1:1 אִישׁ הָיָה בְאֶרֶץ־עוּץ אִיֹּוב שְׁמֹו וְהָיָה ׀ הָאִישׁ הַהוּא תָּם וְיָשָׁר וִירֵא אֱלֹהִים וְסָר מֵרָע׃
1:1 우스 땅에 욥이라 이름하는 사람이 있었는데 그 사람은 순전하고 정직하여 하나님을 경외하며 악에서 떠난 자더라
1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.
2:1 וַיִּוָּלְדוּ לֹו שִׁבְעָה בָנִים וְשָׁלֹושׁ בָּנֹות׃
1:2 그 소생은 남자가 일곱이요 여자가 셋이며
1:2 And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters.
3:1 וַיְהִי מִקְנֵהוּ שִׁבְעַת אַלְפֵי־צֹאן וּשְׁלֹשֶׁת אַלְפֵי גְמַלִּים וַחֲמֵשׁ מֵאֹות צֶמֶד־בָּקָר וַחֲמֵשׁ מֵאֹות אֲתֹונֹות וַעֲבֻדָּה רַבָּה מְאֹד וַיְהִי הָאִישׁ הַהוּא גָּדֹול מִכָּל־בְּנֵי־קֶדֶם׃
1:3 그 소유물은 양이 칠천이요 약대가 삼천이요 소가 오백 겨리요 암 나귀가 오백이며 종도 많이 있었으니 이 사람은 동방 사람 중에 가장 큰 자라
1:3 His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east.
4:1 וְהָלְכוּ בָנָיו וְעָשׂוּ מִשְׁתֶּה בֵּית אִישׁ יֹומֹו וְשָׁלְחוּ וְקָרְאוּ לִשְׁלֹשֶׁת [אַחְיֹתֵיהֶם כ] (אַחְיֹותֵיהֶם ק) לֶאֱכֹל וְלִשְׁתֹּות עִמָּהֶם׃
1:4 그 아들들이 자기 생일이면 각각 자기의 집에서 잔치를 베풀고 그 누이 셋도 청하여 함께 먹고 마시므로
1:4 And his sons went and feasted in their houses, every one his day; and sent and called for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them.
5:1 וַיְהִי כִּי הִקִּיפוּ יְמֵי הַמִּשְׁתֶּה וַיִּשְׁלַח אִיֹּוב וַיְקַדְּשֵׁם וְהִשְׁכִּים בַּבֹּקֶר וְהֶעֱלָה עֹלֹות מִסְפַּר כֻּלָּם כִּי אָמַר אִיֹּוב אוּלַי חָטְאוּ בָנַי וּבֵרֲכוּ אֱלֹהִים בִּלְבָבָם כָּכָה יַעֲשֶׂה אִיֹּוב כָּל־הַיָּמִים׃ פ
1:5 그 잔치 날이 지나면 욥이 그들을 불러다가 성결케 하되 아침에 일어나서 그들의 명수대로 번제를 드렸으니 이는 욥이 말하기를 혹시 내 아들들이 죄를 범하여 마음으로 하나님을 배반하였을까 함이라 욥의 행사가 항상 이러하였더라
1:5 And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually.
6:1 וַיְהִי הַיֹּום וַיָּבֹאוּ בְּנֵי הָאֱלֹהִים לְהִתְיַצֵּב עַל־יְהוָה וַיָּבֹוא גַם־הַשָּׂטָן בְּתֹוכָם׃
1:6 ○ 하루는 하나님의 아들들이 와서 여호와 앞에 섰고 사단도 그들 가운데 왔는지라
1:6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Jehovah, and Satan came also among them.
7:1 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־הַשָּׂטָן מֵאַיִן תָּבֹא וַיַּעַן הַשָּׂטָן אֶת־יְהוָה וַיֹּאמַר מִשּׁוּט בָּאָרֶץ וּמֵהִתְהַלֵּךְ בָּהּ׃
1:7 여호와께서 사단에게 이르시되 네가 어디서 왔느냐 사단이 여호와께 대답하여 가로되 땅에 두루 돌아 여기저기 다녀왔나이다
1:7 And the Jehovah said unto Satan, Whence come you? Then Satan answered the Jehovah, and said, From going back and forth in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
8:1 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־הַשָּׂטָן הֲשַׂמְתָּ לִבְּךָ עַל־עַבְדִּי אִיֹּוב כִּי אֵין כָּמֹהוּ בָּאָרֶץ אִישׁ תָּם וְיָשָׁר יְרֵא אֱלֹהִים וְסָר מֵרָע׃
1:8 여호와께서 사단에게 이르시되 네가 내 종 욥을 유의하여 보았느냐 그와 같이 순전하고 정직하여 하나님을 경외하며 악에서 떠난 자가 세상에 없느니라
1:8 And the Jehovah said unto Satan, Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that fears God, and turns away from evil?
9:1 וַיַּעַן הַשָּׂטָן אֶת־יְהוָה וַיֹּאמַר הַחִנָּם יָרֵא אִיֹּוב אֱלֹהִים׃
1:9 사단이 여호와께 대답하여 가로되 욥이 어찌 까닭 없이 하나님을 경외하리이까
1:9 Then Satan answered the Jehovah, and said, Does Job fear God for nothing?
10:1 הֲלֹא־ [אַתְּ כ] (אַתָּה ק) שַׂכְתָּ בַעֲדֹו וּבְעַד־בֵּיתֹו וּבְעַד כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־לֹו מִסָּבִיב מַעֲשֵׂה יָדָיו בֵּרַכְתָּ וּמִקְנֵהוּ פָּרַץ בָּאָרֶץ׃
1:10 주께서 그와 그 집과 그 모든 소유물을 산울로 두르심이 아니니이까 주께서 그 손으로 하는 바를 복되게 하사 그 소유물로 땅에 널리게 하셨음이니이다
1:10 Have not you made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he has on every side? you have blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.
11:1 וְאוּלָם שְׁלַח־נָא יָדְךָ וְגַע בְּכָל־אֲשֶׁר־לֹו אִם־לֹא עַל־פָּנֶיךָ יְבָרֲכֶךָּ׃
1:11 이제 주의 손을 펴서 그의 모든 소유물을 치소서 그리하시면 정녕 대면하여 주를 욕하리이다
1:11 But put forth yours hand now, and touch all that he has, and he will curse you to your face.
12:1 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־הַשָּׂטָן הִנֵּה כָל־אֲשֶׁר־לֹו בְּיָדֶךָ רַק אֵלָיו אַל־תִּשְׁלַח יָדֶךָ וַיֵּצֵא הַשָּׂטָן מֵעִם פְּנֵי יְהוָה׃
1:12 여호와께서 사단에게 이르시되 내가 그의 소유물을 다 네 손에 붙이노라 오직 그의 몸에는 네 손을 대지 말지니라 사단이 곧 여호와 앞에서 물러가니라
1:12 And the Jehovah said unto Satan, Behold, all that he has is in your power; only upon himself put not forth yours hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Jehovah.
13:1 וַיְהִי הַיֹּום וּבָנָיו וּבְנֹתָיו אֹכְלִים וְשֹׁתִים יַיִן בְּבֵית אֲחִיהֶם הַבְּכֹור׃
1:13 ○ 하루는 욥의 자녀들이 그 맏형의 집에서 식물을 먹으며 포도주를 마실 때에
1:13 And there was a day when his sons and his daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house:
14:1 וּמַלְאָךְ בָּא אֶל־אִיֹּוב וַיֹּאמַר הַבָּקָר הָיוּ חֹרְשֹׁות וְהָאֲתֹנֹות רֹעֹות עַל־יְדֵיהֶם׃
1:14 사자가 욥에게 와서 고하되 소는 밭을 갈고 나귀는 그 곁에서 풀을 먹는데
1:14 And there came a messenger unto Job, and said, The oxen were plowing, and the asses feeding beside them:
15:1 וַתִּפֹּל שְׁבָא וַתִּקָּחֵם וְאֶת־הַנְּעָרִים הִכּוּ לְפִי־חָרֶב וָאִמָּלְטָה רַק־אֲנִי לְבַדִּי לְהַגִּיד לָךְ׃
1:15 스바 사람이 갑자기 이르러 그것들을 빼앗고 칼로 종을 죽였나이다 나만 홀로 피한 고로 주인께 고하러 왔나이다
1:15 And the Sabeans fell upon them, and took them away; yea, they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell you.
16:1 עֹוד ׀ זֶה מְדַבֵּר וְזֶה בָּא וַיֹּאמַר אֵשׁ אֱלֹהִים נָפְלָה מִן־הַשָּׁמַיִם וַתִּבְעַר בַּצֹּאן וּבַנְּעָרִים וַתֹּאכְלֵם וָאִמָּלְטָה רַק־אֲנִי לְבַדִּי לְהַגִּיד לָךְ׃
1:16 그가 아직 말할 때에 또 한 사람이 와서 고하되 하나님의 불이 하늘에서 내려와서 양과 종을 살라 버렸나이다 나만 홀로 피한 고로 주인께 고하러 왔나이다
1:16 While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and has burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell you.
17:1 עֹוד ׀ זֶה מְדַבֵּר וְזֶה בָּא וַיֹּאמַר כַּשְׂדִּים שָׂמוּ ׀ שְׁלֹשָׁה רָאשִׁים וַיִּפְשְׁטוּ עַל־הַגְּמַלִּים וַיִּקָּחוּם וְאֶת־הַנְּעָרִים הִכּוּ לְפִי־חָרֶב וָאִמָּלְטָה רַק־אֲנִי לְבַדִּי לְהַגִּיד לָךְ׃
1:17 그가 아직 말할 때에 또 한 사람이 와서 고하되 갈대아 사람이 세 떼를 지어 갑자기 약대에게 달려들어 그것을 빼앗으며 칼로 종을 죽였나이다 나만 홀로 피한 고로 주인께 고하러 왔나이다
1:17 While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The Chaldeans made out three bands, and fell upon the camels, and have carried them away, yea, and slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell you.
18:1 עַד זֶה מְדַבֵּר וְזֶה בָּא וַיֹּאמַר בָּנֶיךָ וּבְנֹותֶיךָ אֹכְלִים וְשֹׁתִים יַיִן בְּבֵית אֲחִיהֶם הַבְּכֹור׃
1:18 그가 아직 말할 때에 또 한 사람이 와서 고하되 주인의 자녀들이 그 맏형의 집에서 식물을 먹으며 포도주를 마시더니
1:18 While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, Your sons and your daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house:
19:1 וְהִנֵּה רוּחַ גְּדֹולָה בָּאָה ׀ מֵעֵבֶר הַמִּדְבָּר וַיִּגַּע בְּאַרְבַּע פִּנֹּות הַבַּיִת וַיִּפֹּל עַל־הַנְּעָרִים וַיָּמוּתוּ וָאִמָּלְטָה רַק־אֲנִי לְבַדִּי לְהַגִּיד לָךְ׃
1:19 거친 들에서 대풍이 와서 집 네 모퉁이를 치매 그 소년들 위에 무너지므로 그들이 죽었나이다 나만 홀로 피한 고로 주인께 고하러 왔나이다 한지라
1:19 And, behold, there came a great wind from the wilderness, and stroke the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young men, and they are dead; and I only am escaped alone to tell you.
20:1 וַיָּקָם אִיֹּוב וַיִּקְרַע אֶת־מְעִלֹו וַיָּגָז אֶת־רֹאשֹׁו וַיִּפֹּל אַרְצָה וַיִּשְׁתָּחוּ׃
1:20 욥이 일어나 겉옷을 찢고 머리털을 밀고 땅에 엎드려 경배하며
1:20 Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped,
21:1 וַיֹּאמֶר עָרֹם [יָצָתִי כ] (יָצָאתִי ק) מִבֶּטֶן אִמִּי וְעָרֹם אָשׁוּב שָׁמָה יְהוָה נָתַן וַיהוָה לָקָח יְהִי שֵׁם יְהוָה מְבֹרָךְ׃
1:21 가로되 내가 모태에서 적신이 나왔사온즉 또한 적신이 그리로 돌아가올지라 주신 자도 여호와시요 취하신 자도 여호와시오니 여호와의 이름이 찬송을 받으실지니이다 하고
1:21 And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Jehovah gave, and the Jehovah has taken away; blessed be the name of the Jehovah.
22:1 בְּכָל־זֹאת לֹא־חָטָא אִיֹּוב וְלֹא־נָתַן תִּפְלָה לֵאלֹהִים׃ פ
1:22 이 모든 일에 욥이 범죄하지 아니하고 하나님을 향하여 어리석게 원망하지 아니하니라
1:22 In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.
1:2 וַיְהִי הַיֹּום וַיָּבֹאוּ בְּנֵי הָאֱלֹהִים לְהִתְיַצֵּב עַל־יְהוָה וַיָּבֹוא גַם־הַשָּׂטָן בְּתֹכָם לְהִתְיַצֵּב עַל־יְהוָה׃
2:1 또 하루는 하나님의 아들들이 와서 여호와 앞에 서고 사단도 그들 가운데 와서 여호와 앞에 서니
2:1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Jehovah, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the Jehovah.
2:2 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־הַשָּׂטָן אֵי מִזֶּה תָּבֹא וַיַּעַן הַשָּׂטָן אֶת־יְהוָה וַיֹּאמַר מִשֻּׁט בָּאָרֶץ וּמֵהִתְהַלֵּךְ בָּהּ׃
2:2 여호와께서 사단에게 이르시되 네가 어디서 왔느냐 사단이 여호와께 대답하여 가로되 땅에 두루 돌아 여기 저기 다녀왔나이다
2:2 And the Jehovah said unto Satan, From whence come you? And Satan answered the Jehovah, and said, From going back and forth in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
3:2 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־הַשָּׂטָן הֲשַׂמְתָּ לִבְּךָ אֶל־עַבְדִּי אִיֹּוב כִּי אֵין כָּמֹהוּ בָּאָרֶץ אִישׁ תָּם וְיָשָׁר יְרֵא אֱלֹהִים וְסָר מֵרָע וְעֹדֶנּוּ מַחֲזִיק בְּתֻמָּתֹו וַתְּסִיתֵנִי בֹו לְבַלְּעֹו חִנָּם׃
2:3 여호와께서 사단에게 이르시되 네가 내 종 욥을 유의하여 보았느냐 그와 같이 순전하고 정직하여 하나님을 경외하며 악에서 떠난 자가 세상에 없느니라 네가 나를 격동하여 까닭 없이 그를 치게 하였어도 그가 오히려 자기의 순전을 굳게 지켰느니라
2:3 And the Jehovah said unto Satan, Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that fears God, and turns away from evil? and still he holds fast his integrity, although you moved me against him, to destroy him without cause.
4:2 וַיַּעַן הַשָּׂטָן אֶת־יְהוָה וַיֹּאמַר עֹור בְּעַד־עֹור וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר לָאִישׁ יִתֵּן בְּעַד נַפְשֹׁו׃
2:4 사단이 여호와께 대답하여 가로되 가죽으로 가죽을 바꾸오니 사람이 그 모든 소유물로 자기의 생명을 바꾸올지라
2:4 And Satan answered the Jehovah, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man has will he give for his life.
5:2 אוּלָם שְׁלַח־נָא יָדְךָ וְגַע אֶל־עַצְמֹו וְאֶל־בְּשָׂרֹו אִם־לֹא אֶל־פָּנֶיךָ יְבָרֲכֶךָּ׃
2:5 이제 주의 손을 펴서 그의 뼈와 살을 치소서 그리하시면 정녕 대면하여 주를 욕하리이다
2:5 But put forth yours hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse you to your face.
6:2 וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־הַשָּׂטָן הִנֹּו בְיָדֶךָ אַךְ אֶת־נַפְשֹׁו שְׁמֹר׃
2:6 여호와께서 사단에게 이르시되 내가 그를 네 손에 붙이노라 오직 그의 생명은 해하지 말지니라
2:6 And the Jehovah said unto Satan, Behold, he is in yours hand; but save his life.
7:2 וַיֵּצֵא הַשָּׂטָן מֵאֵת פְּנֵי יְהוָה וַיַּךְ אֶת־אִיֹּוב בִּשְׁחִין רָע מִכַּף רַגְלֹו [עַד כ] (וְעַד ק) קָדְקֳדֹו׃
2:7 ○ 사단이 이에 여호와 앞에서 물러가서 욥을 쳐서 그 발바닥에서 정수리까지 악창이 나게 한지라
2:7 So went Satan forth from the presence of the Jehovah, and stroke Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.
8:2 וַיִּקַּח־לֹו חֶרֶשׂ לְהִתְגָּרֵד בֹּו וְהוּא יֹשֵׁב בְּתֹוךְ־הָאֵפֶר׃
2:8 욥이 재 가운데 앉아서 기와 조각을 가져다가 몸을 긁고 있더니
2:8 And he took him a potsherd to scrape himself likewise; and he sat down among the ashes.
9:2 וַתֹּאמֶר לֹו אִשְׁתֹּו עֹדְךָ מַחֲזִיק בְּתֻמָּתֶךָ בָּרֵךְ אֱלֹהִים וָמֻת׃
2:9 그 아내가 그에게 이르되 당신이 그래도 자기의 순전을 굳게 지키느뇨 하나님을 욕하고 죽으라
2:9 Then said his wife unto him, Do you still retain yours integrity? curse God, and die.
10:2 וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלֶיהָ כְּדַבֵּר אַחַת הַנְּבָלֹות תְּדַבֵּרִי גַּם אֶת־הַטֹּוב נְקַבֵּל מֵאֵת הָאֱלֹהִים וְאֶת־הָרָע לֹא נְקַבֵּל בְּכָל־זֹאת לֹא־חָטָא אִיֹּוב בִּשְׂפָתָיו׃ פ
2:10 그가 이르되 그대의 말이 어리석은 여자 중 하나의 말 같도다 우리가 하나님께 복을 받았은즉 재앙도 받지 아니하겠느뇨 하고 이 모든 일에 욥이 입술로 범죄치 아니하니라
2:10 But he said unto her, You speak as one of the foolish women speaks. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.
11:2 וַיִּשְׁמְעוּ שְׁלֹשֶׁת ׀ רֵעֵי אִיֹּוב אֵת כָּל־הָרָעָה הַזֹּאת הַבָּאָה עָלָיו וַיָּבֹאוּ אִישׁ מִמְּקֹמֹו אֱלִיפַז הַתֵּימָנִי וּבִלְדַּד הַשּׁוּחִי וְצֹופַר הַנַּעֲמָתִי וַיִּוָּעֲדוּ יַחְדָּו לָבֹוא לָנוּד־לֹו וּלְנַחֲמֹו׃
2:11 ○ 때에 욥의 친구 세 사람이 그에게 이 모든 재앙이 임하였다 함을 듣고 각각 자기 처소에서부터 이르렀으니 곧 데만 사람 엘리바스와 수아 사람 빌닷과 나아마 사람 소발이라 그들이 욥을 조문하고 위로하려 하여 상약하고 오더니
2:11 Now when Job's three friends heard of all this evil that was come upon him, they came every one from his own place; Eliphaz the Temanite, and Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite: for they had made an appointment together to come to mourn with him and to comfort him.
12:2 וַיִּשְׂאוּ אֶת־עֵינֵיהֶם מֵרָחֹוק וְלֹא הִכִּירֻהוּ וַיִּשְׂאוּ קֹולָם וַיִּבְכּוּ וַיִּקְרְעוּ אִישׁ מְעִלֹו וַיִּזְרְקוּ עָפָר עַל־רָאשֵׁיהֶם הַשָּׁמָיְמָה׃
2:12 눈을 들어 멀리 보매 그 욥인 줄 알기 어렵게 되었으므로 그들이 일제히 소리 질러 울며 각각 자기의 겉옷을 찢고 하늘을 향하여 티끌을 날려 자기 머리에 뿌리고
2:12 And when they lifted up their eyes far off, and knew him not, they lifted up their voice, and wept; and they rent every one his mantle, and sprinkled dust upon their heads toward heaven.
13:2 וַיֵּשְׁבוּ אִתֹּו לָאָרֶץ שִׁבְעַת יָמִים וְשִׁבְעַת לֵילֹות וְאֵין־דֹּבֵר אֵלָיו דָּבָר כִּי רָאוּ כִּי־גָדַל הַכְּאֵב מְאֹד׃
2:13 칠 일 칠 야를 그와 함께 땅에 앉았으나 욥의 곤고함이 심함을 보는 고로 그에게 한 말도 하는 자가 없었더라
2:13 So they sat down with him upon the ground seven days and seven nights, and none spoke a word unto him: for they saw that his grief was very great.
1:3 אַחֲרֵי־כֵן פָּתַח אִיֹּוב אֶת־פִּיהוּ וַיְקַלֵּל אֶת־יֹומֹו׃ פ
3:1 그 후에 욥이 입을 열어 자기의 생일을 저주하니라
3:1 After this opened Job his mouth, and cursed his day.
2:3 וַיַּעַן אִיֹּוב וַיֹּאמַר׃
3:2 욥이 말을 내어 가로되
3:2 And Job spoke, and said,
3:3 יֹאבַד יֹום אִוָּלֶד בֹּו וְהַלַּיְלָה אָמַר הֹרָה גָבֶר׃
3:3 나의 난 날이 멸망하였었더라면, 남아를 배었다 하던 그 밤도 그러하였었더라면,
3:3 Let the day perish wherein I was born, and the night in which it was said, There is a male child conceived.
4:3 הַיֹּום הַהוּא יְהִי חֹשֶׁךְ אַל־יִדְרְשֵׁהוּ אֱלֹוהַּ מִמָּעַל וְאַל־תֹּופַע עָלָיו נְהָרָה׃
3:4 그 날이 캄캄하였었더라면, 하나님이 위에서 돌아보지 마셨더라면, 빛도 그 날을 비취지 말았었더라면,
3:4 Let that day be darkness; let not God regard it from above, neither let the light shine upon it.
5:3 יִגְאָלֻהוּ חֹשֶׁךְ וְצַלְמָוֶת תִּשְׁכָּן־עָלָיו עֲנָנָה יְבַעֲתֻהוּ כִּמְרִירֵי יֹום׃
3:5 유암과 사망의 그늘이 그 날을 자기 것이라 주장하였었더라면, 구름이 그 위에 덮였었더라면, 낮을 캄캄하게 하는 것이 그날을 두렵게 하였었더라면,
3:5 Let darkness and the shadow of death stain it; let a cloud dwell upon it; let the blackness of the day terrify it.
6:3 הַלַּיְלָה הַהוּא יִקָּחֵהוּ אֹפֶל אַל־יִחַדְּ בִּימֵי שָׁנָה בְּמִסְפַּר יְרָחִים אַל־יָבֹא׃
3:6 그 밤이 심한 어두움에 잡혔었더라면, 해의 날 수 가운데 기쁨이 되지 말았었더라면, 달의 수에 들지 말았었더라면,
3:6 As for that night, let darkness seize upon it; let it not be joined unto the days of the year, let it not come into the number of the months.
7:3 הִנֵּה הַלַּיְלָה הַהוּא יְהִי גַלְמוּד אַל־תָּבֹא רְנָנָה בֹו׃
3:7 그 밤이 적막하였었더라면, 그 가운데서 즐거운 소리가 일어나지 말았었더라면,
3:7 Lo, let that night be solitary, let no joyful voice come therein.
8:3 יִקְּבֻהוּ אֹרְרֵי־יֹום הָעֲתִידִים עֹרֵר לִוְיָתָן׃
3:8 날을 저주하는 자 곧 큰 악어를 격동시키기에 익숙한 자가 그 밤을 저주하였었더라면,
3:8 Let them curse it that curse the day, who are ready to raise up their mourning.
9:3 יֶחְשְׁכוּ כֹּוכְבֵי נִשְׁפֹּו יְקַו־לְאֹור וָאַיִן וְאַל־יִרְאֶה בְּעַפְעַפֵּי־שָׁחַר׃
3:9 그 밤에 새벽별들이 어두웠었더라면, 그 밤이 광명을 바랄지라도 얻지 못하며 동틈을 보지 못하였었더라면 좋았을 것을,
3:9 Let the stars of the twilight thereof be dark; let it look for light, but have none; neither let it see the dawning of the day:
10:3 כִּי לֹא סָגַר דַּלְתֵי בִטְנִי וַיַּסְתֵּר עָמָל מֵעֵינָי׃
3:10 이는 내 모태의 문을 닫지 아니하였고 내 눈으로 환난을 보지 않도록 하지 아니하였음이로구나
3:10 Because it shut not up the doors of my mother's womb, nor hid sorrow from mine eyes.
11:3 לָמָּה לֹּא מֵרֶחֶם אָמוּת מִבֶּטֶן יָצָאתִי וְאֶגְוָע׃
3:11 어찌하여 내가 태에서 죽어 나오지 아니하였었던가 어찌하여 내 어미가 낳을 때에 내가 숨지지 아니하였던가
3:11 Why died I not from the womb? why did I not give up the spirit when I came out of the belly?
12:3 מַדּוּעַ קִדְּמוּנִי בִרְכָּיִם וּמַהשָּׁ־דַיִם כִּי אִינָק׃
3:12 어찌하여 무릎이 나를 받았던가 어찌하여 유방이 나로 빨게 하였던가
3:12 Why did the knees prevent me? or why the breasts that I should suck?
13:3 כִּי־עַתָּה שָׁכַבְתִּי וְאֶשְׁקֹוט יָשַׁנְתִּי אָז ׀ יָנוּחַ לִי׃
3:13 그렇지 아니하였던들 이제는 내가 평안히 누워서 자고 쉬었을 것이니
3:13 For now should I have lain still and been quiet, I should have slept: then had I been at rest,
14:3 עִם־מְלָכִים וְיֹעֲצֵי אָרֶץ הַבֹּנִים חֳרָבֹות לָמֹו׃
3:14 자기를 위하여 거친 터를 수축한 세상 임금들과 의사들과 함께 있었을 것이요
3:14 With kings and counsellors of the earth, which build desolate places for themselves;
15:3 אֹו עִםשָׂ־רִים זָהָב לָהֶם הַמְמַלְאִים בָּתֵּיהֶם כָּסֶף׃
3:15 혹시 금을 가지며 은으로 집에 채운 목백들과 함께 있었을 것이며
3:15 Or with princes that had gold, who filled their houses with silver:
16:3 אֹו כְנֵפֶל טָמוּן לֹא אֶהְיֶה כְּעֹלְלִים לֹא־רָאוּ אֹור׃
3:16 또 부지중에 낙태한 아이 같아서 세상에 있지 않았겠고 빛을 보지 못한 아이들 같았었을 것이라
3:16 Or as an hidden untimely birth I had not been; as infants which never saw light.
17:3 שָׁם רְשָׁעִים חָדְלוּ רֹגֶז וְשָׁם יָנוּחוּ יְגִיעֵי כֹחַ׃
3:17 거기서는 악한 자가 소요를 그치며 거기서는 곤비한 자가 평강을 얻으며
3:17 There the wicked cease from troubling; and there the weary be at rest.
18:3 יַחַד אֲסִירִים שַׁאֲנָנוּ לֹא מְעוּ קֹול נֹגֵשׂ׃
3:18 거기서는 갇힌 자가 다 함께 평안히 있어 감독자의 소리를 듣지 아니하며
3:18 There the prisoners rest together; they hear not the voice of the oppressor.
19:3 קָטֹן וְגָדֹול שָׁם הוּא וְעֶבֶד חָפְשִׁי מֵאֲדֹנָיו׃
3:19 거기서는 작은 자나 큰 자나 일반으로 있고 종이 상전에게서 놓이느니라
3:19 The small and great are there; and the servant is free from his master.
20:3 לָמָּה יִתֵּן לְעָמֵל אֹור וְחַיִּים לְמָרֵי נָפֶשׁ׃
3:20 ○ 어찌하여 곤고한 자에게 빛을 주셨으며 마음이 번뇌한 자에게 생명을 주셨는고
3:20 Wherefore is light given to him that is in misery, and life unto the bitter in soul;
21:3 הַמְחַכִּים לַמָּוֶת וְאֵינֶנּוּ וַיַּחְפְּרֻהוּ מִמַּטְמֹונִים׃
3:21 이러한 자는 죽기를 바라도 오지 아니하니 그것을 구하기를 땅을 파고 숨긴 보배를 찾음보다 더하다가
3:21 Which long for death, but it comes not; and dig for it more than for hid treasures;
22:3 הַשְּׂמֵחִים אֱלֵי־גִיל יָשִׂישׂוּ כִּי יִמְצְאוּ־קָבֶר׃
3:22 무덤을 찾아 얻으면 심히 기뻐하고 즐거워하나니
3:22 Which rejoice exceedingly, and are glad, when they can find the grave?
23:3 לְגֶבֶר אֲשֶׁר־דַּרְכֹּו נִסְתָּרָה וַיָּסֶךְ אֱלֹוהַּ בַּעֲדֹו׃
3:23 하나님에게 둘러싸여 길이 아득한 사람에게 어찌하여 빛을 주셨는고
3:23 Why is light given to a man whose way is hid, and whom God has hedged in?
24:3 כִּי־לִפְנֵי לַחְמִי אַנְחָתִי תָבֹא וַיִּתְּכוּ כַמַּיִם שַׁאֲגֹתָי׃
3:24 나는 먹기 전에 탄식이 나며 나의 앓는 소리는 물이 쏟아지는 것 같구나
3:24 For my sighing comes before I eat, and my roarings are poured out like the waters.
25:3 כִּי פַחַד פָּחַדְתִּי וַיֶּאֱתָיֵנִי וַאֲשֶׁר יָגֹרְתִּי יָבֹא לִי׃
3:25 나의 두려워하는 그것이 내게 임하고 나의 무서워하는 그것이 내 몸에 미쳤구나
3:25 For the thing which I greatly feared has come upon me, and that which I was afraid of has come unto me.
26:3 לֹא שָׁלַוְתִּי ׀ וְלֹא שָׁקַטְתִּי וְלֹא־נָחְתִּי וַיָּבֹא רֹגֶז׃ פ
3:26 평강도 없고 안온도 없고 안식도 없고 고난만 임하였구나
3:26 I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came.
1:4 וַיַּעַן אֱלִיפַז הַתֵּימָנִי וַיֹּאמַר׃
4:1 데만 사람 엘리바스가 대답하여 가로되
4:1 Then Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said,
2:4 הֲנִסָּה דָבָר אֵלֶיךָ תִּלְאֶה וַעְצֹר בְּמִלִּין מִי יוּכָל׃
4:2 누가 네게 말하면 네가 염증이 나겠느냐 날지라도 누가 참고 말하지 아니하겠느냐
4:2 If we analyse to commune with you, will you be grieved? but who can withhold himself from speaking?
3:4 הִנֵּה יִסַּרְתָּ רַבִּים וְיָדַיִם רָפֹות תְּחַזֵּק׃
4:3 전에 네가 여러 사람을 교훈하였고 손이 늘어진 자면 강하게 하였고
4:3 Behold, you have instructed many, and you have strengthened the weak hands.
4:4 כֹּושֵׁל יְקִימוּן מִלֶּיךָ וּבִרְכַּיִם כֹּרְעֹות תְּאַמֵּץ׃
4:4 넘어져 가는 자를 말로 붙들어 주었고 무릎이 약한 자를 강하게 하였거늘
4:4 Your words have raised up him that was falling, and you have strengthened the feeble knees.
5:4 כִּי עַתָּה ׀ תָּבֹוא אֵלֶיךָ וַתֵּלֶא תִּגַּע עָדֶיךָ וַתִּבָּהֵל׃
4:5 이제 이 일이 네게 임하매 네가 답답하여 하고 이 일이 네게 당하매 네가 놀라는구나
4:5 But now it has come upon you, and you faint; it touches you, and you are troubled.
6:4 הֲלֹא יִרְאָתְךָ כִּסְלָתֶךָ תִּקְוָתְךָ וְתֹם דְּרָכֶיךָ׃
4:6 네 의뢰가 경외함에 있지 아니하냐 네 소망이 네 행위를 완전히 함에 있지 아니하냐
4:6 Is not this your fear, your confidence, your hope, and the uprightness of your ways?
7:4 זְכָר־נָא מִי הוּא נָקִי אָבָד וְאֵיפֹה יְשָׁרִים נִכְחָדוּ׃
4:7 생각하여 보라 죄 없이 망한 자가 누구인가 정직한 자의 끊어짐이 어디 있는가
4:7 Remember, I pray you, who ever perished, being innocent? or where were the righteous cut off?
8:4 כַּאֲשֶׁר רָאִיתִי חֹרְשֵׁי אָוֶן וְזֹרְעֵי עָמָל יִקְצְרֻהוּ׃
4:8 내가 보건대 악을 밭 갈고 독을 뿌리는 자는 그대로 거두나니
4:8 Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.
9:4 מִנִּשְׁמַת אֱלֹוהַ יֹאבֵדוּ וּמֵרוּחַ אַפֹּו יִכְלוּ׃
4:9 다 하나님의 입 기운에 멸망하고 그 콧김에 사라지느니라
4:9 By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of his nostrils are they consumed.
10:4 שַׁאֲגַת אַרְיֵה וְקֹול שָׁחַל וְשִׁנֵּי כְפִירִים נִתָּעוּ׃
4:10 사자의 우는 소리와 사나운 사자의 목소리가 그치고 젊은 사자의 이가 부러지며
4:10 The roaring of the lion, and the voice of the fierce lion, and the teeth of the young lions, are broken.
11:4 לַיִשׁ אֹבֵד מִבְּלִי־טָרֶף וּבְנֵי לָבִיא יִתְפָּרָדוּ׃
4:11 늙은 사자는 움킨 것이 없어 죽고 암사자의 새끼는 흩어지느니라
4:11 The old lion perishes for lack of prey, and the stout lion's whelps are scattered abroad.
12:4 וְאֵלַי דָּבָר יְגֻנָּב וַתִּקַּח אָזְנִי שֵׁמֶץ מֶנְהוּ׃
4:12 ○ 무슨 말씀이 내게 가만히 임하고 그 가는 소리가 내 귀에 들렸었나니
4:12 Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a little thereof.
13:4 בִּשְׂעִפִּים מֵחֶזְיֹנֹות לָיְלָה בִּנְפֹל תַּרְדֵּמָה עַל־אֲנָשִׁים׃
4:13 곧 사람이 깊이 잠들 때쯤 하여서니라 내가 그 밤의 이상으로 하여 생각이 번거로울 때에
4:13 In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falls on men,
14:4 פַּחַד קְרָאַנִי וּרְעָדָה וְרֹב עַצְמֹותַי הִפְחִיד׃
4:14 두려움과 떨림이 내게 이르러서 모든 골절이 흔들렸었느니라
4:14 Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake.
15:4 וְרוּחַ עַל־פָּנַי יַחֲלֹף תְּסַמֵּר שַׂעֲרַת בְּשָׂרִי׃
4:15 그때에 영이 내 앞으로 지나매 내 몸에 털이 주뼛하였었느니라
4:15 Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up:
16:4 יַעֲמֹד ׀ וְלֹא־אַכִּיר מַרְאֵהוּ תְּמוּנָה לְנֶגֶד עֵינָי דְּמָמָה וָקֹול אֶשְׁמָע׃
4:16 그 영이 서는데 그 형상을 분변치는 못하여도 오직 한 형상이 내 눈 앞에 있었느니라 그때 내가 종용한 중에 목소리를 들으니 이르기를
4:16 It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard a voice, saying,
17:4 הַאֱנֹושׁ מֵאֱלֹוהַ יִצְדָּק אִם מֵעֹשֵׂהוּ יִטְהַר־גָּבֶר׃
4:17 인생이 어찌 하나님보다 의롭겠느냐 사람이 어찌 그 창조하신 이보다 성결하겠느냐
4:17 Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his maker?
18:4 הֵן בַּעֲבָדָיו לֹא יַאֲמִין וּבְמַלְאָכָיו יָשִׂים תָּהֳלָה׃
4:18 하나님은 그 종이라도 오히려 믿지 아니하시며 그 사자라도 미련하다 하시나니
4:18 Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly:
19:4 אַף ׀ שֹׁכְנֵי בָתֵּי־חֹמֶר אֲשֶׁר־בֶּעָפָר יְסֹודָם יְדַכְּאוּם לִפְנֵי־עָשׁ׃
4:19 하물며 흙 집에 살며 티끌로 터를 삼고 하루살이에게라도 눌려 죽을 자이겠느냐
4:19 How much less in them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth?
20:4 מִבֹּקֶר לָעֶרֶב יֻכַּתּוּ מִבְּלִי מֵשִׂים לָנֶצַח יֹאבֵדוּ׃
4:20 조석 사이에 멸한 바 되며 영원히 망하되 생각하는 자가 없으리라
4:20 They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding it.
21:4 הֲלֹא־נִסַּע יִתְרָם בָּם יָמוּתוּ וְלֹא בְחָכְמָה׃
4:21 장막 줄을 그들에게서 뽑지 아니하겠느냐 그들이 죽나니 지혜가 없느니라
4:21 Does not their excellency which is in them go away? they die, even without wisdom.
1:5 קְרָא־נָא הֲיֵשׁ עֹונֶךָּ וְאֶל־מִי מִקְּדֹשִׁים תִּפְנֶה׃
5:1 부르짖어 보아라 네게 응답할 자가 있겠느냐 거룩한 자 중에 네가 누구에게로 향하겠느냐
5:1 Call now, if there be any that will answer you; and to which of the saints will you turn?
2:5 כִּי־לֶאֱוִיל יַהֲרָג־כָּעַשׂ וּפֹתֶה תָּמִית קִנְאָה׃
5:2 분노가 미련한 자를 죽이고 시기가 어리석은 자를 멸하느니라
5:2 For wrath kills the foolish man, and envy slays the silly one.
3:5 אֲנִי־רָאִיתִי אֱוִיל מַשְׁרִישׁ וָאֶקֹּוב נָוֵהוּ פִתְאֹם׃
5:3 내가 미련한 자의 뿌리 박는 것을 보고 그 집을 당장에 저주하였노라
5:3 I have seen the foolish taking root: but suddenly I cursed his habitation.
4:5 יִרְחֲקוּ בָנָיו מִיֶּשַׁע וְיִדַּכְּאוּ בַשַּׁעַר וְאֵין מַצִּיל׃
5:4 그 자식들은 평안한 데서 멀리 떠나고 성문에서 눌리나 구하는 자가 없으며
5:4 His children are far from safety, and they are crushed in the gate, neither is there any to deliver them.
5:5 אֲשֶׁר קְצִירֹו ׀ רָעֵב יֹאכֵל וְאֶל־מִצִּנִּים יִקָּחֵהוּ וְשָׁאַף צַמִּים חֵילָם׃
5:5 그 추수한 것은 주린 자가 먹되 가시나무 가운데 있는 것도 빼앗으며 올무가 그의 재산을 향하여 입을 벌리느니라
5:5 Whose harvest the hungry eats up, and takes it even out of the thorns, and the robber swallows up their substance.
6:5 כִּי ׀ לֹא־יֵצֵא מֵעָפָר אָוֶן וּמֵאֲדָמָה לֹא־יִצְמַח עָמָל׃
5:6 재앙은 티끌에서 일어나는 것이 아니요 고난은 흙에서 나는 것이 아니라
5:6 Although affliction comes not out of the dust, neither does trouble spring out of the ground;
7:5 כִּי־אָדָם לְעָמָל יוּלָּד וּבְנֵי־רֶשֶׁף יַגְבִּיהוּ עוּף׃
5:7 인생은 고난을 위하여 났나니 불티가 위로 날음 같으니라
5:7 Yet man is born unto trouble, as the sparks fly upward.
8:5 אוּלָם אֲנִי אֶדְרֹשׁ אֶל־אֵל וְאֶל־אֱלֹהִים אָשִׂים דִּבְרָתִי׃
5:8 ○ 나 같으면 하나님께 구하고 내 일을 하나님께 의탁하리라
5:8 I would seek unto God, and unto God would I commit my cause:
9:5 עֹשֶׂה גְדֹלֹות וְאֵין חֵקֶר נִפְלָאֹות עַד־אֵין מִסְפָּר׃
5:9 하나님은 크고 측량할 수 없는 일을 행하시며 기이한 일을 셀 수 없이 행하시나니
5:9 Which does great things and unsearchable; marvellous things without number:
10:5 הַנֹּתֵן מָטָר עַל־פְּנֵי־אָרֶץ וְשֹׁלֵחַ מַיִם עַל־פְּנֵי חוּצֹות׃
5:10 비를 땅에 내리시고 물을 밭에 보내시며
5:10 Who gives rain upon the earth, and sends waters upon the fields:
11:5 לָשׂוּם שְׁפָלִים לְמָרֹום וְקֹדְרִים שָׂגְבוּ יֶשַׁע׃
5:11 낮은 자를 높이 드시고 슬퍼하는 자를 흥기시켜 안전한 곳에 있게 하시느니라
5:11 To set up on high those that be low; that those which mourn may be exalted to safety.
12:5 מֵפֵר מַחְשְׁבֹות עֲרוּמִים וְלֹא־תַעֲשֶׂינָה יְדֵיהֶם תּוּשִׁיָּה׃
5:12 하나님은 궤휼한 자의 계교를 파하사 그 손으로 하는 일을 이루지 못하게 하시며
5:12 He dissapoints the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.
13:5 לֹכֵד חֲכָמִים בְּעָרְמָם וַעֲצַת נִפְתָּלִים נִמְהָרָה׃
5:13 간교한 자로 자기 궤휼에 빠지게 하시며 사특한 자의 계교를 패하게 하시며
5:13 He takes the wise in their own craftiness: and the counsel of the perverse is carried headlong.
14:5 יֹומָם יְפַגְּשׁוּ־חֹשֶׁךְ וְכַלַּיְלָה יְמַשְׁשׁוּ בַצָּהֳרָיִם׃
5:14 그들은 낮에도 캄캄함을 만나고 대낮에도 더듬기를 밤과 같이 하느니라
5:14 They meet with darkness in the day time, and grope in the noonday as in the night.
15:5 וַיֹּשַׁע מֵחֶרֶב מִפִּיהֶם וּמִיַּד חָזָק אֶבְיֹון׃
5:15 하나님은 곤비한 자를 그들의 입의 칼에서, 강한 자의 손에서 면하게 하시나니
5:15 But he saves the poor from the sword, from their mouth, and from the hand of the mighty.
16:5 וַתְּהִי לַדַּל תִּקְוָה וְעֹלָתָה קָפְצָה פִּיהָ׃
5:16 그러므로 가난한 자가 소망이 있고 불의가 스스로 입을 막느니라
5:16 So the poor has hope, and iniquity stops her mouth.
17:5 הִנֵּה אַשְׁרֵי אֱנֹושׁ יֹוכִחֶנּוּ אֱלֹוהַּ וּמוּסַר דַּי אַל־תִּמְאָס׃
5:17 ○ 볼지어다 하나님께 징계받는 자에게는 복이 있나니 그런즉 너는 전능자의 경책을 업신여기지 말지니라
5:17 Behold, happy is the man whom God corrects: therefore despise not you the chastening of the Almighty:
18:5 כִּי הוּא יַכְאִיב וְיֶחְבָּשׁ יִמְחַץ [וְיָדֹו כ] (וְיָדָיו ק) תִּרְפֶּינָה׃
5:18 하나님은 아프게 하시다가 싸매시며 상하게 하시다가 그 손으로 고치시나니
5:18 For he makes sore, and binds up: he wounds, and his hands make whole.
19:5 בְּשֵׁשׁ צָרֹות יַצִּילֶךָּ וּבְשֶׁבַע ׀ לֹא־יִגַּע בְּךָ רָע׃
5:19 여섯 가지 환난에서 너를 구원하시며 일곱 가지 환난이라도 그 재앙이 네게 미치지 않게 하시며
5:19 He shall deliver you in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch you.
20:5 בְּרָעָב פָּדְךָ מִמָּוֶת וּבְמִלְחָמָה מִידֵי חָרֶב׃
5:20 기근 때에 죽음에서, 전쟁 때에 칼 권세에서 너를 구속하실 터인즉
5:20 In famine he shall redeem you from death: and in war from the power of the sword.
21:5 בְּשֹׁוט לָשֹׁון תֵּחָבֵא וְלֹא־תִירָא מִשֹּׁד כִּי יָבֹוא׃
5:21 네가 혀의 채찍을 피하여 숨을 수가 있고 멸망이 올 때에도 두려워 아니할 것이라
5:21 You shall be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shall you be afraid of destruction when it comes.
22:5 לְשֹׁד וּלְכָפָן תִּשְׂחָק וּמֵחַיַּת הָאָרֶץ אַל־תִּירָא׃
5:22 네가 멸망과 기근을 비웃으며 들짐승을 두려워 아니할 것은
5:22 At destruction and famine you shall laugh: neither shall you be afraid of the beasts of the earth.
23:5 כִּי עִם־אַבְנֵי הַשָּׂדֶה בְרִיתֶךָ וְחַיַּת הַשָּׂדֶה הָשְׁלְמָה־לָךְ׃
5:23 밭에 돌이 너와 언약을 맺겠고 들짐승이 너와 화친할 것임이라
5:23 For you shall be in league with the stones of the field: and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with you.
24:5 וְיָדַעְתָּ כִּי־שָׁלֹום אָהֳלֶךָ וּפָקַדְתָּ נָוְךָ וְלֹא תֶחֱטָא׃
5:24 네가 네 장막의 평안함을 알고 네 우리를 살펴도 잃은 것이 없을 것이며
5:24 And you shall know that your tabernacle shall be in peace; and you shall visit your habitation, and shall not sin.
25:5 וְיָדַעְתָּ כִּי־רַב זַרְעֶךָ וְצֶאֱצָאֶיךָ כְּעֵשֶׂב הָאָרֶץ׃
5:25 네 자손이 많아지며 네 후예가 땅에 풀 같을 줄을 네가 알 것이라
5:25 You shall know also that your seed shall be great, and yours offspring as the grass of the earth.
26:5 תָּבֹוא בְכֶלַח אֱלֵי־קָבֶר כַּעֲלֹות גָּדִישׁ בְּעִתֹּו׃
5:26 네가 장수하다가 무덤에 이르리니 곡식단이 그 기한에 운반되어 올리움 같으리라
5:26 You shall come to your grave in a full age, like a shock of corn comes in in his season.
27:5 הִנֵּה־זֹאת חֲקַרְנוּהָ כֶּן־הִיא מָעֶנָּה וְאַתָּה דַע־לָךְ׃ פ
5:27 볼지어다 우리의 연구한 바가 이같으니 너는 듣고 네게 유익된 줄 알지니라
5:27 Lo this, we have searched it, so it is; hear it, and know you it for your good.
1:6 וַיַּעַן אִיֹּוב וַיֹּאמַר׃
6:1 욥이 대답하여 가로되
6:1 But Job answered and said,
2:6 לוּ שָׁקֹול יִשָּׁקֵל כַּעְשִׂי [וְהַיָּתִי כ] (וְהַוָּתִי ק) בְּמֹאזְנַיִם יִשְׂאוּ־יָחַד׃
6:2 나의 분한을 달아 보며 나의 모든 재앙을 저울에 둘 수 있으면
6:2 Oh that my grief were thoroughly weighed, and my calamity laid in the balances together!
3:6 כִּי־עַתָּה מֵחֹול יַמִּים יִכְבָּד עַל־כֵּן דְּבָרַי לָעוּ׃
6:3 바다 모래보다도 무거울 것이라 그럼으로 하여 나의 말이 경솔하였구나
6:3 For now it would be heavier than the sand of the sea: therefore my words are swallowed up.
4:6 כִּי חִצֵּי שַׁדַּי עִמָּדִי אֲשֶׁר חֲמָתָם שֹׁתָה רוּחִי בִּעוּתֵי אֱלֹוהַּ יַעַרְכוּנִי׃
6:4 전능자의 살이 내 몸에 박히매 나의 영이 그 독을 마셨나니 하나님의 두려움이 나를 엄습하여 치는구나
6:4 For the arrows of the Almighty are within me, the poison whereof drinks up my spirit: the terrors of God do set themselves in array against me.
5:6 הֲיִנְהַק־פֶּרֶא עֲלֵי־דֶשֶׁא אִם יִגְעֶהשֹּׁ־ור עַל־בְּלִילֹו׃
6:5 들나귀가 풀이 있으면 어찌 울겠으며 소가 꼴이 있으면 어찌 울겠느냐
6:5 Does the wild ass bray when he has grass? or lows the ox over his fodder?
6:6 הֲיֵאָכֵל תָּפֵל מִבְּלִי־מֶלַח אִם־יֶשׁ־טַעַם בְּרִיר חַלָּמוּת׃
6:6 싱거운 것이 소금 없이 먹히겠느냐 닭의 알 흰자위가 맛이 있겠느냐
6:6 Can that which is unpleasing be eaten without salt? or is there any taste in the white of an egg?
7:6 מֵאֲנָה לִנְגֹּועַ נַפְשִׁי הֵמָּה כִּדְוֵי לַחְמִי׃
6:7 이런 것을 만지기도 내 마음이 싫어하나니 못된 식물 같이 여김이니라
6:7 The things that my soul refused to touch are as my sorrowful food.
8:6 מִי־יִתֵּן תָּבֹוא שֶׁאֱלָתִי וְתִקְוָתִי יִתֵּן אֱלֹוהַּ׃
6:8 ○ 하나님이 나의 구하는 것을 얻게 하시며 나의 사모하는 것 주시기를 내가 원하나니
6:8 Oh that I might have my request; and that God would grant me the thing that I long for!
9:6 וְיֹאֵל אֱלֹוהַּ וִידַכְּאֵנִי יַתֵּר יָדֹו וִיבַצְּעֵנִי׃
6:9 이는 곧 나를 멸하시기를 기뻐하사 그 손을 들어 나를 끊으실 것이라
6:9 Even that it would please God to destroy me; that he would let loose his hand, and cut me off!
10:6 וּתְהִי עֹוד ׀ נֶחָמָתִי וַאֲסַלְּדָה בְחִילָה לֹא יַחְמֹול כִּי־לֹא כִחַדְתִּי אִמְרֵי קָדֹושׁ׃
6:10 그러할지라도 내가 오히려 위로를 받고 무정한 고통 가운데서도 기뻐할 것은 내가 거룩하신 이의 말씀을 거역지 아니하였음이니라
6:10 Then should I yet have comfort; yea, I would harden myself in sorrow: let him not spare; for I have not concealed the words of the Holy One.
11:6 מַה־כֹּחִי כִי־אֲיַחֵל וּמַה־קִּצִּי כִּי־אַאֲרִיךְ נַפְשִׁי׃
6:11 내가 무슨 기력이 있관대 기다리겠느냐 내 마지막이 어떠하겠관대 오히려 참겠느냐
6:11 What is my strength, that I should hope? and what is mine end, that I should prolong my life?
12:6 אִם־כֹּחַ אֲבָנִים כֹּחִי אִם־בְּשָׂרִי נָחוּשׁ׃
6:12 나의 기력이 어찌 돌의 기력이겠느냐 나의 살이 어찌 놋쇠겠느냐
6:12 Is my strength the strength of stones? or is my flesh of brass?
13:6 הַאִם אֵין עֶזְרָתִי בִי וְתֻשִׁיָּה נִדְּחָה מִמֶּנִּי׃
6:13 나의 도움이 내 속에 없지 아니하냐 나의 지혜가 내게서 쫓겨나지 아니하였느냐
6:13 Is not my help in me? and is wisdom driven quite from me?
14:6 לַמָּס מֵרֵעֵהוּ חָסֶד וְיִרְאַת שַׁדַּי יַעֲזֹוב׃
6:14 ○ 피곤한 자 곧 전능자, 경외하는 일을 폐한 자를 그 벗이 불쌍히 여길 것이어늘
6:14 To him that is afflicted pity should be showed from his friend; but he forsakes the fear of the Almighty.
15:6 אַחַי בָּגְדוּ כְמֹו־נָחַל כַּאֲפִיק נְחָלִים יַעֲבֹרוּ׃
6:15 나의 형제는 내게 성실치 아니함이 시냇물의 마름 같고 개울의 잦음 같구나
6:15 My brethren have dealt deceitfully as a brook, and as the stream of brooks they pass away;
16:6 הַקֹּדְרִים מִנִּי־קָרַח עָלֵימֹו יִתְעַלֶּם־שָׁלֶג׃
6:16 얼음이 녹으면 물이 검어지며 눈이 그 속에 감취었을지라도
6:16 Which are blackish by reason of the ice, and wherein the snow is hid:
17:6 בְּעֵת יְזֹרְבוּ נִצְמָתוּ בְּחֻמֹּו נִדְעֲכוּ מִמְּקֹומָם׃
6:17 따뜻하면 마르고 더우면 그 자리에서 아주 없어지나니
6:17 What time they wax warm, they vanish: when it is hot, they are consumed out of their place.
18:6 יִלָּפְתוּ אָרְחֹות דַּרְכָּם יַעֲלוּ בַתֹּהוּ וְיֹאבֵדוּ׃
6:18 떼를 지은 객들이 시냇가로 다니다가 돌이켜 광야로 가서 죽고
6:18 The paths of their way are turned aside; they go to nothing, and perish.
19:6 הִבִּיטוּ אָרְחֹות תֵּמָא הֲלִיכֹת בָא קִוּוּ־לָמֹו׃
6:19 데마의 떼들이 그것을 바라보고 스바의 행인들도 그것을 사모하다가
6:19 The troops of Tema looked, the companies of Sheba waited for them.
20:6 בֹּשׁוּ כִּי־בָטָח בָּאוּ עָדֶיהָ וַיֶּחְפָּרוּ׃
6:20 거기 와서는 바라던 것을 부끄리고 낙심하느니라
6:20 They were confounded because they had hoped; they came thither, and were ashamed.
21:6 כִּי־עַתָּה הֱיִיתֶם [לֹא כ] (לֹו ק) תִּרְאוּ חֲתַת וַתִּירָאוּ׃
6:21 너희도 허망한 자라 너희가 두려운 일을 본즉 겁내는구나
6:21 For now all of you are nothing; all of you see my casting down, and are afraid.
22:6 הֲכִי־אָמַרְתִּי הָבוּ לִי וּמִכֹּחֲכֶם שִׁחֲדוּ בַעֲדִי׃
6:22 내가 언제 너희에게 나를 공급하라 하더냐 언제 나를 위하여 너희 재물로 예물을 달라더냐
6:22 Did I say, Bring unto me? or, Give a reward for me of your substance?
23:6 וּמַלְּטוּנִי מִיַּד־צָר וּמִיַּד עָרִיצִים תִּפְדּוּנִי׃
6:23 내가 언제 말하기를 대적의 손에서 나를 구원하라 하더냐 포학한 자의 손에서 나를 구속하라 하더냐
6:23 Or, Deliver me from the enemy's hand? or, Redeem me from the hand of the mighty?
24:6 הֹורוּנִי וַאֲנִי אַחֲרִישׁ וּמַהשָּׁ־גִיתִי הָבִינוּ לִי׃
6:24 ○ 내게 가르쳐서 나의 허물된 것을 깨닫게 하라 내가 잠잠하리라
6:24 Teach me, and I will hold my tongue: and cause me to understand wherein I have erred.
25:6 מַה־נִּמְרְצוּ אִמְרֵי־יֹשֶׁר וּמַה־יֹּוכִיחַ הֹוכֵחַ מִכֶּם׃
6:25 옳은 말은 어찌 그리 유력한지, 그렇지만 너희의 책망은 무엇을 책망함이뇨
6:25 How forcible are right words! but what does your arguing reprove?
26:6 הַלְהֹוכַח מִלִּים תַּחְשֹׁבוּ וּלְרוּחַ אִמְרֵי נֹאָשׁ׃
6:26 너희가 말을 책망하려느냐 소망이 끊어진 자의 말은 바람 같으니라
6:26 Do all of you imagine to reprove words, and the speeches of one that is desperate, which are as wind?
27:6 אַף־עַל־יָתֹום תַּפִּילוּ וְתִכְרוּ עַל־רֵיעֲכֶם׃
6:27 너희는 고아를 제비 뽑으며 너희 벗을 매매할 자로구나
6:27 Yea, all of you overwhelm the fatherless, and all of you dig a pit for your friend.
28:6 וְעַתָּה הֹואִילוּ פְנוּ־בִי וְעַל־פְּנֵיכֶם אִם־אֲכַזֵּב׃
6:28 이제 너희가 나를 향하여 보기를 원하노라 내가 너희를 대면하여 결코 거짓말하지 아니하리라
6:28 Now therefore be content, look upon me; for it is evident unto you if I lie.
29:6 שֻׁבוּ־נָא אַל־תְּהִי עַוְלָה [וְשֻׁבִי כ] (וְשׁוּבוּ ק) עֹוד צִדְקִי־בָהּ׃
6:29 너희는 돌이켜 불의한 것이 없게 하기를 원하노라 너희는 돌이키라 내 일이 의로우니라
6:29 Return, I pray you, let it not be iniquity; yea, return again, my righteousness is in it.
30:6 הֲיֵשׁ־בִּלְשֹׁונִי עַוְלָה אִם־חִכִּי לֹא־יָבִין הַוֹּות׃
6:30 내 혀에 어찌 불의한 것이 있으랴 내 미각이 어찌 궤휼을 분변치 못하랴
6:30 Is there iniquity in my tongue? cannot my taste discern perverse things?
1:7 הֲלֹא־צָבָא לֶאֱנֹושׁ [עַל־ כ] (עֲלֵי־אָרֶץ ק) וְכִימֵי שָׂכִיר יָמָיו׃
7:1 세상에 있는 인생에게 전쟁이 있지 아니하냐 그 날이 품군의 날과 같지 아니하냐
7:1 Is there not an appointed time to man upon earth? are not his days also like the days of a worker?
2:7 כְּעֶבֶד יִשְׁאַף־צֵל וּכְשָׂכִיר יְקַוֶּה פָעֳלֹו׃
7:2 종은 저물기를 심히 기다리고 품군은 그 삯을 바라나니
7:2 As a servant earnestly desires the shadow, and as a worker looks for the reward of his work:
3:7 כֵּן הָנְחַלְתִּי לִי יַרְחֵי־שָׁוְא וְלֵילֹות עָמָל מִנּוּ־לִי׃
7:3 이와 같이 내가 여러 달째 곤고를 받으니 수고로운 밤이 내게 작정되었구나
7:3 So am I made to possess months of vanity, and wearisome nights are appointed to me.
4:7 אִם־שָׁכַבְתִּי וְאָמַרְתִּי מָתַי אָקוּם וּמִדַּד־עָרֶב וְשָׂבַעְתִּי נְדֻדִים עֲדֵי־נָשֶׁף׃
7:4 내가 누울 때면 말하기를 언제나 일어날꼬, 언제나 밤이 갈꼬 하며 새벽까지 이리 뒤척, 저리 뒤척 하는구나
7:4 When I lie down, I say, When shall I arise, and the night be gone? and I am full of tossings back and forth unto the dawning of the day.
5:7 לָבַשׁ בְּשָׂרִי רִמָּה [וְגִישׁ כ] (וְגוּשׁ ק) עָפָר עֹורִי רָגַע וַיִּמָּאֵס׃
7:5 내 살에는 구더기와 흙 조각이 의복처럼 입혔고 내 가죽은 합창되었다가 터지는구나
7:5 My flesh is clothed with worms and clods of dust; my skin is broken, and become loathsome.
6:7 יָמַי קַלּוּ מִנִּי־אָרֶג וַיִּכְלוּ בְּאֶפֶס תִּקְוָה׃
7:6 나의 날은 베틀의 북보다 빠르니 소망 없이 보내는구나
7:6 My days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle, and are spent without hope.
7:7 זְכֹר כִּי־רוּחַ חַיָּי לֹא־תָשׁוּב עֵינִי לִרְאֹות טֹוב׃
7:7 내 생명이 한 호흡 같음을 생각하옵소서 나의 눈이 다시 복된 것을 보지 못하리이다
7:7 O remember that my life is wind: mine eye shall no more see good.
8:7 לֹא־תְשׁוּרֵנִי עֵין רֹאִי עֵינֶיךָ בִּי וְאֵינֶנִּי׃
7:8 나를 본 자의 눈이 다시는 나를 보지 못할 것이고 주의 눈이 나를 향하실지라도 내가 있지 아니하리이다
7:8 The eye of him that has seen me shall see me no more: yours eyes are upon me, and I am not.
9:7 כָּלָה עָנָן וַיֵּלַךְ כֵּן יֹורֵד אֹול לֹא יַעֲלֶה׃
7:9 구름이 사라져 없어짐 같이 음부로 내려가는 자는 다시 올라오지 못할 것이오니
7:9 As the cloud is consumed and vanishes away: so he that goes down to the grave shall come up no more.
10:7 לֹא־יָשׁוּב עֹוד לְבֵיתֹו וְלֹא־יַכִּירֶנּוּ עֹוד מְקֹמֹו׃
7:10 그는 다시 자기 집으로 돌아가지 못하겠고 자기 처소도 다시 그를 알지 못하리이다
7:10 He shall return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more.
11:7 גַּם־אֲנִי לֹא אֶחֱשָׂךְ פִּי אֲדַבְּרָה בְּצַר רוּחִי אָשִׂיחָה בְּמַר נַפְשִׁי׃
7:11 ○ 그런즉 내가 내 입을 금하지 아니하고 내 마음의 아픔을 인하여 말하며 내 영혼의 괴로움을 인하여 원망하리이다
7:11 Therefore I will not refrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
12:7 הֲיָם־אָנִי אִם־תַּנִּין כִּי־תָשִׂים עָלַי מִשְׁמָר׃
7:12 내가 바다니이까 용이니이까 주께서 어찌하여 나를 지키시나이까
7:12 Am I a sea, or a whale, that you set a watch over me?
13:7 כִּי־אָמַרְתִּי תְּנַחֲמֵנִי עַרְשִׂי יִשָּׂא בְשִׂיחִי מִשְׁכָּבִי׃
7:13 혹시 내가 말하기를 내 자리가 나를 위로하고 내 침상이 내 수심을 풀리라 할 때에
7:13 When I say, My bed shall comfort me, my couch shall ease my complaints;
14:7 וְחִתַּתַּנִי בַחֲלֹמֹות וּמֵחֶזְיֹנֹות תְּבַעֲתַנִּי׃
7:14 주께서 꿈으로 나를 놀래시고 이상으로 나를 두렵게 하시나이다
7:14 Then you scare me with dreams, and terrify me through visions:
15:7 וַתִּבְחַר מַחֲנָק נַפְשִׁי מָוֶת מֵעַצְמֹותָי׃
7:15 이러므로 내 마음에 숨이 막히기를 원하오니 뼈보다도 죽는 것이 나으니이다
7:15 So that my soul chooses strangling, and death rather than my life.
16:7 מָאַסְתִּי לֹא־לְעֹלָם אֶחְיֶה חֲדַל מִמֶּנִּי כִּי־הֶבֶל יָמָי׃
7:16 내가 생명을 싫어하고 항상 살기를 원치 아니하오니 나를 놓으소서 내 날은 헛 것이니이다
7:16 I loathe it; I would not live always: let me alone; for my days are vanity.
17:7 מָה־אֱנֹושׁ כִּי תְגַדְּלֶנּוּ וְכִי־תָשִׁית אֵלָיו לִבֶּךָ׃
7:17 사람이 무엇이관대 주께서 크게 여기사 그에게 마음을 두시고
7:17 What is man, that you should magnify him? and that you should set yours heart upon him?
18:7 וַתִּפְקְדֶנּוּ לִבְקָרִים לִרְגָעִים תִּבְחָנֶנּוּ׃
7:18 아침마다 권징하시며 분초마다 시험하시나이까
7:18 And that you should visit him every morning, and try him every moment?
19:7 כַּמָּה לֹא־תִשְׁעֶה מִמֶּנִּי לֹא־תַרְפֵּנִי עַד־בִּלְעִי רֻקִּי׃
7:19 주께서 내게서 눈을 돌이키지 아니하시며 나의 침 삼킬 동안도 나를 놓지 아니하시기를 어느 때까지 하시리이까
7:19 How long will you not depart from me, nor let me alone till I swallow down my spittle?
20:7 חָטָאתִי מָה אֶפְעַל ׀ לָךְ נֹצֵר הָאָדָם לָמָה שַׂמְתַּנִי לְמִפְגָּע לָךְ וָאֶהְיֶה עָלַי לְמַשָּׂא׃
7:20 사람을 감찰하시는 자여 내가 범죄하였은들 주께 무슨 해가 되오리이까 어찌하여 나로 과녁을 삼으셔서 스스로 무거운 짐이 되게 하셨나이까
7:20 I have sinned; what shall I do unto you, O you preserver of men? why have you set me as a mark against you, so that I am a burden to myself?
21:7 וּמֶה ׀ לֹא־תִשָּׂא פִשְׁעִי וְתַעֲבִיר אֶת־עֲוֹנִי כִּי־עַתָּה לֶעָפָר אֶשְׁכָּב וְשִׁחֲרְתַּנִי וְאֵינֶנִּי׃ פ
7:21 주께서 어찌하여 내 허물을 사하여 주지 아니하시며 내 죄악을 제하여 버리지 아니하시나이까 내가 이제 흙에 누우리니 주께서 나를 부지런히 찾으실지라도 내가 있지 아니하리이다
7:21 And why do you not pardon my transgression, and take away my iniquity? for now shall I sleep in the dust; and you shall seek me in the morning, but I shall not be.
1:8 וַיַּעַן בִּלְדַּד הַשּׁוּחִי וַיֹאמַר ׃
8:1 수아 사람 빌닷이 대답하여 가로되
8:1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,
2:8 עַד־אָן תְּמַלֶּל־אֵלֶּה וְרוּחַ כַּבִּיר אִמְרֵי־פִיךָ׃
8:2 네가 어느 때까지 이런 말을 하겠으며 어느 때까지 네 입의 말이 광풍과 같겠는가
8:2 How long will you speak these things? and how long shall the words of your mouth be like a strong wind?
3:8 הַאֵל יְעַוֵּת מִשְׁפָּט וְאִםשַׁ־דַּי יְעַוֵּת־צֶדֶק׃
8:3 하나님이 어찌 심판을 굽게 하시겠으며 전능하신 이가 어찌 공의를 굽게 하시겠는가
8:3 Does God pervert judgment? or does the Almighty pervert justice?
4:8 אִם־בָּנֶיךָ חָטְאוּ־לֹו וַיְשַׁלְּחֵם בְּיַד־פִּשְׁעָם׃
8:4 네 자녀들이 주께 득죄하였으므로 주께서 그들을 그 죄에 붙이셨나니
8:4 If your children have sinned against him, and he have cast them away for their transgression;
5:8 אִם־אַתָּה תְּשַׁחֵר אֶל־אֵל וְאֶלשַׁ־דַּי תִּתְחַנָּן׃
8:5 네가 만일 하나님을 부지런히 구하며 전능하신 이에게 빌고
8:5 If you would seek unto God early, and make your supplication to the Almighty;
6:8 אִם־זַךְ וְיָשָׁר אָתָּה כִּי־עַתָּה יָעִיר עָלֶיךָ וְשִׁלַּם נְוַת צִדְקֶךָ׃
8:6 또 청결하고 정직하면 정녕 너를 돌아보시고 네 의로운 집으로 형통하게 하실 것이라
8:6 If you were pure and upright; surely now he would awake for you, and make the habitation of your righteousness prosperous.
7:8 וְהָיָה רֵאשִׁיתְךָ מִצְעָר וְאַחֲרִיתְךָ יִשְׂגֶּה מְאֹד׃
8:7 네 시작은 미약하였으나 네 나중은 심히 창대하리라
8:7 Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end should greatly increase.
8:8 כִּי־שְׁאַל־נָא לְדֹר רִישֹׁון וְכֹונֵן לְחֵקֶר אֲבֹותָם׃
8:8 ○ 청컨대 너는 옛시대 사람에게 물으며 열조의 터득한 일을 배울지어다
8:8 For enquire, I pray you, of the former age, and prepare yourself to the search of their fathers:
9:8 כִּי־תְמֹול אֲנַחְנוּ וְלֹא נֵדָע כִּי צֵל יָמֵינוּ עֲלֵי־אָרֶץ׃
8:9 {우리는 어제부터 있었을 뿐이라 지식이 망매하니 세상에 있는 날이 그림자와 같으니라}
8:9 (For we are but of yesterday, and know nothing, because our days upon earth are a shadow:)
10:8 הֲלֹא־הֵם יֹורוּךָ יֹאמְרוּ לָךְ וּמִלִּבָּם יֹוצִאוּ מִלִּים׃
8:10 그들이 네게 가르쳐 이르지 아니하겠느냐 그 마음에서 나는 말을 발하지 아니하겠느냐
8:10 Shall not they teach you, and tell you, and utter words out of their heart?
11:8 הֲיִגְאֶה־גֹּמֶא בְּלֹא בִצָּה יִשְׂגֶּה־אָחוּ בְלִי־מָיִם׃
8:11 ○ 왕골이 진펄이 아니고 나겠으며 갈대가 물 없이 자라겠느냐
8:11 Can the rush grow up without mire? can the flag grow without water?
12:8 עֹדֶנּוּ בְאִבֹּו לֹא יִקָּטֵף וְלִפְנֵי כָל־חָצִיר יִיבָשׁ׃
8:12 이런 것은 푸르러도 아직 벨 때 되기 전에 다른 풀보다 일찌기 마르느니라
8:12 Whilst it is yet in his greenness, and not cut down, it withers before any other herb.
13:8 כֵּן אָרְחֹות כָּל־שֹׁכְחֵי אֵל וְתִקְוַת חָנֵף תֹּאבֵד׃
8:13 하나님을 잊어버리는 자의 길은 다 이와 같고 사곡한 자의 소망은 없어지리니
8:13 So are the paths of all that forget God; and the hypocrite's hope shall perish:
14:8 אֲשֶׁר־יָקֹוט כִּסְלֹו וּבֵית עַכָּבִישׁ מִבְטַחֹו׃
8:14 그 믿는 것이 끊어지고 그 의지하는 것이 거미줄 같은즉
8:14 Whose hope shall be cut off, and whose trust shall be a spider's web.
15:8 יִשָּׁעֵן עַל־בֵּיתֹו וְלֹא יַעֲמֹד יַחֲזִיק בֹּו וְלֹא יָקוּם׃
8:15 그 집을 의지할지라도 집이 서지 못하고 굳게 잡아도 집이 보존되지 못하리라
8:15 He shall lean upon his house, but it shall not stand: he shall hold it fast, but it shall not endure.
16:8 רָטֹב הוּא לִפְנֵי־שָׁמֶשׁ וְעַל גַּנָּתֹו יֹנַקְתֹּו תֵצֵא׃
8:16 식물이 일광을 받고 푸르러서 그 가지가 동산에 벋어가며
8:16 He is green before the sun, and his branch shoots forth in his garden.
17:8 עַל־גַּל שָׁרָשָׁיו יְסֻבָּכוּ בֵּית אֲבָנִים יֶחֱזֶה׃
8:17 그 뿌리가 돌 무더기에 서리어서 돌 가운데로 들어갔을지라도
8:17 His roots are wrapped about the heap, and sees the place of stones.
18:8 אִם־יְבַלְּעֶנּוּ מִמְּקֹומֹו וְכִחֶשׁ בֹּו לֹא רְאִיתִיךָ׃
8:18 그곳에서 뽑히면 그 자리도 모르는 체하고 이르기를 내가 너를 보지 못하였다 하리니
8:18 If he destroy him from his place, then it shall deny him, saying, I have not seen you.
19:8 הֶן־הוּא מְשֹׂושׂ דַּרְכֹּו וּמֵעָפָר אַחֵר יִצְמָחוּ׃
8:19 그 길의 희락은 이와 같고 그 후에 다른 것이 흙에서 나리라
8:19 Behold, this is the joy of his way, and out of the earth shall others grow.
20:8 הֶן־אֵל לֹא יִמְאַס־תָּם וְלֹא־יַחֲזִיק בְּיַד־מְרֵעִים׃
8:20 하나님은 순전한 사람을 버리지 아니하시고 악한 자를 붙들어 주지 아니하신즉
8:20 Behold, God will not cast away a perfect man, neither will he help the evil doers:
21:8 עַד־יְמַלֵּה שְׂחֹוק פִּיךָ וּשְׂפָתֶיךָ תְרוּעָה׃
8:21 웃음으로 네 입에, 즐거운 소리로 네 입술에 채우시리니
8:21 Till he fill your mouth with laughing, and your lips with rejoicing.
22:8 שֹׂנְאֶיךָ יִלְבְּשׁוּ־בֹשֶׁת וְאֹהֶל רְשָׁעִים אֵינֶנּוּ׃ פ
8:22 너를 미워하는 자는 부끄러움을 입을 것이라 악인의 장막은 없어지리라
8:22 They that hate you shall be clothed with shame; and the dwelling place of the wicked shall come to nothing.
1:9 וַיַּעַן אִיֹּוב וַיֹּאמַר׃
9:1 욥이 대답하여 가로되
9:1 Then Job answered and said,
2:9 אָמְנָם יָדַעְתִּי כִי־כֵן וּמַה־יִּצְדַּק אֱנֹושׁ עִם־אֵל׃
9:2 내가 진실로 그 일이 그런 줄을 알거니와 인생이 어찌 하나님 앞에 의로우랴
9:2 I know it is so truthfully: but how should man be just with God?
3:9 אִם־יַחְפֹּץ לָרִיב עִמֹּו לֹא־יַעֲנֶנּוּ אַחַת מִנִּי־אָלֶף׃
9:3 사람이 하나님과 쟁변하려 할지라도 천 마디에 한 마디도 대답하지 못하리라
9:3 If he will contend with him, he cannot answer him one of a thousand.
4:9 חֲכַם לֵבָב וְאַמִּיץ כֹּחַ מִי־הִקְשָׁה אֵלָיו וַיִּשְׁלָם׃
9:4 하나님은 마음이 지혜로우시고 힘이 강하시니 스스로 강퍅히 하여 그를 거역하고 형통한 자가 누구이랴
9:4 He is wise in heart, and mighty in strength: who has hardened himself against him, and has prospered?
5:9 הַמַּעְתִּיק הָרִים וְלֹא יָדָעוּ אֲשֶׁר הֲפָכָם בְּאַפֹּו׃
9:5 그가 진노하심으로 산을 무너뜨리시며 옮기실지라도 산이 깨닫지 못하며
9:5 Which removes the mountains, and they know not: which overturns them in his anger.
6:9 הַמַּרְגִּיז אֶרֶץ מִמְּקֹומָהּ וְעַמּוּדֶיהָ יִתְפַלָּצוּן ׃
9:6 그가 땅을 움직여 그 자리에서 미신즉 그 기둥이 흔들리며
9:6 Which shakes the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble.
7:9 הָאֹמֵר לַחֶרֶס וְלֹא יִזְרָח וּבְעַד כֹּוכָבִים יַחְתֹּם׃
9:7 그가 해를 명하여 뜨지 못하게 하시며 별들을 봉하시며
9:7 Which commands the sun, and it rises not; and seals up the stars.
8:9 נֹטֶה שָׁמַיִם לְבַדֹּו וְדֹורֵךְ עַל־בָּמֳתֵי יָם׃
9:8 그가 홀로 하늘을 펴시며 바다 물결을 밟으시며
9:8 Which alone spreads out the heavens, and treads upon the waves of the sea.
9:9 עֹשֶׂה־עָשׁ כְּסִיל וְכִימָה וְחַדְרֵי תֵמָן׃
9:9 북두성과 삼성과 묘성과 남방의 밀실을 만드셨으며
9:9 Which makes Arcturus, Orion, and Pleiades, and the chambers of the south.
10:9 עֹשֶׂה גְדֹלֹות עַד־אֵין חֵקֶר וְנִפְלָאֹות עַד־אֵין מִסְפָּר׃
9:10 측량할 수 없는 큰 일을, 셀 수 없는 기이한 일을 행하시느니라
9:10 Which does great things past finding out; yea, and wonders without number.
11:9 הֵן יַעֲבֹר עָלַי וְלֹא אֶרְאֶה וְיַחֲלֹף וְלֹא־אָבִין לֹו׃
9:11 그가 내 앞으로 지나시나 내가 보지 못하며 그가 내 앞에서 나아가시나 내가 깨닫지 못하느니라
9:11 Lo, he goes by me, and I see him not: he passes on also, but I perceive him not.
12:9 הֵן יַחְתֹּף מִי יְשִׁיבֶנּוּ מִי־יֹאמַר אֵלָיו מַה־תַּעֲשֶׂה׃
9:12 하나님이 빼앗으시면 누가 막을 수 있으며 무엇을 하시나이까 누가 물을 수 있으랴
9:12 Behold, he takes away, who can hinder him? who will say unto him, What do you?
13:9 אֱלֹוהַּ לֹא־יָשִׁיב אַפֹּו [תַּחַתֹו כ] (תַּחְתָּיו ק) חֲחוּ עֹזְרֵי רָהַב׃
9:13 하나님이 진노를 돌이키지 아니하시나니 라합을 돕는 자들이 그 아래 굴복하겠거든
9:13 If God will not withdraw his anger, the proud helpers do stoop under him.
14:9 אַף כִּי־אָנֹכִי אֶעֱנֶנּוּ אֶבְחֲרָה דְבָרַי עִמֹּו׃
9:14 하물며 내가 감히 대답하겠으며 무슨 말을 택하여 더불어 변론하랴
9:14 How much less shall I answer him, and choose out my words to reason with him?
15:9 אֲשֶׁר אִם־צָדַקְתִּי לֹא אֶעֱנֶה לִמְשֹׁפְטִי אֶתְחַנָּן׃
9:15 가령 내가 의로울지라도 감히 대답하지 못하고 나를 심판하실 그에게 간구하였을 뿐이며
9:15 Whom, though I were righteous, yet would I not answer, but I would make supplication to my judge.
16:9 אִם־קָרָאתִי וַיַּעֲנֵנִי לֹא־אַאֲמִין כִּי־יַאֲזִין קֹולִי׃
9:16 가령 내가 그를 부르므로 그가 내게 대답하셨을지라도 내 음성을 들으셨다고는 내가 믿지 아니하리라
9:16 If I had called, and he had answered me; yet would I not believe that he had hearkened unto my voice.
17:9 אֲשֶׁר־בִּשְׂעָרָה יְשׁוּפֵנִי וְהִרְבָּה פְצָעַי חִנָּם׃
9:17 그가 폭풍으로 나를 꺾으시고 까닭 없이 내 상처를 많게 하시며
9:17 For he breaks me with a tempest, and multiplies my wounds without cause.
18:9 לֹא־יִתְּנֵנִי הָשֵׁב רוּחִי כִּי יַשְׂבִּעַנִי מַמְּרֹרִים׃
9:18 나로 숨을 쉬지 못하게 하시며 괴로움으로 내게 채우시는구나
9:18 He will not suffer me to take my breath, but fills me with bitterness.
19:9 אִם־לְכֹחַ אַמִּיץ הִנֵּה וְאִם־לְמִשְׁפָּט מִי יֹועִידֵנִי׃
9:19 힘으로 말하면 그가 강하시고 심판으로 말하면 누가 그를 호출하겠느냐
9:19 If I speak of strength, lo, he is strong: and if of judgment, who shall set me a time to plead?
20:9 אִם־אֶצְדָּק פִּי יַרְשִׁיעֵנִי תָּם־אָנִי וַיַּעְקְשֵׁנִי׃
9:20 가령 내가 의로울지라도 내 입이 나를 정죄하리니 가령 내가 순전할지라도 나의 패괴함을 증거하리라
9:20 If I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse.
21:9 תָּם־אָנִי לֹא־אֵדַע נַפְשִׁי אֶמְאַס חַיָּי׃
9:21 나는 순전하다마는 내가 나를 돌아보지 아니하고 내 생명을 천히 여기는구나
9:21 Though I were perfect, yet would I not know my soul: I would despise my life.
22:9 אַחַת הִיא עַל־כֵּן אָמַרְתִּי תָּם וְרָשָׁע הוּא מְכַלֶּה׃
9:22 일이 다 일반이라 그러므로 나는 말하기를 하나님이 순전한 자나 악한 자나 멸망시키신다 하나니
9:22 This is one thing, therefore I said it, He destroys the perfect and the wicked.
23:9 אִםשֹׁ־וט יָמִית פִּתְאֹם לְמַסַּת נְקִיִּם יִלְעָג׃
9:23 홀연히 재앙이 내려 도륙될 때에 무죄한 자의 고난을 그가 비웃으시리라
9:23 If the scourge slay suddenly, he will laugh at the trial of the innocent.
24:9 אֶרֶץ ׀ נִתְּנָה בְיַד־רָשָׁע פְּנֵי־שֹׁפְטֶיהָ יְכַסֶּה אִם־לֹא אֵפֹוא מִי־הוּא׃
9:24 세상이 악인의 손에 붙이웠고 재판관의 얼굴도 가리워졌나니 그렇게 되게 한 이가 그가 아니시면 누구이뇨
9:24 The earth is given into the hand of the wicked: he covers the faces of the judges thereof; if not, where, and who is he?
25:9 וְיָמַי קַלּוּ מִנִּי־רָץ בָּרְחוּ לֹא־רָאוּ טֹובָה׃
9:25 ○ 나의 날이 체부보다 빠르니 달려가므로 복을 볼 수 없구나
9:25 Now my days are swifter than a post: they flee away, they see no good.
26:9 חָלְפוּ עִם־אֳנִיֹּות אֵבֶה כְּנֶשֶׁר יָטוּשׂ עֲלֵי־אֹכֶל׃
9:26 그 지나가는 것이 빠른 배 같고 움킬 것에 날아 내리는 독수리와도 같구나
9:26 They are passed away as the swift ships: as the eagle that hastes to the prey.
27:9 אִם־אָמְרִי אֶשְׁכְּחָה שִׂיחִי אֶעֶזְבָה פָנַי וְאַבְלִיגָה׃
9:27 가령 내가 말하기를 내 원통함을 잊고 얼굴 빛을 고쳐 즐거운 모양을 하자 할지라도
9:27 If I say, I will forget my complaint, I will leave off my heaviness, and comfort myself:
28:9 יָגֹרְתִּי כָל־עַצְּבֹתָי יָדַעְתִּי כִּי־לֹא תְנַקֵּנִי׃
9:28 오히려 내 모든 고통을 두려워하오니 주께서 나를 무죄히 여기지 않으실 줄을 아나이다
9:28 I am afraid of all my sorrows, I know that you will not hold me innocent.
29:9 אָנֹכִי אֶרְשָׁע לָמָּה־זֶּה הֶבֶל אִיגָע׃
9:29 내가 정죄하심을 입을진대 어찌 헛되이 수고하리이까
9:29 If I be wicked, why then labour I in vain?
30:9 אִם־הִתְרָחַצְתִּי [בְמֹו כ] (בְמֵי־שָׁלֶג ק) וַהֲזִכֹּותִי בְּבֹר כַּפָּי׃
9:30 내가 눈 녹은 물로 몸을 씻고 잿물로 손을 깨끗이 할지라도
9:30 If I wash myself with snow water, and make my hands never so clean;
31:9 אָז בַּשַּׁחַת תִּטְבְּלֵנִי וְתִעֲבוּנִי שַׂלְמֹותָי׃
9:31 주께서 나를 개천에 빠지게 하시리니 내 옷이라도 나를 싫어하리이다
9:31 Yet shall you plunge me in the ditch, and mine own clothes shall detest me.
32:9 כִּי־לֹא־אִישׁ כָּמֹנִי אֶעֱנֶנּוּ נָבֹוא יַחְדָּו בַּמִּשְׁפָּט׃
9:32 하나님은 나처럼 사람이 아니신즉 내가 그에게 대답함도 불가하고 대질하여 재판할 수도 없고
9:32 For he is not a man, as I am, that I should answer him, and we should come together in judgment.
33:9 לֹא יֵשׁ־בֵּינֵינוּ מֹוכִיחַ יָשֵׁת יָדֹו עַל־שְׁנֵינוּ׃
9:33 양척 사이에 손을 얹을 판결자도 없구나
9:33 Neither is there any arbitrator between us, that might lay his hand upon us both.
34:9 יָסֵר מֵעָלַי שִׁבְטֹו וְאֵמָתֹו אַל־תְּבַעֲתַנִּי׃
9:34 주께서 그 막대기를 내게서 떠나게 하시고 그 위엄으로 나를 두렵게 하지 아니하시기를 원하노라
9:34 Let him take his rod away from me, and let not his fear terrify me:
35:9 אַדַבְּרָה וְלֹא אִירָאֶנּוּ כִּי לֹא־כֵן אָנֹכִי עִמָּדִי׃
9:35 그리하시면 내가 두려움 없이 말하리라 나는 본래 그런 자가 아니니라
9:35 Then would I speak, and not fear him; but it is not so with me.
1:10 נָקְטָה נַפְשִׁי בְּחַיָּי אֶעֶזְבָה עָלַי שִׂיחִי אֲדַבְּרָה בְּמַר נַפְשִׁי׃
10:1 내 영혼이 살기에 곤비하니 내 원통함을 발설하고 내 마음의 괴로운 대로 말하리라
10:1 My soul is weary of my life; I will leave my complaint upon myself; I will speak in the bitterness of my soul.
2:10 אֹמַר אֶל־אֱלֹוהַּ אַל־תַּרְשִׁיעֵנִי הֹודִיעֵנִי עַל מַה־תְּרִיבֵנִי׃
10:2 내가 하나님께 아뢰오리니 나를 정죄하지 마옵시고 무슨 연고로 나로 더불어 쟁변하시는지 나로 알게 하옵소서
10:2 I will say unto God, Do not condemn me; show me wherefore you contend with me.
3:10 הֲטֹוב לְךָ ׀ כִּי־תַעֲשֹׁק כִּי־תִמְאַס יְגִיעַ כַּפֶּיךָ וְעַל־עֲצַת רְשָׁעִים הֹופָעְתָּ׃
10:3 주께서 주의 손으로 지으신 것을 학대하시며 멸시하시고 악인의 꾀에 빛을 비취시기를 선히 여기시나이까
10:3 Is it good unto you that you should oppress, that you should despise the work of yours hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?
4:10 הַעֵינֵי בָשָׂר לָךְ אִם־כִּרְאֹות אֱנֹושׁ תִּרְאֶה׃
10:4 주의 눈이 육신의 눈이니이까 주께서 사람의 보는 것처럼 보시리이까
10:4 Have you eyes of flesh? or see you as man sees?
5:10 הֲכִימֵי אֱנֹושׁ יָמֶיךָ אִםשְׁ־נֹותֶיךָ כִּימֵי גָבֶר׃
10:5 주의 날이 어찌 인생의 날과 같으며 주의 해가 어찌 인생의 날과 같기로
10:5 Are your days as the days of man? are your years as man's days,
6:10 כִּי־תְבַקֵּשׁ לַעֲוֹנִי וּלְחַטָּאתִי תִדְרֹושׁ׃
10:6 나의 허물을 찾으시며 나의 죄를 사실하시나이까
10:6 That you enquire after mine iniquity, and search after my sin?
7:10 עַל־דַּעְתְּךָ כִּי־לֹא אֶרְשָׁע וְאֵין מִיָּדְךָ מַצִּיל׃
10:7 주께서는 내가 악하지 않은 줄을 아시나이다 주의 손에서 나를 벗어나게 할 자도 없나이다
10:7 You know that I am not wicked; and there is none that can deliver out of yours hand.
8:10 יָדֶיךָ עִצְּבוּנִי וַיַּעֲשׂוּנִי יַחַד סָבִיב וַתְּבַלְּעֵנִי׃
10:8 주의 손으로 나를 만드사 백체를 이루셨거늘 이제 나를 멸하시나이다
10:8 Yours hands have made me and fashioned me together round about; yet you do destroy me.
9:10 זְכָר־נָא כִּי־כַחֹמֶר עֲשִׂיתָנִי וְאֶל־עָפָר תְּשִׁיבֵנִי׃
10:9 기억하옵소서 주께서 내 몸 지으시기를 흙을 뭉치듯 하셨거늘 다시 나를 티끌로 돌려보내려 하시나이까
10:9 Remember, I plead to you, that you have made me as the clay; and will you bring me into dust again?
10:10 הֲלֹא כֶחָלָב תַּתִּיכֵנִי וְכַגְּבִנָּה תַּקְפִּיאֵנִי׃
10:10 주께서 나를 젖과 같이 쏟으셨으며 엉긴 젖처럼 엉기게 하지 아니하셨나이까
10:10 Have you not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese?
11:10 עֹור וּבָשָׂר תַּלְבִּישֵׁנִי וּבַעֲצָמֹות וְגִידִים תְּסֹכְכֵנִי׃
10:11 가죽과 살로 내게 입히시며 뼈와 힘줄로 나를 뭉치시고
10:11 You have clothed me with skin and flesh, and have fenced me with bones and sinews.
12:10 חַיִּים וָחֶסֶד עָשִׂיתָ עִמָּדִי וּפְקֻדָּתְךָ שָׁמְרָה רוּחִי׃
10:12 생명과 은혜를 내게 주시고 권고하심으로 내 영을 지키셨나이다
10:12 You have granted me life and favour, and your visitation has preserved my spirit.
13:10 וְאֵלֶּה צָפַנְתָּ בִלְבָבֶךָ יָדַעְתִּי כִּי־זֹאת עִמָּךְ׃
10:13 그러한데 주께서 이것들을 마음에 품으셨나이다 이 뜻이 주께 있은 줄을 내가 아나이다
10:13 And these things have you hid in yours heart: I know that this is with you.
14:10 אִם־חָטָאתִי וּשְׁמַרְתָּנִי וּמֵעֲוֹנִי לֹא תְנַקֵּנִי׃
10:14 내가 범죄하면 주께서 나를 죄인으로 인정하시고 내 죄악을 사유치 아니하시나이다
10:14 If I sin, then you mark me, and you will not acquit me from mine iniquity.
15:10 אִם־רָשַׁעְתִּי אַלְלַי לִי וְצָדַקְתִּי לֹא־אֶשָּׂא רֹאשִׁי שְׂבַע קָלֹון וּרְאֵה עָנְיִי׃
10:15 내가 악하면 화가 있을 것이오며 내가 의로울지라도 머리를 들지 못하올 것은 내 속에 부끄러움이 가득하고 내 환난을 목도함이니이다
10:15 If I be wicked, woe unto me; and if I be righteous, yet will I not lift up my head. I am full of confusion; therefore see you mine affliction;
16:10 וְיִגְאֶה כַּשַּׁחַל תְּצוּדֵנִי וְתָשֹׁב תִּתְפַּלָּא־בִי׃
10:16 내가 머리를 높이 들면 주께서 사자처럼 나를 사냥하시며 내게 주의 기이한 능력을 다시 나타내시나이다
10:16 For it increases. You hunt me as a fierce lion: and again you show yourself marvellous upon me.
17:10 תְּחַדֵּשׁ עֵדֶיךָ ׀ נֶגְדִּי וְתֶרֶב כַּעַשְׂךָ עִמָּדִי חֲלִיפֹות וְצָבָא עִמִּי׃
10:17 주께서 자주자주 증거하는 자를 갈마들여 나를 치시며 나를 향하여 진노를 더하시니 군대가 갈마들어 치는 것 같으니이다
10:17 You renew your witnesses against me, and increase yours indignation upon me; changes and war are against me.
18:10 וְלָמָּה מֵרֶחֶם הֹצֵאתָנִי אֶגְוַע וְעַיִן לֹא־תִרְאֵנִי׃
10:18 주께서 나를 태에서 나오게 하셨음은 어찜이니이까 그렇지 아니하였더면 내가 기운이 끊어져 아무 눈에도 보이지 아니하였을 것이라
10:18 Wherefore then have you brought me forth out of the womb? Oh that I had given up the spirit, and no eye had seen me!
19:10 כַּאֲשֶׁר לֹא־הָיִיתִי אֶהְיֶה מִבֶּטֶן לַקֶּבֶר אוּבָל׃
10:19 있어도 없던 것 같이 되어서 태에서 바로 무덤으로 옮겼으리이다
10:19 I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
20:10 הֲלֹא־מְעַט יָמַי [יֶחְדָּל כ] (וַחֲדָל ק) [יָשִׁית כ] (וְשִׁית ק) מִמֶּנִּי וְאַבְלִיגָה מְּעָט׃
10:20 내 날은 적지 아니하니이까 그런즉 그치시고 나를 버려두사 저으기 평안하게 하옵시되
10:20 Are not my days few? cease then, and let me alone, that I may take comfort a little,
21:10 בְּטֶרֶם אֵלֵךְ וְלֹא אָשׁוּב אֶל־אֶרֶץ חֹשֶׁךְ וְצַלְמָוֶת׃
10:21 내가 돌아오지 못할 땅 곧 어둡고 죽음의 그늘진 땅으로 가기 전에 그리하옵소서
10:21 Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death;
22:10 אֶרֶץ עֵיפָתָה ׀ כְּמֹו אֹפֶל צַלְמָוֶת וְלֹא סְדָרִים וַתֹּפַע כְּמֹו־אֹפֶל׃ פ
10:22 이 땅은 어두워서 흑암 같고 죽음의 그늘이 져서 아무 구별이 없고 광명도 흑암 같으니이다
10:22 A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness.
