27:1 모세가 이스라엘 장로들로 더불어 백성에게 명하여 가로되 내가 오늘날 너희에게
명하는 이 명령을 너희는 다 지킬지니라
27:1 Then Moses and the responsible men of Israel gave the people these orders: Keep
all the orders which I have given you this day;
27:1 And Moses with the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, Keep
all the commandments which I command you this day.
27:2 너희가 요단을 건너 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 땅에 들어가는 날에
큰 돌들을 세우고 석회를 바르라
27:2 And on the day when you go over Jordan into the land which the Lord your God is
giving you, put up great stones, coating them with building-paste,
27:2 And it shall be on the day when all of you shall pass over Jordan unto
the land which the LORD your God gives you, that you shall set you up great
stones, and smear them with plaster:
27:3 이미 건넌 후에 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 그 위에 기록하라 그리하면 네 하나님
여호와께서 네게 주시는 땅 곧 젖과 꿀이 흐르는 땅에 네가 들어가기를 네 열조의
하나님 여호와께서 네게 말씀하신 대로 하리니
27:3 And writing on them all the words of this law, after you have gone over; so that
you may take the heritage which the Lord your God is giving you, a land flowing
with milk and honey, as the Lord, the God of your fathers, has said.
27:3 And you shall write upon them all the words of this law, when you are
passed over, that you may go in unto the land which the LORD your God gives
you, a land that flows with milk and honey; as the LORD God of your fathers
has promised you.
27:4 너희가 요단을 건너거든 내가 오늘날 너희에게 명하는 이 돌들을 에발 산에
세우고 그 위에 석회를 바를 것이며
27:4 And when you have gone over Jordan, you are to put up these stones, as I have said
to you today, in Mount Ebal, and have them coated with building-paste.
27:4 Therefore it shall be when all of you be gone over Jordan, that all
of you shall set up these stones, which I command you this day, in mount Ebal,
and you shall smear them with plaster.
27:5 또 거기서 네 하나님 여호와를 위하여 단 곧 돌단을 쌓되 그것에 철기를
대지 말지니라
27:5 There you are to make an altar to the Lord your God, of stones on which no iron
instrument has been used.
27:5 And there shall you build an altar unto the LORD your God, an altar
of stones: you shall not lift up any iron tool upon them.
27:6 너는 다듬지 않은 돌로 네 하나님 여호와의 단을 쌓고 그 위에 하나님 여호와께
번제를 드릴 것이며
27:6 You are to make the altar of the Lord your God of uncut stones; offering on it burned
offerings to the Lord your God:
27:6 You shall build the altar of the LORD your God of whole stones: and
you shall offer burnt offerings thereon unto the LORD your God:
27:7 또 화목제를 드리고 거기서 먹으며 네 하나님 여호와 앞에서 즐거워하라
27:7 And you are to make your peace-offerings, feasting there with joy before the Lord
your God.
27:7 And you shall offer peace offerings, and shall eat there, and rejoice
before the LORD your God.
27:8 너는 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 그 돌들 위에 명백히 기록할지니라
27:8 And put on the stones all the words of this law, writing them very clearly.
27:8 And you shall write upon the stones all the words of this law very plainly.
27:9 모세가 레위 제사장들로 더불어 온 이스라엘에게 고하여 가로되 이스라엘아
잠잠히 들으라 오늘날 네가 네 하나님 여호와의 백성이 되었으니
27:9 Then Moses and the priests, the Levites, said to all Israel, Be quiet and give ear,
O Israel; today you have become the people of the Lord your God.
27:9 And Moses and the priests the Levites spoke unto all Israel, saying,
Take heed, and hearken, O Israel; this day you are become the people of the
LORD your God.
27:10 그런즉 네 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 복종하여 내가 오늘날 네게 명하는 그
명령과 규례를 행할지니라
27:10 For this cause you are to give ear to the voice of the Lord your God, and do his
orders and his laws which I give you this day.
27:10 You shall therefore obey the voice of the LORD your God, and do his
commandments and his statutes, which I command you this day.
27:11 ○ 모세가 당일에 백성에게 명하여 가로되
27:11 That same day Moses said to the people,
27:11 And Moses charged the people the same day, saying,
27:12 너희가 요단을 건넌 후에 시므온과 레위와 유다와 잇사갈과 요셉과 베냐민은
백성을 축복하기 위하여 그리심 산에 서고
27:12 These are to take their places on Mount Gerizim for blessing the people when you
have gone over Jordan: Simeon and Levi and Judah and Issachar and Joseph and Benjamin;
27:12 These shall stand upon mount Gerizim to bless the people, when all
of you are come over Jordan; Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and
Joseph, and Benjamin:
27:13 르우벤과 갓과 아셀과 스불론과 단과 납달리는 저주하기 위하여 에발 산에
서고
27:13 And these are to be on Mount Ebal for the curse: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun,
Dan, and Naphtali.
27:13 And these shall stand upon mount Ebal to curse; Reuben, Gad, and Asher,
and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
27:14 레위 사람은 큰 소리로 이스라엘 모든 사람에게 말하여 이르기를
27:14 Then the Levites are to say in a loud voice to all the men of Israel,
27:14 And the Levites shall speak, and say unto all the men of Israel with
a loud voice,
27:15 장색의 손으로 조각하였거나 부어 만든 우상은 여호와께 가증하니 그것을
만들어 은밀히 세우는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라 할 것이요 모든 백성은 응답하여
아멘 할지니라
27:15 Cursed is the man who makes any image of wood or stone or metal, disgusting to the
Lord, the work of man's hands, and puts it up in secret. And let all the people
say, So be it.
27:15 Cursed be the man that makes any graven or molten image, an abomination
unto the LORD, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and puts it in a secret
place. And all the people shall answer and say, Amen.
27:16 ○ 그 부모를 경홀히 여기는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라 할 것이요 모든 백성은
아멘 할지니라
27:16 Cursed is he who does not give honour to his father or mother. And let all the people
say, So be it.
27:16 Cursed be he that sets light by his father or his mother. And all the
people shall say, Amen.
27:17 ○ 그 이웃의 지계표를 옮기는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라 할 것이요 모든
백성은 아멘 할지니라
27:17 Cursed is he who takes his neighbour's landmark from its place. And let all the
people say, So be it.
27:17 Cursed be he that removes his neighbour's landmark. And all the people
shall say, Amen.
27:18 ○ 소경으로 길을 잃게 하는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라 할 것이요 모든 백성은
아멘 할지니라
27:18 Cursed is he by whom the blind are turned out of the way. And let all the people
say, So be it.
27:18 Cursed be he that makes the blind to wander out of the way. And all
the people shall say, Amen.
27:19 ○ 객이나 고아나 과부의 송사를 억울케 하는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라
할 것이요 모든 백성은 아멘 할지니라
27:19 Cursed is he who gives a wrong decision in the cause of a man from a strange land,
or of one without a father, or of a widow. And let all the people say, So be it.
27:19 Cursed be he that perverts the judgment of the stranger, fatherless,
and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.
27:20 ○ 계모와 구합하는 자는 그 아비의 하체를 드러내었으니 저주를 받을 것이라
할 것이요 모든 백성은 아멘 할지니라
27:20 Cursed is he who has sex relations with his father's wife, for he has put shame
on his father. And let all the people say, So be it.
27:20 Cursed be he that lies with his father's wife; because he uncovers
his father's skirt. And all the people shall say, Amen.
27:21 ○ 무릇 짐승과 교합하는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라 할 것이요 모든 백성은
아멘 할지니라
27:21 Cursed is he who has sex relations with any sort of beast. And let all the people
say, So be it.
27:21 Cursed be he that lies with any manner of beast. And all the people
shall say, Amen.
27:22 ○ 그 자매 곧 그 아비의 딸이나 어미의 딸과 구합하는 자는 저주를 받을
것이라 할 것이요 모든 백성은 아멘 할지니라
27:22 Cursed is he who has sex relations with his sister, the daughter of his father or
of his mother. And let all the people say, So be it.
27:22 Cursed be he that lies with his sister, the daughter of his father,
or the daughter of his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.
27:23 ○ 장모와 구합하는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라 할 것이요 모든 백성은 아멘
할지니라
27:23 Cursed is he who has sex relations with his mother-in-law. And let all the people
say, So be it.
27:23 Cursed be he that lies with his mother in law. And all the people shall
say, Amen.
27:24 ○ 그 이웃을 암살하는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라 할 것이요 모든 백성은
아멘 할지니라
27:24 Cursed is he who takes his neighbour's life secretly. And let all the people say,
So be it.
27:24 Cursed be he that strikes his neighbour secretly. And all the people
shall say, Amen.
27:25 ○ 무죄자를 죽이려고 뇌물을 받는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라 할 것이요
모든 백성은 아멘 할지니라
27:25 Cursed is he who for a reward puts to death one who has done no wrong. And let all
the people say, So be it.
27:25 Cursed be he that takes reward to slay an innocent person. And all
the people shall say, Amen.
27:26 ○ 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 실행치 아니하는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라 할
것이요 모든 백성은 아멘 할지니라
27:26 Cursed is he who does not take this law to heart to do it. And let all the people
say, So be it.
27:26 Cursed be he that confirms not all the words of this law to do them.
And all the people shall say, Amen.
28:1 네가 네 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 삼가 듣고 내가 오늘날 네게 명하는 그
모든 명령을 지켜 행하면 네 하나님 여호와께서 너를 세계 모든 민족 위에 뛰어나게
하실 것이라
28:1 Now if you give ear to the voice of the Lord your God, and keep with care all these
orders which I have given you today, then the Lord your God will put you high over
all the nations of the earth:
28:1 And it shall come to pass, if you shall hearken diligently unto the
voice of the LORD your God, to observe and to do all his commandments which
I command you this day, that the LORD your God will set you on high above all
nations of the earth:
28:2 네가 네 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 순종하면 이 모든 복이 네게 임하며 네게
미치리니
28:2 And all these blessings will come on you and overtake you, if your ears are open
to the voice of the Lord your God.
28:2 And all these blessings shall come on you, and overtake you, if you
shall hearken unto the voice of the LORD your God.
28:3 성읍에서도 복을 받고 들에서도 복을 받을 것이며
28:3 A blessing will be on you in the town, and a blessing in the field.
28:3 Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the field.
28:4 네 몸의 소생과 네 토지의 소산과 네 짐승의 새끼와 우양의 새끼가 복을
받을 것이며
28:4 A blessing will be on the fruit of your body, and on the fruit of your land, on
the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your herd, and the young of your flock.
28:4 Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your ground,
and the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your cattle, and the flocks of
your sheep.
28:5 네 광주리와 떡반죽 그릇이 복을 받을 것이며
28:5 A blessing will be on your basket and on your bread-basin.
28:5 Blessed shall be your basket and your store.
28:6 네가 들어와도 복을 받고 나가도 복을 받을 것이니라
28:6 A blessing will be on your coming in and on your going out.
28:6 Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when
you go out.
28:7 네 대적들이 일어나 너를 치려 하면 여호와께서 그들을 네 앞에서 패하게
하시리니 그들이 한 길로 너를 치러 들어왔으나 네 앞에서 일곱 길로 도망하리라
28:7 By the power of the Lord, those who take arms against you will be overcome before
you: they will come out against you one way, and will go in flight from you seven
ways.
28:7 The LORD shall cause yours enemies that rise up against you to be smitten
before your face: they shall come out against you one way, and flee before you
seven ways.
28:8 여호와께서 명하사 네 창고와 네 손으로 하는 모든 일에 복을 내리시고 네
하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 땅에서 네게 복을 주실 것이며
28:8 The Lord will send his blessing on your store-houses and on everything to which
you put your hand: his blessing will be on you in the land which the Lord your God
is giving you.
28:8 The LORD shall command the blessing upon you in your storehouses, and
in all that you set yours hand unto; and he shall bless you in the land which
the LORD your God gives you.
28:9 네가 네 하나님 여호와의 명령을 지켜 그 길로 행하면 여호와께서 네게 맹세하신
대로
너를 세워 자기의 성민이 되게 하시리니
28:9 The Lord will keep you as a people holy to himself, as he has said to you in his
oath, if you keep the orders of the Lord your God and go on walking in his ways.
28:9 The LORD shall establish you an holy people unto himself, as he has
sworn unto you, if you shall keep the commandments of the LORD your God, and
walk in his ways.
28:10 너를 여호와의 이름으로 일컬음을 세계 만민이 보고 너를 두려워하리라
28:10 And all the peoples of the earth will see that the name of the Lord is on you, and
they will go in fear of you.
28:10 And all people of the earth shall see that you are called by the name
of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of you.
28:11 여호와께서 네게 주리라고 네 열조에게 맹세하신 땅에서 네게 복을 주사
네 몸의 소생과 육축의 새끼와 토지의 소산으로 많게 하시며
28:11 And the Lord will make you fertile in every good thing, in the fruit of your body,
and the fruit of your cattle, and the fruit of your fields, in the land which the
Lord, by his oath to your fathers, said he would give you.
28:11 And the LORD shall make you abundant in goods, in the fruit of your
body, and in the fruit of your cattle, and in the fruit of your ground, in the
land which the LORD swore unto your fathers to give you.
28:12 여호와께서 너를 위하여 하늘의 아름다운 보고를 열으사 네 땅에 때를 따라
비를 내리시고 네 손으로 하는 모든 일에 복을 주시리니 네가 많은 민족에게 꾸어줄지라도
너는 꾸지 아니할 것이요
28:12 Opening his store-house in heaven, the Lord will send rain on your land at the right
time, blessing all the work of your hands: other nations will make use of your wealth,
and you will have no need of theirs.
28:12 The LORD shall open unto you his good treasure, the heaven to give
the rain unto your land in his season, and to bless all the work of yours hand:
and you shall lend unto many nations, and you shall not borrow.
28:13 여호와께서 너로 머리가 되고 꼬리가 되지 않게 하시며 위에만 있고 아래에
있지 않게 하시리니 오직 너는 내가 오늘날 네게 명하는 네 하나님 여호와의 명령을
듣고 지켜 행하며
28:13 The Lord will make you the head and not the tail; and you will ever have the highest
place, if you give ear to the orders of the Lord your God which I give you today,
to keep and to do them;
28:13 And the LORD shall make you the head, and not the tail; and you shall
be above only, and you shall not be beneath; if that you hearken unto the commandments
of the LORD your God, which I command you this day, to observe and to do them:
28:14 내가 오늘날 너희에게 명하는 그 말씀을 떠나 좌로나 우로나 치우치지 아니하고
다른 신을 따라 섬기지 아니하면 이와 같으리라
28:14 Not turning away from any of the orders which I give you today, to the right hand
or to the left, or going after any other gods to give them worship.
28:14 And you shall not go aside from any of the words which I command you
this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve
them.
28:15 네가 만일 네 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 순종하지 아니하여 내가 오늘날 네게
명하는 그 모든 명령과 규례를 지켜 행하지 아니하면 이 모든 저주가 네게 임하고
네게 미칠 것이니
28:15 But if you do not give ear to the voice of the Lord your God, and take care to do
all his orders and his laws which I give you today, then all these curses will come
on you and overtake you:
28:15 But it shall come to pass, if you will not hearken unto the voice of
the LORD your God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which
I command you this day; that all these curses shall come upon you, and overtake
you:
28:16 네가 성읍에서도 저주를 받으며 들에서도 저주를 받을 것이요
28:16 You will be cursed in the town and cursed in the field.
28:16 Cursed shall you be in the city, and cursed shall you be in the field.
28:17 또 네 광주리와 떡반죽 그릇이 저주를 받을 것이요
28:17 A curse will be on your basket and on your bread-basin.
28:17 Cursed shall be your basket and your store.
28:18 네 몸의 소생과 네 토지의 소산과 네 우양의 새끼가 저주를 받을 것이며
28:18 A curse will be on the fruit of your body, and on the fruit of your land, on the
increase of your cattle, and the young of your flock.
28:18 Cursed shall be the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your land,
the increase of your cattle, and the flocks of your sheep.
28:19 네가 들어와도 저주를 받고 나가도 저주를 받으리라
28:19 You will be cursed when you come in and cursed when you go out.
28:19 Cursed shall you be when you come in, and cursed shall you be when
you go out.
28:20 ○ 네가 악을 행하여 그를 잊으므로 네 손으로 하는 모든 일에 여호와께서
저주와 공구와 견책을 내리사 망하여 속히 파멸케 하실 것이며
28:20 The Lord will send on you cursing and trouble and punishment in everything to which
you put your hand, till sudden destruction overtakes you; because of your evil ways
in which you have been false to me.
28:20 The LORD shall send upon you cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all
that you set yours hand unto in order to do, until you be destroyed, and until
you perish quickly; because of the wickedness of your doings, whereby you have
forsaken me.
28:21 여호와께서 네 몸에 염병이 들게 하사 네가 들어가 얻을 땅에서 필경 너를
멸하실 것이며
28:21 The Lord will send disease after disease on you, till you have been cut off by death
from the land to which you are going.
28:21 The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto you, until he have consumed
you from off the land, where you go to possess it.
28:22 여호와께서 폐병과 열병과 상한과 학질과 한재와 풍재와 썩는 재앙으로
너를 치시리니 이 재앙들이 너를 따라서 너를 진멸케 할 것이라
28:22 The Lord will send wasting disease, and burning pain, and flaming heat against you,
keeping back the rain till your land is waste and dead; so will it be till your
destruction is complete.
28:22 The LORD shall strike you with a consumption, and with a fever, and
with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with
blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue you until you perish.
28:23 네 머리 위의 하늘은 놋이 되고 네 아래의 땅은 철이 될 것이며
28:23 And the heaven over your heads will be brass, and the earth under you hard as iron.
28:23 And your heaven that is over your head shall be brass, and the earth
that is under you shall be iron.
28:24 여호와께서 비 대신에 티끌과 모래를 네 땅에 내리시리니 그것들이 하늘에서
네 위에 내려서 필경 너를 멸하리라
28:24 The Lord will make the rain of your land powder and dust, sending it down on you
from heaven till your destruction is complete.
28:24 The LORD shall make the rain of your land powder and dust: from heaven
shall it come down upon you, until you be destroyed.
28:25 ○ 여호와께서 너로 네 대적 앞에 패하게 하시리니 네가 한 길로 그들을
치러 나가서는 그들의 앞에서 일곱 길로 도망할 것이며 네가 또 세계 만국 중에 흩음을
당하고
28:25 The Lord will let you be overcome by your haters: you will go out against them one
way, and you will go in flight before them seven ways: you will be the cause of
fear among all the kingdoms of the earth.
28:25 The LORD shall cause you to be smitten before yours enemies: you shall
go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them: and shall be removed
into all the kingdoms of the earth.
28:26 네 시체가 공중의 모든 새와 땅 짐승들의 밥이 될 것이나 그것들을 쫓아줄 자가 없을 것이며
28:26 Your bodies will be meat for all the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth;
there will be no one to send them away.
28:26 And your carcass shall be food unto all fowls of the air, and unto
the beasts of the earth, and no man shall frighten them away.
28:27 여호와께서 애굽의 종기와 치질과 괴혈병과 개창으로 너를 치시리니 네가
치료함을 얻지 못할 것이며
28:27 The Lord will send on you the disease of Egypt, and other sorts of skin diseases
which nothing will make well.
28:27 The LORD will strike you with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods,
and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof you can not be healed.
28:28 여호와께서 또 너를 미침과 눈멂과 경심증으로 치시리니
28:28 He will make your minds diseased, and your eyes blind, and your hearts wasted with
fear:
28:28 The LORD shall strike you with madness, and blindness, and astonishment
of heart:
28:29 소경이 어두운 데서 더듬는 것과 같이 네가 백주에도 더듬고 네 길이 형통치
못하여 항상 압제와 노략을 당할 뿐이니 너를 구원할 자가 없을 것이며
28:29 You will go feeling your way when the sun is high, like a blind man for whom all
is dark, and nothing will go well for you: you will be crushed and made poor for
ever, and you will have no saviour.
28:29 And you shall grope at noonday, as the blind gropes in darkness, and
you shall not prosper in your ways: and you shall be only oppressed and spoiled
evermore, and no man shall save you.
28:30 네가 여자와 약혼하였으나 다른 사람이 그와 같이 잘 것이요 집을 건축하였으나
거기 거하지 못할 것이요 포도원을 심었으나 네가 그 과실을 쓰지 못할 것이며
28:30 You will take a wife, but another man will have the use of her: the house which
your hands have made will never be your resting-place: you will make a vine-garden,
and never take the fruit of it.
28:30 You shall betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: you shall
build an house, and you shall not dwell therein: you shall plant a vineyard,
and shall not gather the grapes thereof.
28:31 네 소를 네 목전에서 잡았으나 네가 먹지 못할 것이며 네 나귀를 네 목전에서
빼앗아감을 당하여도 도로 찾지 못할 것이며 네 양을 대적에게 빼앗길 것이나 너를
도와 줄 자가 없을 것이며
28:31 Your ox will be put to death before your eyes, but its flesh will not be your food:
your ass will be violently taken away before your face, and will not be given back
to you: your sheep will be given to your haters, and there will be no saviour for
you.
28:31 Yours ox shall be slain before yours eyes, and you shall not eat thereof:
yours ass shall be violently taken away from before your face, and shall not
be restored to you: your sheep shall be given unto yours enemies, and you shall
have none to rescue them.
28:32 네 자녀를 다른 민족에게 빼앗기고 종일 생각하고 알아봄으로 눈이 쇠하여지나
네 손에 능이 없을 것이며
28:32 Your sons and your daughters will be given to another people, and your eyes will
be wasted away with looking and weeping for them all the day: and you will have
no power to do anything.
28:32 Your sons and your daughters shall be given unto another people, and
yours eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long; and
there shall be no might in yours hand.
28:33 네 토지 소산과 네 수고로 얻은 것을 네가 알지 못하는 민족이 먹겠고 너는
항상 압제와 학대를 받을 뿐이리니
28:33 The fruit of your land and all the work of your hands will be food for a nation
which is strange to you and to your fathers; you will only be crushed down and kept
under for ever:
28:33 The fruit of your land, and all your labours, shall a nation which
you know not eat up; and you shall be only oppressed and crushed always:
28:34 이러므로 네 눈에 보이는 일로 인하여 네가 미치리라
28:34 So that the things which your eyes have to see will send you out of your minds.
28:34 So that you shall be mad for the sight of yours eyes which you shall
see.
28:35 여호와께서 네 무릎과 다리를 쳐서 고치지 못할 심한 종기로 발하게 하여
발바닥으로 정수리까지 이르게 하시리라
28:35 The Lord will send a skin disease, attacking your knees and your legs, bursting
out from your feet to the top of your head, so that nothing will make you well.
28:35 The LORD shall strike you in the knees, and in the legs, with a sore
botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of your foot unto the top of your
head.
28:36 ○ 여호와께서 너와 네가 세울 네 임금을 너와 네 열조가 알지 못하던 나라로
끌어가시리니 네가 거기서 목석으로 만든 다른 신들을 섬길 것이며
28:36 And you, and the king whom you have put over you, will the Lord take away to a nation
strange to you and to your fathers; there you will be servants to other gods of
wood and stone.
28:36 The LORD shall bring you, and your king which you shall set over you,
unto a nation which neither you nor your fathers have known; and there shall
you serve other gods, wood and stone.
28:37 여호와께서 너를 끌어가시는 모든 민족 중에서 네가 놀램과 속담과 비방거리가
될 것이라
28:37 And you will become a wonder and a name of shame among all the nations where the
Lord will take you.
28:37 And you shall become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among
all nations where the LORD shall lead you.
28:38 네가 많은 종자를 들에 심을지라도 메뚜기가 먹으므로 거둘 것이 적을 것이며
28:38 You will take much seed out into the field, and get little in; for the locust will
get it.
28:38 You shall carry much seed out into the field, and shall gather but
little in; for the locust shall consume it.
28:39 네가 포도원을 심고 다스릴지라도 벌레가 먹으므로 포도를 따지 못하고
포도주를 마시지 못할 것이며
28:39 You will put in vines and take care of them, but you will get no wine or grapes
from them; for they will be food for worms.
28:39 You shall plant vineyards, and dress them, but shall neither drink
of the wine, nor gather the grapes; for the worms shall eat them.
28:40 네 모든 경내에 감람나무가 있을지라도 그 열매가 떨어지므로 그 기름을
네 몸에 바르지 못할 것이며
28:40 Your land will be full of olive-trees, but there will be no oil for the comfort
of your body; for your olive-tree will give no fruit.
28:40 You shall have olive trees throughout all your coasts, but you shall
not anoint yourself with the oil; for yours olive shall cast his fruit.
28:41 네가 자녀를 낳을지라도 그들이 포로가 되므로 네게 있지 못할 것이며
28:41 You will have sons and daughters, but they will not be yours; for they will go away
prisoners into a strange land.
28:41 You shall brought forth sons and daughters, but you shall not enjoy
them; for they shall go into captivity.
28:42 네 모든 나무와 토지 소산은 메뚜기가 먹을 것이며
28:42 All your trees and the fruit of your land will be the locust's.
28:42 All your trees and fruit of your land shall the locust consume.
28:43 너의 중에 우거하는 이방인은 점점 높아져서 네 위에 뛰어나고 너는 점점
낮아질 것이며
28:43 The man from a strange land who is living among you will be lifted up higher and
higher over you, while you go down lower and lower.
28:43 The stranger that is within you shall get up above you very high; and
you shall come down very low.
28:44 그는 네게 꾸일지라도 너는 그에게 뀌지 못하리니 그는 머리가 되고 너는
꼬리가 될 것이라
28:44 He will let you have his wealth at interest, and will have no need of yours: he
will be the head and you the tail.
28:44 He shall lend to you, and you shall not lend to him: he shall be the
head, and you shall be the tail.
28:45 네가 네 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 순종치 아니하고 네게 명하신 그 명령과
규례를 지키지 아니하므로 이 모든 저주가 네게 임하고 너를 따르고 네게 미쳐서
필경 너를 멸하리니
28:45 And all these curses will come after you and overtake you, till your destruction
is complete; because you did not give ear to the voice of the Lord your God, or
keep his laws and his orders which he gave you:
28:45 Moreover all these curses shall come upon you, and shall pursue you,
and overtake you, till you be destroyed; because you hearkened not unto the
voice of the LORD your God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which
he commanded you:
28:46 이 모든 저주가 너와 네 자손에게 영원히 있어서 표적과 감계가 되리라
28:46 These things will come on you and on your seed, to be a sign and a wonder for ever;
28:46 And they shall be upon you for a sign and for a wonder, and upon your
seed for ever.
28:47 ○ 네가 모든 것이 풍족하여도 기쁨과 즐거운 마음으로 네 하나님 여호와를
섬기지 아니함을 인하여
28:47 Because you did not give honour to the Lord your God, worshipping him gladly, with
joy in your hearts on account of all your wealth of good things;
28:47 Because you served not the LORD your God with joyfulness, and with
gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;
28:48 네가 주리고 목마르고 헐벗고 모든 것이 핍절한 중에서 여호와께서 보내사
너를 치게 하실 대적을 섬기게 될 것이니 그가 철멍에를 네 목에 메워서 필경 너를
멸할 것이라
28:48 For this cause you will become servants to those whom the Lord your God will send
against you, without food and drink and clothing, and in need of all things: and
he will put a yoke of iron on your neck till he has put an end to you.
28:48 Therefore shall you serve yours enemies which the LORD shall send against
you, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in lack of all things:
and he shall put a yoke of iron upon your neck, until he have destroyed you.
28:49 곧 여호와께서 원방에서, 땅 끝에서 한 민족을 독수리의 날음 같이 너를
치러 오게 하시리니 이는 네가 그 언어를 알지 못하는 민족이요
28:49 The Lord will send a nation against you from the farthest ends of the earth, coming
with the flight of an eagle; a nation whose language is strange to you;
28:49 The LORD shall bring a nation against you from far, from the end of
the earth, as swift as the eagle flies; a nation whose tongue you shall not
understand;
28:50 그 용모가 흉악한 민족이라 노인을 돌아보지 아니하며 유치를 긍휼히 여기지
아니하며
28:50 A hard-faced nation, who will have no respect for the old or mercy for the young:
28:50 A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of
the old, nor show favour to the young:
28:51 네 육축의 새끼와 네 토지의 소산을 먹어서 필경은 너를 멸망시키며 또
곡식이나 포도주나 기름이나 소의 새끼나 양의 새끼를 너를 위하여 남기지 아니하고
필경은 너를 멸절시키리라
28:51 He will take the fruit of your cattle and of your land till death puts an end to
you: he will let you have nothing of your grain or wine or oil or any of the increase
of your cattle or the young of your flock, till he has made your destruction complete.
28:51 And he shall eat the fruit of your cattle, and the fruit of your land,
until you be destroyed: which also shall not leave you either corn, wine, or
oil, or the increase of your cattle, or flocks of your sheep, until he have
destroyed you.
28:52 그들이 전국에서 네 모든 성읍을 에워싸고 네가 의뢰하는 바 높고 견고한
성벽을 다 헐며 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 땅의 모든 성읍에서 너를 에워싸리니
28:52 Your towns will be shut in by his armies, till your high walls, in which you put
your faith, have come down: his armies will be round your towns, through all your
land which the Lord your God has given you.
28:52 And he shall besiege you in all your gates, until your high and fenced
walls come down, wherein you trusted, throughout all your land: and he shall
besiege you in all your gates throughout all your land, which the LORD your
God has given you.
28:53 네가 대적에게 에워싸이고 맹렬히 쳐서 곤란케 함을 당하므로 네 하나님
여호와께서 네게 주신 자녀 곧 네 몸의 소생의 고기를 먹을 것이라
28:53 And your food will be the fruit of your body, the flesh of the sons and daughters
which the Lord your God has given you; because of your bitter need and the cruel
grip of your haters.
28:53 And you shall eat the fruit of yours own body, the flesh of your sons
and of your daughters, which the LORD your God has given you, in the siege,
and in the strictness, wherewith yours enemies shall distress you:
28:54 너희 중에 유순하고 연약한 남자라도 그 형제와 그 품의 아내와 그 남은
자녀를 질시하여
28:54 That man among you who is soft and used to comfort will be hard and cruel to his
brother, and to his dear wife, and to of those his children who are still living;
28:54 So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate, his eye
shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward
the remnant of his children which he shall leave:
28:55 자기의 먹는 그 자녀의 고기를 그 중 누구에게든지 주지 아니하리니 이는
네 대적이 네 모든 성읍을 에워싸고 맹렬히 너를 쳐서 곤란케 하므로 아무 것도 그에게
남음이 없는 연고일 것이며
28:55 And will not give to any of them the flesh of his children which will be his food
because he has no other; in the cruel grip of your haters on all your towns.
28:55 So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children
whom he shall eat: because he has nothing left him in the siege, and in the
strictness, wherewith yours enemies shall distress you in all your gates.
28:56 또 너희 중에 유순하고 연약한 부녀 곧 유순하고 연약하여 그 발바닥으로
땅을 밟아 보지도 아니하던 자라도 그 품의 남편과 그 자녀를 질시하여
28:56 The most soft and delicate of your women, who would not so much as put her foot
on the earth, so delicate is she, will be hard-hearted to her husband and to her
son and to her daughter;
28:56 The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not adventure
to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness,
her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and
toward her daughter,
28:57 그 다리 사이에서 나온 태와 자기의 낳은 어린 자식을 가만히 먹으리니
이는 네 대적이 네 생명을 에워싸고 맹렬히 쳐서 곤란케 하므로 아무 것도 얻지 못함이리라
28:57 And to her baby newly come to birth, and to the children of her body; for having
no other food, she will make a meal of them secretly, because of her bitter need
and the cruel grip of your haters on all your towns.
28:57 And toward her young one that comes out from between her feet, and
toward her children which she shall bear: for she shall eat them for lack of
all things secretly in the siege and strictness, wherewith yours enemy shall
distress you in your gates.
28:58 ○ 네가 만일 이 책에 기록한 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 지켜 행하지 아니하고
네 하나님 여호와라 하는 영화롭고 두려운 이름을 경외하지 아니하면
28:58 If you will not take care to do all the words of this law, recorded in this book,
honouring that name of glory and of fear, THE LORD YOUR GOD;
28:58 If you will not observe to do all the words of this law that are written
in this book, that you may fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD Your
GOD;
28:59 여호와께서 너의 재앙과 네 자손의 재앙을 극렬하게 하시리니 그 재앙이
크고 오래고 질병이 중하고 오랠 것이라
28:59 Then the Lord your God will make your punishment, and the punishment of your seed,
a thing to be wondered at; great punishments and cruel diseases stretching on through
long years.
28:59 Then the LORD will make your plagues wonderful, and the plagues of
your seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses,
and of long continuance.
28:60 여호와께서 네가 두려워하던 애굽의 모든 질병을 네게로 가져다가 네 몸에
들어붓게 하실 것이며
28:60 He will send on you again all the diseases of Egypt, which were a cause of fear
to you, and they will take you in their grip.
28:60 Moreover he will bring upon you all the diseases of Egypt, which you
were afraid of; and they shall cleave unto you.
28:61 또 이 율법 책에 기록지 아니한 모든 질병과 모든 재앙을 너의 멸망하기까지
여호와께서 네게 내리실 것이니
28:61 And all the diseases and the pains not recorded in the book of this law will the
Lord send on you till your destruction is complete.
28:61 Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the
book of this law, them will the LORD bring upon you, until you be destroyed.
28:62 너희가 하늘의 별 같이 많았을지라도 네 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 순종치
아니하므로 남는 자가 얼마 되지 못할 것이라
28:62 And you will become a very small band, though your numbers were like the stars of
heaven; because you did not give ear to the voice of the Lord your God.
28:62 And all of you shall be left few in number, whereas all of you were
as the stars of heaven for multitude; because you would not obey the voice of
the LORD your God.
28:63 이왕에 여호와께서 너희에게 선을 행하시고 너희로 번성케 하시기를 기뻐하시던
것 같이 이제는 여호와께서 너희를 망하게 하시며 멸하시기를 기뻐하시리니 너희가
들어가 얻는 땅에서 뽑힐 것이요
28:63 And as the Lord took delight in doing you good and increasing you, so the Lord will
take pleasure in cutting you off and causing your destruction, and you will be uprooted
from the land which you are about to take as your heritage.
28:63 And it shall come to pass, that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do
you good, and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy
you, and to bring you to nothing; and all of you shall be plucked from off the
land where you go to possess it.
28:64 여호와께서 너를 땅 이 끝에서 저 끝까지 만민 중에 흩으시리니 네가 그
곳에서
너와 네 열조의 알지 못하던 목석 우상을 섬길 것이라
28:64 And the Lord will send you wandering among all peoples, from one end of the earth
to the other: there you will be servants to other gods, of wood and stone, gods
of which you and your fathers had no knowledge.
28:64 And the LORD shall scatter you among all people, from the one end of
the earth even unto the other; and there you shall serve other gods, which neither
you nor your fathers have known, even wood and stone.
28:65 그 열국 중에서 네가 평안함을 얻지 못하며 네 발바닥을 쉴 곳도 얻지 못하고
오직 여호와께서 거기서 너의 마음으로 떨고 눈으로 쇠하고 정신으로 산란케 하시리니
28:65 And even among these nations there will be no peace for you, and no rest for your
feet: but the Lord will give you there a shaking heart and wasting eyes and weariness
of soul:
28:65 And among these nations shall you find no ease, neither shall the sole
of your foot have rest: but the LORD shall give you there a trembling heart,
and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind:
28:66 네 생명이 의심나는 곳에 달린 것 같아서 주야로 두려워하며 네 생명을
확신할 수 없을 것이라
28:66 Your very life will be hanging in doubt before you, and day and night will be dark
with fears, and nothing in life will be certain:
28:66 And your life shall hang in doubt before you; and you shall fear day
and night, and shall have none assurance of your life:
28:67 네 마음의 두려움과 눈의 보는 것으로 인하여 아침에는 이르기를 아하 저녁이
되었으면 좋겠다 할 것이요 저녁에는 이르기를 아하 아침이 되었으면 좋겠다 하리라
28:67 In the morning you will say, If only it was evening! And at evening you will say,
If only morning would come! Because of the fear in your hearts and the things which
your eyes will see.
28:67 In the morning you shall say, Would God it were even! and at even you
shall say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of yours heart wherewith
you shall fear, and for the sight of yours eyes which you shall see.
28:68 여호와께서 너를 배에 실으시고 전에 네게 고하여 이르시기를 네가 다시는
그 길을 보지 아니하리라 하시던 그 길로 너를 애굽으로 끌어가실 것이라 거기서
너희가 너희 몸을 대적에게 노비로 팔려 하나 너희를 살 자가 없으리라
28:68 And the Lord will take you back to Egypt again in ships, by the way of which I said
to you, You will never see it again: there you will be offering yourselves as men-servants
and women-servants to your haters for a price, and no man will take you.
28:68 And the LORD shall bring you into Egypt again with ships, by the way
whereof I spoke unto you, You shall see it no more again: and there all of you
shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall
buy you.
29:1 호렙에서 이스라엘 자손과 세우신 언약 외에 여호와께서 모세에게 명하사
모압 땅에서 또 그들과 세우신 언약의 말씀이 이러하니라
29:1 These are the words of the agreement which Moses was ordered by the Lord to make
with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, in addition to the agreement which
he made with them in Horeb.
29:1 These are the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded Moses
to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant
which he made with them in Horeb.
29:2 ○ 모세가 온 이스라엘을 소집하고 그들에게 이르되 여호와께서 애굽 땅에서
너희 목전에 바로와 그 모든 신하와 그 온 땅에 행하신 모든 일을 너희가 보았나니
29:2 And Moses said in the hearing of all Israel, You have seen all the Lord did before
your eyes in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh and to all his servants and all his land;
29:2 And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, All of you have
seen all that the LORD did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh,
and unto all his servants, and unto all his land;
29:3 곧 그 큰 시험과 이적과 큰 기사를 네가 목도하였느니라
29:3 The great tests which your eyes saw, and the signs and wonders:
29:3 The great temptations which yours eyes have seen, the signs, and those
great miracles:
29:4 그러나 깨닫는 마음과 보는 눈과 듣는 귀는 오늘날까지 여호와께서 너희에게
주지 아니하셨느니라
29:4 But even to this day the Lord has not given you a mind open to knowledge, or seeing
eyes or hearing ears.
29:4 Yet the LORD has not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see,
and ears to hear, unto this day.
29:5 주께서 사십 년 동안 너희를 인도하여 광야를 통행케 하셨거니와 너희 몸의
옷이 낡지 아니하였고 너희 발의 신이 해어지지 아니하였으며
29:5 For forty years I have been your guide through the waste land: your clothing has
not become old on your backs, or your shoes on your feet.
29:5 And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not
becoming old upon you, and your shoe is not becoming old upon your foot.
29:6 너희로 떡도 먹지 못하며 포도주나 독주를 마시지 못하게 하셨음은 주는
너희 하나님 여호와이신 줄을 알게 하려 하심이니라
29:6 You have had no bread, or wine, or strong drink: so that you might see that I am
the Lord your God.
29:6 All of you have not eaten bread, neither have all of you drunk wine
or strong drink: that all of you might know that I am the LORD your God.
29:7 너희가 이곳에 올 때에 헤스본 왕 시혼과 바산 왕 옥이 우리와 싸우러 나왔으므로
우리가 그들을 치고
29:7 When you came to this place, Sihon, king of Heshbon, and Og, king of Bashan, came
out to make war against us and we overcame them:
29:7 And when all of you came unto this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon,
and Og the king of Bashan, came out against us unto battle, and we stroke them:
29:8 그 땅을 취하여 르우벤과 갓과 므낫세 반 지파에게 기업으로 주었나니
29:8 And we took their land and gave it to the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half-tribe
of Manasseh, for their heritage.
29:8 And we took their land, and gave it for an inheritance unto the Reubenites,
and to the Gadites, and to the half tribe of Manasseh.
29:9 그런즉 너희는 이 언약의 말씀을 지켜 행하라 그리하면 너희의 하는 모든
일이 형통하리라
29:9 So keep the words of this agreement and do them, so that it may be well for you
in everything you do.
29:9 Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that all of
you may prosper in all that all of you do.
29:10 오늘날 너희 곧 너희 두령과 너희 지파와 너희 장로들과 너희 유사와 이스라엘
모든 남자와
29:10 You have come here today, all of you, before the Lord your God; the heads of your
tribes, the overseers, and those who are in authority over you, with all the men
of Israel,
29:10 All of you stand this day all of you before the LORD your God; your
captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of
Israel,
29:11 너희 유아들과 너희 아내와 및 네 진중에 있는 객과 무릇 너를 위하여 나무를
패는 자로부터 물 긷는 자까지 다 너희 하나님 여호와 앞에 선 것은
29:11 And your little ones, your wives, and the men of other lands who are with you in
your tents, down to the wood-cutter and the servant who gets water for you:
29:11 Your little ones, your wives, and your stranger that is in your camp,
from the hewer of your wood unto the drawer of your water:
29:12 너의 하나님 여호와의 언약에 참예하며 또 너의 하나님 여호와께서 오늘날
네게 향하여 하시는 맹세에 참예하여
29:12 With the purpose of taking part in the agreement of the Lord your God, and his oath
which he makes with you today:
29:12 That you should enter into covenant with the LORD your God, and into
his oath, which the LORD your God makes with you this day:
29:13 여호와께서 이왕에 네게 말씀하신 대로 또 네 열조 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱에게
맹세하신 대로 오늘날 너를 세워 자기 백성을 삼으시고 자기는 친히 네 하나님이 되시려
함이니라
29:13 And so that he may make you his people today, and be your God, as he has said to
you, and as he made an oath to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
29:13 That he may establish you to day for a people unto himself, and that
he may be unto you a God, as he has said unto you, and as he has sworn unto
your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
29:14 ○ 내가 이 언약과 맹세를 너희에게만 세우는 것이 아니라
29:14 And not with you only do I make this agreement and this oath;
29:14 Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;
29:15 오늘날 우리 하나님 여호와 앞에서 우리와 함께 여기 선 자와 오늘날 우리와
함께 여기 있지 아니한 자에게까지니
29:15 But with everyone who is here with us today before the Lord our God, as well as
with those who are not here:
29:15 But with him that stands here with us this day before the LORD our
God, and also with him that is not here with us this day:
29:16 {우리가 애굽 땅에 어떻게 거하였었는지, 너희가 여러 나라를 어떻게 통과하여
왔었는지 너희가 알며
29:16 (For you have in mind how we were living in the land of Egypt; and how we came through
all the nations which were on your way;
29:16 (For all of you know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how
we came through the nations which all of you passed by;
29:17 너희가 또 그들 중에 있는 가증한 것과 목석과 은금의 우상을 보았느니라}
29:17 And you have seen their disgusting doings, and the images of wood and stone and
silver and gold which were among them:)
29:17 And all of you have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood
and stone, silver and gold, which were among them:)
29:18 너희 중에 남자나 여자나 가족이나 지파나 오늘날 그 마음이 우리 하나님
여호와를 떠나서 그 모든 민족의 신들에게 가서 섬길까 염려하며 독초와 쑥의 뿌리가
너희 중에 생겨서
29:18 So that there may not be among you any man or woman or family or tribe whose heart
is turned away from the Lord our God today, to go after other gods and give them
worship; or any root among you whose fruit is poison and bitter sorrow;
29:18 Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe,
whose heart turns away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods
of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that bears gall and
wormwood;
29:19 이 저주의 말을 듣고도 심중에 스스로 위로하여 이르기를 내가 내 마음을
강퍅케 하여 젖은 것과 마른 것을 멸할지라도 평안하리라 할까 염려함이라
29:19 If such a man, hearing the words of this oath, takes comfort in the thought that
he will have peace even if he goes on in the pride of his heart, taking whatever
chance may give him:
29:19 And it come to pass, when he hears the words of this curse, that he
bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the
imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:
29:20 여호와는 이런 자를 사하지 않으실 뿐 아니라 여호와의 분노와 질투의 불로
그의 위에 붓게 하시며 또 이 책에 기록된 모든 저주로 그에게 더하실 것이라 여호와께서
필경은 그의 이름을 천하에서 도말하시되
29:20 The Lord will have no mercy on him, but the wrath of the Lord will be burning against
that man, and all the curses recorded in this book will be waiting for him, and
the Lord will take away his name completely from the earth.
29:20 The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his
jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in
this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under
heaven.
29:21 여호와께서 곧 이스라엘 모든 지파 중에서 그를 구별하시고 이 율법 책에
기록된 언약의 모든 저주대로 그에게 화를 더하시리라
29:21 He will be marked out by the Lord, from all the tribes of Israel, for an evil fate,
in keeping with all the curses of the agreement recorded in this book of the law.
29:21 And the LORD shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of
Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this
book of the law:
29:22 ○ 너희 뒤에 일어나는 너희 자손과 원방에서 오는 객이 그 땅의 재앙과
여호와께서 그 땅에 유행시키시는 질병을 보며
29:22 And future generations, your children coming after you, and travellers from far
countries, will say, when they see the punishments of that land and the diseases
which the Lord has sent on it;
29:22 So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up
after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when
they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the LORD has laid
upon it;
29:23 그 온 땅이 유황이 되며 소금이 되며 또 불에 타서 심지도 못하며 결실함도
없으며 거기 아무 풀도 나지 아니함이 옛적에 여호와께서 진노와 분한으로 훼멸하신
소돔과 고모라와 아드마와 스보임의 무너짐과 같음을 보고 말할 것이요
29:23 And that all the land is a salt and smoking waste, not planted or giving fruit or
clothed with grass, but wasted like Sodom and Gomorrah, Admah and Zeboiim, on which
the Lord sent destruction in the heat of his wrath:
29:23 And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning,
that it is not sown, nor bears, nor any grass grows therein, like the overthrow
of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger,
and in his wrath:
29:24 열방 사람들도 말하기를 여호와께서 어찌하여 이 땅에 이같이 행하셨느뇨
이같이 크고 열렬하게 노하심은 무슨 뜻이뇨 하면
29:24 Truly all the nations will say, Why has the Lord done so to this land? what is the
reason for this great and burning wrath?
29:24 Even all nations shall say, Wherefore has the LORD done thus unto this
land? what means the heat of this great anger?
29:25 그때에 사람이 대답하기를 그 무리가 자기의 조상의 하나님 여호와께서
그 조상을 애굽에서 인도하여 내실 때에 더불어 세우신 언약을 버리고
29:25 Then men will say, Because they gave up the agreement of the Lord, the God of their
fathers, which he made with them when he took them out of the land of Egypt:
29:25 Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the
LORD God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth
out of the land of Egypt:
29:26 가서 자기들이 알지도 못하고 여호와께서 그들에게 주시지도 아니한 다른
신들을 섬겨 그에게 절한 까닭이라
29:26 And they went after other gods and gave them worship, gods who were strange to them,
and whom he had not given them:
29:26 For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom
they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:
29:27 이러므로 여호와께서 이 땅을 향하여 진노하사 이 책에 기록된 모든 저주대로
재앙을 내리시고
29:27 And so the wrath of the Lord was moved against this land, to send on it all the
curse recorded in this book:
29:27 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against this land, to bring upon
it all the curses that are written in this book:
29:28 여호와께서 또 진노와 분한과 크게 통한하심으로 그들을 이 땅에서 뽑아내사
다른 나라에 던져 보내심이 오늘날과 같다 하리라
29:28 Rooting them out of their land, in the heat of his wrath and passion, and driving
them out into another land, as at this day.
29:28 And the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath,
and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.
29:29 오묘한 일은 우리 하나님 여호와께 속하였거니와 나타난 일은 영구히 우리와
우리 자손에게 속하였나니 이는 우리로 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 행하게 하심이니라
29:29 The secret things are the Lord our God's: but the things which have been made clear
are ours and our children's for ever, so that we may do all the words of this law.
29:29 The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which
are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all
the words of this law.
30:1 내가 네게 진술한 모든 복과 저주가 네게 임하므로 네가 네 하나님 여호와께
쫓겨간 모든 나라 가운데서 이 일이 마음에서 기억이 나거든
30:1 Now when all these things have come on you, the blessing and the curse which I have
put before you, if the thought of them comes back to your minds, when you are living
among the nations where the Lord your God has sent you,
30:1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon you,
the blessing and the curse, which I have set before you, and you shall call
them to mind among all the nations, where the LORD your God has driven you,
30:2 너와 네 자손이 네 하나님 여호와께로 돌아와 내가 오늘날 네게 명한 것을
온전히 따라서 마음을 다하고 성품을 다하여 여호와의 말씀을 순종하면
30:2 And your hearts are turned again to the Lord your God, and you give ear to his word
which I give you today, you and your children, with all your heart and with all
your soul:
30:2 And shall return unto the LORD your God, and shall obey his voice according
to all that I command you this day, you and your children, with all yours heart,
and with all your soul;
30:3 네 하나님 여호와께서 마음을 돌이키시고 너를 긍휼히 여기사 네 포로를
돌리시되 네 하나님 여호와께서 너를 흩으신 그 모든 백성 중에서 너를 모으시리니
30:3 Then the Lord will have pity on you, changing your fate, and taking you back again
from among all the nations where you have been forced to go.
30:3 That then the LORD your God will turn your captivity, and have compassion
upon you, and will return and gather you from all the nations, where the LORD
your God has scattered you.
30:4 너의 쫓겨간 자들이 하늘 가에 있을지라도 네 하나님 여호와께서 거기서
너를 모으실 것이며 거기서부터 너를 이끄실 것이라
30:4 Even if those who have been forced out are living in the farthest part of heaven,
the Lord your God will go in search of you, and take you back;
30:4 If any of yours be driven out unto the utmost parts of heaven, from
thence will the LORD your God gather you, and from thence will he fetch you:
30:5 네 하나님 여호와께서 너를 네 열조가 얻은 땅으로 돌아오게 하사 너로 다시
그것을 얻게 하실 것이며 여호와께서 또 네게 선을 행하사 너로 네 열조보다 더 번성케
하실 것이며
30:5 Placing you again in the land of your fathers as your heritage; and he will do you
good, increasing you till you are more in number than your fathers were.
30:5 And the LORD your God will bring you into the land which your fathers
possessed, and you shall possess it; and he will do you good, and multiply you
above your fathers.
30:6 네 하나님 여호와께서 네 마음과 네 자손의 마음에 할례를 베푸사 너로 마음을
다하며 성품을 다하여 네 하나님 여호와를 사랑하게 하사 너로 생명을 얻게 하실
것이며
30:6 And the Lord your God will give to you and to your seed a circumcision of the heart,
so that, loving him with all your heart and all your soul, you may have life.
30:6 And the LORD your God will circumcise yours heart, and the heart of
your seed, to love the LORD your God with all yours heart, and with all your
soul, that you may live.
30:7 네 하나님 여호와께서 네 대적과 너를 미워하고 핍박하던 자에게 이 모든
저주로 임하게 하시리니
30:7 And the Lord your God will put all these curses on those who are against you, and
on your haters who put a cruel yoke on you.
30:7 And the LORD your God will put all these curses upon yours enemies,
and on them that hate you, which persecuted you.
30:8 너는 돌아와 다시 여호와의 말씀을 순종하고 내가 오늘날 네게 명한 그 모든
명령을 행할 것이라
30:8 And you will again give ear to the voice of the Lord, and do all his orders which
I have given you today.
30:8 And you shall return and obey the voice of the LORD, and do all his
commandments which I command you this day.
30:9 네가 네 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 순종하여 이 율법책에 기록된 그 명령과
규례를 지키고 네 마음을 다하며 성품을 다하여 여호와 네 하나님께 돌아오면 네
하나님 여호와께서 네 손으로 하는 모든 일과 네 몸의 소생과 네 육축의 새끼와 네
토지 소산을 많게 하시고 네게 복을 주시되 곧 여호와께서 네 열조를 기뻐하신 것과
같이 너를 다시 기뻐하사 네게 복을 주시리라
30:9 And the Lord your God will make you fertile in all good things, blessing the work
of your hands, and the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your cattle, and the
fruit of your land: for the Lord will have joy in you, as he had in your fathers:
30:9 And the LORD your God will make you abundant in every work of yours
hand, in the fruit of your body, and in the fruit of your cattle, and in the
fruit of your land, for good: for the LORD will again rejoice over you for good,
as he rejoiced over your fathers:
30:10 {상동}
30:10 If you give ear to the voice of the Lord your God, keeping his orders and his laws
which are recorded in this book of the law, and turning to the Lord your God with
all your heart and with all your soul.
30:10 If you shall hearken unto the voice of the LORD your God, to keep his
commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and
if you turn unto the LORD your God with all yours heart, and with all your soul.
30:11 ○ 내가 오늘날 네게 명한 이 명령은 네게 어려운 것도 아니요 먼 것도 아니라
30:11 For these orders which I have given you today are not strange and secret, and are
not far away.
30:11 For this commandment which I command you this day, it is not hidden
from you, neither is it far off.
30:12 하늘에 있는 것이 아니니 네가 이르기를 누가 우리를 위하여 하늘에 올라가서
그 명령을 우리에게로 가지고 와서 우리에게 들려 행하게 할꼬 할 것이 아니요
30:12 They are not in heaven, for you to say, Who will go up to heaven for us and give
us knowledge of them so that we may do them?
30:12 It is not in heaven, that you should say, Who shall go up for us to
heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
30:13 이것이 바다 밖에 있는 것이 아니니 네가 이르기를 누가 우리를 위하여
바다를 건너가서 그 명령을 우리에게로 가지고 와서 우리에게 들려 행하게 할꼬 할
것도 아니라
30:13 And they are not across the sea, for you to say, Who will go over the sea for us
and give us news of them so that we may do them?
30:13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, Who shall go over
the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
30:14 오직 그 말씀이 네게 심히 가까와서 네 입에 있으며 네 마음에 있은즉 네가
이를 행할 수 있느니라
30:14 But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, so that you may
do it.
30:14 But the word is very nigh unto you, in your mouth, and in your heart,
that you may do it.
30:15 ○ 보라 내가 오늘날 생명과 복과 사망과 화를 네 앞에 두었나니
30:15 See, I have put before you today, life and good, and death and evil;
30:15 See, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil;
30:16 곧 내가 오늘날 너를 명하여 네 하나님 여호와를 사랑하고 그 모든 길로
행하며 그 명령과 규례와 법도를 지키라 하는 것이라 그리하면 네가 생존하며 번성할
것이요 또 네 하나님 여호와께서 네가 가서 얻을 땅에서 네게 복을 주실 것임이니라
30:16 In giving you orders today to have love for the Lord your God, to go in his ways
and keep his laws and his orders and his decisions, so that you may have life and
be increased, and that the blessing of the Lord your God may be with you in the
land where you are going, the land of your heritage.
30:16 In that I command you this day to love the LORD your God, to walk in
his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that
you may live and multiply: and the LORD your God shall bless you in the land
where you go to possess it.
30:17 그러나 네가 만일 마음을 돌이켜 듣지 아니하고 유혹을 받아서 다른 신들에게
절하고 그를 섬기면
30:17 But if your heart is turned away and your ear is shut, and you go after those who
would make you servants and worshippers of other gods:
30:17 But if yours heart turn away, so that you will not hear, but shall
be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;
30:18 내가 오늘날 너희에게 선언하노니 너희가 반드시 망할 것이라 너희가 요단을
건너가서 얻을 땅에서 너희의 날이 장구치 못할 것이니라
30:18 I give witness against you this day that destruction will certainly be your fate,
and your days will be cut short in the land where you are going, the land of your
heritage on the other side of Jordan.
30:18 I denounce unto you this day, that all of you shall surely perish,
and that all of you shall not prolong your days upon the land, where you pass
over Jordan to go to possess it.
30:19 내가 오늘날 천지를 불러서 너희에게 증거를 삼노라 내가 생명과 사망과
복과 저주를 네 앞에 두었은즉 너와 네 자손이 살기 위하여 생명을 택하고
30:19 Let heaven and earth be my witnesses against you this day that I have put before
you life and death, a blessing and a curse: so take life for yourselves and for
your seed:
30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have
set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life,
that both you and your seed may live:
30:20 네 하나님 여호와를 사랑하고 그 말씀을 순종하며 또 그에게 부종하라 그는
네 생명이시요 네 장수시니 여호와께서 네 열조 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱에게 주리라고
맹세하신 땅에 네가 거하리라
30:20 In loving the Lord your God, hearing his voice and being true to him: for he is
your life and by him will your days be long: so that you may go on living in the
land which the Lord gave by an oath to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
30:20 That you may love the LORD your God, and that you may obey his voice,
and that you may cleave unto him: for he is your life, and the length of your
days: that you may dwell in the land which the LORD swore unto your fathers,
to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
31:1 모세가 가서 온 이스라엘에게 이 말씀을 베푸니라
31:1 So Moses said all these things to Israel.
31:1 And Moses went and spoke these words unto all Israel.
31:2 곧 그들에게 이르되 내가 오늘날 일백 이십 세라 내가 더는 출입하기 능치
못하고 여호와께서도 내게 이르시기를 너는 이 요단을 건너지 못하리라 하셨느니라
31:2 Then he said to them, I am now a hundred and twenty years old; I am no longer able
to go out and come in: and the Lord has said to me, You are not to go over Jordan.
31:2 And he said unto them, I am an hundred and twenty years old this day;
I can no more go out and come in: also the LORD has said unto me, You shall
not go over this Jordan.
31:3 여호와께서 이미 말씀하신 것과 같이 여호수아가 너를 거느리고 건널 것이요
네 하나님 여호와 그가 네 앞서 건너가사 이 민족들을 네 앞에서 멸하시고 너로 그
땅을 얻게 하실 것이며
31:3 The Lord your God, he will go over before you; he will send destruction on all those
nations, and you will take their land as your heritage: and Joshua will go over
at your head as the Lord has said.
31:3 The LORD your God, he will go over before you, and he will destroy these
nations from before you, and you shall possess them: and Joshua, he shall go
over before you, as the LORD has said.
31:4 여호와께서 이미 멸하신 아모리 왕 시혼과 옥과 및 그 땅에 행하신 것과
같이 그들에게도 행하실 것이라
31:4 The Lord will do to them as he did to Sihon and to Og, the kings of the Amorites,
and to their land, whom he put to destruction.
31:4 And the LORD shall do unto them as he did to Sihon and to Og, kings
of the Amorites, and unto the land of them, whom he destroyed.
31:5 여호와께서 그들을 너희 앞에 붙이시리니 너희는 내가 너희에게 명한 모든
명령대로 그들에게 행할 것이라
31:5 The Lord will give them up into your hands, and you are to do to them as I have
given you orders.
31:5 And the LORD shall give them up before your face, that all of you may
do unto them according unto all the commandments which I have commanded you.
31:6 너는 마음을 강하게 하고 담대히 하라 그들을 두려워 말라 그들 앞에서 떨지
말라 이는 네 하나님 여호와 그가 너와 함께 행하실 것임이라 반드시 너를 떠나지
아니하시며 버리지 아니하시리라 하고
31:6 Be strong and take heart, and have no fear of them: for it is the Lord your God
who is going with you; he will not take away his help from you.
31:6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for
the LORD your God, he it is that does go with you; he will not fail you, nor
forsake you.
31:7 모세가 여호수아를 불러 온 이스라엘 목전에서 그에게 이르되 너는 마음을
강하게 하고 담대히 하라 너는 이 백성을 거느리고 여호와께서 그들의 열조에게 주리라고
맹세하신 땅에 들어가서 그들로 그 땅을 얻게 하라
31:7 Then Moses sent for Joshua, and before the eyes of all Israel said to him, Be strong
and take heart: for you are to go with this people into the land which the Lord,
by his oath to their fathers, has given them; by your help they will take it for
their heritage.
31:7 And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all
Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for you must go with this people unto
the land which the LORD has sworn unto their fathers to give them; and you shall
cause them to inherit it.
31:8 여호와 그가 네 앞서 행하시며 너와 함께 하사 너를 떠나지 아니하시며 버리지
아니하시리니 너는 두려워 말라 놀라지 말라
31:8 It is the Lord who goes before you; he will be with you, he will not take away his
help from you or give you up: so have no fear.
31:8 And the LORD, he it is that does go before you; he will be with you,
he will not fail you, neither forsake you: fear not, neither be dismayed.
31:9 ○ 모세가 이 율법을 써서 여호와의 언약궤를 메는 레위 자손 제사장들과
이스라엘 모든 장로에게 주고
31:9 Then Moses put all this law in writing, and gave it to the priests, the sons of
Levi, who take up the ark of the Lord's agreement, and to all the responsible men
of Israel.
31:9 And Moses wrote this law, and delivered it unto the priests the sons
of Levi, which bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and unto all the elders
of Israel.
31:10 그들에게 명하여 이르기를 매 칠 년 끝 해 곧 정기 면제년의 초막절에
31:10 And Moses said to them, At the end of every seven years, at the time fixed for the
ending of debts, at the feast of tents,
31:10 And Moses commanded them, saying, At the end of every seven years,
in the solemnity of the year of release, in the feast of tabernacles,
31:11 온 이스라엘이 네 하나님 여호와 앞 그 택하신 곳에 모일 때에 이 율법을
낭독하여 온 이스라엘로 듣게 할지니
31:11 When all Israel has come before the Lord your God in the place named by him, let
a reading be given of this law in the hearing of all Israel.
31:11 When all Israel has come to appear before the LORD your God in the
place which he shall choose, you shall read this law before all Israel in their
hearing.
31:12 곧 백성의 남녀와 유치와 네 성 안에 우거하는 타국인을 모으고 그들로 듣고
배우고 네 하나님 여호와를 경외하며 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 지켜 행하게 하고
31:12 Make all the people come together, men and women and children, and anyone from another
country who is with you, so that hearing they may become wise in the fear of the
Lord your God, and take care to do all the words of this law;
31:12 Gather the people together, men and women, and children, and your stranger
that is within your gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and
fear the LORD your God, and observe to do all the words of this law:
31:13 또 너희가 요단을 건너가서 얻을 땅에 거할 동안에 이 말씀을 알지 못하는
그들의 자녀로 듣고 네 하나님 여호와 경외하기를 배우게 할지니라
31:13 And so that your children, to whom it is new, may give ear and be trained in the
fear of the Lord your God, while you are living in the land which you are going
over Jordan to take for your heritage.
31:13 And that their children, which have not known any thing, may hear,
and learn to fear the LORD your God, as long as all of you live in the land
where all of you go over Jordan to possess it.
31:14 ○ 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너의 죽을 기한이 가까왔으니 여호수아를
불러서 함께 회막으로 나아오라 내가 그에게 명을 내리리라 모세와 여호수아가 나아가서
회막에 서니
31:14 At that time the Lord said to Moses, The day of your death is near: send for Joshua,
and come to the Tent of meeting so that I may give him his orders. So Moses and
Joshua went to the Tent of meeting.
31:14 And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, your days approach that you must
die: call Joshua, and present yourselves in the tabernacle of the congregation,
that I may give him a charge. And Moses and Joshua went, and presented themselves
in the tabernacle of the congregation.
31:15 여호와께서 구름 기둥 가운데서 장막에 나타나시고 구름 기둥은 장막 문
위에 머물렀더라
31:15 And the Lord was seen in the Tent in a pillar of cloud resting by the door of the
Tent.
31:15 And the LORD appeared in the tabernacle in a pillar of a cloud: and
the pillar of the cloud stood over the door of the tabernacle.
31:16 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너는 너의 열조와 함께 자려니와 이 백성은
들어가 거할 그 땅에서 일어나서 이방신들을 음란히 좇아 나를 버리며 내가 그들과
세운 언약을 어길 것이라
31:16 And the Lord said to Moses, Now you are going to rest with your fathers; and this
people will be false to me, uniting themselves to the strange gods of the land where
they are going; they will be turned away from me and will not keep the agreement
I have made with them.
31:16 And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, you shall sleep with your fathers;
and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers
of the land, where they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break
my covenant which I have made with them.
31:17 그때에 내가 그들에게 진노하여 그들을 버리며 내 얼굴을 숨겨 그들에게
보이지 않게 할 것인즉 그들이 삼킴을 당하여 허다한 재앙과 환난이 그들에게 임할
그때에 그들이 말하기를 이 재앙이 우리에게 임함은 우리 하나님이 우리 중에 계시지
않은 까닭이 아니뇨 할 것이라
31:17 In that day my wrath will be moved against them, and I will be turned away from
them, veiling my face from them, and destruction will overtake them, and unnumbered
evils and troubles will come on them; so that in that day they will say, Have not
these evils come on us because our God is not with us?
31:17 Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will
forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured,
and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that
day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us?
31:18 그들이 돌이켜 다른 신을 좇는 모든 악행을 인하여 내가 그때에 반드시
내 얼굴을 숨기리라
31:18 Truly, my face will be turned away from them in that day, because of all the evil
they have done in going after other gods.
31:18 And I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evils which
they shall have wrought, in that they are turned unto other gods.
31:19 그러므로 이제 너희는 이 노래를 써서 이스라엘 자손에게 가르쳐서 그 입으로
부르게 하여 이 노래로 나를 위하여 이스라엘 자손에게 증거가 되게 하라
31:19 Make then this song for yourselves, teaching it to the children of Israel: put it
in their mouths, so that this song may be a witness for me against the children
of Israel.
31:19 Now therefore write all of you this song for you, and teach it the
children of Israel: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness
for me against the children of Israel.
31:20 내가 그들의 열조에게 맹세한 바 젖과 꿀이 흐르는 땅으로 그들을 인도하여
들인 후에 그들이 먹어 배부르고 살찌면 돌이켜 다른 신들을 섬기며 나를 멸시하여
내 언약을 어기리니
31:20 For when I have taken them into the land named in my oath to their fathers, a land
flowing with milk and honey, and they have made themselves full of food and are
fat, then they will be turned to other gods and will give them worship, no longer
honouring me or keeping my agreement.
31:20 For when I shall have brought them into the land which I swore unto
their fathers, that flows with milk and honey; and they shall have eaten and
filled themselves, and becoming fat; then will they turn unto other gods, and
serve them, and provoke me, and break my covenant.
31:21 그들이 재앙과 환난을 당할 때에 그들의 자손이 부르기를 잊지 아니한 이
노래가 그들 앞에 증인처럼 되리라 나는 내가 맹세한 땅으로 그들을 인도하여 들이기
전 오늘날에 나는 그들의 상상하는 바를 아노라
31:21 Then when evils and troubles without number have overtaken them, this song will
be a witness to them, for the words of it will be clear in the memories of their
children: for I see the thoughts which are moving in their hearts even now, before
I have taken them into the land of my oath.
31:21 And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen
them, that this song shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not
be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which
they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I swore.
31:22 모세가 당일에 이 노래를 써서 이스라엘 자손에게 가르쳤더라
31:22 So that same day Moses made this song, teaching it to the children of Israel.
31:22 Moses therefore wrote this song the same day, and taught it the children
of Israel.
31:23 여호와께서 또 눈의 아들 여호수아에게 명하여 가라사대 너는 이스라엘
자손을 인도하여 내가 그들에게 맹세한 땅으로 들어가게 하리니 마음을 강하게 하고
담대히 하라 내가 너와 함께 하리라
31:23 Then he gave orders to Joshua, the son of Nun, saying to him, Be strong and take
heart: for you are to go at the head of the children of Israel into the land which
I made an oath to give them; and I will be with you.
31:23 And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and
of a good courage: for you shall bring the children of Israel into the land
which I swore unto them: and I will be with you.
31:24 ○ 모세가 이 율법의 말씀을 다 책에 써서 마친 후에
31:24 Now after writing all the words of this law in a book till the record of them was
complete,
31:24 And it came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words
of this law in a book, until they were finished,
31:25 여호와의 언약궤를 메는 레위 사람에게 명하여 가로되
31:25 Moses said to the Levites who were responsible for taking up the ark of the Lord's
agreement,
31:25 That Moses commanded the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant
of the LORD, saying,
31:26 이 율법책을 가져다가 너희 하나님 여호와의 언약궤 곁에 두어 너희에게
증거가 되게 하라
31:26 Take this book of the law and put it by the ark of the Lord's agreement, so that
it may be a witness against you.
31:26 Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the
covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against you.
31:27 내가 너희의 패역함과 목이 곧은 것을 아나니 오늘날 내가 생존하여 너희와
함께 하여도 너희가 여호와를 거역하였거든 하물며 내가 죽은 후의 일이랴
31:27 For I have knowledge of your hard and uncontrolled hearts: even now, while I am
still living, you will not be ruled by the Lord; how much less after my death?
31:27 For I know your rebellion, and your stiff neck: behold, while I am
yet alive with you this day, all of you have been rebellious against the LORD;
and how much more after my death?
31:28 너희 지파 모든 장로와 유사들을 내 앞에 모으라 내가 이 말씀을 그들의
귀에 들리고 그들에게 천지로 증거를 삼으리라
31:28 Get together before me all those who are in authority in your tribes, and your overseers,
so that I may say these things in their hearing, and make heaven and earth my witnesses
against them.
31:28 Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that
I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against
them.
31:29 내가 알거니와 내가 죽은 후에 너희가 스스로 부패하여 내가 너희에게 명한
길을 떠나서 여호와의 목전에 악을 행하여 너희의 손으로 하는 일로 그를 격노케
하므로 너희가 말세에 재앙을 당하리라 하니라
31:29 For I am certain that after my death you will give yourselves up to sin, wandering
from the way which I have given you; and evil will overtake you in the end, because
you will do evil in the eyes of the Lord, moving him to wrath by the work of your
hands.
31:29 For I know that after my death all of you will utterly corrupt yourselves,
and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall
you in the latter days; because all of you will do evil in the sight of the
LORD, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.
31:30 ○ 모세가 이스라엘 총회에게 이 노래의 말씀을 끝까지 읽어 들리니라
31:30 Then in the hearing of all the meeting of Israel, Moses said the words of this song,
to the end.
31:30 And Moses spoke in the ears of all the congregation of Israel the words
of this song, until they were ended.
32:1 하늘이여 귀를 기울이라 내가 말하리라 땅은 내 입의 말을 들을지어다
32:1 Give ear, O heavens, to my voice; let the earth take note of the words of my mouth:
32:1 Give ear, O all of you heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth,
the words of my mouth.
32:2 나의 교훈은 내리는 비요 나의 말은 맺히는 이슬이요 연한 풀 위에
가는 비요 채소 위에 단비로다
32:2 My teaching is dropping like rain, coming down like dew on the fields; like rain
on the young grass and showers on the garden plants:
32:2 My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew,
as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:
32:3 내가 여호와의 이름을 전파하리니 너희는 위엄을 우리 하나님께 돌릴지어다
32:3 For I will give honour to the name of the Lord: let our God be named great.
32:3 Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe all of you greatness
unto our God.
32:4 그는 반석이시니 그 공덕이 완전하고 그 모든 길이 공평하며 진실무망하신
하나님이시니 공의로우시고 정직하시도다
32:4 He is the Rock, complete is his work; for all his ways are righteousness: a God
without evil who keeps faith, true and upright is he.
32:4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment:
a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
32:5 그들이 여호와를 향하여 악을 행하니 하나님의 자녀가 아니요 흠이
있는 사곡한 종류로다
32:5 They have become false, they are not his children, the mark of sin is on them; they
are an evil and hard-hearted generation.
32:5 They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot of his children:
they are a perverse and crooked generation.
32:6 우매무지한 백성아 여호와께 이같이 보답하느냐 그는 너를 얻으신
너의 아버지가 아니시냐 너를 지으시고 세우셨도다
32:6 Is this your answer to the Lord, O foolish people and unwise? Is he not your father
who has given you life? He has made you and given you your place.
32:6 Do all of you thus requite the LORD, O foolish people and unwise? is
not he your father that has bought you? has he not made you, and established
you?
32:7 옛날을 기억하라 역대의 연대를 생각하라 네 아비에게 물으라 그가
네게 설명할 것이요 네 어른들에게 물으라 그들이 네게 이르리로다
32:7 Keep in mind the days of the past, give thought to the years of generations gone
by: go to your father and he will make it clear to you, to the old men and they
will give you the story.
32:7 Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations: ask
your father, and he will show you; your elders, and they will tell you.
32:8 지극히 높으신 자가 열국의 기업을 주실 때 인종을 분정하실 때에
이스라엘 자손의 수효대로 민족들의 경계를 정하셨도다
32:8 When the Most High gave the nations their heritage, separating into groups the children
of men, he had the limits of the peoples marked out, keeping in mind the number
of the children of Israel.
32:8 When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he
separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the
number of the children of Israel.
32:9 여호와의 분깃은 자기 백성이라 야곱은 그 택하신 기업이로다
32:9 For the Lord's wealth is his people; Jacob is the land of his heritage.
32:9 For the LORD's portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.
32:10 여호와께서 그를 황무지에서, 짐승의 부르짖는 광야에서 만나시고
호위하시며 보호하시며 자기 눈동자 같이 지키셨도다
32:10 He came to him in the waste land, in the unpeopled waste of sand: putting his arms
round him and caring for him, he kept him as the light of his eye.
32:10 He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness;
he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
32:11 마치 독수리가 그 보금자리를 어지럽게 하며 그 새끼 위에 너풀 거리며
그 날개를 펴서 새끼를 받으며 그 날개 위에 그것을 업는 것 같이
32:11 As an eagle, teaching her young to make their flight, with her wings outstretched
over them, takes them up on her strong feathers:
32:11 As an eagle stirs up her nest, flutteres over her young, spreads abroad
her wings, takes them, bears them on her wings:
32:12 여호와께서 홀로 그들을 인도하셨고 함께 한 다른 신이 없었도다
32:12 So the Lord only was his guide, no other god was with him.
32:12 So the LORD alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him.
32:13 여호와께서 그로 땅의 높은 곳을 타고 다니게 하시며 밭의 소산을
먹게 하시며 반석에서 꿀을, 굳은 반석에서 기름을 빨게 하시며
32:13 He put him on the high places of the earth, his food was the increase of the field;
honey he gave him out of the rock and oil out of the hard rock;
32:13 He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat
the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and
oil out of the flinty rock;
32:14 소의 젖 기름과 양의 젖과 어린 양의 기름과 바산 소산의 수양과
염소와 지극히 아름다운 밀을 먹이시며 또 포도즙의 붉은 술을 마시우셨도다
32:14 Butter from his cows and milk from his sheep, with fat of lambs and sheep of Bashan,
and goats, and the heart of the grain; and for your drink, wine from the blood of
the grape.
32:14 Butter of cattle, and milk of sheep, with fat of lambs, and rams of
the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the fat of kidneys of wheat; and you did
drink the pure blood of the grape.
32:15 그러한데 여수룬이 살찌매 발로 찼도다 네가 살찌고 부대하고 윤택하매
자기를 지으신 하나님을 버리며 자기를 구원하신 반석을 경홀히 여겼도다
32:15 But Jeshurun became fat and would not be controlled: you have become fat, you are
thick and full of food: then he was untrue to the God who made him, giving no honour
to the Rock of his salvation.
32:15 But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: you are becoming fat, you are grown
thick, you are covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and
lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
32:16 그들이 다른 신으로 그의 질투를 일으키며 가증한 것으로 그의 진노를
격발하였도다
32:16 The honour which was his they gave to strange gods; by their disgusting ways he
was moved to wrath.
32:16 They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations
provoked they him to anger.
32:17 그들은 하나님께 제사하지 아니하고 마귀에게 하였으니 곧 그들의
알지 못하던 신, 근래에 일어난 새 신, 너희 열조의 두려워하지 않던 것들이로다
32:17 They made offerings to evil spirits which were not God, to gods who were strange
to them, which had newly come up, not feared by your fathers.
32:17 They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not,
to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.
32:18 너를 낳은 반석은 네가 상관치 아니하고 너를 내신 하나님은 네가
잊었도다
32:18 You have no thought for the Rock, your father, you have no memory of the God who
gave you birth.
32:18 Of the Rock that brings forth you you are unmindful, and have forgotten
God that formed you.
32:19 여호와께서 보시고 미워하셨으니 그 자녀가 그를 격노케 한 연고로다
32:19 And the Lord saw with disgust the evil-doing of his sons and daughters.
32:19 And when the LORD saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking
of his sons, and of his daughters.
32:20 여호와의 말씀에 내가 내 얼굴을 숨겨 그들에게 보이지 않게 하고
그들의 종말의 어떠함을 보리니 그들은 심히 패역한 종류요 무신한 자녀임이로다
32:20 And he said, My face will be veiled from them, I will see what their end will be:
for they are an uncontrolled generation, children in whom is no faith.
32:20 And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end
shall be: for they are a very perverse generation, children in whom is no faith.
32:21 그들이 하나님이 아닌 자로 나의 질투를 일으키며 그들의 허무한
것으로 나의 진노를 격발하였으니 나도 백성이 되지 아니한 자로 그들의 시기가 나게
하며 우준한 민족으로 그들의 분노를 격발하리로다
32:21 They have given my honour to that which is not God, moving me to wrath with their
false worship: I will give their honour to those who are not a people, moving them
to wrath by a foolish nation,
32:21 They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have
provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with
those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.
32:22 내 분노의 불이 일어나서 음부 깊은 곳까지 사르며 땅의 그 소산을
삼키며 산들의 터도 붙게 하는도다
32:22 For my wrath is a flaming fire, burning to the deep parts of the underworld, burning
up the earth with her increase, and firing the deep roots of the mountains.
32:22 For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the low hell,
and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations
of the mountains.
32:23 내가 재앙을 그들의 위에 쌓으며 나의 살을 다하여 그들을 쏘리로다
32:23 I will send a rain of troubles on them, my arrows will be showered on them.
32:23 I will heap evil upon them; I will spend mine arrows upon them.
32:24 그들이 주리므로 파리하며 불 같은 더위와 독한 파멸에게 삼키울 것이라
내가 들짐승의 이와 티끌에 기는 것의 독을 그들에게 보내리로다
32:24 They will be wasted from need of food, and overcome by burning heat and bitter destruction;
and the teeth of beasts I will send on them, with the poison of the worms of the
dust.
32:24 They shall be burnt with hunger, and devoured with burning heat, and
with bitter destruction: I will also send the teeth of beasts upon them, with
the poison of serpents of the dust.
32:25 밖으로는 칼에 방 안에서는 놀람에 멸망하리니 청년 남자와 처녀와
젖 먹는 아이와 백발 노인까지리로다
32:25 Outside they will be cut off by the sword, and in the inner rooms by fear; death
will take the young man and the virgin, the baby at the breast and the grey-haired
man.
32:25 The sword without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young
man and the virgin, the nursing infant also with the man of gray hairs.
32:26 내가 그들을 흩어서 인간에서 그 기억이 끊어지게 하리라 하였다마는
32:26 I said I would send them wandering far away, I would make all memory of them go
from the minds of men:
32:26 I said, I would scatter them into corners, I would make the remembrance
of them to cease from among men:
32:27 대적을 격동할까 염려라 원수가 오해하고 말하기를 우리 수단이 높음이요
여호와의 행함이 아니라 할까 염려라 하시도다
32:27 But for the fear that their haters, uplifted in their pride, might say, Our hand
is strong, the Lord has not done all this.
32:27 Were it not that I feared the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries
should behave themselves strangely, and lest they should say, Our hand is high,
and the LORD has not done all this.
32:28 그들은 모략이 없는 국민이라 그 중에 지식이 없도다
32:28 For they are a nation without wisdom; there is no sense in them.
32:28 For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding
in them.
32:29 그들이 지혜가 있어서 이것을 깨닫고 자기의 종말을 생각하였으면
32:29 If only they were wise, if only this was clear to them, and they would give thought
to their future!
32:29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider
their latter end!
32:30 그들의 반석이 그들을 팔지 아니하였고 여호와께서 그들을 내어주지
아니하셨더면 어찌 한 사람이 천을 쫓으며 두 사람이 만을 도망케 하였을까
32:30 How would it be possible for one to overcome a thousand, and two to send ten thousand
in flight, if their rock had not let them go, if the Lord had not given them up?
32:30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight,
except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?
32:31 대적의 반석이 우리의 반석과 같지 못하니 대적도 스스로 판단하도다
32:31 For their rock is not like our Rock, even our haters themselves being judges.
32:31 For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being
judges.
32:32 그들의 포도나무는 소돔의 포도나무요 고모라의 밭의 소산이라 그들의
포도는 쓸개포도니 그 송이는 쓰며
32:32 For their vine is the vine of Sodom, from the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are
the grapes of evil, and the berries are bitter:
32:32 For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah:
their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter:
32:33 그들의 포도주는 뱀의 독이요 독사의 악독이라
32:33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, the cruel poison of snakes.
32:33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.
32:34 이것이 내게 쌓이고 내 곳간에 봉하여 있지 아니한가
32:34 Is not this among my secrets, kept safe in my store-house?
32:34 Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up among my treasures?
32:35 보수는 내 것이라 그들의 실족할 그때에 갚으리로다 그들의 환난의
날이 가까우니 당할 그 일이 속히 임하리로다
32:35 Punishment is mine and reward, at the time of the slipping of their feet: for the
day of their downfall is near, sudden will be their fate.
32:35 To me belongs vengeance and recompence; their foot shall slide in due
time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come
upon them make haste.
32:36 여호와께서 자기 백성을 판단하시고 그 종들을 인하여 후회하시리니
곧 그들의 무력함과 갇힌 자나 놓인 자가 없음을 보시는 때에로다
32:36 For the Lord will be judge of his people, he will have pity for his servants; when
he sees that their power is gone, there is no one, shut up or free.
32:36 For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants,
when he sees that their power is gone, and there is none shut up, or left.
32:37 여호와의 말씀에 그들의 신들이 어디 있으며 그들의 피하던 반석이
어디 있느냐
32:37 And he will say, Where are their gods, the rock in which they put their faith?
32:37 And he shall say, Where are their gods, their rock in whom they trusted,
32:38 그들의 희생의 고기를 먹던 것들, 전제의 술을 마시던 것들로 일어나서
너희를 돕게 하라 너희의 보장이 되게 하라
32:38 Who took the fat of their offerings, and the wine of their drink offering? Let them
now come to your help, let them be your salvation.
32:38 Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their
drink offerings? let them rise up and help you, and be your protection.
32:39 이제는 나 곧 내가 그인 줄 알라 나와 함께 하는 신이 없도다 내가
죽이기도 하며 살리기도 하며 상하게도 하며 낫게도 하나니 내 손에서 능히 건질
자 없도다
32:39 See now, I myself am he; there is no other god but me: giver of death and life,
wounding and making well: and no one has power to make you free from my hand.
32:39 See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill,
and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver
out of my hand.
32:40 내가 하늘을 향하여 내 손을 들고 말하노라 나의 영원히 삶을 두고
맹세하노니
32:40 For lifting up my hand to heaven I say, By my unending life,
32:40 For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.
32:41 나의 번쩍이는 칼을 갈며 내 손에 심판을 잡고 나의 대적에게 보수하며
나를 미워하는 자에게 보응할 것이라
32:41 If I make sharp my shining sword, and my hand is outstretched for judging, I will
give punishment to those who are against me, and their right reward to my haters.
32:41 If I sharpen my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment;
I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.
32:42 나의 화살로 피에 취하게 하고 나의 칼로 그 고기를 삼키게 하리니
곧 피살자와 포로 된 자의 피요 대적의 장관의 머리로다 하시도다
32:42 I will make my arrows red with blood, my sword will be feasting on flesh, with the
blood of the dead and the prisoners, of the long-haired heads of my haters.
32:42 I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour
flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning
of revenges upon the enemy.
32:43 너희 열방은 주의 백성과 즐거워하라 주께서 그 종들의 피를 갚으사
그 대적에게 보수하시고 자기 땅과 백성을 위하여 속죄하시리로다
32:43 Be glad, O you his people, over the nations; for he will take payment for the blood
of his servants, and will give punishment to his haters, and take away the sin of
his land, for his people.
32:43 Rejoice, O all of you nations, with his people: for he will avenge
the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and
will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.
32:44 모세와 눈의 아들 호세아가 와서 이 노래의 모든 말씀을 백성에게 말하여
들리니라
32:44 So Moses said all the words of this song in the hearing of the people, he and Hoshea,
the son of Nun.
32:44 And Moses came and spoke all the words of this song in the ears of
the people, he, and Hoshea the son of Nun.
32:45 모세가 이 모든 말씀을 온 이스라엘에게 말하기를 마치고
32:45 And after saying all this to the people,
32:45 And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel:
32:46 그들에게 이르되 내가 오늘날 너희에게 증거한 모든 말을 너희 마음에 두고
너희 자녀에게 명하여 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 지켜 행하게 하라
32:46 Moses said to them, Let the words which I have said to you today go deep into your
hearts, and give orders to your children to do every word of this law.
32:46 And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify
among you this day, which all of you shall command your children to observe
to do, all the words of this law.
32:47 이는 너희에게 허사가 아니라 너희의 생명이니 이 일로 인하여 너희가 요단을
건너 얻을 땅에서 너희의 날이 장구하리라
32:47 And this is no small thing for you, but it is your life, and through this you may
make your days long in the land which you are going over Jordan to take for your
heritage.
32:47 For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through
this thing all of you shall prolong your days in the land, where all of you
go over Jordan to possess it.
32:48 ○ 당일에 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
32:48 That same day the Lord said to Moses,
32:48 And the LORD spoke unto Moses that very same day, saying,
32:49 너는 여리고 맞은편 모압 땅에 있는 아바림 산에 올라 느보 산에 이르러 내가
이스라엘 자손에게 기업으로 주는 가나안 땅을 바라보라
32:49 Go up into this mountain of Abarim, to Mount Nebo in the land of Moab opposite Jericho;
there you may see the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the children of Israel
for their heritage:
32:49 Get you up into this mountain Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is in
the land of Moab, that is opposite to Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan,
which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession:
32:50 네 형 아론이 호르 산에서 죽어 그 조상에게로 돌아간 것 같이 너도 올라가는
이 산에서 죽어 네 조상에게로 돌아가리니
32:50 And let death come to you on the mountain where you are going, and be put to rest
with your people; as death came to Aaron, your brother, on Mount Hor, where he was
put to rest with his people:
32:50 And die in the mount where you go up, and be gathered unto your people;
as Aaron your brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people:
32:51 이는 너희가 신 광야 가데스의 므리바 물가에서 이스라엘 자손 중 내게
범죄하여 나의 거룩함을 이스라엘 자손 중에서 나타내지 아니한 연고라
32:51 Because of your sin against me before the children of Israel at the waters of Meribath
Kadesh in the waste land of Zin; because you did not keep my name holy among the
children of Israel.
32:51 Because all of you trespassed against me among the children of Israel
at the waters of MeribahKadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because all of you
sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.
32:52 내가 이스라엘 자손에게 주는 땅을 네가 바라보기는 하려니와 그리로 들어가지는
못하리라 하시니라
32:52 So you will see the land before you, but you will not go into the land which I am
giving to the children of Israel.
32:52 Yet you shall see the land before you; but you shall not go thither
unto the land which I give the children of Israel.
33:1 하나님의 사람 모세가 죽기 전에 이스라엘 자손을 위하여 축복함이 이러하니라
33:1 Now this is the blessing which Moses, the man of God, gave to the children of Israel
before his death.
33:1 And this is the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the
children of Israel before his death.
33:2 일렀으되 여호와께서 시내에서 오시고 세일 산에서 일어나시고 바란 산에서
비취시고 일만 성도 가운데서 강림하셨고 그 오른손에는 불같은 율법이 있도다
33:2 He said, The Lord came from Sinai, dawning on them from Seir; shining out from Mount
Paran, coming from Meribath Kadesh: from his right hand went flames of fire: his
wrath made waste the peoples.
33:2 And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them;
he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints:
from his right hand went a fiery law for them.
33:3 여호와께서 백성을 사랑하시나니 모든 성도가 그 수중에 있으며 주의
발 아래에 앉아서 주의 말씀을 받는도다
33:3 All his holy ones are at his hand; they go at his feet; they are lifted up on his
wings.
33:3 Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in your hand: and they
sat down at your feet; every one shall receive of your words.
33:4 모세가 우리에게 율법을 명하였으니 곧 야곱의 총회의 기업이로다
33:4 Moses gave us a law, a heritage for the people of Jacob.
33:4 Moses commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the congregation of
Jacob.
33:5 여수룬에 왕이 있었으니 곧 백성의 두령이 모이고 이스라엘 모든 지파가
함께 한 때에로다
33:5 And there was a king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people and the tribes of
Israel came together.
33:5 And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people and the tribes
of Israel were gathered together.
33:6 르우벤은 살고 죽지 아니하고 그 인수가 적지 않기를 원하도다
33:6 Let life not death be Reuben's, let not the number of his men be small.
33:6 Let Reuben live, and not die; and let not his men be few.
33:7 유다에 대한 축복은 이러하니라 일렀으되 여호와여 유다의 음성을
들으시고 그 백성에게로 인도하시오며 그 손으로 자기를 위하여 싸우게 하시고 주께서
도우사 그로 그 대적을 치게 하시기를 원하나이다
33:7 And this is the blessing of Judah: he said, Give ear, O Lord, to the voice of Judah
and make him one with his people: let your hands take up his cause, and be his help
against his attackers.
33:7 And this is the blessing of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice
of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him;
and be you an help to him from his enemies.
33:8 레위에 대하여는 일렀으되 주의 둠밈과 우림이 주의 경건한 자에게 있도다
주께서 그를 맛사에서 시험하시고 므리바 물 가에서 그와 다투셨도다
33:8 And of Levi he said, Give your Thummim to Levi and let the Urim be with your loved
one, whom you put to the test at Massah, with whom you were angry at the waters
of Meribah;
33:8 And of Levi he said, Let your Thummim and your Urim be with your holy
one, whom you did prove at Massah, and with whom you did strive at the waters
of Meribah;
33:9 그는 그 부모에게 대하여 이르기를 내가 그들을 보지 못하였다 하며
그 형제들을 인정치 아니하며 그 자녀를 알지 아니한 것은 주의 말씀을 준행하고
주의 언약을 지킴을 인함이로다
33:9 Who said of his father, Who is he? and of his mother, I have not seen her; he kept
himself separate from his brothers and had no knowledge of his children: for they
have given ear to your word and kept your agreement.
33:9 Who said unto his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither
did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own children: for they have observed
your word, and kept your covenant.
33:10 주의 법도를 야곱에게, 주의 율법을 이스라엘에게 가르치며 주 앞에
분향하고 온전한 번제를 주의 단 위에 드리리로다
33:10 They will be the teachers of your decisions to Jacob and of your law to Israel:
the burning of perfumes before you will be their right, and the ordering of burned
offerings on your altar.
33:10 They shall teach Jacob your judgments, and Israel your law: they shall
put incense before you, and whole burnt sacrifice upon yours altar.
33:11 여호와여 그 재산을 풍족케 하시고 그 손의 일을 받으소서 그를 대적하여
일어나는 자와 미워하는 자의 허리를 꺽으사 다시 일어나지 못하게 하옵소서
33:11 Let your blessing, O Lord, be on his substance, may the work of his hands be pleasing
to you: may those who take up arms against him and all who have hate for him, be
wounded through the heart, never to be lifted up again.
33:11 Bless, LORD, his substance, and accept the work of his hands; strike
through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him,
that they rise not again.
33:12 베냐민에 대하여는 일렀으되 여호와의 사랑을 입은 자는 그 곁에 안전히
거하리로다 여호와께서 그를 날이 맟도록 보호하시고 그로 자기 어깨 사이에 처하게
하시리로다
33:12 And of Benjamin he said, Benjamin is the loved one of the Lord, he will be kept
safe at all times; he will be covered by the Most High, resting between his arms.
33:12 And of Benjamin he said, The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety
by him; and the Lord shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between
his shoulders.
33:13 요셉에 대하여는 일렀으되 원컨대 그 땅이 여호와께 복을 받아 하늘의 보물인
이슬과 땅 아래 저장한 물과
33:13 And of Joseph he said, Let the blessing of the Lord be on his land; for the good
things of heaven on high, and the deep waters flowing under the earth,
33:13 And of Joseph he said, Blessed of the LORD be his land, for the precious
things of heaven, for the dew, and for the deep that couches beneath,
33:14 태양이 결실케 하는 보물과 태음이 자라게 하는 보물과
33:14 And the good things of the fruits of the sun, and the good things of the growth
of the moons,
33:14 And for the precious fruits brought forth by the sun, and for the precious
things put forth by the moon,
33:15 옛 산의 상품물과 영원한 작은 산의 보물과
33:15 And the chief things of the oldest mountains, and the good things of the eternal
hills,
33:15 And for the chief things of the ancient mountains, and for the precious
things of the lasting hills,
33:16 땅의 보물과 거기 충만한 것과 가시떨기나무 가운데 거하시던 자의
은혜로 인하여 복이 요셉의 머리에, 그 형제 중 구별한 자의 정수리에 임할지로다
33:16 The good things of the earth and all its wealth, the good pleasure of him who was
seen in the burning tree: may they come on the head of Joseph, on the head of him
who was prince among his brothers.
33:16 And for the precious things of the earth and fullness thereof, and
for the good will of him that dwelt in the bush: let the blessing come upon
the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him that was separated from
his brethren.
33:17 그는 첫 수송아지 같이 위엄이 있으니 그 뿔이 들소의 뿔 같도다
이것으로 열방을 받아 땅 끝까지 이르리니 곧 에브라임의 만만이요 므낫세의 천천이리로다
33:17 He is a young ox, glory is his; his horns are the horns of the mountain ox, with
which all peoples will be wounded, even to the ends of the earth: they are the ten
thousands of Ephraim and the thousands of Manasseh.
33:17 His glory is like the first born of his bullock, and his horns are
like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the
ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the
thousands of Manasseh.
33:18 스불론에 대하여는 일렀으되 스불론이여 너는 나감을 기뻐하라 잇사갈이여
너는 장막에 있음을 즐거워하라
33:18 And of Zebulun he said, Be glad, Zebulun, in your going out; and, Issachar, in your
tents.
33:18 And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in your going out; and, Issachar,
in your tents.
33:19 그들이 열국 백성을 불러 산에 이르게 하고 거기서 의로운 제사를
드릴 것이며 바다의 풍부한 것, 모래에 감추인 보배를 흡수하리로다
33:19 They will send out the word for the people to come to the mountain, taking there
the offerings of righteousness: for the store of the seas will be theirs, and the
secret wealth of the sand.
33:19 They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer
sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck of the abundance of the seas,
and of treasures hid in the sand.
33:20 갓에 대하여는 일렀으되 갓을 광대케 하시는 자에게 찬송을 부를지어다
갓이 암사자 같이 엎드리고 팔과 정수리를 찢는도다
33:20 Of Gad he said, A blessing be on him who makes wide the limits of Gad: he takes
his rest like a she-lion, taking for himself the arm and the crown of the head.
33:20 And of Gad he said, Blessed be he that enlarges Gad: he dwells as a
lion, and tears the arm with the crown of the head.
33:21 그가 자기를 위하여 먼저 기업을 택하였으니 곧 법 세운 자의 분깃으로
예비된 것이로다 그가 백성의 두령들과 함께 와서 여호와의 공의와 이스라엘과 세우신
법도를 행하도다
33:21 He kept for himself the first part, for his was the ruler's right: he put in force
the righteousness of the Lord, and his decisions for Israel.
33:21 And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion
of the lawgiver, was he seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he
executed the justice of the LORD, and his judgments with Israel.
33:22 단에 대하여는 일렀으되 단은 바산에서 뛰어 나오는 사자의 새끼로다
33:22 And of Dan he said, Dan is a young lion, springing out from Bashan.
33:22 And of Dan he said, Dan is a lion's offspring: he shall leap from Bashan.
33:23 납달리에 대하여는 일렀으되 은혜가 족하고 여호와의 복이 가득한 납달리여
너는 서방과 남방을 얻을지로다
33:23 And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, made glad with grace and full of the blessing
of the Lord: the sea and its fishes will be his.
33:23 And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full
with the blessing of the LORD: possess you the west and the south.
33:24 아셀에 대하여는 일렀으되 아셀은 다자한 복을 받으며 그 형제에게
기쁨이 되며 그 발이 기름에 잠길지로다
33:24 And of Asher he said, Let Asher have the blessing of children; may he be pleasing
to his brothers, and let his foot be wet with oil.
33:24 And of Asher he said, Let Asher be blessed with children; let him be
acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.
33:25 네 문 빗장은 철과 놋이 될 것이니 네 사는 날을 따라서 능력이 있으리로다
33:25 Your shoes will be iron and brass; and as your days, so may your work be.
33:25 Your shoes shall be iron and brass; and as your days, so shall your
strength be.
33:26 여수룬이여 하나님 같은 자 없도다 그가 너를 도우시려고 하늘을
타시고 궁창에서 위엄을 나타내시는도다
33:26 No other is like the God of Jeshurun, coming on the heavens to your help, and letting
his glory be seen in the skies.
33:26 There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rides upon the heaven
in your help, and in his excellency on the sky.
33:27 영원하신 하나님이 너의 처소가 되시니 그 영원하신 팔이 네 아래
있도다 그가 네 앞에서 대적을 쫓으시며 멸하라 하시도다
33:27 The God of your fathers is your safe resting-place, and under you are his eternal
arms: driving out the forces of your haters from before you, he said, Let destruction
overtake them.
33:27 The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting
arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before you; and shall say, Destroy
them.
33:28 이스라엘이 안전히 거하며 야곱의 샘은 곡식과 새 포도주의 땅에
홀로 있나니 곧 그의 하늘이 이슬을 내리는 곳에로다
33:28 And Israel is living in peace, the fountain of Jacob by himself, in a land of grain
and wine, with dew dropping from the heavens.
33:28 Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall
be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.
33:29 이스라엘이여 너는 행복자로다 여호와의 구원을 너 같이 얻은 백성이
누구뇨 그는 너를 돕는 방패시요 너의 영광의 칼이시로다 네 대적이 네게 복종하리니
네가 그들의 높은 곳을 밟으리로다
33:29 Happy are you, O Israel: who is like you, a people whose saviour is the Lord, whose
help is your cover, whose sword is your strength! All those who are against you
will put themselves under your rule, and your feet will be planted on their high
places.
33:29 Happy are you, O Israel: who is like unto you, O people saved by the
LORD, the shield of your help, and who is the sword of your excellency! and
yours enemies shall be found liars unto you; and you shall tread upon their
high places.
34:1 모세가 모압 평지에서 느보 산에 올라 여리고 맞은편 비스가 산 꼭대기에 이르매
여호와께서 길르앗 온 땅을 단까지 보이시고
34:1 And Moses went up from the table-lands of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah
which is facing Jericho. And the Lord let him see all the land, the land of Gilead
as far as Dan;
34:1 And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo,
to the top of Pisgah, that is opposite to Jericho. And the LORD showed him all
the land of Gilead, unto Dan,
34:2 또 온 납달리와 에브라임과 므낫세의 땅과 서해까지의 유다 온 땅과
34:2 And all Naphtali and the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah,
as far as the Great Sea of the west;
34:2 And all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the
land of Judah, unto the utmost sea,
34:3 남방과 종려의 성읍 여리고 골짜기 평지를 소알까지 보이시고
34:3 And the South, and the circle of the valley of Jericho, the town of palm-trees,
as far as Zoar.
34:3 And the south, and the plain of the valley of Jericho, the city of palm
trees, unto Zoar.
34:4 여호와께서 그에게 이르시되 이는 내가 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱에게 맹세하여
그 후손에게 주리라 한 땅이라 내가 네 눈으로 보게 하였거니와 너는 그리로 건너가지
못하리라 하시매
34:4 And the Lord said to him, This is the land about which I made an oath to Abraham,
Isaac, and Jacob, saying, I will give it to your seed: now I have let you see it
with your eyes, but you will not go in there.
34:4 And the LORD said unto him, This is the land which I swore unto Abraham,
unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto your seed: I have caused
you to see it with yours eyes, but you shall not go over thither.
34:5 이에 여호와의 종 모세가 여호와의 말씀대로 모압 땅에서 죽어
34:5 So death came to Moses, the servant of the Lord, there in the land of Moab, as the
Lord had said.
34:5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according
to the word of the LORD.
34:6 벧브올 맞은편 모압 땅에 있는 골짜기에 장사되었고 오늘까지 그 묘를 아는
자 없으니라
34:6 And the Lord put him to rest in the valley in the land of Moab opposite Beth-peor:
but no man has knowledge of his resting-place to this day.
34:6 And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, opposite to Bethpeor:
but no man knows of his tomb unto this day.
34:7 모세의 죽을 때 나이 일백 이십 세나 그 눈이 흐리지 아니하였고 기력이 쇠하지
아니하였더라
34:7 And Moses at his death was a hundred and twenty years old: his eye had not become
clouded, or his natural force become feeble.
34:7 And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye
was not dim, nor his natural force decreased.
34:8 이스라엘 자손이 모압 평지에서 애곡하는 기한이 맞도록 모세를 위하여 삼십
일을 애곡하니라
34:8 For thirty days the children of Israel were weeping for Moses in the table-lands
of Moab, till the days of weeping and sorrow for Moses were ended.
34:8 And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty
days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended.
34:9 ○ 모세가 눈의 아들 여호수아에게 안수하였으므로 그에게 지혜의 신이 충만하니
이스라엘 자손이 여호와께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 여호수아의 말을 순종하였더라
34:9 And Joshua, the son of Nun, was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had put
his hands on him: and the children of Israel gave ear to him, and did as the Lord
had given orders to Moses.
34:9 And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses
had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him,
and did as the LORD commanded Moses.
34:10 그 후에는 이스라엘에 모세와 같은 선지자가 일어나지 못하였나니 모세는
여호와께서 대면하여 아시던 자요
34:10 There has never been another prophet in Israel like Moses, whom the Lord had knowledge
of face to face;
34:10 And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom
the LORD knew face to face,
34:11 여호와께서 그를 애굽 땅에 보내사 바로와 그 모든 신하와 그 온 땅에 모든
이적과 기사와
34:11 In all the signs and wonders which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt,
to Pharaoh and to all his servants and all his land;
34:11 In all the signs and the wonders, which the LORD sent him to do in
the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
34:12 모든 큰 권능과 위엄을 행하게 하시매 온 이스라엘 목전에서 그것을 행한 자더라
34:12 And in all the acts of power and fear which Moses did before the eyes of all Israel.
34:12 And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses
showed in the sight of all Israel.
