17:1 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ Á¦Àڵ鿡°Ô À̸£½ÃµÇ ½ÇÁ·ÄÉ ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ ¾øÀ» ¼ö´Â ¾øÀ¸³ª ÀÖ°Ô ÇÏ´Â ÀÚ¿¡°Ô´Â È­·Î´Ù
17:1 And he said to his disciples, It is necessary for causes of trouble to come about, but unhappy is he by whom they come.
17:1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

17:2 Àú°¡ ÀÌ ÀÛÀº ÀÚ Áß¿¡ Çϳª¸¦ ½ÇÁ·ÄÉ ÇÒÁø´ë Â÷¶ó¸® ¿¬ÀÚ ¸Ëµ¹À» ±× ¸ñ¿¡ ¸ÅÀÌ¿ì°í ¹Ù´Ù¿¡ ´øÁö¿ì´Â °ÍÀÌ ³ªÀ¸¸®¶ó
17:2 It would be well for him if a great stone was put round his neck and he was dropped into the sea, before he made trouble for any of these little ones.
17:2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

17:3 ³ÊÈñ´Â ½º½º·Î Á¶½ÉÇÏ¶ó ¸¸ÀÏ ³× ÇüÁ¦°¡ Á˸¦ ¹üÇÏ°Åµç °æ°èÇÏ°í ȸ°³ÇÏ°Åµç ¿ë¼­Ç϶ó
17:3 Give attention to yourselves: if your brother does wrong, say a sharp word to him; and if he has sorrow for his sin, let him have forgiveness.
17:3 Take heed to yourselves: If your brother trespass against you, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

17:4 ¸¸ÀÏ ÇÏ·ç ÀÏ°ö ¹øÀÌ¶óµµ ³×°Ô Á˸¦ ¾ò°í ÀÏ°ö ¹ø ³×°Ô µ¹¾Æ¿Í ³»°¡ ȸ°³Çϳë¶ó ÇÏ°Åµç ³Ê´Â ¿ë¼­Ç϶ó ÇϽôõ¶ó
17:4 And if he does you wrong seven times in a day, and seven times comes to you and says, I have regret for what I have done; let him have forgiveness.
17:4 And if he trespass against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day return to you, saying, I repent; you shall forgive him.

17:5 And the twelve said to the Lord, Make our faith greater.
17:5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.

17:6 ÁÖ²²¼­ °¡¶ó»ç´ë ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô °ÜÀÚ¾¾ ÇÑ ¾Ë¸¸ÇÑ ¹ÏÀ½ÀÌ ÀÖ¾ú´õ¸é ÀÌ »Í³ª¹«´õ·¯ »Ñ¸®°¡ »ÌÇô ¹Ù´Ù¿¡ ½É±â¿ì¶ó ÇÏ¿´À» °ÍÀÌ¿ä ±×°ÍÀÌ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¼øÁ¾ÇÏ¿´À¸¸®¶ó
17:6 And the Lord said, If your faith was only as great as a grain of mustard seed, you might say to this tree, Be rooted up and planted in the sea; and it would be done.
17:6 And the Lord said, If all of you had faith as a grain of mustard seed, all of you might say unto this sycamine tree, Be you plucked up by the root, and be you planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

17:7 ³ÊÈñ Áß¿¡ ´µ°Ô ¹çÀ» °¥°Å³ª ¾çÀ» Ä¡°Å³ª ÇÏ´Â Á¾ÀÌ ÀÖ¾î ¹ç¿¡¼­ µ¹¾Æ¿À¸é Àú´õ·¯ °ð ¿Í ¾É¾Æ¼­ ¸ÔÀ¸¶ó ÇÒ ÀÚ°¡ ÀÖ´À³Ä
17:7 But which of you, having a servant who is ploughing or keeping sheep, will say to him, when he comes in from the field, Come now and be seated and have a meal,
17:7 But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he has come from the field, Go and sit down to food?

17:8 µµ¸®¾î Àú´õ·¯ ³» ¸ÔÀ» °ÍÀ» ¿¹ºñÇÏ°í ¶ì¸¦ ¶ì°í ³ªÀÇ ¸Ô°í ¸¶½Ã´Â µ¿¾È¿¡ ¼öÁ¾µé°í ³Ê´Â ±× ÈÄ¿¡ ¸Ô°í ¸¶½Ã¶ó ÇÏÁö ¾Ê°Ú´À³Ä
17:8 Will he not say, Get a meal for me, and make yourself ready and see to my needs till I have had my food and drink; and after that you may have yours?
17:8 And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird yourself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward you shall eat and drink?

17:9 ¸íÇÑ ´ë·Î ÇÏ¿´´Ù°í Á¾¿¡°Ô »ç·ÊÇÏ°Ú´À³Ä
17:9 Does he give praise to the servant because he did what was ordered?
17:9 Does he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I I think not not.

17:10 ÀÌ¿Í °°ÀÌ ³ÊÈñµµ ¸í·É ¹ÞÀº °ÍÀ» ´Ù ÇàÇÑ ÈÄ¿¡ À̸£±â¸¦ ¿ì¸®´Â ¹«ÀÍÇÑ Á¾À̶ó ¿ì¸®ÀÇ ÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÒ ÀÏÀ» ÇÑ °Í »ÓÀ̶ó ÇÒÁö´Ï¶ó
17:10 In the same way, when you have done all the things which are given you to do, say, There is no profit in us, for we have only done what we were ordered to do.
17:10 So likewise all of you, when all of you shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are useless servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

17:11 And it came about that when they were on the way to Jerusalem he went through Samaria and Galilee.
17:11 And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

17:12 ÇÑ ÃÌ¿¡ µé¾î°¡½Ã´Ï ¹®µÕº´ÀÚ ¿­ ¸íÀÌ ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ¸¸³ª ¸Ö¸® ¼­¼­
17:12 And when he went into a certain small town he came across ten men who were lepers, and they, keeping themselves at a distance,
17:12 And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood far off:

17:13 ¼Ò¸®¸¦ ³ô¿© °¡·ÎµÇ ¿¹¼ö ¼±»ý´ÔÀÌ¿© ¿ì¸®¸¦ ±àÈáÈ÷ ¿©±â¼Ò¼­ ÇÏ°Å´Ã
17:13 Said, in loud voices, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
17:13 And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

17:14 º¸½Ã°í °¡¶ó»ç´ë °¡¼­ Á¦»çÀåµé¿¡°Ô ³ÊÈñ ¸öÀ» º¸À̶ó Çϼ̴õ´Ï ÀúÈñ°¡ °¡´Ù°¡ ±ú²ýÇÔÀ» ¹ÞÀºÁö¶ó
17:14 And when he saw them he said, Go, and let the priests see you. And, while they were going, they were made clean.
17:14 And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go show yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

17:15 ±× Áß¿¡ Çϳª°¡ ÀÚ±âÀÇ ³ªÀº °ÍÀ» º¸°í Å« ¼Ò¸®·Î Çϳª´Ô²² ¿µ±¤À» µ¹¸®¸ç µ¹¾Æ¿Í
17:15 And one of them, when he saw that he was clean, turning back, gave praise to God in a loud voice;
17:15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

17:16 ¿¹¼öÀÇ ¹ß ¾Æ·¡ ¾þµå¸®¾î »ç·ÊÇÏ´Ï Àú´Â »ç¸¶¸®¾ÆÀÎÀ̶ó
17:16 And, falling down on his face at the feet of Jesus, he gave the credit to him; and he was a man of Samaria.
17:16 And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

17:17 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ´ë´äÇÏ¿© °¡¶ó»ç´ë ¿­ »ç¶÷ÀÌ ´Ù ±ú²ýÇÔÀ» ¹ÞÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ¿´´À³Ä ±× ¾ÆÈ©Àº ¾îµð ÀÖ´À³Ä
17:17 And Jesus said, Were there not ten men who were made clean? where are the nine?
17:17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?

17:18 ÀÌ À̹æÀÎ ¿Ü¿¡´Â Çϳª´Ô²² ¿µ±¤À» µ¹¸®·¯ µ¹¾Æ¿Â ÀÚ°¡ ¾ø´À³Ä ÇϽðí
17:18 Have not any of them come back to give glory to God, but only this one from a strange land?
17:18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

17:19 ±×¿¡°Ô À̸£½ÃµÇ ÀϾ °¡¶ó ³× ¹ÏÀ½ÀÌ ³Ê¸¦ ±¸¿øÇÏ¿´´À´Ï¶ó ÇϽôõ¶ó
17:19 And he said to him, Get up, and go on your way; your faith has made you well.
17:19 And he said unto him, Arise, go your way: your faith has made you whole.

17:20 ¡Û ¹Ù¸®»õÀεéÀÌ Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ³ª¶ó°¡ ¾î´À ¶§¿¡ ÀÓÇϳªÀÌ±î ¹¯°Å´Ã ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ´ë´äÇÏ¿© °¡¶ó»ç´ë Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ³ª¶ó´Â º¼ ¼ö ÀÖ°Ô ÀÓÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï¿ä
17:20 And when the Pharisees put questions to him about when the kingdom of God would come, he gave them an answer and said, The kingdom of God will not come through observation:
17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God comes not with observation:

17:21 ¶Ç ¿©±â ÀÖ´Ù Àú±â ÀÖ´Ù°íµµ ¸øÇϸ®´Ï Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ³ª¶ó´Â ³ÊÈñ ¾È¿¡ ÀÖ´À´Ï¶ó
17:21 And men will not say, See, it is here! or, There! for the kingdom of God is among you.
17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

17:22 ¡Û ¶Ç Á¦Àڵ鿡°Ô À̸£½ÃµÇ ¶§°¡ À̸£¸®´Ï ³ÊÈñ°¡ ÀÎÀÚÀÇ ³¯ ÇϷ縦 º¸°íÀÚ Ç쵂 º¸Áö ¸øÇϸ®¶ó
17:22 And he said to his disciples, The time will come when you will have a great desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, but you will not see it.
17:22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when all of you shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and all of you shall not see it.

17:23 »ç¶÷ÀÌ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸»Ç쵂 º¸¶ó Àú±â ÀÖ´Ù º¸¶ó ¿©±â ÀÖ´Ù Çϸ®¶ó ±×·¯³ª ³ÊÈñ´Â °¡Áöµµ ¸»°í ÁÀÁöµµ ¸»¶ó
17:23 And if they say to you, See, it is there! or, It is here! do not go away, or go after them.
17:23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.

17:24 ¹ø°³°¡ ÇÏ´Ã ¾Æ·¡ ÀÌÆí¿¡¼­ ¹ø¶æÇÏ¿© ÇÏ´Ã ¾Æ·¡ ÀúÆí±îÁö ºñÃî °°ÀÌ ÀÎÀÚµµ Àڱ⠳¯¿¡ ±×·¯Çϸ®¶ó
17:24 For as in a thunderstorm the bright light is seen from one end of the sky to the other, so will the Son of man be when his time comes.
17:24 For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

17:25 ±×·¯³ª ±×°¡ ¸ÕÀú ¸¹Àº °í³­À» ¹ÞÀ¸¸ç ÀÌ ¼¼´ë¿¡°Ô ¹ö¸° ¹Ù µÇ¾î¾ß ÇÒÁö´Ï¶ó
17:25 But first, he will have to undergo much and be put on one side by this generation.
17:25 But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.

17:26 ³ë¾ÆÀÇ ¶§¿¡ µÈ °Í°ú °°ÀÌ ÀÎÀÚÀÇ ¶§¿¡µµ ±×·¯Çϸ®¶ó
17:26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the day of the Son of man.
17:26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

17:27 ³ë¾Æ°¡ ¹æÁÖ¿¡ µé¾î°¡´ø ³¯±îÁö »ç¶÷µéÀÌ ¸Ô°í ¸¶½Ã°í Àå°¡ µé°í ½ÃÁý °¡´õ´Ï È«¼ö°¡ ³ª¼­ ÀúÈñ¸¦ ´Ù ¸êÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç
17:27 They were feasting and taking wives and getting married, till the day of the overflowing of the waters, when Noah went into the ark, and they all came to destruction.
17:27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

17:28 ¶Ç ·ÔÀÇ ¶§¿Í °°À¸¸®´Ï »ç¶÷µéÀÌ ¸Ô°í ¸¶½Ã°í »ç°í ÆÈ°í ½É°í ÁýÀ» Áþ´õ´Ï
17:28 In the same way, in the days of Lot; they were feasting and trading, they were planting and building;
17:28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;

17:29 ·ÔÀÌ ¼Òµ¼¿¡¼­ ³ª°¡´ø ³¯¿¡ Çϴ÷μ­ ºÒ°ú À¯È²ÀÌ ºñ¿Àµí ÇÏ¿© ÀúÈñ¸¦ ¸êÇÏ¿´´À´Ï¶ó
17:29 But on the day when Lot went out of Sodom, fire came down from heaven and destruction came on them all.
17:29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

17:30 ÀÎÀÚÀÇ ³ªÅ¸³ª´Â ³¯¿¡µµ ÀÌ·¯Çϸ®¶ó
17:30 So will it be in the day of the revelation of the Son of man.
17:30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

17:31 ±× ³¯¿¡ ¸¸ÀÏ »ç¶÷ÀÌ ÁöºØ À§¿¡ ÀÖ°í ±× ¼¼°£ÀÌ Áý ¾È¿¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸é ±×°ÍÀ» °¡Áö·¯ ³»·Á¿ÀÁö ¸» °ÍÀÌ¿ä ¹ç¿¡ ÀÖ´Â ÀÚµµ ÀÌ¿Í °°ÀÌ µÚ·Î µ¹ÀÌÅ°Áö ¸» °ÍÀ̴϶ó
17:31 On that day, if anyone is on the roof of the house, and his goods are in the house, let him not go down to take them away; and let him who is in the field not go back to his house.
17:31 In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.

17:33 If anyone makes an attempt to keep his life, it will be taken from him, but if anyone gives up his life, he will keep it.
17:33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

17:34 ³»°¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£³ë´Ï ±× ¹ã¿¡ µÎ ³²ÀÚ°¡ ÇÑ ÀÚ¸®¿¡ ´©¿ö ÀÖÀ¸¸Å Çϳª´Â µ¥·Á°¨À» ´çÇÏ°í Çϳª´Â ¹ö·ÁµÒÀ» ´çÇÒ °ÍÀÌ¿ä
17:34 I say to you, In that night there will be two men sleeping in one bed, and one will be taken away and the other let go.
17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.

17:35 Two women will be crushing grain together; one will be taken away and the other let go.
17:35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

17:37 And they, answering him, said, Where, Lord? And he said to them, Where the body is, there will the eagles come together.
17:37 And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Where ever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.

18:1 Ç×»ó ±âµµÇÏ°í ³«¸ÁÄ¡ ¸»¾Æ¾ß µÉ °ÍÀ» ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô ºñÀ¯·Î ÇÏ¿©
18:1 And he made a story for them, the point of which was that men were to go on making prayer and not get tired;
18:1 And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

18:2 °¡¶ó»ç´ë ¾î¶² µµ½Ã¿¡ Çϳª´ÔÀ» µÎ·Á¿ö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ°í »ç¶÷À» ¹«½ÃÇÏ´Â ÇÑ ÀçÆÇ°üÀÌ Àִµ¥
18:2 Saying, There was a judge in a certain town, who had no fear of God or respect for man:
18:2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:

18:3 ±× µµ½Ã¿¡ ÇÑ °úºÎ°¡ ÀÖ¾î ÀÚÁÖ ±×¿¡°Ô °¡¼­ ³» ¿ø¼ö¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ³ªÀÇ ¿øÇÑÀ» Ç®¾î ÁÖ¼Ò¼­ ÇϵÇ
18:3 And there was a widow in that town, and she kept on coming to him and saying, Give me my right against the man who has done me wrong.
18:3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.

18:4 ±×°¡ ¾ó¸¶ µ¿¾È µèÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ´Ù°¡ ÈÄ¿¡ ¼ÓÀ¸·Î »ý°¢Ç쵂 ³»°¡ Çϳª´ÔÀ» µÎ·Á¿ö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ°í »ç¶÷À» ¹«½ÃÇϳª
18:4 And for a time he would not: but later, he said to himself, Though I have no fear of God or respect for man,
18:4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;

18:5 ÀÌ °úºÎ°¡ ³ª¸¦ ¹ø°Å·Ó°Ô ÇÏ´Ï ³»°¡ ±× ¿øÇÑÀ» Ç®¾î ÁÖ¸®¶ó ±×·¸Áö ¾ÊÀ¸¸é ´Ã ¿Í¼­ ³ª¸¦ ±«·Ó°Ô Çϸ®¶ó ÇÏ¿´´À´Ï¶ó
18:5 Because this widow is a trouble to me, I will give her her right; for if not, I will be completely tired out by her frequent coming.
18:5 Yet because this widow troubles me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.

18:6 ÁÖ²²¼­ ¶Ç °¡¶ó»ç´ë ºÒÀÇÇÑ ÀçÆÇ°üÀÇ ¸»ÇÑ °ÍÀ» µéÀ¸¶ó
18:6 And the Lord said, Give ear to the words of the evil judge.
18:6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge says.

18:7 ÇϹ°¸ç Çϳª´Ô²²¼­ ±× ¹ã³· ºÎ¸£Â¢´Â ÅÃÇϽŠÀÚµéÀÇ ¿øÇÑÀ» Ç®¾î ÁÖÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϽðڴÀ³Ä ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô ¿À·¡ ÂüÀ¸½Ã°Ú´À³Ä
18:7 And will not God do right in the cause of his saints, whose cries come day and night to his ears, though he is long in doing it?
18:7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

18:8 ³»°¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£³ë´Ï ¼ÓÈ÷ ±× ¿øÇÑÀ» Ç®¾î Áֽø®¶ó ±×·¯³ª ÀÎÀÚ°¡ ¿Ã ¶§¿¡ ¼¼»ó¿¡¼­ ¹ÏÀ½À» º¸°Ú´À³Ä ÇϽô϶ó
18:8 I say to you that he will quickly do right in their cause. But when the Son of man comes, will there be any faith on earth?
18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man comes, shall he find faith on the earth?

18:9 ¡Û ¶Ç Àڱ⸦ ÀÇ·Ó´Ù°í ¹Ï°í ´Ù¸¥ »ç¶÷À» ¸ê½ÃÇÏ´Â Àڵ鿡°Ô ÀÌ ºñÀ¯·Î ¸»¾¸ÇϽõÇ
18:9 And he made this story for some people who were certain that they were good, and had a low opinion of others:
18:9 And he spoke this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:

18:11 The Pharisee, taking up his position, said to himself these words: God, I give you praise because I am not like other men, who take more than their right, who are evil-doers, who are untrue to their wives, or even like this tax-farmer.
18:11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank you, that I am not as other men are, extortionists, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.

18:12 ³ª´Â ÀÌ·¹¿¡ µÎ ¹ø¾¿ ±Ý½ÄÇÏ°í ¶Ç ¼ÒµæÀÇ ½ÊÀÏÁ¶¸¦ µå¸®³ªÀÌ´Ù ÇÏ°í
18:12 Twice in the week I go without food; I give a tenth of all I have.
18:12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

18:13 ¼¼¸®´Â ¸Ö¸® ¼­¼­ °¨È÷ ´«À» µé¾î ÇÏ´ÃÀ» ¿ì·¯·¯ º¸Áöµµ ¸øÇÏ°í ´Ù¸¸ °¡½¿À» Ä¡¸ç °¡·ÎµÇ Çϳª´ÔÀÌ¿© ºÒ½ÖÈ÷ ¿©±â¿É¼Ò¼­ ³ª´Â ÁËÀÎÀ̷μÒÀÌ´Ù ÇÏ¿´´À´Ï¶ó
18:13 The tax-farmer, on the other hand, keeping far away, and not lifting up even his eyes to heaven, made signs of grief and said, God, have mercy on me, a sinner.
18:13 And the publican, standing far off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but stroke upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

18:14 I say to you, This man went back to his house with God's approval, and not the other: for everyone who makes himself high will be made low and whoever makes himself low will be made high.
18:14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalts himself shall be brought low; and he that humbles himself shall be exalted.

18:15 And they took their children to him, so that he might put his hands on them: but when the disciples saw it, they said sharp words to them
18:15 And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them.

18:16 But Jesus sent for them, saying, Let the children come to me, and do not keep them away, for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
18:16 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

18:17 Truly I say to you, Whoever does not put himself under the kingdom of God like a little child, will not come into it at all.
18:17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

18:18 And a certain ruler put a question to him, saying, Good Master, what have I to do so that I may have eternal life?
18:18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

18:19 And Jesus said to him, Why do you say that I am good? No one is good, but only God.
18:19 And Jesus said unto him, Why call you me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.

18:20 You have knowledge of what the law says: Do not be untrue to your wife, Do not put anyone to death, Do not take what is not yours, Do not give false witness, Give honour to your father and mother.
18:20 You know the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour your father and your mother.

18:21 And he said, All these things I have done from the time when I was a boy.
18:21 And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up.

18:22 And Jesus, hearing it, said to him, One thing you still have need of; get money for your goods, and give it away to the poor, and you will have wealth in heaven; and come after me.
18:22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lack you one thing: sell all that you have, and distribute unto the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

18:23 But at these words he became very sad, for he had great wealth.
18:23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.

18:24 And Jesus, looking at him, said, How hard it is for those who have wealth to get into the kingdom of God!
18:24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!

18:25 ¾à´ë°¡ ¹Ù´Ã±Í·Î µé¾î°¡´Â °ÍÀÌ ºÎÀÚ°¡ Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ³ª¶ó¿¡ µé¾î°¡´Â °Íº¸´Ù ½¬¿ì´Ï¶ó ÇϽŴë
18:25 It is simpler for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a man who has much money to come into the kingdom of God.
18:25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

18:26 µè´Â ÀÚµéÀÌ °¡·ÎµÇ ±×·±Áï ´©°¡ ±¸¿øÀ» ¾òÀ» ¼ö ÀÖ³ªÀ̱î
18:26 And those who were present said, Then who may have salvation?
18:26 And they that heard it said, Who then can be saved?

18:27 °¡¶ó»ç´ë ¹«¸© »ç¶÷ÀÇ ÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø´Â °ÍÀ» Çϳª´ÔÀº ÇÏ½Ç ¼ö ÀÖ´À´Ï¶ó
18:27 But he said, Things which are not possible with man are possible with God.
18:27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

18:28 And Peter said, See, we have given up what is ours to come after you.
18:28 Then Peter said, Lo, we have left all, and followed you.

18:29 And he said to them, Truly I say to you, There is no man who has given up house or wife or brothers or father or mother or children, because of the kingdom of God,
18:29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that has left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God's sake,

18:30 ±Ý¼¼¿¡ ÀÖ¾î ¿©·¯ ¹è¸¦ ¹Þ°í ³»¼¼¿¡ ¿µ»ýÀ» ¹ÞÁö ¸øÇÒ ÀÚ°¡ ¾ø´À´Ï¶ó ÇϽô϶ó
18:30 Who will not get much more in this time, and in the world to come, eternal life.
18:30 Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.

18:31 And he took with him the twelve and said to them, Now we are going up to Jerusalem, and all the things which were said by the prophets will be done to the Son of man.
18:31 Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished.

18:32 For he will be given up to the Gentiles, and will be made sport of and put to shame:
18:32 For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully pleaded, and spitted on:

18:33 ÀúÈñ´Â äÂïÁúÇÏ°í Á×ÀÏ °ÍÀÌ´Ï Àú´Â »ï ÀÏ ¸¸¿¡ »ì¾Æ³ª¸®¶ó ÇϽõÇ
18:33 And he will be given cruel blows and put to death, and on the third day he will come back to life.
18:33 And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again.

18:34 Á¦ÀÚµéÀÌ ÀÌ°ÍÀ» Çϳªµµ ±ú´ÝÁö ¸øÇÏ¿´À¸´Ï ±× ¸»¾¸ÀÌ °¨Ãë¾úÀ¸¹Ç·Î ÀúÈñ°¡ ±× À̸£½Å ¹Ù¸¦ ¾ËÁö ¸øÇÏ¿´´õ¶ó
18:34 But they did not take in the sense of any of these words, and what he said was not clear to them, and their minds were not able to see it.
18:34 And they understood none of these things: and this saying (o. rhema) was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken.

18:35 And it came about that when he got near Jericho, a certain blind man was seated by the side of the road, making requests for money from those who went by.
18:35 And it came to pass, that as he was come nigh unto Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the way side begging:

18:36 And hearing the sound of a great number of people going by, he said, What is this?
18:36 And hearing the multitude pass by, he asked what it meant.

18:37 And they said to him, Jesus of Nazareth is going by.
18:37 And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth passes by.

18:38 And he said in a loud voice, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me.
18:38 And he cried, saying, Jesus, you son of David, have mercy on me.

18:39 And those who were in front made protests and said to him, Be quiet: but he said all the more, O Son of David, have mercy on me.
18:39 And they which went before rebuked him, that he should hold his peace: but he cried so much the more, You son of David, have mercy on me.

18:40 And Jesus, stopping, gave orders that he was to come to him, and when he came near, he said to him,
18:40 And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him,

18:41 ³×°Ô ¹«¾ùÀ» ÇÏ¿© Áֱ⸦ ¿øÇÏ´À³Ä °¡·ÎµÇ ÁÖ¿© º¸±â¸¦ ¿øÇϳªÀÌ´Ù
18:41 What would you have me do for you? And he said, Lord, that I may be able to see again.
18:41 Saying, What will you that I shall do unto you? And he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight.

18:42 And Jesus said, See again: your faith has made you well.
18:42 And Jesus said unto him, Receive your sight: your faith has saved you.

18:43 And straight away he was able to see, and he went after him, giving glory to God; and all the people when they saw it gave praise to God.
18:43 And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto God.

19:1 And he went into Jericho, and when he was going through it,
19:1 And Jesus entered and passed through Jericho.

19:2 A man, named Zacchaeus, who was the chief tax-farmer, and a man of wealth,
19:2 And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich.

19:3 Àú°¡ ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¾î¶°ÇÑ »ç¶÷Àΰ¡ ÇÏ¿© º¸°íÀÚ ÇÏµÇ Å°°¡ ÀÛ°í »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¸¹¾Æ ÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø¾î
19:3 Made an attempt to get a view of Jesus, and was not able to do so, because of the people, for he was a small man.
19:3 And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature.

19:4 ¾ÕÀ¸·Î ´Þ·Á°¡ º¸±â À§ÇÏ¿© »Í³ª¹«¿¡ ¿Ã¶ó°¡´Ï ÀÌ´Â ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ±×¸®·Î Áö³ª°¡½Ã°Ô µÊÀÌ·¯¶ó
19:4 And he went quickly in front of them and got up into a tree to see him, for he was going that way.
19:4 And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass that way.

19:5 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ±× °÷¿¡ À̸£»ç ¿ì·¯·¯ º¸½Ã°í À̸£½ÃµÇ »è°³¿À¾ß ¼ÓÈ÷ ³»·Á¿À¶ó ³»°¡ ¿À´Ã ³× Áý¿¡ À¯ÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÏ°Ú´Ù ÇϽôÏ
19:5 And when Jesus came to the place, looking up, he said to him, Zacchaeus, be quick and come down, for I am coming to your house today.
19:5 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; in order to day I must abide at your house.

19:6 And he came down quickly, and took him into his house with joy.
19:6 And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.

19:7 And when they saw it, they were all angry, saying, He has gone into the house of a sinner.
19:7 And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.

19:8 And Zacchaeus, waiting before him, said to the Lord, See, Lord, half of my goods I give to the poor, and if I have taken anything from anyone wrongly, I give him back four times as much.
19:8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.

19:9 And Jesus said to him, Today salvation has come to this house, for even he is a son of Abraham.
19:9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forasmuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

19:10 ÀÎÀÚÀÇ ¿Â °ÍÀº ÀÒ¾î¹ö¸° ÀÚ¸¦ ã¾Æ ±¸¿øÇÏ·Á ÇÔÀ̴϶ó
19:10 For the Son of man came to make search for those who are wandering from the way, and to be their Saviour.
19:10 For the Son of man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.

19:11 And while they were giving ear to these words, he made another story for them, because he was near Jerusalem, and because they were of the opinion that the kingdom of God was coming straight away.
19:11 And as they heard these things, he added and spoke a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.

19:12 So he said, A certain man of high birth went into a far-away country to get a kingdom for himself, and to come back.
19:12 He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.

19:13 And he sent for ten of his servants and gave them ten pounds and said to them, Do business with this till I come.
19:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

19:14 But his people had no love for him, and sent representatives after him, saying, We will not have this man for our ruler.
19:14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.

19:15 ±ÍÀÎÀÌ ¿ÕÀ§¸¦ ¹Þ¾Æ°¡Áö°í µ¹¾Æ¿Í¼­ Àº ÁØ Á¾µéÀÇ °¢°¢ ¾î¶»°Ô Àå»çÇÑ °ÍÀ» ¾Ë°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿© ÀúÈñ¸¦ ºÎ¸£´Ï
19:15 And when he came back again, having got his kingdom, he gave orders for those servants to whom he had given the money to come to him, so that he might have an account of what business they had done.
19:15 And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.

19:16 And the first came before him, saying, Lord, your pound has made ten pounds.

19:17 And he said to him, You have done well, O good servant: because you have done well in a small thing you will have authority over ten towns.
19:17 And he said unto him, Well, you good servant: because you have been faithful in a very little, have you authority over ten cities.

19:18 And another came, saying, Your pound has made five pounds.
19:18 And the second came, saying, Lord, your pound has gained five pounds.

19:19 And he said, You will be ruler over five towns.
19:19 And he said likewise to him, Be you also over five cities.

19:20 And another came, saying, Lord, here is your pound, which I put away in a cloth;
19:20 And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is your pound, which I have kept laid up in a cloth:

19:21 Because I was in fear of you, for you are a hard man: you take up what you have not put down, and get in grain where you have not put seed.
19:21 For I feared you, because you are an austere man: you take up that you layed not down, and reap that you did not sow.

19:22 He said to him, By the words of your mouth you will be judged, you bad servant. You had knowledge that I am a hard man, taking up what I have not put down and getting in grain where I have not put seed;
19:22 And he says unto him, Out of yours own mouth will I judge you, you wicked servant. You knew that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:

19:23 Why then did you not put my money in a bank, so that when I came I would get it back with interest?
19:23 Wherefore then gave not you my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with interest?

19:24 And he said to the others who were near, Take the pound away from him, and give it to the man who has ten.
19:24 And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that has ten pounds.

19:26 And I say to you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
19:26 For I say unto you, That unto every one which has shall be given; and from him that has not, even that he has shall be taken away from him.

19:27 And as for those who were against me, who would not have me for their ruler, let them come here, and be put to death before me.
19:27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring here, and slay them before me.

19:29 And it came about that when he got near Beth-phage and Bethany by the mountain which is named the Mountain of Olives, he sent two of the disciples,
19:29 And it came to pass, when he was come nigh to Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount called the mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples,

19:30 Saying, Go into the little town in front of you, and on going in you will see a young ass fixed with a cord, on which no man has ever been seated; let him loose and take him.
19:30 Saying, Go all of you into the village opposite to you; in the which at your entering all of you shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him here.

19:31 And if anyone says to you, Why are you taking him? say, The Lord has need of him.
19:31 And if any man ask you, Why do all of you loose him? thus shall all of you say unto him, Because the Lord has need of him.

19:32 And those whom he sent went away, and it was as he said.

19:33 And when they were getting the young ass, the owners of it said to them, Why are you taking the young ass?
19:33 And as they were loosing the colt, the owners thereof said unto them, Why loose all of you the colt?

19:34 And they said, The Lord has need of him.

19:35 And they took him to Jesus, and they put their clothing on the ass, and Jesus got on to him.
19:35 And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon.

19:37 And when he came near the foot of the Mountain of Olives, all the disciples with loud voices gave praise to God with joy, because of all the great works which they had seen;
19:37 And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;

19:39 And some of the Pharisees among the people said to him, Master, make your disciples be quiet.
19:39 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke your disciples.

19:40 And he said in answer, I say to you, if these men keep quiet, the very stones will be crying out.
19:40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

19:41 And when he got near and saw the town, he was overcome with weeping for it,

19:42 Saying, If you, even you, had knowledge today, of the things which give peace! but you are not able to see them.

19:43 For the time will come when your attackers will put a wall round you, and come all round you and keep you in on every side,

19:44 And will make you level with the earth, and your children with you; and there will not be one stone resting on another in you, because you did not see that it was your day of mercy.
19:44 And shall lay you even with the ground, and your children within you; and they shall not leave in you one stone upon another; because you knew not the time of your visitation.

19:46 Saying to them, It has been said, My house is to be a house of prayer, but you have made it a hole of thieves.
19:46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but all of you have made it a den of thieves.

19:47 And every day he was teaching in the Temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the rulers of the people were attempting to put him to death;
19:47 And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,

19:48 But they were not able to do anything, because the people all kept near him, being greatly interested in his words.
19:48 And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.

20:1 And it came about on one of those days, when he was teaching the people in the Temple and preaching the good news,
20:1 And it came to pass, that on one of those days, as he taught the people in the temple, and preached the gospel, the chief priests and the scribes came upon him with the elders,

20:2 That the chief priests and the scribes and the rulers of the people came to him and said, Make clear to us by what authority you do these things and who gave you this authority.
20:2 And spoke unto him, saying, Tell us, by what authority do you these things? or who is he that gave you this authority?

20:3 And in answer he said to them, I will put a question to you, and do you give me an answer:
20:3 And he answered and said unto them, I will also ask you one thing; (o. logos) and answer me:

20:4 The baptism of John, was it from heaven or of men?

20:5 And they said among themselves, If we say, From heaven; he will say, Why did you not have faith in him?
20:5 And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then believed all of you him not?

20:6 But if we say, Of men; we will be stoned by the people, for they are certain that John was a prophet.
20:6 But and if we say, Of men; all the people will stone us: for they be persuaded that John was a prophet.

20:7 And they made answer that they had no idea where it came from.
20:7 And they answered, that they could not tell whence it was.

20:8 And Jesus said, And I will not make clear to you by what authority I do these things.
20:8 And Jesus said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.

20:9 And he gave the people this story: A man made a vine-garden and gave the use of it to some field-workers and went into another country for a long time.
20:9 Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time.

20:10 And at the right time he sent a servant to the workers to get part of the fruit from the vines; but the workmen gave him blows and sent him away with nothing.
20:10 And at the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty.

20:11 And he sent another servant, and they gave blows to him in the same way, and put shame on him, and sent him away with nothing.
20:11 And again he sent another servant: and they beat him also, and pleaded him shamefully, and sent him away empty.

20:12 And he sent a third, and they gave him wounds and put him out.
20:12 And again he sent a third: and they wounded him also, and cast him out.

20:13 Æ÷µµ¿ø ÁÖÀÎÀÌ °¡·ÎµÇ ¾îÂîÇÒ²¿ ³» »ç¶ûÇÏ´Â ¾ÆµéÀ» º¸³»¸®´Ï ÀúÈñ°¡ Ȥ ±×´Â °ø°æÇϸ®¶ó ÇÏ¿´´õ´Ï
20:13 And the lord of the garden said, What am I to do? I will send my dearly loved son; they may give respect to him.
20:13 Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they see him.

20:14 ³óºÎµéÀÌ ±×¸¦ º¸°í ¼­·Î ÀdzíÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ ÀÌ´Â »ó¼ÓÀÚ´Ï Á×ÀÌ°í ±× À¯¾÷À» ¿ì¸®ÀÇ °ÍÀ¸·Î ¸¸µéÀÚ ÇÏ°í
20:14 But when the workmen saw him, they said to one another, This is he who will one day be the owner of the property: let us put him to death and the heritage will be ours.
20:14 But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir: come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.

20:15 Æ÷µµ¿ø ¹Û¿¡ ³»¾î ÂÑ¾Æ Á׿´´À´Ï¶ó ±×·±Áï Æ÷µµ¿ø ÁÖÀÎÀÌ ÀÌ »ç¶÷µéÀ» ¾î¶»°Ô ÇÏ°Ú´À´¢
20:15 And driving him out of the garden they put him to death. Now what will the lord do to these workmen?
20:15 So they cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do unto them?

20:16 ¿Í¼­ ±× ³óºÎµéÀ» Áø¸êÇÏ°í Æ÷µµ¿øÀ» ´Ù¸¥ »ç¶÷µé¿¡°Ô ÁÖ¸®¶ó ÇÏ½Ã´Ï »ç¶÷µéÀÌ µè°í °¡·ÎµÇ ±×·¸°Ô µÇÁö ¸»¾ÆÁöÀÌ´Ù ÇÏ°Å´Ã
20:16 He will come and put them to destruction and give the garden to others. And when he said this, they said, May it not be so.
20:16 He shall come and destroy these husbandmen, and shall give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it, they said, God forbid.

20:17 ÀúÈñ¸¦ º¸½Ã¸ç °¡¶ó»ç´ë ±×·¯¸é ±â·ÏµÈ ¹Ù  °ÇÃàÀÚµéÀÇ ¹ö¸° µ¹ÀÌ ¸ðÅüÀÌÀÇ ¸Ó¸´µ¹ÀÌ µÇ¾ú´À´Ï¶ó ÇÔÀÌ ¾îÂòÀÌ´¢
20:17 But he, looking on them, said, Is it not in the Writings, The stone which the builders put on one side, the same has become the chief stone of the building?
20:17 And he beheld them, and said, What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner?

20:18 ¹«¸© ÀÌ µ¹ À§¿¡ ¶³¾îÁö´Â ÀÚ´Â ±ú¾îÁö°Ú°í ÀÌ µ¹ÀÌ »ç¶÷ À§¿¡ ¶³¾îÁö¸é Àú¸¦ °¡·ç·Î ¸¸µé¾î ÈðÀ¸¸®¶ó ÇϽô϶ó
20:18 Everyone falling on that stone will be broken, but the man on whom the stone comes down will be crushed to dust.
20:18 Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

20:19 ¡Û ¼­±â°üµé°ú ´ëÁ¦»çÀåµéÀÌ ¿¹¼öÀÇ ÀÌ ºñÀ¯´Â ÀÚ±âµéÀ» °¡¸®ÄÑ ¸»¾¸ÇϽÉÀÎ ÁÙ ¾Ë°í Áï½Ã Àâ°íÀÚ Ç쵂 ¹é¼ºÀ» µÎ·Á¿öÇÏ´õ¶ó
20:19 And the chief priests and the scribes made attempts to get their hands on him in that very hour; and they were in fear of the people, for they saw that he had made up this story against them.
20:19 And the chief priests and the scribes the same hour sought to lay hands on him; and they feared the people: for they perceived that he had spoken this parable against them.

20:20 ÀÌ¿¡ ÀúÈñ°¡ ¿³º¸´Ù°¡ ¿¹¼ö¸¦ Ãѵ¶ÀÇ Ä¡¸®¿Í ±Ç¼¼ ¾Æ·¡ ºÙÀÌ·Á ÇÏ¿© Á¤Å½µéÀ» º¸³»¾î ±×µé·Î ½º½º·Î ÀÇÀÎÀΠüÇÏ¸ç ¿¹¼öÀÇ ¸»À» Ã¥Àâ°Ô ÇÏ´Ï
20:20 And they kept watch on him, and sent out secret representatives, who were acting the part of good men, in order that they might get something from his words, on account of which they might give him up to the government and into the power of the ruler.
20:20 And they watched him, and sent forth spies, which should feign themselves just men, that they might take hold of his words, (o. logos) that so they might deliver him unto the power and authority of the governor.

20:21 ±×µéÀÌ ¹°¾î °¡·ÎµÇ ¼±»ý´ÔÀÌ¿© ¿ì¸®°¡ ¾Æ³ë´Ï ´ç½ÅÀº ¹Ù·Î ¸»¾¸ÇÏ½Ã°í °¡¸£Ä¡½Ã¸ç »ç¶÷À» ¿Ü¸ð·Î ÃëÄ¡ ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ½Ã°í ¿ÀÁ÷ ÂüÀ¸·Î½á Çϳª´ÔÀÇ µµ¸¦ °¡¸£Ä¡½Ã³ªÀÌ´Ù
20:21 And they put a question to him, saying, Master, we are certain that your teaching and your words are right, and that you have no respect for a man's position, but you are teaching the true way of God:
20:21 And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that you says and teach rightly, neither accept you the person of any, but teach the way of God truly:

20:22 Is it right for us to make payment of taxes to Caesar or not?
20:22 Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Caesar, or no?

20:23 But he saw through their trick and said to them,
20:23 But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them, Why tempt all of you me?

20:24 µ¥³ª¸®¿Â Çϳª¸¦ ³»°Ô º¸ÀÌ¶ó ´µ È­»ó°ú ±ÛÀÌ ¿©±â ÀÖ´À³Ä ´ë´äÇ쵂 °¡ÀÌ»çÀÇ °ÍÀÌ´ÏÀÌ´Ù
20:24 Let me see a penny. Whose image and name are on it? And they said, Caesar's.
20:24 Show me a penny. Whose image and superscription has it? They answered and said, Caesar's.

20:25 And he said, Then give to Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and to God the things which are God's.
20:25 And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's, and unto God the things which be God's.

20:26 And they were not able to get anything from these words before the people: but they were full of wonder at his answer, and said nothing.
20:26 And they could not take hold of his words (o. rhema) before the people: and they marvelled at his answer, and held their peace.

20:27 And some of the Sadducees came to him, who say that there is no coming back from the dead; and they said to him,
20:27 Then came to him certain of the Sadducees, which deny that there is any resurrection; and they asked him,

20:28 Master, Moses said that if a man's brother comes to his end, having a wife, but no children, his brother is to take the wife, and get a family for his brother.
20:28 Saying, Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man's brother die, having a wife, and he die without children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.

20:29 ±×·±µ¥ Ä¥ ÇüÁ¦°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Âµ¥ ¸ºÀÌ ¾Æ³»¸¦ ÃëÇÏ¿´´Ù°¡ ÀÚ½ÄÀÌ ¾øÀÌ Á×°í
20:29 Now there were seven brothers, and the first had a wife and came to his end, having no children;
20:29 There were therefore seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and died without children.

20:30 And the second;
20:30 And the second took her to wife, and he died childless.

20:31 And the third took her; and in the same way, all the seven, without having any children, came to their end.
20:31 And the third took her; and in like manner the seven also: and they left no children, and died.

20:32 And last of all, the woman came to her end.
20:32 Last of all the woman died also.

20:33 ÀÏ°öÀÌ ´Ù Àú¸¦ ¾Æ³»·Î ÃëÇÏ¿´À¸´Ï ºÎÈ° ¶§¿¡ ±× Áß¿¡ ´µ ¾Æ³»°¡ µÇ¸®À̱î
20:33 When they come back from the dead, whose wife will she be? for all the seven had her.
20:33 Therefore in the resurrection whose wife of them is she? for seven had her to wife.

20:34 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ À̸£½ÃµÇ ÀÌ ¼¼»óÀÇ ÀÚ³àµéÀº Àå°¡µµ °¡°í ½ÃÁýµµ °¡µÇ
20:34 And Jesus said to them, The sons of this world are married and have wives;
20:34 And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage:

20:35 But those to whom is given the reward of the world to come, and to come back from the dead, have no wives, and are not married;
20:35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:

20:36 And death has no more power over them, for they are equal to the angels, and are sons of God, being of those who will come back from the dead.
20:36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

20:37 But even Moses made it clear that the dead come back to life, saying, in the story of the burning thorn-tree, The Lord, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.
20:37 Now that the dead are raised, even Moses showed at the bush, when he calls the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.

20:38 Now he is not the God of the dead but of the living: for all men are living to him.
20:38 For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.

20:39 And some of the scribes, in answer to this, said, Master, you have said well.
20:39 Then certain of the scribes answering said, Master, you have well said.

20:40 And they had fear of putting any more questions to him.
20:40 And after that they durst not ask him any question at all.

20:41 And he said to them, Why do they say that the Christ is the son of David?
20:41 And he said unto them, How say they that Christ is David's son?

20:42 ½ÃÆí¿¡ ´ÙÀ­ÀÌ Ä£È÷ ¸»ÇÏ¿´À¸µÇ ÁÖ²²¼­ ³» ÁÖ²² À̸£½ÃµÇ
20:42 For David himself says in the book of Psalms, The Lord said to my Lord, Take your seat at my right hand,
20:42 And David himself says in the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit you on my right hand,

20:43 Till I put under your feet all those who are against you.
20:43 Till I make yours enemies your footstool.

20:44 David then gives him the name of Lord, so how is it possible for him to be his son?
20:44 David therefore calls him Lord, how is he then his son?

20:45 And in the hearing of all the people he said to his disciples,

20:46 Keep away from the scribes, whose pleasure it is to go about in long robes, and to have words of respect said to them in the market-places, and to take the chief seats in the Synagogues and the first places at feasts;
20:46 Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts;

20:47 ÀúÈñ´Â °úºÎÀÇ °¡»êÀ» »ïÅ°¸ç ¿Ü½ÄÀ¸·Î ±æ°Ô ±âµµÇÏ´Ï ±× ¹Þ´Â ÆÇ°áÀÌ ´õ¿í ÁßÇϸ®¶ó ÇϽô϶ó
20:47 Who take the property of widows and before the eyes of men make long prayers; they will get a greater punishment.
20:47 Which devour widows' houses, and for a show make long prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation.

21:1 And looking up, he saw the men of wealth putting their offerings in the money-box.
21:1 And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.

21:2 ¶Ç ¾î¶² °¡³­ÇÑ °úºÎÀÇ µÎ ·¾µ· ³Ö´Â °ÍÀ» º¸½Ã°í
21:2 And he saw a certain poor widow putting in a farthing.
21:2 And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.

21:3 °¡¶ó»ç´ë ³»°¡ ÂüÀ¸·Î ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸»Çϳë´Ï ÀÌ °¡³­ÇÑ °úºÎ°¡ ¸ðµç »ç¶÷º¸´Ù ¸¹ÀÌ ³Ö¾úµµ´Ù
21:3 And he said, Truly I say to you, This poor widow has given more than all of them:
21:3 And he said, Truthfully I say unto you, that this poor widow has cast in more than they all:

21:4 ÀúµéÀº ±× dzÁ·ÇÑ Áß¿¡¼­ Çå±ÝÀ» ³Ö¾ú°Å´Ï¿Í ÀÌ °úºÎ´Â ±× ±¸Â÷ÇÑ Áß¿¡¼­ ÀÚ±âÀÇ ÀÖ´Â ¹Ù »ýÈ°ºñ ÀüºÎ¸¦ ³Ö¾ú´À´Ï¶ó ÇϽô϶ó
21:4 For they gave out of their wealth, having more than enough for themselves: but she, even out of her need, has put in all her living.
21:4 For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her destitution has cast in all the living that she had.

21:5 ¡Û ¾î¶² »ç¶÷µéÀÌ ¼ºÀüÀ» °¡¸®ÄÑ ±× ¹Ì¼®°ú Çå¹°·Î ²Ù¹Î °ÍÀ» ¸»ÇϸŠ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ °¡¶ó»ç´ë
21:5 And some were talking about the Temple, how it was made fair with beautiful stones and with offerings, but he said,
21:5 And as some spoke of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,

21:6 ³ÊÈñ º¸´Â À̰͵éÀÌ ³¯ÀÌ À̸£¸é µ¹ Çϳªµµ µ¹ À§¿¡ ³²Áö ¾Ê°í ´Ù ¹«³Ê¶ß¸®¿ì¸®¶ó
21:6 As for these things which you see, the days will come when not one stone will be resting on another, but all will be broken down.
21:6 As for these things which all of you behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

21:7 ÀúÈñ°¡ ¹°¾î °¡·ÎµÇ ¼±»ý´ÔÀÌ¿© ±×·¯¸é ¾î´À ¶§¿¡ ÀÌ·± ÀÏÀÌ ÀÖ°Ú»ç¿À¸ç ÀÌ·± ÀÏÀÌ ÀÌ·ç·Á ÇÒ ¶§¿¡ ¹«½¼ ¡Á¶°¡ ÀÖ»ç¿À¸®À̱î
21:7 And they said to him, Master, when will these things be? and what sign will there be when these events are to take place?
21:7 And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?

21:8 °¡¶ó»ç´ë ¹ÌȤÀ» ¹ÞÁö ¾Êµµ·Ï ÁÖÀÇÇÏ¶ó ¸¹Àº »ç¶÷ÀÌ ³» À̸§À¸·Î ¿Í¼­ À̸£µÇ ³»°¡ ±×·Î¶ó ÇÏ¸ç ¶§°¡ °¡±î¿Ô´Ù ÇÏ°ÚÀ¸³ª ÀúÈñ¸¦ ÁÀÁö ¸»¶ó
21:8 And he said, Take care that you are not tricked: for a number of people will come in my name, saying, I am he; and, The time is near: do not go after them.
21:8 And he said, Take heed that all of you be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draws near: go all of you not therefore after them.

21:9 ³­¸®¿Í ¼Ò¶õÀÇ ¼Ò¹®À» µéÀ» ¶§¿¡ µÎ·Á¿ö ¸»¶ó ÀÌ ÀÏÀÌ ¸ÕÀú ÀÖ¾î¾ß Ç쵂 ³¡Àº °ð µÇÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϴ϶ó
21:9 And when news of wars and troubled times comes to your ears, have no fear; for these things have to be, but the end will not be now.
21:9 But when all of you shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

21:10 ¡Û ¶Ç À̸£½ÃµÇ ¹ÎÁ·ÀÌ ¹ÎÁ·À» ³ª¶ó°¡ ³ª¶ó¸¦ ´ëÀûÇÏ¿© ÀϾ°Ú°í
21:10 Then he said to them, Nation will be moved against nation and kingdom against kingdom:
21:10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

21:11 There will be great earth-shocks and outbursts of disease in a number of places, and men will be without food; and there will be wonders and great signs from heaven.
21:11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

21:12 But before all this, they will take you and be very cruel to you, giving you up to the Synagogues and to prisons, taking you before kings and rulers, because of my name.
21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.

21:13 And it will be turned to a witness for you.
21:13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.

21:14 So take care not to be troubled before the time comes, about what answers you will give:
21:14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what all of you shall answer:

21:15 For I will give you words and wisdom, so that not one of those who are against you will be able to get the better of you, or to put you in the wrong.
21:15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

21:16 But you will be given up even by your fathers and mothers, your brothers and relations and friends; and some of you will be put to death.
21:16 And all of you shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.

21:17 And you will be hated by all men, because of me.
21:17 And all of you shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.

21:18 But not a hair of your head will come to destruction.
21:18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

21:19 By going through all these things, you will keep your lives.
21:19 In your patience possess all of you your souls.

21:20 But when you see armies all round about Jerusalem, then be certain that her destruction is near.
21:20 And when all of you shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.

21:21 Then let those who are in Judaea go in flight to the mountains; and those who are in the middle of the town go out; and let not those who are in the country come in.
21:21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter therein.

21:22 For these are the days of punishment, in which all the things in the Writings will be put into effect.

21:23 It will be hard for women who are with child, and for her with a baby at the breast, in those days. For great trouble will come on the land, and wrath on this people.
21:23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.

21:24 And they will be put to death with the sword, and will be taken as prisoners into all the nations; and Jerusalem will be crushed under the feet of the Gentiles, till the times of the Gentiles are complete.
21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

21:25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

21:26 Men's strength will go from them in fear and in waiting for the things which are coming on the earth; for the powers of the heavens will be moved.

21:34 But give attention to yourselves, for fear that your hearts become over-full of the pleasures of food and wine, and the cares of this life, and that day may come on you suddenly, and take you as in a net:
21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with worldly excess, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unexpectedly.

21:36 But keep watch at all times with prayer, that you may be strong enough to come through all these things and take your place before the Son of man.
21:36 Watch all of you therefore, and pray always, that all of you may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

22:11 And say to the master of the house, The Master says, Where is the guest-room, where I may take the Passover with my disciples?
22:11 And all of you shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master says unto you, Where is the guest room, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?

22:19 And he took bread and, having given praise, he gave it to them when it had been broken, saying, This is my body, which is given for you: do this in memory of me.

22:22 For it will be done to the Son of man after the purpose of God, but unhappy is that man by whom he is given up.

22:24 And there was an argument among them about which of them was the greatest.
22:24 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.

22:25 And he said, The kings of the Gentiles are lords over them, and those who have authority are given names of honour.

22:27 For whether is greater, he that sits at food, or he that serves? is not he that sits at food? but I am among you as he that serves.

22:28 But you are those who have kept with me through my troubles;

22:30 So that you may take food and drink at my table in my kingdom, and be seated like kings, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
22:30 That all of you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

22:43 And an angel from heaven came to him, to give him strength.

22:44 And being in great trouble of soul, the force of his prayer became stronger, and great drops, like blood, came from him, falling to the earth.
22:44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

22:59 And after about an hour, another man said, with decision, Certainly this man was with him, for he is a Galilaean.
22:59 And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed, saying, Truthfully this fellow also was with him: for he is a Galilaean.

22:61 And the Lord, turning, gave Peter a look. And the words of the Lord came to Peter's mind, how he had said, This night, before the hour of the cock's cry, you will be false to me three times.
22:61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word (o. logos) of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, you shall deny me three times.

22:62 And he went out, weeping bitterly.

22:63 And the men in whose hands Jesus was, made sport of him and gave him blows.

22:64 And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that stroke you?

22:67 Are you the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, all of you will not believe:

22:68 And if I put a question to you, you will not give an answer.

22:69 But in the future the Son of man will be seated at the right hand of the power of God.
22:69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.

23:2 °í¼ÒÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ ¿ì¸®°¡ ÀÌ »ç¶÷À» º¸¸Å ¿ì¸® ¹é¼ºÀ» ¹ÌȤÇÏ°í °¡À̻翡°Ô ¼¼ ¹ÙÄ¡´Â °ÍÀ» ±ÝÇϸç ÀÚĪ ¿Õ ±×¸®½ºµµ¶ó ÇÏ´õÀÌ´Ù ÇÏ´Ï
23:2 And they made statements against him, saying, This man has to our knowledge been teaching our nation to do wrong, and not to make payment of taxes to Caesar, even saying that he himself is Christ, a king.
23:2 And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King.

23:3 ºô¶óµµ°¡ ¿¹¼ö²² ¹°¾î °¡·ÎµÇ ³×°¡ À¯´ëÀÎÀÇ ¿ÕÀÌ³Ä ´ë´äÇÏ¿© °¡¶ó»ç´ë ³× ¸»ÀÌ ¿Çµµ´Ù
23:3 And Pilate said to him, Are you the King of the Jews? And he said in answer, You say so.
23:3 And Pilate asked him, saying, Are you the King of the Jews? And he answered him and said, You says it.

23:4 ºô¶óµµ°¡ ´ëÁ¦»çÀåµé°ú ¹«¸®¿¡°Ô À̸£µÇ ³»°¡ º¸´Ï ÀÌ »ç¶÷¿¡°Ô ÁË°¡ ¾øµµ´Ù ÇÏ´Ï
23:4 And Pilate said to the chief priests and the people, In my opinion this man has done no wrong.
23:4 Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man.

23:5 ¹«¸®°¡ ´õ¿í ±»¼¼°Ô ¸»Ç쵂 Àú°¡ ¿Â À¯´ë¿¡¼­ °¡¸£Ä¡°í °¥¸±¸®¿¡¼­ºÎÅÍ ½ÃÀÛÇÏ¿© ¿©±â±îÁö ¿Í¼­ ¹é¼ºÀ» ¼Òµ¿ÄÉ ÇϳªÀÌ´Ù
23:5 But they became more violent than before, saying, He has made trouble among the people, teaching through all Judaea from Galilee to this place.
23:5 And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirs up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place.

23:6 ºô¶óµµ°¡ µè°í ¹¯µÇ Àú°¡ °¥¸±¸® »ç¶÷ÀÌ³Ä ÇÏ¿©
23:6 But at these words Pilate said, Is the man a Galilaean?
23:6 When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilaean.

23:7 Çì·ÔÀÇ °üÇÒ¿¡ ¼ÓÇÑ ÁÙÀ» ¾Ë°í Çì·Ô¿¡°Ô º¸³»´Ï ¶§¿¡ Çì·ÔÀÌ ¿¹·ç»ì·½¿¡ ÀÖ´õ¶ó
23:7 And when he saw that he was under the authority of Herod, he sent him to Herod, who was in Jerusalem himself at that time.
23:7 And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time.

23:8 ¡Û Çì·ÔÀÌ ¿¹¼ö¸¦ º¸°í ½ÉÈ÷ ±â»µÇÏ´Ï ÀÌ´Â ±×ÀÇ ¼Ò¹®À» µé¾úÀ¸¹Ç·Î º¸°íÀÚ ÇÑ Áö ¿À·¡¿´°í ¶ÇÇÑ ¹«¾ùÀ̳ª ÀÌÀû ÇàÇϽÉÀ» º¼±î ¹Ù¶ú´ø ¿¬°í·¯¶ó
23:8 Now when Herod saw Jesus he was very glad, having for a long time had a desire to see him, for he had had accounts of him, and was hoping to see some wonders done by him.
23:8 And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him.

23:9 ¿©·¯ ¸»·Î ¹°À¸³ª ¾Æ¹« ¸»µµ ´ë´äÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϽôÏ
23:9 And he put a great number of questions to him, but he said nothing.
23:9 Then he questioned with him in many words; (o. logos) but he answered him nothing.

23:10 And the chief priests and the scribes were there, making statements against him violently.
23:10 And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused him.

23:11 Çì·ÔÀÌ ±× ±ºº´µé°ú ÇÔ²² ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ¾÷½Å¿©±â¸ç Èñ·ÕÇÏ°í ºû³­ ¿ÊÀ» ÀÔÇô ºô¶óµµ¿¡°Ô µµ·Î º¸³»´Ï
23:11 And Herod, with the men of his army, put shame on him and made sport of him, and dressing him in shining robes, he sent him back to Pilate.
23:11 And Herod with his men of war set him at nothing, and mocked him, and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate.

23:12 Çì·Ô°ú ºô¶óµµ°¡ Àü¿¡´Â ¿ø¼öÀ̾úÀ¸³ª ´çÀÏ¿¡ ¼­·Î Ä£±¸°¡ µÇ´Ï¶ó
23:12 And that day Herod and Pilate became friends with one another, for before they had been against one another.
23:12 And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves.

23:13 And Pilate sent for the chief priests and the rulers and the people, and said to them,

23:14 You say that this man has been teaching the people evil things: now I, after going into the question before you, see nothing wrong in this man in connection with the things which you have said against him:
23:14 Said unto them, All of you have brought this man unto me, as one that perverts the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man concerning those things whereof all of you accuse him:

23:15 Çì·ÔÀÌ ¶ÇÇÑ ±×·¸°Ô ÇÏ¿© Àú¸¦ ¿ì¸®¿¡°Ô µµ·Î º¸³»¾úµµ´Ù º¸¶ó ÀúÀÇ ÇàÇÑ °ÍÀº Á×ÀÏ ÀÏÀÌ ¾ø´À´Ï¶ó
23:15 And Herod is of the same opinion, for he has sent him back to us; for, you see, he has done nothing for which I might put him to death.
23:15 No, nor yet Herod: for I sent you to him; and, lo, nothing worthy of death is done unto him.

23:16 And so I will give him punishment and let him go.
23:16 I will therefore chastise him, and release him.

23:18 But with loud voices they said all together, Put this man to death, and make Barabbas free.
23:18 And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this man, and release unto us Barabbas:

23:19 Now this man was in prison because of an attack against the government in the town, in which there had been loss of life.
23:19 (Who for a certain sedition made in the city, and for murder, was cast into prison.)

23:20 And Pilate again said to them that it was his desire to let Jesus go free.
23:20 Pilate therefore, willing to release Jesus, spoke again to them.

23:21 But crying out they said, To the cross with him!
23:21 But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him.

23:22 And he said to them a third time, Why, what evil has he done? I see no reason for putting him to death: I will give him punishment and let him go.
23:22 And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil has he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go.

23:23 But they went on crying out loudly, Let him be put to death on the cross. And they had their way.
23:23 And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.

23:24 And Pilate gave his decision for their desire to be put into effect.
23:24 And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required.

23:25 ÀúÈñÀÇ ±¸ÇÏ´Â ÀÚ °ð ¹Î¶õ°ú »ìÀÎÀ» ÀÎÇÏ¿© ¿Á¿¡ °¤Èù ÀÚ¸¦ ³õ°í ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ³Ñ°Ü ÁÖ¾î ÀúÈñ ¶æ´ë·Î ÇÏ°Ô Çϴ϶ó
23:25 And in answer to their request, he let that man go free who had been in prison for acting against the government and causing death, and Jesus he gave up to their pleasure.
23:25 And he released unto them him that for sedition and murder was cast into prison, whom they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their will.

23:26 ¡Û ÀúÈñ°¡ ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ²ø°í °¥ ¶§¿¡ ½Ã¸óÀ̶ó´Â ±¸·¹³× »ç¶÷ÀÌ ½Ã°ñ·Î¼­ ¿À´Â °ÍÀ» Àâ¾Æ ±×¿¡°Ô ½ÊÀÚ°¡¸¦ Áö¿ö ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ÁÀ°Ô ÇÏ´õ¶ó
23:26 And while they were taking him away, they put their hands on Simon of Cyrene, who was coming from the country, and made him take the cross after Jesus.
23:26 And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear it after Jesus.

23:27 ¶Ç ¹é¼º°ú ¹× ±×¸¦ À§ÇÏ¿© °¡½¿À» Ä¡¸ç ½½ÇÇ ¿ì´Â ¿©ÀÚÀÇ Å« ¹«¸®°¡ µû¶ó¿À´ÂÁö¶ó
23:27 And a great band of people went after him, and of women making signs of grief and weeping for him.
23:27 And there followed him a great company of people, and of women, which also bewailed and lamented him.

23:28 But Jesus, turning to them, said, Daughters of Jerusalem, let not your weeping be for me, but for yourselves and for your children.
23:28 But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.

23:29 For the days are coming in which they will say, Happy are those who have had no children, whose bodies have never given birth, whose breasts have never given milk.
23:29 For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the breast which never gave suck.

23:30 And they will say to the mountains, Come down on us, and to the hills, Be a cover over us.
23:30 Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.

23:31 Ǫ¸¥ ³ª¹«¿¡µµ ÀÌ°°ÀÌ ÇÏ°Åµç ¸¶¸¥ ³ª¹«¿¡´Â ¾î¶»°Ô µÇ¸®¿ä ÇϽô϶ó
23:31 For if they do these things when the tree is green, what will they do when it is dry?
23:31 For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?

23:32 ¶Ç ´Ù¸¥ µÎ Çà¾ÇÀÚµµ »çÇüÀ» ¹Þ°Ô µÇ¾î ¿¹¼ö¿Í ÇÔ²² ²ø·Á °¡´Ï¶ó
23:32 And two others, evil-doers, were taken with him to be put to death.
23:32 And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put to death.

23:33 ÇØ°ñÀ̶ó ÇÏ´Â °÷¿¡ À̸£·¯ °Å±â¼­ ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ½ÊÀÚ°¡¿¡ ¸ø ¹Ú°í µÎ Çà¾ÇÀÚµµ ±×·¸°Ô ÇÏ´Ï Çϳª´Â ¿ìÆí¿¡ Çϳª´Â ÁÂÆí¿¡ ÀÖ´õ¶ó
23:33 And when they came to the place which is named Golgotha, they put him on the cross, and the evil-doers, one on the right side, and the other on the left.
23:33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.

23:34 And Jesus said, Father, let them have forgiveness, for they have no knowledge of what they are doing. And they made division of his clothing among them by the decision of chance.
23:34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

23:35 And the people were looking on. And the rulers made sport of him, saying, He was a saviour of others; let him do something for himself, if he is the Christ, the man of God's selection.
23:35 And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God.

23:36 And the men of the army made sport of him, coming to him and giving him bitter wine,
23:36 And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar,

23:37 °¡·ÎµÇ ³×°¡ ¸¸ÀÏ À¯´ëÀÎÀÇ ¿ÕÀ̾îµç ³×°¡ ³Ê¸¦ ±¸¿øÇ϶ó ÇÏ´õ¶ó
23:37 And saying, If you are the King of the Jews, get yourself free.
23:37 And saying, If you be the king of the Jews, save yourself.

23:38 ±×ÀÇ À§¿¡ ÀÌ´Â À¯´ëÀÎÀÇ ¿ÕÀÌ¶ó ¾´ Æа¡ ÀÖ´õ¶ó
23:38 And these words were put in writing over him, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
23:38 And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

23:39 ¡Û ´Þ¸° Çà¾ÇÀÚ Áß Çϳª´Â ºñ¹æÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ ³×°¡ ±×¸®½ºµµ°¡ ¾Æ´Ï³Ä ³Ê¿Í ¿ì¸®¸¦ ±¸¿øÇ϶ó ÇϵÇ
23:39 And one of the evil-doers on the cross, with bitter feeling, said to him, Are you not the Christ? Get yourself and us out of this.
23:39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If you be Christ, save yourself and us.

23:40 Çϳª´Â ±× »ç¶÷À» ²Ù¢¾î °¡·ÎµÇ ³×°¡ µ¿ÀÏÇÑ Á¤Á˸¦ ¹Þ°í¼­µµ Çϳª´ÔÀ» µÎ·Á¿ö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ´À³Ä
23:40 But the other, protesting, said, Have you no fear of God? for you have a part in the same punishment,
23:40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Do not you fear God, seeing you are in the same condemnation?

23:41 ¿ì¸®´Â ¿ì¸®ÀÇ ÇàÇÑ ÀÏ¿¡ »ó´çÇÑ º¸ÀÀÀ» ¹Þ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ï ÀÌ¿¡ ´ç¿¬ÇÏ°Å´Ï¿Í ÀÌ »ç¶÷ÀÇ ÇàÇÑ °ÍÀº ¿ÇÁö ¾ÊÀº °ÍÀÌ ¾ø´À´Ï¶ó ÇÏ°í
23:41 And with reason; for we have the right reward of our acts, but this man has done nothing wrong.
23:41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man has done nothing amiss.

23:42 °¡·ÎµÇ ¿¹¼ö¿© ´ç½ÅÀÇ ³ª¶ó¿¡ ÀÓÇÏ½Ç ¶§¿¡ ³ª¸¦ »ý°¢ÇϼҼ­ ÇÏ´Ï
23:42 And he said, Jesus, keep me in mind when you come in your kingdom.
23:42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom.

23:43 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ À̸£½ÃµÇ ³»°¡ Áø½Ç·Î ³×°Ô À̸£³ë´Ï ¿À´Ã ³×°¡ ³ª¿Í ÇÔ²² ³«¿ø¿¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸®¶ó ÇϽô϶ó
23:43 And he said to him, Truly I say to you, Today you will be with me in Paradise.
23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto you, To day shall you be with me in paradise.

23:44 ¡Û ¶§°¡ Á¦ À° ½ÃÂë µÇ¾î ÇØ°¡ ºûÀ» ÀÒ°í ¿Â ¶¥¿¡ ¾îµÎ¿òÀÌ ÀÓÇÏ¿© Á¦ ±¸ ½Ã±îÁö °è¼ÓÇϸç
23:44 And it was now about the sixth hour; and all the land was dark till the ninth hour;
23:44 And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour.

23:45 ¼º¼ÒÀÇ ÈÖÀåÀÌ ÇÑ°¡¿îµ¥°¡ Âõ¾îÁö´õ¶ó
23:45 The light of the sun went out, and the curtain in the Temple was parted in two.
23:45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst.

23:46 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ Å« ¼Ò¸®·Î ºÒ·¯ °¡¶ó»ç´ë ¾Æ¹öÁö¿© ³» ¿µÈ¥À» ¾Æ¹öÁö ¼Õ¿¡ ºÎŹÇϳªÀÌ´Ù ÇÏ°í ÀÌ ¸»¾¸À» ÇϽŠÈÄ ¿î¸íÇϽôÙ
23:46 And Jesus gave a loud cry and said, Father, into your hands I give my spirit: and when he had said this, he gave up his spirit.
23:46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into your hands I commend my spirit: (o. pneuma) and having said thus, he gave up the spirit.

23:47 And when the captain saw what was done, he gave praise to God, saying, Without doubt this was an upright man.
23:47 Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man.

23:48 And all the people who had come together to see it, when they saw the things which were done, went back again making signs of grief.
23:48 And all the people that came together to that sight, beholding the things which were done, stroke their breasts, and returned.

23:49 And all his friends and the women who came with him from Galilee, were waiting at a distance, watching these things.
23:49 And all his acquaintance, and the women that followed him from Galilee, stood far off, beholding these things.

23:51 (He had not given his approval to their decision or their acts), of Arimathaea, a town of the Jews, who was waiting for the kingdom of God:
23:51 (The same had not consented to the counsel and deed of them;) he was of Arimathaea, a city of the Jews: who also himself waited for the kingdom of God.

23:55 And the women who had come with him from Galilee went after him and saw the place and how his body had been put to rest;

24:1 But on the first day of the week, at dawn, they came to the place where his body had been put, taking the spices which they had got ready.
24:1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.

24:2 And they saw that the stone had been rolled away.
24:2 And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb.

24:3 And they went in, but the body of the Lord Jesus was not there.

24:4 And while they were in doubt about it, they saw two men in shining clothing by them:
24:4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:

24:5 And while their faces were bent down to the earth in fear, these said to them, Why are you looking for the living among the dead?
24:5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek all of you the living among the dead?

24:7 The Son of man will be given up into the hands of evil-doers, and be put to death on the cross, and on the third day he will come back to life.
24:7 Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

24:8 And his words came back into their minds,
24:8 And they remembered his words, (o. rhema)

24:10 Now they were Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary, the mother of James: and the other women with them said these things to the Apostles.
24:10 It was Mary Magdalene and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles.

24:11 But these words seemed foolish to them, and they had no belief in them.
24:11 And their words (o. rhema) seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not.

24:12 But Peter got up and went to the place where the body had been put, and looking in he saw nothing but the linen cloths, and he went to his house full of wonder at what had taken place.
24:12 Then arose Peter, and ran unto the tomb; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass.

24:13 And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.

24:14 And they were talking together about all those things which had taken place.

24:15 And while they were talking and questioning together, Jesus himself came near and went with them.
24:15 And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.

24:16 But their eyes were not open that they might have knowledge of him.
24:16 But their eyes were held that they should not know him.

24:17 And he said to them, What are you talking about together while you go?
24:17 And he said unto them, What manner of communications (o. logos) are these that all of you have one to another, as all of you walk, and are sad?

24:18 Then stopping, and looking sadly at him, one of them, named Cleopas, said to him, Are you the only man living in Jerusalem who has not had news of the things which have taken place there at this time?
24:18 And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Are you only a stranger in Jerusalem, and have not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?

24:19 And he said to them, What things? And they said, The things to do with Jesus of Nazareth, who was a prophet, great in his acts and his words, before God and all the people:
24:19 And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word (o. logos) before God and all the people:

24:20 And how the chief priests and our rulers gave him up to be put to death on the cross.
24:20 And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him.

24:21 ¿ì¸®´Â ÀÌ »ç¶÷ÀÌ À̽º¶ó¿¤À» ±¸¼ÓÇÒ ÀÚ¶ó°í ¹Ù¶ú³ë¶ó ÀÌ»Ó ¾Æ´Ï¶ó ÀÌ ÀÏÀÌ µÈ Áö°¡ »çÈê°¿ä
24:21 But we were hoping that he would be the Saviour of Israel. In addition to all this he has now let three days go by from the time when these things took place;
24:21 But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.

24:22 And certain women among us gave us cause for wonder, for they went early to the place where his body had been put,
24:22 Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the tomb;

24:23 And it was not there; then they came saying that they had seen a vision of angels who said that he was living.
24:23 And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.

24:24 And some of those who were with us went to the place, and saw that it was as the women had said, but him they did not see.
24:24 And certain of them which were with us went to the tomb, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.

24:25 And he said, O foolish men! how slow you are to give belief to what the prophets have said.
24:25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:

24:26 ±×¸®½ºµµ°¡ ÀÌ·± °í³­À» ¹Þ°í ÀÚ±âÀÇ ¿µ±¤¿¡ µé¾î°¡¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï³Ä ÇϽðí
24:26 Was it not necessary for the Christ to go through these things, and to come into his glory?
24:26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?

24:27 ÀÌ¿¡ ¸ð¼¼¿Í ¹× ¸ðµç ¼±ÁöÀÚÀÇ ±Û·Î ½ÃÀÛÇÏ¿© ¸ðµç ¼º°æ¿¡ ¾´ ¹Ù Àڱ⿡ °üÇÑ °ÍÀ» ÀÚ¼¼È÷ ¼³¸íÇϽô϶ó
24:27 And he made clear to them all the things in the Writings, from Moses and from all the prophets, which had to do with himself.
24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

24:28 ÀúÈñÀÇ °¡´Â ÃÌ¿¡ °¡±îÀÌ °¡¸Å ¿¹¼ö´Â ´õ °¡·Á ÇÏ´Â °Í °°ÀÌ ÇϽôÏ
24:28 And they came near the town to which they were going, and he seemed as if he was going on;
24:28 And they drew nigh unto the village, where they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.

24:29 But they kept him back, saying, Do not go, for evening is near, the day is almost gone. And he went in with them.
24:29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.

24:30 And when he was seated with them at table, he took the bread, and said words of blessing and, making division of it, he gave it to them.
24:30 And it came to pass, as he sat at food with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.

24:31 And then their eyes were open, and they had knowledge of him, but he went from their view.
24:31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.

24:32 And they said to one another, Were not our hearts burning in us while he was talking to us on the way, making clear to us the holy Writings?
24:32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

24:33 And that very hour they got up and went back to Jerusalem, where the eleven and the others had come together.
24:33 And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,

24:34 And they said to them, The Lord has truly come back to life again, and Simon has seen him.
24:34 Saying, The Lord has risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon.

24:35 And they gave an account of the things which had taken place on the way, and how, when he gave them bread, they had knowledge of him.
24:35 And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.

24:36 And while they were saying these things, he himself was among them, and said to them, Peace be with you!
24:36 And as they thus spoke, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and says unto them, Peace be unto you.

24:37 But they were full of fear, being of the opinion that they were seeing a spirit.
24:37 But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. (o. pneuma)

24:38 And he said to them, Why are you troubled, and why are your hearts full of doubt?
24:38 And he said unto them, Why are all of you troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?

24:39 See; my hands and my feet: it is I myself; put your hands on me and make certain; for a spirit has not flesh and bones as you see that I have.
24:39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit (o. pneuma) has not flesh and bones, as all of you see me have.

24:40 And when he had said this, he let them see his hands and his feet.

24:41 And because, for joy and wonder, they were still in doubt, he said to them, Have you any food here?
24:41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have all of you here any food?

24:42 And they gave him a bit of cooked fish.
24:42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.

24:43 ¹ÞÀ¸»ç ±× ¾Õ¿¡¼­ Àâ¼ö½Ã´õ¶ó
24:43 And before their eyes he took a meal.
24:43 And he took it, and did eat before them.

24:44 ¡Û ¶Ç À̸£½ÃµÇ ³»°¡ ³ÊÈñ¿Í ÇÔ²² ÀÖÀ» ¶§¿¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸»ÇÑ ¹Ù °ð ¸ð¼¼ÀÇ À²¹ý°ú ¼±ÁöÀÚÀÇ ±Û°ú ½ÃÆí¿¡ ³ª¸¦ °¡¸®ÄÑ ±â·ÏµÈ ¸ðµç °ÍÀÌ ÀÌ·ç¾îÁ®¾ß Çϸ®¶ó ÇÑ ¸»ÀÌ ÀÌ°ÍÀ̶ó ÇϽðí
24:44 And he said to them, These are the words which I said to you when I was still with you, how it was necessary for all the things which are in the writings of Moses and the prophets and in the Psalms about me, to be put into effect.
24:44 And he said unto them, These are the words (o. logos) which I spoke unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

24:45 ÀÌ¿¡ ÀúÈñ ¸¶À½À» ¿­¾î ¼º°æÀ» ±ú´Ý°Ô ÇϽðí
24:45 Then he made the holy Writings clear to their minds.
24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

24:46 ¶Ç À̸£½ÃµÇ ÀÌ°°ÀÌ ±×¸®½ºµµ°¡ °í³­À» ¹Þ°í Á¦ »ï ÀÏ¿¡ Á×Àº ÀÚ °¡¿îµ¥¼­ »ì¾Æ³¯ °Í°ú
24:46 And he said to them, So it is in the Writings that the Christ would undergo death, and come back to life again on the third day;
24:46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it was essential for Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

24:47 ¶Ç ±×ÀÇ À̸§À¸·Î ÁË »çÇÔÀ» ¾ò°Ô Çϴ ȸ°³°¡ ¿¹·ç»ì·½À¸·ÎºÎÅÍ ½ÃÀÛÇÏ¿© ¸ðµç Á·¼Ó¿¡°Ô ÀüÆÄµÉ °ÍÀÌ ±â·ÏµÇ¾úÀ¸´Ï
24:47 And that teaching about a change of heart and forgiveness of sins is to be given to Jerusalem first and to all nations in his name.
24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

24:48 ³ÊÈñ´Â ÀÌ ¸ðµç ÀÏÀÇ ÁõÀÎÀ̶ó
24:48 You are witnesses of these things.
24:48 And all of you are witnesses of these things.

24:49 º¼Áö¾î´Ù ³»°¡ ³» ¾Æ¹öÁöÀÇ ¾à¼ÓÇϽŠ°ÍÀ» ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô º¸³»¸®´Ï ³ÊÈñ´Â À§·ÎºÎÅÍ ´É·ÂÀ» ÀÔÈ÷¿ï ¶§±îÁö ÀÌ ¼º¿¡ À¯Ç϶ó ÇϽô϶ó
24:49 And now I will send to you what my father has undertaken to give you, but do not go from the town, till the power from heaven comes to you.
24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry all of you in the city of Jerusalem, until all of you be imbued with power from on high.

24:50 ¡Û ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ÀúÈñ¸¦ µ¥¸®°í º£´Ù´Ï ¾Õ±îÁö ³ª°¡»ç ¼ÕÀ» µé¾î ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô ÃູÇϽôõ´Ï
24:50 And he took them out till they were near Bethany, and lifting up his hands, he gave them a blessing.
24:50 And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.

24:51 ÃູÇÏ½Ç ¶§¿¡ ÀúÈñ¸¦ ¶°³ª [Çϴ÷Π¿Ã¸®¿ì]½Ã´Ï
24:51 And while he was doing so, he went from them and was taken up into heaven.
24:51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.

24:52 ÀúÈñ°¡ [±×¿¡°Ô °æ¹èÇÏ°í] Å« ±â»ÝÀ¸·Î ¿¹·ç»ì·½¿¡ µ¹¾Æ°¡
24:52 And they gave him worship and went back to Jerusalem with great joy.
24:52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:

24:53 ´Ã ¼ºÀü¿¡ ÀÖ¾î Çϳª´ÔÀ» Âù¼ÛÇϴ϶ó
24:53 And they were in the Temple at all times, giving praise to God.
24:53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
