10:1 ±×¶§¿¡ ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³»°Ô À̸£½Ã±â¸¦ ³Ê´Â óÀ½°ú °°Àº µÎ µ¹ÆÇÀ» ´Ùµë¾î °¡Áö°í »ê¿¡ ¿Ã¶ó ³»°Ô·Î ³ª¾Æ¿À°í ¶Ç ³ª¹«±Ë Çϳª¸¦ ¸¸µé¶ó
10:1 At that time the Lord said to me, Make two other stones, cut like the first two, and come up to me on the mountain, and make an ark of wood.
10:1 At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew you two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make you an ark of wood.

10:2 ³×°¡ ±ú¶ß¸° óÀ½ ÆÇ¿¡ ¾´ ¸»À» ³»°¡ ±× ÆÇ¿¡ ¾²¸®´Ï ³Ê´Â ±×°ÍÀ» ±× ±Ë¿¡ ³ÖÀ¸¶ó ÇϽñâ·Î
10:2 And I will put on the stones the words which were on the first stones which were broken by you, and you are to put them into the ark.
10:2 And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which you brake, and you shall put them in the ark.

10:3 ³»°¡ ½Ëµõ³ª¹«·Î ±Ë¸¦ ¸¸µé°í óÀ½ °Í°ú °°Àº µ¹ÆÇ µÑÀ» ´Ùµë¾î ¼Õ¿¡ µé°í »ê¿¡ ¿À¸£¸Å
10:3 So I made an ark of hard wood, and had two stones cut like the others, and went up the mountain with the stones in my hands.
10:3 And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand.

10:4 ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ±× ÃÑȸ ³¯¿¡ »ê À§ ºÒ °¡¿îµ¥¼­ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£½Å ½Ê°è¸íÀ» óÀ½°ú °°ÀÌ ±× ÆÇ¿¡ ¾²½Ã°í ±×°ÍÀ» ³»°Ô Áֽñâ·Î
10:4 And he put on the stones, as in the first writing, the ten rules which the Lord gave you on the mountain out of the fire on the day of the great meeting: and the Lord gave the stones to me.
10:4 And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the LORD spoke unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me.

10:5 And turning round I came down from the mountain and put the stones in the ark which I had made; and there they are as the Lord gave me orders.
10:5 And I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the LORD commanded me.

10:6 (And the children of Israel went on from Beeroth Bene-jaakan to Moserah: there death came to Aaron and he was put to rest in the earth; and Eleazar, his son, took his place as priest.
10:6 And the children of Israel took their journey from Beeroth of the children of Jaakan to Mosera: there Aaron died, and there he was buried; and Eleazar his son ministered in the priest's office in his position.

10:7 From there they went on to Gudgodah, and from Gudgodah to Jotbathah, a land of streams of water.
10:7 From thence they journeyed unto Gudgodah; and from Gudgodah to Jotbath, a land of rivers of waters.

10:8 ±×¶§¿¡ ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ·¹À§ ÁöÆĸ¦ ±¸º°ÇÏ¿© ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¾ð¾à±Ë¸¦ ¸ÞÀÌ¸ç ¿©È£¿Í ¾Õ¿¡ ¼­¼­ ±×¸¦ ¼¶±â¸ç ¶Ç ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ À̸§À¸·Î ÃູÇÏ°Ô ÇÏ¼Ì°í ±× ÀÏÀº ¿À´Ã³¯±îÁö À̸£´À´Ï¶ó
10:8 At that time the Lord had the tribe of Levi marked out to take up the ark of the Lord's agreement, to be before the Lord and to do his work and to give blessings in his name, to this day.
10:8 At that time the LORD separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to stand before the LORD to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day.

10:9 For this reason Levi has no part or heritage for himself among his brothers: the Lord is his heritage, as the Lord your God said to him.)
10:9 Wherefore Levi has no part nor inheritance with his brethren; the LORD is his inheritance, according as the LORD your God promised him.

10:10 And I was in the mountain, as at the first time, for forty days and forty nights; and again the ears of the Lord were open to my prayer, and he did not send destruction on you.
10:10 And I stayed in the mount, according to the first time, forty days and forty nights; and the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also, and the LORD would not destroy you.

10:11 Then the Lord said to me, Get up and go on your journey before the people, so that they may go in and take the land which I said in my oath to their fathers that I would give them.
10:11 And the LORD said unto me, Arise, take your journey before the people, that they may go in and possess the land, which I swore unto their fathers to give unto them.

10:12 And now, Israel, what would the Lord your God have you do, but to go in the fear of the Lord your God, walking in all his ways and loving him and doing his pleasure with all your heart and all your soul,
10:12 And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God require of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul,

10:13 Doing the orders of the Lord and keeping his laws which I give you this day for your good?
10:13 To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command you this day for your good?

10:14 Çϴðú ¸ðµç ÇÏ´ÃÀÇ Çϴðú ¶¥°ú ±× À§ÀÇ ¸¸¹°Àº º»·¡ ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í²² ¼ÓÇÑ °ÍÀ̷εÇ
10:14 The Lord your God is ruler of heaven, of the heaven of heavens, and of the earth with everything in it.
10:14 Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD's your God, the earth also, with all that therein is.

10:15 ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ¿ÀÁ÷ ³× ¿­Á¶¸¦ ±â»µÇÏ½Ã°í ±×µéÀ» »ç¶ûÇÏ»ç ±× ÈÄ¼Õ ³ÊÈñ¸¦ ¸¸¹Î Áß¿¡¼­ ÅÃÇϼÌÀ½ÀÌ ¿À´Ã³¯°ú °°À¸´Ï¶ó
10:15 But the Lord had delight in your fathers and love for them, marking out for himself their seed after them, even you, from all peoples, as at this day.
10:15 Only the LORD had a delight in your fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day.

10:16 ±×·¯¹Ç·Î ³ÊÈñ´Â ¸¶À½¿¡ Çҷʸ¦ ÇàÇÏ°í ´Ù½Ã´Â ¸ñÀ» °ð°Ô ÇÏÁö ¸»¶ó
10:16 Let your circumcision be of the heart, and put away your pride.
10:16 Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stubborn.

10:17 ³ÊÈñÀÇ Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í´Â ½ÅÀÇ ½ÅÀ̽øç ÁÖÀÇ Áֽÿä Å©°í ´ÉÇÏ½Ã¸ç µÎ·Á¿ì½Å Çϳª´ÔÀ̽öó »ç¶÷À» ¿Ü¸ð·Î º¸Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ½Ã¸ç ³ú¹°À» ¹ÞÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϽðí
10:17 For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, strong in power and greatly to be feared, who has no respect for any man's position and takes no rewards:
10:17 For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regards not persons, nor takes reward:

10:18 °í¾Æ¿Í °úºÎ¸¦ À§ÇÏ¿© ½Å¿øÇÏ½Ã¸ç ³ª±×³×¸¦ »ç¶ûÇÏ»ç ±×¿¡°Ô ½Ä¹°°ú ÀǺ¹À» Áֽóª´Ï
10:18 Judging uprightly in the cause of the widow and of the child who has no father, and giving food and clothing in his mercy to the man from a strange country.
10:18 He does execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loves the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.

10:19 ³ÊÈñ´Â ³ª±×³×¸¦ »ç¶ûÇ϶ó Àü¿¡ ³ÊÈñµµ ¾Ö±Á ¶¥¿¡¼­ ³ª±×³× µÇ¾ú¾úÀ½À̴϶ó
10:19 So be kind to the man from a strange country who is living among you, for you yourselves were living in a strange country in the land of Egypt.
10:19 Love all of you therefore the stranger: for all of you were strangers in the land of Egypt.

10:20 ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í¸¦ °æ¿ÜÇÏ¿© ±×¸¦ ¼¶±â¸ç ±×¿¡°Ô Ä£±ÙÈ÷ ÇÏ°í ±× À̸§À¸·Î ¸Í¼¼Ç϶ó
10:20 Let the fear of the Lord your God be before you, give him worship and be true to him at all times, taking your oaths in his name.
10:20 You shall fear the LORD your God; him shall you serve, and to him shall you cleave, and swear by his name.

10:21 ±×´Â ³× Âù¼ÛÀÌ½Ã¿ä ³× Çϳª´ÔÀ̽öó ³×°¡ ¸ñµµÇÑ ¹Ù ÀÌ°°ÀÌ Å©°í µÎ·Á¿î ÀÏÀ» ³Ê¸¦ À§ÇÏ¿© ÇàÇϼ̴À´Ï¶ó
10:21 He is your God, the God of your praise, your God who has done for you all these works of power which your eyes have seen.
10:21 He is your praise, and he is your God, that has done for you these great and terrible things, which yours eyes have seen.

10:22 Your fathers went down into Egypt with seventy persons; and now the Lord your God has made you like the stars of heaven in number.
10:22 Your fathers went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the LORD your God has made you as the stars of heaven for multitude.

11:1 ±×·±Áï ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í¸¦ »ç¶ûÇÏ¿© ±× Á÷ÀÓ°ú ¹ýµµ¿Í ±Ô·Ê¿Í ¸í·ÉÀ» Ç×»ó ÁöÅ°¶ó
11:1 So have love for the Lord your God, and give him worship, and keep his laws and his decisions and his orders at all times.
11:1 Therefore you shall love the LORD your God, and keep his charge, and his statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments, always.

11:2 ³ÊÈñÀÇ ÀÚ³à´Â ¾ËÁöµµ ¸øÇÏ°í º¸Áöµµ ¸øÇÏ¿´À¸³ª ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¿À´Ã³¯ ±â¾ïÇÒ °ÍÀº ³ÊÈñ Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ Â¡°è¿Í ±× À§¾ö°ú ±× °­ÇÑ ¼Õ°ú Æì½Å ÆÈ°ú
11:2 And be certain in your minds this day; for these words are not said to your children, who have had no experience of the training of the Lord your God, and who have not seen his great power or his strong hand and his stretched-out arm,
11:2 And know all of you this day: for I speak not with your children which have not known, and which have not seen the chastisement of the LORD your God, his greatness, his mighty hand, and his stretched out arm,

11:3 ¾Ö±Á¿¡¼­ ±× ¿Õ ¹Ù·Î¿Í ±× Àü±¹¿¡ ÇàÇϽŠÀÌÀû°ú ±â»ç¿Í
11:3 Or his signs and wonders which he did in Egypt, to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and all his land;
11:3 And his miracles, and his acts, which he did in the midst of Egypt unto Pharaoh the king of Egypt, and unto all his land;

11:4 ¶Ç ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ¾Ö±Á ±º´ë¿Í ±× ¸»°ú ±× º´°Å¿¡ ÇàÇϽŠÀÏ °ð ±×µéÀÌ ³ÊÈñ¸¦ µû¸¦ ¶§¿¡ È«ÇØ ¹°·Î ±×µéÀ» µ¤¾î ¸êÇÏ»ç ¿À´Ã±îÁö À̸¥ °Í°ú
11:4 And what he did to the army of Egypt, to their horses and their war-carriages; how he made the waters of the Red Sea come up over them when they went after you, and how the Lord put an end to them even to this day;
11:4 And what he did unto the army of Egypt, unto their horses, and to their chariots; how he made the water of the Red sea to overflow them as they pursued after you, and how the LORD has destroyed them unto this day;

11:5 ¶Ç ³ÊÈñ°¡ ÀÌ°÷¿¡ À̸£±â±îÁö ±¤¾ß¿¡¼­ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ÇàÇϽŠÀÏ°ú
11:5 And what he did for you in the waste land, till you came to this place;
11:5 And what he did unto you in the wilderness, until all of you came into this place;

11:6 ¸£¿ìº¥ ÀÚ¼Õ ¿¤¸®¾ÐÀÇ ¾Æµé ´Ù´ä°ú ¾Æºñ¶÷¿¡°Ô ÇϽŠÀÏ °ð ¿Â À̽º¶ó¿¤ÀÇ ÇÑ°¡¿îµ¥¼­ ¶¥À¸·Î ÀÔÀ» ¿­¾î¼­ ±×µé°ú ±× °¡Á·°ú ±× À帷°ú ±×¸¦ µû¸£´Â ¸ðµç »ù¹°À» »ïÅ°°Ô ÇϽŠÀÏÀ̶ó
11:6 And what he did to Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, the son of Reuben; when they went down into the open mouth of the earth, with their families and their tents and every living thing which was theirs, before the eyes of all Israel:
11:6 And what he did unto Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, the son of Reuben: how the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and their tents, and all the substance that was in their possession, in the midst of all Israel:

11:7 ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ÇàÇϽŠÀÌ ¸ðµç Å« ÀÏÀ» ¸ñµµÇÏ¿´´À´Ï¶ó
11:7 But your eyes have seen all the great works of the Lord which he has done.
11:7 But your eyes have seen all the great acts of the LORD which he did.

11:8 ¡Û ±×·¯¹Ç·Î ³ÊÈñ´Â ³»°¡ ¿À´Ã³¯ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸íÇÏ´Â ¸ðµç ¸í·ÉÀ» ÁöÅ°¶ó ±×¸®ÇÏ¸é ³ÊÈñ°¡ °­¼ºÇÒ °ÍÀÌ¿ä ³ÊÈñ°¡ °Ç³Ê°¡¼­ ¾òÀ» ¶¥¿¡ µé¾î°¡¼­ ±×°ÍÀ» ¾òÀ» °ÍÀ̸ç
11:8 So keep all the orders which I give you today, so that you may be strong, and go in and take the land which is to be your heritage;
11:8 Therefore shall all of you keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that all of you may be strong, and go in and possess the land, where all of you go to possess it;

11:9 ¶Ç ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³ÊÈñÀÇ ¿­Á¶¿¡°Ô ¸Í¼¼ÇÏ»ç ±×¿Í ±× Èļտ¡°Ô ÁÖ¸®¶ó°í ÇϽŠ¶¥ °ð Á¥°ú ²ÜÀÌ È帣´Â ¶¥¿¡¼­ ³ÊÈñÀÇ ³¯ÀÌ À屸Çϸ®¶ó
11:9 And that your days may be long in the land which the Lord gave by an oath to your fathers and to their seed after them, a land flowing with milk and honey.
11:9 And that all of you may prolong your days in the land, which the LORD swore unto your fathers to give unto them and to their seed, a land that flows with milk and honey.

11:10 ³×°¡ µé¾î°¡ ¾òÀ¸·Á ÇÏ´Â ¶¥Àº ³×°¡ ³ª¿Â ¾Ö±Á ¶¥°ú °°Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ´Ï °Å±â¼­´Â ³ÊÈñ°¡ ÆÄÁ¾ÇÑ ÈÄ¿¡ ¹ß·Î ¹° ´ë±â¸¦ ä¼Ò ¹ç¿¡ ´ï°ú °°ÀÌ ÇÏ¿´°Å´Ï¿Í
11:10 For the land where you are going is not like the land of Egypt from which you have come, where you put in your seeds, watering them with your foot, like a planted garden:
11:10 For the land, where you go in to possess it, is not as the land of Egypt, from whence all of you came out, where you sowed your seed, and watered it with your foot, as a garden of herbs:

11:11 ³ÊÈñ°¡ °Ç³Ê°¡¼­ ¾òÀ» ¶¥Àº »ê°ú °ñÂ¥±â°¡ À־ Çϴÿ¡¼­ ³»¸®´Â ºñ¸¦ Èí¼öÇÏ´Â ¶¥ÀÌ¿ä
11:11 But the land where you are going is a land of hills and valleys, drinking in the rain of heaven:
11:11 But the land, where all of you go to possess it, is a land of hills and valleys, and drinks water of the rain of heaven:

11:12 ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ±Ç°íÇϽô ¶¥ÀÌ¶ó ¼¼ÃʺÎÅÍ ¼¼¸»±îÁö ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ´«ÀÌ Ç×»ó ±× À§¿¡ ÀÖ´À´Ï¶ó
11:12 A land cared for by the Lord your God: the eyes of the Lord your God are on it at all times from one end of the year to the other.
11:12 A land which the LORD your God cares for: the eyes of the LORD your God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.

11:13 ¡Û ³»°¡ ¿À´Ã³¯ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸íÇÏ´Â ³ªÀÇ ¸í·ÉÀ» ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¸¸ÀÏ Ã»Á¾ÇÏ°í ³ÊÈñÀÇ Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í¸¦ »ç¶ûÇÏ¿© ¸¶À½À» ´ÙÇÏ°í ¼ºÇ°À» ´ÙÇÏ¿© ¼¶±â¸é
11:13 And it will be that if you truly give ear to the orders which I put before you this day, loving the Lord your God and worshipping him with all your heart and all your soul,
11:13 And it shall come to pass, if all of you shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,

11:14 ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³ÊÈñ ¶¥¿¡ À̸¥ ºñ, ´ÊÀº ºñ¸¦ Àû´çÇÑ ¶§¿¡ ³»¸®½Ã¸®´Ï ³ÊÈñ°¡ °î½Ä°ú Æ÷µµÁÖ¿Í ±â¸§À» ¾òÀ» °ÍÀÌ¿ä
11:14 Then I will send rain on your land at the right time, the early rains and the late rains, so that you may get in your grain and your wine and your oil.
11:14 That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your corn, and your wine, and yours oil.

11:15 And I will give grass in your fields for your cattle, so that you may have food in full measure.
11:15 And I will send grass in your fields for your cattle, that you may eat and be full.

11:16 But take care that your hearts are not turned to false ways so that you become servants and worshippers of other gods;
11:16 Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and all of you turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them;

11:17 For if you do so, the wrath of the Lord will be burning against you, and the heaven will be shut up so that there is no rain and the land will give no fruit; and in a very little time you will be cut off from the good land which the Lord is giving you.
11:17 And then the LORD's wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest all of you perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD gives you.

11:18 So keep these words deep in your heart and in your soul, and have them fixed on your hand for a sign and marked on your brow;
11:18 Therefore shall all of you lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.

11:19 Teaching them to your children, and talking of them when you are at rest in your house or walking by the way, when you go to sleep and when you get up:
11:19 And all of you shall teach them your children, speaking of them when you sit in yours house, and when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.

11:20 Writing them on the pillars of your houses and over the doors of your towns:
11:20 And you shall write them upon the door posts of yours house, and upon your gates:

11:21 So that your days, and the days of your children, may be long in the land which the Lord by his oath to your fathers said he would give them, like the days of the eternal heavens.
11:21 That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD swore unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.

11:22 For if you take care to keep all the orders which I give you, and to do them; loving the Lord your God and walking in all his ways and being true to him:
11:22 For if all of you shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him;

11:23 Then the Lord will send these nations in flight before you, and you will take the lands of nations greater and stronger than yourselves.
11:23 Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and all of you shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves.

11:24 Every place where you put your foot will be yours: from the waste land and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates as far as the Great Sea, will be the limits of your land.
11:24 Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be.

11:25 All people will give way before you: for the Lord your God will put the fear of you on all the land through which you go, as he has said.
11:25 There shall no man be able to stand before you: for the LORD your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that all of you shall tread upon, as he has said unto you.

11:27 The blessing if you give ear to the orders of the Lord your God, which I give you this day:
11:27 A blessing, if all of you obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day:

11:28 And the curse if you do not give ear to the orders of the Lord your God, but let yourselves be turned from the way which I have put before you this day, and go after other gods which are not yours.
11:28 And a curse, if all of you will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which all of you have not known.

11:29 And when the Lord your God has taken you into the land of your heritage, you are to put the blessing on Mount Gerizim and the curse on Mount Ebal.
11:29 And it shall come to pass, when the LORD your God has brought you in unto the land where you go to possess it, that you shall put the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount Ebal.

11:30 Are they not on the other side of Jordan, looking west, in the land of the Canaanites living in the Arabah, opposite Gilgal, by the holy tree of Moreh?
11:30 Are they not on the other side Jordan, by the way where the sun goes down, in the land of the Canaanites, which dwell in the champaign opposite to Gilgal, beside the plains of Moreh?

11:31 For you are about to go over Jordan to take the heritage which the Lord your God is giving you, and it will be your resting-place.
11:31 For all of you shall pass over Jordan to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God gives you, and all of you shall possess it, and dwell therein.

12:1 These are the laws and the decisions which you are to keep with care in the land which the Lord, the God of your fathers, has given you to be your heritage all the days of your life on earth.
12:1 These are the statutes and judgments, which all of you shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of your fathers gives you to possess it, all the days that all of you live upon the earth.

12:2 ³ÊÈñ°¡ ÂѾƳ¾ ¹ÎÁ·µéÀÌ ±× ½ÅµéÀ» ¼¶±â´Â °÷Àº ³ôÀº »êÀ̵çÁö ÀÛÀº »êÀ̵çÁö Ǫ¸¥ ³ª¹« ¾Æ·¡µçÁö ¹«·ÐÇÏ°í ±× ¸ðµç °÷À» ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¸¶¶¥È÷ ÆĸêÇϸç
12:2 You are to give up to the curse all those places where the nations, whom you are driving out, gave worship to their gods, on the high mountains and the hills and under every green tree:
12:2 All of you shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which all of you shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:

12:3 ±× ´ÜÀ» Çæ¸ç ÁÖ»óÀ» ±ú¶ß¸®¸ç ¾Æ¼¼¶ó »óÀ» ºÒ»ç¸£°í ¶Ç ±× Á¶°¢ÇÑ ½Å»óµéÀ» Âï¾î¼­ ±× À̸§À» ±× °÷¿¡¼­ ¸êÇ϶ó
12:3 Their altars and their pillars are to be broken down, and their holy trees burned with fire, and the images of their gods cut down; you are to take away their names out of that place.
12:3 And all of you shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and all of you shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.

12:4 Do not so to the Lord your God.
12:4 All of you shall not do so unto the LORD your God.

12:5 But let your hearts be turned to the place which will be marked out by the Lord your God, among your tribes, to put his name there;
12:5 But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall all of you seek, and thither you shall come:

12:6 ³ÊÈñ ¹øÁ¦¿Í ³ÊÈñ Èñ»ý°ú ³ÊÈñÀÇ ½ÊÀÏÁ¶¿Í ³ÊÈñ ¼ÕÀÇ °ÅÁ¦¿Í ³ÊÈñ ¼­¿øÁ¦¿Í ³«Çå ¿¹¹°°ú ³ÊÈñ ¿ì¾çÀÇ Ã³À½ ³ºÀº °ÍµéÀ» ³ÊÈñ´Â ±×¸®·Î °¡Á®´Ù°¡ µå¸®°í
12:6 And there you are to take your burned offerings and other offerings, and the tenth part of your goods, and the offerings to be lifted up to the Lord, and the offerings of your oaths, and those which you give freely from the impulse of your hearts, and the first births among your herds and your flocks;
12:6 And thither all of you shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks:

12:7 °Å±â °ð ³ÊÈñ Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í ¾Õ¿¡¼­ ¸Ô°í ³ÊÈñ Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³ÊÈñ ¼ÕÀ¸·Î ¼ö°íÇÑ ÀÏ¿¡ º¹ ÁÖ½ÉÀ» ÀÎÇÏ¿© ³ÊÈñ¿Í ³ÊÈñ °¡Á·ÀÌ Áñ°Å¿öÇÒÁö´Ï¶ó
12:7 There you and all your families are to make a feast before the Lord your God, with joy in everything to which you put your hand, because the Lord has given you his blessing.
12:7 And there all of you shall eat before the LORD your God, and all of you shall rejoice in all that all of you put your hand unto, all of you and your households, wherein the LORD your God has blessed you.

12:8 ¿ì¸®°¡ ¿À´Ã³¯ ¿©±â¼­´Â °¢±â ¼Ò°ß´ë·Î ÇÏ¿´°Å´Ï¿Í ³ÊÈñ°¡ °Å±â¼­´Â ÇÏÁö ¸»Áö´Ï¶ó
12:8 You are not to do things then in the way in which we now do them here, every man as it seems right to him:
12:8 All of you shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.

12:9 ³ÊÈñ°¡ ³ÊÈñ Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ Áֽô ¾È½Ä°ú ±â¾÷¿¡ ¾ÆÁ÷Àº À̸£Áö ¸øÇÏ¿´°Å´Ï¿Í
12:9 For you have not come to the rest and the heritage which the Lord your God is giving you.
12:9 For all of you are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the LORD your God gives you.

12:10 ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¿ä´ÜÀ» °Ç³Ê ³ÊÈñ Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ±â¾÷À¸·Î Áֽô ¶¥¿¡ °ÅÇÏ°Ô µÉ ¶§ ¶Ç´Â ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³ÊÈñ·Î ³ÊÈñ »ç¹æÀÇ ¸ðµç ´ëÀûÀ» À̱â°Ô ÇÏ½Ã°í ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¾È½ÄÀ» ÁÖ»ç ³ÊÈñ·Î Æò¾ÈÈ÷ °ÅÇÏ°Ô ÇÏ½Ç ¶§¿¡
12:10 But when you have gone over Jordan and are living in the land which the Lord your God is giving you as your heritage, and when he has given you rest from all those on every side who are fighting against you, and you are living there safely;
12:10 But when all of you go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the LORD your God gives you to inherit, and when he gives you rest from all your enemies round about, so that all of you dwell in safety;

12:11 Then there will be a place marked out by the Lord your God as the resting-place for his name, and there you will take all the things which I give you orders to take: your burned offerings and other offerings, and the tenth part of your goods, and the offerings to be lifted up, and the offerings of your oaths which you make to the Lord;
12:11 Then there shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall all of you bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which all of you vow unto the LORD:

12:12 ³ÊÈñ¿Í ³ÊÈñ ÀÚ³à¿Í ³ëºñ¿Í ÇÔ²² ³ÊÈñ Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í ¾Õ¿¡¼­ Áñ°Å¿öÇÒ °ÍÀÌ¿ä ³× ¼ºÁß¿¡ °ÅÇÏ´Â ·¹À§Àΰúµµ ±×¸®ÇÒÁö´Ï ·¹À§ÀÎÀº ³ÊÈñ Áß¿¡ ºÐ±êÀ̳ª ±â¾÷ÀÌ ¾øÀ½À̴϶ó
12:12 And you will be glad before the Lord your God, you and your sons and your daughters, and your men-servants and your women-servants, and the Levite who is with you in your house, because he has no part or heritage among you.
12:12 And all of you shall rejoice before the LORD your God, all of you, and your sons, and your daughters, and your male servants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your gates; forasmuch as he has no part nor inheritance with you.

12:13 Take care that you do not make your burned offerings in any place you see:
12:13 Take heed to yourself that you offer not your burnt offerings in every place that you see:

12:14 But in the place marked out by the Lord in one of your tribes, there let your burned offerings be offered, and there do what I have given you orders to do.
12:14 But in the place which the LORD shall choose in one of your tribes, there you shall offer your burnt offerings, and there you shall do all that I command you.

12:15 Only you may put to death animals, such as the gazelle or the roe, for your food in any of your towns, at the desire of your soul, in keeping with the blessing of the Lord your God which he has given you: the unclean and the clean may take of it.
12:15 Notwithstanding you may kill and eat flesh in all your gates, whatsoever your soul lusts after, according to the blessing of the LORD your God which he has given you: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart.

12:16 But you may not take the blood for food, it is to be drained out on the earth like water.
12:16 Only all of you shall not eat the blood; all of you shall pour it upon the earth as water.

12:17 In your towns you are not to take as food the tenth part of your grain, or of your wine or your oil, or the first births of your herds or of your flocks, or anything offered under an oath, or freely offered to the Lord, or given as a lifted offering;
12:17 You may not eat within your gates the tithe of your corn, or of your wine, or of your oil, or the firstlings of your herds or of your flock, nor any of your vows which you vow, nor your freewill offerings, or heave offering of yours hand:

12:18 But they will be your food before the Lord your God in the place of his selection, where you may make a feast of them, with your son and your daughter, and your man-servant and your woman-servant, and the Levite who is living with you: and you will have joy before the Lord your God in everything to which you put your hand.
12:18 But you must eat them before the LORD your God in the place which the LORD your God shall choose, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite that is within your gates: and you shall rejoice before the LORD your God in all that you put yours hands unto.

12:20 When the Lord your God makes wide the limit of your land, as he has said, and you say, I will take flesh for my food, because you have a desire for it; then you may take whatever flesh you have a desire for.
12:20 When the LORD your God shall enlarge your border, as he has promised you, and you shall say, I will eat flesh, because your soul longs to eat flesh; you may eat flesh, whatsoever your soul lusts after.

12:21 If the place marked out by the Lord your God as the resting-place for his name is far away from you, then take from your herds and from your flocks which the Lord has given you, as I have said, and have a meal of it in the towns where you may be living.
12:21 If the place which the LORD your God has chosen to put his name there be too far from you, then you shall kill of your herd and of your flock, which the LORD has given you, as I have commanded you, and you shall eat in your gates whatsoever your soul lusts after.

12:25 You shall not eat it; that it may go well with you, and with your children after you, when you shall do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.

12:27 Offering the flesh and the blood of your burned offerings on the altar of the Lord your God; and the blood of your offerings is to be drained out on the altar of the Lord your God, and the flesh will be your food.
12:27 And you shall offer your burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of the LORD your God: and the blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of the LORD your God, and you shall eat the flesh.

12:28 Take note of all these orders I am giving you and give attention to them, so that it may be well for you and for your children after you for ever, while you do what is good and right in the eyes of the Lord your God.
12:28 Observe and hear all these words which I command you, that it may go well with you, and with your children after you for ever, when you do that which is good and right in the sight of the LORD your God.

12:29 When the people of the land where you are going have been cut off before you by the Lord your God, and you have taken their land and are living in it;
12:29 When the LORD your God shall cut off the nations from before you, where you go to possess them, and you succeed them, and dwell in their land;

12:30 After their destruction take care that you do not go in their ways, and that you do not give thought to their gods, saying, How did these nations give worship to their gods? I will do as they did.
12:30 Take heed to yourself that you be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before you; and that you enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.

12:31 Do not so to the Lord your God: for everything which is disgusting to the Lord and hated by him they have done in honour of their gods: even burning their sons and daughters in the fire to their gods.
12:31 You shall not do so unto the LORD your God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hates, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.

13:1 If ever you have among you a prophet or a dreamer of dreams and he gives you a sign or a wonder,
13:1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you a sign or a wonder,

13:2 And the sign or the wonder takes place, and he says to you, Let us go after other gods, which are strange to you, and give them worship;
13:2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke unto you, saying, Let us go after other gods, which you have not known, and let us serve them;

13:3 Then give no attention to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams: for the Lord your God is testing you, to see if all the love of your heart and soul is given to him.
13:3 You shall not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proves you, to know whether all of you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

13:4 But keep on in the ways of the Lord your God, fearing him and keeping his orders and hearing his voice, worshipping him and being true to him.
13:4 All of you shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and all of you shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

13:5 And that prophet or that dreamer of dreams is to be put to death; for his words were said with the purpose of turning you away from the Lord your God, who took you out of the land of Egypt and made you free from the prison-house; and of forcing you out of the way in which the Lord your God has given you orders to go. So you are to put away the evil from among you.
13:5 And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he has spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust you out of the way which the LORD your God commanded you to walk in. So shall you put the evil away from the midst of you.

13:6 ¡Û ³× µ¿º¹ ÇüÁ¦³ª ³× Àڳ೪ ³× Ç°ÀÇ ¾Æ³»³ª ³Ê¿Í »ý¸íÀ» ÇÔ²² Çϴ ģ±¸°¡ °¡¸¸È÷ ³Ê¸¦ ²Ò¾î À̸£±â¸¦ ³Ê¿Í ³× ¿­Á¶°¡ ¾ËÁö ¸øÇÏ´ø ´Ù¸¥ ½Åµé
13:6 If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son or your daughter or the wife of your heart, or the friend who is as dear to you as your life, working on you secretly says to you, Let us go and give worship to other gods, strange to you and to your fathers;
13:6 If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your bosom, or your friend, which is as yours own soul, entice you secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you have not known, you, nor your fathers;

13:7 °ð ³× »ç¹æ¿¡ µÑ·¯ ÀÖ´Â ¹ÎÁ· Ȥ ³×°Ô¼­ °¡±õµçÁö ³×°Ô¼­ ¸ÖµçÁö ¶¥ ÀÌ ³¡¿¡¼­ Àú ³¡±îÁö ÀÖ´Â ¹ÎÁ·ÀÇ ½ÅµéÀ» ¿ì¸®°¡ °¡¼­ ¼¶±âÀÚ ÇÒÁö¶óµµ
13:7 Gods of the peoples round about you, near or far, from one end of the earth to the other;
13:7 Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto you, or far off from you, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;

13:8 Do not be guided by him or give attention to him; have no pity on him or mercy, and give him no cover;
13:8 You shall not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall yours eye pity him, neither shall you spare, neither shall you conceal him:

13:9 But put him to death without question; let your hand be the first stretched out against him to put him to death, and then the hands of all the people.
13:9 But you shall surely kill him; yours hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.

13:10 Let him be stoned with stones till he is dead; because it was his purpose to make you false to the Lord your God, who took you out of the land of Egypt, out of the prison-house.
13:10 And you shall stone him with stones, that he die; because he has sought to thrust you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.

13:11 And all Israel, hearing of it, will be full of fear, and no one will again do such evil as this among you.
13:11 And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is among you.

13:12 And if word comes to you, in one of the towns which the Lord your God is giving you for your resting-place,
13:12 If you shall hear say in one of your cities, which the LORD your God has given you to dwell there, saying,

13:13 That good-for-nothing persons have gone out from among you, turning the people of their town from the right way and saying, Let us go and give worship to other gods, of whom you have no knowledge;
13:13 Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which all of you have not known;

13:14 ³Ê´Â ÀÚ¼¼È÷ ¹¯°í »ìÆ캸¾Æ¼­ ÀÌ·± °¡ÁõÇÑ ÀÏÀÌ Âü »ç½Ç·Î ³ÊÈñ Áß¿¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸é
13:14 Then let a full search be made, and let questions be put with care; and if it is true and certain that such a disgusting thing has been done among you;
13:14 Then shall you enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you;

13:15 ³Ê´Â ¸¶¶¥È÷ ±× ¼ºÀ¾ °Å¹ÎÀ» Ä®³¯·Î Á×ÀÌ°í ±× ¼ºÀ¾°ú ±× Áß¿¡ °ÅÇÏ´Â ¸ðµç °Í°ú ±× »ýÃàÀ» Ä®³¯·Î Áø¸êÇÏ°í
13:15 Then take up arms against the people of that town and give it up to the curse, with all its cattle and everything in it.
13:15 You shall surely strike the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.

13:16 ¶Ç ±× ¼Ó¿¡¼­ »©¾Ñ¾Æ ¾òÀº ¹°°ÇÀ» ´Ù °Å¸®¿¡ ¸ð¾Æ ³õ°í ±× ¼ºÀ¾°ú ±× Å»Ãë¹° ÀüºÎ¸¦ ºÒ»ì¶ó ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í²² µå¸±Áö´Ï ±× ¼ºÀ¾Àº ¿µ¿µÈ÷ ¹«´õ±â°¡ µÇ¾î ´Ù½Ã´Â °ÇÃàµÊÀÌ ¾øÀ» °ÍÀ̴϶ó
13:16 And take all the goods into the middle of its open space, burning the town and all its property with fire as an offering to the Lord your God; it is to be a waste for ever; there is to be no more building there.
13:16 And you shall gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shall burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof everything, for the LORD your God: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall not be built again.

13:17 Keep not a thing of what is cursed for yourselves: so the Lord may be turned away from the heat of his wrath, and have mercy on you, and give you increase as he said in his oath to your fathers:

13:18 So long as you give ear to the voice of the Lord your God, and keep all his orders which I give you today, and do what is right in the eyes of the Lord your God.
13:18 When you shall hearken to the voice of the LORD your God, to keep all his commandments which I command you this day, to do that which is right in the eyes of the LORD your God.

14:1 You are the children of the Lord your God: you are not to make cuts on your bodies or take off the hair on your brows in honour of the dead;
14:1 All of you are the children of the LORD your God: all of you shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.

14:2 For you are a holy people to the Lord your God, and the Lord has taken you to be his special people out of all the nations on the face of the earth.
14:2 For you are an holy people unto the LORD your God, and the LORD has chosen you to be an exclusive people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

14:3 ¡Û ³Ê´Â °¡ÁõÇÑ ¹°°ÇÀº ¹«¾ùÀ̵çÁö ¸ÔÁö ¸»¶ó
14:3 No disgusting thing may be your food.
14:3 You shall not eat any abominable thing.

14:4 These are the beasts which you may have for food: the ox, the sheep, and the goat;
14:4 These are the beasts which all of you shall eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat,

14:5 The hart, the gazelle, and the roe, the mountain goat and the pygarg and the antelope and the mountain sheep.
14:5 The hart, and the roebuck, and the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg, and the wild ox, and the chamois.

14:6 Any beast which has a division in the horn of its foot and whose food comes back into its mouth to be crushed again, may be used for food.
14:6 And every beast that parts the hoof, and cleaves the cleft into two claws, and chews the cud among the beasts, that all of you shall eat.

14:7 But even among these, there are some which may not be used for food: such as the camel, the hare, and the coney, which are unclean to you, because, though their food comes back, the horn of their feet is not parted in two.
14:7 Nevertheless these all of you shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the cloven hoof; as the camel, and the hare, and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; therefore they are unclean unto you.

14:8 And the pig is unclean to you, because though it has a division in the horn of its foot, its food does not come back; their flesh may not be used for food or their dead bodies touched by you.
14:8 And the swine, because it divides the hoof, yet chews not the cud, it is unclean unto you: all of you shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcass.

14:9 And of the things living in the waters, you may take all those who have wings for swimming with and skins formed of thin plates.
14:9 These all of you shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall all of you eat:

14:10 But any which have no skin-plates or wings for swimming, you may not take; they are unclean for you.
14:10 And whatsoever has not fins and scales all of you may not eat; it is unclean unto you.

14:11 All clean birds may be used for food.
14:11 Of all clean birds all of you shall eat.

14:12 But these birds you may not take: the eagle and the gier-eagle and the ospray;
14:12 But these are they of which all of you shall not eat: the eagle, and the vulture, and the buzzard,

14:16 The little owl and the great owl and the water-hen;

14:17 And the pelican and the vulture and the cormorant;
14:17 And the pelican, and the carrion vulture, and the cormorant,

14:18 The stork and the heron and birds of that sort, and the hoopoe and the bat.

14:19 Every winged thing which goes flat on the earth is unclean to you and may not be used as food.
14:19 And every creeping thing that flies is unclean unto you: they shall not be eaten.

14:20 But all clean birds you may take.
14:20 But of all clean fowls all of you may eat.

14:21 You may not have as food anything which has come to a natural death; the man from another country who is living with you may take it for food, or you may get a price for it from one of another nation; for you are a holy people to the Lord your God. The young goat is not to be cooked in its mother's milk.
14:21 All of you shall not eat of anything that dies of itself: you shall give it unto the stranger that is in your gates, that he may eat it; or you may sell it unto an foreigner: for you are an holy people unto the LORD your God. You shall not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

14:22 ¡Û ³Ê´Â ¸¶¶¥È÷ ¸Å³â¿¡ ÅäÁö ¼Ò»êÀÇ ½ÊÀÏÁ¶¸¦ µå¸± °ÍÀ̸ç
14:22 Put on one side a tenth of all the increase of your seed, produced year by year.
14:22 You shall truly tithe all the increase of your seed, that the field brings forth year by year.

14:23 And make a feast before the Lord your God, in the place which is to be marked out, where his name will be for ever, of the tenth part of your grain and your wine and your oil, and the first births of your herds and your flocks; so that you may have the fear of the Lord your God in your hearts at all times.
14:23 And you shall eat before the LORD your God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of your corn, of your wine, and of yours oil, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks; that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always.

14:24 And if the way is so long that you are not able to take these things to the place marked out by the Lord your God for his name, when he has given you his blessing, because it is far away from you;
14:24 And if the way be too long for you, so that you are not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from you, which the LORD your God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD your God has blessed you:

14:25 ±×°ÍÀ» µ·À¸·Î ¹Ù²Ù¾î ±× µ·À» ½Î¼­ °¡Áö°í ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ÅÃÇϽŠ°÷À¸·Î °¡¼­
14:25 Then let these things be exchanged for money, and, taking the money in your hand, go to the place marked out by the Lord your God for himself;
14:25 Then shall you turn it into money, and bind up the money in yours hand, and shall go unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose:

14:26 And with the money get whatever you have a desire for, oxen or sheep or wine or strong drink, whatever your soul's desire may be: and make a feast there before the Lord your God, and be glad, you and all your house;
14:26 And you shall bestow that money for whatsoever your soul lusts after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever your soul desires: and you shall eat there before the LORD your God, and you shall rejoice, you, and yours household,

14:27 And give a thought to the Levite who is living among you, for he has no part or heritage in the land.
14:27 And the Levite that is within your gates; you shall not forsake him; for he has no part nor inheritance with you.

14:28 At the end of every three years take a tenth part of all your increase for that year, and put it in store inside your walls:
14:28 At the end of three years you shall bring forth all the tithe of yours increase the same year, and shall lay it up within your gates:

14:29 And the Levite, because he has no part or heritage in the land, and the man from a strange country, and the child who has no father, and the widow, who are living among you, will come and take food and have enough; and so the blessing of the Lord your God will be on you in everything you do.
14:29 And the Levite, (because he has no part nor inheritance with you,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within your gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of yours hand which you do.

15:1 At the end of every seven years there is to be a general forgiveness of debt.
15:1 At the end of every seven years you shall make a release.

15:2 This is how it is to be done: every creditor is to give up his right to whatever he has let his neighbour have; he is not to make his neighbour, his countryman, give it back; because a general forgiveness has been ordered by the Lord.
15:2 And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lends ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD's release.

15:3 A man of another nation may be forced to make payment of his debt, but if your brother has anything of yours, let it go;
15:3 Of a foreigner you may exact it again: but that which is yours with your brother yours hand shall release;

15:4 But there will be no poor among you; for the Lord will certainly give you his blessing in the land which the Lord your God is giving you for your heritage;
15:4 Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless you in the land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance to possess it:
15:5 If only you give ear to the voice of the Lord your God, and take care to keep all these orders which I give you today.
15:5 Only if you carefully hearken unto the voice of the LORD your God, to observe to do all these commandments which I command you this day.

15:6 For the Lord your God will give you his blessing as he has said: you will let other nations have the use of your money, but you will not make use of theirs; you will be rulers over a number of nations, but they will not be your rulers.
15:6 For the LORD your God blesses you, as he promised you: and you shall lend unto many nations, but you shall not borrow; and you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you.

15:7 ¡Û ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³×°Ô ÁֽŠ¶¥ ¾î´À ¼ºÀ¾¿¡¼­µçÁö °¡³­ÇÑ ÇüÁ¦°¡ ³Ê¿Í ÇÔ²² °ÅÇÏ°Åµç ±× °¡³­ÇÑ ÇüÁ¦¿¡°Ô ³× ¸¶À½À» °­ÆÚÈ÷ ÇÏÁö ¸»¸ç ³× ¼ÕÀ» ¿òÄÑ ÁãÁö ¸»°í
15:7 If in any of your towns in the land which the Lord your God is giving you, there is a poor man, one of your countrymen, do not let your heart be hard or your hand shut to him;
15:7 If there be among you a poor man of one of your brethren within any of your gates in your land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not harden yours heart, nor shut yours hand from your poor brother:

15:8 ¹Ýµå½Ã ³× ¼ÕÀ» ±×¿¡°Ô Æì¼­ ±× ¿ä±¸ÇÏ´Â ´ë·Î ¾µ °ÍÀ» ³Ë³ËÈ÷ ²Ù¾îÁÖ¶ó
15:8 But let your hand be open to give him the use of whatever he is in need of.
15:8 But you shall open yours hand wide unto him, and shall surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wants.

15:9 And see that there is no evil thought in your heart, moving you to say to yourself, The seventh year, the year of forgiveness is near; and so looking coldly on your poor countryman you give him nothing; and he will make an outcry to the Lord against you, and it will be judged as sin in you.
15:9 Beware that there be not a thought in your wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and yours eye be evil against your poor brother, and you give him nothing; and he cry unto the LORD against you, and it be sin unto you.

15:10 But it is right for you to give to him, without grief of heart: for because of this, the blessing of the Lord your God will be on all your work and on everything to which you put your hand.
15:10 You shall surely give him, and yours heart shall not be grieved when you give unto him: because that for this thing the LORD your God shall bless you in all your works, and in all that you put yours hand unto.

15:11 For there will never be a time when there are no poor in the land; and so I give orders to you, Let your hand be open to your countrymen, to those who are poor and in need in your land.
15:11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command you, saying, You shall open yours hand wide unto your brother, to your poor, and to your needy, in your land.

15:12 If one of your countrymen, a Hebrew man or woman, becomes your servant for a price and does work for you six years, in the seventh year let him go free.
15:12 And if your brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto you, and serve you six years; then in the seventh year you shall let him go free from you.

15:15 And keep in mind that you yourself were a servant in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God made you free: so I give you this order today.
15:15 And you shall remember that you were a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you: therefore I command you this thing to day.

15:16 And it shall be, if he say unto you, I will not go away from you; because he loves you and yours house, because he is well with you;

15:17 Then take a sharp-pointed instrument, driving it through his ear into the door, and he will be your servant for ever. And you may do the same for your servant-girl.
15:17 Then you shall take an aul, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be your servant for ever. And also unto your maidservant you shall do likewise.

15:18 Let it not seem hard to you that you have to send him away free; for he has been working for you for six years, which is twice the regular time for a servant: and the blessing of the Lord your God will be on you in everything you do.
15:18 It shall not seem hard unto you, when you send him away free from you; for he has been worth a double hired servant to you, in serving you six years: and the LORD your God shall bless you in all that you do.

15:19 All the first males to come to birth in your herd and your flock are to be holy to the Lord your God: the first birth of your ox is not to be used for work, the wool of your first lamb is not to be cut.
15:19 All the first born males that come of your herd and of your flock you shall sanctify unto the LORD your God: you shall do no work with the first born of your bullock, nor shear the first born of your sheep.

15:20 But year by year you and all your house are to take a meal of it before the Lord, in the place of his selection.
15:20 You shall eat it before the LORD your God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, you and your household.

15:21 But if it has any mark on it, if it is blind or has damaged legs, or if there is anything wrong with it, it may not be offered to the Lord your God.
15:21 And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, you shall not sacrifice it unto the LORD your God.

15:22 You shall eat it within your gates: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.

16:1 Take note of the month of Abib and keep the Passover to the Lord your God: for in the month of Abib the Lord your God took you out of Egypt by night.
16:1 Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the LORD your God: for in the month of Abib the LORD your God brought you forth out of Egypt by night.

16:2 The Passover offering, from your flock or your herd, is to be given to the Lord your God in the place marked out by him as the resting-place of his name.
16:2 You shall therefore sacrifice the passover unto the LORD your God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the LORD shall choose to place his name there.

16:3 Take no leavened bread with it; for seven days let your food be unleavened bread, that is, the bread of sorrow; for you came out of the land of Egypt quickly: so the memory of that day, when you came out of the land of Egypt, will be with you all your life.
16:3 You shall eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shall you eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for you came forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that you may remember the day when you came forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.

16:4 For seven days let no leaven be used through all your land; and nothing of the flesh which is put to death in the evening of the first day is to be kept through the night till morning.
16:4 And there shall be no leavened bread seen with you in all your coast seven days; neither shall there any thing of the flesh, which you sacrificed the first day at even, remain all night until the morning.

16:6 But in the place marked out by the Lord your God as the resting-place of his name, there you are to put the Passover to death in the evening, at sundown, at that time of the year when you came out of Egypt.
16:6 But at the place which the LORD your God shall choose to place his name in, there you shall sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that you came forth out of Egypt.

16:7 It is to be cooked and taken as food in the place marked out by the Lord: and in the morning you are to go back to your tents.
16:7 And you shall roast and eat it in the place which the LORD your God shall choose: and you shall turn in the morning, and go unto your tents.

16:8 For six days let your food be unleavened bread; and on the seventh day there is to be a holy meeting to the Lord your God; no work is to be done.
16:8 Six days you shall eat unleavened bread: and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to the LORD your God: you shall do no work therein.

16:9 Let seven weeks be numbered from the first day when the grain is cut.
16:9 Seven weeks shall you number unto you: begin to number the seven weeks from such time as you begin to put the sickle to the corn.

16:10 Then keep the feast of weeks to the Lord your God, with an offering freely given to him from the wealth he has given you:
16:10 And you shall keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD your God with a tribute of a freewill offering of yours hand, which you shall give unto the LORD your God, according as the LORD your God has blessed you:

16:11 Then you are to be glad before the Lord your God, you and your son and your daughter, your man-servant and your woman-servant, and the Levite who is with you, and the man from a strange country, and the child without a father, and the widow, who are living among you, in the place marked out by the Lord your God as a resting-place for his name.
16:11 And you shall rejoice before the LORD your God, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite that is within your gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD your God has chosen to place his name there.

16:15 Keep the feast to the Lord your God for seven days, in the place marked out by the Lord: because the blessing of the Lord your God will be on all the produce of your land and all the work of your hands, and you will have nothing but joy.
16:15 Seven days shall you keep a solemn feast unto the LORD your God in the place which the LORD shall choose: because the LORD your God shall bless you in all yours increase, and in all the works of yours hands, therefore you shall surely rejoice.

16:16 Three times in the year let all your males come before the Lord your God in the place named by him; at the feast of unleavened bread, the feast of weeks, and the feast of tents: and they are not to come before the Lord with nothing in their hands;
16:16 Three times in a year shall all your males appear before the LORD your God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty:

16:18 You are to make judges and overseers in all your towns which the Lord your God gives you, for every tribe: and they are to be upright men, judging the people in righteousness.
16:18 Judges and officers shall you make you in all your gates, which the LORD your God gives you, throughout your tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

16:19 You are not to be moved in your judging by a man's position, you are not to take rewards; for rewards make the eyes of the wise man blind, and the decisions of the upright false.
16:19 You shall not shift judgment; you shall not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift does blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

16:20 Let righteousness be your guide, so that you may have life, and take for your heritage the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
16:20 That which is altogether just shall you follow, that you may live, and inherit the land which the LORD your God gives you.

17:1 No ox or sheep which has a mark on it or is damaged in any way may be offered to the Lord your God: for that is disgusting to the Lord your God.
17:1 You shall not sacrifice unto the LORD your God any bullock, or sheep, wherein is blemish, or any evil thing: for that is an abomination unto the LORD your God.

17:2 ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³×°Ô Áֽô ¾î´À ¼ºÁß¿¡¼­µçÁö ³ÊÀÇ °¡¿îµ¥ Ȥ½Ã ¾î¶² ³²ÀÚ³ª ¿©ÀÚ°¡ ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¸ñÀü¿¡ ¾ÇÀ» ÇàÇÏ¿© ±× ¾ð¾àÀ» ¾î±â°í
17:2 If there is any man or woman among you, in any of the towns which the Lord your God gives you, who does evil in the eyes of the Lord your God, sinning against his agreement,
17:2 If there be found among you, within any of your gates which the LORD your God gives you, man or woman, that has wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD your God, in transgressing his covenant,

17:3 °¡¼­ ´Ù¸¥ ½ÅµéÀ» ¼¶°Ü ±×°Í¿¡°Ô ÀýÇÏ¸ç ³»°¡ ¸íÇÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÑ ÀÏ¿ù¼º½Å¿¡°Ô ÀýÇÑ´Ù ÇÏÀÚ
17:3 By becoming a servant of other gods and worshipping them or the sun or the moon or all the stars of heaven, against my orders;
17:3 And has gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;

17:4 ȤÀÌ ±× ÀÏÀ» ³×°Ô °íÇϹǷΠ³×°¡ µè°Åµç ÀÚ¼¼È÷ »ç½ÇÇÏ¿© º¼Áö´Ï ¸¸ÀÏ ±× ÀÏ°ú ¸»ÀÌ È®½ÇÇÏ¿© À̽º¶ó¿¤ Áß¿¡ ÀÌ·± °¡ÁõÇÑ ÀÏÀ» ÇàÇÔÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸¸é
17:4 If word of this comes to your ears, then let this thing be looked into with care, and if there is no doubt that it is true, and such evil has been done in Israel;
17:4 And it be told you, and you have heard of it, and enquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel:

17:5 ³Ê´Â ±× ¾ÇÀ» ÇàÇÑ ³²ÀÚ³ª ¿©ÀÚ¸¦ ³× ¼º¹®À¸·Î ²ø¾î³»°í µ¹·Î ±× ³²ÀÚ³ª ¿©ÀÚ¸¦ ÃÄÁ×À̵Ç
17:5 Then you are to take the man or woman who has done the evil to the public place of your town, and they are to be stoned with stones till they are dead.
17:5 Then shall you bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto your gates, even that man or that woman, and shall stone them with stones, till they die.

17:6 Á×ÀÏ ÀÚ¸¦ µÎ »ç¶÷À̳ª ¼¼ »ç¶÷ÀÇ Áõ°Å·Î Á×ÀÏ °ÍÀÌ¿ä ÇÑ »ç¶÷ÀÇ Áõ°Å·Î´Â Á×ÀÌÁö ¸» °ÍÀ̸ç
17:6 On the word of two or three witnesses, a man may be given the punishment of death; but he is not to be put to death on the word of one witness.
17:6 At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death.

17:7 ÀÌ·± ÀÚ¸¦ Á×ÀÓ¿¡´Â ÁõÀÎÀÌ ¸ÕÀú ±×¿¡°Ô ¼ÕÀ» ´í ÈÄ¿¡ ¹µ ¹é¼ºÀÌ ¼ÕÀ» ´îÁö´Ï¶ó ³Ê´Â ÀÌ¿Í °°ÀÌ ÇÏ¿© ³ÊÀÇ Áß¿¡ ¾ÇÀ» Á¦ÇÒÁö´Ï¶ó
17:7 The hands of the witnesses will be the first to put him to death, and after them the hands of all the people. So you are to put away the evil from among you.
17:7 The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So you shall put the evil away from among you.

17:8 ³× ¼ºÁß¿¡¼­ ¼Û»ç·Î ´ÙÅõ´Â ÀÏÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸µÇ ¼­·Î ÇǸ¦ Èê·È°Å³ª ´ÙÅõ¾ú°Å³ª ±¸Å¸ÇÏ¿´°Å³ª ÇÏ¿© ³×°¡ ÆÇ°áÇϱ⠾î·Á¿î ÀÏÀÌ »ý±â°Åµç ³Ê´Â ÀϾ ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ÅÃÇÏ½Ç °÷À¸·Î ¿Ã¶ó°¡¼­
17:8 If you are not able to give a decision as to who is responsible for a death, or who is right in a cause, or who gave the first blow in a fight, and there is a division of opinion about it in your town: then go to the place marked out by the Lord your God;
17:8 If there arise a matter too hard for you in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within your gates: then shall you arise, and get you up into the place which the LORD your God shall choose;

17:9 ·¹À§ »ç¶÷ Á¦»çÀå°ú ´ç½Ã ÀçÆÇÀå¿¡°Ô·Î ³ª¾Æ°¡¼­ ¹°À¸¶ó ±×¸®ÇÏ¸é ±×µéÀÌ ¾î¶»°Ô ÆÇ°áÇÒ °ÍÀ» ³×°Ô °¡¸£Ä¡¸®´Ï
17:9 And come before the priests, the Levites, or before him who is judge at the time: and they will go into the question and give you a decision:
17:9 And you shall come unto the priests the Levites, and unto the judge that shall be in those days, and enquire; and they shall show you the sentence of judgment:

17:10 ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ÅÃÇϽŠ°÷¿¡¼­ ±×µéÀÌ ³×°Ô º¸ÀÌ´Â ÆÇ°áÀÇ ¶æ´ë·Î ³×°¡ ÇàÇ쵂 ¹«¸© ±×µéÀÌ ³×°Ô °¡¸£Ä¡´Â ´ë·Î »ï°¡ ÇàÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ï
17:10 And you are to be guided by the decision they give in the place named by the Lord, and do whatever they say:
17:10 And you shall do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall show you; and you shall observe to do according to all that they inform you:

17:11 °ð ±×µéÀÌ ³×°Ô °¡¸£Ä¡´Â ¹ý·üÀÇ ¶æ´ë·Î, ±×µéÀÌ ³×°Ô °íÇÏ´Â ÆÇ°á´ë·Î ÇàÇÒ °ÍÀÌ¿ä ±×µéÀÌ ³×°Ô º¸ÀÌ´Â ÆÇ°áÀ» ¾î±â¾î¼­ Á·γª ¿ì·Î³ª Ä¡¿ìÄ¡Áö ¸» °ÍÀ̴϶ó
17:11 Acting in agreement with their teaching and the decision they give: not turning to one side or the other from the word they have given you.
17:11 According to the sentence of the law which they shall teach you, and according to the judgment which they shall tell you, you shall do: you shall not decline from the sentence which they shall show you, to the right hand, nor to the left.

17:12 »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¸¸ÀÏ ÃµÀÚÈ÷ ÇÏ°í ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í ¾Õ¿¡ ¼­¼­ ¼¶±â´Â Á¦»çÀåÀ̳ª ÀçÆÇÀåÀ» µèÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ°Åµç ±× »ç¶÷À» Á׿© À̽º¶ó¿¤ Áß¿¡¼­ ¾ÇÀ» Á¦ÇÏ¿© ¹ö¸®¶ó
17:12 And any man who, in his pride, will not give ear to the priest whose place is there before the Lord your God, or to the judge, is to be put to death: you are to put away the evil from Israel.
17:12 And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that stands to minister there before the LORD your God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and you shall put away the evil from Israel.

17:13 ±×¸®ÇÏ¸é ¿Â ¹é¼ºÀÌ µè°í µÎ·Á¿öÇÏ¿© ´Ù½Ã´Â õÀÚÈ÷ ÇàÄ¡ ¾Æ´ÏÇϸ®¶ó
17:13 And all the people, hearing of it, will be full of fear and put away their pride.
17:13 And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously.

17:14 ³×°¡ ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³×°Ô Áֽô ¶¥¿¡ À̸£·¯¼­ ±× ¶¥À» ¾ò¾î °ÅÇÒ ¶§¿¡ ¸¸ÀÏ ¿ì¸®µµ ¿ì¸® ÁÖÀ§ÀÇ ¿­±¹ °°ÀÌ ¿ì¸® À§¿¡ ¿ÕÀ» ¼¼¿ì¸®¶ó´Â ¶æÀÌ ³ª°Åµç
17:14 When you have come into the land which the Lord your God is giving you, and have taken it for a heritage and are living in it, if it is your desire to have a king over you, like the other nations round about you;
17:14 When you are come unto the land which the LORD your God gives you, and shall possess it, and shall dwell therein, and shall say, I will set a king over me, like all the nations that are about me;

17:15 ¹Ýµå½Ã ³× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ÅÃÇϽŠÀÚ¸¦ ³× À§¿¡ ¿ÕÀ¸·Î ¼¼¿ï °ÍÀÌ¸ç ³× À§¿¡ ¿ÕÀ» ¼¼¿ì·Á¸é ³× ÇüÁ¦ Áß¿¡¼­ ÇÑ »ç¶÷À¸·Î ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ¿ä ³× ÇüÁ¦ ¾Æ´Ñ Ÿ±¹ÀÎÀ» ³× À§¿¡ ¼¼¿ìÁö ¸» °ÍÀ̸ç
17:15 Then see that you take as your king the man named by the Lord your God: let your king be one of your countrymen, not a man of another nation who is not one of yourselves.
17:15 You shall in any way set him king over you, whom the LORD your God shall choose: one from among your brethren shall you set king over you: you may not set a stranger over you, which is not your brother.

17:16 ¿Õ µÈ ÀÚ´Â ¸»À» ¸¹ÀÌ µÎÁö ¸» °ÍÀÌ¿ä ¸»À» ¸¹ÀÌ ¾òÀ¸·Á°í ±× ¹é¼ºÀ» ¾Ö±ÁÀ¸·Î µ¹¾Æ°¡°Ô ¸» °ÍÀÌ´Ï ÀÌ´Â ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£½Ã±â¸¦ ³ÊÈñ°¡ ÀÌÈÄ¿¡´Â ±× ±æ·Î ´Ù½Ã µ¹¾Æ°¡Áö ¸» °ÍÀ̶ó ÇϼÌÀ½À̸ç
17:16 And he is not to get together a great army of horses for himself, or make the people go back to Egypt to get horses for him: because the Lord has said, You will never again go back that way.
17:16 But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses: forasmuch as the LORD has said unto you, All of you shall henceforth return no more that way.

17:17 ¾Æ³»¸¦ ¸¹ÀÌ µÎ¾î¼­ ±× ¸¶À½ÀÌ ¹ÌȤµÇ°Ô ¸» °ÍÀ̸ç Àº±ÝÀ» Àڱ⸦ À§ÇÏ¿© ¸¹ÀÌ ½×Áö ¸» °ÍÀ̴϶ó
17:17 And he is not to have a great number of wives, for fear that his heart may be turned away; or great wealth of silver and gold.
17:17 Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.

17:18 ±×°¡ ¿ÕÀ§¿¡ ¿À¸£°Åµç ·¹À§ »ç¶÷ Á¦»çÀå ¾Õ¿¡ º¸°üÇÑ ÀÌ À²¹ý¼­¸¦ µî»çÇÏ¿©
17:18 And when he has taken his place on the seat of his kingdom, he is to make in a book a copy of this law, from that which the priests, the Levites, have in their care:
17:18 And it shall be, when he sits upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites:

17:19 Æò»ý¿¡ Àڱ⠿·¿¡ µÎ°í Àо ±× Çϳª´Ô ¿©È£¿Í °æ¿ÜÇϱ⸦ ¹è¿ì¸ç ÀÌ À²¹ýÀÇ ¸ðµç ¸»°ú ÀÌ ±Ô·Ê¸¦ ÁöÄÑ ÇàÇÒ °ÍÀ̶ó
17:19 And it is to be with him for his reading all the days of his life, so that he may be trained in the fear of the Lord his God to keep and do all the words of this teaching and these laws:
17:19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:

17:20 ±×¸®ÇÏ¸é ±×ÀÇ ¸¶À½ÀÌ ±× ÇüÁ¦ À§¿¡ ±³¸¸ÇÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ°í ÀÌ ¸í·É¿¡¼­ ¶°³ª Á·γª ¿ì·Î³ª Ä¡¿ìÄ¡Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇϸ®´Ï À̽º¶ó¿¤ Áß¿¡¼­ ±×¿Í ±×ÀÇ ÀÚ¼ÕÀÇ ¿ÕÀ§¿¡ ÀÖ´Â ³¯ÀÌ À屸Çϸ®¶ó
17:20 So that his heart may not be lifted up over his countrymen, and he may not be turned away from the orders, to one side or the other: but that his life and the lives of his children may be long in his kingdom in Israel.
17:20 That his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he, and his children, in the midst of Israel.
