두려워
아니하고 사람을 무시하나
18:4 And for a time he would not: but later, he said to himself, Though I have no fear
of God or respect for man,
18:4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself,
Though I fear not God, nor regard man;
18:5 이 과부가 나를 번거롭게 하니 내가 그 원한을 풀어 주리라 그렇지 않으면
늘 와서 나를 괴롭게 하리라 하였느니라
18:5 Because this widow is a trouble to me, I will give her her right; for if not, I
will be completely tired out by her frequent coming.
18:5 Yet because this widow troubles me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual
coming she weary me.
18:6 주께서 또 가라사대 불의한 재판관의 말한 것을 들으라
18:6 And the Lord said, Give ear to the words of the evil judge.
18:6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge says.
18:7 하물며 하나님께서 그 밤낮 부르짖는 택하신 자들의 원한을 풀어 주지 아니하시겠느냐
저희에게 오래 참으시겠느냐
18:7 And will not God do right in the cause of his saints, whose cries come day and night
to his ears, though he is long in doing it?
18:7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto
him, though he bear long with them?
18:8 내가 너희에게 이르노니 속히 그 원한을 풀어 주시리라 그러나 인자가 올
때에 세상에서 믿음을 보겠느냐 하시니라
18:8 I say to you that he will quickly do right in their cause. But when the Son of man
comes, will there be any faith on earth?
18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the
Son of man comes, shall he find faith on the earth?
18:9 ○ 또 자기를 의롭다고 믿고 다른 사람을 멸시하는 자들에게 이 비유로 말씀하시되
18:9 And he made this story for some people who were certain that they were good, and
had a low opinion of others:
18:9 And he spoke this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that
they were righteous, and despised others:
18:10 두 사람이 기도하러 성전에 올라가니 하나는 바리새인이요 하나는 세리라
18:10 Two men went up to the Temple for prayer; one a Pharisee, and the other a tax-farmer.
18:10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the
other a publican.
18:11 바리새인은 서서 따로 기도하여 가로되 하나님이여 나는 다른 사람들 곧
토색, 불의, 간음을 하는 자들과 같지 아니하고 이 세리와도 같지 아니함을 감사하나이다
18:11 The Pharisee, taking up his position, said to himself these words: God, I give you
praise because I am not like other men, who take more than their right, who are
evil-doers, who are untrue to their wives, or even like this tax-farmer.
18:11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank you,
that I am not as other men are, extortionists, unjust, adulterers, or even as
this publican.
18:12 나는 이레에 두 번씩 금식하고 또 소득의 십일조를 드리나이다 하고
18:12 Twice in the week I go without food; I give a tenth of all I have.
18:12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.
18:13 세리는 멀리 서서 감히 눈을 들어 하늘을 우러러 보지도 못하고 다만 가슴을
치며 가로되 하나님이여 불쌍히 여기옵소서 나는 죄인이로소이다 하였느니라
18:13 The tax-farmer, on the other hand, keeping far away, and not lifting up even his
eyes to heaven, made signs of grief and said, God, have mercy on me, a sinner.
18:13 And the publican, standing far off, would not lift up so much as his
eyes unto heaven, but stroke upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me
a sinner.
18:14 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이 사람이 저보다 의롭다 하심을 받고 집에 내려갔느니라 무릇 자기를 높이는 자는 낮아지고 자기를 낮추는 자는 높아지리라 하시니라
18:14 I say to you, This man went back to his house with God's approval, and not the other:
for everyone who makes himself high will be made low and whoever makes himself low
will be made high.
18:14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the
other: for every one that exalts himself shall be brought low; and he that humbles
himself shall be exalted.
18:15 ○ 사람들이 예수의 만져 주심을 바라고 자기 어린 아기를 데리고 오매
제자들이 보고 꾸짖거늘
18:15 And they took their children to him, so that he might put his hands on them: but
when the disciples saw it, they said sharp words to them
18:15 And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but
when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them.
18:16 예수께서 그 어린 아이들을 불러 가까이 하시고 이르시되 어린 아이들이
내게 오는 것을 용납하고 금하지 말라 하나님의 나라가 이런 자의 것이니라
18:16 But Jesus sent for them, saying, Let the children come to me, and do not keep them
away, for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
18:16 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to
come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
18:17 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 누구든지 하나님의 나라를 어린 아이와
같이 받들지 않는 자는 결단코 들어가지 못하리라 하시니라
18:17 Truly I say to you, Whoever does not put himself under the kingdom of God like a
little child, will not come into it at all.
18:17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God
as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.
18:18 ○ 어떤 관원이 물어 가로되 선한 선생님이여 내가 무엇을 하여야 영생을
얻으리이까
18:18 And a certain ruler put a question to him, saying, Good Master, what have I to do
so that I may have eternal life?
18:18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do
to inherit eternal life?
18:19 예수께서 이르시되 네가 어찌하여 나를 선하다 일컫느냐 하나님 한 분 외에는
선한 이가 없느니라
18:19 And Jesus said to him, Why do you say that I am good? No one is good, but only God.
18:19 And Jesus said unto him, Why call you me good? none is good, save one,
that is, God.
18:20 네가 계명을 아나니 간음하지 말라, 살인하지 말라, 도적질하지 말라, 거짓증거하지
말라, 네 부모를 공경하라 하였느니라
18:20 You have knowledge of what the law says: Do not be untrue to your wife, Do not put
anyone to death, Do not take what is not yours, Do not give false witness, Give
honour to your father and mother.
18:20 You know the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do
not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour your father and your mother.
18:21 여짜오되 이것은 내가 어려서부터 다 지키었나이다
18:21 And he said, All these things I have done from the time when I was a boy.
18:21 And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up.
18:22 예수께서 이 말을 들으시고 이르시되 네가 오히려 한 가지 부족한 것이
있으니 네게 있는 것을 다 팔아 가난한 자들을 나눠 주라 그리하면 하늘에서 보화가
네게 있으리라 그리고 와서 나를 좇으라 하시니
18:22 And Jesus, hearing it, said to him, One thing you still have need of; get money
for your goods, and give it away to the poor, and you will have wealth in heaven;
and come after me.
18:22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lack you one
thing: sell all that you have, and distribute unto the poor, and you shall have
treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
18:23 그 사람이 큰 부자인 고로 이 말씀을 듣고 심히 근심하더라
18:23 But at these words he became very sad, for he had great wealth.
18:23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.
18:24 예수께서 저를 보시고 가라사대 재물이 있는 자는 하나님의 나라에 들어가기가
어떻게 어려운지
18:24 And Jesus, looking at him, said, How hard it is for those who have wealth to get
into the kingdom of God!
18:24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly
shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
18:25 약대가 바늘귀로 들어가는 것이 부자가 하나님의 나라에 들어가는 것보다
쉬우니라 하신대
18:25 It is simpler for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a man who
has much money to come into the kingdom of God.
18:25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for
a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
18:26 듣는 자들이 가로되 그런즉 누가 구원을 얻을 수 있나이까
18:26 And those who were present said, Then who may have salvation?
18:26 And they that heard it said, Who then can be saved?
18:27 가라사대 무릇 사람의 할 수 없는 것을 하나님은 하실 수 있느니라
18:27 But he said, Things which are not possible with man are possible with God.
18:27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible
with God.
18:28 베드로가 여짜오되 보옵소서 우리가 우리의 것을 다 버리고 주를 좇았나이다
18:28 And Peter said, See, we have given up what is ours to come after you.
18:28 Then Peter said, Lo, we have left all, and followed you.
18:29 이르시되 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 하나님의 나라를 위하여 집이나
아내나 형제나 부모나 자녀를 버린 자는
18:29 And he said to them, Truly I say to you, There is no man who has given up house
or wife or brothers or father or mother or children, because of the kingdom of God,
18:29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that
has left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom
of God's sake,
18:30 금세에 있어 여러 배를 받고 내세에 영생을 받지 못할 자가 없느니라 하시니라
18:30 Who will not get much more in this time, and in the world to come, eternal life.
18:30 Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the
world to come life everlasting.
18:31 ○ 예수께서 열 두 제자를 데리시고 이르시되 보라 우리가 예루살렘으로
올라가노니 선지자들로 기록된 모든 것이 인자에게 응하리라
18:31 And he took with him the twelve and said to them, Now we are going up to Jerusalem,
and all the things which were said by the prophets will be done to the Son of man.
18:31 Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go
up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning
the Son of man shall be accomplished.
18:32 인자가 이방인들에게 넘기워 희롱을 받고 능욕을 받고 침 뱉음을 받겠으며
18:32 For he will be given up to the Gentiles, and will be made sport of and put to shame:
18:32 For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and
spitefully pleaded, and spitted on:
18:33 저희는 채찍질하고 죽일 것이니 저는 삼 일 만에 살아나리라 하시되
18:33 And he will be given cruel blows and put to death, and on the third day he will
come back to life.
18:33 And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day
he shall rise again.
18:34 제자들이 이것을 하나도 깨닫지 못하였으니 그 말씀이 감취었으므로 저희가
그 이르신 바를 알지 못하였더라
18:34 But they did not take in the sense of any of these words, and what he said was not
clear to them, and their minds were not able to see it.
18:34 And they understood none of these things: and this saying (o. rhema)
was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken.
18:35 ○ 여리고에 가까이 오실 때에 한 소경이 길 가에 앉아 구걸하다가
18:35 And it came about that when he got near Jericho, a certain blind man was seated
by the side of the road, making requests for money from those who went by.
18:35 And it came to pass, that as he was come nigh unto Jericho, a certain
blind man sat by the way side begging:
18:36 무리의 지남을 듣고 이 무슨 일이냐고 물은대
18:36 And hearing the sound of a great number of people going by, he said, What is this?
18:36 And hearing the multitude pass by, he asked what it meant.
18:37 저희가 나사렛 예수께서 지나신다 하니
18:37 And they said to him, Jesus of Nazareth is going by.
18:37 And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth passes by.
18:38 소경이 외쳐 가로되 다윗의 자손 예수여 나를 불쌍히 여기소서 하거늘
18:38 And he said in a loud voice, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me.
18:38 And he cried, saying, Jesus, you son of David, have mercy on me.
18:39 앞서 가는 자들이 저를 꾸짖어 잠잠하라 하되 저가 더욱 심히 소리 질러
다윗의 자손이여 나를 불쌍히 여기소서 하는지라
18:39 And those who were in front made protests and said to him, Be quiet: but he said
all the more, O Son of David, have mercy on me.
18:39 And they which went before rebuked him, that he should hold his peace:
but he cried so much the more, You son of David, have mercy on me.
18:40 예수께서 머물러 서서 명하여 데려오라 하셨더니 저가 가까이 오매 물어
가라사대
18:40 And Jesus, stopping, gave orders that he was to come to him, and when he came near,
he said to him,
18:40 And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when
he was come near, he asked him,
18:41 네게 무엇을 하여 주기를 원하느냐 가로되 주여 보기를 원하나이다
18:41 What would you have me do for you? And he said, Lord, that I may be able to see
again.
18:41 Saying, What will you that I shall do unto you? And he said, Lord,
that I may receive my sight.
18:42 예수께서 저에게 이르시되 보아라 네 믿음이 너를 구하였느니라 하시매
18:42 And Jesus said, See again: your faith has made you well.
18:42 And Jesus said unto him, Receive your sight: your faith has saved you.
18:43 곧 보게 되어 하나님께 영광을 돌리며 예수를 좇으니 백성이 다 이를 보고
하나님을 찬양하니라
18:43 And straight away he was able to see, and he went after him, giving glory to God;
and all the people when they saw it gave praise to God.
18:43 And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying
God: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto God.
19:1 예수께서 여리고로 들어 지나가시더라
19:1 And he went into Jericho, and when he was going through it,
19:1 And Jesus entered and passed through Jericho.
19:2 삭개오라 이름하는 자가 있으니 세리장이요 또한 부자라
19:2 A man, named Zacchaeus, who was the chief tax-farmer, and a man of wealth,
19:2 And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among
the publicans, and he was rich.
19:3 저가 예수께서 어떠한 사람인가 하여 보고자 하되 키가 작고 사람이 많아
할 수 없어
19:3 Made an attempt to get a view of Jesus, and was not able to do so, because of the
people, for he was a small man.
19:3 And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press,
because he was little of stature.
19:4 앞으로 달려가 보기 위하여 뽕나무에 올라가니 이는 예수께서 그리로 지나가시게
됨이러라
19:4 And he went quickly in front of them and got up into a tree to see him, for he was
going that way.
19:4 And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for
he was to pass that way.
19:5 예수께서 그 곳에 이르사 우러러 보시고 이르시되 삭개오야 속히 내려오라
내가 오늘 네 집에 유하여야 하겠다 하시니
19:5 And when Jesus came to the place, looking up, he said to him, Zacchaeus, be quick
and come down, for I am coming to your house today.
19:5 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said
unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; in order to day I must abide
at your house.
19:6 급히 내려와 즐거워하며 영접하거늘
19:6 And he came down quickly, and took him into his house with joy.
19:6 And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.
19:7 뭇 사람이 보고 수군거려 가로되 저가 죄인의 집에 유하러 들어갔도다 하더라
19:7 And when they saw it, they were all angry, saying, He has gone into the house of
a sinner.
19:7 And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to
be guest with a man that is a sinner.
19:8 삭개오가 서서 주께 여짜오되 주여 보시옵소서 내 소유의 절반을 가난한
자들에게 주겠사오며 만일 뉘 것을 토색한 일이 있으면 사 배나 갚겠나이다
19:8 And Zacchaeus, waiting before him, said to the Lord, See, Lord, half of my goods
I give to the poor, and if I have taken anything from anyone wrongly, I give him
back four times as much.
19:8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half
of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by
false accusation, I restore him fourfold.
19:9 예수께서 이르시되 오늘 구원이 이 집에 이르렀으니 이 사람도 아브라함의
자손임이로다
19:9 And Jesus said to him, Today salvation has come to this house, for even he is a
son of Abraham.
19:9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forasmuch
as he also is a son of Abraham.
19:10 인자의 온 것은 잃어버린 자를 찾아 구원하려 함이니라
19:10 For the Son of man came to make search for those who are wandering from the way,
and to be their Saviour.
19:10 For the Son of man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.
19:11 ○ 저희가 이 말씀을 듣고 있을 때에 비유를 더하여 말씀하시니 이는 자기가
예루살렘에 가까이 오셨고 저희는 하나님의 나라가 당장에 나타날 줄로 생각함이러라
19:11 And while they were giving ear to these words, he made another story for them, because
he was near Jerusalem, and because they were of the opinion that the kingdom of
God was coming straight away.
19:11 And as they heard these things, he added and spoke a parable, because
he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should
immediately appear.
19:12 가라사대 어떤 귀인이 왕위를 받아가지고 오려고 먼 나라로 갈 때에
19:12 So he said, A certain man of high birth went into a far-away country to get a kingdom
for himself, and to come back.
19:12 He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive
for himself a kingdom, and to return.
19:13 그 종 열을 불러 은 열 므나를 주며 이르되 내가 돌아오기까지 장사하라
하니라
19:13 And he sent for ten of his servants and gave them ten pounds and said to them, Do
business with this till I come.
19:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and
said unto them, Occupy till I come.
19:14 그런데 그 백성이 저를 미워하여 사자를 뒤로 보내어 가로되 우리는 이
사람이 우리의 왕 됨을 원치 아니하노이다 하였더라
19:14 But his people had no love for him, and sent representatives after him, saying,
We will not have this man for our ruler.
19:14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We
will not have this man to reign over us.
19:15 귀인이 왕위를 받아가지고 돌아와서 은 준 종들의 각각 어떻게 장사한
것을 알고자 하여 저희를 부르니
19:15 And when he came back again, having got his kingdom, he gave orders for those servants
to whom he had given the money to come to him, so that he might have an account
of what business they had done.
19:15 And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the
kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he
had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.
19:16 그 첫째가 나아와 가로되 주여 주의 한 므나로 열 므나를 남겼나이다
19:16 And the first came before him, saying, Lord, your pound has made ten pounds.
19:16 Then came the first, saying, Lord, your pound has gained ten pounds.
19:17 주인이 이르되 잘하였다 착한 종이여 네가 지극히 작은 것에 충성하였으니
열 고을 권세를 차지하라 하고
19:17 And he said to him, You have done well, O good servant: because you have done well
in a small thing you will have authority over ten towns.
19:17 And he said unto him, Well, you good servant: because you have been
faithful in a very little, have you authority over ten cities.
19:18 그 둘째가 와서 가로되 주여 주의 한 므나로 다섯 므나를 만들었나이다
19:18 And another came, saying, Your pound has made five pounds.
19:18 And the second came, saying, Lord, your pound has gained five pounds.
19:19 주인이 그에게도 이르되 너도 다섯 고을을 차지하라 하고
19:19 And he said, You will be ruler over five towns.
19:19 And he said likewise to him, Be you also over five cities.
19:20 또 한 사람이 와서 가로되 주여 보소서 주의 한 므나가 여기 있나이다 내가
수건으로 싸 두었었나이다
19:20 And another came, saying, Lord, here is your pound, which I put away in a cloth;
19:20 And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is your pound, which I
have kept laid up in a cloth:
19:21 이는 당신이 엄한 사람인 것을 내가 무서워함이라 당신은 두지 않은 것을
취하고 심지 않은 것을 거두나이다
19:21 Because I was in fear of you, for you are a hard man: you take up what you have
not put down, and get in grain where you have not put seed.
19:21 For I feared you, because you are an austere man: you take up that
you layed not down, and reap that you did not sow.
19:22 주인이 이르되 악한 종아 내가 네 말로 너를 판단하노니 너는 내가 두지
않은 것을 취하고 심지 않은 것을 거두는 엄한 사람인 줄을 알았느냐
19:22 He said to him, By the words of your mouth you will be judged, you bad servant.
You had knowledge that I am a hard man, taking up what I have not put down and getting
in grain where I have not put seed;
19:22 And he says unto him, Out of yours own mouth will I judge you, you
wicked servant. You knew that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not
down, and reaping that I did not sow:
19:23 그러면 어찌하여 내 은을 은행에 두지 아니하였느냐 그리하였으면 내가
와서 그 변리까지 찾았으리라 하고
19:23 Why then did you not put my money in a bank, so that when I came I would get it
back with interest?
19:23 Wherefore then gave not you my money into the bank, that at my coming
I might have required mine own with interest?
19:24 곁에 섰는 자들에게 이르되 그 한 므나를 빼앗아 열 므나 있는 자에게 주라
하니
19:24 And he said to the others who were near, Take the pound away from him, and give
it to the man who has ten.
19:24 And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give
it to him that has ten pounds.
19:25 저희가 가로되 주여 저에게 이미 열 므나가 있나이다
19:25 And they say to him, Lord, he has ten pounds.
19:25 (And they said unto him, Lord, he has ten pounds.)
19:26 주인이 가로되 내가 너희에게 말하노니 무릇 있는 자는 받겠고 없는 자는
그 있는 것도 빼앗기리라
19:26 And I say to you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but from him who
has not, even what he has will be taken away.
19:26 For I say unto you, That unto every one which has shall be given; and
from him that has not, even that he has shall be taken away from him.
19:27 그리고 나의 왕 됨을 원치 아니하던 저 원수들을 이리로 끌어다가 내 앞에서
죽이라 하였느니라
19:27 And as for those who were against me, who would not have me for their ruler, let
them come here, and be put to death before me.
19:27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them,
bring here, and slay them before me.
19:28 ○ 예수께서 이 말씀을 하시고 예루살렘을 향하여 앞서서 가시더라
19:28 And when he had said this, he went on in front of them, going up to Jerusalem.
19:28 And when he had thus spoken, he went before, ascending up to Jerusalem.
19:29 감람원이라는 산의 벳바게와 베다니에 가까이 왔을 때에 제자 중 둘을 보내시며
19:29 And it came about that when he got near Beth-phage and Bethany by the mountain which
is named the Mountain of Olives, he sent two of the disciples,
19:29 And it came to pass, when he was come nigh to Bethphage and Bethany,
at the mount called the mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples,
19:30 이르시되 너희 맞은편 마을로 가라 그리로 들어가면 아직 아무 사람도 타
보지 않은 나귀 새끼의 매여 있는 것을 보리니 풀어 끌고 오너라
19:30 Saying, Go into the little town in front of you, and on going in you will see a
young ass fixed with a cord, on which no man has ever been seated; let him loose
and take him.
19:30 Saying, Go all of you into the village opposite to you; in the which
at your entering all of you shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat:
loose him, and bring him here.
19:31 만일 누가 너희에게 어찌하여 푸느냐 묻거든 이렇게 말하되 주가 쓰시겠다
하라 하시매
19:31 And if anyone says to you, Why are you taking him? say, The Lord has need of him.
19:31 And if any man ask you, Why do all of you loose him? thus shall all
of you say unto him, Because the Lord has need of him.
19:32 보내심을 받은 자들이 가서 그 말씀하신 대로 만난지라
19:32 And those whom he sent went away, and it was as he said.
19:32 And they that were sent went their way, and found even as he had said
unto them.
19:33 나귀 새끼를 풀 때에 그 임자들이 이르되 어찌하여 나귀 새끼를 푸느냐
19:33 And when they were getting the young ass, the owners of it said to them, Why are
you taking the young ass?
19:33 And as they were loosing the colt, the owners thereof said unto them,
Why loose all of you the colt?
19:34 대답하되 주께서 쓰시겠다 하고
19:34 And they said, The Lord has need of him.
19:34 And they said, The Lord has need of him.
19:35 그것을 예수께로 끌고 와서 자기들의 겉옷을 나귀 새끼 위에 걸쳐 놓고 예수를
태우니
19:35 And they took him to Jesus, and they put their clothing on the ass, and Jesus got
on to him.
19:35 And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the
colt, and they set Jesus thereon.
19:36 가실 때에 저희가 자기의 겉옷을 길에 펴더라
19:36 And while he went on his way they put their clothing down on the road in front of
him.
19:36 And as he went, they spread their clothes in the way.
19:37 이미 감람 산에서 내려가는 편까지 가까이 오시매 제자의 온 무리가 자기의
본 바 모든 능한 일을 인하여 기뻐하며 큰 소리로 하나님을 찬양하여
19:37 And when he came near the foot of the Mountain of Olives, all the disciples with
loud voices gave praise to God with joy, because of all the great works which they
had seen;
19:37 And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of
Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God
with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;
19:38 가로되 찬송하리로다 주의 이름으로 오시는 왕이여 하늘에는 평화요 가장
높은 곳에는 영광이로다 하니
19:38 Saying, A blessing on the King who comes in the name of the Lord; peace in heaven
and glory in the highest.
19:38 Saying, Blessed be the King that comes in the name of the Lord: peace
in heaven, and glory in the highest.
19:39 무리 중 어떤 바리새인들이 말하되 선생이여 당신의 제자들을 책망하소서
하거늘
19:39 And some of the Pharisees among the people said to him, Master, make your disciples
be quiet.
19:39 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master,
rebuke your disciples.
19:40 대답하여 가라사대 내가 너희에게 말하노니 만일 이 사람들이 잠잠하면
돌들이 소리 지르리라 하시니라
19:40 And he said in answer, I say to you, if these men keep quiet, the very stones will
be crying out.
19:40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should
hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
19:41 ○ 가까이 오사 성을 보시고 우시며
19:41 And when he got near and saw the town, he was overcome with weeping for it,
19:41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,
19:42 가라사대 너도 오늘날 평화에 관한 일을 알았더면 좋을 뻔하였거니와 지금
네 눈에 숨기웠도다
19:42 Saying, If you, even you, had knowledge today, of the things which give peace! but
you are not able to see them.
19:42 Saying, If you had known, even you, at least in this your day, the
things which belong unto your peace! but now they are hid from yours eyes.
19:43 날이 이를지라 네 원수들이 토성을 쌓고 너를 둘러 사면으로 가두고
19:43 For the time will come when your attackers will put a wall round you, and come all
round you and keep you in on every side,
19:43 For the days shall come upon you, that yours enemies shall cast a trench
about you, and compass you round, and keep you in on every side,
19:44 또 너와 및 그 가운데 있는 네 자식들을 땅에 메어치며 돌 하나도 돌 위에
남기지 아니하리니 이는 권고 받는 날을 네가 알지 못함을 인함이니라 하시니라
19:44 And will make you level with the earth, and your children with you; and there will
not be one stone resting on another in you, because you did not see that it was
your day of mercy.
19:44 And shall lay you even with the ground, and your children within you;
and they shall not leave in you one stone upon another; because you knew not
the time of your visitation.
19:45 ○ 성전에 들어가사 장사하는 자들을 내어 쫓으시며
19:45 And he went into the Temple and put out those who were trading there,
19:45 And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein,
and them that bought;
19:46 저희에게 이르시되 기록된 바 내 집은 기도하는 집이 되리라 하였거늘 너희는
강도의 굴혈을 만들었도다 하시니라
19:46 Saying to them, It has been said, My house is to be a house of prayer, but you have
made it a hole of thieves.
19:46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but
all of you have made it a den of thieves.
19:47 ○ 예수께서 날마다 성전에서 가르치시니 대제사장들과 서기관들과 백성의
두목들이 그를 죽이려고 꾀하되
19:47 And every day he was teaching in the Temple. But the chief priests and the scribes
and the rulers of the people were attempting to put him to death;
19:47 And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes
and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,
19:48 백성이 다 그에게 귀를 기울여 들으므로 어찌할 방침을 찾지 못하였더라
19:48 But they were not able to do anything, because the people all kept near him, being
greatly interested in his words.
19:48 And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very
attentive to hear him.
20:1 하루는 예수께서 성전에서 백성을 가르치시며 복음을 전하실새 대제사장들과
서기관들이 장로들과 함께 가까이 와서
20:1 And it came about on one of those days, when he was teaching the people in the Temple
and preaching the good news,
20:1 And it came to pass, that on one of those days, as he taught the people
in the temple, and preached the gospel, the chief priests and the scribes came
upon him with the elders,
20:2 말하여 가로되 당신이 무슨 권세로 이런 일을 하는지 이 권세를 준 이가
누구인지 우리에게 말하라
20:2 That the chief priests and the scribes and the rulers of the people came to him
and said, Make clear to us by what authority you do these things and who gave you
this authority.
20:2 And spoke unto him, saying, Tell us, by what authority do you these
things? or who is he that gave you this authority?
20:3 대답하여 가라사대 나도 한 말을 너희에게 물으리니 내게 말하라
20:3 And in answer he said to them, I will put a question to you, and do you give me
an answer:
20:3 And he answered and said unto them, I will also ask you one thing; (o.
logos) and answer me:
20:4 요한의 세례가 하늘로서냐 사람에게로서냐
20:4 The baptism of John, was it from heaven or of men?
20:4 The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men?
20:5 저희가 서로 의논하여 가로되 만일 하늘로서라 하면 어찌하여 저를 믿지
아니하였느냐 할 것이요
20:5 And they said among themselves, If we say, From heaven; he will say, Why did you
not have faith in him?
20:5 And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven;
he will say, Why then believed all of you him not?
20:6 만일 사람에게로서라 하면 백성이 요한을 선지자로 인정하니 저희가 다 우리를
돌로 칠 것이라 하고
20:6 But if we say, Of men; we will be stoned by the people, for they are certain that
John was a prophet.
20:6 But and if we say, Of men; all the people will stone us: for they be
persuaded that John was a prophet.
20:7 대답하되 어디로서인지 알지 못하노라 하니
20:7 And they made answer that they had no idea where it came from.
20:7 And they answered, that they could not tell whence it was.
20:8 예수께서 이르시되 나도 무슨 권세로 이런 일을 하는지 너희에게 이르지
아니하리라 하시니라
20:8 And Jesus said, And I will not make clear to you by what authority I do these things.
20:8 And Jesus said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do
these things.
20:9 ○ 이 비유로 백성에게 말씀하시되 한 사람이 포도원을 만들어 농부들에게
세로 주고 타국에 가서 오래 있다가
20:9 And he gave the people this story: A man made a vine-garden and gave the use of
it to some field-workers and went into another country for a long time.
20:9 Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted
a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for
a long time.
20:10 때가 이르매 포도원 소출 얼마를 바치게 하려고 한 종을 농부들에게 보내니
농부들이 종을 심히 때리고 거저 보내었거늘
20:10 And at the right time he sent a servant to the workers to get part of the fruit
from the vines; but the workmen gave him blows and sent him away with nothing.
20:10 And at the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should
give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent
him away empty.
20:11 다시 다른 종을 보내니 그도 심히 때리고 능욕하고 거저 보내었거늘
20:11 And he sent another servant, and they gave blows to him in the same way, and put
shame on him, and sent him away with nothing.
20:11 And again he sent another servant: and they beat him also, and pleaded
him shamefully, and sent him away empty.
20:12 다시 세 번째 종을 보내니 이도 상하게 하고 내어 쫓은지라
20:12 And he sent a third, and they gave him wounds and put him out.
20:12 And again he sent a third: and they wounded him also, and cast him
out.
20:13 포도원 주인이 가로되 어찌할꼬 내 사랑하는 아들을 보내리니 저희가 혹
그는 공경하리라 하였더니
20:13 And the lord of the garden said, What am I to do? I will send my dearly loved son;
they may give respect to him.
20:13 Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my
beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they see him.
20:14 농부들이 그를 보고 서로 의논하여 가로되 이는 상속자니 죽이고 그 유업을
우리의 것으로 만들자 하고
20:14 But when the workmen saw him, they said to one another, This is he who will one
day be the owner of the property: let us put him to death and the heritage will
be ours.
20:14 But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying,
This is the heir: come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.
20:15 포도원 밖에 내어 쫓아 죽였느니라 그런즉 포도원 주인이 이 사람들을 어떻게
하겠느뇨
20:15 And driving him out of the garden they put him to death. Now what will the lord
do to these workmen?
20:15 So they cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore
shall the lord of the vineyard do unto them?
20:16 와서 그 농부들을 진멸하고 포도원을 다른 사람들에게 주리라 하시니 사람들이
듣고 가로되 그렇게 되지 말아지이다 하거늘
20:16 He will come and put them to destruction and give the garden to others. And when
he said this, they said, May it not be so.
20:16 He shall come and destroy these husbandmen, and shall give the vineyard
to others. And when they heard it, they said, God forbid.
20:17 저희를 보시며 가라사대 그러면 기록된 바 건축자들의 버린 돌이
모퉁이의 머릿돌이 되었느니라 함이 어찜이뇨
20:17 But he, looking on them, said, Is it not in the Writings, The stone which the builders
put on one side, the same has become the chief stone of the building?
20:17 And he beheld them, and said, What is this then that is written, The
stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner?
20:18 무릇 이 돌 위에 떨어지는 자는 깨어지겠고 이 돌이 사람 위에 떨어지면
저를 가루로 만들어 흩으리라 하시니라
20:18 Everyone falling on that stone will be broken, but the man on whom the stone comes
down will be crushed to dust.
20:18 Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever
it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
20:19 ○ 서기관들과 대제사장들이 예수의 이 비유는 자기들을 가리켜 말씀하심인
줄
알고 즉시 잡고자 하되 백성을 두려워하더라
20:19 And the chief priests and the scribes made attempts to get their hands on him in
that very hour; and they were in fear of the people, for they saw that he had made
up this story against them.
20:19 And the chief priests and the scribes the same hour sought to lay hands
on him; and they feared the people: for they perceived that he had spoken this
parable against them.
20:20 이에 저희가 엿보다가 예수를 총독의 치리와 권세 아래 붙이려 하여 정탐들을
보내어 그들로 스스로 의인인 체하며 예수의 말을 책잡게 하니
20:20 And they kept watch on him, and sent out secret representatives, who were acting
the part of good men, in order that they might get something from his words, on
account of which they might give him up to the government and into the power of
the ruler.
20:20 And they watched him, and sent forth spies, which should feign themselves
just men, that they might take hold of his words, (o. logos) that so they might
deliver him unto the power and authority of the governor.
20:21 그들이 물어 가로되 선생님이여 우리가 아노니 당신은 바로 말씀하시고
가르치시며 사람을 외모로 취치 아니하시고 오직 참으로써 하나님의 도를 가르치시나이다
20:21 And they put a question to him, saying, Master, we are certain that your teaching
and your words are right, and that you have no respect for a man's position, but
you are teaching the true way of God:
20:21 And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that you says and teach
rightly, neither accept you the person of any, but teach the way of God truly:
20:22 우리가 가이사에게 세를 바치는 것이 가하니이까 불가하니이까 하니
20:22 Is it right for us to make payment of taxes to Caesar or not?
20:22 Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Caesar, or no?
20:23 예수께서 그 간계를 아시고 가라사대
20:23 But he saw through their trick and said to them,
20:23 But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them, Why tempt all
of you me?
20:24 데나리온 하나를 내게 보이라 뉘 화상과 글이 여기 있느냐 대답하되 가이사의
것이니이다
20:24 Let me see a penny. Whose image and name are on it? And they said, Caesar's.
20:24 Show me a penny. Whose image and superscription has it? They answered
and said, Caesar's.
20:25 가라사대 그런즉 가이사의 것은 가이사에게 하나님의 것은 하나님께 바치라
하시니
20:25 And he said, Then give to Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and to God the things
which are God's.
20:25 And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which
be Caesar's, and unto God the things which be God's.
20:26 저희가 백성 앞에서 그의 말을 능히 책잡지 못하고 그의 대답을 기이히
여겨 잠잠하니라
20:26 And they were not able to get anything from these words before the people: but they
were full of wonder at his answer, and said nothing.
20:26 And they could not take hold of his words (o. rhema) before the people:
and they marvelled at his answer, and held their peace.
20:27 ○ 부활이 없다 주장하는 사두개인 중 어떤 이들이 와서
20:27 And some of the Sadducees came to him, who say that there is no coming back from
the dead; and they said to him,
20:27 Then came to him certain of the Sadducees, which deny that there is
any resurrection; and they asked him,
20:28 물어 가로되 선생님이여 모세가 우리에게 써 주기를 사람의 형이 만일 아내를
두고 자식이 없이 죽거든 그 동생이 그 아내를 취하여 형을 위하여 후사를 세울지니라
하였나이다
20:28 Master, Moses said that if a man's brother comes to his end, having a wife, but
no children, his brother is to take the wife, and get a family for his brother.
20:28 Saying, Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man's brother die, having
a wife, and he die without children, that his brother should take his wife,
and raise up seed unto his brother.
20:29 그런데 칠 형제가 있었는데 맏이 아내를 취하였다가 자식이 없이 죽고
20:29 Now there were seven brothers, and the first had a wife and came to his end, having
no children;
20:29 There were therefore seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and
died without children.
20:30 그 둘째와 세째가 저를 취하고
20:30 And the second;
20:30 And the second took her to wife, and he died childless.
20:31 일곱이 다 그와 같이 자식이 없이 죽고
20:31 And the third took her; and in the same way, all the seven, without having any children,
came to their end.
20:31 And the third took her; and in like manner the seven also: and they
left no children, and died.
20:32 그 후에 여자도 죽었나이다
20:32 And last of all, the woman came to her end.
20:32 Last of all the woman died also.
20:33 일곱이 다 저를 아내로 취하였으니 부활 때에 그 중에 뉘 아내가 되리이까
20:33 When they come back from the dead, whose wife will she be? for all the seven had
her.
20:33 Therefore in the resurrection whose wife of them is she? for seven
had her to wife.
20:34 예수께서 이르시되 이 세상의 자녀들은 장가도 가고 시집도 가되
20:34 And Jesus said to them, The sons of this world are married and have wives;
20:34 And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry,
and are given in marriage:
20:35 저 세상과 및 죽은 자 가운데서 부활함을 얻기에 합당히 여김을 입은 자들은
장가 가고 시집 가는 일이 없으며
20:35 But those to whom is given the reward of the world to come, and to come back from
the dead, have no wives, and are not married;
20:35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and
the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:
20:36 저희는 다시 죽을 수도 없나니 이는 천사와 동등이요 부활의 자녀로서 하나님의
자녀임이니라
20:36 And death has no more power over them, for they are equal to the angels, and are
sons of God, being of those who will come back from the dead.
20:36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels;
and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
20:37 죽은 자의 살아난다는 것은 모세도 가시나무 떨기에 관한 글에 보였으되
주를 아브라함의 하나님이요 이삭의 하나님이요 야곱의 하나님이시라 칭하였나니
20:37 But even Moses made it clear that the dead come back to life, saying, in the story
of the burning thorn-tree, The Lord, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the
God of Jacob.
20:37 Now that the dead are raised, even Moses showed at the bush, when he
calls the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.
20:38 하나님은 죽은 자의 하나님이 아니요 산 자의 하나님이시라 하나님에게는
모든 사람이 살았느니라 하시니
20:38 Now he is not the God of the dead but of the living: for all men are living to him.
20:38 For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto
him.
20:39 서기관 중 어떤 이들이 말하되 선생이여 말씀이 옳으니이다 하니
20:39 And some of the scribes, in answer to this, said, Master, you have said well.
20:39 Then certain of the scribes answering said, Master, you have well said.
20:40 저희는 아무 것도 감히 더 물을 수 없음이더라
20:40 And they had fear of putting any more questions to him.
20:40 And after that they durst not ask him any question at all.
20:41 ○ 예수께서 저희에게 이르시되 사람들이 어찌하여 그리스도를 다윗의 자손이라
하느냐
20:41 And he said to them, Why do they say that the Christ is the son of David?
20:41 And he said unto them, How say they that Christ is David's son?
20:42 시편에 다윗이 친히 말하였으되 주께서 내 주께 이르시되
20:42 For David himself says in the book of Psalms, The Lord said to my Lord, Take your
seat at my right hand,
20:42 And David himself says in the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my
Lord, Sit you on my right hand,
20:43 내가 네 원수를 네 발의 발등상으로 둘 때까지 내 우편에 앉았으라
하셨도다 하였느니라
20:43 Till I put under your feet all those who are against you.
20:43 Till I make yours enemies your footstool.
20:44 그런즉 다윗이 그리스도를 주라 칭하였으니 어찌 그의 자손이 되겠느뇨
하시니라
20:44 David then gives him the name of Lord, so how is it possible for him to be his son?
20:44 David therefore calls him Lord, how is he then his son?
20:45 ○ 모든 백성이 들을 때에 예수께서 그 제자들에게 이르시되
20:45 And in the hearing of all the people he said to his disciples,
20:45 Then in the audience of all the people he said unto his disciples,
20:46 긴 옷을 입고 다니는 것을 원하며 시장에서 문안 받는 것과 회당의 상좌와
잔치의 상석을 좋아하는 서기관들을 삼가라
20:46 Keep away from the scribes, whose pleasure it is to go about in long robes, and
to have words of respect said to them in the market-places, and to take the chief
seats in the Synagogues and the first places at feasts;
20:46 Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love
greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief
rooms at feasts;
20:47 저희는 과부의 가산을 삼키며 외식으로 길게 기도하니 그 받는 판결이 더욱
중하리라 하시니라
20:47 Who take the property of widows and before the eyes of men make long prayers; they
will get a greater punishment.
20:47 Which devour widows' houses, and for a show make long prayers: the
same shall receive greater damnation.
21:1 예수께서 눈을 들어 부자들이 연보궤에 헌금 넣는 것을 보시고
21:1 And looking up, he saw the men of wealth putting their offerings in the money-box.
21:1 And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the
treasury.
21:2 또 어떤 가난한 과부의 두 렙돈 넣는 것을 보시고
21:2 And he saw a certain poor widow putting in a farthing.
21:2 And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.
21:3 가라사대 내가 참으로 너희에게 말하노니 이 가난한 과부가 모든 사람보다
많이 넣었도다
21:3 And he said, Truly I say to you, This poor widow has given more than all of them:
21:3 And he said, Truthfully I say unto you, that this poor widow has cast
in more than they all:
21:4 저들은 그 풍족한 중에서 헌금을 넣었거니와 이 과부는 그 구차한 중에서
자기의 있는 바 생활비 전부를 넣었느니라 하시니라
21:4 For they gave out of their wealth, having more than enough for themselves: but she,
even out of her need, has put in all her living.
21:4 For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of
God: but she of her destitution has cast in all the living that she had.
21:5 ○ 어떤 사람들이 성전을 가리켜 그 미석과 헌물로 꾸민 것을 말하매 예수께서
가라사대
21:5 And some were talking about the Temple, how it was made fair with beautiful stones
and with offerings, but he said,
21:5 And as some spoke of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones
and gifts, he said,
21:6 너희 보는 이것들이 날이 이르면 돌 하나도 돌 위에 남지 않고 다 무너뜨리우리라
21:6 As for these things which you see, the days will come when not one stone will be
resting on another, but all will be broken down.
21:6 As for these things which all of you behold, the days will come, in
the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be
thrown down.
21:7 저희가 물어 가로되 선생님이여 그러면 어느 때에 이런 일이 있겠사오며
이런 일이 이루려 할 때에 무슨 징조가 있사오리이까
21:7 And they said to him, Master, when will these things be? and what sign will there
be when these events are to take place?
21:7 And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be?
and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?
21:8 가라사대 미혹을 받지 않도록 주의하라 많은 사람이 내 이름으로 와서 이르되
내가 그로라 하며 때가 가까왔다 하겠으나 저희를 좇지 말라
21:8 And he said, Take care that you are not tricked: for a number of people will come
in my name, saying, I am he; and, The time is near: do not go after them.
21:8 And he said, Take heed that all of you be not deceived: for many shall
come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draws near: go all of you
not therefore after them.
21:9 난리와 소란의 소문을 들을 때에 두려워 말라 이 일이 먼저 있어야 하되
끝은 곧 되지 아니하니라
21:9 And when news of wars and troubled times comes to your ears, have no fear; for these
things have to be, but the end will not be now.
21:9 But when all of you shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified:
for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.
21:10 ○ 또 이르시되 민족이 민족을 나라가 나라를 대적하여 일어나겠고
21:10 Then he said to them, Nation will be moved against nation and kingdom against kingdom:
21:10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom
against kingdom:
21:11 처처에 큰 지진과 기근과 온역이 있겠고 또 무서운 일과 하늘로서 큰 징조들이
있으리라
21:11 There will be great earth-shocks and outbursts of disease in a number of places,
and men will be without food; and there will be wonders and great signs from heaven.
21:11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences;
and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
21:12 이 모든 일 전에 내 이름을 인하여 너희에게 손을 대어 핍박하며 회당과
옥에 넘겨 주며 임금들과 관장들 앞에 끌어 가려니와
21:12 But before all this, they will take you and be very cruel to you, giving you up
to the Synagogues and to prisons, taking you before kings and rulers, because of
my name.
21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute
you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before
kings and rulers for my name's sake.
21:13 이 일이 도리어 너희에게 증거가 되리라
21:13 And it will be turned to a witness for you.
21:13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
21:14 그러므로 너희는 변명할 것을 미리 연구치 않기로 결심하라
21:14 So take care not to be troubled before the time comes, about what answers you will
give:
21:14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what all
of you shall answer:
21:15 내가 너희의 모든 대적이 능히 대항하거나 변박할 수 없는 구재와 지혜를
너희에게 주리라
21:15 For I will give you words and wisdom, so that not one of those who are against you
will be able to get the better of you, or to put you in the wrong.
21:15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries
shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
21:16 심지어 부모와 형제와 친척과 벗이 너희를 넘겨 주어 너희 중에 몇을 죽이게
하겠고
21:16 But you will be given up even by your fathers and mothers, your brothers and relations
and friends; and some of you will be put to death.
21:16 And all of you shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and
kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.
21:17 또 너희가 내 이름을 인하여 모든 사람에게 미움을 받을 것이나
21:17 And you will be hated by all men, because of me.
21:17 And all of you shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.
21:18 너희 머리털 하나도 상치 아니하리라
21:18 But not a hair of your head will come to destruction.
21:18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish.
21:19 너희의 인내로 너희 영혼을 얻으리라
21:19 By going through all these things, you will keep your lives.
21:19 In your patience possess all of you your souls.
21:20 ○ 너희가 예루살렘이 군대들에게 에워싸이는 것을 보거든 그 멸망이 가까운
줄을 알라
21:20 But when you see armies all round about Jerusalem, then be certain that her destruction
is near.
21:20 And when all of you shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then
know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
21:21 그때에 유대에 있는 자들은 산으로 도망할지며 성내에 있는 자들은 나갈지며
촌에 있는 자들은 그리로 들어가지 말지어다
21:21 Then let those who are in Judaea go in flight to the mountains; and those who are
in the middle of the town go out; and let not those who are in the country come
in.
21:21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them
which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries
enter therein.
21:22 이 날들은 기록된 모든 것을 이루는 형벌의 날이니라
21:22 For these are the days of punishment, in which all the things in the Writings will
be put into effect.
21:22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written
may be fulfilled.
21:23 그 날에는 아이 밴 자들과 젖먹이는 자들에게 화가 있으리니 이는 땅에
큰 환난과 이 백성에게 진노가 있겠음이로다
21:23 It will be hard for women who are with child, and for her with a baby at the breast,
in those days. For great trouble will come on the land, and wrath on this people.
21:23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck,
in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon
this people.
21:24 저희가 칼날에 죽임을 당하며 모든 이방에 사로잡혀 가겠고 예루살렘은
이방인의 때가 차기까지 이방인들에게 밟히리라
21:24 And they will be put to death with the sword, and will be taken as prisoners into
all the nations; and Jerusalem will be crushed under the feet of the Gentiles, till
the times of the Gentiles are complete.
21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away
captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles,
until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
21:25 일월 성신에는 징조가 있겠고 땅에서는 민족들이 바다와 파도의 우는 소리를
인하여 혼란한 중에 곤고하리라
21:25 And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars; and on the earth, fear among
the nations and doubt because of the loud noise of the sea and the waves;
21:25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars;
and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves
roaring;
21:26 사람들이 세상에 임할 일을 생각하고 무서워하므로 기절하리니 이는 하늘의
권능들이 흔들리겠음이라
21:26 Men's strength will go from them in fear and in waiting for the things which are
coming on the earth; for the powers of the heavens will be moved.
21:26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things
which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
21:27 그때에 사람들이 인자가 구름을 타고 능력과 큰 영광으로 오는 것을 보리라
21:27 And then they will see the Son of man coming in a cloud, with power and great glory.
21:27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power
and great glory.
21:28 이런 일이 되기를 시작하거든 일어나 머리를 들라 너희 구속이 가까왔느니라
하시더라
21:28 But when these things come about, let your heads be lifted up, because your salvation
is near.
21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift
up your heads; for your redemption draws nigh.
21:29 ○ 이에 비유로 이르시되 무화과나무와 모든 나무를 보라
21:29 And he made a story for them: See the fig-tree, and all the trees;
21:29 And he spoke to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;
21:30 싹이 나면 너희가 보고 여름이 가까운 줄을 자연히 아나니
21:30 When they put out their young leaves, you take note of it, and it is clear to you
that summer is coming.
21:30 When they now shoot forth, all of you see and know of your own selves
that summer is now nigh at hand.
21:31 이와 같이 너희가 이런 일이 나는 것을 보거든 하나님의 나라가 가까운
줄을 알라
21:31 In the same way, when you see these things taking place you may be certain that
the kingdom of God is near.
21:31 So likewise all of you, when all of you see these things come to pass,
know all of you that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.
21:32 내가 진실로 너희에게 말하노니 이 세대가 지나가기 전에 모든 일이 다
이루리라
21:32 Truly I say to you, This generation will not come to an end till all things are
complete.
21:32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all
be fulfilled.
21:33 천지는 없어지겠으나 내 말은 없어지지 아니하리라
21:33 Heaven and earth will come to an end, but my words will not come to an end.
21:33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words (o. logos) shall not
pass away.
21:34 ○ 너희는 스스로 조심하라 그렇지 않으면 방탕함과 술취함과 생활의 염려로
마음이 둔하여지고 뜻밖에 그 날이 덫과 같이 너희에게 임하리라
21:34 But give attention to yourselves, for fear that your hearts become over-full of
the pleasures of food and wine, and the cares of this life, and that day may come
on you suddenly, and take you as in a net:
21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged
with worldly excess, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day
come upon you unexpectedly.
21:35 이 날은 온 지구상에 거하는 모든 사람에게 임하리라
21:35 For so it will come on all those who are living on the face of all the earth.
21:35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of
the whole earth.
21:36 이러므로 너희는 장차 올 이 모든 일을 능히 피하고 인자 앞에 서도록 항상
기도하며 깨어 있으라 하시니라
21:36 But keep watch at all times with prayer, that you may be strong enough to come through
all these things and take your place before the Son of man.
21:36 Watch all of you therefore, and pray always, that all of you may be
accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to
stand before the Son of man.
21:37 ○ 예수께서 낮이면 성전에서 가르치시고 밤이면 나가 감람원이라 하는
산에서 쉬시니
21:37 And every day he was teaching in the Temple and every night he went out to the mountain
which is named the Mountain of Olives to take his rest.
21:37 And in the day time he was teaching in the temple; and at night he
went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Olives.
21:38 모든 백성이 그 말씀을 들으려고 이른 아침에 성전에 나아가더라
21:38 And all the people came early in the morning to give ear to his words in the Temple.
21:38 And all the people came early in the morning to him in the temple,
in order to hear him.
22:1 유월절이라 하는 무교절이 가까우매
22:1 Now the feast of unleavened bread was near, which is called the Passover.
22:1 Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover.
22:2 대제사장들과 서기관들이 예수를 무슨 방책으로 죽일꼬 연구하니 이는 저희가
백성을 두려워함이더라
22:2 And the chief priests and the scribes were looking for a chance to put him to death,
but they went in fear of the people.
22:2 And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for
they feared the people.
22:3 ○ 열 둘 중에 하나인 가룟인이라 부르는 유다에게 사단이 들어가니
22:3 And Satan came into Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve.
22:3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number
of the twelve.
22:4 이에 유다가 대제사장들과 군관들에게 가서 예수를 넘겨 줄 방책을 의논하매
22:4 And he went away and had a discussion with the chief priests and the rulers, about
how he might give him up to them.
22:4 And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains,
how he might betray him unto them.
22:5 저희가 기뻐하여 돈을 주기로 언약하는지라
22:5 And they were glad, and undertook to give him money.
22:5 And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
22:6 유다가 허락하고 예수를 무리가 없을 때에 넘겨 줄 기회를 찾더라
22:6 And he made an agreement with them to give him up to them, if he got a chance, when
the people were not present.
22:6 And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the
absence of the multitude.
22:7 ○ 유월절 양을 잡을 무교절이 이른지라
22:7 And the day of unleavened bread came, when the Passover lamb is put to death.
22:7 Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.
22:8 예수께서 베드로와 요한을 보내시며 가라사대 가서 우리를 위하여 유월절을
예비하여 우리로 먹게 하라
22:8 And Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, Go and make the Passover ready for us, so
that we may take it.
22:8 And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover,
that we may eat.
22:9 여짜오되 어디서 예비하기를 원하시나이까
22:9 And they said to him, Where are we to get it ready?
22:9 And they said unto him, Where will you that we prepare?
22:10 이르시되 보라 너희가 성내로 들어가면 물 한 동이를 가지고 가는 사람을
만나리니 그의 들어가는 집으로 따라 들어가서
22:10 And he said to them, When you go into the town you will see a man coming to you
with a vessel of water; go after him into the house into which he goes.
22:10 And he said unto them, Behold, when all of you are entered into the
city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into
the house where he enters in.
22:11 그 집 주인에게 이르되 선생님이 네게 하는 말씀이 내가 내 제자들과 함께
유월절을 먹을 객실이 어디 있느뇨 하시더라 하라
22:11 And say to the master of the house, The Master says, Where is the guest-room, where
I may take the Passover with my disciples?
22:11 And all of you shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master
says unto you, Where is the guest room, where I shall eat the passover with
my disciples?
22:12 그리하면 저가 자리를 베푼 큰 다락방을 보이리니 거기서 예비하라 하신대
22:12 And he will take you up to a great room with a table and seats: there make ready.
22:12 And he shall show you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.
22:13 저희가 나가 그 하시던 말씀대로 만나 유월절을 예비하니라
22:13 And they went, and it was as he had said: and they made the Passover ready.
22:13 And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready
the passover.
22:14 ○ 때가 이르매 예수께서 사도들과 함께 앉으사
22:14 And when the time had come, he took his seat, and the Apostles with him.
22:14 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with
him.
22:15 이르시되 내가 고난을 받기 전에 너희와 함께 이 유월절 먹기를 원하고
원하였노라
22:15 And he said, I have had a great desire to keep this Passover with you before I come
to my death;
22:15 And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover
with you before I suffer:
22:16 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이 유월절이 하나님의 나라에서 이루기까지 다시
먹지 아니하리라 하시고
22:16 For I say to you, I will not take it till it is made complete in the kingdom of
God.
22:16 For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled
in the kingdom of God.
22:17 이에 잔을 받으사 사례하시고 가라사대 이것을 갖다가 너희끼리 나누라
22:17 And he took a cup and, having given praise, he said, Make division of this among
yourselves;
22:17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide
it among yourselves:
22:18 내가 너희에게 이르노니 내가 이제부터 하나님의 나라가 임할 때까지 포도나무에서
난 것을 다시 마시지 아니하리라 하시고
22:18 For I say to you, I will not take of the fruit of the vine till the kingdom of God
has come.
22:18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until
the kingdom of God shall come.
22:19 또 떡을 가져 사례하시고 떼어 저희에게 주시며 가라사대 이것은 너희를
위하여 주는 내 몸이라 너희가 이를 행하여 나를 기념하라 하시고
22:19 And he took bread and, having given praise, he gave it to them when it had been
broken, saying, This is my body, which is given for you: do this in memory of me.
22:19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them,
saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
22:20 저녁 먹은 후에 잔도 이와 같이 하여 가라사대 이 잔은 내 피로 세우는
새 언약이니 곧 너희를 위하여 붓는 것이라
22:20 And in the same way, after the meal, he took the cup, saying, This cup is the new
testament, made with my blood which is given for you.
22:20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament
in my blood, which is shed for you.
22:21 그러나 보라 나를 파는 자의 손이 나와 함께 상 위에 있도다
22:21 But the hand of him who is false to me is with me at the table.
22:21 But, behold, the hand of him that betrays me is with me on the table.
22:22 인자는 이미 작정된 대로 가거니와 그를 파는 그 사람에게는 화가 있으리로다
하시니
22:22 For it will be done to the Son of man after the purpose of God, but unhappy is that
man by whom he is given up.
22:22 And truly the Son of man goes, as it was determined: but woe unto that
man by whom he is betrayed!
22:23 저희가 서로 묻되 우리 중에서 이 일을 행할 자가 누구일까 하더라
22:23 And they were wondering among themselves which of them it was who would do this
thing.
22:23 And they began to enquire among themselves, which of them it was that
should do this thing.
22:24 ○ 또 저희 사이에 그 중 누가 크냐 하는 다툼이 난지라
22:24 And there was an argument among them about which of them was the greatest.
22:24 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted
the greatest.
22:25 예수께서 이르시되 이방인의 임금들은 저희를 주관하며 그 집권자들은 은인이라
칭함을 받으나
22:25 And he said, The kings of the Gentiles are lords over them, and those who have authority
are given names of honour.
22:25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship
over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
22:26 너희는 그렇지 않을지니 너희 중에 큰 자는 젊은 자와 같고 두목은 섬기는
자와 같을지니라
22:26 But let it not be so with you; but he who is greater, let him become like the younger;
and he who is chief, like a servant.
22:26 But all of you shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you,
let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that does serve.
22:27 앉아서 먹는 자가 크냐 섬기는 자가 크냐 앉아 먹는 자가 아니냐 그러나
나는 섬기는 자로 너희 중에 있노라
22:27 For which is greater, the guest who is seated at a meal or the servant who is waiting
on him? is it not the guest? but I am among you as a servant.
22:27 For whether is greater, he that sits at food, or he that serves? is
not he that sits at food? but I am among you as he that serves.
22:28 너희는 나의 모든 시험 중에 항상 나와 함께 한 자들인즉
22:28 But you are those who have kept with me through my troubles;
22:28 All of you are they which have continued with me in my temptations.
22:29 내 아버지께서 나라를 내게 맡기신 것 같이 나도 너희에게 맡겨
22:29 And I will give you a kingdom as my Father has given one to me,
22:29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father has appointed unto me;
22:30 너희로 내 나라에 있어 내 상에서 먹고 마시며 또는 보좌에 앉아 이스라엘
열 두 지파를 다스리게 하려 하노라
22:30 So that you may take food and drink at my table in my kingdom, and be seated like
kings, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
22:30 That all of you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit
on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
22:31 시몬아, 시몬아 보라 사단이 밀 까부르듯 하려고 너희를 청구하였으나
22:31 Simon, Simon, Satan has made a request to have you, so that he may put you to the
test as grain is tested:
22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has desired to have
you, that he may sift you as wheat:
22:32 그러나 내가 너를 위하여 네 믿음이 떨어지지 않기를 기도하였노니 너는
돌이킨 후에 네 형제를 굳게 하라
22:32 But I have made prayer for you, that your faith may not go from you: and when you
are turned again, make your brothers strong.
22:32 But I have prayed for you, that your faith fail not: and when you are
converted, strengthen your brethren.
22:33 저가 말하되 주여 내가 주와 함께 옥에도, 죽는 데도 가기를 준비하였나이다
22:33 And he said to him, Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.
22:33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with you, both into prison,
and to death.
22:34 가라사대 베드로야 내가 네게 말하노니 오늘 닭 울기 전에 네가 세 번 나를
모른다고 부인하리라 하시니라
22:34 And he said, I say to you, Peter, before the cock's second cry today, you will say
three times that you have no knowledge of me.
22:34 And he said, I tell you, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before
that you shall three times deny that you know me.
22:35 ○ 저희에게 이르시되 내가 너희를 전대와 주머니와 신도 없이 보내었을
때에 부족한 것이 있더냐 가로되 없었나이다
22:35 And he said to them, When I sent you out without money or bag or shoes, were you
in need of anything? And they said, Nothing.
22:35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and pouch, and
shoes, lacked all of you any thing? And they said, Nothing.
22:36 이르시되 이제는 전대 있는 자는 가질 것이요 주머니도 그리하고 검 없는
자는 겉옷을 팔아 살지어다
22:36 And he said to them, But now, he who has a money-bag, or a bag for food, let him
take it: and he who has not, let him give his coat for money and get a sword.
22:36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that has a purse, let him take
it, and likewise his pouch: and he that has no sword, let him sell his garment,
and buy one.
22:37 내가 너희에게 말하노니 기록된 바 저는 불법자의 동류로 여김을 받았다
한 말이 내게 이루어져야 하리니 내게 관한 일이 이루어 감이니라
22:37 For I say to you that these words will be put into effect in me, And he was numbered
among the evil-doers: for what has been said in the Writings about me has an end.
22:37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished
in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning
me have an end.
22:38 저희가 여짜오되 주여 보소서 여기 검 둘이 있나이다 대답하시되 족하다
하시니라
22:38 And they said, Lord, here are two swords. And he said, It is enough.
22:38 And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto
them, It is enough.
22:39 ○ 예수께서 나가사 습관을 좇아 감람 산에 가시매 제자들도 좇았더니
22:39 And he came out, and went, as his way was, to the Mountain of Olives, and the disciples
went with him.
22:39 And he came out, and went, as he was known, to the mount of Olives;
and his disciples also followed him.
22:40 그 곳에 이르러 저희에게 이르시되 시험에 들지 않기를 기도하라 하시고
22:40 And when he came to the place, he said to them, Make a prayer that you may not be
put to the test.
22:40 And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that all of you
enter not into temptation.
22:41 저희를 떠나 돌 던질 만큼 가서 무릎을 꿇고 기도하여
22:41 And he went a little distance away from them and, falling on his knees in prayer,
he said,
22:41 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down,
and prayed,
22:42 가라사대 아버지여 만일 아버지의 뜻이어든 이 잔을 내게서 옮기시옵소서
그러나 내 원대로 마옵시고 아버지의 원대로 되기를 원하나이다 하시니
22:42 Father, if it is your pleasure, take this cup from me: but still, let your pleasure,
not mine, be done.
22:42 Saying, Father, if you be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless
not my will, but yours, be done.
22:43 사자가 하늘로부터 예수께 나타나 힘을 돕더라
22:43 And an angel from heaven came to him, to give him strength.
22:43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.
22:44 예수께서 힘쓰고 애써 더욱 간절히 기도하시니 땀이 땅에 떨어지는 피방울 같이 되더라
22:44 And being in great trouble of soul, the force of his prayer became stronger, and
great drops, like blood, came from him, falling to the earth.
22:44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as
it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.
22:45 기도 후에 일어나 제자들에게 가서 슬픔을 인하여 잠든 것을 보시고
22:45 And, getting up from prayer, he came to the disciples, and saw that they were sleeping
for sorrow.
22:45 And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he
found them sleeping for sorrow,
22:46 이르시되 어찌하여 자느냐 시험에 들지 않게 일어나 기도하라 하시니라
22:46 And he said, Why are you sleeping? Get up, and give yourselves to prayer, so that
you may not be put to the test.
22:46 And said unto them, Why sleep all of you? rise and pray, lest all of
you enter into temptation.
22:47 ○ 말씀하실 때에 한 무리가 오는데 열 둘 중에 하나인 유다라 하는 자가
그들의 앞에 서서 와서
22:47 And while he was saying these words, there came a band of people, and Judas, one
of the twelve, was in front of them, and he came near to Jesus to give him a kiss.
22:47 And while he yet spoke, behold a multitude, and he that was called
Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss
him.
22:48 예수께 입을 맞추려고 가까이 하는지라 예수께서 이르시되 유다야 네가
입맞춤으로 인자를 파느냐 하시니
22:48 But Jesus said to him, Judas, will you be false to the Son of man with a kiss?
22:48 But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betray you the Son of man with a kiss?
22:49 좌우가 그 될 일을 보고 여짜오되 주여 우리가 검으로 치리이까 하고
22:49 And when those who were with him saw what was coming, they said, Lord, may we not
make use of our swords?
22:49 When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto
him, Lord, shall we strike with the sword?
22:50 그 중에 한 사람이 대제사장의 종을 쳐 그 오른편 귀를 떨어뜨린지라
22:50 And one of them gave a blow to the servant of the high priest, cutting off his right
ear.
22:50 And one of them stroke the servant of the high priest, and cut off
his right ear.
22:51 예수께서 일러 가라사대 이것까지 참으라 하시고 그 귀를 만져 낫게 하시더라
22:51 But Jesus, answering, said, Put up with this, at least. And touching his ear, he
made it well.
22:51 And Jesus answered and said, Suffer all of you thus far. And he touched
his ear, and healed him.
22:52 예수께서 그 잡으러 온 대제사장들과 성전의 군관들과 장로들에게 이르시되
너희가 강도를 잡는 것 같이 검과 몽치를 가지고 나왔느냐
22:52 And Jesus said to the chief priests and the captains of the Temple and the rulers,
who had come against him, Have you come out as against a thief, with swords and
sticks?
22:52 Then Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple,
and the elders, which were come to him, Be all of you come out, as against a
thief, with swords and staves?
22:53 내가 날마다 너희와 함께 성전에 있을 때에 내게 손을 대지 아니하였도다
그러나 이제는 너희 때요 어두움의 권세로다 하시더라
22:53 When I was in the Temple with you every day, your hands were not stretched out against
me: but this is your hour, and the authority of the dark power.
22:53 When I was daily with you in the temple, all of you stretched forth
no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.
22:54 ○ 예수를 잡아 끌고 대제사장의 집으로 들어갈새 베드로가 멀찍이 따라가니라
22:54 And they made him a prisoner and took him away to the house of the high priest.
But Peter went after them at a distance.
22:54 Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest's
house. And Peter followed far off.
22:55 사람들이 뜰 가운데 불을 피우고 함께 앉았는지라 베드로도 그 가운데 앉았더니
22:55 And a fire was lighted in the middle of the open square, and they were seated together,
and Peter was among them.
22:55 And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were
set down together, Peter sat down among them.
22:56 한 비자가 베드로의 불빛을 향하여 앉은 것을 보고 주목하여 가로되 이
사람도 그와 함께 있었느니라 하니
22:56 And a certain woman-servant, seeing him in the light of the fire, and looking at
him with attention, said, This man was with him.
22:56 But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly
looked upon him, and said, This man was also with him.
22:57 베드로가 부인하여 가로되 이 여자여 내가 저를 알지 못하노라 하더라
22:57 But he said, Woman, it is not true; I have no knowledge of him.
22:57 And he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not.
22:58 조금 후에 다른 사람이 보고 가로되 너도 그 당이라 하거늘 베드로가 가로되
이 사람아 나는 아니로라 하더라
22:58 And after a little time, another saw him and said, You are one of them; and he said,
Man, I am not.
22:58 And after a little while another saw him, and said, You are also of
them. And Peter said, Man, I am not.
22:59 한 시쯤 있다가 또 한 사람이 장담하여 가로되 이는 갈릴리 사람이니 참으로
그와 함께 있었느니라
22:59 And after about an hour, another man said, with decision, Certainly this man was
with him, for he is a Galilaean.
22:59 And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed,
saying, Truthfully this fellow also was with him: for he is a Galilaean.
22:60 베드로가 가로되 이 사람아 나는 너 하는 말을 알지 못하노라고 방금 말할
때에 닭이 곧 울더라
22:60 And Peter said, Man, I have no knowledge of these things of which you are talking.
And straight away, while he was saying these words, there came the cry of a cock.
22:60 And Peter said, Man, I know not what you says. And immediately, while
he yet spoke, the cock crew.
22:61 주께서 돌이켜 베드로를 보시니 베드로가 주의 말씀 곧 오늘 닭 울기 전에
네가 세 번 나를 부인하리라 하심이 생각나서
22:61 And the Lord, turning, gave Peter a look. And the words of the Lord came to Peter's
mind, how he had said, This night, before the hour of the cock's cry, you will be
false to me three times.
22:61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the
word (o. logos) of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow,
you shall deny me three times.
22:62 밖에 나가서 심히 통곡하니라
22:62 And he went out, weeping bitterly.
22:62 And Peter went out, and wept bitterly.
22:63 ○ 지키는 사람들이 예수를 희롱하고 때리며
22:63 And the men in whose hands Jesus was, made sport of him and gave him blows.
22:63 And the men that held Jesus mocked him, and stroke him.
22:64 그의 눈을 가리우고 물어 가로되 선지자 노릇 하라 너를 친 자가 누구냐
하고
22:64 And, covering his eyes, they said to him, Are you prophet enough to say who gave
you that blow?
22:64 And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and
asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that stroke you?
22:65 이 외에도 많은 말로 욕하더라
22:65 And they said a number of other evil things against him.
22:65 And many other things blasphemously spoke they against him.
22:66 ○ 날이 새매 백성의 장로들 곧 대제사장들과 서기관들이 모이어 예수를
그 공회로 끌어들여
22:66 And when it was day, the rulers of the people came together, with the chief priests
and the scribes, and they took him before their Sanhedrin, saying,
22:66 And as soon as it was day, the elders of the people and the chief priests
and the scribes came together, and led him into their council, saying,
22:67 가로되 네가 그리스도여든 우리에게 말하라 대답하시되 내가 말할지라도
너희가 믿지 아니할 것이요
22:67 If you are the Christ, say so. But he said, If I say so you will not have belief;
22:67 Are you the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you,
all of you will not believe:
22:68 내가 물어도 너희가 대답지 아니할 것이니라
22:68 And if I put a question to you, you will not give an answer.
22:68 And if I also ask you, all of you will not answer me, nor let me go.
22:69 그러나 이제 후로는 인자가 하나님의 권능의 우편에 앉아 있으리라 하시니
22:69 But in the future the Son of man will be seated at the right hand of the power of
God.
22:69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of
God.
22:70 다 가로되 그러면 네가 하나님의 아들이냐 대답하시되 너희 말과 같이 내가
그니라
22:70 And they all said, Are you then the Son of God? and he said, You say that I am.
22:70 Then said they all, Are you then the Son of God? And he said unto them,
All of you say that I am.
22:71 저희가 가로되 어찌 더 증거를 요구하리요 우리가 친히 그 입에서 들었노라
하더라
22:71 And they said, What more need have we of witness? we have the very words of his
mouth.
22:71 And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have
heard of his own mouth.
23:1 무리가 다 일어나 예수를 빌라도에게 끌고 가서
23:1 And they all went and took him before Pilate.
23:1 And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate.
23:2 고소하여 가로되 우리가 이 사람을 보매 우리 백성을 미혹하고 가이사에게
세 바치는 것을 금하며 자칭 왕 그리스도라 하더이다 하니
23:2 And they made statements against him, saying, This man has to our knowledge been
teaching our nation to do wrong, and not to make payment of taxes to Caesar, even
saying that he himself is Christ, a king.
23:2 And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting
the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself
is Christ a King.
23:3 빌라도가 예수께 물어 가로되 네가 유대인의 왕이냐 대답하여 가라사대 네
말이 옳도다
23:3 And Pilate said to him, Are you the King of the Jews? And he said in answer, You
say so.
23:3 And Pilate asked him, saying, Are you the King of the Jews? And he answered
him and said, You says it.
23:4 빌라도가 대제사장들과 무리에게 이르되 내가 보니 이 사람에게 죄가 없도다
하니
23:4 And Pilate said to the chief priests and the people, In my opinion this man has
done no wrong.
23:4 Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault
in this man.
23:5 무리가 더욱 굳세게 말하되 저가 온 유대에서 가르치고 갈릴리에서부터 시작하여
여기까지 와서 백성을 소동케 하나이다
23:5 But they became more violent than before, saying, He has made trouble among the
people, teaching through all Judaea from Galilee to this place.
23:5 And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirs up the people, teaching
throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place.
23:6 빌라도가 듣고 묻되 저가 갈릴리 사람이냐 하여
23:6 But at these words Pilate said, Is the man a Galilaean?
23:6 When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilaean.
23:7 헤롯의 관할에 속한 줄을 알고 헤롯에게 보내니 때에 헤롯이 예루살렘에
있더라
23:7 And when he saw that he was under the authority of Herod, he sent him to Herod,
who was in Jerusalem himself at that time.
23:7 And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod's jurisdiction, he
sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time.
23:8 ○ 헤롯이 예수를 보고 심히 기뻐하니 이는 그의 소문을 들었으므로 보고자
한 지 오래였고 또한 무엇이나 이적 행하심을 볼까 바랐던 연고러라
23:8 Now when Herod saw Jesus he was very glad, having for a long time had a desire to
see him, for he had had accounts of him, and was hoping to see some wonders done
by him.
23:8 And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous
to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he
hoped to have seen some miracle done by him.
23:9 여러 말로 물으나 아무 말도 대답지 아니하시니
23:9 And he put a great number of questions to him, but he said nothing.
23:9 Then he questioned with him in many words; (o. logos) but he answered
him nothing.
23:10 대제사장들과 서기관들이 서서 힘써 고소하더라
23:10 And the chief priests and the scribes were there, making statements against him
violently.
23:10 And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused him.
23:11 헤롯이 그 군병들과 함께 예수를 업신여기며 희롱하고 빛난 옷을 입혀 빌라도에게
도로 보내니
23:11 And Herod, with the men of his army, put shame on him and made sport of him, and
dressing him in shining robes, he sent him back to Pilate.
23:11 And Herod with his men of war set him at nothing, and mocked him, and
arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate.
23:12 헤롯과 빌라도가 전에는 원수이었으나 당일에 서로 친구가 되니라
23:12 And that day Herod and Pilate became friends with one another, for before they had
been against one another.
23:12 And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before
they were at enmity between themselves.
23:13 ○ 빌라도가 대제사장들과 관원들과 백성을 불러 모으고
23:13 And Pilate sent for the chief priests and the rulers and the people, and said to
them,
23:13 And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers
and the people,
23:14 이르되 너희가 이 사람을 백성을 미혹하는 자라 하여 내게 끌어 왔도다
보라 내가 너희 앞에서 사실하였으되 너희의 고소하는 일에 대하여 이 사람에게서
죄를 찾지 못하였고
23:14 You say that this man has been teaching the people evil things: now I, after going
into the question before you, see nothing wrong in this man in connection with the
things which you have said against him:
23:14 Said unto them, All of you have brought this man unto me, as one that
perverts the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found
no fault in this man concerning those things whereof all of you accuse him:
23:15 헤롯이 또한 그렇게 하여 저를 우리에게 도로 보내었도다 보라 저의 행한
것은 죽일 일이 없느니라
23:15 And Herod is of the same opinion, for he has sent him back to us; for, you see,
he has done nothing for which I might put him to death.
23:15 No, nor yet Herod: for I sent you to him; and, lo, nothing worthy of
death is done unto him.
23:16 그러므로 때려서 놓겠노라
23:16 And so I will give him punishment and let him go.
23:16 I will therefore chastise him, and release him.

23:17 (For of necessity he must release one unto them at the feast.)
23:18 무리가 일제히 소리 질러 가로되 이 사람을 없이하고 바라바를 우리에게
놓아 주소서 하니
23:18 But with loud voices they said all together, Put this man to death, and make Barabbas
free.
23:18 And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this man, and release
unto us Barabbas:
23:19 이 바라바는 성중에서 일어난 민란과 살인을 인하여 옥에 갇힌 자러라
23:19 Now this man was in prison because of an attack against the government in the town,
in which there had been loss of life.
23:19 (Who for a certain sedition made in the city, and for murder, was cast
into prison.)
23:20 빌라도는 예수를 놓고자 하여 다시 저희에게 말하되
23:20 And Pilate again said to them that it was his desire to let Jesus go free.
23:20 Pilate therefore, willing to release Jesus, spoke again to them.
23:21 저희는 소리 질러 가로되 저를 십자가에 못 박게 하소서 십자가에 못 박게
하소서 하는지라
23:21 But crying out they said, To the cross with him!
23:21 But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him.
23:22 빌라도가 세 번째 말하되 이 사람이 무슨 악한 일을 하였느냐 나는 그 죽일
죄를 찾지 못하였나니 때려서 놓으리라 한 대
23:22 And he said to them a third time, Why, what evil has he done? I see no reason for
putting him to death: I will give him punishment and let him go.
23:22 And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil has he done? I
have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let
him go.
23:23 저희가 큰 소리로 재촉하여 십자가에 못 박기를 구하니 저희의 소리가 이긴지라
23:23 But they went on crying out loudly, Let him be put to death on the cross. And they
had their way.
23:23 And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be
crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.
23:24 이에 빌라도가 저희의 구하는 대로 하기를 언도하고
23:24 And Pilate gave his decision for their desire to be put into effect.
23:24 And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required.
23:25 저희의 구하는 자 곧 민란과 살인을 인하여 옥에 갇힌 자를 놓고 예수를
넘겨 주어 저희 뜻대로 하게 하니라
23:25 And in answer to their request, he let that man go free who had been in prison for
acting against the government and causing death, and Jesus he gave up to their pleasure.
23:25 And he released unto them him that for sedition and murder was cast
into prison, whom they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their will.
23:26 ○ 저희가 예수를 끌고 갈 때에 시몬이라는 구레네 사람이 시골로서 오는
것을 잡아 그에게 십자가를 지워 예수를 좇게 하더라
23:26 And while they were taking him away, they put their hands on Simon of Cyrene, who
was coming from the country, and made him take the cross after Jesus.
23:26 And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian,
coming out of the country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear
it after Jesus.
23:27 또 백성과 및 그를 위하여 가슴을 치며 슬피 우는 여자의 큰 무리가 따라오는지라
23:27 And a great band of people went after him, and of women making signs of grief and
weeping for him.
23:27 And there followed him a great company of people, and of women, which
also bewailed and lamented him.
23:28 예수께서 돌이켜 그들을 향하여 가라사대 예루살렘의 딸들아 나를 위하여
울지 말고 너희와 너희 자녀를 위하여 울라
23:28 But Jesus, turning to them, said, Daughters of Jerusalem, let not your weeping be
for me, but for yourselves and for your children.
23:28 But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not
for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.
23:29 보라 날이 이르면 사람이 말하기를 수태 못하는 이와 해산하지 못한 배와
먹이지 못한 젖이 복이 있다 하리라
23:29 For the days are coming in which they will say, Happy are those who have had no
children, whose bodies have never given birth, whose breasts have never given milk.
23:29 For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed
are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the breast which never gave
suck.
23:30 그때에 사람이 산들을 대하여 우리 위에 무너지라 하며 작은 산들을 대하여
우리를 덮으라 하리라
23:30 And they will say to the mountains, Come down on us, and to the hills, Be a cover
over us.
23:30 Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the
hills, Cover us.
23:31 푸른 나무에도 이같이 하거든 마른 나무에는 어떻게 되리요 하시니라
23:31 For if they do these things when the tree is green, what will they do when it is
dry?
23:31 For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in
the dry?
23:32 또 다른 두 행악자도 사형을 받게 되어 예수와 함께 끌려 가니라
23:32 And two others, evil-doers, were taken with him to be put to death.
23:32 And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put
to death.
23:33 해골이라 하는 곳에 이르러 거기서 예수를 십자가에 못 박고 두 행악자도
그렇게 하니 하나는 우편에 하나는 좌편에 있더라
23:33 And when they came to the place which is named Golgotha, they put him on the cross,
and the evil-doers, one on the right side, and the other on the left.
23:33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there
they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other
on the left.
23:34 이에 예수께서 가라사대 아버지여 저희를 사하여 주옵소서 자기의 하는
것을 알지 못함이니이다 하시더라 저희가 그의 옷을 나눠 제비 뽑을새
23:34 And Jesus said, Father, let them have forgiveness, for they have no knowledge of
what they are doing. And they made division of his clothing among them by the decision
of chance.
23:34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they
do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
23:35 백성은 서서 구경하며 관원들도 비웃어 가로되 저가 남을 구원하였으니
만일 하나님의 택하신 자 그리스도여든 자기도 구원할지어다 하고
23:35 And the people were looking on. And the rulers made sport of him, saying, He was
a saviour of others; let him do something for himself, if he is the Christ, the
man of God's selection.
23:35 And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided
him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen
of God.
23:36 군병들도 희롱하면서 나아와 신 포도주를 주며
23:36 And the men of the army made sport of him, coming to him and giving him bitter wine,
23:36 And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar,
23:37 가로되 네가 만일 유대인의 왕이어든 네가 너를 구원하라 하더라
23:37 And saying, If you are the King of the Jews, get yourself free.
23:37 And saying, If you be the king of the Jews, save yourself.
23:38 그의 위에 이는 유대인의 왕이라 쓴 패가 있더라
23:38 And these words were put in writing over him, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
23:38 And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek,
and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
23:39 ○ 달린 행악자 중 하나는 비방하여 가로되 네가 그리스도가 아니냐 너와
우리를 구원하라 하되
23:39 And one of the evil-doers on the cross, with bitter feeling, said to him, Are you
not the Christ? Get yourself and us out of this.
23:39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying,
If you be Christ, save yourself and us.
23:40 하나는 그 사람을 꾸짖어 가로되 네가 동일한 정죄를 받고서도 하나님을
두려워 아니하느냐
23:40 But the other, protesting, said, Have you no fear of God? for you have a part in
the same punishment,
23:40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Do not you fear God, seeing
you are in the same condemnation?
23:41 우리는 우리의 행한 일에 상당한 보응을 받는 것이니 이에 당연하거니와
이 사람의 행한 것은 옳지 않은 것이 없느니라 하고
23:41 And with reason; for we have the right reward of our acts, but this man has done
nothing wrong.
23:41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but
this man has done nothing amiss.
23:42 가로되 예수여 당신의 나라에 임하실 때에 나를 생각하소서 하니
23:42 And he said, Jesus, keep me in mind when you come in your kingdom.
23:42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom.
23:43 예수께서 이르시되 내가 진실로 네게 이르노니 오늘 네가 나와 함께 낙원에
있으리라 하시니라
23:43 And he said to him, Truly I say to you, Today you will be with me in Paradise.
23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto you, To day shall you be
with me in paradise.
23:44 ○ 때가 제 육 시쯤 되어 해가 빛을 잃고 온 땅에 어두움이 임하여 제 구 시까지
계속하며
23:44 And it was now about the sixth hour; and all the land was dark till the ninth hour;
23:44 And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all
the earth until the ninth hour.
23:45 성소의 휘장이 한가운데가 찢어지더라
23:45 The light of the sun went out, and the curtain in the Temple was parted in two.
23:45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the
midst.
23:46 예수께서 큰 소리로 불러 가라사대 아버지여 내 영혼을 아버지 손에 부탁하나이다
하고 이 말씀을 하신 후 운명하시다
23:46 And Jesus gave a loud cry and said, Father, into your hands I give my spirit: and
when he had said this, he gave up his spirit.
23:46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into your
hands I commend my spirit: (o. pneuma) and having said thus, he gave up the spirit.
23:47 백부장이 그 된 일을 보고 하나님께 영광을 돌려 가로되 이 사람은 정녕
의인이었도다 하고
23:47 And when the captain saw what was done, he gave praise to God, saying, Without doubt
this was an upright man.
23:47 Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying,
Certainly this was a righteous man.
23:48 이를 구경하러 모인 무리도 그 된 일을 보고 다 가슴을 두드리며 돌아가고
23:48 And all the people who had come together to see it, when they saw the things which
were done, went back again making signs of grief.
23:48 And all the people that came together to that sight, beholding the
things which were done, stroke their breasts, and returned.
23:49 예수의 아는 자들과 및 갈릴리로부터 따라온 여자들도 다 멀리 서서 이
일을 보니라
23:49 And all his friends and the women who came with him from Galilee, were waiting at
a distance, watching these things.
23:49 And all his acquaintance, and the women that followed him from Galilee,
stood far off, beholding these things.
23:50 ○ 공회의원으로 선하고 의로운 요셉이라 하는 사람이 있으니
23:50 Now there was a man named Joseph, a man of authority and a good and upright man
23:50 And, behold, there was a man named Joseph, a counsellor; and he was
a good man, and a just:
23:51 {저희의 결의와 행사에 가타 하지 아니한 자라} 그는 유대인의 동네 아리마대
사람이요 하나님의 나라를 기다리는 자러니
23:51 (He had not given his approval to their decision or their acts), of Arimathaea,
a town of the Jews, who was waiting for the kingdom of God:
23:51 (The same had not consented to the counsel and deed of them;) he was
of Arimathaea, a city of the Jews: who also himself waited for the kingdom of
God.
23:52 빌라도에게 가서 예수의 시체를 달라 하여
23:52 This man went to Pilate and made a request for the body of Jesus.
23:52 This man went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus.
23:53 이를 내려 세마포로 싸고 아직 사람을 장사한 일이 없는 바위에 판 무덤에 넣어 두니
23:53 And he took it down, and folding it in a linen cloth, he put it in a place cut in
the rock for a dead body; and no one had ever been put in it.
23:53 And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a tomb
that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid.
23:54 이 날은 예비일이요 안식일이 거의 되었더라
23:54 Now it was the day of making ready and the Sabbath was coming on.
23:54 And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on.
23:55 갈릴리에서 예수와 함께 온 여자들이 뒤를 좇아 그 무덤과 그의 시체를
어떻게 둔 것을 보고
23:55 And the women who had come with him from Galilee went after him and saw the place
and how his body had been put to rest;
23:55 And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after,
and beheld the tomb, and how his body was laid.
23:56 돌아가 향품과 향유를 예비하더라 ○ 계명을 좇아 안식일에 쉬더라
23:56 And they went back and got ready spices and perfumes; and on the Sabbath they took
their rest, in agreement with the law.
23:56 And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the
sabbath day according to the commandment.
24:1 안식 후 첫날 새벽에 이 여자들이 그 예비한 향품을 가지고 무덤에 가서
24:1 But on the first day of the week, at dawn, they came to the place where his body
had been put, taking the spices which they had got ready.
24:1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they
came unto the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain
others with them.
24:2 돌이 무덤에서 굴려 옮기운 것을 보고
24:2 And they saw that the stone had been rolled away.
24:2 And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb.
24:3 들어가니 주 예수의 시체가 뵈지 아니하더라
24:3 And they went in, but the body of the Lord Jesus was not there.
24:3 And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
24:4 이를 인하여 근심할 때에 문득 찬란한 옷을 입은 두 사람이 곁에 섰는지라
24:4 And while they were in doubt about it, they saw two men in shining clothing by them:
24:4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold,
two men stood by them in shining garments:
24:5 여자들이 두려워 얼굴을 땅에 대니 두 사람이 이르되 어찌하여 산 자를 죽은
자 가운데서 찾느냐
24:5 And while their faces were bent down to the earth in fear, these said to them, Why
are you looking for the living among the dead?
24:5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they
said unto them, Why seek all of you the living among the dead?
24:6 여기 계시지 않고 살아나셨느니라 갈릴리에 계실 때에 너희에게 어떻게 말씀하신
것을 기억하라
24:6 He is not here, he has come back to life: have in mind what he said to you when
he was still in Galilee, saying,
24:6 He is not here, but has risen: remember how he spoke unto you when he
was yet in Galilee,
24:7 이르시기를 인자가 죄인의 손에 넘기워 십자가에 못 박히고 제 삼 일에 다시
살아나야 하리라 하셨느니라 한 대
24:7 The Son of man will be given up into the hands of evil-doers, and be put to death
on the cross, and on the third day he will come back to life.
24:7 Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men,
and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
24:8 저희가 예수의 말씀을 기억하고
24:8 And his words came back into their minds,
24:8 And they remembered his words, (o. rhema)
24:9 무덤에서 돌아가 이 모든 것을 열 한 사도와 모든 다른 이에게 고하니
24:9 And they went away from that place and gave an account of all these things to the
eleven disciples and all the others.
24:9 And returned from the tomb, and told all these things unto the eleven,
and to all the rest.
24:10 {이 여자들은 막달라 마리아와 요안나와 야고보의 모친 마리아라 또 저희와
함께 한 다른 여자들도 이것을 사도들에게 고하니라}
24:10 Now they were Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary, the mother of James: and the
other women with them said these things to the Apostles.
24:10 It was Mary Magdalene and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and
other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles.
24:11 사도들은 저희 말이 허탄한 듯이 뵈어 믿지 아니하나
24:11 But these words seemed foolish to them, and they had no belief in them.
24:11 And their words (o. rhema) seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed
them not.
24:12 베드로는 일어나 무덤에 달려가서 구푸려 들여다 보니 세마포만 보이는지라
그 된 일을 기이히 여기며 집으로 돌아가니라
24:12 But Peter got up and went to the place where the body had been put, and looking
in he saw nothing but the linen cloths, and he went to his house full of wonder
at what had taken place.
24:12 Then arose Peter, and ran unto the tomb; and stooping down, he beheld
the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at
that which was come to pass.
24:13 ○ 그 날에 저희 중 둘이 예루살렘에서 이십 오 리 되는 엠마오라 하는 촌으로
가면서
24:13 And then, two of them, on that very day, were going to a little town named Emmaus,
which was about seven miles from Jerusalem.
24:13 And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus,
which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.
24:14 이 모든 된 일을 서로 이야기하더라
24:14 And they were talking together about all those things which had taken place.
24:14 And they talked together of all these things which had happened.
24:15 저희가 서로 이야기하며 문의할 때에 예수께서 가까이 이르러 저희와 동행하시나
24:15 And while they were talking and questioning together, Jesus himself came near and
went with them.
24:15 And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned,
Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.
24:16 저희의 눈이 가리워져서 그인 줄 알아보지 못하거늘
24:16 But their eyes were not open that they might have knowledge of him.
24:16 But their eyes were held that they should not know him.
24:17 예수께서 이르시되 너희가 길 가면서 서로 주고받고 하는 이야기가 무엇이냐
하시니 두 사람이 슬픈 빛을 띠고 머물러서더라
24:17 And he said to them, What are you talking about together while you go?
24:17 And he said unto them, What manner of communications (o. logos) are
these that all of you have one to another, as all of you walk, and are sad?
24:18 그 한 사람인 글로바라 하는 자가 대답하여 가로되 당신이 예루살렘에 우거하면서
근일 거기서 된 일을 홀로 알지 못하느뇨
24:18 Then stopping, and looking sadly at him, one of them, named Cleopas, said to him,
Are you the only man living in Jerusalem who has not had news of the things which
have taken place there at this time?
24:18 And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him,
Are you only a stranger in Jerusalem, and have not known the things which are
come to pass there in these days?
24:19 가라사대 무슨 일이뇨 가로되 나사렛 예수의 일이니 그는 하나님과 모든
백성 앞에서 말과 일에 능하신 선지자여늘
24:19 And he said to them, What things? And they said, The things to do with Jesus of
Nazareth, who was a prophet, great in his acts and his words, before God and all
the people:
24:19 And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning
Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word (o. logos) before
God and all the people:
24:20 우리 대제사장들과 관원들이 사형 판결에 넘겨 주어 십자가에 못 박았느니라
24:20 And how the chief priests and our rulers gave him up to be put to death on the cross.
24:20 And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned
to death, and have crucified him.
24:21 우리는 이 사람이 이스라엘을 구속할 자라고 바랐노라 이뿐 아니라 이 일이
된 지가 사흘째요
24:21 But we were hoping that he would be the Saviour of Israel. In addition to all this
he has now let three days go by from the time when these things took place;
24:21 But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel:
and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.
24:22 또한 우리 중에 어떤 여자들이 우리로 놀라게 하였으니 이는 저희가 새벽에
무덤에 갔다가
24:22 And certain women among us gave us cause for wonder, for they went early to the
place where his body had been put,
24:22 Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which
were early at the tomb;
24:23 그의 시체는 보지 못하고 와서 그가 살으셨다 하는 천사들의 나타남을 보았다 함이라
24:23 And it was not there; then they came saying that they had seen a vision of angels
who said that he was living.
24:23 And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had
also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.
24:24 또 우리와 함께 한 자 중에 두어 사람이 무덤에 가 과연 여자들의 말한 바와
같음을 보았으나 예수는 보지 못하였느니라 하거늘
24:24 And some of those who were with us went to the place, and saw that it was as the
women had said, but him they did not see.
24:24 And certain of them which were with us went to the tomb, and found
it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.
24:25 가라사대 미련하고 선지자들의 말한 모든 것을 마음에 더디 믿는 자들이여
24:25 And he said, O foolish men! how slow you are to give belief to what the prophets
have said.
24:25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that
the prophets have spoken:
24:26 그리스도가 이런 고난을 받고 자기의 영광에 들어가야 할 것이 아니냐 하시고
24:26 Was it not necessary for the Christ to go through these things, and to come into
his glory?
24:26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his
glory?
24:27 이에 모세와 및 모든 선지자의 글로 시작하여 모든 성경에 쓴 바 자기에
관한 것을 자세히 설명하시니라
24:27 And he made clear to them all the things in the Writings, from Moses and from all
the prophets, which had to do with himself.
24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them
in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
24:28 저희의 가는 촌에 가까이 가매 예수는 더 가려 하는 것 같이 하시니
24:28 And they came near the town to which they were going, and he seemed as if he was
going on;
24:28 And they drew nigh unto the village, where they went: and he made as
though he would have gone further.
24:29 저희가 강권하여 가로되 우리와 함께 유하사이다 때가 저물어 가고 날이
이미 기울었나이다 하니 이에 저희와 함께 유하러 들어가시니라
24:29 But they kept him back, saying, Do not go, for evening is near, the day is almost
gone. And he went in with them.
24:29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening,
and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
24:30 저희와 함께 음식 잡수실 때에 떡을 가지사 축사하시고 떼어 저희에게 주시매
24:30 And when he was seated with them at table, he took the bread, and said words of
blessing and, making division of it, he gave it to them.
24:30 And it came to pass, as he sat at food with them, he took bread, and
blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
24:31 저희 눈이 밝아져 그인 줄 알아 보더니 예수는 저희에게 보이지 아니하시는지라
24:31 And then their eyes were open, and they had knowledge of him, but he went from their
view.
24:31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out
of their sight.
24:32 저희가 서로 말하되 길에서 우리에게 말씀하시고 우리에게 성경을 풀어
주실 때에 우리 속에서 마음이 뜨겁지 아니하더냐 하고
24:32 And they said to one another, Were not our hearts burning in us while he was talking
to us on the way, making clear to us the holy Writings?
24:32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while
he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
24:33 곧 그 시로 일어나 예루살렘에 돌아가 보니 열 한 사도와 및 그와 함께
한 자들이 모여 있어
24:33 And that very hour they got up and went back to Jerusalem, where the eleven and
the others had come together.
24:33 And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found
the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,
24:34 말하기를 주께서 과연 살아나시고 시몬에게 나타나셨다 하는지라
24:34 And they said to them, The Lord has truly come back to life again, and Simon has
seen him.
24:34 Saying, The Lord has risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon.
24:35 두 사람도 길에서 된 일과 예수께서 떡을 떼심으로 자기들에게 알려지신
것을 말하더라
24:35 And they gave an account of the things which had taken place on the way, and how,
when he gave them bread, they had knowledge of him.
24:35 And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known
of them in breaking of bread.
24:36 ○ 이 말을 할 때에 예수께서 친히 그 가운데 서서 가라사대 너희에게 평강이
있을지어다 하시니
24:36 And while they were saying these things, he himself was among them, and said to
them, Peace be with you!
24:36 And as they thus spoke, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and
says unto them, Peace be unto you.
24:37 저희가 놀라고 무서워하여 그 보는 것을 영으로 생각하는지라
24:37 But they were full of fear, being of the opinion that they were seeing a spirit.
24:37 But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had
seen a spirit. (o. pneuma)
24:38 예수께서 가라사대 어찌하여 두려워하며 어찌하여 마음에 의심이 일어나느냐
24:38 And he said to them, Why are you troubled, and why are your hearts full of doubt?
24:38 And he said unto them, Why are all of you troubled? and why do thoughts
arise in your hearts?
24:39 내 손과 발을 보고 나인 줄 알라 또 나를 만져 보라 영은 살과 뼈가 없으되
너희 보는 바와 같이 나는 있느니라
24:39 See; my hands and my feet: it is I myself; put your hands on me and make certain;
for a spirit has not flesh and bones as you see that I have.
24:39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see;
for a spirit (o. pneuma) has not flesh and bones, as all of you see me have.
24:40 이 말씀을 하시고 손과 발을 보이시나
24:40 And when he had said this, he let them see his hands and his feet.
24:40 And when he had thus spoken, he showed them his hands and his feet.
24:41 저희가 너무 기쁘므로 오히려 믿지 못하고 기이히 여길 때에 이르시되 여기
무슨 먹을 것이 있느냐 하시니
24:41 And because, for joy and wonder, they were still in doubt, he said to them, Have
you any food here?
24:41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto
them, Have all of you here any food?
24:42 이에 구운 생선 한 토막을 드리매
24:42 And they gave him a bit of cooked fish.
24:42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
24:43 받으사 그 앞에서 잡수시더라
24:43 And before their eyes he took a meal.
24:43 And he took it, and did eat before them.
24:44 ○ 또 이르시되 내가 너희와 함께 있을 때에 너희에게 말한 바 곧 모세의
율법과 선지자의 글과 시편에 나를 가리켜 기록된 모든 것이 이루어져야 하리라 한
말이 이것이라 하시고
24:44 And he said to them, These are the words which I said to you when I was still with
you, how it was necessary for all the things which are in the writings of Moses
and the prophets and in the Psalms about me, to be put into effect.
24:44 And he said unto them, These are the words (o. logos) which I spoke
unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which
were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning
me.
24:45 이에 저희 마음을 열어 성경을 깨닫게 하시고
24:45 Then he made the holy Writings clear to their minds.
24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the
scriptures,
24:46 또 이르시되 이같이 그리스도가 고난을 받고 제 삼 일에 죽은 자 가운데서
살아날 것과
24:46 And he said to them, So it is in the Writings that the Christ would undergo death,
and come back to life again on the third day;
24:46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it was essential for
Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
24:47 또 그의 이름으로 죄 사함을 얻게 하는 회개가 예루살렘으로부터 시작하여
모든 족속에게 전파될 것이 기록되었으니
24:47 And that teaching about a change of heart and forgiveness of sins is to be given
to Jerusalem first and to all nations in his name.
24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his
name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
24:48 너희는 이 모든 일의 증인이라
24:48 You are witnesses of these things.
24:48 And all of you are witnesses of these things.
24:49 볼지어다 내가 내 아버지의 약속하신 것을 너희에게 보내리니 너희는 위로부터
능력을 입히울 때까지 이 성에 유하라 하시니라
24:49 And now I will send to you what my father has undertaken to give you, but do not
go from the town, till the power from heaven comes to you.
24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry all
of you in the city of Jerusalem, until all of you be imbued with power from on high.
24:50 ○ 예수께서 저희를 데리고 베다니 앞까지 나가사 손을 들어 저희에게 축복하시더니
24:50 And he took them out till they were near Bethany, and lifting up his hands, he gave
them a blessing.
24:50 And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands,
and blessed them.
24:51 축복하실 때에 저희를 떠나 [하늘로 올리우]시니
24:51 And while he was doing so, he went from them and was taken up into heaven.
24:51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them,
and carried up into heaven.
24:52 저희가 [그에게 경배하고] 큰 기쁨으로 예루살렘에 돌아가
24:52 And they gave him worship and went back to Jerusalem with great joy.
24:52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
24:53 늘 성전에 있어 하나님을 찬송하니라
24:53 And they were in the Temple at all times, giving praise to God.
24:53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
