Chapter 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24
13:1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you a sign or a wonder,
1 Эш үзүүлэгч, эсвэл мэргэн зүүдэч та нарын дундаас гарч, чамд тэмдэг, гайхамшгийг үзүүлж,
13:2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke unto you, saying, Let us go after other gods, which you have not known, and let us serve them;
2 "Чиний мэддэггүй байсан өөр бурхдыг цөмөөрөө даган, тэдэнд зарагдацгаая'' гэж хэлээд чамд урьдчилан хэлсэн тэрхүү тэмдэг, гайхамшиг нь биелсэн ч гэсэн
13:3 You shall not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proves you, to know whether all of you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
3 чи тэр эш үзүүлэгч, эсвэл мэргэн зүүдчийн үгийг бүү сонс. Учир нь ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь та нарыг бүх зүрх, бүх сэтгэлээрээ ЭЗЭН Бурхандаа хайртай эсэхийг чинь шалган үзэж байгаа юм.
13:4 All of you shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and all of you shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
4 Та нар ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа хойноос дагаж, Түүнээс айн эмээж, Түүний тушаалыг мөрдөж, Түүний дуу хоолойг сонсон дагаж, Түүнд зарагдаж, Түүнээс зуурч,
13:5 And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he has spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust you out of the way which the LORD your God commanded you to walk in. So shall you put the evil away from the midst of you.
5 харин тэр эш үзүүлэгч юм уу, мэргэн зүүдчийг ал. Учир нь тэрээр ЭЗЭН Бурханы чинь чамд яв гэж тушаасан замаас та нарыг уруу татан гаргахын тулд та нарыг Египетийн нутгаас авчирсан, боолчлолын гэрээс зольсон ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь урвуулах гэж ятгасан. Та нар ийнхүү өөрсдийнхөө дундаас бузар мууг арилган зайлуулах ёстой.
13:6 If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your bosom, or your friend, which is as yours own soul, entice you secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you have not known, you, nor your fathers;
6 Хэрэв төрсөн ах дүү чинь, эсвэл хүү, охин чинь, эсвэл өвөр дэх эхнэр чинь, эсвэл амь шигээ хайрладаг дотно нөхөр чинь чамайг сэмхэн ятгаж, "Чиний болон өвөг дээдсийн чинь мэддэггүй байсан бусад бурхад,
13:7 Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto you, or far off from you, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;
7 чиний эргэн тойронд байгаа чамд ойр юмуу хол, газрын нэг хязгаараас нөгөө хязгаар хүртэлх ард түмнүүдийн бурхдад бүгдээрээ очиж зарагдацгаая" гэсэн ч
13:8 You shall not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall yours eye pity him, neither shall you spare, neither shall you conceal him:
8 чи түүнийг бүү дага, бүү сонс, бүү өрөвд, бүү хэлтрүүл, бүү халхал.
13:9 But you shall surely kill him; yours hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.
9 Харин чи түүнийг заавал ал. Алахдаа эхлээд чи түүнд гар хүрч, бусад хүмүүс дараа нь гар хүрэх ёстой.
13:10 And you shall stone him with stones, that he die; because he has sought to thrust you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
10 Тэрээр Египетийн нутгаас, боолчлолын гэрээс чамайг гаргаж авсан ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамайг урвуулахыг завдсан тул чи түүн уруу чулуу чулуудаж ал.
13:11 And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is among you.
11 Тэгвэл бүх Израиль түүнийг сонсоод, айж, дахин хэзээ ч тийм муу юм та нарын дунд хийж чадахгүй.
13:12 If you shall hear say in one of your cities, which the LORD your God has given you to dwell there, saying,
12 Чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭНээс чамайг амьдруулахаар чамд өгч буй аль нэгэн хотод,
13:13 Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which all of you have not known;
13 та нарын дундаас өөдгүй хэсэг хүмүүс гарч ирээд, хотынхныгоо уруу татан, "Явж, та нарын мэддэггүй өөр бурхдад зарагдъя" гэж хэлэхийг чи сонсвол,
13:14 Then shall you enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you;
14 чи түүнийг сайн эрж, асууж сураглаад, үнэхээр тийм жигшүүрт юм та нарын дунд гарсан байвал
13:15 You shall surely strike the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.
15 чи тэр хотын оршин суугчдыг илдний ирээр хиар цохин, тэр хот болон түүний доторх бүгдийг мал сүрэгтэй нь хамт илдний ирээр хүйс тэмтэр.
13:16 And you shall gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shall burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof everything, for the LORD your God: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall not be built again.
16 Бас тэндээс булааж авсан бүх зүйлээ хотын төв талбайд цуглуулан хураагаад, тэр хотыг булаан авсан бүх зүйлтэйгээ шатааж, ЭЗЭН Бурхандаа шатаалт тахил болго. Тэр хот үүрд балгас болж, дахин хэзээ ч босохгүй.
13:17 And there shall cleave nothing of the cursed thing to yours hand: that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and show you mercy, and have compassion upon you, and multiply you, as he has sworn unto your fathers;
17 Тэр устгагдах юмнаас юунд нь ч бүү гар хүр. Тэгвэл ЭЗЭНий уур хилэн намдаж, чамд өршөөл үзүүлж, чиний өвөг дээдэст тангарагласан ёсоороо чамайг өнөр өтгөн болгоно.
13:18 When you shall hearken to the voice of the LORD your God, to keep all his commandments which I command you this day, to do that which is right in the eyes of the LORD your God.
18 Хэрвээ чи ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа дуу хоолойг сонсоод, өнөөдөр миний чамд тушааж буй бүх тушаалыг дагаж, ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа мэлмийн өмнө зөв зүйлийг үйлдвэл тийм байх болно.
14:1 All of you are the children of the LORD your God: all of you shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.
1 Та нар бол өөрсдийнхөө Бурхан ЭЗЭНий хөвгүүд юм. Үхэгсдийнхээ төлөө биеэ бүү зүс. Магнайныхаа үсийг бүү хус.
14:2 For you are an holy people unto the LORD your God, and the LORD has chosen you to be an exclusive people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.
2 Чи бол ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа ариун ард түмэн. ЭЗЭН дэлхий дээр байгаа бүх ард түмнүүдийн дотроос чамайг Өөрийнхөө өв, ард түмэн болгохоор сонгосон билээ.
14:3 You shall not eat any abominable thing.
3 Чи жигшмээр муухай юуг ч бүү ид.
14:4 These are the beasts which all of you shall eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat,
4 Та нарын идэж болох амьтад нь үхэр, хонь, ямаа,
14:5 The hart, and the roebuck, and the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg, and the wild ox, and the chamois.
5 буга, зээр, улаан буга, зэрлэг ямаа, янгир, урт эвэртэй гөрөөс, аргаль юм.
14:6 And every beast that parts the hoof, and cleaves the cleft into two claws, and chews the cud among the beasts, that all of you shall eat.
6 Амьтдын дундаас туурай нь салаатай ац туурайтан, хивдэг ямар ч амьтдыг та нар идэж болно.
14:7 Nevertheless these all of you shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the cloven hoof; as the camel, and the hare, and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; therefore they are unclean unto you.
7 Харин хивдэг, эсвэл ац туурайтай амьтдын дотроос та нарын идэж болохгүй амьтан бол тэмээ, туулай, хадны дорго. Эдгээр амьтад хивдэг боловч салаа туурайгүй учир та нарт бузар бөгөөд
14:8 And the swine, because it divides the hoof, yet chews not the cud, it is unclean unto you: all of you shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcass.
8 гахай бол ац туурайтан боловч хивдэггүй учир та нарт бузар болно. Та нар эдгээрийн махыг нь идэж болохгүй, хүүрт нь ч хүрч болохгүй.
14:9 These all of you shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall all of you eat:
9 Усан дотор байдаг сэрвээтэй, хайрстай бүхнийг та нар идэж болно.
14:10 And whatsoever has not fins and scales all of you may not eat; it is unclean unto you.
10 Харин сэрвээгүй, хайрсгүй ямар ч амьтныг бүү ид. Энэ нь та нарт бузар болно.
14:11 Of all clean birds all of you shall eat.
11 Аливаа цэвэр шувууг та нар идэж болно.
14:12 But these are they of which all of you shall not eat: the eagle, and the vulture, and the buzzard,
12 Харин идэж болохгүй шувууд гэвэл бүргэд, тас, хар тас,
14:13 And the vulture, and the kite, and the vulture after his kind,
13 улаан шонхор, элээ, шонхрын төрөл,
14:14 And every raven after his kind,
14 хэрээний төрөл,
14:15 And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckoo, and the hawk after his kind,
15 тэмээн хяруул, шар шувуу, цахлай, харцагын төрөл,
14:16 The little owl, and the great owl, and the swan,
16 ууль, цагаан хүзүүт тас, цагаан ууль,
14:17 And the pelican, and the carrion vulture, and the cormorant,
17 хотон, хүрэн шувуу, хар галуу,
14:18 And the stork, and the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.
18 өрөвтас, хөх дэглийн төрөл, өвөөлж, сарьсан багваахай юм.
14:19 And every creeping thing that flies is unclean unto you: they shall not be eaten.
19 Нисдэг хорхой шавьж бүхэн та нарт бузар болно. Тэдгээрийг бүү ид.
14:20 But of all clean fowls all of you may eat.
20 Харин аливаа цэвэр шувууг та нар идэж болно.
14:21 All of you shall not eat of anything that dies of itself: you shall give it unto the stranger that is in your gates, that he may eat it; or you may sell it unto an foreigner: for you are an holy people unto the LORD your God. You shall not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.
21 Та нар бол ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа ариун ард түмэн. Тиймээс аливаа үхсэн амьтныг бүү ид. Харин та нар түүнийг өөрийнхөө хотод суудаг харийн хүнд өгөөд идүүлэх, эсвэл гаднын хүнд худалдаж болно. Чи ишгийг эхийнх нь сүүнд бүү чана.
14:22 You shall truly tithe all the increase of your seed, that the field brings forth year by year.
22 Чи жил бүр талбайнхаа ургацын аравны нэгийг заавал өргө.
14:23 And you shall eat before the LORD your God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of your corn, of your wine, and of yours oil, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks; that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always.
23 ЭЗЭН Бурханаасаа үргэлж айн эмээхийг сурахын тулд ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өмнө, ЭЗЭН нэрээ тавихаар сонгож авсан тэр газарт чи үр тариа, шинэ дарс, тосныхоо аравны нэгийг, мал сүргийнхээ ууган төлийг идэх ёстой.
14:24 And if the way be too long for you, so that you are not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from you, which the LORD your God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD your God has blessed you:
24 Хэрэв чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭН нэрээ тавихаар сонгож авсан газар нь чамаас хэтэрхий хол учраас чиний явах зам бэрхтэй болж ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа ивээсэн зүйлийг чи аваачиж чадахгүй бол
14:25 Then shall you turn it into money, and bind up the money in yours hand, and shall go unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose:
25 түүнийгээ мөнгөөр солиод, тэр мөнгөө гартаа бариад, ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа сонгож авсан тэр газар уруу хүрч оч.
14:26 And you shall bestow that money for whatsoever your soul lusts after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever your soul desires: and you shall eat there before the LORD your God, and you shall rejoice, you, and yours household,
26 Тэгээд чи сэтгэлдээ хүссэн зүйлээ мөнгөөрөө худалдаж авч болно. Үхэр, эсвэл хонь, эсвэл дарс, эсвэл хатуу ундаа юм уу, аль сэтгэлдээ хүссэн зүйлээ авч болно. Чи болон чиний гэр бүл тэнд ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өмнө хооллож, хөөрөн баясах болно.
14:27 And the Levite that is within your gates; you shall not forsake him; for he has no part nor inheritance with you.
27 Танай хотод амьдран суудаг левичүүд бол та нарын дунд хувь ч үгүй, өв ч үгүй учир та нар левичүүдийг бүү орхи.
14:28 At the end of three years you shall bring forth all the tithe of yours increase the same year, and shall lay it up within your gates:
28 Гурван жил тутамд жилийн эцсээр, тэр жилийнхээ ургацын аравны нэгийг бүрэн гаргаж, хот дотроо хадгал.
14:29 And the Levite, (because he has no part nor inheritance with you,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within your gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of yours hand which you do.
29 Тэгээд та нарын дунд хувь ч үгүй, өв ч үгүй левичүүдийг болон хотын дотор суудаг харийн хүн, өнчин, бэлэвсэн хүмүүсийг ирүүлж, хооллон цатга. Тэгвэл ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чиний гараараа хийдэг бүх үйлсэд чамайг ивээх болно.
15:1 At the end of every seven years you shall make a release.
1 Долоон жил тутамд жилийн эцсээр чи авлагаа цуцла.
15:2 And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lends ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD's release.
2 Цуцлалтыг ингэж хийнэ. Зээлдүүлэгч хүн бүр хөршөөсөө авах авлагаа цуцлах ёстой. Тэр хөршөөсөө, эсвэл ах дүүсээсээ өрөө бүү нэх. Учир нь ЭЗЭНий өршөөлийн жил тунхаглагдсан билээ.
15:3 Of a foreigner you may exact it again: but that which is yours with your brother yours hand shall release;
3 Харийн хүнээс өрөө нэхэж болно. Харин ах дүүсээсээ авах бүх өрийг цуцал.
15:4 Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless you in the land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance to possess it:
4 Өнөөдөр миний чамд өгч байгаа энэ бүх тушаалыг сахин мөрдөхийн тулд чи зөвхөн ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа дуу хоолойг дуулгавартай сонсох аваас,
15:5 Only if you carefully hearken unto the voice of the LORD your God, to observe to do all these commandments which I command you this day.
5 чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭНий чамд өв болгон эзэмшүүлэхээр өгч буй газар дээр ЭЗЭН чамайг үнэнхүү ивээх учир та нарын дунд ядуу хүн байхгүй болно.
15:6 For the LORD your God blesses you, as he promised you: and you shall lend unto many nations, but you shall not borrow; and you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you.
6 ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамд амласан ёсоороо чамайг ивээх болно. Чи олон үндэстнүүдэд зээлдүүлнэ. Харин чи зээлж авахгүй. Чи олон үндэстнүүдийг захирна. Харин чи тэдэнд захирагдахгүй.
15:7 If there be among you a poor man of one of your brethren within any of your gates in your land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not harden yours heart, nor shut yours hand from your poor brother:
7 Хэрэв ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамд өгч буй газар нутаг дээрх аль нэгэн хотод чиний ах дүүсийн дотор ядуу хүн байвал чи тэр ядуу ах дүүдээ хатуу зүрх сэтгэл бүү гарга. Түүнээс гараа бүү тат.
15:8 But you shall open yours hand wide unto him, and shall surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wants.
8 Харин чи түүнд заавал гараа сунгаж, түүний хэрэгтэй бүхнийг нь өгөөмрөөр хангаж, зээлүүл.
15:9 Beware that there be not a thought in your wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and yours eye be evil against your poor brother, and you give him nothing; and he cry unto the LORD against you, and it be sin unto you.
9 Чи болгоомжтой байж, дотроо хорон муу санаа бүү хадгал. "Өрөө цуцлах долоо дахь жил ойртлоо" гээд ядуу ах дүүгээ муухай харж, түүнд юу ч өгөхгүй байвал тэрээр ЭЗЭНд чиний эсрэг мэдүүлж, тэр нь чамд нүгэл болно.
15:10 You shall surely give him, and yours heart shall not be grieved when you give unto him: because that for this thing the LORD your God shall bless you in all your works, and in all that you put yours hand unto.
10 Чи түүнд өгөөмрөөр өгөх ёстой. Түүнд өглөг өгөхдөө харам сэтгэл бүү гарга. Ингэвэл ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чиний бүх ажил үйлс болон гардан хийх бүхний чинь төлөө чамайг ивээх болно.
15:11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command you, saying, You shall open yours hand wide unto your brother, to your poor, and to your needy, in your land.
11 Газар дэлхий дээр ядуу зүдүү хүн хэзээ ч тасрахгүй. Тийм учраас би чамд "Өөрийнхөө газар нутаг дээрх үгээгүй, ядуу зүдүү ах дүүстээ чи гараа сунгаж бай" гэж тушааж байна.
15:12 And if your brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto you, and serve you six years; then in the seventh year you shall let him go free from you.
12 Хэрэв чамтай угсаа нэг еврей эр, эсвэл еврей эм чамд худалдагдаад, зургаан жил чамд зарцлагдсан бол чи түүнийг долоо дахь жилд нь чөлөөлж явуул.
15:13 And when you send him out free from you, you shall not let him go away empty:
13 Түүнийг чи чөлөөлөхдөө гар хоосон бүү явуул.
15:14 You shall furnish him liberally out of your flock, and out of your floor, and out of your winepress: of that wherewith the LORD your God has blessed you you shall give unto him.
14 Түүнд мал сүргээсээ, үтрэмээсээ, усан үзэм шахах торхноосоо харамгүй өг. ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамайг ивээсэн шиг түүнд өг.
15:15 And you shall remember that you were a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you: therefore I command you this thing to day.
15 Чи Египетийн нутагт боол байснаа, чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭН чамайг зольсныг санаж яв. Тийм учраас би өнөөдөр чамд үүнийг тушааж байна.
15:16 And it shall be, if he say unto you, I will not go away from you; because he loves you and yours house, because he is well with you;
16 Хэрэв зарц чинь чамд болон чиний гэр бүлийнхэнд хайртай учир чамтай хамт байх нь илүү сайн гэж үзээд, чамд хандан ''Би танайхаас явахгүй'' гэвэл
15:17 Then you shall take an aul, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be your servant for ever. And also unto your maidservant you shall do likewise.
17 чи шөвөг аваад, түүний чихийг хаалганд нааж байгаад цоол. Тэгвэл тэр үүрд чиний зарц болно. Чи шивэгчинд ч мөн үүнчлэн үйлд.
15:18 It shall not seem hard unto you, when you send him away free from you; for he has been worth a double hired servant to you, in serving you six years: and the LORD your God shall bless you in all that you do.
18 Зарц чинь чамд зургаан жилийн турш хөлсний зарцаас хоёр дахин илүүгээр зарцлагдсан учраас чи түүнийг чөлөөлөхийг хэцүү гэж бүү бод. Тэгвэл ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чиний үйлдэх аливаа үйлсэд чамайг ивээнэ.
15:19 All the first born males that come of your herd and of your flock you shall sanctify unto the LORD your God: you shall do no work with the first born of your bullock, nor shear the first born of your sheep.
19 Чи өөрийнхөө үхэр, хонины ууган эр төл бүрийг өөрийн Бурхан ЭЗЭНд тусгаарлагтун. Чи үхрийнхээ ууган тугалыг бүү эдэл. Чи хониныхоо ууган хургыг бүү хярга.
15:20 You shall eat it before the LORD your God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, you and your household.
20 Чи болон гэр бүлийнхэн чинь ЭЗЭНийхээ сонгож авах газарт жил бүр ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өмнө түүнийгээ ид.
15:21 And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, you shall not sacrifice it unto the LORD your God.
21 Харин тэдгээр нь доголон юм уу, сохор, эсвэл өөр ямар нэгэн согогтой байвал түүнийг ЭЗЭН Бурхандаа зориулан тахил болгон өргөж болохгүй.
15:22 You shall eat it within your gates: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.
22 Чи түүнийг хотынхоо дотор ид. Бузартсан ба цэвэр хүний аль нь ч түүнийг зээр, бугын мах мэтээр ид.
15:23 Only you shall not eat the blood thereof; you shall pour it upon the ground as water.
23 Харин чи цусыг нь бүү ид, түүнийг газарт ус шиг асга.
16:1 Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the LORD your God: for in the month of Abib the LORD your God brought you forth out of Egypt by night.
1 Абиб сарыг сахиж, ЭЗЭН Бурхандаа зориулан Дээгүүр Өнгөрөх баярыг тэмдэглэ. Учир нь ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь Абиб сард чамайг Египетээс шөнөөр гаргаж авсан юм.
16:2 You shall therefore sacrifice the passover unto the LORD your God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the LORD shall choose to place his name there.
2 ЭЗЭНий Өөрийнхөө нэрийг тавихаар сонгосон газарт чи ЭЗЭН Бурхандаа Дээгүүр Өнгөрөх баярын тахилыг үхэр, хониор өргө.
16:3 You shall eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shall you eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for you came forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that you may remember the day when you came forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.
3 Чи Египет нутгаас яаруу гарсан тул түүнийг исгэсэн талхтай хольж идэж болохгүй. Долоо хоногийн турш түүнийг исгээгүй талх буюу зовлонгийн талхтай ид. Ийнхүү үйлдсэнээр чи Египетээс гарсан тэр өдрийг насан туршдаа санаж явах болно.
16:4 And there shall be no leavened bread seen with you in all your coast seven days; neither shall there any thing of the flesh, which you sacrificed the first day at even, remain all night until the morning.

16:5 You may not sacrifice the passover within any of your gates, which the LORD your God gives you:
5 Дээгүүр Өнгөрөх баярын тахилыг ЭЗЭН Бурханы чинь чамд өгч буй аль ч хотод өргөх ёсгүй.
16:6 But at the place which the LORD your God shall choose to place his name in, there you shall sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that you came forth out of Egypt.
6 Харин ЭЗЭН Бурханы чинь нэрээ тавихаар сонгосон газарт Египетээс чиний гарч явсан тэр цагт буюу нар шингэх үед үдшээр чи Дээгүүр Өнгөрөх баярын тахилыг өргө.
16:7 And you shall roast and eat it in the place which the LORD your God shall choose: and you shall turn in the morning, and go unto your tents.
7 Чи ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа сонгосон газарт тэр махыг шарж идээд, өглөөгүүр майхан уруугаа буц.
16:8 Six days you shall eat unleavened bread: and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to the LORD your God: you shall do no work therein.
8 Чи зургаан өдрийн турш исгээгүй талх идэн, долоо дахь өдөр нь ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өмнө ариун чуулган чуулж, тэр өдрөө ямар ч ажил бүү хий.
16:9 Seven weeks shall you number unto you: begin to number the seven weeks from such time as you begin to put the sickle to the corn.
9 Чи өөртөө долоон долоо хоногийг тоол. Боловсорсон тарианд хадуур хүргэж эхлэх үеэс хойш долоон долоо хоногийг тоол.
16:10 And you shall keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD your God with a tribute of a freewill offering of yours hand, which you shall give unto the LORD your God, according as the LORD your God has blessed you:
10 ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өмнө Долоо Хоногуудын Баярыг тэмдэглэж, ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамайг ивээдэгчлэн чи сайн дураараа, чадлынхаа хэрээр өргөл өргө.
16:11 And you shall rejoice before the LORD your God, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite that is within your gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD your God has chosen to place his name there.
11 ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь нэрээ тавихаар сонгох газарт чи болон чиний хүү, чиний охин, чиний зарц, шивэгчин, хотод чинь оршин суудаг левичүүд, та нарын дунд байгаа харийнхан, өнчин хүн, бэлэвсэн эмэгтэй цөмөөрөө ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өмнө хөгжин баярла.
16:12 And you shall remember that you were a bondman in Egypt: and you shall observe and do these statutes.
12 Чи Египетэд боол байснаа санаж, эдгээр зарлигийг чанд сахигтун.
16:13 You shall observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that you have gathered in your corn and your wine:
13 Та нар үтрэмээсээ болон усан үзэм шахах торхноосоо хурааж цуглуулж авсны дараа Майхан баярыг долоо хоног тэмдэглэ.
16:14 And you shall rejoice in your feast, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within your gates.
14 Тэр баяраар чи болон чиний хөвгүүд, охид, зарц, шивэгчид, танай хотод оршин суудаг левичүүд, харийнхан, өнчин хүн, бэлэвсэн эмэгтэй цөмөөрөө хөөрөн баярла.
16:15 Seven days shall you keep a solemn feast unto the LORD your God in the place which the LORD shall choose: because the LORD your God shall bless you in all yours increase, and in all the works of yours hands, therefore you shall surely rejoice.
15 Чи тэр баярыг ЭЗЭНий сонгож авах газарт ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өмнө долоо хоног тэмдэглэ. ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чиний хийж бүтээсэн бүх зүйл, чиний гараар бүтсэн аливаа ажил үйлсийг ивээх учир чи сэтгэл дүүрэн баярлах болно.
16:16 Three times in a year shall all your males appear before the LORD your God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty:
16 Жилд гурван удаа танай бүх эрчүүд Түүний сонгох газарт Исгээгүй Талхны баяр, Долоо Хоногийн баяр, Майхан баяраар ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өмнө үзэгдэх ёстой. Тэд ЭЗЭНий өмнө гар хоосон үзэгдэж болохгүй.
16:17 Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the LORD your God which he has given you.
17 Хүн бүр ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өгсөн ивээлийн хэрээр, чадлынхаа хэрээр өргөгтүн.
16:18 Judges and officers shall you make you in all your gates, which the LORD your God gives you, throughout your tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.
18 ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд өгч буй хот бүрд овгийнх нь тоогоор шүүгчид, түшмэдийг томил. Тэд хүмүүсийг зөв шударгаар шүүх болно.
16:19 You shall not shift judgment; you shall not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift does blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.
19 Чи шударга ёсыг бүү гажуудуул, нүүр тал бүү хар, хээл хахууль бүү ав. Учир нь хээл хахууль бол мэргэн хүний нүдийг сохолж, зөв шударга хүний үгийг гуйвуулдаг.
16:20 That which is altogether just shall you follow, that you may live, and inherit the land which the LORD your God gives you.
20 Чи амьдарч, ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд өгч буй тэр газрыг эзэмшихийн тулд чи шударга ёсыг, зөвхөн шударга ёсыг л дага.
16:21 You shall not plant you a grove of any trees near unto the altar of the LORD your God, which you shall make you.
21 ЭЗЭН Бурхандаа зориулан босгох тахилын ширээний дэргэд ямар нэгэн модон Ашера шонг бүү босго.
16:22 Neither shall you set you up any image; which the LORD your God hates.
22 Чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭНий үзэн яддаг чулуун баганыг чи өөртөө зориулан бүү босго.
17:1 You shall not sacrifice unto the LORD your God any bullock, or sheep, wherein is blemish, or any evil thing: for that is an abomination unto the LORD your God.
1 Чи өөрийн Бурхан ЭЗЭНд өө сэвтэй, ямар нэгэн согогтой үхэр, хонийг бүү өргө. Учир нь тэр чинь чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭНий өмнө жигшүүрт зүйл юм.
17:2 If there be found among you, within any of your gates which the LORD your God gives you, man or woman, that has wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD your God, in transgressing his covenant,
2 ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд өгч буй хотуудын аль нэгэнд, та нарын дунд суудаг эрэгтэй, эмэгтэй хэн нэгэн хүн Түүний гэрээг зөрчин, ЭЗЭН Бурханы чинь өмнө муу үйл хийж,
17:3 And has gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;
3 миний тушаасны эсрэг өөр бурхдад очиж, зарагдан тэдэнд, эсвэл нар, сар, тэнгэрийн алив эрхэст мөргөвөөс
17:4 And it be told you, and you have heard of it, and enquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel:

17:5 Then shall you bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto your gates, even that man or that woman, and shall stone them with stones, till they die.

17:6 At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death.

17:7 The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So you shall put the evil away from among you.

17:8 If there arise a matter too hard for you in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within your gates: then shall you arise, and get you up into the place which the LORD your God shall choose;
8 Хэрэв хотын чинь доторх маргаанаас бие биеийнхээ цусыг урсгасан юм уу, бие биетэйгээ маргалдсан, эсвэл бие биеэ зодсон зэрэг шийдвэрлэхэд хэцүү хэрэг гарвал чи босож ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа сонгож авах газар уруу явж,
17:9 And you shall come unto the priests the Levites, and unto the judge that shall be in those days, and enquire; and they shall show you the sentence of judgment:
9 Леви овгийн тахилч юм уу, тэр үед байх шүүгч дээр очиж тэдний тухай асууж лавла. Тэгвэл тэд чамд хэрхэн шүүн хэлэлцэхийг заана.
17:10 And you shall do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall show you; and you shall observe to do according to all that they inform you:
10 Чи ЭЗЭНий сонгон авах газраас тэдний чамд өгсөн шийдвэрийн ёсоор гүйцэтгэ. Чи тэдний заасан бүхнийг ёсоор гүйцэтгэхийг анхаар.
17:11 According to the sentence of the law which they shall teach you, and according to the judgment which they shall tell you, you shall do: you shall not decline from the sentence which they shall show you, to the right hand, nor to the left.
11 Тэдний чамд зааж өгөх хуулийн зүйл анги, тэдний чамд хэлж өгсөн шийдвэрийн ёсоор гүйцэтгэ. Тэдний чамд хэлсэн үгээс баруун тийш ч, зүүн тийш ч бүү хазай.
17:12 And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that stands to minister there before the LORD your God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and you shall put away the evil from Israel.
12 ЭЗЭН Бурхандаа үйлчлэхээр тэнд зогсож буй тахилч юм уу, шүүгчийг сонсохгүй давлиун загнах хүн байвал тэр хүнийг алах ёстой. Израилиас муу муухайг ингэж зайлуул.
17:13 And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously.
13 Тэгвэл бүх хүмүүс түүнийг сонсож, айгаад дахин тийм давлиун явдал гарахгүй.
17:14 When you are come unto the land which the LORD your God gives you, and shall possess it, and shall dwell therein, and shall say, I will set a king over me, like all the nations that are about me;
14 ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд өгч буй тэр газарт чи хүрч очоод, түүнийг эзэмшиж, тэнд оршин суухдаа "Бидний эргэн тойронд байгаа бүх үндэстнүүдийнх шиг өөрсдийнхөө дээр хааныг залъя" гэвэл
17:15 You shall in any way set him king over you, whom the LORD your God shall choose: one from among your brethren shall you set king over you: you may not set a stranger over you, which is not your brother.
15 чи заавал ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа сонгох хүнийг л өөрийнхөө дээр суух хаанаар зал. Чи ах дүүсийнхээ хэн нэгийг өөрийнхөө дээр суух хаан болго. Харин чиний ах дүү биш, харийн хүнийг өөрийнхөө дээр суух хаанаа бүү болго.
17:16 But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses: forasmuch as the LORD has said unto you, All of you shall henceforth return no more that way.
16 Тэрээр өөрийнхөө төлөө адуугаа өсгөх ч ёсгүй, адуугаа өсгөхөөр хүмүүсийг Египет уруу буцаах ч ёсгүй. Учир нь ЭЗЭН "Та нар энэ замаар дахин хэзээ ч буцах ёсгүй" гэж та нарт айлдсан билээ.
17:17 Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.
17 Тэр хүн өөртөө олон эхнэр авч зүрх нь уруу татагдах ёсгүй. Тэрээр өөртөө зориулан алт мөнгөө арвижуулж болохгүй.
17:18 And it shall be, when he sits upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites:
18 Тэрээр хаан ширээнд залрангуутаа Леви овгийн тахилч нарын өмнө байдаг энэ номоос энэ хуулийг өөртөө хуйлмал ном дээр хуулан бичиж аваад,
17:19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:
19 өөртөө хадгалж түүнийгээ амьдралынхаа бүхий л өдрүүдийн турш унших ёстой. Энэ нь тэр хүн энэ хуулийн бүх үгсийг, эдгээр зарлигийг хянан сахиснаараа өөрийн Бурхан ЭЗЭНээс айн эмээхийг сурахын тулд бөгөөд
17:20 That his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he, and his children, in the midst of Israel.

18:1 The priests the Levites, and all the tribe of Levi, shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel: they shall eat the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and his inheritance.
1 Левийн тахилч нар буюу Левийн бүх овог нь Израилийн дунд хувь ч үгүй, өв ч үгүй болно. Тэд ЭЗЭНд галаар өргөх тахил болон Түүний хувиас идэх болно.
18:2 Therefore shall they have no inheritance among their brethren: the LORD is their inheritance, as he has said unto them.
2 Тэд ах дүү нарынхаа дунд өвгүй байна. Учир нь ЭЗЭН тэдэнд амласан ёсоороо Өөрөө тэдний өв байх юм.
18:3 And this shall be the priest's due from the people, from them that offer a sacrifice, whether it be ox or sheep; and they shall give unto the priest the shoulder, and the two cheeks, and the maw.
3 Ард түмний өргөлөөс тахилчийн авах хувь нь тахилд өргөх үхэр, хонины хаа, хоёр эрүү, гэдэс дотор болно. Эдгээрийг тахилчид өгөх ёстой.
18:4 The first-fruit also of your corn, of your wine, and of yours oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep, shall you give him.
4 Чи түүнд үр тарианыхаа дээж, шинэ дарс, тос, хонины ноосныхоо дээжийг өгөх ёстой.
18:5 For the LORD your God has chosen him out of all your tribes, to stand to minister in the name of the LORD, him and his sons for ever.
5 ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь танай бүх овгуудын дундаас түүнийг болон түүний хөвгүүдийг үүрд ЭЗЭНий нэрээр зогсоон, үйлчлүүлэхийн тулд сонгожээ.
18:6 And if a Levite come from any of your gates out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the LORD shall choose;
6 Израилийн бүх газар нутаг дээрх аль нэгэн хотод амьдран суудаг Леви хүн тэндээсээ явж, ЭЗЭНий сонгосон газарт чин сэтгэлээрээ хүрч ирвэл
18:7 Then he shall minister in the name of the LORD his God, as all his brethren the Levites do, which stand there before the LORD.
7 тэрээр ЭЗЭНий өмнө тэнд зогсож байгаа бүх Леви ах дүүсийнхээ нэгэн адил ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа нэрээр үйлчлэх болно.
18:8 They shall have like portions to eat, beside that which comes of the sale of his patrimony.
8 Түүний авах хувь нь тэдэнтэй адил байх бөгөөд эцгээс өвлөсөн хөрөнгийг худалдаж олсон мөнгө нь ч бас түүнийх болно.
18:9 When you are come into the land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.
9 ЭЗЭН Бурханы чинь чамд өгч байгаа тэр газарт чи хүрч очихдоо, тэндхийн үндэстнүүдийн жигшүүрт үйлсийг бүү дуурайгтун.
18:10 There shall not be found among you any one that makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that uses divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
10 Та нарын дунд, хүү юм уу, охиноо галын дундуур гаргагчид, мэргэ төлөгч, совин тайлагч, ид шидтэн, илбэчин,
18:11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
11 хараалч, сүнс зуучлагч, хар домч, сүнс дуудагч бүү байг.
18:12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD your God does drive them out from before you.
12 Эдгээрийг үйлдэгч хэн боловч ЭЗЭНд жигшүүртэй юм. Ийм жигшүүрт үйлээс болж ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чиний өмнөөс тэднийг хөөн гаргана.
18:13 You shall be perfect with the LORD your God.
13 Чи өөрийн Бурхан ЭЗЭНий өмнө төгс бай.
18:14 For these nations, which you shall possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for you, the LORD your God has not suffered you so to do.
14 Чиний хөөж гаргах эдгээр үндэстнүүд нь совин тайлагч, мэргэ төлөгчдийг сонсдог. Харин чиний хувьд, ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамайг тэгэхийг зөвшөөрөхгүй.
18:15 The LORD your God will raise up unto you a Prophet from the midst of you, of your brethren, like unto me; unto him all of you shall hearken;
15 ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чиний төлөө та нарын дундаас, ах дүү нарын чинь дотроос над шиг нэгэн эш үзүүлэгчийг гаргаж ирнэ. Та нар түүнийг сонсогтун.
18:16 According to all that you desired of the LORD your God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.
16 Энэ нь Хореб ууланд чуулган болсон тэр өдөр чи ЭЗЭН Бурханаасаа гуйсан бүхний чинь дагуу юм. Тэгэхэд чи ''ЭЗЭН Бурханы минь дуу хоолойг надад дахин бүү сонсгооч. Энэ их галыг надад дахин бүү харуулаач. Би үхчих вий'' гэж хэлсэн билээ.
18:17 And the LORD said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken.

18:18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto you, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
18 Би тэдний ах дүү нарынх нь дундаас чам шиг нэгэн эш үзүүлэгчийг гаргаж, Өөрийнхөө үгийг түүний аманд тавина. Миний түүнд тушаах бүхнийг тэр тэдэнд хэлнэ.
18:19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

18:20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.
20 Харин Миний хэлэгтүн гэж тушаагаагүй үгийг эш үзүүлэгч Миний нэрээр дураараа яривал, эсвэл өөр бурхдын нэрээр яривал тэр эш үзүүлэгч үхэх болно" гэсэн.
18:21 And if you say in yours heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?
21 Та нар дотроо "ЭЗЭНий айлдаагүй үг гэдгийг бид яаж мэдэх билээ?" гэж бодох биз ээ.
18:22 When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken, but the prophet has spoken it presumptuously: you shall not be afraid of him.
22 Хэрэв эш үзүүлэгчийн ЭЗЭНий нэрээр хэлсэн зүйл болох ч үгүй, биелэх ч үгүй байвал тэр нь ЭЗЭНий айлдсан үг биш. Тэр эш үзүүлэгч үүнийг дураараа хэлсэн байх тул чи түүнээс бүү ай.
19:1 When the LORD your God has cut off the nations, whose land the LORD your God gives you, and you succeed them, and dwell in their cities, and in their houses;
1 Чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭН эдгээр үндэстнийг устгаад, ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь тэдний газар нутгийг чамд өгөхөд чи тэднийг хөөн гаргаад, тэдний хот, тэдний орон байрнуудад амьдран суухдаа
19:2 You shall separate three cities for you in the midst of your land, which the LORD your God gives you to possess it.
2 ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд эзэмшүүлэхээр өгч буй нутгийн төв дунд өөрсдөдөө зориулан гурван хотыг тусгаарла.
19:3 You shall prepare you a way, and divide the coasts of your land, which the LORD your God gives you to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither.
3 Чи өөртөө зориулан замууд засаж ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд эзэмшил болгон өгч буй нутаг дэвсгэрийг гурван хэсэгт хуваа. Тэгснээр хэн нэгэн алуурчин тийшээ зугтан очиг.
19:4 And this is the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso kills his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past;
4 Тийшээ зугтаан очиж амьдарч болох алуурчны хэрэг нь ийм байх юм. Тэр хөршийнхөө хүнийг урьдын өс хонзонгоор биш, санамсаргүйгээр алсан тохиолдолд
19:5 As when a man goes into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetches a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slips from the wooden handle, and lights upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall flee unto one of those cities, and live:

19:6 Lest the avenger of the blood pursue the slayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and slay him; whereas he was not worthy of death, inasmuch as he hated him not in time past.
6 Эс тэгвээс хөршийнхөө хүнийг урьдын өс хонзонгоор алаагүй тэр хүнийг алах нь зохисгүй атал цусан өшөө авагчийн уур хилэн нь буцалж, алуурчныг мөрдөн, хөөх зам нь урт байвал түүнийг гүйцэн очоод, ална.
19:7 Wherefore I command you, saying, You shall separate three cities for you.
7 Тиймээс би чамд "Өөртөө гурван хотыг тусгаарлан ав" гэж тушааж байна.
19:8 And if the LORD your God enlarge your coast, as he has sworn unto your fathers, and give you all the land which he promised to give unto your fathers;
8 ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чиний өвөг дээдэст тангарагласан ёсоороо чиний нутгийн хилийг тэлж, өвөг дээдэст чинь өгөхөөр амласан бүх газрыг чамд өгвөл,
19:9 If you shall keep all these commandments to do them, which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to walk ever in his ways; then shall you add three cities more for you, beside these three:
9 бас чи өөрийн Бурхан ЭЗЭНийг хайрлан, ямагт Түүний замаар явахын тулд миний өнөөдөр чамд тушааж байгаа энэ бүх тушаалыг даган биелүүлбэл энэ гурван хотоос гадна өөр гурван хотыг нэмж ав.
19:10 That innocent blood be not shed in your land, which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance, and so blood be upon you.
10 ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд өв болгон өгч буй тэр газар дээр гэмгүй цусыг бүү урсга. Тэгвэл цус урсгасан гэм чамд оногдохгүй.
19:11 But if any man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and strike him mortally that he die, and flees into one of these cities:
11 Харин хэн нэгэн хүн хөршөө үзэн ядаж, түүнийг отож байгаад, дайран цохисноор нөгөө хүн үхээд, алуурчин тэдгээр хотын аль нэгэнд зугтан очвол
19:12 Then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.
12 тэр хотын ахмадууд хүн илгээж, түүнийг тэндээс бариад, цусан өшөө авагчийнх нь гарт тушааж, түүнийг ална.
19:13 Yours eye shall not pity him, but you shall put away the guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with you.
13 Чи түүнийг бүү өрөвдөн хар. Гэмгүй цусыг урсгасны нүглийг чи Израилиас зайлуул. Тэгвэл чи сайн сайхан явах болно.
19:14 You shall not remove your neighbour's landmark, which they of old time have set in yours inheritance, which you shall inherit in the land that the LORD your God gives you to possess it.
14 ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд эзэмшүүлэхээр өгч байгаа тэр газарт буюу чиний өвлөн авах газар дээр өвгөд дээдсийн тогтоосон хөршүүдийнхөө шавыг бүү хөдөлгө.
19:15 One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sins: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.
15 Ямар нэгэн гэм буруу, эсвэл нүгэл үйлдсэн хүний эсрэг ганцхан гэрч тэмцэж чадахгүй. Харин хоёр юм уу, гурван гэрчийн амаар тэр хэргийг тогтоох ёстой.
19:16 If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;
16 Хэрэв хүнийг хэрэгтэн хэмээн буруутгахаар хуурамч гэрч гарч ирвэл,
19:17 Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;
17 маргалдаж байгаа хоёр хүн ЭЗЭНий өмнө, тэр өдрийнх нь тахилч нар, шүүгчдийн өмнө зогсоно.
19:18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and has testified falsely against his brother;
18 Шүүгчид тэр хэргийг нягтлан шалгаад, хэрэв гэрч нь хуурамч гэрч байгаад ах дүүгийнхээ эсрэг худал мэдүүлэг өгсөн нь батлагдвал
19:19 Then shall all of you do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shall you put the evil away from among you.
19 ах дүүгийнхээ эсрэг хийх гэж төлөвлөснийг нь өөрт нь эргүүлэн оноогтун. Та нар өөрсдийнхөө дундаас бузар мууг ийнхүү зайлуул.
19:20 And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.
20 Тэгвэл бусад хүмүүс сонсоод айж, та нарын дунд дахин хэзээ ч ийм бузар муу үйл үйлдэгдэхгүй болно.
19:21 And yours eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
21 Иймээс өршөөнгүй харцаар бүү хар. Амийг амиар, нүдийг нүдээр, шүдийг шүдээр, гарыг гараар, хөлийг хөлөөр.
20:1 When you go out to battle against yours enemies, and see horses, and chariots, and a people more than you, be not afraid of them: for the LORD your God is with you, which brought you up out of the land of Egypt.
1 Чи дайсантайгаа тулалдахаар гараад, өөрийнхөөс чинь илүү олон морьд, тэрэг, хүмүүсийг харвал тэднээс бүү ай. Учир нь чамайг Египет нутгаас авчирсан ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамтай хамт байна.
20:2 And it shall be, when all of you are come nigh unto the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak unto the people,
2 Та нарыг тулалдааны газар ойртох үед тахилч хүрч очоод, ард түмэнд хандан хэлнэ.
20:3 And shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, all of you approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be all of you terrified because of them;
3 Тэрээр тэдэнд хандан "Израиль аа, сонс! Өнөөдөр та нар дайсантайгаа тулалдахаар хүрч ирээд байна. Бүү зүрх алд. Та нар тэднээс бүү ай, бүү уймар, бүү чичир!
20:4 For the LORD your God is he that goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
4 Учир нь та нарын төлөө дайсантай чинь байлдахаар, та нарыг аврахаар та нартай хамт явагч нь чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭН юм" гэж хэл.
20:5 And the officers shall speak unto the people, saying, What man is there that has built a new house, and has not dedicated it? let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicate it.
5 Түшмэд ард олонд хандан "Шинэ байшин бариад, ёслолоо хийгээгүй байгаа хүн хэн байна вэ? Тэр хүн гэртээ буц. Тэрээр дайнд амиа алдаж, өөр хүн байшингийнх нь ёслолыг хийх вий.
20:6 And what man is he that has planted a vineyard, and has not yet eaten of it? let him also go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man eat of it.
6 Усан үзмийн цэцэрлэг байгуулаад, үр жимсийг нь амсаагүй байгаа хүн хэн байна вэ? Тэр хүн гэртээ буц. Тэрээр дайнд амиа алдаж үр жимсийг нь өөр хүн идэх вий.
20:7 And what man is there that has betrothed a wife, and has not taken her? let him go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man take her.
7 Бүсгүй хүнд сүй тавьсан боловч түүнийгээ авч амжаагүй хүн хэн байна бэ? Тэр хүн гэртээ буц. Тэр дайнд амиа алдаж, өөр хүн түүнийг нь авах вий" гээд,
20:8 And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and they shall say, What man is there that is fearful and fainthearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren's heart faint as well as his heart.
8 түшмэд ард олонд цааш нь үргэлжлүүлэн "Аймхай, зүрхгүй хүн хэн байна вэ? Тэр хүн гэртээ буц. Ингэснээр тэр ах дүү нараа өөр шигээ зүрх алдуулахгүй юм" гэж хэл.
20:9 And it shall be, when the officers have made an end of speaking unto the people that they shall make captains of the armies to lead the people.
9 Түшмэд ард олонд хандан ярьж дуусаад, ард олныг тэргүүлэх цэргийн дарга нарыг томилох болно.
20:10 When you come nigh unto a city to fight against it, then proclaim peace unto it.
10 Чи аль нэг хотыг дайран эзлэхээр очих үедээ, тэр хотынхонд хандан найрамдахыг зарлан тунхагла.
20:11 And it shall be, if it make you answer of peace, and open unto you, then it shall be, that all the people that is found therein shall be tributaries unto you, and they shall serve you.
11 Хэрэв тэр хот чамтай найрамдахыг зөвшөөрч, хотынхоо хаалгыг чамд нээж өгвөл чи тэр хотын бүх оршин суугчдыг албадан ажиллуулж, өөртөө үйлчлүүл.
20:12 And if it will make no peace with you, but will make war against you, then you shall besiege it:
12 Хэрэв тэр хотынхон чамтай найрамдалгүй, чамайг эсэргүүцэн байлдвал, чи тэр хотыг бүслэгтүн.
20:13 And when the LORD your God has delivered it into yours hands, you shall strike every male thereof with the edge of the sword:
13 ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь тэр хотыг чиний гарт тушаах үед чи тэр хотын бүх эрчүүдийг илдний ирээр цавч.
20:14 But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shall you take unto yourself; and you shall eat the spoil of yours enemies, which the LORD your God has given you.
14 Харин эмэгтэйчүүд, хүүхдүүд, мал сүрэг болон хотын дотроос олзолсон бүхэн чинийх учир ав. Чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭНээс чамд өгсөн, дайснуудаасаа олзолсон эд юмсыг чи эдэлж хэрэглэ.
20:15 Thus shall you do unto all the cities which are very far off from you, which are not of the cities of these nations.
15 Дэргэдэх эдгээр үндэстнүүдэд хамаарахгүй өөрөөс чинь хол байгаа хотуудад чи үүнийг үйлдэгтүн.
20:16 But of the cities of these people, which the LORD your God does give you for an inheritance, you shall keep alive nothing that breathes:
16 Харин ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд өв болгон өгч буй эдгээр ард түмнүүдийн хотуудаас амьсгаатай юуг ч бүү үлдээ.
20:17 But you shall utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the LORD your God has commanded you:
17 ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа тушаасан ёсоор чи хитчүүд, аморичууд, канаанчууд, перизчүүд, хивичүүд, иебусчуудыг хүйс тэмтэр.
20:18 That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should all of you sin against the LORD your God.
18 Эс тэгвэл тэд бурхаддаа үйлдсэн жигшүүрт бүхнээ та нарт зааж, дагуулан, та нараар ЭЗЭН Бурханд чинь нүгэл үйлдүүлэх болно шүү.
20:19 When you shall besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, you shall not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe against them: for you may eat of them, and you shall not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man's life) to employ them in the siege:
19 Та нар аль нэг хотыг эзлэхээр дайтан, удаан хугацаагаар бүслэх үед, сүхээ далайж тэндхийн моддыг бүү устга. Та нар тэр моддоос идэх учраас тэдгээрийг бүү цавчин унага. Талбайн модод чинь хүн юм уу? Та нар яахин түүнийг бүсэлнэ вэ?
20:20 Only the trees which you know that they be not trees for food, you shall destroy and cut them down; and you shall build bulwarks against the city that makes war with you, until it be subdued.
20 Харин та нар жимсний мод биш болохыг нь мэдэж байгаа моддыг устга. Тэгээд цавчин бэхлэлт хийн, та нартай байлдаж байгаа тэр хотынхныг ялагдах хүртэл нь хэрэглэ.
21:1 If one be found slain in the land which the LORD your God gives you to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who has slain him:
1 ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь чамд эзэмшүүлэхээр өгч буй газар дээр хэн нэгэн хүний хүүр хээр талд хэвтэж байх нь олдоод, хэнд алагдсан нь мэдэгдэхгүй байвал
21:2 Then your elders and your judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:
2 танай ахмадууд, шүүгчид гарч очоод, тэр алагдсан хүнээс эргэн тойрных нь хотууд хүртэлх зайг хэмж.
21:3 And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which has not been wrought with, and which has not drawn in the yoke;
3 Тэр алагдсан хүнд хамгийн ойр байгаа хотын ахмадууд нь эдэлгээ, буулганд ороогүй байгаа охин бярууг авна.
21:4 And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer's neck there in the valley:
4 Тэгээд тэр хотын ахмадууд охин бярууг урсгал ус бүхий хагалаагүй, тариалаагүй атар хөндий уруу хөтөлж аваачаад, хүзүүг нь хуга мушгина.
21:5 And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD your God has chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:
5 Левийн хөвгүүд болох тахилч нар бас тийшээ очно. Тэднийг Өөртөө үйлчлүүлж, ЭЗЭНий нэрээр ерөөл тавиулахаар ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь сонгосон юм. Аливаа маргаан, тэмцлийг тэдний үгээр шийднэ.
21:6 And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:
6 Мөнөөх алагдсан хүнд хамгийн ойрхон байгаа хотын ахмадууд бүгдээрээ тэр хөндийд хүзүүгээ хуга мушгиулсан охин бяруун дээр гараа угааж,
21:7 And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it.
7 "Бид өөрсдийн гараар энэ цусыг урсгаагүй, өөрсдийн нүдээр түүнийг хараа ч үгүй.
21:8 Be merciful, O LORD, unto your people Israel, whom you have redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto your people of Israel's charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.
8 Өө, ЭЗЭН! Та Өөрийн зольсон ард түмэн, Израилийг уучилж өршөө. Гэмгүй хүний цусыг урсгасан гэм бурууг Өөрийн ард түмэн Израилийн дунд бүү байлгаач" гэж хэлбэл цус урсгасан тэр гэм уучлагдах болно.
21:9 So shall you put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when you shall do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.
9 Чи тийнхүү ЭЗЭНий мэлмийд зөв үйлийг хийхдээ гэмгүй хүний цусыг урсгасан гэмийг өөрсдийнхөө дундаас зайлуулна.
21:10 When you go forth to war against yours enemies, and the LORD your God has delivered them into yours hands, and you have taken them captive,
10 Чамайг дайсантайгаа тулалдахаар явахад чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭН тэднийг гарт чинь тушааж, чи тэднийг олзлон авах үед,
21:11 And see among the captives a beautiful woman, and have a desire unto her, that you would have her to your wife;
11 олзлогдогсдын дунд үзэсгэлэнтэй бүсгүйг чи хараад, түүнийг хүсэмжлэн, эхнэрээ болгож авъя гэвэл
21:12 Then you shall bring her home to yours house, and she shall shave her head, and trim her nails;
12 түүнийг гэртээ өөрийн байшинд аваач. Тэгээд тэр бүсгүй үсээ хусаж, хумсаа авч,
21:13 And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in yours house, and mourn for her father and her mother a full month: and after that you shall go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be your wife.
13 олзлогдогчийн хувцсаа сольж, гэрт чинь суугаад, эцэг эхийгээ үгүйлэн бүтэн сар гашуудсаны дараа чи түүн дээр орж, нөхөр нь болж, тэр чиний эхнэр болно.
21:14 And it shall be, if you have no delight in her, then you shall let her go where she will; but you shall not sell her at all for money, you shall not make merchandise of her, because you have humbled her.
14 Тэгээд тэр бүсгүй хэрэв чамд таалагдахгүй байвал түүнийг дуртай зүгт нь явуул. Харин чи түүнийг мөнгөөр худалдаж хэрхэвч болохгүй. Чи түүнийг эзэгнэж байсан учраас түүнд боол шиг бүү ханд.
21:15 If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:
15 Хэрэв хоёр эхнэртэй хүн нэгэнд нь хайртай, нөгөөд нь хайргүй атал хайртай, хайргүй хоёр эхнэр нь хоёулаа түүнд хөвгүүн төрүүлэн өгч, ууган хүү нь хайргүй эхнэрээс нь гарсан байвал,
21:16 Then it shall be, when he makes his sons to inherit that which he has, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:
16 хөвгүүддээ өмчөө өвлүүлэх өдөр тэр хүн хайртай эхнэрээсээ гарсан хүүг хайргүй эхнэрээсээ гарсан жинхэнэ ууган хүүгийн өмнүүр ууган хүү болгож болохгүй.
21:17 But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he has: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.
17 Харин хайргүй эхнэрээс гарсан хүүгээ ууган хүү гэдгийг хүлээн зөвшөөрч, бүх өмч хөрөнгөнөөсөө түүнд хоёр дахин илүү хувийг өг. Учир нь тэрээр чиний эр чадлын охь болсныхоо хувьд ууган хүүгийн эрх түүнд бий.
21:18 If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:
18 Хэрвээ эцэг эхийнхээ үгийг дагадаггүй, зөрүүд, тэрслүү хүүтэй хэн нэгэн хүн хүүгээ зодож занчсан ч дуулгаваргүй байвал
21:19 Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;
19 эцэг эх нь түүнийг барьж аваад, хотынхоо хаалга уруу хотын ахмадуудад хүргэж өгөөд,
21:20 And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.
20 хотынхоо ахмадуудад хандан "Манай энэ хүү зөрүүд, тэрслүү хүүхэд, бидний үгэнд ордоггүй танхай балмад, архичин" хэмээвээс
21:21 And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shall you put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.
21 хотынхон бүгдээрээ түүн уруу чулуу шидэн алах ёстой. Тийнхүү чи өөрсдийнхөө дундаас бузар мууг зайлуул. Тэгвэл түүнийг бүх Израиль сонсоод, айж эмээнэ.
21:22 And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and you hang him on a tree:
22 Үхвэл зохих нүгэл үйлдсэн хүнийг алж, түүнийг модонд өлгөвөл
21:23 His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but you shall in any way bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that your land be not defiled, which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance.
23 хүүрийг нь модон дээр шөнөжин байлгаж болохгүй. Түүнийг тэр өдөрт нь булшил. ЭЗЭН Бурханаас чинь та нарт өв болгон өгч буй тэр газрыг бүү бузарла. Модон дээр өлгөгдсөн хүн бол Бурханаар хараагдсан болой.
22:1 You shall not see your brother's ox or his sheep go astray, and hide yourself from them: you shall in any case bring them again unto your brother.
1 Хэрэв чи ах дүүгийн чинь үхэр, хонь төөрч явааг харвал хайхралгүй бүү өнгөрөө. Харин чи түүнийг ах дүүдээ заавал буцаан хүргэж өг.
22:2 And if your brother be not nigh unto you, or if you know him not, then you shall bring it unto yours own house, and it shall be with you until your brother seek after it, and you shall restore it to him again.
2 Хэрвээ ах дүү чинь чамаас хол, эсвэл чи түүнийг мэдэхгүй байвал чи тэр малыг гэртээ авчраад, ах дүү чинь хайж иртэл нь өөртөө байлгаж байгаад, түүнд буцааж өг.
22:3 In like manner shall you do with his ass; and so shall you do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of your brother's, which he has lost, and you have found, shall you do likewise: you may not hide yourself.
3 Илжиг ч байсан буцааж өг, хувцас хунар ч байсан буцааж өг. Ах дүүгийнхээ аливаа алдагдсан зүйлийг олбол чи тийнхүү буцаан өгч бай. Хайхралгүй бүү өнгөрөө.
22:4 You shall not see your brother's ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide yourself from them: you shall surely help him to lift them up again.
4 Ах дүүгийн чинь илжиг, эсвэл үхэр замд унасан байхыг харвал хайхралгүй бүү өнгөр. Ах дүүдээ түүнийг түшиж босгоход нь заавал тусал.
22:5 The woman shall not wear that which pertains unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD your God.
5 Эмэгтэй нь эрэгтэй хүний хувцсыг бүү өмс. Эрэгтэй нь ч эмэгтэй хүний хувцсыг бүү өмс. Тэгсэн хэн бүхэн ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа жигшлийг төрүүлэх болно.
22:6 If a bird's nest chance to be before you in the way in any tree, or on the ground, whether they be young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, you shall not take the dam with the young:
6 Хэрэв явах замд чинь модон дээр, эсвэл газарт ангаахай юм уу өндөгтэй үүр байж, ангаахай эсвэл өндгөө дарсан эх шувуу дайралдвал эх болон ангаахайг хамтад нь бүү ав!
22:7 But you shall in any way let the dam go, and take the young to you; that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days.
7 Чи эхийг нь заавал явуул. Харин ангаахайг нь өөртөө авч болно. Тэгвэл чи сайн сайхан байж, урт насална.
22:8 When you build a new house, then you shall make a battlement for your roof, that you bring not blood upon yours house, if any man fall from thence.
8 Чи шинэ байшин барихдаа дээвэр дээрээ хашлага хий. Хэн нэгэн хүн чиний байшин дээрээс унаж, цус урссан гэм нь гэрт чинь оногдуузай.
22:9 You shall not sow your vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of your seed which you have sown, and the fruit of your vineyard, be defiled.
9 Усан үзмийн цэцэрлэгтээ хоёр өөр төрлийн үр бүү тарь. Хэрэв тэгвэл чиний тарьсан үрээс ургасан жимс, усан үзмийн цэцэрлэгийн ургац бүгд бохирдоно.
22:10 You shall not plow with an ox and an ass together.
10 Чи газар хагалахдаа үхэр, илжиг хоёрыг нэг анжсанд бүү хөллө.
22:11 You shall not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woolen and linen together.
11 Ноос маалинга хоёрыг хольж нэхсэн хувцас бүү өмс.
22:12 You shall make you fringes upon the four quarters of your vesture, wherewith you cover yourself.
12 Өмсдөг гадуур хувцасныхаа дөрвөн өнцөгт нь бүч хий.
22:13 If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,
13 Хэрэв хэн нэгэн хүн эхнэр авч, түүнтэйгээ унтаад, түүнд дургүй болж,
22:14 And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:
14 ''Би энэ хүүхнийг авсан. Харин түүнтэй унтаад би түүний онгоны шинж тэмдгийг олж мэдсэнгүй" хэмээн гүтгэн, нэрийг нь гутаавал,
22:15 Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:

22:16 And the damsel's father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hates her;
16 бүсгүйн эцэг нь ахмадуудад хандан "Би охиноо энэ хүнд эхнэр болгон өгсөн билээ. Гэтэл тэр дургүйцэн,
22:17 And, lo, he has given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not your daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.
17 "Би чиний охины онгоны шинж тэмдгийг олж мэдсэнгүй" хэмээн түүнийг гүтгэсэн. Гэтэл хар! Миний охины онгоны шинж тэмдэг энэ байна" гэж хэлээд эцэг эх нь хотын ахмадуудын өмнө хувцсыг нь дэлгэн үзүүлнэ.
22:18 And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;
18 Хотын ахмадууд тэр хүнийг барьж авч цээрлүүлнэ.
22:19 And they shall fine him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he has brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.
19 Тэр хүн Израилийн онгон бүсгүйн нэрийг гутаасан учир тэд түүнийг зуун мөнгөн шекелээр торгон, мөнгийг бүсгүйн эцэгт өгнө. Тэгээд мөнөөх бүсгүй түүний эхнэр нь хэвээрээ үлдэх болно. Тэр хүн насан туршдаа түүнээс салж болохгүй.
22:20 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:
20 Харин тэр бүсгүйг онгон байгаагүй гэсэн түүний мэдүүлэг нь үнэн байвал,
22:21 Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she has wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shall you put evil away from among you.
21 бүсгүйг эцгийнх нь гэрийн үүдэн дээр аваачиж, хотынхон нь түүн уруу чулуу шидэж ал. Учир нь тэр бүсгүй эцгийнхээ гэрт садарлан самуурч Израильд шившигт хэрэг хийсэн. Чи өөрсдийнхөө дундаас бузар мууг ингэж зайлуул.
22:22 If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shall you put away evil from Israel.
22 Хэрвээ хэн нэгэн эр гэрлэсэн эмэгтэйтэй унтаж байгаад баригдвал эмэгтэйтэй унтсан эр болон мөнөөх эмэгтэй хоёулаа үхвэл зохино. Та нар бузар мууг ингэж Израилиас зайлуулах ёстой.
22:23 If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;
23 Хэрэв хүнтэй сүй тавьсан онгон бүсгүйтэй өөр эрэгтэй хүн хотын дотор учраад, унтвал
22:24 Then all of you shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and all of you shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he has humbled his neighbour's wife: so you shall put away evil from among you.

22:25 But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die.
25 Хэрвээ хүнтэй сүй тавьсан бүсгүйтэй хэн нэгэн эр хөдөө хээр тааралдаад хүчиндсэн байвал зөвхөн тэр хүчиндсэн эрийг л алах ёстой.
22:26 But unto the damsel you shall do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man rises against his neighbour, and slays him, even so is this matter:
26 Тэр бүсгүй алуулбал зохих нүгэлгүй учир түүнийг зүгээр орхи. Энэ нь хэн нэг хүн хөрш уруугаа дайран амийг нь хороосонтой адил хэрэг юм.
22:27 For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.
27 Учир нь тэр эр бүсгүйтэй хөдөө хээр тааралдах үед тэр сүйт бүсгүй хашхирсан ч гэсэн түүнийг аврах хэн ч байхгүй байсан.
22:28 If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;
28 Хэрвээ хэн нэгэн эр сүй тавиагүй, онгон бүсгүйтэй тааралдаж, түүнийг барьж аваад, унтаж байгаад баригдвал
22:29 Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he has humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.
29 түүнтэй унтсан тэр эр бүсгүйн эцэгт тавин мөнгөн шекел өгч, тэр бүсгүйг эхнэр болгон авах ёстой. Учир нь тэрээр бүсгүйг хүчирхийлсэн юм. Тэр насан туршдаа түүнээс салж болохгүй.
22:30 A man shall not take his father's wife, nor discover his father's skirt.
30 Хэн нэгэн хүн эцгийнхээ эхнэрийг авч, эцгийнхээ хормойг сөхөж болохгүй.
23:1 He that is wounded in the stones, or has his private parts cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD.
1 Төмсгөө няцлуулсан юм уу, бэлэг эрхтнээ огтлуулсан хэн ч гэсэн ЭЗЭНий чуулганд орох ёсгүй.
23:2 A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.
2 Хууль бус гэрлэлтээс төрсөн хэн ч гэсэн, түүний арван үеийн үр удмынхан ч гэсэн ЭЗЭНий чуулганд орох ёсгүй.
23:3 An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever:
3 Аммончууд, моабчууд ЭЗЭНий чуулганд орох ёсгүй. Тэдний арван үеийн үр удмынхан ч гэсэн ЭЗЭНий чуулганд хэзээ ч орох ёсгүй.
23:4 Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when all of you came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.
4 Учир нь тэд чамайг Египетээс гарахад замд чинь талх ус барин та нарыг угтаагүй, мөн чамайг хараалгахын тулд Месопотами дахь петор хүн Беорын хүү Балаамыг чиний эсрэг хөлсөлсөн болой.
23:5 Nevertheless the LORD your God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD your God turned the curse into a blessing unto you, because the LORD your God loved you.
5 Гэсэн хэдий ч ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамайг хайрладаг учир Балаамыг сонсохыг хүссэнгүй, харин тэр хараалыг чиний төлөө ерөөл болгон хувиргасан.
23:6 You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days for ever.
6 Чи насан туршдаа тэдэнд амар тайван, сайн сайхныг хэзээ ч бүү хүс.
23:7 You shall not detest an Edomite; for he is your brother: you shall not detest an Egyptian; because you were a stranger in his land.
7 Чи едомчуудыг бүү үзэн яд. Тэд бол чиний ах дүүс. Чи египетчүүдийг бүү үзэн яд. Яагаад гэвэл та нар тэдний газар нутаг дээр харийн хүмүүс болж байсан.
23:8 The children that are begotten of them shall enter into the congregation of the LORD in their third generation.
8 Тэдний гурав дахь үеийн хөвгүүд нь ЭЗЭНий чуулганд оролцож болно.
23:9 When the host goes forth against yours enemies, then keep you from every wicked thing.
9 Чи дайснуудынхаа эсрэг хуарагнахдаа аливаа бузар зүйлээс сэргийл.
23:10 If there be among you any man, that is not clean by reason of uncleanness that chances him by night, then shall he go abroad out of the camp, he shall not come within the camp:
10 Хэрэв та нарын хэн нэг нь шөнө дур тавьснаас болж бузартсан бол тэрээр хуарангаас гарч, хуарандаа эргэж орох ёсгүй.
23:11 But it shall be, when evening comes on, he shall wash himself with water: and when the sun is down, he shall come into the camp again.
11 Харин үдэш болоход тэр биеэ усаар угаагаад, нар шингэмэгц хуарандаа эргэн орж болно.
23:12 You shall have a place also without the camp, where you shall go forth abroad:
12 Чи бас хуарангаас гадна бие засах газар барьж, тийшээгээ очиж болно.
23:13 And you shall have a paddle upon your weapon; and it shall be, when you will ease yourself abroad, you shall dig therewith, and shall turn back and cover that which comes from you:
13 Чиний багаж зэвсгүүдийн дунд хүрз байх ёстой. Чи гараад бие засахдаа, түүгээрээ газар ухаж, эргээд ялгадсаа бул.
23:14 For the LORD your God walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you, and to give up yours enemies before you; therefore shall your camp be holy: that he see no unclean thing in you, and turn away from you.
14 ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамайг аварч, дайснуудыг чинь та нарт тушаахаар хуарангийн чинь дундуур явах учир хуаран чинь ариун байх ёстой. Тэгвэл та нарын дундаас Тэр бузар муухай зүйлийг олж харахгүй учир чамайг орхихгүй.
23:15 You shall not deliver unto his master the servant which is escaped from his master unto you:
15 Эзнээсээ оргож чам уруу очсон боолыг чи эзэнд нь буцааж бүү тушаа.
23:16 He shall dwell with you, even among you, in that place which he shall choose in one of your gates, where it likes him best: you shall not oppress him.
16 Тэр боол танай аль нэгэн хотын дотроос өөртөө таатай хэмээн сонгож авсан газартаа та нарын дунд чамтай хамт амьдран сууг. Түүнийг бүү дарамтал.
23:17 There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.
17 Израиль охидын дунд сүмийн янхан байх ёсгүй. Израиль хөвгүүдийн дотор сүмийн янхан эр байх ёсгүй.
23:18 You shall not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD your God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD your God.
18 Янхны олсон мөнгө хийгээд нохой мэт хүний (сүмийн янхан эрийн) олсон хөлсийг ямар ч тангаргийн өргөлд зориулан ЭЗЭН Бурханыхаа өргөөнд бүү оруул. Тэр хоёрыг хоёуланг нь ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь жигшдэг билээ.
23:19 You shall not lend upon interest to your brother; interest of money, interest of victuals, interest of any thing that is lent upon interest:
19 Чи ах дүүгээсээ зээлийн хүү битгий нэх. Тухайлбал мөнгөний хүү, хоол хүнсний хүү болон бусад аливаа хүүлж болмоор зүйлсээсээ хүү битгий ав.
23:20 Unto a stranger you may lend upon interest; but unto your brother you shall not lend upon interest: that the LORD your God may bless you in all that you set yours hand to in the land where you go to possess it.
20 Чи гадаадын хүнээс зээлийн хүүг авч болно, харин ах дүүгээсээ зээлийн хүү битгий нэх. Тэгвэл ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чиний эзэмшихээр очих гэж буй газар нутаг дээр чиний гараараа хийсэн бүхний төлөө чамайг ивээнэ.
23:21 When you shall vow a vow unto the LORD your God, you shall not slack to pay it: for the LORD your God will surely require it of you; and it would be sin in you.
21 Чи ЭЗЭН Бурхандаа амласан бол төлөхөө бүү удаашруул. ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь үүнийг чамаас заавал шаардах бөгөөд энэ нь чамд нүгэл болно.
23:22 But if you shall forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in you.
22 Хэрэв чи амлаагүй бол нүгэлгүй байхсан.
23:23 That which is gone out of your lips you shall keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as you have vowed unto the LORD your God, which you have promised with your mouth.
23 Чи амаараа хэлсэн зүйлээ ЭЗЭН Бурхандаа сайн дураараа тангарагласан шигээ хэлсэн зүйлээ хэрэгжүүлэхдээ анхаар.
23:24 When you come into your neighbour's vineyard, then you may eat grapes your fill at yours own pleasure; but you shall not put any in your vessel.
24 Чи хөршийнхөө усан үзмийн цэцэрлэгт орохдоо, усан үзмээс нь дураараа, цадтал идэж болно. Харин сагсандаа нэгийг ч бүү хий.
23:25 When you come into the standing corn of your neighbour, then you may pluck the ears with yours hand; but you shall not move a sickle unto your neighbour's standing corn.
25 Чи хөршийнхөө тариан талбайд орохдоо тариан түрүүг гараараа шувтран авч болно. Харин хөршийнхөө тарианд хадуураа бүү хүргэ.
24:1 When a man has taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he has found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
1 Хэрэв хэн нэгэн хүн эхнэр авч гэрлэснийхээ дараа түүнд ичгүүрт зүйл байгааг олж мэдээд, түүнийг таалахаа байвал салалтын гэрчилгээг бичиж, гарт нь өгөөд, түүнийг гэрээсээ явуул.
24:2 And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.
2 Тэр эмэгтэй түүний гэрээс яваад, өөр хүний эхнэр болж,
24:3 And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and gives it in her hand, and sends her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;
3 хоёр дахь нөхөр нь бас түүнд дургүйцэж салалтын гэрчилгээ бичиж, гарт нь өгөөд гэрээсээ явуулах юм уу, эсвэл түүнийг эхнэрээ болгон авсан хоёр дахь нөхөр нь үхвэл
24:4 Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and you shall not cause the land to sin, which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance.
4 тэр эмэгтэй бузартсан учир түүнийг явуулсан анхны нөхөр нь дахин эхнэрээ болгон авч болохгүй. Ингэх нь ЭЗЭНий өмнө жигшүүрт зүйл болно. ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамд өв болгон өгч буй газар нутаг дээр чи нүгэл бүү авчир.
24:5 When a man has taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he has taken.
5 Саяхан гэрлэсэн хүнийг цэрэгт бүү явуул. Аливаа албанд бүү тат. Тэрээр нэг жил гэртээ чөлөөтэй сууж, авсан эхнэртээ аз жаргал өгөх ёстой.
24:6 No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he takes a man's life to pledge.
6 Хэн ч гар тээрмийг, эсвэл тээрмийн бул чулууг бүү барьцаанд ав. Энэ нь хүний амийг барьцаалсан хэрэг болно.
24:7 If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and makes merchandise of him, or sells him; then that thief shall die; and you shall put evil away from among you.
7 Хэрэв хэн нэгэн нь ах дүү болох Израилийн хөвгүүдээс нэг хүнийг хулгайлж, түүнийгээ боолчлох юм уу, худалдсан нь мэдэгдвэл тэр хулгайчийг ал. Та нар өөрсдийнхөө дотроос тийнхүү бузар мууг арилган зайлуул.
24:8 Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that you observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so all of you shall observe to do.
8 Чи арьсны халдварт өвчнөөс болгоомжилж, тахилч левичүүдийн та нарт заах бүгдийн дагуу хичээнгүйлэн хий. Миний тэдэнд тушаасанчлан та нар анхааралтай үйлд.
24:9 Remember what the LORD your God did unto Miriam by the way, after that all of you were come forth out of Egypt.
9 Та нарыг Египетээс гарч ирэх замд ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь Мириамыг яасныг санагтун.
24:10 When you do lend your brother any thing, you shall not go into his house to fetch his pledge.
10 Чи хөршдөө ямар нэгэн юм зээлдүүлэхдээ барьцаа авахаар гэрт нь бүү ор.
24:11 You shall stand abroad, and the man to whom you do lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto you.
11 Чи гадаа нь зогсоод, чамаас зээл авсан хүн барьцаагаа өөрөө чамд авчирч өгөх ёстой.
24:12 And if the man be poor, you shall not sleep with his pledge:
12 Хэрэв тэрээр ядуу хүн байвал түүний барьцааг гэртээ бүү хонуул.
24:13 In any case you shall deliver him the pledge again when the sun goes down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless you: and it shall be righteousness unto you before the LORD your God.
13 Чи түүний барьцааг нар шингэх үед заавал буцааж өгөх ёстой. Тэгвэл тэр хүн хувцсаа нөмөрч унтаад, чамайг ерөөнө. Энэ чинь ЭЗЭН Бурханы чинь өмнө чиний зөвт байдал болно.
24:14 You shall not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of your brethren, or of your strangers that are in your land within your gates:
14 Чи ядуу зүдүү хөлсний зарцаа ах дүү чинь ч байсан, танай нутагт хотын чинь дотор суудаг харийн хүн ч байсан бүү дарангуйл.
24:15 At his day you shall give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and sets his heart upon it: lest he cry against you unto the LORD, and it be sin unto you.
15 Чи түүний хөлс мөнгийг өдөрт нь нар шингэхээс өмнө өгч бай. Учир нь тэрээр ядуу бөгөөд сэтгэлдээ хөлсөө тэсэж ядан хүлээж байгаа. Эс тэгвэл тэрээр чамайг ЭЗЭНд мэдүүлж, тэр нь чамд нүгэл болох вий.
24:16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
16 Эцэг нь хүүгээсээ болж цаазлагдах ёсгүй. Хүү нь ч эцгээсээ болж цаазлагдах ёсгүй. Хүн бүр өөрийнхөө нүглийн төлөө цаазлагдах ёстой.
24:17 You shall not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow's raiment to pledge:
17 Чи харийн хүн юм уу, өнчин хүмүүс дээр шударга ёсыг бүү гажуудуул. Бэлэвсэн эмэгтэйн хувцсыг барьцаанд бүү ав.
24:18 But you shall remember that you were a bondman in Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you thence: therefore I command you to do this thing.
18 Чи Египетэд боол байснаа, ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чамайг тэндээс зольсныг санаж яв. Тийм учраас үүнийг хийхийг би чамд тушааж байна.
24:19 When you cut down yours harvest in your field, and have forgot a sheaf in the field, you shall not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of yours hands.
19 Чи талбай дахь тариагаа хадаж байхдаа талбайд нэг юүжийг мартсан бол түүнийгээ авахаар бүү буц. Түүнийгээ харийнхан, өнчин хүн, бэлэвсэн эмэгтэйд үлдээ. Тэгвэл ЭЗЭН Бурхан чинь чиний гараар хийсэн бүхний төлөө чамайг ерөөнө.
24:20 When you beat yours olive tree, you shall not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
20 Чи чидун жимсний модоо түншсэний дараа дахин түүний мөчрийг бүү ажигла. Үлдсэн жимсийг харийнхан, өнчид, бэлэвсэн эмэгтэйд үлдээ.
24:21 When you gather the grapes of your vineyard, you shall not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
21 Чи усан үзмийн цэцэрлэгээс усан үзмээ хураагаад, үлдсэнийг нь дахин түүлгүй, харийнхан, өнчин хүн, бэлэвсэн эмэгтэйд үлдээ.
24:22 And you shall remember that you were a bondman in the land of Egypt: therefore I command you to do this thing.
22 Чи Египет нутагт боол байснаа сана. Тийм учраас үүнийг хийхийг би чамд тушааж байна.
